I have a problem. It’s my favorite app for watching movies but lately when I pause the video the screen goes away so I have to close the app and open again. Basically I can’t pause. I deleted and installed it again but problem didn’t solve

It just works. Bypass the iTunes nightmare when you wanna get a song from your computer to your phone. Best part: no cable required, just a wifi and your computer's web browser...drag, drop, and you're done. Accessing the song in the app is just as straightforward as it can be. Intuitive, stable, simple... it just works. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. I have received nothing from the app makers in connection with this review.

Watch app doesn’t work at all. When open up OPlayer on my Apple Watch it takes a long time to load the playlist and it gets stuck when I click on one of them. The watch screen seems flashing and struggling with loading something, but just doesn’t play anything

Great app. Was looking for an app to smoothly play mkv files on iphone and this one works perfectly! Super easy to add files from PC and play them in series; overall a simple task but this app fulfills it perfectly. Ads are not overbearing as well, which is always a pleasant surprise with any app

Be warned, i upgraded but still get upgrade ads. There are over three versions of this at about 13 dollars each for its parts, per version. You would expect crossover for they are all the same once you buy the parts, but no, you pay three times if you dont keep tabs on which one you have and which upgrades you have. There will easily be triple charges for the same ripoff app. Oplayer Oplayer lite Oplayer hd Etc...

Timeout. Using the lite version. I love everything about it, except it times out after around a minute if you are not playing anything, and you need to go back into the app to start playing. I would like to be able to restart playing from the iPhone home screen or control centre. Does this also happen in the paid version or only on lite?

Very nice app but missing one feature. This really a nice and powerful app for playing video. It has many other necessary tools but the video thumbnail is missing in this app which I am surprised to see. I need to look at the names to understand which one I want play. Don't know why it's missing. I would like to buy it if it's has that option.

Compared to other players it’s decent, but one of the images is deceptive. In one of the images it says you can position the video, but this is a lie, you can’t actually move the video around. You can zoom in, but it only zooms in on the center of the video, making it completely pointless. It has nice features, but the whole reason I downloaded this was because it said you can move the video around, and that was just a complete lie.

So far the best I've used.... I've been trying to find an app that stays connected on an iPad and doesn't try to shove selling you to buy the app down your throats after every song. I also wanted an app that sorts my playlist correctly (not just alphabetical). So far this has been solid and connects to my home network easily. I use mediamonkey for the dlna/upnp with this app as the front end. If it stays solid another week I will buy it. Better than the other apps I've tried...

Easy to use. Simply wonderful, an abundance of functions enables you to do what ever you want. You can also change the settings to your likings. I love this app very much.

My box came w/ out instruction manuel!. man this spp has a bazillion features, plays everything backwards forwards diagonal and sideways in whatever format you want at whatever speed you want. my only complaint is stoners like me need a little help navigating all the options. itd be great if there was a little mire explaination of what does what or some samples of whst its capable of, some sort of guideline to follow because i know im n not using it to its potential. thatd be great📝

Songs 10 seconds ahead. When I play music from my NAS, all songs start out 10 seconds in. This happens with personal dips and downloads. Any chance this is a bug that can be checked out? Only reason I'm holding that coveted 5th star back.

A Couple of Changes Would Make it Perfect. Live the app, but the randomizer is pretty bad. Some videos won't ever get plays while others appear again after two or three plays. What would make this app perfect, though, is very basic editing controls. Oh my god, that would be awesome. Just split, cut, crop, trim, etc. Please Please Please!

Really this app is the best player. I’m really impressed with this player after 2 years using it. It has everything I need and with iPhone works flawlessly. Great job to the developers at this app company!!

Basic player. I’m using this for music playback while driving, so maybe the joke’s on me (maybe this is more for movies?). The music playback is stopping as soon as I exit the player screen, e.g. to browse more music to add to playlist. Would be nice to have “always playing something” mode. Leaving the app or locking the screen also stops the playback—until tapping the screen, then it resumes. Strange. Playing / adding a folder with subfolders does nothing. Only leaf folders work correctly. I have my music organized by genre, artist and year in four level hierarchy so this is really annoying, having to enter each folder manually. Playing all files in a folder or adding to playlist does not sort the files in the folder by their track (or even alphabetically). So they will just play randomly, based on how they were copied to the phone (the playback order is filesystem dependent at that point). All in all I’m happy with what this does for me. Though it seems very basic features are missing after 8 years of development.

video quality. i dont know if its just me but its been fine with the video quality. I dont know if its because of an update. however, even if I download a very high quality video, the video looks like its cracking and its not very hd.

Used to work great but now when deleting files eats up storage. Something has happened to the app or with the latest iOS update to 16.1.2. I copy files to the app via iTunes. When I delete a file from my iPhone from within the app, the deleted files space is being returned to System Data and not freeing usable storage. System Data is getting huge with every delete and there’s no way to clear it without doing a backup, erase and restore on the phone. Please fix.

Excellent app, BUT ONE PROBLEM. The app doesn't allow you to sign into Google drive. It says "url mismatch." In order to play Google drive videos you have to open Google drive, select a video, and then open in oplayer. If this could be fixed it would hands down be the best available media player. Please fix 🙏

Can’t figure out how to lower the brightness!. It would be nice if there was a tutorial, but because of all the gestures, I accidentally trigger some. Now every time I go to the app, my brightness goes all the way up. Don’t know how to fix it so I’m just going to delete this app because it’s so annoying. Everything else works though. I love the app, but it’s just the brightness thing that I’ll have to delete this.

Just a forward button. Pretty perfect just wish it had a forward button with an specific amount of time

OPlayer takes the awful out of apple :). Great app. How can I rename a playlist? I can duplicate playlists, re-order songs, etc, but cannot find a way to change the name of a playlist. I can click the paper-pencil icon to edit the order of songs but it does not allow the title to be edited. Hoping that OPlayer continues to be updated! I use the AB loop, playback speed, and WiFi transfer all the time. It makes it possible to share (my own original) music with friends and band mates, when I would otherwise not be able to do so with native apple apps.

Best I’ve used so far. This is now my main video app. No more converting to deal with Apple's silly refusal to include popular video codecs in iOS. I’ve had a few avi's fail to stream correctly. Surprise. I have very few avi's as I avoid them like a plague. So that issue is of no consequence for me. Very large BD mkv rips play fine on an iPad mini 4 and iPad 6th Gen. Gee, Contacts and Calendar are the only Apple apps I use these days. Probably time to replace those as well. But I have 36 updates, for each of 5 iOS devices and I’ve spent the last 4 hours trying to download 12.1.4 without a timeout causing me to to start all over again. All my devices are on 12.1.3. Why does it take 3 separate downloads — 3 different flavors of iOS — to update my devices. Probably time to stop updating or stop buying iOS devices. Why do I do this to myself?

Works great on all file formats from files. This is the only reasonably priced video player I’ve found which handles all the formats I need and easily opens files from other programs. Well done!

About video sound. Hello, the author. Could you add a unified volume of video sound to this player when it is updated next time? This software is very easy to use. It would be better if it had this function

Awesome app! I highly recommend. This app works perfectly for the user working to skip over iTunes for all Audi and video media. I love the feature that allows me to upload content to my phone over my network from the web browser on my PC. I gladly paid these developers for the full license of this app after initially installing the free version.

Good, ui design issue. Very good app. Maybe the best in its category, but has some minor design issue which ruins the smooth experience. Of top of my head : The ugly red text shown every time you push speed button. This is very ugly and should be a way to disable it!

Latest update is annoying. Made the mistake of updating this app and now there is a permanent ad banner on the video screen. The version before didn’t have this so why now? You can’t even remove it as it stays there permanently blocking the video you’re watching since they didn’t even put it in a place that doesn’t block the actual video you’re watching. This is such an annoying feature. I wish I had not updated it. I understand that as a free app they need to make money and that isn’t an issue. Just do what other developers do and have an ad banner that can be removed or at least one that will disappear after the ad finishes playing. Instead these developers choose to keep the annoying ad banner on top of the video window obscuring the actual video you are trying to watch. Upgrading by paying to remove ads is the only way to get rid of the banner. This is the most annoying feature from what is usually a pretty good network media player. In light of this I’ve installed two new players - nPlayer Lite and Infuse who both display ads in a more tasteful way and both still allow me to stream videos from my NAS. I’ll be removing OPlayer Lite now.

Issue with Google and Dropbox. Perhaps updates in the past few days made it so Google says it cannot securely verify this app. Dropbox says it uses a new version that is not compatible with this app. I have not tried my OneDrive but don’t want to have that tied as it’s for something else. Fix please?

Greatest. I use it for worship at church, I can make playlists including downloaded videos ... iTunes music & videos... plus items from my camera files ! This gives me great flexibility! I project to a 65 in tv .. though adapter.

Great app, great features. This app makes it extremely easy to transfer video files to it, having multiple methods. It can play nearly any video format without conversion, as well as play all videos continuously, or custom playlists. I highly recommend upgrading to the full version. With my jailbroken iPad, I can use the camera connection kit, iFile & an SD card, putting videos on the card, creating aliases, then pasting the aliases into the right folder so the app can play the files without using space on the iPad itself.

My go to. Everything I get in emails, text message, whatever. I use this app to play it. Sometimes it cuts off when my phone is locked, because of my settings. Other than that, it’s solid. I’m gonna purchase this one for sure. To whoever created this, good lookin out and best of luck to u. I’ve suggested this app to a lot of my friends and they all use it.

Reorganizing songs within a playlist. Still haven’t figured out how to reorganize songs in a playlist. If you copy, for example, the songs from the album Abbey Road, by the Beatles, in the wrong order to a playlist, I can find a way to reorder them other than just starting over and make sure it goes track 1.2.3.4 etc... Update: per Devs recommendation, songs in playlist can be reorganized. Tap ‘edit’ then hold 3 horizontal marks to right of selection and drag up or down. Brilliant! Thank you!

Oplayer vs Oplayer HD. I like this app and I've had it for years. It works great. The main concern I have is the uncertainty with using it across multiple devices. Apparently on the iPhone you get Oplayer and on iPads you get Oplayer HD. I want to pay for upgrades but it is very confusing to me because I don't know if I will get the upgrades on each of my devices or just the one. I don't want to get stuck paying for upgrades on each of my family's devices. If one purchase was good on all devices this would for sure be a 5 star rating.

Great app But I have compression issue?. Its the best app for video playback because u can slow and speed up the vids to the cent. I just dont know how to keep the same quality video when I select tye video from my pics, it always compresses it to a lower quality. How do i change that?

Audio issues but overall okay. When I start to use the app more frequently, after a week or more of it being inactive, I play the audio while it stays on when I’m working on something else. The audio will sometimes start to sound like static is in the background, distort, or skip like a broke record. I have uninstalled and upgraded but it still does it.

Huge privacy concerns!. The app cannot work without being attached to some of your storages. That means it will by default have access to some of your data without option to turn it off from all. Imagine my shock when I saw my files there just a sec after I installed the app. Even that I could overlook if it wasn’t for the fact you force people to give you access to their storage. Couldn’t find any info on the company. Are you from Russia?

ESSENTIAL. If you're a enthusiast or professional you will find this app is essential for any device. I am a file archivist/hoarder and have been utilizing this app for +7 years on my various iPhones. It is the swiss army knife of mobile media players that tackles any audio/video file type and is supported by devs who truly care about the quality of their app. I've been singing it's praises to everyone I know but now it's time to leave a review. Thanks for all that you folks do! Some features that I cherish: -Plays FLAC files! -Folder/File structure view -Plays files from local external storage and over networks -WiFi File Transfer (no physical connection needed, just connect to local WiFi and access/transfer files through web browser) -FTP Compatible: Play & Transfer (ability to sync files with one click when used with file back up/sync software in conjunction with FTP connection) -Functions as portable file storage drive (used this as such many years before iOS provided the "Files" option)

Best player in the whole universe. This is hands down the best media player I've ever seen. You don't need to look for any other media player out there cause this is the one that does it all perfectly. Kudos to the developers of this app, job very well done fellas!

Refund please. I didn't intend to buy this product had I known your price beforehand. There was not a choice to confirm or continue with the purchase. The fact is while your other app was selling for 2.99, this lite one took from me a much higher amount. Reported this problem to Apple but Apple referred me to the seller. Sorry to have reported this matter here for nothing is wrong with your app. It is only the price.

Great media management app. I wish I had found this a long time ago. It’s definitely worth paying for the premium features. I’m a media geek and have a server full of music and videos. This makes it easy to stream them via wi-if to my phone, or download them to take with me. Trying to do the same thing in iTunes is a nightmare.

Good player overall. Is this app still supported? Haven’t seen much update lately and I found a bug where if you set the app password but you go to the built in IOS Files app and open from there you can override the app password. Besides that issue pretty good player overall does what I want and plays smoothly on IOS 14.6 iPhone 7.

I like that it plays oggs, but its UX needs work. I think the app is overall pretty nifty but the UX definitely needs work. Like it’s not very intuitive to find your uploads and create playlists, it should be easier to figure out. Other than that it’s great for uploading oggs from Dropbox and my desktop machine!

Great app... Heavy App, With lots of FEATURES.. for a person with mild ADD like me. It was tough to find thy purchase or buy now button..it looks great , has awesome features, And would recommend it to everyone in the world, but I wish if I made this app I would have made all the features and buttons in a more Organized in a centralized location..there all over the place..I still found what I needed but it took a minute or 2 more ..done good by..

Great app but….. Help and assistance falls short. Lost connection with Wi-Fi transfer. It says “please connect to wi-fi” but no address is given. I have spent a long time looking through their suggestions for a solution but found none. It would be nice to get an answer from them. I have used this app fully paid for for many years but it is now unusable for me so I had to find another to take its place. A shame.

Super, free version has everything I need. Recursive play, play list, play in the background, sound enhancing, control on screen, wifi uploads. So glad to get rid of iTunes!!!! Thanks for making it!

FANTASTIC APP. The OPlayer is a fantastic app. It plays my movie clips perfectly. The VLC app I had previously, became unusable, as it kept crashing all the time. I was so happy with the OPlayer app, that I upgraded, to help out the developers, for creating such a fantastic app…..✅✅✅

Awesome. Audio playback while app running in background is great.

Pretty Good. Anything that can steer clear of iTunes and navigate all file areas of your phone is ok by me. Doesn’t try to rearrange massive local archives you’ve sorted hierarchically. Wifi/web transfers are ok but FTP is better as stated. Takes a little digging around to configure but that’s normal for something that tries to do all things for all people.

My goto network media player. This apps just works. Plays almost any media thrown at it. Just upgraded to the photo viewer so i can browse through all my archived imagea

The "upgrade" is actually a Downgrade. the previous verison used to be able to rotate the screen as you turn the phone/iTouch. In this verison, this feature is actually disabled somehow (although the "what's new" seems to claim otherwise. Not Happy!

Works well, but ADS. Mandatory ads displayed as a banner when watching video. Pretty much breaks the app for usefulness. Also, some of the options on screens are unreachable because you can't scroll and they're hidden behind the keyboard.

Great app. Playback as good as goodplayer but not as fast in accessing folders from a NAS, however once it does it has the best user interface in accessing the NAS from any iOS device that I have come across

Excellent cloud drive player. I think this is a great cloud drive player for iOS devices, it supports a range of formats. Only a handful paid apps can do similar jobs. Much better than the offical WD Cloud app. I am happy with this one.

Security issue?. Somehow this app accessed my email and sent an email to Olimsoft from my email account with content about my iPhone specs. I only found the email because I was rereading a recently sent mail and went to my outbox. Very concerning and I find this a huge breach of privacy.

Fix the app from being crash all the time. From the time I had update the app on 18th of March and I don't ables to open the app whenever I click to open it , closes automatically all the time so please fix this as soon as possible thank you

Great app but lags a lot :(. I lyk dis app very much, but the most annoying problem out of all is, when u played a AVI or RMVB, the audio and the picture doesn't match and lags a lot. If dis problem is fixed in both free and pay version, this app could be the very most video playing app that I love :). PS: new design of interfaces is important too

Urgent. I love this software and I'm willing to pay for it. But just one important thing is when are you going to support password access. I like keep my files and videos in secret. Most important, when are you going to support SMB, which "ezshare pro" has been supporting for long so that I can direct access TIME CAPSULE through it from ezshare in iphone. Hope you can do as much as you can to support SMB as ezshare does

The Best iOS media player. Every other player I tried frequently crashed or just plain forgot where I was up to in the videos - depending on how I closed them, held my tongue, or the alignment of the moon. But oPlayer just works - perfectly. Never crashed, remembers where I was up to in every single video no matter how long it's been or how I exited the app, plays in the background, and so easy to navigate with its swiping feature. You can be quick, or pinpoint accurate. Been using it for a year, have never looked back.

Review of OPlayer Lite.. It’s fairly good overall, fairly easy to use as well. 👍🏽 It does many things well which I simply didn’t have, or couldn’t find on other players like GoodReader, etc. My only real criticism is the multiplicity of features available- seemingly all at once! It might be a good idea to preface OPlayer Lite with a short “Table of Contents” or an Index of features and how best to use them, such as a book will have. That is, a Brief Guide to the various features. Maybe such directions were available, but I didn’t notice them. 🤔 (I’m not referring to Settings either , but rather a customer User’s Guide.) Also I thought the quality of a Video which I reproduced on OPlayer Lite was blurry and indistinct, although it played smoothly and well. (I’m fairly sure that this original Video was HD quality too.) Robert.

Best media app ever.. i used to take like 4-5 hours to convert all my avi movies to mp4. then i found this app, i dont have to convert anything, just drag and drop you movies into file sharing, its soo simple. this app saved alot of time for me, thank god its for free

its a great player but need to fix alot of issues!!. i finally fround a iphone app that plays RMVB format, and this one is also free which is GREAT!!!. but there are issues with the app that needs improving, rmvb files are playable but video and audio dont sync with makes it so annoying. Also abit confusing to use the other functions.

An annoying bug, but everything else is 👍. Just informing that on regular intervals, when you play a movie/video file, if you pause/resume, often you’ll find your video plays/resumes/continues (audio), but NOT the video itself. You must pause/resume again to work this and swipe back to avoid anything missed. Audio seems to have gone out of sync regularly with iPadOS latest update too. You change the audio settings, and it plays in line again, but only briefly - having to regularly play with this setting to keep in line. Towards the end of a film, the audio goes opposite, so it’s just very jumpy, and needs an update please.

Great App. Would love to be able to stop the ads coming up at the top of the screen though.

Player. Takes the hassle out of viewing different files can stream or download I would have given it a five star if you could edit the favourites on the web browser.

Must have app!. I love this app! Its great for watching all my .avi movies and TV shows that that my iPhone doesnt usually support. One of my favourite apps on my iPhone!!

Versatile, smooth and well designed. Not much to fault this video player. I still rate this app as one of the top video players available even after all these years. For 2015 - please add DLNA support!

Not too bad. A few bugs and poor English aside, this app is actually pretty good at playing back a variety of different media files. However even on an iPhone 4, don't bother trying to play any dixv or mkv filers encoded in anything higher than 720x576p resolution (standard defintion) as the frame rate drops dramatically. The ads are of course annoying, but for free it's hard to complain.

Great app. I was looking for a way around having to use itunes. This app enables me to upload and download easier fast and to just store all kimds of files on my phone and download off it when iwant. Also great player with subtitle abilities. Awesome app i bout the lifetime option. You get every option its cheap and honestly ridiculous value for money. Im constantly using it

Fantastic free video player. Plays movies perfectly and seems to use less battery than VLC (which is also a great free player). All the features needed including transferring files via wifi. Love this video player!

All goof but one request. Hi, please allow the landscaping mode rotate to either side (left or right), now it force rotate to the left edge, user will easily cover the bottom speaker while they are laying on their right shoulder on bed. 你好，请让横屏可以两边转，因为如果用户侧向右边躺，又不能改变现在软件的默认旋转方式的话，就只能让手机的底部按在床上，导致底部喇叭被压住，而失去双喇叭音效了…

This is the best app for DLNA. I use this app to play DLNA video files on other computers. It works perfect.

Top Notch. I searched and searched for something like this and finally found this app. Free. But I am going to buy the full version. This does everything I need. I was downloading files on my iPhone to the downloads folder snd could play things one at a time but I wanted something to play 15 files continuously and this did it. I just did a drag and drop of the downloads folder to the Oplayer. 2 seconds and it was ready to play. Thanks

Pretty okay. Works great for playing audio and video and supports a lot of file formats. The free version is basically malware that will use up all your cellular data on adds if you aren’t careful so just buy the full version right off the hop.

Best video app. Best video app I've used thus far. Really easy to sync videos (love the wifi option) and nice interface with super neat shortcuts. Would definitely recommend.

Needs LOTS of improvements. 1. Endless LOUD ads. When I push ‘pause’ it’s because I want to stop the video & want quiet to think & write NOT have to see/listen to some crappy ad. 2. After a video plays, it doesn’t stop. It’s stuck in an endless loop. 3. Not very well set up for iPhone. 4. Doesn’t save videos in “My Documents” or anywhere else. 5. Too many ads that were NOT there before. 6. Had to remove from my iPad because this app was causing problems the iPad apps. 7. Every time I hit pause, an ad pops up blocking what I’m trying to see on screen, and NO i don’t want to take an arthritis screening test (another craptastic ad on a poor app). I wish that Apple would remove this app.

Caution re in app purchase-and lack of customer support. I downloaded this app and was VERY pleased with it, except that I found the ads to be quite intrusive. So I sent my $3.99 and everything was fine. However, I had to delete the app and reinstall it, and the ads came back. 1 . I tried to buy it again, hoping it would do that for free, but no..they wanted another $3.99 2. I contacted their support, but no response in 48 hours. 3. Apple, very quickly, refunded my purchase. I suspect this is one of those apps created by a hobbyist, dumped on the iTunes store and if some money comes in it's like money for nothing. So, try the free version and if the ads don't annoy you, fine. But if you're like me, avoid this one!

Terrible!. Ads are ok. But ads on this app is a real nuisance. You can’t even pause or touch the screen, the video ad pops up!

Great app. Let’s you adjust playback by 0.01x increments which is great for podcasts. Speed adjustment alters the sound more than other apps (like a phone call with a weak signal). The wifi file transfer is incredibly simple and useful! Don’t see an immediate way to see which files have been played before but that’s no big deal.

For free it’s the Best!. So many features, the best for me is the file transfer ability, very nice.

Wont restore purchase. Purchased September 14th. Got my new phone and it will not restore my purchase. Requested refund from Apple and will try another video player.

Fantastic app. I have been using this app for years and I absolutely love it. It's in the four icons on the bottom of my home screen because I use it every day for music, videos, downloaded podcasts, PDFs of books I need to read, etc. OPlayer allows me to dump all this stuff onto my phone via wifi very quickly every morning so I can get all my media in one place throughout my day without using internet. I can use ogg audio files too to fit more data in less space. I don't write reviews very often but this app is so good that I had to show my appreciation to the creators. OPlayer is fantastic!

Good, ui design issue. Very good app. Maybe the best in its category, but has some minor design issue which ruins the smooth experience. Of top of my head : The ugly red text shown every time you push speed button. This is very ugly and should be a way to disable it!

Music. Good app, but could you add an equalizer in the app for the music so we can adjust the sound the way we like it and a player menu on the lock screen so we can skip songs too

CrApp. This is a total joke. EVERY time you pause or play a video, there is a 5 second video ad. Seriously? Greedy developers don’t deserve 5 stars. I would understand if you had an add each 10-20 minutes, but running it every time I tap a button… what’s more terrible than that? Work on ethics.

Ads are annoying as usual but at least plays more files than VLC. For some reason VLC stopped natively playing .vob and other older esoteric files ... this is a good replacement but after a week it nags with ads and request for to buy the full version.., would give 5* if it wasn’t for this

Cant play songs from Apple Watch. Used to be able to but now when I click on playlists they appear blank with no songs.

Was great, now TRASH. I don’t know what happened to this stupid app, but it was great for the last year or two that I had it. Now I can’t click on a SINGLE function without getting a timed app pop up and take up the whole screen. I could deal with the ads before, when they weren’t intrusive. Developers: fix this or you will LOSE your customers.

Personalization. I really like this app a lot, but I wish we could scale up the buttons for use while driving and also be able to increase typeface too for the same reason to at least 300%, but maybe a narrower version of the typeface at 300%.

Rip off Oplayer. I paid for the no ads upgrade on my iPhone and when I upgraded my iPhone this app said that I had not purchased the upgrade with my Apple ID, although it still works fine in my iPad and I still have the purchase receipt. Don’t pay for the upgrade from this Company! Rip off.

Ads. I love this app much tan others, but why there always a ads bar? I know that paid version can solve this, but is it obvious to put ad all the time?

God forbid you have to pause. If you pause and ad will pop up. Which usually wouldn’t be that big of a deal, except they put the x in the top left corner and no matter what you can’t get it to exit out of the ad. You have to close the entire app then open it back up
