Quá tệ. Lần đầu dùng 1 app ngân hàng mà chậm không chịu được. Rất ít khi viết review nhưng phải viết vì rất khó chịu khi sử dụng app này.

Không thể đăng nhập được. Veraion cũ đăng nhập đc nhưng dùng chậm chạp kinh khủng. Veraion mới nhìn tốt hơn nhưng không thể đăng nhập đc nữa. Thất vọng với ứng dụng của 1 ngân hàng lớn.

Difficult to transfer fund. It is difficult to choose beneficiary as app cannot display full name and account number.

Cannot use app. Im using IOS 12, how can I use this app. My iphone only support maxium iOs 12. I am stuck on update screen, so I cannot use this app.the popup is always shown although I click Download

Complicated and slow. Instruction on the app and web is easily misled and difficult to understand. The system made me wait 24 hours to receive OTP again after I mistakenly input wrong OTP for 2 times - other bank and app normally allow 3 times. Very inconvenient app.

Using this app is painful. Every thing is slow and there are too many redundant steps in any feature.

Never failed to annoy customers. I have to give Standard Chartered Bank credits for being very consistent in providing a very frustrating experience from their web app to their mobile app.

Cannot login. With the latest version, I cannot login either with username & password, or touch id. Very disappointed! I cannot do bank transfer or any business. This should be fixed asap please!

Cannot log in after update new app. It is introduced new version would help clients to have better experience using the app. However, I can not log in to my account.

Ứng dụng cùi bắp. Mỗi lần đăng nhập vào rất lâu thời gian thậm chí là không đăng nhập được. Chưa kể cài đặt SC Key ko đăng nhập vào đc nền tảng web trong khi đó mỗi lần đăng nhập đều load rất chậm và ko vào được ứng dụng nên ko lấy đc mã SC Key.

Worst banking app I’ve ever used. I just wasted hours of my life with the most poorly developed app I’ve ever come across. Why don’t I used their website? Well, the idiots at SC created a sign-in system that integrates with their website with their horrible mobile app. So I’m locked out of the website, and therefore have no access to my money. What a garbage company. Stay away from Standard Chartered!!!

Bad experiences. You should improve the way how the app works well. An international bank and all customers have is an annoyance when waiting forever to log it in.

App tệ mà nhân viên cũng chẳng kém. App ngân hàng dỏm nhất mình từng sử dụng. Nhân viên thì spam mail, Zalo, phone suốt về khoản vay. Hơn 15 người khác nhau từ SC liên hệ mình cho đến hiện tại. Chặn không biết bao nhiêu đầu mail mà cứ xuất hiện người mới. Rất là khó chịu. Nếu không phải tài khoản lương (bắt buộc dùng) thì khuyên các bạn không nên dùng ngân hàng này!!!
