Delivery fee. The app works great and is easy to use, but it said no delivery fee if placed for the next day or later. I set my date for the following day and still got charged the delivery fee. That’s the only problem I have with the app.

Great. App is easy and fast to use!!

Best grocery app in COMO. We’ve used Schnucks, Hy-Vee, and Gerbes. Happily for us Gerbes’ app is the best one by far. Since Gerbes is our regular store, that’s good for us. The Gerbes app is just easy to use. The Hy-Vee app is the size of a phone, even if I’m using an iPad, and it’s not easy to figure out. Schnucks app is not only hard to use, their prices are insane.

Pretty good usually. I usually love using the app. Lately I don’t even have an option to pick a time slot. Luckily the Gerbes staff was nice and held my order, but definitely a pain that is making me contemplate using another store for groceries.

Not user friendly. Very hard to search for items. When you search for something you have to be very specific or you get random sale crap like searching for sandwich bread, I got pickles and buns.

Bad Digital Coupon system. This app is never works and what it to. You should also stop using the digital coupon system.

Store mode is terrible. NO I DO NOT WANT TO BE IN STORE MODE

Great Store!. We’ve been Gerbes customers for years! This is always our go to store for best prices, services and people!

I Love This Store!!. I appreciate the huge organic produce section you provide at the Camdenton store. I also want to thank you for the great experience I’ve had ordering and picking up groceries but above all, your employees are great, such friendly & customer service oriented people at this location!

Missing coupons. I keep updating the app hoping that it’ll fix the problem but it currently is not pulling in all of my coupons that are listed on the website. Where have they gone? Please fix.

GREAT SERVICE. Always a pleasure to order from Gerbes on line pick up. They make it so easy & quick!!!

Favorite store. Has nice selection of organic and healthy options in addition to the common products. Store is a nice size to do a quick stop. People always friendly. Loving the new pick-up ordering. Definitely my favorite method now. Tells you sales and coupons and helps with children in car seats or just being able to go home from work without having to go shop. I just stop and they bring it out.

Robust application with many great features but missing one important feature.. The list of suggested items is so very very long.I wish there was some kind of management system to exclude items you’ll never buy.Or somewayEdit the list so that certain items can be hidden at please temporarily. Or once you select an item it no longer appears on the list of potential offerings. A list is just way way too long to have to scroll through to select your items. Otherwise all the features especially the QR code is just amazing.

Nice app!. Just found this app this morning. You can sign-in and attach your Gerbes card. The cashier was able to scant phone at the register. I like that you can see your rewards points and add coupons. Pretty nice!

UGH. This horrible app is why I rarely shop at Gerbes. UPDATE: I appreciate the response from the developer, but it is counterintuitive to click on “Savings” to view coupons (why not rename this function “Coupons?”) then another click to view the digital ones I have clipped but there is no way in the app to to add the clipped digital coupons to my shopping list, so I have to navigate between the two lists with several clicks! Why bother? Still not gonna shop at Gerbes, mostly because of this useless app. I really like digital coupons and this app has a lot, but once you clip them they disappear into a black hole, never to be seen again. They do NOT get added to your shopping list, and there is no way to view the ones you clipped as a stand-alone list; you have to write them down or somehow remember what you clipped. This is impossible if you clip more than a few or don’t get to the store immediately. A useless waste of time.

In Store great- pickup??. I’ve always loved this app. And when using it in store it’s excellent. However when shopping for a pick up it’s a little confusing and difficult to add items to cart.

New update makes app crash. Today’s update won’t allow the app to open.

Staff in camdenton. I love your store, friendly employees. Dani, helped me find things I was having trouble with. She took me to them and was very kind and helpful Thank you

Frustrating. This really wasn’t user friendly. I had to have one of my coworkers help me and it took quite a while to figure it out.

Gerbes is the best. This app makes my shopping sooooo easy. The coupons are great, it tells me which of my regular items are on sale, keeps track of what I buy, tells me where things are located in the store...I could go on. Ordering online is super easy too!

This app is a lifesaver!. Big fan of Gerbes, and this app has made creating pickup orders easy & enjoyable.

Disappointed. I loved the App before the updated it recently. Now I cannot view and coupons, so it is unusable. Disappointed.

Terrible Filter. Do not like this new updated format. I don’t like the new filter set-up. Please go back to the way it was!!

Love pickup, app needs work. Search is really slow. Not an internet connectivity problem from my end.

Great if it worked right. Delivery times have been messed up. I’ll place an order for delivery and then after will show sooner times available, YET my time keeps getting pushed back. Makes no sense. Please fix. This has now happened last THREE times my family has used

Organic produce lacking. Organic produce such as a bag of onions , organic green peppers, were not available? More selections of greens would be nice. Also an larger than 8oz non dairy organic creamer would be nice both plain and vanilla. Organic simple truth frozen pineapple will be appreciated Thank you

Can’t search coupons with voiceover. This used to work some changes broken it

Exceptional App. I love the convenience of clipping coupons, adding things to the cart and submitting my order for a same day pick up!

Won’t let me see my coupons. Regardless on if I have working WiFi or using my phones cellular data, the app won’t show me my coupons to use for purchases. It repeatedly tells me to “refresh this page”. Then after refreshing it proceeds to say the same thing as before I refreshed it. I know it is not a connection problem because the WiFi & my phones data will load everything else on the app & everything off of the app. Please fix this problem. Until it is the app is only worth 1 star.

Can’t use. App won’t open - please fix

No help. Went to store on West Truman Blvd no one could tell me where meet balls where at. Asked for mangers Business card of course not one available. Then asked for Managers name and number went to get it and never got it associate disappeared!!

Ordering on line. I ordered on the app for the first time and it worked great. I only chose 4 stars because the app doesn’t always find in-store coupons for items that are on sale and require the coupon on your account.

First timer. First time to use the Gerbes App. It seems pretty smooth - now waiting for delivery.

App crashes since latest update. This app crashes every time I try to open it on my iPhone 6. It is unusable. I hope you fix it soon! Update: thanks for fixing the crash problem. I use this app all the time to trim coupons for my next shopping trip.

Annoying. Every time I want to add an item to my shopping list I have to push the Pickup Delivery menu out of the way. I DO NOT WANT TO USE PICK-UP OR DELIVERY. STOP IT STOP IT STOP IT.

Great app. I love the app but do wish the option to “add to cart” from the weekly flyer was there. I see you can add to list but I usually just shop that way.

Not flexible. Store & company are not on the same page about adding to existing order,app doesn’t allow quantity on substitutes items,overall user friendly but not great & no resolution .i have already spent an hour of my time dealing with this,so it turns out it’s not very convenient!
