App is Garbage. Says my login is incorrect. Works on the standard web page though.

One star is lowest score I can give. This app does not work. My log in credentials work fine on my Mac but refuse to work in this app. Pull it off the store and fix it.

Unusable App does not work. No way to reach ITT to help troubleshoot. App does not work I called the customer service they were nice tried to help but the app keeps rejecting to log in. I asked customer service if I needed to create another account with the app they stated I shouldn’t have to since I already have a account. I tried this app before when I first got Healthscope beginning of the year. Same problem. Apple 🍎 needs to pull the App from the store and ask them to fix it.

Failure. None of the logins I have for my family's account work, and there is no way I can find to create a login.

Needs an update. This app doesn’t work. You can not log in with your username and password that you would use to log into their website. Not even sure why this app exists if no one can log in.

Crashes on login. Have loaded it 3 times and it crashes on sign in, so I haven’t been able to use it.

Couldn’t even log in. Put in my log in info about 10 times. “Username or password incorrect” and then I just used my browser and it logged right in.

App. Same problems as above reviews. The app will throw you out completely and it will take multiple calls and emails to customer service and a PC to log on to for it to be fixed. And then, a couple of months down the road, it will do the same %%^^>?<#€^%<> thing!!!! I have never had an app this frustrating! Horrible!!!! They know there is a problem and will not fix it. I wish my employer would use a different company.

Log-impossible. How can you prompt (force) someone to download an app that doesn’t work?! Upon trying to review a message and/or document online it’s impossible unless you download their app! Tired of al the loopholes created just to force people to buy into a product that doesn’t work!! Login will not recognize username and password!

Great app!. Easy to use, great way to track your remaining funds. First time use, you must call in to obtain new user name & password. The rep was very helpful and walked me thru the process, had to log into a website on my laptop to create password.

Hair puller. This is one of the hardest, least user friendly apps ever. When it works it’s great. When you need it most it’s suddenly time to renew password, which is complicated. It’s like they don’t really want you to use the app.

Nicer if you can actually log in.. No problems logging in through the website. No dice through the app.

App simply doesn’t work.. As others have said, you can’t log in, so it’s useless. How can you have an app that just doesn’t work? How can a developer not be held accountable for something like that? Super weird.

Username will not work. This APP does not work. I attempted several times to login with my username/pw that I use for my website. This does not work. I created a new password, still will not work. Will delete and go back to using site instead of app.

Can’t log in. Same as everyone else. Can log in through the website, but not the app using same user and pass. The website has me enter my company name first, though. Maybe that is what is missing on this app. Those who gave this app 5 stars must be bots.
