Customer. Been trying to find out where my delivery is it was suppose to be delivered last night , finally got a text saying it would be delivered this morning by noon and I haven’t seen it yet or heard back from them yet!! I desperately need the order , it is already a day late !! Called the store and got absolutely no satisfaction and am sitting here again WAITING, I really have things to get accomplished and can’t afford to sit around much longer. Hoping some o e in the Kroger organization could help in either getting it delivered or tell me the status and where my order could be!! I’ve been using this service for quite awhile and would like to keep doing it but can’t afford to sit around and miss work for something that was supposed to be done yesterday!! I’ve used the service for quite awhile but can’t afford to sit around for the second d straight day waiting!! I’d of get a communication from they it would be delivered this morning !!! WHETE IS IT I’m In Cincinnati Ohio !!!

Service. I’ve Have used Kroger’s delivery service twice online. I’m hoping they will continue giving this great service. I can’t drive for awhile and I appreciate the online picking my groceries out at the store. If there were 10stars that would be my review. Thank you Ray P.

Could have been better. I was a little upset that I didn’t get a knock on my door or a text letting me know that my order was ready and at my door. I had meats in my order. Not sure how long they were out there in 74 degree weather. Up til now I’ve had no problems with my orders.

Wrong location. My items were delivered to the wrong house. Need to improve on making sure delivery guys are double checking house numbers and not just dropping off our groceries at random houses.

Bad Experience w/ Kroger & Instacart. I will never use Instacart or the Kroger App ever again…this whole situation is an absolute mess. Your shopper was a complete moron and I had to speak w/ him on the phone to walk him through the shop because he had no idea what he was doing. The shredded cheese I ordered was not even close AND on close out, expires tmro…you have to be kidding me. Too many replacements due to laziness and the 2nd straight bad experience I’ve had w/ Kroger/Instacart…never again and I expect retribution…

Not ur shopper. Often the app won’t let ur driver scan the item u ordered for whatever reason. Most shoppers are not lazy and will do their best to provide you a great delivery experience. It’s frustrating when app times out or just acts up. Stop blaming your ‘alleged lazy shopper’ blame the app instead.

Application and Service doesn’t function. I tried to make a simple order 3 different times over 2 days and the order screen continues to just time out. I have a signed up account, address, and payment method. I’ve been telling everyone in South Texas about how exciting it is for Kroger to enter the market and first impression: they won’t last long.

App freezes. The app now freezes and will not let me check out. Previously, I tried placing an order and it said my address was not in the delivery area offered. I tried to go through their chat help and that was a bust. I called and they just hung up.

Krogers Rocks. I LOVE Krogers & I really love that they deliver..however most of my favorites are pick-up only & that was really bumming me out! Then today here inside Kroger Delivery Now suddenly all my favs were on the list! I’m very excited! Thank You Krogers for all you do, for the deliveries, the discounts and the greatest selection... so much better than any other grocery store in Illinois and all at a discount or w/money back! If you’re shopping anywhere else you’re missing out & you’re over paying!

horrible app. tried to order some items obviously and after i paid took 2 items out of my cart and when i tried to add items to the list after that it tried to charge me for a whole other delivery fee and service fee along with tipping the same person again. whats the point of having an add item to cart before they start shopping if they gonna make u pay everything again. This app is just absolutely horrible deleting soon as i get my food at my door worse experience ever makes me not wanna shop at kroger tbh

No tip so no order?. Absolutely hate this if I don’t leave a tip no one picks up my order???? This is horrible. Couldn’t leave a tip when my order is place and it cost more in my accounts for a temporary hold that this company does hopefully I get my order so my kids can have the stuff they need today

Items kept getting kicked off in my cart. Items kept getting deleted by the app I double checked cart before checkout. Items were deleted by the app resulting in items not being purchased. I kept adding the items. It was not the employees fault but one item I really needed was not purchased. There was no indication there was an item limit. I had ten items but only nine were purchased. I spent a lot on delivery fees because it was given to insta cart to deliver not Kroger delivery. This resulted also in having to tip . Would have been better off just using Insta cart 60 dollars tuned into eighty with fees and then the tip I selected a tip amount that did not come out correct either. I realize sometimes there is user error but this was not the case. I ended up giving my driver cash since weather was bad and the tip I had selected did not calculate correctly . My first experience using the app was not great .

First time. Ordering was very simple, filling out the forms was simple as well. The delivery time was easy to choose. I’am sure my delivery will go just fine.

Expensive. Put together a grocery list and compares it with a local store. Over $35 difference not favoring Kroger; not counting the service charge (almost $10). Sorry, I’ll drive 2.4 miles and do my own groceries!!!!

Not All In-store Products are Listed On Here. I like the Kroger app delivery. However, not all products found in-store are listed on the app. I regularly buy the Mezzetta Castelvetrano Style Whole Olives in store. However, I can never find them on the app. Same thing when it comes to Stacys Pita Chips. That needs to be fixed.

Squished bread! 😕. My fresh tender wonder bread was put in with two heavy things milk jug plus box of little Debbies. Crushed it pretty bad mutilated

Service Fee. About to delete the app. A "service fee" of $5.06, plus taxes and "fees", plus a reasonable tip makes getting $20 off $30 pointless. Tacking on fees just adds back any savings a customer would have. It all goes back to Kroger anyway. Charging people that ridiculous "service fee" is unbelievable. Will not be using this app.

Good app BUT….. This is a good app but, it does not seem to be compatible with Kroger boost membership. If it’s available in your zip i highly recommend the recommend the regular Kroger app and not this app. The pricing is better and there’s no delivery charge (with Boost) or tipping allowed.

Doesn’t Work for Me Either. Spent time selecting items and go to checkout and have an endless loop not allowing me to continue. Called customer service and, after a couple suggestions, I was told there was nothing they could do. Going to Publix!

Returned item. Everything went well until an item was replaced and I asked to return it.

Not excited. I didn’t count..but out of my 46 items, I had over 20 items that were “running low” and I had to go through AGAIN and try to pick substitutes. Seriously? Don’t run specials on things you don’t have. Almost all of them were sale items. I just spent over 2 hours on here and now the app can’t seem to quit running that wonderful circle around and around. Is it even finished? I have other things to do! Please fix this.

What y’all got going on. I just got the Kroger‘s app and I went to purchase some items obviously I got everything I needed and when it was delivered to my home instead of getting a different brand of choice, they replaced it with sparkling water and some weird looking rice. If you didn’t have the first thing I asked for get a different brand of it does not make sense. Do better never doing this again.

Like King Soopers in Denver Co. Pricier than Meijer, but better chance of having what I need. Money is getting tighter, but I’ll just need to be more selective. Thanks

EBT users. I got very frustrated with this app because it didn’t have a way for me to put my EBT card. The problem was that I had to download the Instacart app then I could use it there to pay for my order.

Krogers delivery does deliver. Service is fast and is good there is only one problem if you think DoorDash charges to much then you haven’t used this app yet 64 dollar ordered turned to 94 dollars plus tips 2 24 packs of coke and 2 18 packs of gaterade and 3 krogers mild cheese dip do the math they even put a 4 dollar tax but if you can get past that hiccup then this app really is useful if you have no way to get to Kroger then this app is the best choice if in my personal opinion I will be recommending this app to others that don’t drive or don’t have anyway of getting to Kroger and for me I’ll keep using this app just not all the time but only when I need to use this app

Will double your grocery bill.. I consider myself a bargain shopper, and my shopper selected “item unavailable” on pretty much everything i ordered, and replaced it with stuff that was 2x as expensive. These are all items that i have never, EVER seen unavailable at any kroger - EVER. Assuming the shopper was just lazy and picked whatever looked “close enough”This would have been $55 at a kroger, turned into $97. Just uber to the store. This ain’t it. Only reason it’s getting 2 Stars is because the app technically “worked”.

Timeslot. The apps that it would be delivered between 245 and 325. He got here at 1:30. I just happen to be in the right part of the house I’m in an electric wheelchair so I depend on that window being correct instead of way early which was I just did it otherwise I would’ve had to wait for somebody to come home to go out and get it from the front steps and that means the groceries would’ve gone bad. I need a correct appt time.

Complete and utter failure no support. Terrible App. I have emailed instacart ( as you cannot get support through the App Store). You cannot get support through the actual Delivery Now App ( Redirects to Instacart). The customer service provided by instacart is completely incompetent. Where to begin. Well, the support team did not read the emails, I mean that quite literally and not figuratively, I stated in excruciating detail I had a Kroger now problem not an issue with my instacart account, I provided screenshots, I provided detailed descriptions of the issue. Well imagine how I felt when the third email I received asked what the problem with my Instacart Account was. It took literally five emails for them to understand the issue which I communicated very clearly. As other reviews have stated you cannot check out. The app circles and circles. I believe there is a bug in the application’s address book/GPS synchronization which does not exist in the Instacart app. I communicated this via email. Because the app recognizes my address but cannot complete the checkout portion. Instacart asked for screenshots in the fourth email response…..please note I previously included screenshots in my first email. Then asked I call them and email Kroger both of which I Did. guess what it’s been over a month now and still nothing. The developer updated the app and it still does not work. I have tried utilizing this app on my work cell phone it still does not work. Kroger never responded to the email. It does not work. I am disturbed by Kroger’s apathy. The $20 off promotional coupon everyone was offered to try this service expires 12/31/2022. I will report their failure to communicate to customers, inept customer service and the inability to redeem to the promotion to the appropriate consumer protection agency if this is not corrected by the promotion expiration date.

Review. All the add on charges are to high Had to take off items to. Afford groceries. Delivery fee, a service fee of $30.00, a fee for heavy items, tip (of course want to tip). But in just one order over $50.00 in fees. Starting to cut down on my shopping on line. Fees too expensive. Missing items once in a while. Never get the receipt to know if something exchanged is more or less expensive. Asked driver for my receipt and his reply was we are told not to give them to you. On line your cart items are not there after delivery to check and see if you got everything. Disabled and cannot to shop but I may need to shop at another store with less extra charges.

Leaves a bad impression on Kroger as a whole entering south Florida. Kroger spent a lot of time advertising grocery delivery in Miami. I downloaded this app and tried to give it a go. Without getting into the fact prices are triple to quadruple local grocery stores in the area I can definitely say I don't see this working out here. I add everything into my cart and the checkout screen doesn't load or warn me of any issue. I go to my account settings and add the address which it constantly tries to correct by misspelling the street and also removing the house numbers. Only adding the zip gives me an error Kroger is not in Miami yet, despite the 6 mailers I have recieved. When I go to Kroger.com it does allow me to do delivery yet the item availability is significantly different from the app. Out of the 194 things in my cart on the app less than half are on the website. Completely sloppy and unorganized service I gave up and used my normal app

ILLEGAL FLYER DISTROBUTION. It is illegal to distribute flyers on private property in Miami. I threw the flyer placed on my door in the trash. The walkway and street is littered with Kroger flyers. This is both irresponsible and illegal, come back and clean up the garage. Stop breaking the law.
