Klover - Instant Cash Advance Comments & Reviews 2026

Horrible!. The app was great at first, THEN when it came down to my second repayment the app became horrible! My advances were increasing then it took almost half the day for it to pull my repayment from my account and I forgot to unlock my card and now it’s not even trying to pull the payment at all which caused my advances to drop! “Customer service” is absolutely no help as they really can’t do anything and it takes them forever to respond so by the time you hear from them it’s too late! WHY can’t I make my own payment instead of waiting for the app to run it I haven’t had any issues making my payments with Dave OR Empower but KLOVER is definitely the lowest on the list for me rn! Then I’d be wrong to not even allow it to take the payment from my account. DO BETTER! Stop acting like y’all can’t make other options in 2022 almost 2023!! UPDATE ** Was already in contact with “support” they’re also no help. 5+ days past my repayment date and all they can say is it attempted multiple times even though I have notifications from my bank on both my phone and email with no attempt notifications. They claim they processed the payment which should’ve been done the day I reached out but instead made me wait another 3 days. App still isn’t refreshing my bank information and nothing loads up properly.

Klover is 5/5. Klover has been a game-changer for handling my cash flow between paychecks! The app is straightforward to set up, with a quick and easy cash advance process. One of the best parts is that Klover doesn’t charge high-interest fees like traditional payday loans – instead, you pay a small “instant fee” for immediate access to funds, which is totally worth it for the convenience. A standout feature is the ability to earn points within the app, which can then be used to reduce or even eliminate the instant fee. It’s a great system, as you’re rewarded for activities like watching ads or completing simple offers. The more points you accumulate, the more you save. Overall, Klover is reliable and really helpful if you need a financial buffer. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smarter alternative to payday loans, with no hidden fees and an option to save even more through the points system!

Where the app lacks their customer service pick up the pace. I have used Klover a few times and I mostly had no issues, however recently I had an issue where I completed one of the deals and it didn’t award me the points. I was a little frustrated because the deal took me some time to complete. I can admit I was a little bit rude when reaching out because I felt the app was automated enough to prevent those type of issues, plus it was inconvenient to have to gather all of my evidence just to prove I completed the deal. Their customer representative was very quick to respond and awarded my missing points. I almost stopped using the app although it is a give and take relationship for a moment I just felt it wasn’t worth it. When I’m in a bind I can honestly say Klover comes in clutch every time. Thank you Klover. The only reason I took back 1 star was because of the system issue and I want people to know it can definitely happen.

Needs work (some problems). Honestly, I gave it a good amount of time and was hoping for better. My primary issue, the app does not charge you on your pay date like it claims to. And support is slow to respond (only email) and they can not help you apparently. It actually charges you shortly before payday, which is the worst time to charge it as most people living paycheck to paycheck (or not) will have the least amount of money in there account which makes it more likely they will incur bank fees, destroying the point of it. I have waited for a few direct deposits all bi-weekly on the same day and yet klover chooses the incorrect date. Then, I asked support if they charge partial payments and they apparently don’t. But I got a partial payment attempt that I caught because I happened to have my bank card locked and got a failed to process alert from my bank account. I just feel like customer service is very bad, or the service itself is or the apps poorly made… regardless, the problems I’ve had destroyed the point of the app in the first place. This is just my experience.

Would give zero if possible. This app does not deliver on advertised promises. Had the app for several months, always running in background using battery and data, no change. I maintained bank balances and deposits well above there minimum, but never got off the so-called “wait list”. But the REAL kicker was the inability to change my bank info, neither in the app or with the assistance of “customer service”. My account info was stolen which necessitated a change in account numbers, card numbers and what not. When I couldn’t make the changes in the app, I reached out and was informed that there is literally NO WAY to update, change account info? Are you kidding me? This is such a basic thing, especially when dealing with numbers actively phished for fraudulent purposes, I still can’t quite wrap my mind around it. It speaks to the the lack of foresight and careless disregard for their current and future customers. On an unrelated note, I have not met one actual customer of Klover who is even moderately pleased. I have heard multiple stories that match my experience. All of them downloaded the app on the misleading advertising that highlights advances that never materialized, even after months of maintaining standards and letting the app constantly track your every move. I honestly doubt the veracity of any of the glowing reviews.

Not a smart app. The app is a good concept but others do it better. Klover takes entirely too long to link your debit card and customer service is unresponsive. Basically if you need money really bad (pretty much the entire reason for getting an advance) this is not the app for you. It will take a week or more for an advance to be available. They use a ridiculous point system where you can accrue points by doing surveys and watching ads. Do not do this or you will be pestered by 30 of their marketing partners per day. You’re initial advance will be next to nothing (but you can use points to get more!) and oh my god the fees for express transfer to your account is like $12!!! Either you pay that or you wait 3-5 business days. Yay more waiting. But wait, there’s more! I got my first advance today (finally) and my repayment date is TOMORROW!! Like, are you kidding me? This app, nay, the entire company, is designed to prey on the financially vulnerable and the poor. If you’re a young person with little financial education, I strictly warn you to stay away from this app or you will ruin your credit. Trust me, try Brigit, you’ll thank me later. I will be repaying my advance tomorrow and then immediately canceling my account. This was a mistake. Also, I don’t like that they “approve” you for however much they feel like at the time. The amount fluctuates and makes zero sense.

Cl. Firstly, I have observed that obtaining a cash advance through the app entails a significant amount of effort, especially considering that additional fees are still applicable. In contrast, other applications offer a more streamlined process where users can simply apply for the advance and pay the fee without the need for excessive steps. Furthermore, the accumulation of points within the app and the subsequent payment of fees create a cumbersome experience for users. Even when utilizing these points to offset fees, the requirement to accrue a considerable number of points before receiving a minimal discount, such as $0.50 off, appears to be disproportionate and, at times, impractical. As a dedicated user of the app, I believe that streamlining the cash advance process and reevaluating the points system to offer more value to users would significantly enhance the overall user experience and foster greater satisfaction among your customer base.

Possible Improvements Implemented. I really needed a loan yesterday to pick up medication. Klover made me enter in my debit card information for the second time this week. I've taken out and repad loans before, so this made me feel suspicious of this company's practices. In addition, I was flabbergasted that this company will charge 9.99 for an instant delivery for "maybe" getting your money quickly and under 5/6 hours. However, the app finally decided to not blame my bank and I was back into the system by early a.m. today. So far, I was able to take out a small amount and I've paid 2.99 for immediate delivery. This time though, the company is guaranteeing my money will be delivered within an hour. It's been 25 minutes, so I'm hoping that the deposit will actually follow through. I'm willing to be proven wrong. One positive: I appreciate Klover having a cash out limit based on payback ability and current income. I don't mind not being able to take out the full 100 because I understand the smaller loan amount is meant to help mitigate overdrafts. So I really agree with that practice. I'm hoping this new delivery time is accurate - we'll see

Never gave me my credits. They make you sign up for all these offers to gain points just to even be able to get the loan and then the offers that are worth enough points to make it all worth your time, they don't fund your account. They say wait a week, which I did, still no points. I contacted customer support through app. Got an email saying they received my request, but still no points. I'm paying $4.99 a month to just sign up for this app and I still have no points. This is ridiculous and they need a new business model bc I'm about to cancel my account through that offer and now that company will lose money due to bring tied in with this app. You owe me 7000 pts. They dropped the points to 5000 once I signed up for the offer. Please credit, then I will update my response. Edit: They credited my account the points that were missing. Changed my rating from 1 star to 4. Only bc when I first accepted the offer it was over 7000 pts. They only accredited the updated points of 5000 after I had already completed the offer.

It’s a good app! Just a few suggestions.. The app is definitely helpful, and I’ve enjoyed it and find it unique amongst similar apps, but there are a few things worth mentioning that could be worked on. The first would be that you have to gain points to have an advance available as opposed to having that as an option but also giving a base amount once direct deposits have been verified through our checking accounts. I do also like the option to add value to your advance by scanning receipts, but I purchase about half of my things with cash for better budgeting purposes, so the need to find receipts with my account number was a bit disappointing and I think it might be something good to consider for others as well! I have enjoyed you all’s platform and it truly is helpful and unique, I just thought these things might give users an even better experience with you all!

Alright, could be better. Getting points is harder than they make it out to be, I watched probably 50 videos for points, it only gave me point for 5. It also says Dollar General receipts are worth 2x the points, all of the ones I scanned match transactions in my bank account but it said they didn’t do I didn’t get the double points. It also won’t allow me to connect my retailer accounts, gives me an error saying my login information is wrong (it’s not I changed it right before trying) and it’s impossible to get ahold of support in a timely manner. Also, you can use points to pay the instant transfer fee, but they want you to use the same amount of point for that fee as you are using for the advance… it should line up with the amount of points you need per $10 advance (300 points = $10, so the fee of $4.99 should only cost 150 points, not $900 when you’re trying to get $30) If you fix the issue of only giving points for 5 videos a day, allowing people to use less points to get instant transfers and also sticking to what you say about double points, I will update the star rating.

Lots of Work. The app in service is OK but it’s a lot of work to get a Cash Advance that you still have to pay fees for. Other apps you can just apply for the advance and pay the fee. We have the points and then still pay a fee so it’s a lot. Even when you do it to help with the fees, the amount of points you need to even get $.50 off is so crazy. Use the points system to increase the amount you can get or to decrease fees or to extend repayment dates or something to that nature but the way you have it set up now it’s just too much work unless you really really need it and even if you really really need it they are just other apps out here that don’t require all of this. I like the concept but I think it just needs to be tweaked a little bit so it can be user-friendly worth while to the user. People aren’t going to spend an hour on your app trying to get $50 when they can just go to another app, spend the same amount in fees and get $50 in less than 10 or 15 minutes. Even with that though I think your site is awesome especially being able to link the stuff that you use like places, you shop and etc. Maybe you could even add in gas points or something. You have a great concept it just seems like it’s not synthesized for the actual user. Once you make that connection, I think this would really top the others. I hope this helps and thanks for asking for my feedback and of course thanks for the advance lol.

Great App! Helps Keep Money in your Pockets!. This app is great. I was very skeptical about it when I first got it. I get iffy signing up for things that ask for personal information and banking but I really needed extra money at the time and gave it a try. I have to say since day one, I have found myself using it constantly for extra cash when needed and it works like a charm! This has helped tremendously especially during rough times. I highly recommend it for everyone living paycheck to paycheck or can’t get approved for credit. Thank you guys!! Keep up the good work. Another plus is the bonus incentives they offer for other products!! Btw, I had trouble getting approved for loans including payday loans even with a great credit score. Upon finding other options, I came across this app and it was simple to sign up and get paid. It’s straight forward and to the point. Get cash right away and pay later. No having to worry about asking people to borrow money. This is a huge help.

Better lately but still mehh. Charge you a monthly membership and let you take an advance but for some reason one time you will be eligible for $xxx amount advance and then next time you will only get $xx even though your bank info hasn’t changed , your income hasn’t changed… and you paid everything on time consistently since becoming a member. Just doesn’t make sense . And don’t say “well depending on how many points you have on top of your original approved amount blah blah blah” because I’m saying if you have 900 points (max amount to add as addition for your advance) one time and 900 the next there are times where your advance has been lowered inexplicably. Just saying that after loyalty and consistency have been shown with the time you’ve been a member and the payment history you would think your advance would stay at the highest amount you’ve been given not drop to a lower amount with no explanation. Also im convinced no one wine the sweepstakes they offer for 50 pts and entry (1 $100 winner and 5 $20 winner) becsuse I always waste points entering and luck alone would suggest that a $20 would have happened atleast once in the last year

Fast and easy. Honest opinions about the app are that I love it! Klover’s entire process was easy to understand and use. Being a college student I sometimes find myself stuck in a bind to pay bills, pay for food or gas. But thankfully I was able to get out of that due to this app. The process works by setting up an account and connecting your information to the account. For me it took less than 5 minutes but it says it could take anywhere from 24-48 hours to verify your account. Once verified, you’re brought to their main home page where you can complete tasks to gain points. As you collect more points you then can use those to redeem a boost. The more points you earn the more you will be able to pull out. Once you’ve reached the points you need to pull out a cash advance, you can proceed to transfer the funds to your bank. You’re given options such as your next payday, tips, and whether you want it instantly for a small fee or for it to take a couple business days with no fee. Overall this app is easy to understand and I recommend it to all my friends who are stuck in a bind or just need a little extra.

WARNING: STAY AWAY. Shady and not as advertised. I never give the personal bank info they ask for like your passwords and stuff to anyone or entity ever doesn’t matter how legit or who you are but annoyed at myself for falling for exactly what was worried about..worse is can’t do much about it yet and unsure if anything will happen. All I’m going to say is they ask for all the info and process it and then nothing - they got all my info and not getting anything - don’t think they’re not checking stuff - It’s shady when they say what they require as in how long accounts been open amounts etc etc and I surpass they’re requirements by far. The reason they give that I can’t use them isn’t true, I clearly do have what they say i don’t. The to top it off you can’t delete anything. Or change anything. You can submit a request where they’ll get back to you in a few days it says but that’s it. So they have all the info I can’t delete or change anything or close account nothing they got it and won’t give me anything and now crossing my fingers they process my request who knows when. If i hear back at all but who knows I just don’t like this at all it’s not right. Even if they do i guarantee it’s going to be a back and forth long drawn out hard time if and when anything is undone. I don’t advise i warn do not use this.

Right on Time. I am very grateful to have found Klover. Living check to check is no fun. It’s even worse when you get paid once a month from the job like I do. Luckily, Klover was ready to help. The app is so user friendly. People who have trouble with technology will have no problem using the app. The layout and design is simple and aesthetically pleasing. After a simple walkthrough setup, which includes linking your bank account, your on your way to requesting some quick cash. Payback timeframe is reasonable and fees are pretty much nonexistent depending on your choices at checkout. What I enjoy most is the extra perks. If you earn enough points by watching videos, answering questions, spinning the points wheel and even adding your workplace, you can take out another advance. Pretty much anytime you interact with the app, your earning points. I recommend this app for and to everyone. Thanks Klover for being there to help us out when we hit those small financial binds. I greatly appreciate your service.

Good at First, but Only Gets Worse. DO NOT USE THIS APP. This app has stolen money from my bank account and the customer service refuses to help me. I really enjoyed the app in the beginning, and it helped me in many rough spots. However, after a few months of using, it just doesn’t work the same. For example, after the first two cash out rewards I got, I am no longer receiving any more. I have been waiting on my third reward for three months, and every time I contact the customer support they just say something along the lines of “Sorry, it may be delayed!” When I ask how long it should be delayed, they only respond with “It may take 2-3 weeks for it to process”. No one has helped me with the fact that I have waited almost two months for the cash out that I spent hours watching ads for, and as far as I am concerned I will never receive it. They have also STOLEN MONEY from my account. When it comes time to pay back the advance, the app has automatically been taking out MORE than what they gave me to borrow. I’ve attempted to resolve this with the customer service but no one has gotten back to me. It’s sad because this app had the potential to change my life, but after you use it a few times they stop caring about you and only care about making money for themselves. Overall, utilize it if you need it, but don’t depend on it or trust it because it has proven to me to be lacking and somewhat of a scam whenever it feels like it.

Inconsistent, and bad customer service. I’ve had this month for up to 3 months. Things were going fine, besides the normal issues you’d get among at other apps too. Main issue first started when an expedited request I mad at 5.00 on a Sunday didn’t hit my account until Friday morning 5 days later the same day customer service finally got back to me. The 4-5 business days shouldn’t be that long for a simple email considering usually first responses don’t even solve the problem if it’s something that still hasn’t fixed itself within those 4-5 days. It’s also inconsiderate considering most people using this app cannot wait 4-5 days for something they expedited in less than 1 and still get forced to pay a 9.99 charge (for $100 advance). The final straw came when all the sudden my bank connection needed to be reconnected and I kept getting the same message when I went to do so “Your account already connected” Plaid reached back to me within a day explaining what to do as well as telling me to reach out to Klover, which I of course did before hand. Still 6 days later no email response. I actually sent a 3rd message out to Klover as I was furious over the customer service to just cancel my account. Rather than emailing me back over my original issue or even trying tj solve ANY issue I’m having with them which I made clear in my final email they just rather not dealt with any of it and canceled my account for me. Super disappointing.

Best app ever. Efficient, User-Friendly, and Reliable I’ve been using [Bank Name]'s mobile banking app for several months, and overall, it has been a smooth experience. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, even for those who aren't tech-savvy. All the essential banking services—checking balances, transferring money, and paying bills—are readily accessible with just a few taps. ### Pros: - **Speed**: Transactions, including transfers and bill payments, are processed quickly. - **Security**: Multi-factor authentication and biometric logins (fingerprint/face recognition) add a layer of safety. I feel confident knowing my data is secure. - **Notifications**: The app sends timely alerts for any transactions, so I always know what's happening with my account. - **Customer Support**: The in-app chat feature makes getting help convenient without needing to call. ### Cons: - **Occasional Glitches**: I’ve encountered a few minor issues where the app would freeze or lag, especially during peak hours. - **Limited Features**: While it covers most basic needs, some advanced features (like investment options or detailed spending analytics) are missing. ### Final Thoughts: Despite a few hiccups, this app is a reliable and convenient way to manage my finances on the go. It could benefit from a few added features, but for day-to-day banking needs, it works perfectly.

Don’t bother, very misleading.. When you first download Klover, you are very likely to get a cash advance. However, they don’t prepare you for how impossible it is to keep receiving advances. They go by a point system, and it’s 5000 points to get a lousy advance of $100 on the same day. Otherwise you have to wait 3 business days. If you get paid on Fridays, you will not receive your next advance until the following Wednesday, only to have to pay it back two days later on your payday. You can answer stupid survey questions, or watch ads, or play games that you would otherwise never play to get a minuscule amount of points at a time. It would take you WEEKS to build up to 5000 points. Once you spend it on one advance, you have to start all over, as you have no points to get another quick advance. This app is a scam and not user friendly at all. People who are applying for cash advance need them to be accessible right away. I never would’ve opted in to this app, but I had to pay a bill. The next bill cycle came and I had to make a late payment because I didn’t have enough points. Try telling your lien holder you didn’t have enough points. Never wasting my time with this again.

Gaining points. Hello! I have been a Klover user now for a couple months but only took a advance out now twice. The process is understood but tedious than most, here’s why: - when you need an advance you must gain 600 points for $5. How you’d earn these points is by ad watching, which would give you 10 points each ad. Sometimes though, using the ‘watch ad’ tab DOES NOT always give you the points. Instead it’ll go to a progress bar called “watched ads” where you can watch 20 ads for 200 points. You have several options to scan receipts, as well as logging into your Walgreens, CVS etc accounts to also gain points. Would I recommend Klover - Yes and No - here’s why - if you need a advance and you have the points and the correct bank for it, you will get the payment. Here’s why No - due to the fact you have to gain points in order to get your advance, without a lot of ways to gain quick points it will kind of make people go to MoneyLion or Dave. I also find it unfair because most of the time you do not gain the points you did a survey for or made a account for. I recommend if you are going to use Klover, make sure you don’t need the money at that moment. You will need spare time to work for the points. Also, leave a couple points within your account as well as open the app everyday to gain 5 or 10 points. Lastly, they now offer the option that your 5 recent transactions within your bank account, can now be claimed for 5 points within the Klover app.

Best App for advances if you are struggling paying a bill!!!. Love using Klover. It’s fun to use to get points up to where you can get more cash advance. Love how you can get your advance within an hour or 3 business days! You can choose an amount you need by using your points. You can spin a wheel to gain points, take surveys, watch videos, sign up for different things to earn points and you can scan your receipts to earn points as well. I spent points for a $60 cash advance and I got it within a couple min! I would suggest using Klover because there are a lot of great thing you can do to earn points and get a cash advance if you need it! They take the advance out of your next check so you don’t have to worry about forgetting to pay that back. They keep track of your spending and you can get your credit score as well. I will definitely keep using Klover!!! 10/10

Claiming I didn’t pay but in reality I DID.. I have been using the Klover app for quite some time now and I took out a loan back on October 20 and I successfully paid it yesterday. However the Klover app is claiming that I did not pay anything even though it is reflecting on my bank statement that I paid the $114 and it has been successfully posted to my bank account and has been dedicated off of my available balance within my bank account; in which I have also provided screenshot proofs of my bank statement to Klover via email. Now all the sudden the app is asking me to connect to debit card even though my debit card has been connected to the Klover app for the past few months since I started using the services. I find it funny how Klover chooses not to respond to any email that I sent this morning and nor do they have any phone support to quickly rectify the issue. It’s funny how they can take a payment and deduct from somebody and then claim later on that the person never paid them. This is uncalled for and this issue needs to be handled and rectified immediately as this is unfair to me as I do have debts that I currently owe and need to pay.

Great Until Not So Great. This app was working great for me for months and then all of a sudden it won’t give me points for receipts that ARE in my account but states it “doesn’t match with primary account” and then I only get 5 points. No I’m using or paying with any other form of payment, only the connected and linked card. When I did try to reach out about it I get no response. I even emailed my “digital receipts” to the email they supply on their app multiple times and I haven’t yet to receive a response back or any points at all. This will be my last time using this app as it’s been happening for months. NONE of the receipts I scan work or ever give me 50 points. They even say you can get 2X the point for Walgreens receipts. But I even tested the theory and went to Walgreens and used my only debit card (linked in app) and it only gave me 5 points because it said it didn’t match my “primary account” which isn’t true because I only have one card. It just says the same things over and over. I’ve followed all rules and guidelines and they still screw you on your actual points earned. I did recently get a response from customer service basically telling all the same stuff I already was aware of. I don’t ever get any help or anything ever resolved with this team or app.

THANK YOU CLOVER!. I’d say Klover is a straightforward, useful app if you need quick cash before payday without diving into high-interest loans or credit cards. I appreciate that it doesn’t rely on credit checks, which is a relief since not everyone has a stellar credit score. You just link your bank account, meet the eligibility requirements, and get a small advance, usually within a few hours. The cash advance feature is genuinely helpful for unexpected expenses, and the process is smooth and mostly hassle-free. I do like that there are no fees or interest for the cash advance itself. Instead, Klover gives you options to boost your cash advance by watching ads or answering surveys, which isn’t for everyone, but it’s a nice option if you’re okay with it. One thing to be aware of: since the cash advances are tied to your paycheck, Klover will automatically take the repayment out of your account on payday, which is something to keep in mind to avoid overdrafts. Overall, it’s a good app if you’re responsible with budgeting and need a quick financial cushion.

Issues with bonus bar. I love this app and had fun gaining points. Two months ago the bonus bars all of a sudden had a loading issue. I emailed support and after several tries, deleting the app and reinstalling it, he said he would send the ticket to IT. I’ve replied several times asking for an update since it hadn’t been fixed and was told IT was still working on it. Today I saw an update for the app in the App Store and updated it. Still loading issues. Went back to App Store and saw there was still an update so updated again thinking it didn’t work. Now my bonus bars have completely disappeared. This makes it impossible to earn extra points to build towards a bigger advance. I’ll continue using but disappointed that I haven’t heard anything further from customer support and can’t earn bonus points since I now have no bonus bars. I have also never received any extra points for playing games, downloading and creating accounts with partners, and any of the other extras from partners.

Eventually stops working, poor customer support. App worked great the first couple months. All the sudden after repaying my last advance, the app no longer will accept my debit card that was already verified and linked to the account. So now I can’t get any advances I earn with points because the debit card was somehow unlinked from the account and fails to link every time I try and re enter the card info. Even went as far as contacting my bank to ensure it wasn’t a problem with my account or card and it turns out it’s no fault of my own because I’m in great standing with the bank. I email support thinking maybe it was a bug and just needed technical support. I was instructed to remove my bank account and re link it and then I will be able to add the card back to the account. I was excited to use the app again and followed the instructions given, and it still failed to link my card. I was offered no further help from there other than an “I’m sorry this is happening to you”. It’s a joke. Especially when there are so many other competitions that I’ve had ZERO issues with. And to show Klover the same level of courtesy showed to me, Earnin, FloatMe, Empower, Money Lion, etc are all competitors that offer better apps and support. I have yet to run into issues until I signed up with Klover. Stupid decision on my part. Don’t waste your time downloading this app, you’ll thank me later.

Extremely unreliable. Pleas don’t use the app, it’s unreliable at best and if it actually does give you the option to advance without using points beware you probably won’t be able to the next time. Even after clearing payment on time and waiting plenty of business days. The app is constantly behind. The surveys don’t always give you points and there’s not really much help from their team. It’s only one person who gives basic answers. I wouldn’t waste my time with it. While it may work if you use points just know that those don’t always reflect correctly. It’s a lot of work for little reward. Just save time and find another more reliable app. ****update, tried again, waited the allotted time again. Just don’t do it, the whole response from their developer team was just a way to have people think they’re helping but it’s the same old run around the same old story. Don’t do this app. You will be constantly waiting hoping they’ve updated information on their end, but also if your really in a pinch it will only work right the first time, after that it’s just a longer and longer cycle of waiting and uncertainty****

Can’t believe what this app did for me. I have always had a pretty good handle on money but then, things happened. Life got in the way and I moved to another state where payday loans didn’t really exist. I had very little options on how I could borrow money because of my credit at that point. I was so nervous to get Klover because I was worried they would just steal my info and run but the reviews gave me hope, so I hope I can give someone else the same hope. It’s legit, it’s not a scam, Klover is designed to actually help you. It has saved me so many times and I can’t say thank you enough to whoever created this app. Whether it’s groceries, paying my phone bill, or just being able to get lunch. You will not be disappointed. I tip most times but sometimes I can’t, and I still receive the same treatment. If you don’t like the charge for the money going straight to your account, try planning out when you’ll need it to get that free deposit. I should have wrote this review a long time ago, but better late than never. If you’re on the fence, just give it a shot.

A legit Review. This app is very handy when you need cash in a pinch. I have used this app for about 6 months. I told myself before I delete it I would review it, so here we are. It’s fairly easy to link your bank account to the app, most cash advances app go through plaid which is nice. I did have some difficulty linking my actual debit card the first time around but eventually it worked and I believe they have fixes for it now in the more recent updates. The amount they let you get for an advance are fairly good, depending how much you make. My only complaint is that the express fee seems a bit overkill. But it does appear in your account in under 5-10 minutes. They have a point reward system you can do to get points to lessen transfer fees or enter giveaways, but I don’t think they’re really worth doing (in my opinion). It got takes out on paydays which is convenient. I do think this is one of the better advance apps next to Dave, empower, & cleo. hence it gives money right away after signing up of everything clears. Hope this review helps!! Use these apps responsibly!

Actually works!. Unlike the other apps that say they give advances this one actually does. I mean yeah it starts out pretty low amount and you have to earn points to swap them for the advanced and the fact that you have to pay for the Klover plus to be able to use the cash advance feature but other than that it actually works and sends you the money right away within seconds it was in my bank account and available for me to use!! Better than other apps that make you go through the whole process just to deny you or for you to find out that they don’t work with any bank that you use for your income so they won’t lend you anything. But Klover works with most banks and actually lends people money! I’ll be using this app more and more. Especially all the other cool feature they have besides the cash advance feature!! Check it out if you don’t have an account already then go make one you won’t be disappointed!

Not the best…. To start the app continuously had issues verifying my card I’d get charged multiple times on my bank statements of a few cents over and over. Even though it was a small amount it continues to say in app that I needed to verify my card in app for advance. Once I finally.. got through that I tried to do surveys and stuff I racked up almost 1000 points and tried to get an advance. I could only take 30 dollars out which was okay with me. I chose the expedited method and waited all day for an update or even the deposit itself no sign of it. Not only was there no sign of the deposit the app that continued to glitch somehow took me back to the you need to verify your card for an advance screen. Which is odd because it literally requested a deposit and was approved hours ago. There needs to be a separate way to track your deposit or even active customer service. I literally did all that work to get points for a deep and the app glitched and now it’s stuck this way. Writing this review still waiting on my deposit. Long story short DO NOT use this app huge waste of time doing surveys and earning points to be scammed out of a deposit with no active support to help resolve the issue.

It works 3 stars worth, let me explain.. 1. It’s a gaming system. Watch videos. Give information and you earn point. 2. The most you can borrow is $30 which is 900 points. Points are easy to get. 3. You get points by doing things they let you do to earn points. Example: answering questions on your age, race, address, ect. 4. You must link your debit card associated with your bank account in order to get the money. Guess what? It’s a $2.50 a month subscription you are signing up for. Clever. 5. I thought this was a “pick an amount” and borrow it. Nope. It is a maximum of $30 which is payed back within a week or two automatically since you had to link your debit card anyway. *this isn’t what I thought, but I did get $30 within 60 seconds, but had to pay like a $4 fee to get it that quick. Otherwise, I would of waited 3 days for a free deposit. Maybe they will grow into something much more. At this point, I’m just going to rack up points since $30 isn’t enough for me. When it is enough for me, I’ll have the points.

Klover Initial Review. Klover is very simple to use, and easy to understand, with many opportunities to earn sone extra cash, spend sone time looking at fresh and new opportunities, and just having some fun. The simple to apply, cash advance feature is very helpful and provides an extra financial cushion for when a little bit of money is needed. I'm not totally sure because I haven't fully read the information on all the Site, but the only concern I can think of is when a small loan is taken out, say around mid-month, then due to be debited from one's checking acct, say around the 25th of the month and the acct holder doesn't get another pay deposit until the first of the following month, I'm guessing this would cause additional costs or fees, and possibly cause difficulty acquiring another advance in the near future; however, I'm not sure because I did not notice any explanation or additional measure that Klover may provide, but I also haven't asked that question of them, nor did I log onto the actual Website to see if there is anything provided on this subject. Other than that, the App is "two thumbs up" for me, and well worth having. Thanks!

Amazing Financial Tool. Klover is an absolute game-changer! From the moment I downloaded the app, I've been impressed with its user-friendly interface and seamless functionality. The ability to access cash advances without any hidden fees or interest is a breath of fresh air. It's perfect for managing short-term financial needs without the stress of high-interest loans. The app's budgeting tools are incredibly intuitive, helping me keep track of my expenses effortlessly. The data-driven insights have given me a better understanding of my spending habits, and I've become more financially responsible as a result. Klover's customer service is also top-notch; they are responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about their users. Overall, Klover has exceeded my expectations and has become an indispensable part of my financial toolkit. Highly recommended for anyone looking to take control of their finances in a smart and efficient way!

Money stolen from my account. I’ve used this app for about 6 months now and haven’t had any major issues until recently. This week, I noticed a random charge from Klover for $10. I ignored it, thinking maybe the monthly subscription was just higher than I remembered. The next day, another $30 was removed my account. I messaged Klover that day and received an email that someone would get back to me in 2-3 days. In the meantime, my account was close to overdrawn due to bills having just been paid and my payday coming up. I borrowed $70 from a family member to get through the end of the week and put $50 of it into my bank account. Within a few minutes of my deposit, Klover took $50 from my account. I put the other $20 in so that the account would not be empty and yet again, Klover withdrew $20 from my account just a few minutes after deposit. I still have yet to hear from anyone in the company and had to put a freeze on my bank account to stop the fraudulent charges. I have always paid back my loan on time and have kept up with the monthly membership. I can’t see any reason for this money to have been removed from my account other than for scamming reasons. It was a very useful tool for a while, but I will be revoking my membership once this is figured out.

Not so bad. The app works and gets the job done, when I first downloaded it was under the promise you’ll get up to $250. If you really think that’s gonna happen good for you, but that’s a lie, the max amount I have gotten was $100 and if you don’t use the app in one payment cycle, the amount will start going down again, so it’s made to keep you getting money in order to get a higher limit, otherwise they’ll stop giving you from a $100 down to maybe $30. Also, in order to get money you need to have about 900 points, which you get the points very slowly and when they have promos like “scan 2 receipts and get 200 points” is a lie, never works, so basically you really have to work your points getting 5 points for each receipt or 10 for watching adds… just imaging how many adds you need to watch to get 900 points, do the math, crazy. If you’re patient and you aren’t really in a emergency then go ahead and use it, if you need good amounts of money and quickly this app is not for you. A good example of fake offers is this one right here, I’m supposed to get 200 points for leaving a review, but as soon as I go back to the app this is what pops up “offer wall error, unable to fetch offers. Please contact our help center for further assistance.” Like please, I would understand if it happened once or twice but it happens all the time…

Don't be confused. This app is interesting for sure. The first time I signed in and let me borrow $100. I had to pay it back right away. You only get to use it for seven days even though it has direct access to my bank account and knows when I get paid it still wanted money back seven days later, which was on a in between week for me not a week I get paid Anyway anyways I paid it back anyways and then I need to borrow money again Way it would let me get more money was to sign up for a bunch of stuff everything that you sign up for cost you something whether it's a dollar $10 a month for a free Trayl invest five dollars now you have to spend money to get enough points to borrow money or you can play a game that it tells you to play and it says that in order to get enough points you have to get to a certain level of the game but whatever game you are playing you can only get to a certain part in that game without having to spend money so if I get to level eight This app will let me borrow money, but you can't get past level five unless you spend money in the game to buy more coins, so it is very tricky. You have to spend money in order to borrow the money.

Only works if you have the time. This app essentially would be great if it didn’t require you to download tons of unnecessary money apps in order to qualify for points. They have great incentives for scanning receipts and surveys, but you will literally scan receipts forever to get 100 points as they are 5points per receipt. Initially this wasn’t too bad it use to require 3000 points for a $200 advance but now since their recent update, it takes 5,000 points just to get a $75 advance, which is INSANE. I mean it was hard enough trying to gather 3000 now they’re expecting you to accumulate 5k points for practically nothing…. Considering how long it will take to even gather such points. Most of the partner apps require you download games and make it to outrageous levels to get the points, or play cash games to get the points (why would I play cash games if I am looking for a cash advance)? While the idea of the app is great, you literally have to go through too much just to gather enough points for a small $75 advance and let’s face it, a single mother working full time doesn’t have time to sit and play games all day to make it to level 100 for some points. In my opinion, the offers you need to accumulate points make it harder to even get the points needed for the advance making it not worth it.

Love Klover ! It is the best in a pinch. I have used this app for a couple years now and beyond all the other spot me ina pinch type of apps, this is still my favorite. The others require you to have a job with direct deposit from a payroll to get qualified. Well if I had those i may not be in a spot like I am when I need some help with cash! If I’m unemployed is when I need the help most!! So this is great - as you put in some time with a few ads and what not surveys and could get $5 or $10 quickie loan. Of course I’ve borrowed as much as $130!! The only improvement id make is when 'paying with points' I've earned through the app, I feel should not have to pay back whatever it is i just used my points for - especially if is a rush fee. If give 5 stars if that was the case. But in a relatively short time I could be eligible for $5-$10 and the comparable amount through say a survey app. Could easily be a couple hours! love the whole company of Klover, Klarna, etc ♥️

Can get $50 for a couple hours of work. I’m not sure what this app advertises that you can get but let me tell you what you can actually get. You can easily get a $50 advance that you have to pay back as long as you get 1500 points to get points you have to watch videos or take surveys or scan receipts that you have, stuff like that. It takes two or three hours to get 1500 points. I’ve gotten all my points and cashed them in for $50 advance. Several times they give you like a week to pay it back and then they take it out from your account automatically so you have to connect your bank account and a debit card and it Has to be verified. They pull out a few cents and it takes a day or two to verify. After that you can get your $50. While you’re waiting work on getting your 1500 points. $50 is the most that I’ve been able to get. But hey, it’s helpful sometimes when I need to borrow $50. I don’t have to ask my friends or family. I can just get on here and borrow it.

Eh, not great in comparison to competitors. Firstly, as a person who has a long-standing consistent direct deposit history with a relatively high-earning occupation, the most I have ever qualified for is $45 off the bat. If I factor in the “points system” (which I have mixed good and bad feelings about), the maximum has been $70. This is typically during a week where I work many days in a row and allow my location services to be on at all times with this app. During weeks of paid vacation, I’ve seen this drop down to $10 (LOL) I regularly log into upload receipts, as I use several receipt tracking apps for points. NEVER have I seen anywhere near the $130 advertised all over the place. The interface/design of the app is lovely & modern. The “instant” boost costs $9 and is processed the following business day if requested after 10:30AM CST (rendering the “instant” perk virtually useless and an unnecessary $9 fee (which is also by far the highest “instant” fee among its competitors). When I add up all these irritating obstacles and shortcomings, I find myself using this particular app among the last if I find myself in a pinch in need of cash, as I know the reality is I may receive $25 in like five business days in most scenarios. Typically, my cash flow situation is solved by then, rendering this app more tedious and useless. FYI, apps like Solo, Branch, MoneyLion, Brigit, and even FloatMe have actual “Instant” perks which cost half are literally instant.

Your dumb if you don’t use Klover!!!. Like most people who are just everyday workers, sometimes you mis-budget! And when I say this I’m telling you now, I’m not a Klover Employee and I wasn’t told to say this by anyone…. BUT!!! Over any other app of its kind Klover is hands down the best for me , I’ve recommended it too any person who has asked me for money or just falling behind on bills … They Literally have something for everyone! In my case I like to keep an eye on my credit score, and occasionally I may need a few dollars or more then a few lol to carry me til the next week, These days when that happens I don’t stress I just open the Klover account and it’s handled in 1-2 minutes … a lot of these different companies don’t take the people and/or “customers” seriously it’s all about the quick buck or more subscriptions! Klover is stress free … Any other app you have too meet like 9-10 qualifications just to get 5$ Using Klover is not the case! It’s simple easy too use and Fair!! On a serious note Download it already …. See for yourself -Chris M

Klover app. Klover has definitely helped out big time when I was a little short. It’s easy to use and very self explanatory. I’ve been using it for over 4 months now and it’s definitely convenient and a life saver when something comes up unexpected. It also keeps track of your spending and you get points for receipts which also has saved me a few times after being double charged for something and the total didn’t add up. I used to throw away receipts or tell them I didn’t want it but now keep them for points. It causes me to go over my purchases and I’ve caught a few times that an item had been double charged and was able to go back and get them to correct it. I could’ve lost/given away over 43$ on one purchase and only realized it when I was scanning the receipt to get points on klover. I’d definitely recommend this app to anyone who’s curious about their spending and where their money is going.

Quick $5, Looks like Good Opportunity. Quick & Easy setup… Easy $5 advance to start, debit card and bank account confirmation was simple and could be completed without much effort. Additionally, it looks to have a great deal of opportunities to earn points. One thing that I specifically really liked, was the option to use points for the Instant Deposit method rather than paying the fee with actual money. This was a nice addition to allow a lowered fee associated with receiving the advance instantly. I have not seen this option offered on similar app services which I felt like was an innovative and modern choice rather than just having to pay the fee, period. Would recommend. Would’ve given 5/5 Star Rating IF I didn’t have the confusion regarding the Cash Advance option. I’m not really sure how to get more than the $5 advance option and that would be beneficial to know whether I choose to use a larger advance amount or not, Knowing what I would need to do to have the option to if I was in a bind, would have made this app perfect but since it didn’t, I had to take one star off.

A few surprises but better than most. It kept saying all I needed to do was this thing and I would be approved and I can get my money right after I did this and I did and when I went to try it said I didn’t have enough points so then I spent a bunch of time after earning the points, which was actually very easy and no problem and it wasn’t like I had to pay a bunch of money or something, but there was a subscription fee. I wasn’t aware of that and that’s probably my own fault for not reading and I was in a hurry but I did end up making it to the amount that I needed in about an hour or so. It wasn’t too difficult and kind of expensive to get the money the same day, but they also let me have points towards that, so it didn’t have to be so high. Overall, I’d say I’m pretty happy and satisfied with this app and I definitely will it be using it again.

Hands down worst advance app. This app was nice at first but then as i kept using it they started changing and updating things like how many points you need for advances and making it more and more difficult to actually get the advance unless you want to spend money you don't have on their partner apps they advertise to get the points or invite friends which generally takes forever or you dont get the points so you have to watch hundreds of adds they get payed from you watching to get an advance you pay to get just makes no sense they know they make the most money from people watching adds for 10 points an add so they keep increasing the amount of points you need to get the advance not to mention they cut you off of watching the adds after a number of adds you watch till the next day, they rather profit from add traffic and partner offers than actually do what they advertise they do this app will not survive in the long run unless they accommodate the users more, the whole point of an advance is to get it when you actually need it not when you’re able to earn it a week after your already homeless or lost your car

Beware : I wouldn’t download. Had to give it 5 stars to warn people. This is a horrible time consuming insta cash app. In order to borrow you first need to earn points. The points start at 400 for $10 up to 5000 points for $75 . I can’t remember if I pay membership subscription. If I do I will be canceling. You have to take surveys, play games and sign up for paid subscriptions with other platforms in order to get points. It will take days if not weeks if you’re planning on not purchasing anything or signing up for different subscriptions. It’s defeating the purpose of borrowing if you have to pay extra money on other things to get the money. It’s stressful , time consuming and somewhat a scam. They have other options but your pretty much giving up all your privacy for chump change. I believe this is a spying app because it shouldn’t be this difficult.

Klover Points Review. I have been using this app for the past couple years. This ad is truly amazing. Anytime I need it any extra cash I’m able to have it in my account within 30 minutes. You’re all OK I had all when I go to complete offer some of them I have never redeemed my points for it. I never deviate my points for the Relief Fund 100 Points, Inbox Dollars 100 Points, Scholly 100 Points, Survey Junkie 500 Points, Sweeps Club 100 Points, and I Love Samples 100 Points. I’m not sure if that app isn’t updating but that was 1000 points and I’ve also completed a couple surveys that I never received points for, and I had receipts that I scanned that match my checking account and I only received 5 points and I should of received 50 points. That happened about maybe 8 to 10 times. I know the app was having issues for a while but I should receive all the points that I missing. Besides the points issue, this app has been a lifesaver at a time in need.

So far so good. Update from my original review. Issue with bank account verification has been resolved. I like how you can earn points for boost or use them to cover instant transfer fees (8.99). So far so good! ***original review*** I set up everything and for whatever reason my bank account couldn’t be verified by Plaid even though I just used the same 3rd party to verify my account for another application (not a loan app). Even after following their instructions in their help section, it still didn’t work. Then I tried to create a new account with my secondary email thinking it was just a weird glitch … AND THE APP GLITCHED! When I tried to sign in it said that my password was incorrect so I created a new password …. the system said that the newly created password was incorrect. I wanted to try this but I’m done after three days. I’ll be deleting it and pray that my information isn’t

Frustrating. So, there’s this function where you can earn points based on what “offers” you take, and the more points you have, the higher an advance you can get. I’ve accumulated 3.7K points and in that time my card is still unverified. Ive made around 8K in surveys and download sign ups, but the only one thats posted to my account is the lowest point payment of 1.6K. I’ve given all my personal information to all of Klovers third party connections, and all support says is “wait it out” The whole point of getting a cash advance app was to pay my security deposit today. Now I have no idea if they’ll wait until my payday. ‼️ So until here I had kept the review in pending, waiting for better service to hopefully happen. It has been a business week since I paid back my late advance right on time and it still says the payment is being processed. I’m so angry with the entire process, and the apps constant crashing makes me feel even worse. Id give it no stars but I want people to see this.

The app can’t make up its mind. I’ve had this app for quite some time been at the same job for 3 years get paid every 2 weeks on the same day was eligible for an advance recently so I did a whole bunch of extra things to get more points to be eligible for a higher advance to purchase food for my kids and once I reached that goal I went out the app for 1 second logged back in and was told I’m not eligible anymore all of a sudden. Contacted customer support and told me they can’t identify when my direct deposit comes to account when nothing changes. The people behind this app need to be a little more considerate and don’t switch up the eligibility status after people put in so much work to reach their point goals to be turned away all of a sudden.

Okay but. This app seems good in concept but others are doing better right now. The idea of short term loans between paydays, small fee, and restricted so a person does not end up paying their whole pay day back seems very profitable during inflation times. And there are apps doing it pretty well. The problem with this app is that it connects a person’s loan amount to points earned through third-party challenges and apps. So you end up undoubtedly getting tons of spam ware on your apps, taking surveys, watching adds just to end up paying back the loan, plus the fee, plus any “tip” they requested while they derive add and regeneration revenue from their users. So either eliminate the fee or make it less burdensome to obtain the points necessary to get extra grocery money. Just seems cruel and not very humane to the working people who use your app.

Don’t believe the fake reviews this app is TRASH. This is probably the worst and most frustrating app i’ve ever used. As soon as you get enough points for the advance you want they’ll change the system to be like three times as many points for significantly less money. For example, if you had 700 points for like $15 it’ll change to 5,000 points for $5. This has happened at least 3 times. Than when I wrote a negative review they responded with “I see you were able to get an advance!” and like ya but only after 2 days and three talks with customer service. Not sure why they seem pleased or proud with themselves over that. I had to delete, I couldn’t take it anymore. I’ve also heard many people have had multiple occurrences of unrecognized charges to their bank/card after using the app. At best it’s useless, frustrating app that will only waste your time. At worst (which is probably more true) it’s a scam. Thank goodness for Empower I would skip this app and just download that one.

Absolute GARBAGE. Contact support: garbage, app use: garbage, experience: garbage. I’ve been using forever and have NEVER had an issue with it. This weekend, I’m having ALL the issues. First, it wasn’t showing anything was paid and my account hadn’t updated in over a week. I contacted support, which kept disconnecting every time I would get close to talking to a human, and they said they couldn’t do anything. All I could do was log out, log back in and if that didn’t work, delete app and reinstall the app. Did that, still nothing. I was then told to disconnect then reconnect my account, and now I can’t get my debit card back on the app. I’ve recently been told it’s because my bank doesn’t have “good connection; poor connection” which is RIDICULOUS because I’ve been using it for over a year. I’m so fed up I have no choice but to delete. Just don’t waste your time with it.

Eligibility for advance. I haven’t seen an option for a non-points advance since they made points advances a thing so I finally got curious and asked support what’s up. This was their response: “Here at Klover, we have a few strict requirements that need to be met in order for a customer to be eligible for an advance. One of these requirements is a customer must have a pay cycle of either 7 or 14 days. In addition to that, the paycheck must be directly deposited into a checking account on a Thursday or a Friday.” I technically get paid on Fridays but the bank account I have connected pays out early (on Wednesdays). I’m asking if I can send paystubs to prove that my paydays are Fridays and see if they can use that instead of me having to connect a different bank account; I’ll update this once I get a response. Just wanted to let other people know that if you can’t get a non-points advance, it might have something to do with when you get paid.

Great app all around and easy to use!. I kept downloading different apps trying to find the one that best fits me and my current financial situation and I was skeptical about almost all until I stumbled upon Klover . This app was the most ideal for me not only for how easy it is to use but I loved how they also give you an instant boost that took no longer than a couple minutes to show up in my account ! I needed the money for an emergency bill coming up and as soon as I signed up Klover gave me an amount that I am able to use and repay at a later date which was very helpful and exactly what I was looking for ! I then began searching for apps close to what Klover offers and I couldn’t find one . I’d recommend this app for anyone in need of some quick cash and anyone who wants to organize all of their expenses the easiest way !

How clover helped me. I’ve only used clover once and it helped me when I was low on funds after I paid rent to get some groceries for the week. Honestly there are a lot of apps out there, Dave, Earnin, possible and float…but clover seems different and fun…I still have yet to understand it but I like the fact I can borrow a small amount like possible and Earnin…Dave raised their amount from $50, $75 to 100$ and 200$…I don’t ever like borrowing that much because then I’m in dept to those other apps. So Klover is nice because I can keep it simple and not worry about being broke again from Dave…during covid I got caught up in the lending app wormhole…spent almost a year borrowing…paid them off during the holidays…but always was short…klover seems more user friendly and i hope to continue a great customer relationship with them.

Inconsistent/now just silly (round 2). EDITED- well after my review Klover reached to me and I thought - awesome! They will fix the issue and then I can adjust my review. Nope! More customer service reps who don’t offer any real help but tell me my bank “stopped” sharing info. Confirmed with the bank it’s an app issue. I’ve reported to the app no less than 3 or 4 times that I need to re-link my bank account because something is wrong and the app won’t allow it...just sent another email asking for a customer service phone number or real help...I’ll wait. I should say before the I had this CS experience I probably would have given 5 stars. Original review: I got 2 boosts and suddenly I’m not eligible after the app updates - even though nothing has changed in my employment or anything. Customer service has been little to no help, just canned responses tht don’t tell me anything specific to my account. Just “not all customers are eligible” - so inconsistent it may be better to just go get a cash advance even though it’s kind of a pain.

Love this APP. This is one of my go to apps. I personally think it’s better than the Affirm’s. I like that it doesn’t depend on my credit numbers. When someone stole my credit card number & I had to change information it caused an issue with my account I was able to contact Klover talk to a real Person in the US & they were able to fix everything for me right away. Even called me back a few days later to make sure everything was still ok & ask if I received good service. Every person that worked with me was awesome & made me feel like I mattered as a customer/client. I like the fact that they keep adding new features to better the app. I always recommend to my clients, co-workers & family & will continue to. Thank Klover you the best.

Needs a little work. I’ve only used the app for a few weeks now but in my opinion it needs a little more work. I love the point earning system but I don’t think it’s fair that we have to earn the points to get the advance. It should be an extra incentive that if we get the points we can get extra money. The advance should be based on income. I also don’t like the process of paying the advance back. There’s no option to repay early which I think there should be also they only took the original amount that I borrowed and not the fee so it’s took 3 days for it to process when all the money was in my account. The customer service is amazing. They always respond quickly and are very friendly! I do recommend this app but read the reviews so that you understand everything before going in.

I just downloaded the app 20-3... Done. Didn’t even get a chance to leave a pre review while I “waited for my requests to process and have my boost available at the time of my choosing…Which was right between 20-3.. you get the point. No don’t just give positive reviews if I noticed a few bad bugs..App seems to crash or lite crash where the app won’t close in on itself but you’d be smart to do it the moment your page stops loading. Close, open (like-new) #Newcarsmell . Downer also the first bank you link or provide Info to kolver with you’re basically stuck with that account u till you contact support and even then sometimes your beat bet is to ask them cancel your account and you can start fresh again linking ur bank though there is a time frame and expensy to wait is never reliable.

Scam, misleading, and just pointless !. So im eligible for $100 advance BUT every time i try to complete or sign up for the 4000 point offers….the app connected to those 4000 points either doesn't load, wont send verification email etc yet the smaller point ones will with no problem. Im starting to feel like you guys intentionally rig these points to keep people from getting the advance. Be honest because noone is going to join 25 plus apps or links to get that. Why make it so hard and you guys have our banking info? If the person is paying it back, is in need of the advance, why be so complicated ? You dangle it and take advantage of people who may be in need? Thats decent to you guys? Right now id need to get 3,500 points to cash out $100? Huh ? Thats so many spamming apps. At this point can you just delete my account , im going to leave my review and not look back. I did one measley advance and the next 1 has triple the points to cash out, ????? make it make sense and be for the people and not greedy to the people. Its 2nd hand embarressment seeing a “referral” option - never again

Such a Disgrace!!. After investing so much time into this app, right as I’m at enough points to request my cash advance finally as I go to complete my request I am quickly denied because of my phone number! I try getting it updated but not only is there nowhere to edit or update your information..there is nobody that you can call to speak to a live agent so you have to email any issues. After doing that I get an email response stating that they cannot change or update my telephone number but they could delete my subscription and all of the points that I accumulated would not transfer with me if I had to start another account up! Just to change my number? It absolutely amazes me how these apps want us to trust and use their services but they cannot resolve such a simple issue and that to me suggests that I probably shouldn’t be subscribed to an application that I can’t talk to a live person or cannot update information….not ANYONE I WANT TO GIVE MY BANK INFORMATION TOO,NO THANK YOU! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME ON THIS APP LIKE I DID MINE!!!!!

Do NOT waste your time and PERSONAL info. I rarely leave reviews but when you play with people funds and time it MUST be addressed. I just want to pay y’all back your $16 and you all close my account. Oh yeah by the way you guys the advance payments are based upon how many points you earn in the app. I downloaded it out of pure desperation because I needed to feed my son but it’s not worth knowing too much of my personal information and I can’t even get back into my account to delete it. And I have reset my password more than once and the app would say my password is incorrect when I just changed it! 🫠 I just really want y’all to delete any additional subscription you signed my debit card up for because at this point I was going to pay the additional for the “Klover plus” but now I’m getting Red Flags that this is just a SCAM ! Oh and please get your $16 and close my account AND delete my Chime account information that you obtained through the third party Plaid, this app is a waste of time and personal data.

Better than nothing. At least in this specific situation.. It would be really really nice to be able to get the hundred dollar cash advance that is advertised by & for the Klover app. Otherwise it is a very good app. It’s easy to navigate and I enjoy spending the wheel and doing the sweepstakes. I’m not big on surveys but I don’t mind everything else. I would just like to be able to get more than a five dollar cash advance because I do have direct deposit and I have been using this app for about six months now and I’ve only been able to advance $20 twice and every other time it’s been five dollars and I always repay my cash advances with tip every time and on time. At the very least I would like to have an explanation as to why you advertise $100 cash advance but then only offer five dollars to the occasional $20 for people that do have qualifying & Recurring direct deposits.

Used to be great. This app used to be great, it has recently undergone some changes and now makes you jump through hoops to actually use the cash advance feature. You have to watch video ads in order to gain points but limits the amount of points you can gain per day. So it has watching ads for hours over days to gain the points you need to advance. Let’s also mention that the ads that you watch either freeze or are so off centered that you can’t actually close the ad once it’s over in order to collect the points. You have to close the app altogether, re open it and guess what - it doesn’t reward you points for the ad you just watched. So many bugs, the app has so much potential but the people making decisions clearly don’t want customers to continue using Klarna. Save yourself the hassle and download Earnin or Dave or MoneyLion. Apps that will actually work and give you a cash advance without making you jump through ridiculous hoops to do it.

Not a care in the world about their customer base. First of all, despite having fully repaid anything I ever borrowed from this app and having then requested a complete deletion of my account and being told my account was removed. However, here they are trying to pull out $4.00 from my checking account again. Considering i deleted my account, i find this absolutely ridiculous. Not only that but since i noticed the aforementioned attempted charges to my bank account, I decided to login to the app to see why. Oddly, my password didn't work. I sent a password reset request. I received an email containing the reset link. The link very prominently displays it's "https" wording in the link text within the email. Great, but when you actually click on the link you're forwarded to an insecure page that does not use ssl certificates. This is 2022, and let's encrypt literally gives away SSL certificates. There is absolutely no excuse for any company, especially one that offers financial services to leave their users unprotected like this. In fact, I think there might even be laws against this.

Klover: The Ultimate Rewards App. I've been using Klover for a few months now, and it has completely transformed how I manage my finances. The app is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to earn points through various activities. What I love most is that these points can be turned into REAL dollars, providing a fantastic way to supplement my income. Klover offers numerous opportunities to rack up points, from surveys to referrals and more. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the customer support is top-notch. I feel secure knowing my information is protected, and I appreciate the transparency in how the app operates. If you're looking for a reliable and rewarding app to help you make some extra cash, Klover is a must-have. It's not just an app; it's a game-changer. Highly recommend!

If I’m having to work to get the points to get a boost…. If I’m having to work to get the points to get a boost, I shouldn’t have to pay you anything back. There are lots of earn points for cash apps out there where once you meet certain tiers or caps, you get to cash out and owe nothing. I’m essentially working to get paid and then being told I have to pay what I’ve earned with interest, which is weird. While your point system is far less ridiculous and more realistic, it’s a strange method to use under the guise of a “boost”, especially since you already have my income information, etc and have approved me anyways. At the end of the day, if I’m doing work for you “watching ads, completing surveys” you pay me and the exchange ends there. I don’t know if this is criminal or anything but it’s definitely not leaving with me a good feeling. I know partially my experience is based on this because of the type of bank account I have, but still… it’s sketchy.

Amazing app! But keep running into this one bug.. So far I have used Klover to take out a cash advance twice and both times I have received the cash advance with no issues! I love that I can increase how much I can take out by doing simple tasks to earn points and unlock the next cash advance tier. (e.g. watching ads, taking surveys, scanning receipts, etc.) However, I’ve recently come across an issue; When I take a survey (specifically the Tap Research surveys) that if I’m taking too long to finish the survey it will completely kick me out and make me log back into the Klover app. It wasn’t doing this to me previously, so I’m not sure if this is a new bug that is occurring. It does get a little frustrating to try and hurry through the surveys to get the points I’m supposed to receive, I hope this issue can get fixed! Other than that, I’ve been happy with everything else so far. :)

Fast and Reliable Cash Advance Solution!. I recently used a cash advance app, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making the application process quick and hassle-free. I was able to apply for a cash advance in just a few minutes. What impressed me most was the speed of approval. I received my funds within hours, which was a lifesaver during a financial pinch. The transparency in fees and repayment terms also stood out; there were no hidden charges, and everything was clearly explained. Customer service was responsive and helpful, answering all my questions promptly. Overall, this app has proven to be a trustworthy and efficient solution for anyone needing quick cash. Highly recommend it!

Best App. I was browsing Facebook, like any other day, and suddenly I saw that a friend shared an App called klover, so I decided to take a look at it. Then I discovered the marabout of the app that tania in front of my eyes and at that moment I was going through a bad time so I decided to ask for a loan from klover and if in 2 minutes I already had the money in my bank, the fantastic thing about klover is that I never They will ask you for as much information they believe in their users as we users believe in klover, and the best of the best there is no interest but if there is a fee that is worthy for the Klover loans, it solves my problems. The most elegant thing about Klover is also that if you invite a friend they give you $ 20 grace if free, fantastic, I really recommend Clover and I want them to give them 5 stars because they are a wonderful team.

Shop around first. Loved it at first , no other stuff thrown in . Just direct and to the point. I even started saving receipts for the first time in my life . And then the bank issue. It is important to update your login credentials every few months to keep your accounts as secure as possible. The fact that you can not just unlink the bank acct and re-link backup bc someone changed their bank login info is, for lack of a better word, shocking. Tbh I thought they were lying to me until I saw all these other comments. The best part, which isn’t where I spent months paying on time etc never late to be banished, it was where when I asked if there was a timeline, I was told I don’t qualify- which didn’t even make sense nor what I was asking. That’s it , they never responded to me again when I asked for clarification on what they meant by that. Eventually after a few days of being ignored, I asked to just delete my acct and I’d move on. Guess you’re not allowed to do that either bc I’m at 5 days and counting w/o a response. Two stars bc it had potential and im writing this on a Friday. Disappointing.

Best app ever. The premier cash advance application, known for its unparalleled efficiency and user-friendly interface, has redefined the way individuals manage their financial needs. This innovative app stands out as a beacon of reliability and convenience in the realm of digital lending solutions, offering swift access to funds without the bureaucratic hurdles often associated with traditional banking institutions. With its cutting-edge security measures and transparent fee structures, this platform has earned a reputation for safeguarding users' sensitive information while providing seamless transactions. Its intuitive design and robust features cater to the diverse needs of modern consumers, empowering them to navigate unexpected expenses and cash flow challenges with ease. In a landscape saturated with financial tools, this app emerges as a standout choice for those seeking a trustworthy and efficient cash advance solution.

Scam, Doesn’t work, customer service is lazy. This app is a joke and has been since the day I downloaded it. Never been able to scan receipts, the point system randomly changes and when it came to actually linking my accounts for an advance it just didn’t work and left me on a page with a sad face emoji and told me to contact support. When I did get a response from support they sent me a copy and pasted article from their help page, clearly I had already read and determined the issues they stated were not the issue then told me they can’t do anything. Could of taken the time to at the very least look at my account and write me a personal message after determining the issue. Poor app development and lazy customer service. There’s plenty of other apps out there way better than this one, this one feels like a complete scam just like a ton of the other reviews say, notice how fake developers responses to comments are as well. They had no problem verifying my debit card by taking money and not giving it back. Now I have to cancel my card as I’m terrified they will do it again. Don’t do it !! Not worth it

“Never run short on cash” yeah right. Downloaded the app when I needed some extra money, hoping this would be one that actually worked out. Nope. Just like all the others. I linked my bank account, I have recurring direct deposits weekly from work, but the only way I would qualify for anything is to scan my receipts and then refer a friend. Why would I refer a friend in need when they wouldn’t be able to get any help either? Then I get a text one morning saying “good news, we have qualified you for a boost up to $100” So I open my clover app and literally no change in my account, still need to scan receipts and refer a friend if I want a “boost”. Not sure why they decided to text that, probably to get me to open their app again. I don’t use receipts I have a record of all my purchases right there in my banking app. Use Dave, they will actually help you if you need it. They sent me 75 bucks and I have used them a few times. Klover has not helped me one bit.

Life Saving App. Klover shocked the heck out of me. Usually these types of apps promise “quick and easy” cash with no credit check, etc., they either ask for wayyyy too much info (why do you need my grandmas name, seriously) or require some outrageous minimum balance first. Um, if I had a decent amount in my bank account I wouldn’t be asking to borrow $40! Klover doesn’t do any of that nonsense. Within 5 minutes of downloading the app I was offered up to $50 and it was put into my account instantly for a very small fee ($1.50 I believe). I went on with my life and then that night I entered one of their daily raffle things to win $20 and guess what… I won! I’ve actually one it twice now after having the app for about 3 months. I’m very impressed with Klover and can’t thank them enough! ❤️

Klover Review. Honestly, I'm pretty split on this app. Firstly, I hate the points system. It's very annoying and it makes next to no sense. It makes this app less of a cash advance app and more of an app closer to Inbox Dollars or Swagbucks. Why should we have to pay back the $5 PLUS a fee after having to spend almost a full week watching ad's for y'all & taking surveys just trying to get enough points for five dollars, then have to pay that back in a week or two? I don't feel like the point system should be around if we have to repay, or I don't feel like we should have to repay if we are stuck with this point system. Not the biggest fan of this app. There are drastically better cash advance/borrowing apps. Cleo, Albert, Dave, Empower, Moneylion are some I've used just to name a few, all of which work with my bank, Chime, and do not have a point system where you're forced to watch 20 ads for 100 points just to get the literal bare minimum. This app is just overall inconvenient.

Was Great Until It Wasn’t - Bad Customer Service. this app was a lifesaver for me, but be warned if your debit card is close to expiring or you get a new one you are screwed if you try to use Klover again. I have spent the last week attempting to put my new card on file with Klover and was getting nonstop error messages. I tried everything from logging out and back in, uninstalling the app and reinstalling, completely removing my bank account and setting it back up, literally will not verify my new card. I contacted customer service explaining this and instead was told to try logging out and back in again, when I said in my original message I had already attempted this. I tried a few more times just to be sure and nothing. Tried reaching back out to customer support on their feedback email and heard nothing (I also work in CS using Zendesk and I know they see the negative feedback in their system, lol) I just tried to reopen my original help ticket so we shall see. I guess i’ll edit this review if I ever actually get help.

New To Klover, Still Feel it Out. I started using clover last night, and was approved within five minutes. They have a point system that I’m still not sure how to use but I think with a little bit of time it’ll come to me. Applying and getting approved was super easy especially if you get direct deposits from your place of work. They analyze your data from the bank you linked and approve you if you have at least 2 to 3 current and valid paystubs in your bank account. Money was there after being approved so that’s great. The ONLY thing I don’t like so far is the $8 dollar and some change instant transfer fee. I only say that because I’m familiar with other apps such as Earnin who have no transfer fee. Other than that the app is great and you get money when you need it. I’d definitely try it if you need some extra cash. Also try Earnin and Dave if you haven’t already.

Good but needs changes. I have been using Klover for a while which really helped me out until recently. When using Klover I usually had good experiences. The only things I would really love to change are: 1. Add the ability to change or postpone repayment dates. A lot of competitors have already made that possible and it would be nice to have that ability here. Because of this, Klover is usually my last option 2. The surveys are terrible sometimes. After I will complete one for 10-15 minutes, I end up at a screen with just a twirling symbol. I’ve waited for a long time, and nothing happened. It’s like it just crashes. Then you aren’t even awarded your points AND they have no record of you completing it which is shady sometimes. Those are the two things I would suggest need changes. Other than that, klover has been pretty average.

Love it. Klover is indeed an impressive application that has been gaining popularity for its user-friendly interface and innovative features. Users appreciate its ability to provide instant cash advances without the need for credit checks, making it accessible for many. The app also offers budgeting tools and expense tracking, which help users manage their finances more effectively. Additionally, Klover's commitment to security and user privacy is commendable, ensuring that personal information is well-protected. Many users have reported a seamless experience with customer support, further enhancing the overall satisfaction with the service. Overall, Klover stands out as a practical financial tool for anyone looking to improve their financial health while enjoying the convenience of modern technology.

App was completely useless for me. I filled out all the details and they told me I was approved, I just needed to link my debit card. Once I linked my debit card, I got extremely conflicting information on the status of my account. I kept getting notifications that told me my card was verified, I went through the entire process to the point where they told me “your money will be in your account in a few minutes!” Then I waited for a few hours, went back to the app and it said my debit card needed to be verified…so I entered the information AGAIN and it would not even try to verify again. It would not say it couldn’t be verified, just nothing would happen. So I disconnected the bank and reconnected it and entered the debit info again and the same exact thing happened. I figured oh well I guess it’s not happening, but now I’m getting emails asking me if I’m enjoying the advance that I never received! You guys need to figure this out because if your system thinks you gave me money, it’s wrong, and you can check my account transaction history to confirm that.

ACH feature does not work. I did not opt for instant payment but instead the standard delivery to have the funds in my account within 3 business days. This is the 6th business day and still no funds have been sent. You can only email customer service, which is a joke because they legit say they won’t get back with you for 2-3 business days. Wholly unacceptable, especially in a world as technologically advanced as today’s. I did not want to have to pay a $10 fee on a $75 loan by doing the instant route…so what? I’m penalized by not getting my money at all? And they are still showing me a repayment date expected within less than a week when I have received nothing and have not heard back ANYTHING by email though they claim to run their support 24/7 5 days a week. With the weekend fast approaching, I am worried they’ve truly just screwed me over. If they take a dime from me on repayment day when I’ve received nothing, I am reporting them to the CFPB and seeing if I can sue for FRAUD. Try me.

Klover review. The Klover app is a great tool for managing personal finances. It offers a user-friendly interface and a variety of features that make tracking expenses and budgeting a breeze. The app allows you to easily categorize your expenses, set financial goals, and monitor your progress. One of the standout features of the Klover app is its automatic expense tracking. It connects to your bank accounts and credit cards, automatically importing and categorizing your transactions. This saves a lot of time and effort compared to manually entering every expense. The budgeting feature in the Klover app is also quite impressive. You can set monthly spending limits for different categories and the app will send you alerts when you're approaching or exceeding those limits. This helps to keep you accountable and stay on track with your financial goals. Another great aspect of the Klover app is its ability to generate detailed reports and insights about your spending habits. You can easily see where your money is going and identify areas where you can cut back or make improvements. Overall, I highly recommend the Klover app for anyone looking to take control of their finances. It's intuitive, feature-rich, and provides valuable insights to help you make informed financial decisions.

Outstanding Overall Service Experience. "I recently stumbled upon the Klover cash advance app, and it has been an absolute game changer for me! In a world where financial flexibility can sometimes feel like a distant dream, Klover has brought it within arm's reach. The ease and speed with which I could access funds in a pinch were nothing short of revolutionary. Not to mention, their seamless interface and user-friendly experience made my financial interactions feel almost too simple. Klover didn't just lend me cash; it handed me a lifeline with dignity and efficiency at a time when I needed it most. Beyond the incredible functionality, the sense of security and support I've received has been unparalleled. Klover isn't just an app; it's a financial partner that genuinely has your back!"

Absolutely ridiculous. I ONLY left 1 star because i couldn’t leave none!! I have been trying for MONTHS to get my cash advance reprocessed with NO HELP! Customer service is a joke. They offer no real solution. Said my bank is the issue and i assure you it’s not because I’ve called my bank on many occasions and they confirmed there was no attempt in reprocessing the advance payment. All the non sufficient Klover customer service can do is send you and invoice to pay the advance back with tilt debit card, but, guess what?! It’s NEVER SENT. No email not even in my junk folder. Klover, if you can send us an email for us to pay with a debit card then why the heck can’t you just put that option on your app for us to do it to get it taken care of?! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!!! I even offered an alternative email for the so-called invoice to be sent to, and guess what still never received. I have an ongoing email string with your customer service with the same issues, and no recourse given!! GET IT TOGETHER! Do not use this app unless you just want to fight back and forth with some person via email!

I wish I could write 2 1/2 stars. I'm having a hard time grasping how this app operates. From what I gather, it requires users to collect points to access financial advances. Once you accumulate enough points, it should notify you that you're eligible for an advance or prompt you to check your eligibility. However, I’ve encountered some issues; for some reason, I can't request an advance unless I use my points. This process seems quite confusing and frustrating. On one hand, the app has helped me keep track of my purchases and spending habits, which is a positive aspect. However, I can't help but notice that I already have numerous other apps that serve the same function of tracking expenses. This redundancy makes me question the overall utility of this app, especially with the added complexity of the points system. So while it does have its benefits, the confusing mechanics could use some improvement.

Users Beware. This app used to work… I was able to scan receipts and do surveys and get points. In the last month however; I’ve been unable to scan receipts OR get credit for the surveys I’ve done. In regards to receipts, I save them all. I’ve tried no less than 10 different businesses, with nearly perfect receipts. Businesses I’d previously used in the past. Big box retailers etc. The function is broken. I emailed their tech support, they blamed it on my receipts, then stopped responding. As for the surveys.. the handoff between Tap research and Klover is abysmal at best, more times than not you won’t get any credit for your surveys. If they want you to do 10, you’ll get credit for about five of them because the app won’t process that you actually did the survey. What a coincidence… Based off of the experience I had; they don’t care to fix these issues, which is unfortunate because the premise of the app makes sense. The dev team needs to be aware of these issues and I feel like they aren’t addressing them.

Klover is amazing!!!. Whenever I need extra cash… Klover is the only app I can think of. They said you can receive your money in less than an hour… mine comes in a second literally. I love the chance of earning more points to get even more boosts. I will recommend this app to anyone. I typically have issues with other apps such as (Earnin, FloatMe, etc) simply because I feel the systems are outdated or very flawed. They can never prove my direct deposits from work even though my bank is connected and I’ve proven with so many paystubs… it started giving me a headache. Klover though… very different. All I did was connect my bank and debit card and got a boost just as fast as you can say one, two, three. Thanks Klover because when I needed somebody… you guys were there. I will continue using your services 😊

A Game changer in financial empowerment. This app is truly a game-changer in the world of cash advances and has exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Firstly, the user-friendly interface of the Klover app immediately caught my attention. Navigating through the different features and options was a breeze, making my overall experience seamless and enjoyable. The intuitive design ensures that even individuals who are not tech-savvy can easily access the app's functionalities. Lightning-fast approval process. Within minutes of submitting my application, I received a notification confirming my cash advance. This level of efficiency is unmatched and enabled me to address my financial needs promptly. The app's advanced technology and secure platform provide users with peace of mind, knowing that their personal information is protected.

It’s legit and works, but the app is garbage. Ok i still rely on this for cash advances so yes it does work and it’s legit - the new app is just very annoying. First, sometimes it takes too long to log in (sometimes it doesn’t move past the log in screen). Second, whenever i take surveys, sometimes the app closes out my survey midway and goes BACK to the Klover log in screen - imagine filling out a droning survey for 15-20 minutes just for the app to crash and NOT reward you any points, let alone not let you back into the survey you had halfway or more completed. Third, the points system used to be decent, now it’s absolute garbage. 5 points per receipt scanned, 5 points per 30 second ad watched… what happened to receipts rewarding you 20 points and video ads rewarding you 10?? This app is becoming nearly impossible to put up with, and I can’t wait til I don’t need it anymore.

Not at paid review!!. I'm extremely satisfied with the Klover Advance app. Its ease of use, customization options, and real-time updates make it an essential tool for anyone looking to borrow in between paychecks. While there are some areas for improvement, such as expanding offer options (for points), I believe Klover Advance is a solid choice!! Please note in order to receive the full $200 you must earn points. They do have a waiting period 24 hours for anything that doesn't require a deposit and 6 days for anything that does. I say if you have satisfied the offer send them screenshots of the offer and the screen of the app and a customer service rep is always more than happy to assist. I use this app more than I should but I 100% recommend.

Klover is amazing. I had been on disability for my broken ankle and after getting back to work full time from that leave, I had to get caught back up on bills. I took 5 weeks off only because I work remotely with my company. As my checks were rolling in, getting caught up was rough paying double on my bills. I was left with $10 for two weeks to buy some groceries and cat food. I heard of payroll cash advances but didn’t think of it until I searched and I seen Klover. It was fast, easy and in minutes I had my advance. It is a little scary doing things like this online but they use plaid which is secure too. Thank you so much from me and my kitty. It was so needed right now to get me back on my feet. Literally too lol. Doing PT to start walking on this foot. Thanks again.

SCAM alert!. I downloaded this app and used its cash advance for about two times, and then after the 3rd withdraw the app keeps saying that it was trying to get direct deposit information from my bank. I don’t know what find of dumb server it has or even if it’s a server problem at all but it’s been stuck in that screen for weeks. I called my bank which is navy federal credit union and they said everything is looking normal on their end which is to be expected this is the biggest CU in the country. And I contacted customer service and they told me to reconnect my bank. I did and it’s still showing the exact same thing. The other app that I use such as brigit never had a problem. And now I’m contacting customer service been trying to reach them for over a day and no response at all. It’s like a bunch of zombies. They’re still charging me the subscription fee yet they won’t let you advance. And the dumb app charges a $8 fee every time for the repayment. What a disgusting scam app! Stay away! !

Not as great as I thought it was. The first time I requested a cash advance it was very simple. They collected the info they needed it and I got instantly. I didn’t mind paying the tip. The membership is optional. I also got it but then canceled it. The first repayment when smoothly no issues what’s so ever so i decided to reborrow again. But this time they want the money back a few days before my actual pay date and I have to explain in an email b/c I can’t seem to find a phone number and they don’t have live chat either that I do not get paid on the date they want to auto debit the payment. But they don’t tell you that til it’s to late and now I’m have a negative in my bank account. They can’t fix it, if their computer says it will be taking out on so and so date that’s final and no one can correct this problem. Out of all my years doing payday loans I’ve never encountered such problems. I will be definitely closing my account once it’s paid. 🤦‍♂️ Wanted to add that someone got back to me but I already had closed my account
