They do not provide banks statement to employees. One of the worst Bank in Bangladesh oparated from India. They don't even provide Bank statement to there employees. I think they do some illegal act that's why they do not provide Bank statements to there staffs

Needs Update. I think it’s high time for an update. I am unable to see my credit card history.

Warking Slow. Firstly thanks for new fresh look. But app taking too much time login logout. Overall app become slower than before. Try to make it more smooth. 👍

Working BUT. The app is good and useful but since two or three months the face unlock isn’t working. So each & every time I need yo manually enter the id password. Which is tiresome. The devs should solve issue ASAP.

Login Issue. I have to call their contact centre every now and then to remove the session. This so embarrassing that you can not fix an issue for a long time.

Change the UI. Hi, Please update the ASAP, looking too much odd. A international Bank’s UI and other function should be unique but this app is looking too much ugly and not usable at all. If you guys can’t provide a better UI and other functions then please remove the app, also the app doesn’t suit with IPhone XS Max, need to be full screen view . After get review I will change my star ratings.

Full of bugs. 1. App takes very long to open 2. Automatically doesn’t read OTP 3. Most of the time can’t past OTP 4. Some buttons disappear when app is reopened from background. 5. Overall user experience is very poor. I just wander how is International Banking is running with this very poorly designed and developed app? Don’t you do the minimum testing?

Inbox feature. Keeps asking to register to inbox feature when already registered. Slows down everything as a result.

Bugs with iOS for iPhone 14 pro max. The app is not optimised for using with iPhone 14 pro max which makes the hamburger menu inaccessible and make the entire app invalid.

Useless. This app is totally use less. Can’t go one option to other option. Three dot, even log out is not working. Need to update based on latest ios and dynamic island iphone models.

Your session is active. Please fix this bug

Local Transfer is impossible task. I cannot transfer my money to any other local bank, every time after all the procedures it takes to me login page and I’ve to login all again, still it doesn’t work out. NPSB transfer is just impossible, beftn has hassle. Called few times but they fail to solve the issue. Not recommended their services.

Need Improvement. Please put your improvements on the App. Enrich the app like local bank does. The app is hard to run and the face ID does not work with the iOS version now a days.

Problem in otp pasting field.. Please fix the annoying otp pasting problem. The field can’t take otp. Add option to turn on/off online transaction.

Buggy and not user friendly. Please make this app more lighter. It’s taking too long time to load. You don’t need to show Animated videos before and after login and logout. It’s not a video streaming OTT App. Please make this app more user friendly. Try to keep it simple and please add checking and downloading monthly statements option. Functions and features are very complicated. Please make this app as simple as possible like other banking app.

Solve the Session bug asap. Session bug is worst. It always tells me I have a session please comeback after 15 mintues. Everytime I come back still showing the same message.

Not flawless in iOS. Has app crashing and delay issues in iOS app.

Poor in interface and experience. This is an app from a reputed bank. However the app is too laggy and broken screens as well as missing buttons sometimes.

Navbar is not working. Left navbar is not working, can someone check this issue?

Userid getting locked regularly. App has useful features, but without any reason, use id/password gets locked every few weeks. Need to contact call center to unlock. Very cumbersome. May stop using the app and go to web version.

Mobile check deposit. I was wondering if SC supports mobile remote check deposit and Zelle like payment? If not why not?

worst banking app. This is the worst banking app I've ever used. The app is the sole reason why I am thinking of changing the bank. It’s slow, ui is a mess. You need to logout manually, if you don’t log out and close the app, it keeps the session and if you keep doing this the id gets blocked. The ui doesn’t make any sense, styling is non existance, any 12 yo with 6 months internship training can build a better app than this. The security is a joke, you can read inbox messages without even logging in. take inspiration from other standard Chartered banking apps, look at their Pakistan version. Whoever is in charge of developing this app should rethink his or her career.

Good enough. I’ve been using the app for a while. All features are user friendly.

Worst Usage Experience. I use 3 other bank app except SCB and it gives the most pathetic experience. Thousand bugs are there.

Loading takes more time. The app is great for everything. However, it takes several minutes to just open its initial login page. Hope the developers should update this on their next version.

Not compatible with new iPhone 14 pro max. Can’t use the main menu. Please fix this.. Fix this

Make it better. This is a very useful and easy to use app. Please keep updating the app every week for performance improvement and bring new features.

Re-Login needs correction. This app functions perfectly except when i enable face ID or fingerprint unlocking feature. When you log out and confirm, app displays a re login pop up for Face Id or fingerprint. If you’re starring at your phone you will be logged in automatically through face ID detection or if you place your fingers on the fingerprint scanner it does the same.

Epitome of bad User Experience. It was bad enough earlier, until the last update. The top menu bar come to the center of the screen in some pages. Just redesign the app and web portal(yes that is horrible too). Collaborate with a good Developer team and UX designers. I would give minus rating if I could.

Not working. Since last month, it’s showing the Online banking is temporarily unavoidable. And the App doesn’t stuck at that window. What’s the solution ?

Requires update. App is not compatible with ios 13 and few features/ options are non responsive.

Login loop. The app is pretty useful; the downside is when it says “continue to log out” logs in again in a continuos loop if face ID is active. The phone must be placed away from your face in order to log out successfully. Please fix it.

Just below Standard App. The app is not great at all, in every aspect. Takes ages to load, sometimes tabs go freezing. The most inconvenient app a bank could ever present. Even local apps are far more better than this app.

More suitable than physical banking.. I forgot, when I visited bank last time? SCB apps makes the banking so easy.

Update needed. Need exclusively Update for iPhone 15 Pro Max on ios 17 , The Menu button is not working.

Disappointing. I have used banking apps of different banks. I have not seen any worse app than this. Very much disappointed that SCB has such buggy and unresponsive, user unfriendly app.

Next button not showing. In the transfer option next button not showing. I already informed customer care over the phone around 3 weeks ago. No action was taken.

Login issue. I am trying to login from yesterday. each time it says try after 15 minutes.

UI is a mess. Can't transfer funds. In the beneficiary screen the action button disappear after entering the amount. Menu comes in the middle of the screen when scrolling. Completely unusable app. Shame on SCB for not fixing this after complains of other reviews about this issue.

Disappointing Performance. The Standard Chartered Bank mobile application is a complete disappointment. The user interface is clunky and unintuitive, making it difficult to navigate through the different functions. The app is also slow, which can be frustrating when you're trying to make a transaction or check your account balance. The customer service is not helpful, and it takes forever to get a response from them. Overall, I would not recommend using the Standard Chartered Bank app. It's a waste of time and can cause unnecessary stress.

Biometric Login. Biometric Login is not working in current update. It worked very well in previous version. I tried many times but there is no option pop up in login page. Can you consider and review this issues?

No option to download old version.. Why can’t I use my old iPhone and use the app? Must I buy a new phone to use your latest version?

Bugged after ios 16.4 update. After updating to ios 16.4 whenever i am scrolling and trying to confirm a transaction, the options get vanished But when i click on the empty space where the confirm button was situated before, it works. The options to select cancel or confirm doesn’t show up but if i click where it was suppose to be it works. Please fix it

The slowest banking app ever!. Very slow app. Pages takes a long time to load. The most recent transactions appear at the bottom instead of on the top. Fingerprint login doesn’t work most of the time.

A long waited application. I have been waiting for long to get the SC Bangladesh mobile app... Finally it's here! Application looks for Good for me so far. I can transfer money from account to another! Cool. Great job done. Really appreciate it.

App crashed. While adding a local beneficiary, the app crashed. And the system locked the further log in. Then u have to call to the scb for unlock the account.... The old app was better than this one.

Biometric Login not working in new installations. Tried in 3 devices. iOS with both type fingerprint and facelock, also in Android with ultrasonic fingerprint. But wasn’t able to make biometric login work. Other features are fine.
