Point Total is Inaccurate. The app itself is helpful. It’s difficult sometimes to understand how to accomplish certain tasks. i.e., scheduling. My biggest annoyance is that the points I’ve earned by answering questions correctly are reduced or not added to my point total. Other people have noticed the same thing. I’ve been told that points are somehow averaged rather than just totaling the points for questions answered correctly. It’s discouraging.

Better, but…... Need to have full access to all links before this app is what it needs to be. Keep going!

Can no Longer Log into the App. For the past month or so I have not been able to log in via the app, but Im able to log in from my laptop.

It won’t let me open the app. For the past week I have been unable to use the app nor check my schedule. It’s pretty inconvenient.

Convenient. I am thrilled about the new My info app. I have waited years for something like this. thank you so much for putting down our vacation and sick and personal days on our paystub’s. It is so helpful to be able to see how much we have taken and what we have left.

Great. Works fantastic, an easy to use.

Very basic. It’s almost as if a group of senior citizens with limited technology experience have designed this app. Do better, Kroger…we know you have the money.

Why can’t I login to it. I had feed since it came out now I can’t login to it. I need it for work. It was working just fine since this passed Tuesday and stopped working Friday. I work at Fry’s 686. I can’t see my schedule or use to clock into at all now

Schedule. My sced love the news feed app, but lately I have a hard time finding my work sced

Wish it was full screen when I use my ipad. When I use this app on my iPad, it stays the size of my phone screen instead of expanding to fit the iPad screen. Makes it hard to see everything because it is so small.

New System is the worst.. There is a reason Kroger has a class action lawsuit against them since they started their new MyTime system. It’s all beyond [insert expletive] I make less than a living wage and yet I’m being told I owe taxes. And I can’t even access my paystubs to check where they screwed up.

Too many FORCED “apps”,. Previous web platform “singularly” allowed “full page view” of associate’s schedule. Current Kronos UKG app only allows 3 day viewable disabling abilities to screen shot their whole schedule. Time management forced to have UKG Kronos app. Associate information, company communications platform forced to have FEED app. Apps take space. Company assuming that all associates have devices with storage space available to perform mandatory functions.

FEED APP IS AMAZING!!. Helps me keep track of my schedule , any assignments and Events that are in effect or upcoming to stay alert at all times

Recent update to Microsoft login issues. A few days ago, the app had suddenly logged me out and gives me no option for a login that uses the info provided to me by my employer. Fred Meyer Store#385 Thank you.

Updating paystubs. Our paystub’s on the old app used to update every Wednesday morning on this app they don’t update until the following day which is kind of pointless because at that point we’ve already gotten paid. It was nice to know ahead of time.

Rate star this feed app and everything with the entire system it’s very useless.. Useless , mediocre app . Walmart app have a better and useful tool service. Kroger feed and other apps Are so confusing and annoying. Time to drop this app and get with the program. PRONTO !!

New update bugs out. It for some reason when I open the app it opens Microsoft Authenticator so I can’t see my schedule

Can’t view my schedule with IPHONE. Every time I can’t view my schedule. Is it because I have an IPHONE. This is ridiculous. I can’t make it to the store every time to see it. Very disappointing!

Not usable with authenticator. Don’t download if you use windows Authenticator because it will not let you log into feed app it takes you straight to Authenticator for no reason instead.

Broken. I used to be able to use my time and schedule links on the app. Neither one works anymore.

The whole website needs to be re-figured. The entire website needs to be redone. It’s all over the place. There’s no reason it should not be in one section instead of go here or go there or go somewhere else and then half the time it doesn’t work.

Schedule. I really loved this app but for some reason it is stuck and I am unable to see my schedule or my hours. I’ve downloaded it. I’ve deleted it I’ve done everything I can. I turn my phone off. I turn my phone back on to try to reboot it, but I am unable to get to my schedule. very frustrating to have to do everything from the computer at work instead of being able to do it from the comfort of my home.

Absolutely terrible!. This is an updated review but my rating has still not changed. On rare occasions I am able to view my schedule and set up vacation days. Most of the time it gives me an error message. Annoying pop up log in still visible along with app long in. If my account gets locked out it would be nice to know so. Also a message on how to remedy the problem would be appreciated. Being sent to the Fred Meyer shopping site, being given a blank red box, or no message at all is not helpful. I also find it not useful I have to waste valuable work time to spend with someone one phone to reset password. It would be nice to have an app that works. Something functional where I can see my schedule and put in requests 100% of the time. This app still needs LOTS of work.

Trying to fix what wasn’t broken. More than 90% of what I accessed Xpress HR for is not available on this site. Also because this site is up and active, we no longer have access to Xpress HR. I was promoted more than 6 months ago, yet I’m still in MyInfo as the lower paying job. My HR person says the promotion has been approved, and has resubmitted the promotion, and had it approved, yet MyInfo won’t accept the promotion. I’m doing the work involved with this promotion, yet my bookkeeper still has to adjust my pay every week. I can’t access how much paid time off I have available, which makes it real difficult to plan ahead for. Please! Don’t try to fix what isn’t broken, because this site is definitely broken and a total disaster.

Great - When it works. I use Feed primarily to access my schedule and to get to My Info. It’s become a regular issue that my schedule is not available for viewing, and opening up My Time also does not work. This means I’m unable to view my schedule and my time card unless I’m at work using a network computer.

Authenticator app opens?. Downloaded this app thinking it would be easier to get the info I need at work, but all it does is open my Microsoft Authenticator app in a constant loop. Feed app never opens.

Can't open app at all. Just got hired, I tried downloading the app and upon opening it the app immediately tried to open my authenticator and have me log in using my microsoft account. I don't know why this is happening, but I'm not deleting my authenticator, I need that for ALL my other accounts which take priority over this one, and I'm certainly not putting my microsoft login details into an app that isn't microsoft, that's so fishy to me. I've never had a single other app try to open my authenticator, in all the years I've been using this ios account. Why does it need to have such free reign over my other apps? I know it's not malware but it's sure behaving like it is.

User friendly. I have had this app for about 2 months now! It has become very user friendly for the position I’m in. It keeps things organized in a quick manner that you lease expect!

Cashier. I am always having trouble with this app. Lately I have not been able to access my pay stub because the “my info” link has disappeared.

So so. Does not always work. Have to reboot several times a week

App Functionality is Dismal. used to be able to check schedule, clock in and out from app. now those features are disabled. 1/5 stars because 0 is not an option. thanks Kroger. how about you take some of those profits and provide your employees with the most basic of tools to perform their jobs?

Payroll. Nobody could help me chsnge my direct deposit!!! My bank was bought out and everything had to be changed. Information has been in for 3-4 weeks and I am STILL waiting for it to kick in. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!! Apparently they have to do a pre note or something before it will work. Talked to 2 different bank employees and both said it shouldn’t take this long at all!!!

App. Good to check on things on the go.

Love the app. I love the app because it’s for work at Kroger I have been with the company for 7 years now and this is also a good way to look at your work schedule!

Nothing works. Half the time it loads the wrong day so I freak thinking I’m supposed to be at work when it is my day off. Not cool. All the bells and whistles are stupid. All I need to see is my schedule which sometimes just give a me some stupid error

Job classification. I’m not a night cashier. Have tried to get this changed several times. No one seems to know how. Not very user friendly.

Frustrated. No access to vacation time… like we used to. Keeps not letting me and saying my password is incorrect after I can sign in at work. Was just fine before you guys changed things… like normal.

FEED APP SPOOLING. The FEED app was down for more than two weeks, I was not able to view the myschedule option. It has only been working a few days working and now app is completely down with only continuously spooling. How can I function my work schedule with out this app workable? Totally unacceptable!

Feed. App will not give me the option to log in. Once open just sits on the feed screen.

WHAT I Think. It’s the stupidest way to do this app!!! We need to go back to great people!! This app is just Ridiculous!!! You can’t Even check your check stub on Wednesday before You get paid that’s just dose Not make much sense!!! But unfortunately it doesn’t matter what we think!!! & black T-shirts!!! That was the Best one Yet!! Black T-shirts in the summer time!! Yep that makes sense!!!! Absolutely Ridiculous!! We Need a shirt with a collar because we have to wear that Stupid apron that Rubs the Back of our Neck! But unfortunately No one cares about US!!!!!!!

Hmm?. This app has definitely gotten better since it launched. My only problem with the app is that when I’m using the app on something other than a cell phone, the screen is so tiny because it thinks I’m using it on the cell phone.

Myinfo. Myinfo still don’t work, would be nice to have separate section to view sick time, vacation time and person day’s off

Kroger can do better. This app worked great until a week ago. Now like stated before in other review infinte loop and Microsoft Authenticator. Only way to get in is thru the web. App is terrible!

Schedule. Hello. This app never lets me see my schedule and the app on the phone for the UKG Dimensions is even worse. You never know from one log in the next if it will let you in or not. Thank you. Chris

Sign in loop/forward issue with authenticator.. If you have microsoft authenticator, this app automatically takes you there upon opening it without offering the normal online sign-in option and doesn’t allow you to add your company email (which I didn’t know I had because I have never used it before). Upon deleting authenticator, it took me to the normal EUID login page. Please fix this as soon as you can. I wasn’t able to use my time when I needed to and it has put me in several schedule conflicts in the past and I’m sure other employees have had the same problem.

Schedule. Our schedule has NOT shown up for months. What is going on?

Can’t Use App - No one to Help?. I have uninstalled, reinstalled the app numerous times. I cannot view schedule. When I click on it I get a screen that the page is a secured site. That I need to agree, but there is nothing to click on. I have a screen shot of what I get. I can view everything but that. So basically the app is worthless. I have checked settings. I cannot find a solution. If someone from support sees this, can you advise what to do? I have Chrome as my default. I am on an iPhone 11, IOS 14.4.2. Thanks!

Log-in??. How do we login? My FEED app keeps directing me to Microsoft Live sign in. I use my Microsoft login and the app says that email is NOT associated with Kroger. So what do I use because my EUID doesn’t work for the Microsoft login.

Unusable. Can’t sign in to the app, because it forces over to MS Authenticator. I can’t get rid of MSA because it is required for school. Fix it please

Terrible app. This app is terrible! HR Express was so much better . This app is not user friendly and it’s hard to find what you’re looking for. Too much going on.

Kroger clearly needs better IT. bad bad not good.

I expected better. For a company with the funding and reach that Kroger has I expected a better app. Compare it to Wal-Marts app for associates and it is missing countless features and quality of life sources by comparison. But even setting that aside, this app is slow, glitchy, and poorly designed. It worked for me for a week during which it constantly signed me out and now when I try to access it I can’t get past the “I agree” screen like another review mentioned. Do better. Your employees deserve that much.

Exact same as the mobile webapp. Needless login screens solvable with fingerprint or faceid integration. Security within the company is important but for a better experience it would be a better design choice to just integrate one of the biometric features that every phone has now. The entire app is based on standard links and just feels sluggish which when coupled with the lag in text entry just makes for a bad user experience. The main kroger app is so much better designed by comparison that I honestly don’t believe they were made by the same development team. And if they were put together by the same team then I really hope it’s a deadline and crunch issue because the current version feels like a beta test.

Sad. What a Horrible Horrible Horrible app experience. This company has been around since the late 1800’s you would think it be running like clockwork. But NO ! you have a MOBILE APP that constantly going to someone webpage that’s not optimize for mobile. One week you can view your schedule next week you can’t, payroll problems there was an action button on an article I wanted to save , so I hit the button to send to my email. Nothing tap tap tap and Nothing. Sad just Sad

Unable to use app because my device is already registered with another account. I just discovered a limitation of Microsoft Authenticator - you cannot enable device registration for multiple accounts. I already use Microsoft Authenticator’s Azure MFA for another Microsoft 365 account that I use. To other reviewers that get prompted to install Azure MFA (Microsoft Authenticator) and you’re not in management, it’s probably because you signed up for Yammer at some point.

A User Experience. This app keeps putting me in a constant loop and can never get it to work properly.

Can’t get past I agree. I have used this app for a long time now and all of the sudden it kicks me out and will not let me past that I agree part at all I can sit there and touch I agree a ton times and nothing this is so frustrating this is how I get my schedule for work and know how much my paychecks are. I just need it to work.

Can’t log in. I can log into the website just fine but won’t let me log in to this app.

It doesn’t let me in. For some reason been trying to get in to see my schedule since i got hired a few months ago tried many times it just simply don’t give me any error or nothing just keep asking me to type again my credentials can someone help?

request. app isn’t the greatest. all the other reviews sum it up pretty well. But it’s still better than the original website on mobile. it’s a step in the right direction. I had one specific request though. It would be nice if you could view your e-schedule in the stacked way it shows on the website as well as the calendar format. I use both for different purposes.

None Of The Buttons Work At All. ** Edit: I changed my default browser from Chrome to Safari and it seemed to have fixed it. The app is pretty decent now that it works. But that is something that I feel needs to be fixed. ** This app is just completely useless. None of the things in the menu are accessible. None of the links even open. It doesn’t open a browser or anything. The tech support button doesn’t even do anything. I can’t open my eschedule from the app because, you guessed it, the button doesn’t do anything. It’s like there’s not even links attached to some of the buttons. Nothing works in My Quick Links. If I click on Express HR, it gives me the pop-up about Limited Secure Content but when I click OK, the pop-up just goes away. It doesn’t open anything. Not a single button does anything. I CANT EVEN LOG OUT.

It meets expectations. For what the app. needs to do; it is really ok.

Kroger employee. This app is garbage. I finally managed to log onto the app but when I tried to access the myschedule feature it asked for my euid and password again and surprise surprise it rejected them even though they were correct and then when I logged out of the app and then log back in it no longer accepted my euid and password even though I had used the same info to log in the first time. Pure useless garbage. Kroger needs to spend more time fixing the bugs in this app and less time keeping us employees from accessing an app supposedly designed for us. Pure garbage!!!

Needless requests to login. Just like the website you have to login almost everytime you click a link. This is a mobile app on phones with face id or fingerprint readers. Get with the times and use the biometric options available to you. I put up with it on the computers at work because imbeciles programmed it and I have to use it for work. I don’t have to use or put up with it on my phone. Until biometrics are implemented or someone is smarter is hired and reprograms the app and the website to remove the needless multiple logins I will not use this garbage app.

Nice idea if it worked. So far I’m not impressed. I am constantly waiting while it loads my schedule. I give it 5 mins then I just stop trying. I check to make sure it’s updated which it is still nothing. Why make it so we can’t check it the old way if the new way is still in the works. I still have to be at work to all the things this app was supposed to do so I see no point in having it at the moment.

Authentication app. Maybe its an apple thing but i keep getting sent to my google authenticator app with no options to sign in properly, would love this if i can get logged in.

Access denied. Constantly get an access denied status. Can’t log in. Too many links.

Update app. I go to update, and it isn’t working.

This app. This app isn’t user friendly enough and I don’t like the format of the schedule.

Convenient But MyTime Needs Fixing. It’s a convenient way to check your schedule. But, when you go to MyTime to log in. When you log in, it would either just take you back to log in page or say tue EUID or password is incorrect even though it’s correct. Please fix that. Thank you.
