Almost there. There are a lot of things right with this app, and a few small annoying quirks that make it that much more difficult to get work done on iOS. Speaking mostly about the iPad app here: Split screen will not work on iPad: you have an iPhone version, so why do we not have the ability to use that in multitasking view?? Split screen does not work at all currently. File downloading: I commonly download JPG & ZIP files to the files app on iOS, yet for some reason ZIP files are “unavailable” on mobile through the app. If I go to the web I can download, unzip, and retrieve the files right from my iOS devices. Why is the Yammer app the hold up here? The ability to save any files (no matter which format) to Dropbox or the files app would be GREATLY appreciated!

Effective!. I recently rolled out yammer for our organization and it’s very affective for communicating and collaborating across the organization. And this app gets it done good enough. Could the app layout be better? Sure, but it doesn’t slow me down.

Finally!. They get it right! This is now a very productive internal business communication tool, that connects with the other prices of the Microsoft software choir in much better harmony. There are still too many voices and overlap though....geeesh. Teams, Yammer, Flow, Planner, oh Skype, Outlook, and they all hold hands and sing Kumbya with Onenote! Yeah, my head is spinning. Yammer is cool though. Use it!

Hard to locate my group’s files. I was asked to use Yammer as part of a smaller group within a national organization. The directors of my group posted many files for us, and “pinned” some of them for easier access. But as far as I can tell, when I access my group through the Yammer app, I cannot access the list of files that our directors have posted and pinned there. Instead, I have to exit the group and use the search function, which has two problems: 1) If I do not know the name of the document I am looking for, I am pretty much out of luck; and 2) the app searches not within my smaller group but within the whole national organization to which my group belongs. So if I search for something like “schedule,” I have to sift through every single schedule document that has ever been posted in the organization. This is a significant hassle, and has discouraged members of my group from reviewing required materials because it is simply too difficult to find them.

Uploaded pictures issue. I just updated your App and now when I click on pictures and there are multiple pictures, I am only seeing the same picture for all other pictures. Before the update, I was not having this issue. Please fix! Love the app though.

Nice tool to communicate, praise and much more within the company!. Can get enough of you Yammer! You have made our internal communication and environment so much more enjoyable. We love the polls, announcements and praise features so much. Keep improving, this too is great!

Takes the place of the dreaded “all staff emails”. Yammer is a great tool that my company uses very effectively by giving a platform for conversation, file sharing and company updates without an inbox full of all staff emails. Easy to use and efficient, Yammer, when used appropriately saves time and gives a platform for staff wide conversations and file sharing.

Ugh. I love the concept of the app. I really do. One thing that would make it great is if it was in order of things posted. I dislike that the first thing I see is from 4 days to something that was posted weeks ago to something posted that day and so on. If that could get fixed, that would be super great!

Excellent platform for sharing and communicating news and trends. Highly useful platform with quality interface and apps on iPad. Great for sharing updates and communicating trends to targeted audiences within large organization.

Newsfeed out of order. Echoing what others have said. Having the newsfeed out of order unfortunately makes the app entirely useless for day to day use, which is a shame as it was previously a great app. Notifications are also broken, and only notify on mention rather than for the groups/communities set. Developers great at correspondence, but I don't think a fix is in their roadmap for the future, sadly. Here's hoping either it reverts back or an option to turn off the new ordering is enabled.

More member management features for Community Managers, please!. The app is user friendly and useful but as a Community Manager I find it frustrating that I can’t identify new members that are joining the group to welcome and onboard them. This could be easily solved with an announcement to group managers when someone joins and the possibility to download the list of members with their contacto info and date joined.

Azure SSO with MFA Broken in Mobile App. Authentication fails in the mobile application when using Azure SSO with MFA. Prompts for username/password in app, fails. Forgot password functionality bounces to auth provider which does not complete. Forced to use mobile browser. When attempting to launch mobile app from authenticated mobile browser context, placed through authentication flow in the mobile app again which fails as before. Circular failure when using Azure SSO with MFA.

Awesome. It’s great! You can’t access files or notes from the app, but the app is nice to have available to use when you’re away from the computer and need to stay connected.

Yammer is the glue that connects our global multinational. Yammer is great. We connect the dots between all our different offices and departments. Obviously content is king - and Yammer gives us the platform to publish, develop, share, connect, and discuss.

Enhance communication and info sharing. Yammer in general has helped me to ask questions and get information otherwise won’t be available within my company, which is terrific! The only suggestion/problem I have is that it doesn’t allow for customization of how the groups are listed on the page.

Microsoft Support is 2nd to none!. So I had an issue with the app and the support team emailed me about it. We corisponded back and forth several times and they just put out a patch yesterday and the problem is solved!!! Love the app and use it all the time!

Love it!. I work for CubeSmart and it is extremely helpful to have Yammer to ask questions about the job from veteran employees. I also have a lot of laughs with people. It’s like Facebook, but for your job. Love it! #CubeSmartProud

Small fixes needed but great platform overall. Need to be able to access files from the app as well as the desktop. Badge app icons and notifications are inconsistent and not always reliable when there are new postings to groups. Other than those small fixes, it has been a wonderful communication tool and resource.

Features on iOS and Browser don't match. Several features (i.e. Poll creating, viewing sidebar info, direct access to Notes and Files) are not available in the iOS app. These differences between the iOS version and the browser version are a cause for misinformation and accessibility issues. Still a good platform for institutional social networking.

Great for our organization's networking. Our URJ Yammer Network is a great, easy to use service. We are able to set up forums on various issues and have many conversations flowing simultaneously.

Great app!. Being an online student can often leave you feeling disconnected! Yammers has helped create a community feel to the Grad School experience! We can ask questions, pray for each other and encourage each other when we need it! Overall it’s a great app!

Can’t log in after iOS update. Am continuously getting the message “Please enter your credentials again to continue using Yammer.” Even after I re-enter login and password I still get this message. Tried deleting and re-downloading the app but still had same problem.

An adequate discussion board. Yammer is a decent discussion board, but falls well short of what it could, and should be. Microsoft Teams and Slack are better in many ways, the Yammer team should take a look at them, and possibly combine forces with Teams to create a truly great experience. Teams would be nearly perfect if you could record meetings, so it is not ready for prime time either. Surprised at their shortcomings, its not rocket science. Just build what we need, want, and have been asking for for years.

Multi use tool that effects my productivity and outcomes.. I use Yammer to lead groups, collaborate with peers, poll my clients and extensive backbone of usability work. I wish we didn’t need to be behind the firewall so I have to VPN to use the mobile App. Otherwise, SUPER helpful and fairly intuitive.

Yammer: today’s great forum platform. Yammer is like so many online community forums. It has no distracting negative features and ties very nicely into the corporate address book. The summary view is clean, digest emails are easy to read. The default views give a nice view of your feed, search just works.

Could be Better. I enjoy using the app but ever so often it directs me to sign in using my work email which isn’t how I am set up in the system. As a retiree, my access is limited and I no longer have a work email, so it becomes frustrating to find where you would actually sign in if you are using a personal email. No apparent instructions. A fix would improve my rating.

good, but could be better. I really like this app because it is helping me find roommates to dorm with in college, however, for some reason when I try to scroll down the page in the communities page it will stop scrolling down after like 10 messages and won’t load the rest of the messages on that community. Please fix this!!!

Far reaching but intimate. Able to reach out and bring in pics, files and data sharing at an instant. So easy to connect with like minded people and all on the same path to improvements. Enjoying the ease of use and connectivity.

So far so good!. I was skeptical before today because I stay away from social media as much as I can in my personal life. After today, using it to connect real time in the same room with a large audience, it was inspiring and made the big smaller. I am seeing the meaningfulness of the connection with other leaders #AdventHealth&Yammer!

Just more work to check multiple communication streams. Now instead of checking email in a mainstream work environment, I need to go to 2 places. And if I need to communicate externally with something posted on yammer, it needs to be C&P'd into an email. Update: I was provided with a valuable post. I closed the app afterward, but upon going back in, I found that posts are impossible to relocate. The search engine is of no help in this area. Rating is going down from 2 stars to 1

Learn, share, hear, have fun. Yammer is the first and only social media I’ve accepted to be a part of. I don’t even have a Facebook page. Getting information from within my company and being able to share my views on an internal platform is really good for me. Love it. Totally recommend it to new coworkers and help them sign up and get started. Better than email

Mostly good. I would say the app works well except as far as the unread messages. Even when I scroll to the bottom of the group feed and it says I’m all caught up, the unread number under “my groups” will still show that I haven’t read something.

3rd party integrations are useless. Be warned. 3rd party integrations such as Trello and Google Analytics to post actions and updates to a Yammer group are useless with new Yammer on the web and the mobile app. In both cases the post header is the only thing that’s visible. No details of the post such as Google Analytics metrics or the details of action on a Trello card. This is useless for me unless they fix it and allow the same details as old Yammer layout.

Comparison. Compared to iMessanger this app is difficult to follow a track of messages. The type for the content is small. The other information type is larger and easier to differentiate. Making it a chore to search for the important content. FBs messenger is only slightly better than Yammer. Down loading pix on Yammer on our desktop is cumbersome and limited.

Pretty Cool. This is pretty useful for me and my friends to chat outside of school if we don’t have each other’s phone numbers and my school can keep up to date w/ everyone so 10/10 would recommend.

Not bad, but more cumbersome than necessary. I find the group conversations cumbersome and awkward. You have to go through the group to find the conversation and then scroll all the way down each time. Often times my app on the phone will be notified 10 minutes before my desktop app will show that I have a notification. Sometimes the notifications just don’t show up on my desktop. My team is having the same problem. Having used other IM Software, we find this one to be overly cumbersome for no reason. There are far better ways to carry on a group chat and individual chats. As an office 365 business member, I look forward to Yammer increasing its usability so that this can be our main go to in the future. It’s just not there yet.

Works well for announcements and global communication. Having many teams in many countries on many continents this works well to keep your global community connected with up to the minute key or important information. Attachment and file management area could use some enhancements.

Nice but it adds more to our full plate. It’s nice to hear stories from peers across the company, but when it becomes an expectation, it is a burden. We have to take more of our personal time to do “social” stuff for work. Also, why are there so many reminders about the same thing? I get 4-5 reminder messages that someone liked my post. Yammer tips the work-life balance too much toward work.

Good work app. I have been using Yammer at work for quit some time now. I appreciate that it's an application on my work computer as well as an app on my phone. It's helped me to be more productive at work.

Great for networking within the company in a fun way.. Great way to interact with other members of your company in a positive way. Been able to network with people within the company in different areas of the company I would not have met in traditional ways. Only negative thing I have to complain about is not being able to upload a profile picture through the app.

Rate of improvement is glacial. This product seems to go years at a time with no obvious improvements. The lousy search engine is my biggest complaint. The Replies not being threaded like on Facebook is my next biggest complaint.

Tag/topic search. New user... But seems like a great platform that we will be implementing in our group. I e functionality that would make it 5 stars would be better tag and topic search on mobile and in the app...

Getting better.. I been using yammer for about a year now. I love the idea behind it. Helps to build a stronger work community. My company uses it to reward/ knowledge great work down within the company. The new added gif feature is nice. Specially when thanking a worker for a job well done. I would recommend being able to post in multiple groups at once. As my company uses different groups to separate from region to region. But would be nice when your trying to get a message across the whole company.

Rating of the phone version. The PC experience is fine. The phone is poor. When alerted in email AND the app is open, it won't go to the ref in that email until you close the app. Then, in spite of being authenticated, you're asked to log in...but that's actually bogus. Just close the request and you're in. That's just poor UX. Then there's the whole UX in the phone. Terrible use of real estate. It's a phone NOT A PC. Figure out how users use it and build to that. Please.

No background audio & full screen doesn’t work. It baffles me how this app on iPhone or iPad will not allow audio in the background on live streams in our large corporation. On iPad with live streams, the full screen does nothing and the video remains very small. Of course the streaming video always buffers and pauses, but this is more likely to do with back end service than the app, but I really have come to hate Yammer and most MS collab apps more than WebEx, which I thought I would never say.

Great for school projects!. So, my class is reading this book you’ve probably heard of, The Giver, and we discuss the book every four chapters or so. I just started Yammer today, but I think it’s great so far! It’s good for starting discussions and asking questions about books, and it has many other functions as well!

Much Improved!. Glad to have new functionality and especially ability to deal with external networks. There’s still a bug when creating a new group where the group name disappears while typing, but overall a big improvement.

Team Builder. I love sharing kudos for our team which is not in the same city as our corporate HQ. I can share some of the day to day aspects of our team with everyone in the company.

Stop using algorithms to determine what users want to see.. Sort post by date. I keep seeing the same post from 3 weeks ago at the top of my feed, yet all the new posts are randomly scattered around the timeline. Unnecessary scrolling. Please give the ability for users to control what that see.

Much improved. This app has undergone great improvement since the beginning and it’s now much faster and more efficient on an iPad than using the website on a desktop. Kudos and thanks!

Cannot open Yammer. “Please enter credentials again to continue using yammer” is always on the screen when my colleagues and I try to open yammer app. A lot of people have had this happen for a few days. Many have got the new update. When we try to login it brings us back to the same quoted page

Ditch group work emails. Yammer is a far more efficient way to see what is going on and keep up to date. Conversation threads are seen by all members in the order they happen - no need to read backwards for history. Of course private threads are also possible. Notifications can also be tailored to stay updated on your phone, tablet or desktop

I use this for work but.... Everytime I open the app it tells me that I have to “enter your credentials again to continue using yammer” in the past 4 days I’ve signed back in 30 times (not exaggerating here) what can I do to fix it please?

Needs a lot of work. I use yammer for work purposes only, but I do not like the spamming of yammer in my emails, I’m just average at technology but this won’t let me unsubscribe from the bombardment of emails, I even emailed them to fix the issue I understand the pressure of using yammer because of work but recommend against it due to the harassment of emails

Useful communication tool.. I use Yammer to post all my documents and resources to communicate with my classes. Easy to upload files and links.

Love yammer. Ever since I got introduced to yammer I have loved it. Gets all my information in a central location for the organisation

Tagged person bug. There is a problem with your app, when I click a tagged name in a post the app will refresh and change to another network rather than displaying the persons profile. Can this be resolved?

Order of delivery. It’s random delivery , I can see a post with todays date , next time I look it could a post from October , why not in date order .

Excellent way to keep in touch. Excellent way to be in touch with what’s happening across the organisation.

Need to Search. Bring back search function within groups

The app hangs. The app hangs and doesn’t let me log in. This wasn’t a problem when it was yammer. I used to feel a lot more happy at work when I saw the work related memes and relatable posts, but now the app is not working

This is a very good app. It is a great communication tool. For example, I use it for work to see rosters, ask for covers etc.

Really easy to use on the go. I like the way this integrates with my phone so I can keep in touch with colleagues while I’m commuting and travelling.

Awesome app just one bug. This is an amazing app, its easy to navigate and it’s great for schools. Just one bug, when I follow people it does show them in my profile, i dont know if that’s because I’m following too many people, I’m following 598. Otherwise its a great app.

Collaboration tool for over a decade!. I’ve used it first in circa 2006 and recommended it for our business back then ... it has since improved a lot and has become to go to platform for cross-company collaboration.

Good way of sharing things at work without clogging inboxes. Definitely a good way for people to find out what's going on in the organisation and stay on top of interesting articles and events at leisure, rather than the immediacy of email. Only draw back is sometimes syncing is slow and occasionally important things get lost (ie misunderstanding) But overall good

Excellent. Yammer is a very effective enterprise social media system. We use it for over 4000 staff with great success in keeping staff informed and allowing two way exchange of ideas and updates. Strongly recommended.

Mark all as Read option.. The app is useful to communicate with the team. There are little details that need to be fixed.

Not always reliable and clunky to utilize for groups. In being suggested to provide a positive review by yammer I thought to include some issues that have not met expectations from a communication application. Issues: Not intuitive if you have setup a group within the app - hard to load up feed for group and not remembering preferences. The app is slow to load frequently used contacts and will suggest ones never used before initially. Instability with recent bugs with the app not able to load until conversations (messages) on a mobile. Bug in not being able to load photos in a message to a group from a mobile.

Good, but needs some work. Mainly happy with the app, but have a few issues with the unread post counter - often gets stuck and I keep seeing the same posts many times!

Great tool - But the comments doesn’t work/display as expected…. Why not showing the Latest Comment for a post instead of some arbitrary comment submitted halfway through the conversation? I find it annoying having to select ‘n more answers’ to see the latest part/post of a conversation.

Admin and group management in app. From what I can see / find online and in app there is currently no way to remove members from private groups. Is this correct and /or is there a solution intended to launch? Rating will improve if I am wrong.

Help. Hello since updating the app, a box will keep coming up saying ‘Please enter your credentials again to continue using Yammer’ this will keep coming up know matter what you do. My whole workplace uses yammer and since many of us have updated the app we all are having the same problem :( please help.

Shocker of an app. Ok so I am using an iPhone 13, but this is a ridiculously unstable app. The number of times of freezes, or displays a blank screen after a second of seeing the entire post is incredibly frustrating. And yes, I have the latest and latest iPhone updates as well as fast wifi.

Yammer. Use this to disseminate information between work colleagues. Unfortunately a recent update means I’m unable to view information. Multiple attempts and so far no joy. Guess if something is actually important people actually speak to you. Prioritise important communication makes this application redundant 😊

Cut it out with the emails. I received 8 emails all in one day. This is an ongoing issue. All my notifications are turned off. Email is different each time so can’t block the address. Otherwise the app is great for work communication

We need video. I use yammer to keep the building I work for update with news and events coming up and often I create small video to present our events. It would be great if we could upload this videos on yammer and be able to see it on our yammer page Thanks Nico

Dark mode issue?. When using the app in dark mode the thumbs up, comment icons at the bottom of the post aren’t overly visible and need the outline colour enhancing so you can actually see the icons and respond, etc.

Great collaborative App. Really like the integration with SharePoint, drag and drop capability for files etc. Would be a great addition in upcoming updates. Also sharing with more than one group at a time would be an advantage

Great communication Tool. Great communication tool, although I would like to stop seeing posts just because someone liked the post. For instance a post that is let’s say 3 months old was just read by someone and that person clicks the like button, the post now reappears on top of the reading list. If there are new comments fine, but not a like. Also an emoji would be useful for some posts, and to post in more than one group would also be useful.

Great for work information sharing. Appreciate how easy it is to share in an IT-safe area.

Fix the new update. Literally just updated it and now it won’t let me log in keeps saying, please enter your credentials again to continue using yammertime but it won’t let me enter them let alone get past the screen. Really frustrated because I need this working for my roster

Great Communication tool and best practice sharing platform. Easy to use communication tool professionally and a great platform to share best practice. Love it as you can be a member of multiple groups and be across all what’s happening across the large organisation.

Great for informal office comms. Yammer is so much better than sending random, non-urgent office emails. It's allows for everyone to engage with informal communications to the level they're comfortable & breaks down barriers between teams or departments if implemented well.

Great collaboration tool. Excellent tool. I’ve used this in two different consultancies. The use and up take is heavily dependent on the culture and willingness to collaborate in the company.

Good Communication Tool. Yammer is a good tool for getting news and information out there within your company, both within and beyond teams. The ability to create threaded discussions is much easier and productive than tracking replies to emails. It’s easy to use and identify posts that are interesting and relevant.

Tracking posts. It’s very frustrating and difficult to navigate around posts. When the feed works off most recently commented on rather than time and date- makes it nearly impossible to find posts and so forth.

Very useful team for team communication. Great that we can communicate away from email

Yammer is a Facebook replacement. Though it’s just for homework, everybody tries to find an excuse to go on our Yammer page, whether it’s a daily quote or a question about sport. Yammer is addictively helpful and a great addition for your school.

Fix this please... When you press on the more section it just shows blank page and when you try to type the words are blank too...

More than a social media platform. I love the fact that you can easily customise a page with links, not just to otherYammer pages but to web or SharePoint pages. It’s great for announcements & you can add documents & use it for your stakeholders to easily jump to other information sources from pages you create.

Good way to glean information. Great way to stay in touch with what is happening in the business. Like previous reviewers though I would love it if old stories would stop coming to the top of your feed when someone comments/likes them.

App doesn’t open in the right context. Often when I get an email or notification on my phone about a message on Yammer, opening the link/notification on Yammer leads to a default page instead of the correct message. This is unusable. I’m part of several networks but this shouldn’t be a valid reason for links not working correctly.

Great way for colleagues to connect. We are a large company so Yammer is a great way to see what other members of the company are up to. Also promotes collaboration and teamwork accross teams that may not connect regularly.

Broken since last two updates. Lesson learned: don’t update this app if it’s working. The last 2 updates introduced a perpetual login loop with a sprinkling of nonresponsive splash screens at seemingly random intervals.

Awesome tool for our company. We fully dove into yammer two years ago as an experiment. We had all of our teams start to use it for both announcements and one to one instant messaging. It's now become one of the most important connecting tools across the sites in our company. We now use Yammer for our social stuff and Microsoft Teams as our IM tool.

Inaccurate: Read Messages. Not a fan of how old messages show up again as people comment. Makes it hard to keep up on new posts that get drowned out. Biggest issue is the inaccurate unread posts. I can get to the bottom, but back in groups it says I have 20+ unread messages. Unsure of accuracy from desktop to app tracking. Would like more/ better filters.

Basically the same as the desktop version.. And in my opinion desktop version and mobile should always “match.” Only change is after a post I’d love to be able to include a photo I missed posting with the edit feature.

Recently started using Yammer. It takes a little getting used to, but it does keep in boxes in Outlook a little clearer. Creating different channels for different purposes is good too.

Something broken with this app. Was using for years, I guess a recent update broke the app on iPhone. All my other apps working fine, this one in slow motion , wait several secs after push any button before see something happen, so 1 min to type a long word.

It was great until last update. After the last update I can’t login despite uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times.

Great. Yammer is a good social media platform for those who need a secondary option outside of more mainstream sources. However it could improve by giving notifications whenever someone in a group makes a post.

Conversion from Yammer. The update to Viva from Yammer no longer recognizes my login credentials?? Useless

So much fun. Our company uses this app. It’s so much fun seeing all of your colleagues work and accomplishments. It creates a competitive environment and Spurs us on to greater things!!

Beautiful organized for networking professionally. Easy to use app, works amazing! Simple and nice. Good to use it to connect people or coworkers in a large group of a company!

Push Notifications don’t Work.. Previously, notifications would come through to your phone when new posts or comments were made. Since the last update though push notifications don’t come though, and the settings section for push notifications is completely blank - looks like a bug.

Good tool to connect. Sales team use the app to share best practice. Easy to use. There was only one time that one video upload was not supported due to certain format.

Poor - embarrassing Microsoft. Generally buggy, photo’s take forever to load, if they load at all (wifi or data and any location). Can’t organize order of them. So many basics that seem not to really work - hard to believe it’s a Microsoft application.

Yes! Yammer. Easy and friendly to use.

Rather large organization - we swear by it. With all the generational gaps between employees we find this platform yammer to be the easiest form of communication worldwide. Simple to use and everyone is familiar with it.

Very good. We use it in our large company. Great way in commutation is a different way.

Feature requests. Would like to see features: 1. Ability to share to more than 1 group in one post. 2. Better layout to organize pinned files and links.

A wonderful tool for peer business communication. I love this app. I am able to keep up with sister companies as well as my own very easily.

Make it free (again). I understand Microsoft’s strategy of “Yammer as part of Office”, but please... Make it free again! You’ll win much more if you make Yammer more accessible! If it wasn’t for this, I’d give Yammer a five star rating, no doubt! But charging for it will cost you guys two stars!

Good start but what about story line?. Seems like there’s no way to post to my storyline in the app- one of the biggest new features of the Engage rebrand. Please update app with this feature.

We use it daily.. Love the app - only problem I have is I can’t figure out how to go back and find an old message once there are a few new messages.

Yammer works!. Having used at least ten similar platforms on and off, I found Yammer to be simple, consistent and useful. I do enjoy it and I believe using it increases my productivity

Good and could be great at some point. Does what it is suppose to, but there are options with more functionality. Integrate more of the office suite into Yammer. Yammer group in your SharePoint site, or the other way around. To Do List, etc.

I enjoy Yammer!. It’s a great way to have an inter-office media presence. Not social media because it can be for just things that you want to share among coworkers. It’s great!

Not a fan. I don’t like it, reminds me of the evil grips that social media has on the youth in America which instills a sense of laziness reading and responding to posts. Important information should not be shared on Yammer it should be sent to techs via email because I don’t have the time when working to stop and continually check my feed for info. Big time waster...

App doesn’t clear old posts. Within many groups, most of the posts don’t clear under the New section. I have tried scrolling through entire section of posts, clearing or resetting the app, but to no avail. Most of the posts return as New posts again. Very frustrating.

New update. The news feed is now showing posts from a month ago and I can’t see the current posts, not cool, please fix it! Use the app daily for work and it is not convenient to have to keep searching for most recent posts. Thanks, app is great otherwise.

It’s great. Yammer is great. It always keeps up in touch with everything about our work.

Experts abound!. I have had 4 out of 4 successful resolutions so far with my questions on Yammer. 2 of the items were travel related and two were tech related. There are many experts in the GE family!

Great addition to the “tool box:”. Began using Yammer as part of my daily operation. Great way to keep up with company activities, as well as passing useful tips of the trade to other team members.

Search blows. Yammer search is a joke. You can’t search two words at the same time. It gives all matches for either word! And forget reading older posts. When you swipe back it scrolls back to the top. I can’t believe this is actually used by anyone for productivity.

Great as a workplace platform. Yammer is used for work collaboration and leisure. I have 3 successful groups (one the 4th highest populated in the company) wonderful way to connect and learn!

A Helpful Way to Communicate. I find that I am able to communicate with people throughout the country and obtain the wisdom of the crowd on issues.

Much improved!. Thanks for making the mobile app better and better. Hope Group admins can edit announcements in the app soon. :-)

I loved yammer but now it will NEVER work!. I absolutely love yammer, I think it’s an amazing way to keep in contact with my coworkers. Here recently though I’ve been having nothing but problems with the app. It never works, saying that the site is having issues and to try again later. I really hope this gets fixed soon.

Won’t update. The app won’t update and of my messages, notifications, or new groups. I’ve deleted it and re-downloaded it twice. I’ve logged out and back in four times. Nothing makes the app update the content. It’s functionally useless. I get notifications for messages and then all that’s there are messages from three weeks ago.

Good app. Good app but unread count doesn’t clear most times even after reading the posts. Also it’s a bit sluggish and post take a while to load.

Inbox. Great app, however why I can’t mark all emails/messages as read??? I should be able to do that if I have 99+ messages!!!

It’s Yammer Time. This is my parent company’s choice of Business Social networks. It is very easy to use, but if you have a question or want to find video instructions it becomes a challenge.

Saving drafts. Could you please make sure that Yammer saves drafts of postings? I think that this was supposed to be fixed in a recent update, but if it was I had no idea where the draft was saved.

Convenient. My university is using Yammer as a discussion board for its Ph.D. program, with multiple groups based on topics and geography. It is very convenient to use on my iPhone and laptop.

Fast and efficient UI. The Yammer app for iOS is fast and the UI is efficient in getting me to the groups and content I need.

Be part of a team never was so easy!. We are in the field all the time, but Yammer make that connection with your coworkers so much easier.

Pretty great, but still have some improvements. My non-profit uses this as our only communication and SharePoint as our document storage unit. I love the ease of access and the interface but there are a few things I would like to suggest. 1. I would like to see the “pinned documents” available on the mobile/iPad app. 2. Often my unread message count is off in the All Networks area. 3. The ability to switch between Yammer sign-in like that which is available for One Drive. Other than that it is great!

Great for collaboration. This app really helps us communicate on all of our projects. The only problem is that the app only shows some of the computer view. This really needs to be addressed and this would be 5 stars.

Too much lag time. Yammer is a great concept with poor execution. When you send a message or post something in a conversation, it takes 4-5 minutes to reach the recipient. I would understand that sort of lag if I were messaging someone on Mars, but not here on Earth. Sorry Microsoft, yet another fail.

Great app for educators. This is another great way to keep in touch or ask for input with fellow educators. I do like the app on my phone for a quick follow up; however, I prefer using Yammer on my laptop.

Yammer is broken. Updated Yammer today and now it is broken. I am logged in as I can see notification badges but it’s asks me to log in again while giving no fields to do so. Worked fine until today. I would leave a message on support but the Microsoft website is ridiculous.

Great app. Our company is set up throughout the southeast and it helps us cross talk many issues and even put PSAs our to everyone. Love the layout and ability to reach out.

Great to stay connected. We use it as our virtual water cooler so we can Stay connected as a team on important topics. And unlike email we can see the conversation.

Seems stable and easy to use sofar. It would be mice if search subgroup feature is added for iOS app since the browser version already included this feature

Easy to use within the bubble. A great way to communicate within an organization and a great start building a digital community in a legacy company that tends toward face-to-face interactions.

Post a video. I am trying to post a video to my team. I am trying both from my iPhone and my laptop. Anyone else got this working yet, not looking to reinvent the best practice or method to tackle it. Want to keep it simple 👍

Great way to connect. Yammer is a great way to connect with colleagues. Our conversations are focused and the information can be direct and quickly delivered.

Love it!!!. My company made a great choice using Yammer. I thoroughly enjoy using it. Only complaint would be that I can't increase the size on my iPad when it is too small for me to read. Otherwise, a great system!

Latest version buggy. I just upgraded to the latest version of the iOS iPhone app. On every page I see a “Oops, something went wrong. Retry” error message. I can’t access anything now. Prior to this, the app is fine.

primary functionality only. The Yammer app is very handy for keeping up with group conversations. However, I look forward to having the admin settings and right rail incorporated somehow.

Very buggy. Constantly has issues with failing to post messages which requires having to discard them and retype everything over again. Doesn’t load the most recent messages All on iPhone XR with latest IOS

Mobile issues. For the last 6 months, Yammer has had daily issues. The app is frequently out of date and won’t let you post a message. It also continues to give a red error message every time I check messages or try to post something.

Newsfeed all messed up. Please simplify the newsfeed like it used to be. I don’t want to see old posts from a month ago. We need to see the latest, most recent posts in chronological order for my job. The app is useless this way with all the posts mixed up. We don’t need a “algorithm” type view of the newsfeed.

Very useful for daily updates. This has helped me stay current without having to go to a lot of separate lists.

Deleted. Deleted because I received notifications daily at 707pm, 724pm PST after work hours which made me nauseous. They weren't even for specific posts, tags or interactions involving me, always for “such and such group has 13 unread conversations... See what you missed”
