App gets stuck after you open it. Once I click on the app icon, the app just keeps loading, it doesn't allow me to login. The cursor just keeps spinning. This started to happen about a month ago, before that it was working fine. Deleted the app a couple times and reinstalled but problem persists. I am using Iphone 7 which is supposed to be compatible.

App simply doesn’t work at all. You can’t log in, at least not from the UAE. It never gets past the login page. What is the point of a global app that you can’t log into from outside the US? (This is assuming you are able to log in domestically.)

So Bad. That it is laughable. From logging in to submitting a claim you will pull out any remaining hair.

Frustrating experience to submit claims. I’ve been able to submit claims through the app before, but always with multiple attempts because of some error after hitting the submit button. The error wipes out everything, and forces you to start over. Recently, I’ve tried to submit the same claim over several days, never getting a successful submission. The website provided a workable option—successful on the first attempt. Maybe the app has its uses, but submitting claims doesn’t appear to be one of them.

First App Review & thats not a good thing.. Worst app I have ever used. Has my ID card but cant select my name to submit a claim. My wife is there but not me. Can no longer search for providers or access health resources. I have an ID card in my walket so what use is this app?

Terrible. App does not work. Cannot find care, cannot view claims or even the card… Sign in process doesn’t work with Face ID. I even submitted their little survey and followed up with a screen grab describing the problems in detail and the want me to call and explain it to them. I’ve already put more time into helping them than I should have. I don’t have time to call to fix their issues!

Can’t do much with this app. This app is bad. After numerous tries, I’m able to log in, but everything after that seems to be broken. Unable to find care with the selected country. Unable to download Card ID (keep spinning forever). I don't even know who allowed this app to be released?!

Almost Unbelievably Bad. This may be the worst app I’ve ever used, especially for a major company. It is inconsistent, unpredictable, glitchy, and almost entirely unusable.

This app is trash. Can’t even log in with autofill. Doesn’t provide filter for quicker search.

Less than helpful. You can’t view claims in this app. It says to try back later. It’s not helpful if you can’t look at claims.

Useless. I doesn't find doctors, clinics etc... poor made. Expect trouble from the log in to every single search. Miss info in the claims page as well.

App needs work. Unable to login

Cannot login…. I was excited to have a UHC app with the potential to make claims more simply. Sadly, I can’t even login. When I enter credentials, it just goes back to the home screen.

Any error codes other than ‘400’ ?. What a mess of an app! Useless. Error code ‘400’ on Every login attempt. Been a member of UHC long before this app was created! After many failed login attempts with valid UHC credentials, error code ‘400’ displayed - meaning I am not a UHC member. Customer service number …yep, so many menus to go through it finally disconnected my line; so, no joy! Used someone else’s login on a desktop computer to get around this app. So, after the many failed episodes, the app was deleted. Now I’m guessing the error code would be correct after another login attemp by me??? Eh?

Cannot set up. When I access the text code, the screen goes back to original point and wants to send a new code. Same thing happens with phone verification

Do something!. I have not been able to get past the splash screen. As soon as I hit the “login” button , app starts an infinite loading loop. I am reading comments and feedback reporting exactly the same issue. Most of these comments are from previous years. How is it possible that technical support have not fixed those yet? My employer have recently changed the expat medical insurance provider to UHC. When asked for a feedback, I will definitely let them know that UHC tools and resources seem unfit the purpose of medical assistance for expats.

Submit a claim button disappeared. This app used to be pretty good. It’s broken now and the most useful part is gone

Anything but “user-friendly”. I work on a site where everyone is required to use this app to submit claims and interact with United, and the feedback is consistently negative. This app is an absolute nightmare and is anything but user-friendly. It's almost as if it's intentionally designed to frustrate users to the point where they abandon their claims, which seems like a deliberate strategy to retain profit margins. Despite having the most up-to-date version, the app won't even open on my iPhone 15. My wife and her friends face the same issues, even when attempting to access the site on their laptops. This is hands down the worst app I have ever "attempted" to use, as it fails to open on my phone at all. The functionality is so poor that it seems designed to be unusable. Avoid this app if you value your time and sanity.
