Shipment Status Conflicting Info. First, I get a text stating my package needing an adult signature will be delivered on Thursday, so I make arrangements for a neighbor to sign, and I add their phone number to be notified by text. At the end of the day when I return home, the package has not been delivered, and I track its status where it hadn’t even left its area of origin. Then I —and my neighbor, whose number I can’t remove from notifications for this delivery—receive a text that the package will be delivered Saturday. Today, I reschedule everything to be home sign for my package, but it never arrives. On the tracking app, one area says “Pending” and another window says the package is in my local distribution city. No idea when it will be here, or if delivery was ever attempted yet, or if I will need to find an adult package sitter for next week! Fed Ex used to be the most reliable and accurate—did they suddenly fall under USPS governance?

Personal & Business Use. I have had to downgrade my rating of this app due to a decline in service. Fed X is now routinely collecting high fees for “priority overnight” next day (by noon) service while on a good day, getting it to us by late afternoon. More often, there are delays of days and now weeks. As service has deteriorated, the app has become useless. Once informative and reliable, the tracking report available through this app now merely confirms that a package is in the system. The details regarding travel, passage through check points- gone. No estimated delivery date and time can be found and when I tried to use the virtual assistant, the page crashed instantly. A once great company is unraveling- just like so many others. Our local driver is still fantastic and for his sake, I hope things improve. Finally, do not waste time calling customer service for help. You are likely get someone who barely speaks English and knows nothing about local geography. I live in Virginia and was once told by a customer service rep that the fed x box on “peach tree” (as in Peach Tree street, Atlanta, GA) was the closest drop box in my area with a late pickup time (would take me about 8 hours by car to get there).

Mrs. M. Orlowski. Hi, to all delivery truck drivers and Fed ex! 1st of all I would like to thank you for all your hard work! It may not appear to some, that you all work hard, from sorting, lifting, getting all packages to right location etc. You make it easy for US, here US and all over other countries as well! 2nd of all I would like to recommend a request. Can (Fed ex ) maybe have some small flyer or logo added with the apps availability? Why? For instance in our home! We did not even know there was a app available, until a representative on the phone asked if I had it on my phone., of course I/we downloaded immediately! 3rd-We had so many issues in the past getting packages delivered to our address which clearly states our street address on the packages! (Drivers need to pay attention to the difference between 3,5,&9!) They’ve been delivered at a neighbors! (Fortunately ) two times in the past two weeks they brought the package to us. However in the past the packages we did not receive were never re-covered by us, or the shipper! I/We find now that I have the app I’m getting better tracking of our packages! Plus! I’d like to recommend that you do add that app logo or something?! (Maybe on a flyer with deliveries? The app really does help! Thank you for having this option to track any packages! Sincerely, MO

No more fedex. I am so tired of sellers using fedex. Out of several items I have purchased, only 1 has been delivered on time and at my address. I get text shipping updates and they are never correct. And once again I received a text update from fedex that another package is delayed. That package was supposedly 20 miles from my home in Georgia, now my package is in the state of Illinois. Fedex is a joke. I’m not sure if there is anyone at any of your fedex locations that can read and comprehend the English language. Revised 9/3/23: Yet another item I purchased (this time from Home Depot) is delayed. Supposedly because my apartment number is missing. I don’t know, maybe it’s because no one there can read. My apartment number is as clear as the street address. But it too consists of letters and numbers, maybe that’s the problem! I stopped online shopping at the other two sites because they used fedex, now it will be one more. Does anyone ever actually read these?! I guess customers are really not that important to you.

Needs many improvements. How do you implement Maps and not the locator feature so you can see where the drop boxes and locations are relative to you? It’s also pretty bad that there’s no FedEx drop centers on this side of town at all. You have to drive downtown or to the north, south or airport areas (basically everywhere but here) to drop things off. Trying to reroute a package is another nightmare because even after you give the app access to your location it will ONLY show you locations near the original delivery address. Considering I live all the way across town from where I used to - you can see the problem with this. Even moving the map - it does not update with addresses in the map area view. Dialing in to try to reroute is even worse. They do everything in their power to make it impossible to talk to a human being and you’re only presented with (again) the 3 closest options to where the package was originally addressed and if those don’t work - hang up and play the phone system tree game again. For a company FedEx’s size and with their seniority in the industry this app is an utter embarrassment.

Lies, Lies, Lies ***DO BETTER. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on July 10th. It was delayed until the next day. Today I was just notified that the driver attempted to deliver my package and since no one was home he would deliver the next day. Well 3 people including myself were home. FedEx never showed up. I have 9 security cameras around my property. I called Customer Service to locate my package to pick it up. The Customer Service Rep told me my package was delayed because the delivery truck broke down. I asked to speak with his supervisor. He informed me that speaking to him would be worthless because I would be told to same information. When he finally transferred me to his supervisor I then got told a completely different story about how the driver tried to deliver my package but no one would except it at my house. I am also being told that I cannot just go and pick up my package. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH FEDEX AND THEIR EMPLOYEES. I was told 3 lies today and I do not appreciate it and still have no package. Do better FEDEX.

FedEx Terrible Experiences. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with Fedex, this week is just the latest in a history of bad service. One of my packages has had zero updates for almost a week and no one can tell me where it is. I was also lied to when I called in for another package I’ve been expecting before I travel for the holidays. I was told the driver attempted to deliver the package and left a note. I’ve been in my living room watching football so I know that no one came to my door. I walked outside to check if there was indeed a note, as I expected, there is none to be found. It’s bad enough that I paid for faster shipping and have yet to receive it, but now I need to leave work early and go out of my way to the warehouse to pick up the package. I can understand that they missed one of the deliveries due to high volume during the holidays, but now that’s turning into three days and to do nothing to try to rectify the issue? Not acceptable. Again, this is not the first time I’ve had issues with fedex. Unfortunately, calling them leads to nothing. So I’m commenting on the app that has nothing to do with their actual service... it seems to be the only available forum to complain about their terrible service.

Lazy FedEx employee.. The carrier did not walk all the way up our ONE flight of stairs to place the boxes at my door, I watched him from the window as he walked halfway up the stairs and tossed the two boxes towards the direction of my door. I pay a lot of money for what's inside these packages to just have them tossed towards my door, this is an apartment complex and so many people live here or visit here, anyone could have taken the boxes because they were just sitting randomly in the outside hallway, this is an outside hallway not inside the building. Someone could have even stepped on them or kicked them if they were just walking by and not paying attention because they were just tossed in the way! The good thing is that I was home to see how some FedEx employees could care less of how they deliver and handle customer packages, it was just lazy if you think about it. Good thing I was home to wait on my package so I can handle it with care unlike a FedEx employee. I wanted to address him but people are CRAZIER these days and I had my toddler with me. Disappointed this morning.

Horrible. I will never use fedex everrrrrr again!!!! Their app is trash, never keeps you updated and they are always late to deliver packages. The delivery guy was literally 2 minutes from my house and I had been waiting all day yesterday and all day today I checked the app before I left my home to go mail out my customers packages at ups and the app said unable to determine drop off! Literally 2 minutes after I left I get a text saying unable to deliver bc I wasn’t home!!!! I called the fedex to tell them to hold my package so I can come tomorrow and get it bc it’s Friday and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and now it’s saying will try again at the end of day Monday!!!! The guy was completely incompetent on the phone! Had no idea what so ever!!! So now my customer will have to wait until after Monday!!!! I’m done with this company! Please use any other delivery service!! This company is the most expensive and for what!!!??? Train your employees! Fix your app! Stop being incompetent!!! Thank you!! And btw my neighbor would have never received her Christmas package if it weren’t for me, fedex gave me her package after I realized it wasn’t mine I went and delivered it to her! Complete incompetence!

App is Good, Service is less than helpful.. I live in the country. I was notified several times my 3 packages would arrive today. I took the day off from work to patiently wait. About 7pm the status went from “Out for delivery” to “Delivery pending”. I tried the chat bot, as usual with bots, it was useless. Then struggled with the automated phone response system for 5 minutes until it routed me to the que. Waited 27 minutes to speak to a LIVE representative. This person’s system told her the packages were still out for delivery. My app knew more than she did. She said, “Call back tomorrow”. I will say that I was happy to be able to understand the person on the phone when I finally reached her and she was polite but not able to help with accurate information. I also had a package delivered by UPS today. Their app was so much better. It gave me a live map to follow along with to track the location of my driver. I could see his truck location and this helped me plan my day. I even brought the dog in when he was near.

poor. List page shows Monday as the scheduled delivery date, delivery detail page shows Sunday. Not even sure it's the app's fault as much as FedEx just having a pretty crappy system. When they lost my last package, I had to call THEM to ask what was going on and they had no clue what to do - even asking me what it looked like lol (you're the last to handle it, and you never delivered it so how should I know?). They opened an investigation and never called me to keep me informed on the status - this item is worth ~$800 so you know, I'd like to know what happened. Eventually the status finally changed: they damaged it and sent it back to the shipper. But you have to stay on top of them for any information or status when a shipment doesn't go perfectly, they didn't seem to really give a crap. That's why there isn't any way to flag a shipment in their app to signify it's missing (obviously they had no clue), for a representative to investigate it or call you, to track investigations, etc; and that's why their 800 number is a maze to discourage you from calling/bothering them even when they screwed up. Overall it just solidified my preference for USPS and UPS.

In my case FedEx did phenomal!. I bought something from Ebay about a week ago. The seller is located in California! from the moment FedEx got notified of my package in California to the moment I got delivered here in Smyrna Georgia the FedEx app notified meAs soon as my package had a scan and I received it a few days early! My item got here in one piece! All 64 lbs! I saw many bad reviews and honestly I was a little scared and didn't know what to expect so I was prepared to not receive my package in due time like a lot of the reviews mentioned but it's one of those businesses that it has more than a couple hundred customers, let's try millions! Also its not one building or store! Its many (emphasize many) in every state. Any how, in my case they did very well! Thank you FedEx n keep killin the game

Fed ex needs to step up their game. Recently fed ex and walmart has been behind on their orders. It wouldn’t be so bad if it was just something that I wanted but didn’t need. But when My cats ran out of cat food and they have been using the same litter for a week because my orders are late and not delivered when promised I’m not happy about this at all! If I would’ve known this at the time I was ordering I would’ve went to the next town over and bought the items instead. I wish my town had stores like walmart in it but it doesn’t. Shopping online has always been easier, cheaper and more convenient but if I can’t get my orders when promised then I’m going to have to figure something else out. I can understand a day early or late but a week difference is unacceptable..and now I haven’t got my litter and haven’t even received a reason why or anything from fed ex!

FedEx refuses to do their job. This app failed to provide pertinent information regarding my delivery. Was slow to update and I experienced the following issue from the company. My Package was out for delivery today and I waited at home. At 1pm I received a notification online stating “Operational delay” and delivery updated to tomorrow. I contacted customer service who told me it was due to the volume of packages they were processing which is understandable except it was already on a truck out for delivery and it was only 1pm. No attempt at delivery was made. They outright refused to provide me a case number and refused to escalate me to a supervisor. They also refused to change delivery option to a FedEx location I could pick up from and refused to prep my package for pick up at their distribution center. I told them I will go where ever I needed to to get my package since they were unwilling to deliver it to me. They told me that was impossible… they refused to deliver my package, refused to allow me to retrieve it, refused to acknowledge the absurdity of the excuses they were giving me and then refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. I’ll be filing anything I can against this company and I suggest everyone else do the same. Good luck.

Found my lost package- Very grateful. I called Fed-Ex customer service immediately after I received an email stating my package was delivered but was nowhere to be found and I checked the premises including the front house porch where the tenant stood there watching me look for my package but no package found . Fed-Ex was able to get a hold of the drivers supervisor and then he located the driver and the driver confirmed that he left it on the front house porch who has a Ring Security System . I was called back by the Office Supervisor and she stood on the way home with me while I walked back to the front house and mysteriously package was there but the tenant wasn’t and her front door was closed !! Guess this was one package that couldn’t be mysteriously taken . I’m so glad that Fed-Ex responded so quickly and efficiently that my package was able to be found!!!! Thank you Fed-Ex now I can enjoy my boots !!!!

It’s pretty good, but one improvement suggestion. I like the overall feel in usage. I think it’s actually a better app than the UPS has. I use a screen reader on my iPad. This is called VoiceOver. The suggestion is you have your accessibility department or whomever in the tech department test the functionality and get them to use VoiceOver trying to use the app. You’ll find out certain areas like the package progress does not read. It will highlight with a black rectangle around The item. For example it puts a black frame around the different sections and then it reads them out loud. This is for those that are either dyslexic have a print disability or blind. In certain areas I guess it’s something to do with the coding for labeling voiceover is unable to read the package progress in certain areas sometimes it can’t even read details for how the packages. Your app is more accessible than a UPS version. It’s just there’s still areas that need improvement. Hopefully you’ll get this and can make the changes many thanks keep up the great work!

Useless. FedEx is useless. Why track a package from FedEx? You would think so you could prepare for your delivery but yet again FedEx has “Delayed” another delivery. In fact this is the 4th delivery out of 5 that has not arrived on time. I took off work AGAIN today because I have a lawn mower coming that I have to be home to accept but again after waiting all day the package updates to say “Delayed” wouldn’t care if it came the next day as long as I know it will arrive. Now I have wasted another day off from work for nothing. FedEx is the most unreliable delivery company out there. I wish vendors would stop using them. I will be calling both companies I ordered from to voice my concerns about their choice of shippers. I think I’ll deny the order when it comes and make FedEx ship it back. Guess I will call companies before I order to ensure they DON’T use FedEx. I hope someone at FedEx reads this not that it will do any good except maybe a “standard” response such as “We are sorry your expectations were not met, blah, blah, blah” sad to say but even USPS is better, WOW!

Absolute TRASH. Edit: after this review they Locked my perfectly fine website account LOL keep your garbage, I’ll keep reposting my experience and these are just a handful of why many people do not choose to work with your company!! Oh and I finally got that email back from support after my review posted and nothing was resolved LOL!!! Let’s not forget the delivery delays for absolutely no reason making the packages days past the delivery date. Throw out the whole app. DOESNT WORK. You cannot even SIGN IN!! However you can go to the website and log in with the same credentials the app tells you are wrong!! YOU CANNOT RESET password through the app either but YOU CAN ON THE WEBSITE. Get it TOGETHER FEDEX!!! UPS has a working website and app lol REMOVE THIS APP FROM THE APP STORE IMMEDIATELY IT DOES NOT WORK. Guess what you customer service for your app does??!?!? NOTHING! Fire them too. Sent a support ticket a week ago. Auto message says 24 hours I’ll have a response. DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH OR YOU WONT BE ALIVE IF THEY EVER RESPOND. They also delete reviews as I posted one last week and today it’s blank.

APP IS USELESS. FedEx should allow users to manage their deliveries, reroute the package, reschedule deliveries, add special instructions, etc. especially in these chaotic times today where people are stealing packages regardless of what the contents are. I DREAD receiving a door tag from “DeadEx.” UPS has upped their game but providing a myriad of options when it comes to managing 1 or 1001 packages. it’s easy, it’s cheap and with frequent promotion, it can also be free. FedEx offer tracking only, which can be accomplished simply by clicking on the tracking number ANYWHERE and the tracking information is going to pop up in any browser and any search engine/app. I see that screenshots provided with the app show options like signing for the package or holding it, but out of 3 FedEx packages I am tracking for delivery (one today and the other 2 by the end of the week) NONE has an option to do anything except to nickname the shipment. That’s it. I hate to say it but I wish the merchant I purchased two pairs of sneakers and a pair of black Doc Martens boots used UPS for their delivery instead of FedEx. I’m expecting the packages to be stolen as it always happens with FedEx.

FedEx is worse than the Pony Express. This company is hands down the worst shipping service ever conceptualized by man. Continues false delivery estimates even for time sensitive items or paying for expedited shipment. Don’t give me an estimate 4 days before you even come close to getting the package to the destination facility. The app doesn’t allow registration and neither does their website. This company requires signature on EVERYTHING. Do you expect people to sit at their front door from 8am-8pm for a package that never shows to sign for something?? Then when you try to release them from liability and pressing , or hold at a facility, this app and website craps out and is unable to confirm. To top it all off if you want to register to enable a feature which is ridiculous and no other shipping service requires, they have the audacity to MAIL you a parcel that will show in 3-5 days, which is already past the “3 attempts then return to sender rule” This company should be embarrassed that a start up book company was able to develop a shipping service that outmatches your entire business practice in a matter of years. I cannot believe companies still use this company to ship things they are asking for a customer service nightmare everytime they use it.

Garbage. It’s 2023. Why release an app that literally forces you to the website for anything of any importance regarding your shipment? On top of that, the website is atrocious. I spent an entire hour trying to figure out how to schedule a delivery for a different date. Let me save you the trouble, not possible. Every click just recycles you to put in an address you already have associated with the account, and then you wind up on a page that has nothing to do with what you’re attempting. I finally opted to just have the package held at an affiliate location (all of this was because they continue to deliver a package mid day when no one’s home, it requires a signature and there’s no way to have me waive the signature and just have them leave it). That was 12 hours ago. I still don’t have any confirmation that A) it’s being sent somewhere to be held on my behalf and, B) if so, where that location is, because they never sent any form of confirmation. Trash. The whole service is complete trash. We’re here in the apparent emergence of AI and FedEx can’t figure out how to operate a website or an app. Bravo.

Poor delivery service. I’m to the point that I will not purchase anything or from anyone whom using FedEx delivery! My deliveries are continuously delayed and pushed for days. I also am continually having deliveries dropped at the wrong location AND today I can not even located a package that was delivered yesterday! The service of photographing a picture of a package on a porch is completely useless. I can not even come close to figuring out what porch it was dropped of on. This is absolutely ridiculous. At the least they could drop it across from my mailbox, on a porch that is directly across the street from the mailboxes. At least I would have located it there. I’ve also had numerous packages dropped AT the mailbox along the road. And at the most bizarre locations, out in snow rain etc. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I myself have been employed by a delivery service for 24 years and they most definitely frown upon this sort of work practice and ethic! You are suppose to provide a safe and secure service. I would have been fired and this lousy service still continues! Where is the accountability and repercussions for this. I’m thoroughly disgusted and now will call yet another company to tell them to change delivery service or lose customers!!

App is meh, I hate FedEx. My family and I have had some problems with FedEx, from using my phone number as the delivery address and then saying they can only start a investigation after I had to contact the company that send my package and sit on hold for over a hour, to not letting my family now that they delivered a food box from a food service and just not bother to update that they delivered it a day and a half ago so all the food went bad. Sorry this is more of a rant about FedEx. Anyway about the app... it’s meh, it doesn’t like finding tracking numbers if you try to open them in the FedEx app from safari or gmail and such. Also I created a account to give further delivery driver further details and you have to sign up for the FedEx delivery manager, you have to put your phone number to verify your account and my number “could not be reached” so the only other option is you have to go to the FedEx website and vaguely find the second option which is to send the registration form by mail to you which will take over a week. Anyway, don’t use FedEx. Use UPS or USPS or some other shipping service.

Flawed app with spammy notifications. The notifications from this app are incredibly fine-grained, to the extent that if I turn them on for a package that I want to know about I get a veritable torrent of updates. Every few minutes I keep getting status updates about a package which all say the same thing. All I want to know is: when will my package get here, and has it arrived? I don’t need to know about every single time it changes trucks or teaches a new facility! Also the location services that it uses to see if the application is available seem to be quite broken. I had to turn them off so the app would let me in. I don’t know where the app thought I am but I’m absolutely where fedex operates. And even if I weren’t physically in the US, what if I’m remotely managing shipments for an American company, for example? There’s so many decisions in this app which seemed poorly thought out and I do not recommend this except that the fedex tracking site is totally broken on iOS safari.

Terrible updates. *update* none of the five packages that we’re suppose to arrive today (or sooner) have arrived. I did get one from UPS (who had 7updates in three days and delivered a day early). Zero updates from FedEx. I downloaded this app to track packages (yanno, the intent of it and such); fedex is horrific at updating location of packages. It’s the 5th and a package due on the 2nd has had zero updates and nowhere to be found. I am currently waiting on seven packages… none of them have updated locations in four days. An item shipped the same day with UPS has had an average of 1.5 updates a day! Also, I believe I was given wrong tracking knee because another package was posted as delivered, in a state 14 hr drive away, a day early. The reason they get 2 stars is the setup of the app is easy/good. Unfortunately their additional stuff is useless due to lack of actual updates. In general, I try to avoid any distributor that uses FedEx… I’ve had these issues for years with no solutions.

No notifications and no communication at all. This isn’t the first time that this happened to me with FedEx. Before the shipment was even shipped, I requested all the notifications as much as possible so I can get the real time updated status even if home or not home. Turned out it doesn’t matter anyway. No notifications, no updates, and no communication at all. Just because the gate at my residence was closed (and the apartment staff is off work), doesn’t mean you cannot come in…? That was only around 5-6:00 PM, when in fact, I know that FedEx is always out of deliver until 9-10:00 PM. After the estimated day that my shipment was supposed to be delivered, I went back to check up on the app again, out of no where it says that “the delivery was unable to deliver” at 6 PM when at that time, I got NOTHING for the notifications. I’ve been home all day and I had no idea where my package was. The only thing it says on the tracking category was “out for deliver since 6:50 AM”. They could’ve have contacted or something in order to get inside and deliver some packages. Or at least if I get notified by a text right away because that was the option I chose to be notified if there’s an exception for a delivery, or there’s something happening and is unable to deliver. Again, like I said, NOTHING for the notifications, no updates at all, and no communication. And ALWAYS late/delay when it comes to deliver a shipment.

They Do not right their Wrongs‼️. I paid 30$ shipping for a very temperature + time sensitive very important package . They said they knocked but my dog didn’t even hear them knock and she hears a lint ball hit the floor!! I then get a message that they will resend it tomorrow, but by that time my product that I spent hundreds on + 30 to ship so this wouldn’t happen, will be ruined‼️I called and customer service said they fixed it and the driver would bring it back. He asked me to give a good review after the call + I did. Hours later I called and said where is it ? Oh sorry” they couldn’t bring it , it will be there tomorrow 🤬Again!! It will go bad by tomorrow!!They couldn’t find a driver from 10:21 am till now 3:00 pm to fix this ?and even now it’s only 3:00 pm .they said “well you can come pick it up if it’s going to be ruined by tomorrow, I say “ well since I’m disabled and without a car and am alone , that would be kind of impossible.. sorry nothing we can do . Then she asks me to do a customer service review at the end of the call !!🤨…sure” I’ll give a review while my product is at this moment going bad in the heat on a fedex Truck in melting Ice because of something that was NOT MY FAULT AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX THEIR WRONG. Crappy delivery updates !. For the last several FEDEX deliveries to me , at the last minute on the projected delivery date , the FEDEX website will switch from the projected time and date to pending ! When accessing the automated FEDEX system or even speaking to a service representative, all you get is some obscure reply ! I’m a retired Postal Service maintenance technician and the USPS and UPS have far better updates and customer service results and responses ! I WILL NO LONGER make anymore online orders if the vendor is using FEDEX’s crappy delivery services ! I’m 67 years of age and fairly tolerant and understanding of changing delivery obstacles , but FEDEX has become consistently unreliable and for lack of a better term lousy and crappy delivery service !! This scathing review will not even faze or even shame FEDEX into improving their crappy delivery service to its customers !!! Hopefully and with any luck , FEDEX will start losing customers ! I’m willing to bet that I do not even receive an inquiry from FEDEX asking what they can do to constantly failing the customers !!!

Clunky third rate ap for fourth rate company!. FedEx as a company is horrible! Period ! The fact that these “currier’s” can just pitch packages wherever they wish or blow the horn and dump our items on the curb that WE PAID THEM TO DELIVER TO US SAFELY is criminal! The company has chosen to close US call centers apparently using recent events as an excuse to save money apparently. No way to communicate a problem or issue. They refer you to this clunky ap that does NOTHING that they say it does and you have to back door your way into features like adding addresses etc. there is no way to add names even though it says you can. So commercial or family accounts out or a farm account. This company has become a mismanaged joke. Ship with another option. This ap is horrible for any sort of practical application and just creates bandwidth traffic and tracking clicks. But as a whole is MORE than the company as a whole deserves. I’m through with fed ex will pay more to use alternative suggest all other businesses do the same till board is replaced and they restructure and go back to their original foundation

Was great, but now not so accurate. A package was marked as delivered at my front door at 5:10 pm Monday. I did not receive a package, nor was a FedEx driver in my area at that time. I know because I was home and my Ring doorbell camera did not show any delivery being made or a FedEx truck in the area. And as of Thursday, my package is still marked delivered, but the store from which I ordered the package updated the info on its tracking app and showed after the supposed delivery that it was at the FedEx center for 2 days and now is out on the truck for delivery on Thursday. You all need to be accurate, or else what’s the point of having a tracking app? And if your drivers are purposely marking items as delivered when they are not, you have a serious personnel issue that you need to take care of.

The App. App is perfect you can do anything you want except have it get a Pepsi out of the fridge. You can track. Set up a outgoing shipment and you don’t have to leave your house. It’s great for us retired people. Everything you can do on the main website you can do here. What I like is it contacts me when any shipment is out for delivery to my address no matter who it’s for. Keep it up. Right along with the other two companies UPS, USPS. There apps do the same. So it doesn’t matter who it’s from cross shipments when all three companies pick up and ship out to delivery it done by all three companies FEDEX, UPS, USPS they all work to get finally. They let you know Keep it up perfect communication. The only problem I have is to get them to pick the package up I’ll figure it out soon. We need a 0 star option. Tommy Hanks being a Fed ex guy in Cast Away is pretty close to real life. Only differences are he tried to deliver packages fast and efficiently. And you guys don't. I mean not even an effort. I took work off to wait on a package that was marked as on the truck. Then I get a notification that delivery wasn't made because nobody was home to receive it. First of all, you ALWAYS drop off stuff with no person or signature in sight. And my door bell camera shows not one FedEx truck came at all. That alone is so unprofessional. So then I try to use the app or what they call an app, until I realized "Oh wow this app doesn't work at aallllllll". So I missed work, waited all day, got lied to after a half hour on the phone with FedEx and now I'm wasting more time writing my first ever review all because how badly these people conduct business. If you need your things delivered efficiently and properly. FedEx ain't for you. Tom Hanks would have been a step up from this nonsense. FedEx, A NAME I TRUST⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I love, respect and TRUST FedEx services. Always keeps me up to date to easily track my packages and delivery status (speaking for myself) FedEx is always on time if is not ahead of the scheduled delivery timing if requested which I noticed and liked to share here. So far, nothing I've received via FedEx was ever damaged or lost and I’ve been using FedEx delivery services for three years now monthly, weekly and sometimes couple times a week. I am happy with the service I am provided and I am grateful for both FedEx International and FedEx US services. Thank YOU so much to all of YOU FedEx family, both home and abroad. Unable to log into account. Unable to log into account, created it, signed up, scheduled deliveries etc. Tried to log back in, it won’t recognize my login information so I tried to reset password, and it won’t send me email to reset password!! I check everything and still will not send me email.. called customer service they can’t find my account with user name or phone number.. yet when I make a new account it won’t let me set up delivery manager for new account, says I already has one set up. I have no way of updating my delivery! This is beyond stressful. This is nothing to do with me or my information and everything to do with fed ex website to recognize my log in info and reset password etc.. fix this issue 😑 will have to cancel my order placed as I’m afraid it will get delivered to wrong location and need it delivered to my front door since it’s a sofa, not delivered to front office 😑 will make sure any online orders i make do not use fed ex until this ongoing issue is finally resolved.

Delivered to the WRONG Address Again!. This is the second time my package from Fedex has been delivered to the wrong address. You all are the ONLY carrier that does this! Even after calling in to verify my address with your call center you all still deliver it to the wrong place. My package was ripped open and left on the ground next to the mail box. If it wasn’t for our mail carrier I would have never received my package. You must pay attention to the street address. I live on Piney Branch Dr NOT Piney Branch Lane, which is were you continue to deliver my packages. The second time I went to the wrong address just to retrieve my package that you all once again left. I have a business account with Fedex that I will most likely cancel in the New Year because of the careless your company continues to display. These were Christmas gifts of which I would have had NO time to replace if actually lost. Even after speaking with your call center and filing two complaints you have continued to deliver to the wrong address! And even when you try and blame the driver for possibly being new, still it is your responsibility to ensure they read and have accuracy before they even drive a delivery truck. Attention to detail is key to any position, of which your drivers seem to lack!!!

Terrible app and company as a whole.. Scheduled Thursday delivery is delayed, Thursday night delivery is pending, still pending Friday, received an alert a delivery was attempted Saturday afternoon (which is a lie because I was here), I requested a hold at a local store after the fake delivery attempt, received an alert early Sunday morning it will be delivered by end of day, received another alert Sunday later morning saying I will be notified when it reaches the hold location, Sunday night the delivery is still pending. Speaking to a customer representative is impossible. And I mean it might actually be impossible and they have no customer service representatives because it’s an automated menu of unhelpful information no matter what you do. This app and company are horrible. There are perishable goods in this package and I can’t get a straight answer about where it is or when I will get it. I will be selecting UPS for shipment if given the option from now on because this is ridiculous. Especially the driver that lied about attempting a delivery. I hope the seller understands the problem with the horrible shipping and I can get a replacement sent UPS. Thanks, FedEx.

fedex, we have beef now.. my packages keep arriving in my city on their scheduled delivery day and then immediately switching to “pending”. after that i can’t get the current status or any status updates and my packages are just floating around in my city for a week. this has happened multiple times. what are they doing??? going on a cute little road trip???? i could deal with waiting a ridiculously long amount of time for my packages, my issue is the false hope you give me. why give me a scheduled delivery date and tracking updates at all if this happens every time? just to mock me? to give me a false sense of hope? to hold my packages under my nose just so you can cause excruciating emotional pain and uncertainty?? to be fair the actual app works great, no bugs or anything but FedEx as a whole? we have beef now. send your CEO with my taylor swift merch so i can challenge them in hand to hand combat. pull up. i hate you. Disappointed. This “great” app that this company say’s is a joke. I waited for a week for this package to come in. They delivered one set package that I order with no signature required but when it came to my other one they needed a signature. I had to download this app so I can plan ahead on when the package can be here so I can sign it. But unfortunately every time when I ask for a update or a certain time they give me that date but then say at the end of that day. Unfortunately the app kept on saying package is pending but then says its in transit then says the other package is in one of their stores so now I have no clue which one is the right information. I call customer service to ask to hold my package there so I can have the ability to pick then up. He tells me that he put a hold on them and that you can pick it up. I go over to the location and they tell me that the packages have been sent so I go home and I get hit with that sorry we missed you sticker so I feel that I am in a wild goose chase. I call them the next day and one I could barley get a connection with the representative and two in order for me to hold them I would have to call the next day so they can call the location to hold it for me. Its already been 4 days for me not getting this package and this is truly unacceptable for a shipping company.

Login after login after login. The app used to keep me logged so I could quickly check the status of items I’m tracking. Now EVERY TIME I launch it, I have to login. After providing login info I get a screen asking if I’d like to enable Touch ID, I’ve selected to enable it multiple times, yet every time after I login (without the option to use Touch ID despite the fact that I had previously selected to enable it), I get asked again. After realizing it didn’t matter if I chose to enable it, I selected to option to not show that screen again and not enable Touch ID in hopes of streamlining the new need to log in every launch, and yet the screen still pops back up EVERY TIME! Either retain my log in for 30 days so I don’t have to log in every time I launch the app or actually honor Touch ID preferences previously selected. Also, why are shipments I deleted months ago randomly showing up in my list? I’m glad you still remember a package I was tracking previously was delivered back in December, but maybe you could focus on remembering my log in info/preferences instead. As for now, I’m just using the website because this app is frustrating.

Worthless. I was waiting for a package delivery that needed an indirect signature. I downloaded the app, set up an account. There wasn’t anywhere on the app to download a door tag to sign and leave on the door with a signature. So I went to the website and was able to download a fedex door tag that I signed and left on the door, in case I wasn’t home or didn’t hear the doorbell. They texted me several updates on the upcoming delivery. The next thing I know I get another text that the delivery will be the following day. I must have not heard the doorbell. So I checked the door and they had left me a new door tag to sign that was attached next to my old door tag stating they will attempt the next day. It would have been nice to receive a text that fedex is at the door given all the other text notifications I receive. Having the app was totally worthless. It didn’t notify me of the updates. I contacted customer service and they apologized that the driver did not use my door tag. There was nothing else that they could do. Overall, very disappointing.

FedEx needs work. Their app. Not bad but sometimes delivery dates are a bit off. For the most part it’s easy to use. Their drivers, for the most part pretty good guys, today however our driver decided to leave our box being delivered, which had frozen and refrigerated food inside and it’s April in Arizona, behind a wall near our front door. They then decided not to knock on our door or ring the bell. They did not even go near our front door because they didn’t activate the camera and we were not aware our box had been delivered. All our neighbors were quite aware I bet because you could see the box from the street, you just could not see it from our front door camera. Our box with perishable food was delivered at 11:15 am and sat outside in the sun until about 6:00 pm when my roommate got home and saw the box sitting outside. I’m surprise no porch pirate took our box to be honest. And all of this could have been avoided if only our lazy FedEx driver would have just KNOCKED! Then I go try and make a complaint on the app about just the one delivery and it’s pretty much impossible, I get redirected to call FedEx directly so spend a long time on wait probably. Maybe the app needs more work than I thought.

Long Time User. After many years of relying on FedEx, I am disappointed to be experiencing poor and unpredictable service. I know all the excuses (laborers hard to hire/retain and supply chain challenges)but it seems clear that this season requires a new set of logistics. 1- Don’t keep promising what you can’t manage. Recast delivery projections based on current conditions and 2- Maintain professional integrity by “realistically” projecting delivery dates. Announcing delivery dates that FedEx cannot live up to is creating a scathing review by the public in our area and North Carolina, which are two areas we know about. Every day you delay providing truthful/accurate delivery projections just delays the time-line to recover the good reputation FedEx once had. It also means other existing and newly created competitors will begin moving into your market space. My wife and I are currently perusing other options because our business depends on yours doing what you promise, or we become complicit with your failures in the eyes of our customers. Hope you can pull it together and recast your delivery schedules to once again be accurate and predictable. Robert Welch Savannah, Georgia PS - now you have become liars. Poor customer service. This is ridiculous, my package needed a signature to be released and because I have a life, I can’t sit around all day waiting for it to show up. Oh wait, they have a digital signature release… wrong, attempted to do that so I wouldn’t have to be there to sign for it, didn’t work. Lets try calling them, pointless, said they would make an attempt before 8pm again, didn’t happen. FedEx is behind when compared to other shipping companies since they can’t tell you a direct time. They just say what day it is coming but not what time. Like wow, thanks FedEx for narrowing it down to a 1/720 chance of me being there to sign for it. (Open for 12 hours and only appears for a minute 12•60=720). The least they could do is tell me what hour of the day still only being a 1/60 chance. I guess Ill just grab it myself… of course thats not available for whatever reason. Maybe I should be more proactive in trying to receive it; ill sign up for all of the alerts… Nope, only thing they alerted me about was the fact that I missed it again and didn’t tell me until 20min after it happened. Just ridiculous.

Great for tracking, wish it had more features beyond tracking and pricing. This app is great to track packages, and if you are enrolled in delivery manager, makes it easy to see all the packages that are being shipped to your, etc. checking shipping rate is good, as well as making shipping labels for simple domestic shipments. Creating shipping label for international is painful due to custom forms... wish they would make the Lite version more prominently accessible (and not hidden in innocuous text link) for non-commercial shipping person like me who ship to family and friends abroad. I wish it had more features, like viewing shipment charges and other billing aspect, for items shipped using your fedex account number. For that I still have to use the web interface, and the invoice information is so buried, it’s hard to find when I need to print out the shipping cost/invoice for reimbursement, etc.

Rated zero if I could. You can update delivery information on a package and this app makes you feel you did so. You did not. FedEx is in the business of making money NOT delivering packages. With this app you may track a package but counting neighborhood dog barks and believing that to be the time is more accurate. When updating information as package recipient, the app accepts the info but what it never indicates whatsoever is that unless you are the sender, updates made on your end do absolutely nothing. You merely FEEL you have made a correction. FedEx, you see, makes $ on sending it back as addressed I correctly so that the sender must now spend again to get it to you. All of this despite your effort with the FedEx app to assure you receive what you ordered. FedEx and this app that updates nothing while giving you the ILLUSION it did, you see, want money and not delivery. I keep wondering how an app can be 4.7 yet have thousands of 1 star reviews. Well, this is my third write up. It would seem FedEx also has an active system challenging those of us relaying the truth by striking down reviews.

Nearly Unusable App. I can see tracking info on this app when I enter a tracking number. But that is as far as it goes. Any attempt to add or get further information (i.e., delivery instructions) is impossible. Attempts at logging in inevitably fail and so do attempts to reset my password. Using the email method, where I am supposed to be sent a link to reset the password are never received. I have tried this multiple time and different times of day. I have never received the expected email. No, it is not in my spam folder. The virtual assistant they offer is useless. Very frustrating. Update: I have been contact with an apology that there was a system problem which caused my issue. However, I have tried again to log in and change my password only to be disappointed again. As before, I never received the necessary email from them with a link to update my password. Another update: Months after writing the above review and then the first update, I am now writing another update. I have seen no improvement whatsoever to any part of my complaint. This app is useless to me. And even attempts to login directly via the web site has also failed and no texts, emails, or phone calls have reached me to update my login. Terrible.

Disappointed. Too many times I had to change my password constantly because I can not get into the app either this a problem with the app or with the website not really sure and to top it off I do not understand why the dates that they are sending your package said Sunday when it actually means Monday. This FedEx app is a joke and there customer service you can say they already misplaced 2 of my packages on 2 different occasions. When I call to ask about my package let just say it’s a joke. FedEx customer service representative tells me to call the company that I order from to report the issue and that they will open a case for that the package is lost. And I have to wait to see what happens next. I understand they misplace packages but come on. The customer service representative are not very nice everyone over the phone when you speak to them think is a joke. Have fun dealing with FedEx. I rate them to get there act together. There people who need jobs that want to work and you have the ones who don’t want to do there jobs. Hope this helps.

Disappointed is an understatement. I really wanted to like this app, but disappointed is an understatement! After missing a package I needed to sign for, I was livid, the driver was at my door according to my ring for 31 seconds, when I got to the door he was driving up the street! Guess what!? You can NEVER get a driver back. This was a critical delivery for that day, but the pickup location was in another city,in another state I might add and an hour away. You could at least have a facility in this city of a million people! So I decided to wait for delivery on the second attempt. I downloaded the app after the site implied for more details, get an account, get the app! Determined not to miss it, I fell for it and downloaded the app, BUT the information provided was exactly the same as just tracking the regular way. This “awesome” tracking app shows it left this morning at 4:30 am, it’s 1:25 pm and not ONE single update, I’ve used better tracking apps, what’s the point if the information isn’t even available? Useless waste of storage space on my phone, back to the cloud you go. FedEx, I hope you can get it together and join the gps world. I cant imagine you don’t gps your precious trucks on such a tight schedule that a package that needs signature gets a 31 second window to get to the door. Its 2019, you have the resources, make easy to track for real. Your customers deserve at least that.

EVERY YEAR. I cannot describe how deeply I hate FedEx. Every single year during this time of the year, I have to investigate like I’m a detective to find my packages. This morning, I started receiving “out for delivery” text messages from FedEx at 5:28 am. So I sat at home ALL DAY waiting for the delivery so that I could get on the road and travel for the Thanksgiving holiday without leaving my valuables on my doorstep. Finally, around 2:30 pm, I checked the application to see what was happening because FedEx typically delivers in my neighborhood around 10:30 am. There’s a “delivery exception” with a note that stated that they “attempted delivery at 1:56 pm”. I called the customer service line and had to fight with the automated system to get to a human on the line. The guy tells me that no, nobody actually attempted delivery. He said your packages were actually loaded onto a truck that nobody drove today 😂. I said but wait! The application said they attempted delivery’ he says yeeeah that’s not true. I said bruh! I got to get on the highway and travel for the holiday and you’re telling me I have wasted hours and hours waiting for a package that won’t be delivered until Friday?! He said yes, please go on your trip. I haaaaaaaate FedEx! 14 hours of travel time wasted

Outdated and Unhelpful. Downloading the Fedex App was a waste of my time and so Is writing this review. However, I believe this app is outdated and unhelpful. My reason for it being outdated is because newer shipping apps such as ‘Shop’ have a gps and I can see where my package is at on a map rather than just the name of the location. My reason for the Fedex App being unhelpful is because when my package is delayed it doesn’t tell me why. The least you can do for a delayed package is tell me why it is delayed. Another reason for it being unhelpful is because the virtual assistant does virtually nothing. I asked the assistant why my package is delayed and all it responds with is the date my package arrives. I am highly disappointed with this app and Fedex as a entity. If I pay an extra $12 for a package to arrive a few days to a week sooner then it should arrive on its first estimated date. And if a delay occurs I believe they should at minimum tell me why it is delayed rather than giving me the same response of when it should arrive. Please update your app Fedex.

Pathetic excuse for a courier company. Save yourself the trouble and headache and use another courier company. FedEx’s standards have dropped so low third world countries postal services rank better then FedEx. Forget about customer service there no help they cannot even contact the local depot’s to find out why a delivery never went out or is running late. Can you believe that!!! It’s gotten so bad after my package sat at the local depot for over a week which is only 20 mins away from my home I went to the depot in person to pick up my package only to be told after 1 hour off waiting they couldn’t find it even though it was scanned in the morning. Delivered 2 days later 18 days late. FedEx you are a joke.

App that Fedex don’t take advantage of. The app itself works well enough but I have not been able to locate my commercial account information from it for example. It’s main use is for tracking shipments although you can place shipments etc. Ultimately the real issue is that Fedex themselves never ensure that deliveries displayed in the app are updated in sufficient real time. Kinda makes it somewhat pointless.

“Can’t create label” dead end. Spent 20 minutes putting in lots of details only to get to the very end and got a “can’t create label” message! Total waste of time. Why would the create an app that doesn’t work!!!

Late delivery. Enormously disappointed in yet another late delivery. FedEx informs us of a delivery time. We ensure someone is standing by to receive ... and then we wait, and wait. No show. New delivery time ... another no show. Very disappointing

Poor Implementation. After copying my tracking number from their email it is impossible to past that number into the tracking field. No way to give feedback in App or website, no way to make complaint in App or website. Completely useless! Additionally given three different delivery dates, one even two months in future, poor.

Problem with favourites. The app doesn't seem to remember something you saved as a favourite. Kind of useless having to re add tracking numbers even though you’re logged in.

Wow, just wow.. I can open my browser, and sign in and find my package before the fedex mobile app is even loaded. That’s ridiculous. Find a faster way, or stop using 18 layers of mobile app development garbage to make such a simple app.

App doesnt remember tracking number. Why do I have to manually re-enter the tracking number every time I open the app? “Recent searches wiil show up here” does not work.

App not working as advertised. This app was supposed to enable users to schedule a pickup, print airway bills from a smart phone, etc. but it does not do that at all!! Only allows tracking, which is useless for an app. Such a disappointment!

Shockingly Bad. Cannot believe that this is actually a courier service. Sent me 6 or 8 emails supposedly tracking my parcel and promising delivery on a definite date. All nonsense. Seems the computer sends the emails, but the actual procedure bears no relation to them. In the end my item did not arrive at all, and with a struggle I traced it myself (the app was useless, is useless) and picked it up. Cannot understand why anyone uses FedEx, after reading these poor reviews.

This app sucks !!. You can’t send or talk to customer service , No contact info or send a message to them about your parcel . They need to update this information that’s why I gave a 1 star

Used to work. Loved this app so I could easily track my shipments! Most recent upgrade ruined that for me! No longer works!! Won’t accept tracking numbers so thinking something is broken!

Tracking issues. The tracking number doesn’t stay in the list once the app is exited on the iPhone for some reason, it’s fine on the iPad tho

Tracking Numbers not retained…. The tracking number is not retained when I close the app. I have packages that are coming via FedEx. However, they are delayed and so being able to track. The package is a bit frustrating as I have to go find the tracking number and paste it in each time. Please do some user experience testing next time and ensure this experience is fixed in the next release. Very frustrating…

Packages aren’t showing in app. I had a package being shipped but it didn’t show in the app. I could search on the number and it would show up, but next time I looked it was gone again. Notifications worked, but opening the notification brought me to an empty screen in the app. Deleted the app, functionally useless. Using iPhone version.

Tracking disappears. In the app the tracking numbers won’t stay in the list. This has been happening now for weeks. Please fix this.

Useless app. Worst service ever.

Very terrible service. Please beware of FedEx, they hurt me very much. On Monday, June 7, 2021, I sent a certified check from Halifax, Nova Scotia to Red Deer Alberta. At the counter, I told them this for a car I want to buy, and the check must arrive tomorrow so I wouldn't lose the Deposit. They told me if I pay an extra, the check will arrive tomorrow" and made it indirect so that any adult at the address could receive it. On the second and third day, the check did not arrive, I called FedEx customer service, and their answer was that the delay was due to Covid??? (It's not a washing machine, for example, it requires three men meeting to carry it....one person can deliver the check) So I told them FedEx must reimburse me for the amount of Deposit I lost. After hours they called me from FedEx to say we will return your shipment to Halifax because the recipient says there is money In the envelope, I said OK if you give me the recorded call that proves your words because your calls are recorded, the customer service employee hung up the phone in a rude manner. The next day they called the recipient to say we came and didn't find you, so he went to the FedEx office and showed them the security camera recording at his house and no one from FedEx appear, they said, in fact, the driver did not ring the bell, but he called your mobile and you did not answer it, so he did not get out of the car. So the recipient said no one called me, and the evidence is that I answered your call a while ago. The next day they went to his house, but they refused to give the check to his wife (although any adult can the receipt because it is indirect) and they said because of covid we want to scan your ID??? Here I knew that they wanted to return the check on the pretext that it was our fault so that FedEx would not pay the amount that I lost as a deposit to buy the car. The first time they said that there is money and this is illegal, And when we asked for a recorded call, they said we came to the house and did not find anyone. When they knew that we had security cameras on the door, they said that the ID must be scan .... Finally, they returned the check to Halifax after 11 days, Thursday 17 June. And I lost the Deposit and I paid an extra amount on the first day for express delivery... I lost the car I was going to buy... I lost time and spent ten days with stress and I don't know a way to hold FedEx accountable. I.ll share this miserable and terrible experience on Google, Facebook, Insta, Twitter, Apple Store, and Google Play if FedEx does not find a solution to compensate for my loss.

Can’t fix typos. I typed in a tracking number and my guess is that I made a typo. When I entered the number a second time I was able to track the shipment. But every time I open the app now I get “Update was unsuccessful. Please try again later.” I assume that is the typo I put in. THERE IS NO WAY THAT I CAN SEE TO REMOVE THAT TYPO!!!! Looks like that typo will cause me issues for the rest of my life! There has to be a way to remove a bad tracking number.

Sat in my window waiting for my package all day. Saw a ground truck drive by without stopping, saw zero attempt by anybody else to come up and knock on the door. “Customer Not Available or Business Closed” Where’s my new phone Fed Ex? Never willingly using this company again.

X. Why do couriers deliver during the day when no one is home, everyone works during the day. And he doesn’t leave a package near the door, he just leaves and didn’t even call or leave a sticker saying he came?

App. This app is totally useless ,keeps telling me my phone #is invalid.really did someone change my number and didn’t inform me!!!!!!!

Pretty bad app. Painful process to register only to find out it won’t work in Canada, (“Your country/territory is not supported by the FedEx application”) even though it’s in the App Store under FedEx Canada. I give up.

Avoid the company is my suggestion. Bought a few things online and it’s always stressful if the shipper ship through FedEx! The delivery person delivered to wrong address and caused delayed, then they don’t call me the next day when they need my buzzer to come inside my apartment, then on the tracking, the expected delivery date is just showing PENDING forever. when you call the customer service, it is just AI automatic machine, then after chose your options to change your package, it told you that you can’t do anything till you call the shipper. What’s waste my time. A week later still hasn’t received item. Then my shipper had to ship me replacement through different currier company. Very frustrated to deal with this company. I would avoid this company if I could in the future.

Doesn’t keep tracking numbers in memory. No matter if you add your tracking number to your favourites or if you create an account, you will have to copy and paste your tracking number every time because this app won’t retain ANY information. Not even “recently tracked items”

Barely working. In case no-one at FedEx is using their app, heads up that it’s broken. The shipment progress indicator is always in the wrong place (showing ‘out for delivery’ irrespective of the actual status), and the travel history for a shipment never loads any entries. It’s particularly odd because the UI is very similar to the website and yet it can’t render the same data for a given shipment. To make it worse, the app periodically sends useless notifications saying “Check out the latest app updates!”. Bro, people are either actively tracking stuff and have already seen the updates, or they’re not currently using any FedEx services (which I would guess is 99% of the userbase at any given time) and consequently they have no use for the app until they next send/receive a package. If someone is fanatical enough to want those notifications anyway, let them opt in, but stop pestering everyone else, please.

Canada unsupported. It used to work OK-ish, but after the recent update the app hangs with the message “Your country/territory is unsupported by the application”. If indeed so, it should not be available for download in the Canadian AppStore.

Does not work in Canada. The app doesn’t allow you to login with your delivery manager credentials if you reside in Canada. This seems like a missed opportunity for those who use FedEx outside of Canada.

Great for knowing how many days late your package is. I wish I wasn’t accountable for my job too. Maybe I should work for you.

Where’s my expedited package???. It’s only 6 days late from your delivery guarantee delivery date and it’s been 20 kn away in Cambridge very poor delivery service!

GARBAGE. This App is a joke! Track a package... Save it to the watch list.... and it just disappears... This app deserves 0 stars until they actually make it work!

Doesn’t even track. I’m not sure how they managed to break the one thing that this app is supposed to do which is track your packages! I put in a tracking number and the next time I go into the app it’s gone. Even though I’m still signed in and I starred the delivery as a favorite.

Useless app. Have you even tested your app? Was an elementary kid designed your app? How low and cheap can you go. Completely useless app.

Canada??. On the settings, it doesn’t allow me to enter the country and doesn’t have a location detection future, which is imperative for delivery services. Also only shows US States instead of Canada. I think this happened after the update.. hope it’ll be fixed soon. Another suggestion: it would be great to have a “directions for delivery/driver” space so we can write notes for the drivers (such as “please leave it behind the gate” or “main entrance is on the other side of the house” etc… So they don’t just dump the package (without even knocking the door🙄) in front of the house which is right on the street, to be stolen!! Thanks!

Doesn’t work. Tracking number does not stay in the app, it will disappear and you will have to enter it again….

Pathetic. So useless. I add items to track, give them a name, and then the name disappears. So frustrating. I never I’d say be more like Canada Post, but jesus just copy their tracking tab. Who designs and actually okays this? How does a company as massive as FedEx create an application that cannot even save tracking information.

Why does this ap not work in Canada?. Pretty disappointing. UPS has figured it out that Canada exists. Despite a FedEx truck passing my house every day, apparently FedEx has not.

Don’t waste your time.. Downloaded the app, tried to create an account - everything I try to do says “Sorry requested action can’t be completed right now”, tried again, same outcome, deleted app. Embarrassing for a company of this magnitude.

Tracking numbers not staying. Please fix… Ever since the latest update, the tracking numbers will not stay on the app and you have to input your tracking number each time you open the app… Even when you apply the filters, I’m tracking number is not there

Invalid phone number. Stupid apps- kept output error message invalid phone number when trying to register an account. Why I should use Fedex when you can’t create a simple apps.

Not very helpful!. Does not work at all using iPhone iOS 17.3. Workaround fix is to delete/uninstall earlier apps and reinstall latest available version. Moreover, the real-time in transit tracking update has at least half hour delay compared to FedEx website.

Useless in Canada. There's no way to leave driver instructions for packages sent to you. The "to me" section is always empty, even after creating an account with FedEx online. UPS is way ahead in this.

Absolute garbage. It will not save any info each time have to copy and paste what a waste I use other apps as I just can’t get this one to work.

Flawed. Can’t sign up. Keep asking for “valid phone number”.... and I know my own number. Very frustrating.

Worst shipping company by far. Have proof of them scamming, with screenshots. Half my FedEx packages open arrived. And no it’s not on the sender, FedEx opens it.

Worst app ever…. Typical fedex.. Its more annoying hen an app. With this installed everytime I receive and email that I have a package coming with a tracking number, when I click on the tracking number, this app opens and says the action requested cannot be performed. I always end up having to open the tracking number in safari to see its status. Worst app ever. Clearly never tested.

Waste of time. I have tried repeatedly to sign up but the form just says there is an error every time I try and submit. No indication of what’s the issue. Wasted loads of time retrying to fill out but to no avail. I build web platforms so I know how to use them. There is clearly an issue with this app.

Unhappy customer. My package was supposed to be delivered on January 18 and it did not get provide any updates on the app or the website. It was supposed be delivered on the 19th but then for whatever reason got delayed to the 19th and the driver did not make it to Walgreens drop off or for the Pickup location before the time and then it went back to the facility which is a station and by that time it was after noon and they’re closed at noon. Was not able to go there and pick it up which the package I needed was for work. I am not too happy with FedEx service. Not sure why they are not closed until 2 PM like USPS is and UPS. Noon is not giving people time to get to the station to be able to get their package. I had to change my hold pick up location because it will keep delaying if the driver does not make it to the destination on time. Thumbs down for FedEx.

In my case FedEx did phenomal!. I bought something from Ebay about a week ago. The seller is located in California! from the moment FedEx got notified of my package in California to the moment I got delivered here in Smyrna Georgia the FedEx app notified meAs soon as my package had a scan and I received it a few days early! My item got here in one piece! All 64 lbs! I saw many bad reviews and honestly I was a little scared and didn't know what to expect so I was prepared to not receive my package in due time like a lot of the reviews mentioned but it's one of those businesses that it has more than a couple hundred customers, let's try millions! Also its not one building or store! Its many (emphasize many) in every state. Any how, in my case they did very well! Thank you FedEx n keep killin the game

WTH. This app is worthless I’ve tried it over and over again and deleted it then redownloaded it again just now 8 months later and it’s worse than before I never liked FedEx because 8 times out of ten my packages arrived damaged and this app is a true representation of FedEx it doesn’t work at all and isn’t worth a crap Iv scared the bar 200 times on a few different packages and it never has worked not once. You guys absolutely don’t listen you your customers and you have problems that time and time again by not fixing anything with your delivery’s or you app all you compilation by putting this app out is make me want to use UPS even more. It hurts you more than helps you because if you took the time to read the reviews you would see it hasn’t worked in a long time and by you doing noting about it just shows a lack of professionalism and an Abundance of laziness to do anything to fix any problem you have except to ignore it. You guys really need someone in charge that actually knows what there doing over there.

JUST AWFUL THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD IN YEARS. I’ve spent the last 8 hours trying to do something as basic as send one letter envelope to Europe from USA. THis has been just horrific as a user experience. Ive worked in software industry and have a PhD. I opened a FedEx account online on browser and added my credit card. I set up my shipment and it wouldn’t allow me to print the label. I downloaded this mobile app - no help it seems. This app appears to need you to have three OTHER FedEx accounts to work - a shipping account a tracking account and one other. I headed off to FedEx store for help. It turns out there are MANY types of FedEx account and you apparently need different ones to SHIP and to TRACK. Even with my account name and password the account profile doesnt show me my account NUMBER which the FedEx store needed to help me process the transaction. Had to head home. Seriously seriously pathetic app.

Scheduled delivery date occasionally changes. Fed Ex has been doing a good job with my Hello Fresh delivery. The only thing that puzzled me was that the Monday scheduled delivery date sometimes it was changed to Sunday. Most of the time I didn’t complain because I’m mostly home on Sundays anyway. But there were occasional Sundays when I wasn’t home. It created a problem because the fresh food box would have to be sitting at the front door all night. The food was not put in refrigerator that day plus the box could be stolen easily. I know you did notify me that the box is coming on Sunday but I wasn’t able to change my schedule because I was out of town till Monday so I will be home for the Monday delivery. I wish you did not change my delivery date to Sundays.

Customer service. Lack of personal customer service with a human makes life tough with fed ex. This automation never really addresses issues. Local representation continues to place the wrong address and recipients on the tracking site even if the label is clearly correct. Attitude is typically tough luck it will get there when it gets there. I asked the young lady to scan my packages at the fed ex store and refused and stated she would do it later. Of course all those packages ended up miss labelled on the site. I have used fed ex for 30+ years and previously had great service this is why i give four stars because i know they can do better just not now. Wishing them great success a better service in the future.

Error message after error message. The app had an error when I tried to create my account, so I deleted it and reinstalled. I was able to create an account this time, but when i tried to write package delivery instructions it asked ridiculous security questions including “which phone number are you associated with” with no phone numbers i recognized... i guess one was related to a previous job from years ago? Maybe? I had to try again and it asked more stupid questions, including a list of 4 people to ask who i was associated with. I didn’t recognize any of the names but i guess i picked right this time because i got through. Then the app said my address was incorrect... but it isn’t. It’s my address. Long story short, I couldn’t leave instructions for a package that didn’t get left in my secure apartment building’s garage, even though the exact same package from the same company gets delivered monthly with no problems. Great.

Driver Never Got Out. I’ve had some crappy times with FedEx but today was one for the record books. I’m sitting outside my apt waiting for the driver. He pulls up, turns around & pulls off, marking me unavailable & my package not redeliverable until TUESDAY! The 1st customer service rep implied I was lying because of what the driver wrote so I asked for a supervisor. Mark, a customer advocate, went the extra mile to actually contact the people over the driver. Waiting to see if my package actually arrives today or tomorrow & what shape it’s in. Update: they sent a driver in the morning with the smaller of my packages but not my TV, which they knew was the most important part. I’m sitting outside, again, waiting for the driver after waiting ALL DAY for my TV to come on a separate truck. The driver never even bothered to show up this time before marking me unavailable. They are the worst company ever & have the worst customer service. I refuse to do business with anyone who does business with them.

Lost my package. I ordered an Xbox One S and FedEx was delivering it. A delivery that was supposed to take three days TOOK OVER A MONTH AND THAT WAS TO GET THE REFUND BECAUSE I NEVER GOT THE PACKAGE. I NEEDED that Xbox FedEx. I was supposed to have the Xbox a week before I was supposed to give it to someone as a present HOWEVER FedEx happened to lose it and not only that getting a hold of their customer service was impossible and it took over a month to get a refund for a package that was supposed to be delivered in THREE DAYS. Seriously. It would be one thing if I could talk to someone at FedEx to fix the issue but Noooo. Even thats a frustrating issue that you’ll have to overcome just to fix the issue to we’re trying to fix in the first place. Thats like Unlocking a padlock so you can unlock the padlock underneath it. I will spend an extra $100 per order if it means I NEVER ship anything through FedEx again. Unreliable and if something goes wrong good luck fixing it.

Did I set hold for pickup? Impossible to notice.. Hi. I think overall the app is well made. However, my last package was sent to a near FedEx location, even though I never requested it(at least not intentionally). I think what happened is, I accidentally set it up when I was trying to make the pop up (about the package requiring a signature) go away. I understand that it was my fault that I accidentally set it up to be held at a location. However, I think it would be better for the setting to be more noticeable if it's set up to be held at a location. Also, I hope there was a confirmation step when setting it up. Also, I wish there was a way to cancel it. I'm saying all this because I actually tried to find what happened after I noticed I did something with the pop up, but could not find it. Thank you.

They just Straight up lied to me. I took the day off to receive a package because fedex wouldn’t let me change anything on the delivery. Sitting on my sofa with a clear view of any vehicle going down my street I saw zero cars go by, But.... at 9:43am they marked it as “business closed, could not deliver”. Now this is a out right lie! Did fedex do anything to fix it? of course not. Talked to five different people and I’m sure you know that I got a different answer from each person. One of the guys seriously didn’t listen to a thing I said. I asked a question and he went on some rant that had nothing to do with my question. So I asked, could you tell me what my question was? Well I’m sure you guessed it, he had no clue what I had just asked him. Now you would think that he would do a better job but no he doubled down. Did the same thing two minutes later and again he couldn’t tell me what my question was. I would have paid twice as much for shipping to no use Fedex.

FedEx Does Not Deserve to be in Business. My singular goal in life is to become rich enough to buy FedEx and shut it all down. I’m kinda joking, but I do deeply wish for FedEx to go bankrupt. They deserve it. I have zero problems with UPS. I have zero problems with USPS. With FedEx, less than 40% of my packages arrive on time. They either say they tried to deliver (they didn’t), the address was incorrect (it’s not), or some other random exception that doesn’t make sense. I’ve had these problems with FedEx at 3 different addresses over the last 15+ years. And unlike other businesses, I cannot choose to avoid them, because the shipper FedEx’s customer and is the one choosing to use them. Also unlike other businesses, it is completely impossible to get a resolution to any issue. If a driver lies and said they attempted delivery, too bad gotta wait till Monday. It’s also harder to reach the local distribution center than it is to reach the King of England. It is completely ridiculous. The company deserves zero stars, but the app functions, so we’ll say that averages out to one star. I wish nothing but bad luck and financial ruin on this company. I truly despise FedEx more than any business on earth, and I wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy. P.S. This review was not posted in a rage about a current situation. It was posted while I was completely calm and collected in reflection of how utterly disastrous FedEx has been my entire adult life.

FedEx Integrity. I returned home one day last fall to see a FedEx truck being towed up my driveway. The driver waved and drove off after the tow truck released it at the top of the driveway. As I drove towards the house I noticed that the truck had somehow made its way onto my lawn and obviously got stuck in mud. The whole event laid waste to my lawn. I took photos and submitted them along with a complaint and an estimate for damages. FedEx has refused to accept accountability and ignored my claims. Now I know that they have a record of their truck being towed from our property on the day I submitted the photos and the complaint. Still FedEx refuses to be fair and honorable. My perspective is that it is only fair on my part to share that FedEx is a dishonorable company.

FedEx can’t get it together. I actually have the exact same issue as the top 1 star review here and I am getting tired of having to wait at my door to not miss this 30 second window when their site says 5 minutes. I even use to work at my local FedEx so I know what the experience is and I’m not just blaming the driver because the amount of pressure and OT they are forced to work through. They have been on this route for almost 12 hours and my package says end of the day. The tracking infrastructure is so inept at helping with accurate deliveries that need signatures. I can find a UPS truck on its route in case I have to hunt them down which sounds stupid in itself, but not FedEx. As the comment also claims that with ample resources this company cannot improve even the wellbeing of their employees yet they can waste money to spam people with the same information. I now dread getting deliveries from this company and getting technical app help won’t solve anything.

Delivered package at the wrong address. I tried to submit a response when my package supposedly got delivered to my address, but the application did not allow me to do it due to an error in the app. I checked to make sure everything was entered correctly and resubmitted it several times, and the error in the application continued. It never allowed me to submit a response. The error message that came up did not indicate there was a problem with the application. The picture they showed of where the package was delivered was not my house. To be clear, I’m not writing this review because my package was left at the wrong address. Mistakes can happen, I understand that. I’m writing this review because the application did not allow me to send a response to advise them that it was delivered at the wrong address. Generally, I have a good experience with FedEx, but in this instance, they need to do some work on the application. Thanks for reading this review.

Was great, but now not so accurate. A package was marked as delivered at my front door at 5:10 pm Monday. I did not receive a package, nor was a FedEx driver in my area at that time. I know because I was home and my Ring doorbell camera did not show any delivery being made or a FedEx truck in the area. And as of Thursday, my package is still marked delivered, but the store from which I ordered the package updated the info on its tracking app and showed after the supposed delivery that it was at the FedEx center for 2 days and now is out on the truck for delivery on Thursday. You all need to be accurate, or else what’s the point of having a tracking app? And if your drivers are purposely marking items as delivered when they are not, you have a serious personnel issue that you need to take care of.

UPS is better.. I had a package scheduled to be delivered 3 days ago until I got a notification that address was wrong. I double checked the sellers shipping info to find that I had entered the correct address. I called customer support and talked with someone that I could barely understand, clearly they outsource that work to foreign countries, and I was assured the address issue was corrected. The shipment was rescheduled for today. The address was correct and I even put my number in delivery instructions in case the driver had issues again. No call. The app told me again the address was wrong. It wasn’t wrong. If the driver would have called like I requested we could have straightened this out. Now I have to wait 4 more days over the holiday weekend to receive ad package that I should have had 4 days ago. Meanwhile, I’ve had perfect, on time UPS deliveries every day for the past 3 days using the same exact street address.

App Just Doesn’t Work.. Overall broken app currently. I’ve had a FedEx account for while, with shipping manager and all, and it worked when I first had it. Now the last few shipping orders I’ve tried to add or were sent automatically to the app just don’t get added in my tracking area. (I do somehow get notifications for the shipping updates for them still from the FedEx app no clue how that is happening) Even trying to re add them manually doesn’t work. I’ve tried adding them manually multiple times for multiple different packages. It indicates it adds them and they never appear. Regardless of everything I’ve tried. I’ve tried to report the problem through the App Store and it leads to a broken link for the developers website. The app it’s pretty much pointless. The order sync just syncs continuously as well, and never ending on an updated page even after I left it open and syncing for over half an hour.

Third time FedEx has not gotten my stuff to either me or someone else by promise time. I have always loved FedEx. I have never had problems with them, until this year.I receive and ship fresh flower leis, and I shipped a fresh lei out yesterday and paid for it to get there before noon for an event this evening. Up until an hour ago, when I refreshed the screen for tracking it said it would be there by noon. Supposedly it’s been on the truck since eight this morning, I don’t get it. Do I need to just start using USPS again express mail overnight? They have yet to drop the ball on any shipment. Even UPS who I’ve never been a big fan of, has been used and has not yet failed this year. How can they get me something truly overnight from Hawaii and Fedex says we are rural so it takes two days even if I pay for overnight priority? Again, I have always love Fedex, but I’ve been sorely disappointed with the service. A couple of your customer service agents are wonderful, but the delivery stinks.

FedEx - You can do much better than this!. I rarely write reviews, and if and when I do, it’s usually to recognize and thank the people for the excellent services I received! But my experience with FedEx this past year has been pathetic... 9 out of 10 deliveries were late, and often 2 or 3 days later than the initial scheduled delivery date! The worst thing about it all is that FedEx does a very lousy job in resetting client expectations when it misses a scheduled delivery! I would rather be told the shipment would be delayed for 2 or more days than being led led to believe the delivery would be made the next day and it never show up! And when you knew you were going to miss a delivery, don’t wait until 9pm to update the delivery status! Have a minimum courtesy to let your customer know before the very last minute!!! Now I understand why FedEx is ranked the worst of all the shipping companies out there! Fred Smith need to get off his butts and right the ship before he get sacked for earning the poorest level of customer service! YN

FedEx has been the BEST for many yrs. I until 2018 I’ve own retail businesses for over 20 years. Though for most pkgs I shipped by ground using u p s. FedEx was primarily air and fast shipping for most the years I had my retail internet sales. If I had a important package I needed to get it to someone quickly, I could count on FedEx to do the job right and on time! I no longer have a business but still receive medication’s & such through FedEx. T hough I’m just a recipient now and have the same good service to better service. I’ve moved twice in the last 4 yrs and have always had polite drivers who always follow my delivery instructions. i’ve even been giving good advice to help me with various things. FedEx is 5***** !!!!!

Poor service. For years we had the same driver she was wonderful and did an awesome job then last yr fedx made our home address parts of a trainer route ever since that we have had nothing but problems getting our deliveries, today we had a package coming and the new trainee showed up and couldn’t find it on the truck and looked confused. She said she would go find it and be back in an hour which meant she delivered it somewhere else or who knows what There is an older man also who delivers sometimes and he can barely lift items that the original girl we had never had a problem with I also used to ship items on fedx through my booming ebay business and take them to the Walmart are drop them off Had problems there and with items not getting to the customers so I only use ups for that What I’m saying is please put us ( out address mom a regular route and stop using it as a training route The service you provide now is horrible since you transferred out our really good female driver we had ( she did an awesome job and was a asset to your company Who ever thought to start driver training this address which is outa state from your location in Augusta has a bad idea Also I hope you find my package I had ordered some fire alarms to donate to charity and now they are lost apparently ?? Who knows With holidays coming you seem To have a big problem

It’s alright. I wish fedex was more like UPS. They show a map , say how many stops before the arrive. And I have even gotten calls from UPS in front of my building calling to notify me of my package being delivered. And also they take pictures sometimes showing the package was delivered and where it was left. Last week I stood waiting for a package from fedex from 9 am to 430 pm. Afraid they will not deliver my mini fridge and take it back or someone take the package. Not very happy when I recieved 2 packages and not once did they ask if I was the person who the package belong to. They saw me and handed it to me. I live in a big building I could have been anyone being handed a package. Fedex needs to fix these issues.

FedEx and the app are terrible. I’m not sure where all the high ratings are coming from, but I have had nothing but trouble with FedEx. I get so many notifications that are not helping at all. I literally got an update a few minutes ago saying that the delivery timeframe was “pending” and an estimated timeframe would be available soon. Why would you tell me this? This gives no information at all. Also, my package has been in this status for several days now. This happens a lot to my packages where they sit in locations for days and have a pending status. Or this say that a package will update to tell you that your package is coming that day early but it’s actually 7 states away. FedEx you really need to get better at your job or at least be realistic and not over promise and constantly under deliver. And this is outside of holiday season too. Your service is severely disappointing.

FedEx is slowest shipping service. The tracking number showed my package will deliver around 11:30 to 3:30 on Friday. I was waiting until 5pm nothing showed up. I called FedEx customer service 4 times, answered same questions about tracking no., name , address... . They said it should be delivered at the end of the day and again i was waiting until 8pm. I called them one more time to make it on hold at the Anaheim location to pick it up because it was a $400 value package and I won’t be home on Saturday i was worry it will be stolen. The customer service guy said he was gonna text me and email me the confirmation but nothing. I called them on Saturday morning 8am. I was talking to 4 people, they asked same questions and then hang up the phone , kept silent without talking to me. How professional they are in this case ? What did FedEx do when my package is only 7 miles away from Anaheim to my house in Midway city Ca. Really bad customer service, unprofessional and slowest shipping service.

I HATE FEDEX. If you can please do not order with fedex they do not care about you or your belongings that you order…I have been waiting days for my package and it has not yet come and it’s saying that it’s in Kentucky It’s been in Kentucky for days now like what in the world is going on. They do not provide proper reasons as to where you package is what’s going on with your package or any update on your package I do not have a delivery date for my package so I don’t even know WHEN it will come or if it will come at all….UPS would never do you like this they always provide you with great costumer service and they get your packages here on time…I am so tired of checking every 5 minutes for a package that may never come, this is so outrageous and I’m so tired of it….I never want to order with fedex again because they are to out of order and do not know how to provide proper care to their customers so if you can please do not order with fedex because they are so HORRIBLE.

HANDICAP DELIVERIES 4 CONDO 203. A photo of my package dumped in the open by our mailboxes is not OK. There are signs all over stating that packages are NOT SUPPOSED TO BE DUMPED WHERE MY DELIVERIES have been left with some exceptions. This area is the premier SHOPPING LOCATION for thieves! IF I WAS ABLE TO GO DOWNSTAIRS, THIS WOULD GIVE ME A 75% CHANCE OF GETTING MY PACKAGES. However, I have to wait until my brother is able to drive from his home, come in, & take the EXTRA TWO MINUTES THAT A HEALTHY PERSON WOULD TAKE TO PICK UP MY PACKAGES, IF THEY ARE STILL THERE, to follow the directions - meaning, take the elevator to the 2nd floor & walk down the hall & deliver my package to me. PLEASE HELP ME BY DELIVERING PACKAGES TO MY CONDO DOOR. Happy Holidays! If the delivery person would just knock when delivering, this also gives me a chance to tip the driver & send an excellent service comment to the company!

Notifications not correct. Yet again I have another package coming to my business that FedEx is not updating delivery information. Claimed to attempt delivery last night after business hours. But said yesterday and again today “on truck for delivery” “pending” 🤦‍♀️ These are supplies I need to perform services for my business and not having these supplies keeps me from doing these service. When we pay shipping for our packages it should be delivered in the timeframe we paid for. It would also be great if they had a feature for businesses that are receiving deliveries to follow their truck. Not all businesses have employees some of us a small independent business that like to go to lunch 🤷‍♀️. When your own drivers are telling us not to trust your app and tracking sites you obviously have issues that need addressing. Why these delivery companies don’t care about better customer service I don’t understand

Precise & Fast just not Accurate..!. Fed-Ex’s Accuracy has flaws.. The company has Fast Shipping, its the destination that seems to have flaws..!! Twice within a week I had the notification that different packages were delivered only that they were not delivered to me. The first time the tracking still shows it on the trucking since Feb 28 only to have a stranger from across town pull the bill of sale to find my address and delivered the Pool Motor and pump assembly. The second one is very recent.. (today). I got a notice on my phone that said Pool filter was left in my town at a gated entrance., the only problem here is that I don’t have a gated entrance. Being that today is on a Sunday I can’t call Fed-Ex to ask for the GPS of their delivery driver who is clearly annoyed having to make a delivery on a Sunday., regardless that the small fact that said driver didn’t deliver to the correct address. My only concern is said driver got fired as a pizza delivery driver since he can’t read or follow the GPS directions.. Fed-Ex Fix the Destination part of your Company, then I’ll edit the stars to something more appropriate. Clearly your company has recently tried to save money on staffing and I’m here to tell you or remind you that it’s not working..!!

Lies, Lies, Lies ***DO BETTER. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on July 10th. It was delayed until the next day. Today I was just notified that the driver attempted to deliver my package and since no one was home he would deliver the next day. Well 3 people including myself were home. FedEx never showed up. I have 9 security cameras around my property. I called Customer Service to locate my package to pick it up. The Customer Service Rep told me my package was delayed because the delivery truck broke down. I asked to speak with his supervisor. He informed me that speaking to him would be worthless because I would be told to same information. When he finally transferred me to his supervisor I then got told a completely different story about how the driver tried to deliver my package but no one would except it at my house. I am also being told that I cannot just go and pick up my package. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH FEDEX AND THEIR EMPLOYEES. I was told 3 lies today and I do not appreciate it and still have no package. Do better FEDEX.

Great App. I really like this app. It is an easy way to keep up with expected deliveries. Sometimes I have things sent to me I do not know are coming. If something with my address hits the system I get a notification. You can also set up notifications so you know when things are on their way, on the truck, and even delivered. The only thing I would change is I wish there was a way to see where the driver left the package. It is noted and you can find out if you call Fedex but that is time consuming. The last delivery I received it took 20 minutes to find the package. And I was home. The only way I found it was calling the 800# and asking what they done with it. Would be so much easier if this info were available in the app.

Delivery Manager is a cruel joke. What good is Delivery Manager when: 1. Can not be accessed online 2. Customer service on phone can not help get package to pickup location because only shipper can change delivery location 3. Shipper can not help because FedEx has picked up package and it is in FedEx system. 4. Delivery drivers in past have been incompetent in locating correct residence for delivery. 5. Past shipments lost forever. 6. Apparently FedEx should be last choice for a delivery service! N. Huddleston Update: still can not access Delivery Manager on app or at website. Made another phone call to customer service and immediately got the same run around as above. I focused on trying to access Delivery Manager and after more discussion finally was able to get representative to complete the request for a pickup location. Should not take hours and much frustration to complete what should be a simple task!

Watch app does not work. After resetting both my iPhone and Apple Watch to factory settings with the latest version of iOS, the app on the watch no longer tracks packaged the are on the iPhone’s version of the app. The watch app and the iPhone app are not syncing, the watch app says there is nothing to track, meanwhile the iPhone app shows tracking out for delivery. The watch app does not work as advertised, app support in the App Store brings you to a website that describes the app and a download link with no way to let developer know. I’m a Christian so I will not say the derogation things that would say to release the frustration. Have a nice day everyone do not install on Apple Watch trust me it will not work, this is coming from an AT&T engineer btw.

Step your game up! 430am-8pm it could show, broken boxes, and wrong address.. As it says in multiple ratings here you need to upgrade your system to alert people when you are on your way. I requested a signature for a package because I have received multiple packages for other people that have 1054 in their address when the location is several blocks away. One of them including a addendum to legal documents from Mexico. I have had to do fedex’s job and take it to the right location. My husband and I were both sitting in the living room waiting for this package, no one knocked, I saw no truck, and yet I got a message that I wasn’t home when they came by! In addition the last 3 packages I have received that were actually mine were broken into. The boxes shredded barely holding anything in and some with missing items. You use to have a good reputation FedEx you need to do something!

Tracking system needs improvement. Ok so finally got my package, had to pick it up at a FedEx hold location. The FedEx system showed for about 4 days in a row that it was on FedEx vehicle for delivery with no updates at all for the 4 days. Ended up calling and found out that it’s been at the hold location since the day it first said out for delivery, and I was told that the hold locations only hold it for like 5 days. So they seriously need to update their scanning tools (the hold location I picked it up from had to reboot their scanner machine just so they could scan the package so I could sign for it) so if your package is stuck at on vehicle for delivery and it’s not updating try going to the hold/pickup location, it just may be there and just didn’t get registered on the system as ready.

Great App But, Needs Fixing. Love the FedEx app because, I can track all my Fedex shipments immediately without needing to copy and past the tracking number, when a shipment is on the way towards my home; however, when the package needs to be shipped out, it is very simple to creat a shipping label; in addition, to tracking the shipments, is easy by scanning the tracking barcode using the camera feature without any problems. Thus, the app has a bug when sometimes checking for tracking information by making the app to hang and, load on an infinite loop; therefore, I would need to keep closing the app when this bug shows up which is, very common, please fix this bug soon.

cw man. i deleted the app but each time reboot my iPhone the app's ghosted icon keeps Re appearing on my iPhone's startup desktop, ill delete it and notice the ghosted icon will again be there after i reboot my iPhone, i also noticed that when the fedex app was still installed on my phone i noticed my phone is always WARM to the Touch and noticed my data allowance for the billing period month consumption is unusually high even if i don't use my phone and there are times my phone will insist on reverting back to 4g even if i keep setting it up back to LTE, i have noticed a pattern, it seems "SOMEONE" or some "ENTITY" is using the app as a backdoor access or launching point TO Break into my phone that is why i had to delete it but it keeps re appearing as a ghosted icon each time after i reboot my iPhone, this is a warning to others, BigBro Could BE using this app as a trojan backdoor by Piggy backing on it.......

Huge time waste !!!. This Fedex app creates more problems than it supposedly solves. It provides erroneous and misleading information, wasting time and inconvenience. Most recent example is described below, and is only one of several personal experiences recently: 1. Expensive item shipped to manufacturer for repair, now being returned to me repaired after long wait. 2. Manufacturer chooses Fedex Home ground, from Calufornia to me in upstate New York. 3. Fedex app notifies me of delivery in 6 days, signature required. 4. On day 6, after ZERO updates or notifications whatsover, app and updates now report delivery 2 days later. 5. On day 7, app again changes delivery date, saying that "today" will be deluvery. 6. Day 7 comes and goes. No delivery. No inducations or updates to even suggest arrival in my city or "out for delivery". 7. Now, as day 8 is arriving, app and web still show old, stale, false info. Nothing either current nor correct. Do I stay home yet another day to sign for this $1000 item? Will ut be left on my snowy driveway in the rain? Will it show up instead on day 9, day 10, or 'whenever'? Crummy service made worse by an app and underlying database creating inconvenuence and frustration. Tes.....I called Fedex.....same ambiguous and ultimately false info.

Absolute TRASH. Edit: after this review they Locked my perfectly fine website account LOL keep your garbage, I’ll keep reposting my experience and these are just a handful of why many people do not choose to work with your company!! Oh and I finally got that email back from support after my review posted and nothing was resolved LOL!!! Let’s not forget the delivery delays for absolutely no reason making the packages days past the delivery date. Throw out the whole app. DOESNT WORK. You cannot even SIGN IN!! However you can go to the website and log in with the same credentials the app tells you are wrong!! YOU CANNOT RESET password through the app either but YOU CAN ON THE WEBSITE. Get it TOGETHER FEDEX!!! UPS has a working website and app lol REMOVE THIS APP FROM THE APP STORE IMMEDIATELY IT DOES NOT WORK. Guess what you customer service for your app does??!?!? NOTHING! Fire them too. Sent a support ticket a week ago. Auto message says 24 hours I’ll have a response. DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH OR YOU WONT BE ALIVE IF THEY EVER RESPOND. They also delete reviews as I posted one last week and today it’s blank.

Customer Service. Recently I created a shipment online but when it was dropped off, the agent didn’t explain that ground shipments were not getting thru and proceeded to create another shipment and payment was ordered. The issue was my original pkg was insured for substantially more than the $500 the new shipment was for. I attempted to call your 24hr line and was left on hold for more than 5 hours until I went to bed!!!! This is unacceptable on so many fronts!! The next day I called the store where the pkg was dropped off to speak with the manager. She explained why but that doesn’t make it right. The online tool should give the customer notices of service delays or interruptions so they have the opportunity to make an informed decision or make other shipping arrangements.

Flawed app with spammy notifications. The notifications from this app are incredibly fine-grained, to the extent that if I turn them on for a package that I want to know about I get a veritable torrent of updates. Every few minutes I keep getting status updates about a package which all say the same thing. All I want to know is: when will my package get here, and has it arrived? I don’t need to know about every single time it changes trucks or teaches a new facility! Also the location services that it uses to see if the application is available seem to be quite broken. I had to turn them off so the app would let me in. I don’t know where the app thought I am but I’m absolutely where fedex operates. And even if I weren’t physically in the US, what if I’m remotely managing shipments for an American company, for example? There’s so many decisions in this app which seemed poorly thought out and I do not recommend this except that the fedex tracking site is totally broken on iOS safari.

Incorrect opening hours. Because I work away from home during the day, I elected to have my $500 package sent to my local print & ship office so I could pick it up. The app says the store is open for pickup until 10, which is great since I usually work until about 6. Turns out the store is only open until 6, and has been for MONTHS because of COVID. Yet FedEx’s developers couldn’t be bothered to update hours in the app. So now my package is delayed for another day—after it was loaded onto the incorrect truck two days in a row. This isn’t the first experience of this type I’ve had with FedEx either. Of course, I had to call customer service 5 times about the misrouted package to get a rep that wasn’t outright, provably lying to me and talking in circles, which further enhanced the experience. Honestly, I have no idea how FedEx stays in business. USPS and UPS run seamlessly and have great customer service. FedEx can’t manage either of these things, and can’t even manage an app to boot.

Horrible!!. Recently I placed two orders from two different places using fedex. One package needing a signature and one without. The package that needed the signature took two days to get to my area. I was not going to be home to sign during the day so I requested a pickup at an onsite location. Original delivery date was then moved back. No problem, Saturday would be perfect. Waited all Saturday for a txt to pick up my package but the app and website kept saying “package is on truck”. Finally got an update saying my next scheduled delivery is 3 days away. I wait until Tuesday and still get no update. Wednesday morning I call support to ask about my package as now it says pending. They say they have it at the depot and will hold it for me. I drive to depot only to have them tell me it’s at the on-site location and has been there since Saturday. I go to the on-site location to find my box sitting in front of the store unattended and not secured. Never again will I trust fedex with anything expensive. Never trust them to be timely and NEVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PACKAGE.

The system needs an overhaul. Normally I love FedEx but the app does not give you updates like I think it should. Ex: I was expecting a package today that I have to sign for unfortunately. At 11:30 this morning it was showing on time but was 13 hours away…I think! I really couldn’t tell. Not until after 7:30 pm when I checked it again did it show delivery date pending. No update on where my package is or when it will arrive. I even asked for updates and I haven’t received any text messages letting me know anything. Something is wrong with the app… with the updates.. with the scans… with something somewhere! It’s already been 10 days! I can get packages from Denmark faster than I can from here in the US. That’s absolutely ridiculous!

Does not keep tracking numbers or update properly. Every time I try to track my shipments I add them to my watch list but they never save. I even tried adding updates on them but I never get them! So if I want to track my shipments I have to go back to the order with my tracking number put it in manually over and over again. It’s very annoying and makes it very hard to use. I initially thought it might just need an update but it’s up to date so they need to work these bugs out so people can actually rely on their expected delivery dates and tracking. Also it seems like it takes 2 days to get the most up to date information but even then some of the information is left off. Like this order I had delivered by them, it was 3 pieces a desk, and 2 tv stands. I checking the tracking because I got a phone call from the store I bought it from asking for feedback on my purchase. I said I couldn’t give feedback because I hadn’t received the items yet. When I pulled the tracking up it said they were in Memphis and were expected to be delivered 2 days later. The lady at the store pulled tracking and said that it showed on their end they were delivered that day, I went outside and they were there!

Exemplary. I rarely write app reviews but this one is miles better than any of the other shipping apps. It gives me all the info I need to know what is coming and what I’ve sent out, all w/a UI that is as easy to use as humanly possible. Shipments are automatically added (I don’t have to find the tracking number and manually add them) and I can get notifications on every single step my packages make, if I want, in real-time. I can also add information/notes to each shipment so if I have several pkgs coming, I can keep it all straight (Because of the pandemic, I’ve had a TON of stuff shipped so this has been invaluable). Bottom line: it’s one of the best apps I’ve got on my phone.

FedEx. I will always use FedEx from this day forward. They got my certified mail delivered and signed!! January 22. I went to UPS to have the same package delivered for the 23rd. It got to Knoxville Tennessee and they lost it. I will never use UPS again ever they don’t stand behind their work. They don’t want to refund people their money and they rip you off on prices,!! so FedEx you have me for life. Thank you so much FedEx I will have to say you’re the best delivery company on planet Earth. I’ll never use another shipping company but FedEx. So if people want fast service and guaranteed use FedEx and again thank you FedEx. This was one of the most important thing I had to mail and FedEx made it happen again I will say thank you FedEx.

Poor service without real means of resolving via the app. After a failed delivery attempt (the driver couldn’t see the house number and didn’t try to call me), FedEx gave up trying to get my time-sensitive package to me, even after multiple phone calls and a second scheduled attempt that was never even begun. The local office seems to have no interest in trying to do its job, and my gripe with this app is that there’s no meaningful way to provide feedback on my experience. If calling a half dozen times does not resolve my issue, then I do not want to make another call to report my dissatisfaction. From the app I should be able to start a conversation by email, be given a support ticket number, and have a written record of my issue and steps being taken toward remediation. The package tracking feature is also of no use if the status never changes from “pending.”

App stopped working. The app has always worked great for me. Today, I got a message that Fedex had my package. I opened the app and there it was. Within seconds a popup appeared stating that the app needed an update. I was directed to the appstore and clicked the update button. After the update, the package info disappeared. I got on the UPS website through Safari and signed in. There was my package. I copied the tracking number and tracked it in the updated app. It showed the package but the package disappeared after I closed the app. I tried this a few times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times too. I restarted my phone with no luck. The app will not show any package info. Also, the link for app support on this page won’t load. Please fix this! Thank you.

Zero stars. If there had been a selection for zero stars I would have used it!! Recently we were looking for a package to be delivered and got a notification that it had been dropped off at the gate on our driveway. We don’t have a gate on our driveway!! We have a cattleguard that vehicles drive over!! This package was no where around our driveway!! When we got to looking it was tucked in high grass and weeds on my neighbors place. We have a pipe entryway with our address in big bold letters on the entryway as well as on our mailbox that is mounted to the entryway!! FedEx drivers need to be instructed on how to read!! This is not the first time stuff like this has happened!! Most of the time when we get a notification that a package has been delivered and it’s not at our house we start checking with the neighbors and usually find it, but this is not my job!! You were paid to deliver it to my address!! DO YOUR JOB!!
