Show quality. Great show, it flows and packed with a lot of information.

Pls let me add personal events to my schedule. App seems fine. But as with many event apps, I can only add listed conference sessions to my schedule. Pls let me manually add a personal event to my schedule. Seems like an obvious simple feature to implement. So I can add “coffee with X” at 10:30am Monday.

Great app. App is easy to use and user friendly. Very well organized

Preferred Event App. I have used a few other event apps recently, but Cvent’s remains the best one in my opinion. Easy to understand with lots of functionality!

Improvements. Participants overwhelmingly comment they refuse to leave workshops reviews because they must be logged in. As a result, they share they don’t feel like they can be honest because the comments are not anonymous. Also, participants want to be able to go back to previous days and access presentations and surveys if they forgot to place workshops on their schedule. Too much money has been spent for the app to restrict participants access to information that was paid for through registration and thousands of dollars through travel to attend the conference.

In the beginning. Wow! What an event with so many people from so many different places. I’ve met so many people so far and have had a great experience. It’s only the first day, but so far, it has been great to meet so many people and connect with them.

Good app but several rough edges. This is a good software for navigating conferences of reasonable to large sizes. Pros: (1) Allows one to track attendees. (2) It is reasonably easy to create your own schedule. Cons: (1) It allows me to register for sessions that are full. (2) It allows me to double-book (or overcommit n-ways). Allow that but flag with a different colored check.

Fails to use iPad screen. App is set for iPhone and iPhone only. Using on iPad shows the iPhone sized thumbnail that shrinks down to fit on the iPad. Rotating the screen only makes the app take up even less room making it harder to read and leaving 2/3 of the screen blank.

Will not allow program downloads. Does not perform the most basic function which is to allow user access to a program.

Wow. I am absolutely appalled at this horrible Interface, the disorganization of overly generalized mechanics (in terms of how this app is meant to be utilized), and the fact I often (after using this for a day) have to take backroads on an otherwise easy search on any other scheduling app to even find the event I’m looking for let alone obtaining more information. Do yourselves a favor and just scratch this coding and maybe never make an app until you at least get three of your team members to get an associate’s in computer science.

What a Travesty. The CSBA wants new board members to use this app, but FAILS to provide a way to be able to take effective notes even though they show an attachment that has the note taking page. The only glitch is they can’t be downloaded or accessed to use. This is not the first year downloading was invented. Unbelievable!

Ease of use!. It is great app.. very easy to use and very responsive & smooth transitions from each screen or feature. Love it!

UKG Aspire 2024. I had a great experience for being at Aspire for the first time. Well organised, great food and entertainment. Sessions were good and the UKG staff at the expo were super helpful.

Great Academy!. I gained a lot of insight in every Facilities Management session. Richard & Ron are very knowledgeable and answered my many questions. I can’t thank them enough! The Academy format, the hotel, and the food were exceptional. Great job ACHC!

Usable but could be better. Schedule should hide prior events by default. I shouldn't need to scroll through the day to get to the current time to figure out what's next.

Updates needed. Very basic maps provided for listing events. Opportunity needed to expand out or offer geo location for improved way finding. Chat function not working. Group submitted questions for break out session but speaker stated no questions were found and had audience raise hands for Q&A.

N/A. The spirit of God has been ushered in and the Grace Girls have rolled out the Red Carpet for God and he has come in and said I have bought these Anointed Holy Ghost filled vessels for your enjoyment. From the psalmist to each speaker has rocked the edifice filled with hungry, thirsty woman of God! Bless the Lord oh my soul and forget not all his benefits! Bless his name🤭

More than one. This app works great but I really wish you could add more than one conference at a time. I have one conference at the end of October and another one at the beginning of November. I can only access one conference at a time so I have to completely log out of the app to go into the other conference. I’m picking sessions for both conferences at the same time so it’s a real pain. Otherwise I would give this app 5 stars but too much work going back and forth so 3 stars for me.

Apps make my day. I love having an app for everything. This app makes navigating an event much easier. I especially love that when I view my schedule it calls out when I have “free time” automatically.

Navigation. So easy to stay on task with this and even easier to navigate and add those tasks to your calendar

No calendar sessions and no help. All Sessions had a few things for Thursday but on none of the other days. Now, none of the days shows sessions. Trying to get out of the event and to the CEvent screen was buried under profile. Cannot find help anywhere. Cannot figure out if there’s a way to update or download new info to the event. Information pages show up, but really wanted to be able to use the calendaring to schedule my days and it’s broken.

Two factor authentication. Absolutely insane that I need to use 2-factor authentication every time I log into this app. This is not a high risk app. There is no sensitive information on it. Make it easy to use.

Much needed!. We are so much more than the work we do. Taking care of the whole human aspect is so much more productive! Thank you!!!

Counterproductive and impractical. I’ve used many lead receivable systems in my time, and this one is among the poorest. Not being able to record information real time in a tradeshow booth is not practical by the time the the system replicate to prospect has left the booth. I’m onto the next prospect. I have to go out of the app. To replicate then I get my leads too late to add notes.

Hopelessly Useless Slopware. We have to use this app to register for sessions at an annual conference and it is an eternal pain in the rear end. Navigation is terrible, there’s no search function for finding sessions on specific topics, and you can’t filter whether the sessions are full or not which means that you will sign up for sessions only to realise that they are full because someone else signed up for it without you knowing. Oh and if you are a presenter your sessions do not show up in your calendar so the only way to put them on your conference calendar is to sign up for them which takes a spot away from a potential attendee. If I could give this app a negative star review I would.

Keeps me from missing events…. I like that I can switch back and forth between the schedule and what I’ve signed up for and add items to my calendar one at a time, which is still a lot of work. I should be able to sync my entire schedule with my calendar all at once. Maybe add that feature. Also, classes that still have space should allow us to register late online. It says to contact the event registrar. Was there a bulletin board? I missed it.

Kris. Cvent makes conferences and events so much easier to know what’s going on! So glad MO BHCCon is using it!

Attendee list. I cannot scroll through the list without starting at ‘A’ - there should be an A - Z alpha listing so one can go to any letter instead of having to start at the beginning. Also should be able to download the attendee list somehow.

Map. More useful maps would round out the app nicely.

Kool. So very easy to use, easy to access, very informative, love the way you can keep up with all the attendees at the conference and share love!

Full screen media issues. When going to full screen in a live session, the aspect ratio of the video did not allow me to exit full screen on my iPhone 17pro. Because it was outside the frame. It required me to exit the app and go back in and lose my spot

New user. Some functions are not intuitive when using features. Would use for another event.

The Little Things. C+ on the Coffee. The sessions have been great. Unfortunately the coffee has been limited and the creamer runs out after the first 2 dozen pours. This is not difficult to manage and impacts peoples’ satisfaction with all.

Information at your fingertips. I used this application for a conference I attended. It was so easy to use and I literally had the information I needed to get to where I needed to go at my fingertips! I highly recommend this for your next event! It makes the user feel in control of their destiny- giving them the opportunity to view and plan their schedule!

Accounts Representative. Easy to use

Level Up the Lesson!. Excellent and engaging session - definitely included lots of takeaways that can be used easily with students and shared with colleagues.

Battery killer. Using the accent app for a conference and any time it’s open my phone gets really warm which is a sure sign of high processor usage and I’m seeing the battery drain to match! This is especially bad at a conference where you tend to use your phone more than usual and need to squeeze every minute of battery out of your phone.

Key feature lost to UI. This app is… okay. It’s better than nothing for a conference-type event. It has a lot of info gathered in one place, which is great. But the Schedule screen, which to me is one of the most important parts, is useless because you cannot see all of your events for a certain timeframe in one screen. Swiping on “My schedule” switches to “All Sessions”. Swiping on the Day bar goes to different days. But swiping left on the actual schedule block does NOT show you the rest of your schedule. That should scroll to show the rest of your events in that time. For example, at my conference Cvent shows basically my entire schedule as “Registration” because that is technically an ongoing event for everybody. I cannot see my actual seminars because Registration takes up the whole schedule screen and I can’t swipe left. I hope this adequately describes the UI problem that I think could be easily fixed.

Schedule screen is bad. My event has included sessions, such as registration, that I can’t remove myself from, and they take up space so I can’t see the sessions I’m actually registered for. I should be able to hide them or something so I don’t have to click into a timeframe to see the sessions I care about.

Sending Past Events to the Memory Hole. While the event is going on, the program works nicely and smoothly. But for professional reasons I need to access the details of past events, and I really dislike the way these are closed so that nothing can be found after the fact less than a year afterwards. In a time where so much information is available indefinitely, the harshly temporal nature of Cvent is not good enough.

Lack of app support galling. I was able to register for an event and filled my schedule on my phone. Have a few overlaps and wanted to wait to look at my schedule on my ipad where i figured i'd be able to see things better. Turns out that even though I'm registered for a bunch of sessions they don't show up in my schedule on the ipad. I was initially worried i'd not been registered, but when i go to a session i was registered for, even though it offers me a Register button I'm told i'm already registered when I click it. So I didn't lose my sessions, I just can't see them on the ipad. Disappointing, but that's maybe a 3/5 star review. What's **particularly** galling, though, is that there's no way to report an issue or get help. Nothing in the app - not even a help link to help on the web. There's a "Powered by" link that takes you to the Cvent website where any attempts to find help are met with "we're not your organizer. Hope you enjoy your event." Not even a link to the help article about how to contact your organizer. On top of which this is **clearly** not an issue our organizer can help with - it's a problem with your app. The last thing our organizer needs is to have to be the go-between for a bunch of help requests. If you can't offer your mobile users direct support that's a bozo move and you have no business offering a mobile app. I'll be suggesting we find someone else to handle this for our next event.

Livestreming. Not working - missing the presidents plenary. When you click on “watch livestream” it says already registered and will not take you to the actual livestream.

Store Manager. Being my first time going to the conference the app has given me a lot of answers to my questions and it’s very informative thanks

Awesome. Heat to have for quick reference to what is coming up next at your event. Keep track of your personal schedule, classes, dinners, etc.

Family advocate. The session were really good and I enjoy been here and learn. What I would like next time is to see more chair in the open session . To see more participation in the display of different vendors . In some workshop’s rooms needs more chairs. The people helping us to find places were great. Good guidelines. The registration was smooth and greeting me very open and care. And resolve situations quickly. I am very happy to be part of the conference.

Unable to load any events. I downloaded the app to use during an event next week, but I am unable to load the file for that event or any other event for that matter. I am now trying to reload the app to see if I can make it work.

Latest versions say unsupported device. The most recent versions of this app say "Unsupported Device" on my phone. Maybe don't offer them for download so users on older iOS can automatically install older versions and have it work.

Inadequate. This is one of the dysfunctional, poorly designed apps that I have used. I am not even able to view a program.

Profile to landscape capability. The App is accessible and works well however being able to turn my phone to the landscape position to increase the size and breadth of view would be most helpful. Ageing eyes unfortunately.

Great app. Easy to use

Wild Florida. What a great place to visit and with the International group in attendance it was a superb outing. Some huge Gators and the airboat ride was amazing

Multiple Events. Hard to figure out how to log into an event after a previous event is finished. You end up logging into the expired event.

Never Works As It Should. Every time I use this app there is a different issue. It’s supposed to make events easier, but as an attendee it never does. Maybe shift some of that marketing spend to the programming.

Why does this app need my credit card info to work?. Seems sketchy

Doesn’t work on my Mac laptop.. I wish this would work on my Mac laptop and I wish I could print the notes from my conference from my phone. Why offer the notes ahead of a conference if I can’t print them from the app.

Glitchy. Tried to add sessions to my agenda, wouldn't work. "Attendees" doesn't accurately reflect who's present; only shows those who made themselves "visible," and even those have hardly any info in their profiles.
