Awesome!. So easy to use and convenient 😊

Look old, can’t setup. App looks and feels old. The most recent update was 6 months ago, and looks to be a dead product. The setup is very cumbersome by requiring a user to do forgot password. However, the app doesn’t even tell you this.

It works.. Good app. Makes it a bit easier to file claims.

Horrible!!. This app and even online to set up account is impossible. Call and talk to someone and they don’t help!! I hate this company so much now!!

DOA. Dead on arrival. It couldn’t even connect after several retries. What a waste of time.

Why the app if you can’t login to use it?. Login simply does not work. Remove the app from the store if it’s not designed to work. I also don’t understand how Apple lets this app through its approval process.

Can’t get it set up. You have to have separate login credentials from the website. Had to contact them to find that out. Then I tried to register by using “forgot password”, which is what they told me to do, i couldn’t even get that to work. Tired of wasting my time so I deleted the app.

Poor App. For such a large company that makes a lot of money, you would think they would invest in a more user friendly app. Something as simple as being able to create a login isn’t available. You are assigned a random combination of letters and numbers

So far, so good. Now that I have the app, it was much easier to file my claim.

Shame on UMR. Terrible app, everything you enter is invalid although absolutely correct, and when you attempt to get a human being on the other side to fix it, good luck. Do not waste your time installing or trying to make this app work. Stick with the UMR website until they get their act together and invest in an app that is 21st century worthy.

Will not accept password. No matter what you do, it won’t take my password. Waste of time.

Quick and easy. Super easy to file claims and you get reimbursed within a reasonable time.

Doesn't work. Blue screen forever upon opening it on iPhone 8plus.

Absolutely horrid app. You enter your information correctly. Click login. And the app tells you your information is wrong and the login fails. However the same information allows you to login on the UMR website. If I could give zero stars or negative stars, I would. This thing is disgraceful, and hasn’t been updated since 2017. NEWSFLASH: It’s now 2019, UMR!

Need to make it easier for the user. Need to automate some of the fields like federal id number (it’s on my receipt), provider name (save it somewhere so don’t have to type it each time)

Doesn’t work. I have been through the process about five times. First of all, you cannot use your login that you established through the website. Second, the tech support isn’t helpful and they are completely unaware of this. I have given up and installed a web app shortcut on my phone and this is how I will access UMR to upload my flex spending receipts.

Help!. Still trying to set up my account! For some reason my old account was disabled, and I need to set up a new account, very cumbersome, keeps telling you to set a new password, then won’t take it! It will take it when I go through my email, but not my app! Deleted that, now trying a new app, I’ve been going around in circles for an hour, even called customer service, most frustrating process I’ve ever encountered!

User ID should not be assigned. This app was made with no consideration to the consumer. The ID is 14 digits that is assigned and you have to enter it when signing on. I’ve enabled Touch ID and that works 20% of the time on just this app. Considering the website seems to be under maintenance every time I try to use it would have been nice to have an app that is user friendly.

Can’t log in. I’m a 20 year IT professional and I couldn’t figure out how to log in. With what I pay for health insurance an app like this is unacceptable.

Can’t access.. I can’t access onto the app but can on the website. I use my Face ID / my saved passwords & login info and still can’t login on the app. Makes no sense. Not only that, you can’t even pay over the phone. You have to mail in money orders/checks for a repayment. So many little things you miss / don’t dead when you sign up FSA through them. Regrets. I would’ve not gone through them if it was this complicated.

Time vampire garbage. Onboarding process is horrific. should be a UX case study in what not to do. Expect to spend several hours not getting this app to work. Set aside plenty of time to register your user account.

Useless. Completely useless app. The login is broken and screws up my whole account every time I try to login.

Terrible, cumbersome. This app is so complicated to set up and not intuitive at all. One you jump through all the hoops, spend hours in the phone with a rep, I guess it’s somewhat decent in functionality, but overall very primitive. You must improve the user set up experience. Why would anyone immediately go to “forgot password?!” How about “create new account?” Further why would the ID be different from the member ID?! And different log ins from desktop. Absolutely awful. I’ve never been more frustrated with an app!!!!

It does what it needs to. App works fine. Wish I could’ve enrolled in ACH deposits for Dependent Care reimbursements through the app and also that there was a transfer option. It deposits the amount into my account automatically, however, there’s no tracking available within the app so it’s a surprise when it will come.

About as easy as it can be. It’s not so complicated but still a pain - insurance, amirite??

Good Overall but has room for improvements. During uploading and attaching receipts, one should also have the option to import from “Files” or “Folders” especially since E-Receipts are becoming more popular. Lastly, why can’t I attach more than 4 receipts to a claim? Each therapy session has its own receipt. I had to create 2 separate claims instead of combining all 5 sessions / receipts into one claim.

Utterly impossible. All the reviews make this app easier to set up than it actually is. That is to say get ready to call tech support and endure a lot of frustration. Like everything else with UMR so far it seems it’s designed to get you to give up in frustration and let them keep ALL of your FSA money. If it weren’t bad enough you have to pay all of your FSA claims out of pocket and the wait for reimbursement this makes you want to give up before being reimbursed.

I agree with everyone else. One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I set up an account, then immediately cannot log in. I wait on hold for someone in IT to assist with logging in. We change the password and the secret questions and I’m able to log in. Once. As soon as I try to log in again, I have to go through the same process. How is this even allowed on the App Store?

Terrible app. Not sure how to even set it up. Doesn’t recognize my current password nor my information to reset my password or create an account. I shouldn’t have to call customer service to set up an app. It should recognize my information from my desktop account.

Horrible.. If managing your family’s healthcare coverage isn’t soul-crushing enough for you already, then try doing it on this app. It’s frustratingly worthless. You’ll definitely have some reimbursements to submit for psychiatric care you’ll need after this experience. Don’t worry though, you won’t even be able to login to the app to submit them. What a waste. Do better UMR.

Garbage service. Flex account and the Insurance is the worst I have ever dealt with

Disappointed. I downloaded the app after filling out my info on the website. It told me that it was invalid and to contact them via email or phone. I emailed them from the email that was provided and as I sent it. I received a notification that it was an invalid email address.

Waste of time. Can’t find my account even based on my ss #.

Impossible to set up. The same problem everyone else has complained about. It is impossible to set up access. It says my password is wrong even though I used the same one from the website. Absolutely awful. Some reviews suggest eyed the app has to be set up with an independent password, but I have been unable to get the system to recognize my information. From other reviews, there seems to be only horror stories when tryin to contact customer service. Not with it.

Intuitive app makes claim submission and checking accoun information easy and practical. This app works really well for me as a blind user, navigation and data entry using the IOS screen reader is easy and intuitive, I am sure the same can be said for sighted users.

UGH!!!. I have never claimed to be the “sharpest crayon in the box”, but this is the most “non user friendly” app out there!! Nothing about it makes sense!! Not even worthy of the one star that I rated it!!

Username. Easy to use except the random 14 digit username. I spoke with person at UMR that confirmed I can’t have it changed. Please develop a way I can choose a username I can remember. Otherwise, would be a 5 star.

Alternative Username. Alternative Username The app uses a different username than the web. You can find it by logging onto the web and acting like you want to download the app. Mine was a 5 digit number the letter A and my member Id. Password was same as website. This got me in. Just an FYI

Check never came.. Took them 3 months to figure out my check was never received after calling multiple times and telling them to void the check and reissue.

Poor design and unusable sign on info. You are not allowed to pick your own username. You have to use a random set of numbers and letters umr gives you. App is below average for navigating
