Useless. Garbage once your password expires not able to access No way update password except on lunch or break and I am not using personal time

Why can’t I login to it. I had feed since it came out now I can’t login to it. I need it for work. It was working just fine since this passed Tuesday and stopped working Friday. I work at Fry’s 686. I can’t see my schedule or use to clock into at all now

Learning. My goal is to always better myself in area’s I’m not familiar with. I’m a front end leader Ralph’s 192. I like learning. The more I know can only help others. Hmm?. This app has definitely gotten better since it launched. My only problem with the app is that when I’m using the app on something other than a cell phone, the screen is so tiny because it thinks I’m using it on the cell phone.

Payroll. Nobody could help me chsnge my direct deposit!!! My bank was bought out and everything had to be changed. Information has been in for 3-4 weeks and I am STILL waiting for it to kick in. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!! Apparently they have to do a pre note or something before it will work. Talked to 2 different bank employees and both said it shouldn’t take this long at all!!!

Can't open app at all. Just got hired, I tried downloading the app and upon opening it the app immediately tried to open my authenticator and have me log in using my microsoft account. I don't know why this is happening, but I'm not deleting my authenticator, I need that for ALL my other accounts which take priority over this one, and I'm certainly not putting my microsoft login details into an app that isn't microsoft, that's so fishy to me. I've never had a single other app try to open my authenticator, in all the years I've been using this ios account. Why does it need to have such free reign over my other apps? I know it's not malware but it's sure behaving like it is.

Great - When it works. I use Feed primarily to access my schedule and to get to My Info. It’s become a regular issue that my schedule is not available for viewing, and opening up My Time also does not work. This means I’m unable to view my schedule and my time card unless I’m at work using a network computer.

Very basic. It’s almost as if a group of senior citizens with limited technology experience have designed this app. Do better, Kroger…we know you have the money.

Absolutely terrible!. This is an updated review but my rating has still not changed. On rare occasions I am able to view my schedule and set up vacation days. Most of the time it gives me an error message. Annoying pop up log in still visible along with app long in. If my account gets locked out it would be nice to know so. Also a message on how to remedy the problem would be appreciated. Being sent to the Fred Meyer shopping site, being given a blank red box, or no message at all is not helpful. I also find it not useful I have to waste valuable work time to spend with someone one phone to reset password. It would be nice to have an app that works. Something functional where I can see my schedule and put in requests 100% of the time. This app still needs LOTS of work.

FEED APP SPOOLING. The FEED app was down for more than two weeks, I was not able to view the myschedule option. It has only been working a few days working and now app is completely down with only continuously spooling. How can I function my work schedule with out this app workable? Totally unacceptable!

New System is the worst.. There is a reason Kroger has a class action lawsuit against them since they started their new MyTime system. It’s all beyond [insert expletive] I make less than a living wage and yet I’m being told I owe taxes. And I can’t even access my paystubs to check where they screwed up.

Love the app. I love the app because it’s for work at Kroger I have been with the company for 7 years now and this is also a good way to look at your work schedule!

Meh. I used to really find the feed app very useful! Lately (past 12 ish months) there’s been many glitches Currently: that my email does not open though it is an available link. Always an error. And super annoying 😓 In most ways feed app is very useful as part of Kroger health!

Trying to fix what wasn’t broken. More than 90% of what I accessed Xpress HR for is not available on this site. Also because this site is up and active, we no longer have access to Xpress HR. I was promoted more than 6 months ago, yet I’m still in MyInfo as the lower paying job. My HR person says the promotion has been approved, and has resubmitted the promotion, and had it approved, yet MyInfo won’t accept the promotion. I’m doing the work involved with this promotion, yet my bookkeeper still has to adjust my pay every week. I can’t access how much paid time off I have available, which makes it real difficult to plan ahead for. Please! Don’t try to fix what isn’t broken, because this site is definitely broken and a total disaster.

Can no Longer Log into the App. For the past month or so I have not been able to log in via the app, but Im able to log in from my laptop.

Great experience with the feed. In 4 years of excellent experience with FEED and the lovely Kroger family, learning and awareness and improving the level of knowledge and information are significant and efficient points in practicing and learning with FEED. 😉✌️🤳📱🛒

Schedule. I really loved this app but for some reason it is stuck and I am unable to see my schedule or my hours. I’ve downloaded it. I’ve deleted it I’ve done everything I can. I turn my phone off. I turn my phone back on to try to reboot it, but I am unable to get to my schedule. very frustrating to have to do everything from the computer at work instead of being able to do it from the comfort of my home.

Updating paystubs. Our paystub’s on the old app used to update every Wednesday morning on this app they don’t update until the following day which is kind of pointless because at that point we’ve already gotten paid. It was nice to know ahead of time.

Learning to e-mail an Associate. I would like to learn to do this, learn how it’s done

App Functionality is Dismal. used to be able to check schedule, clock in and out from app. now those features are disabled. 1/5 stars because 0 is not an option. thanks Kroger. how about you take some of those profits and provide your employees with the most basic of tools to perform their jobs?

Login issue. Took three months before I could login. I was only able to get it to work because another review said you had to delete Microsoft Authenticator to get it to work.

App is buggy. I wish that every so often you didn’t have to reinstall the app to see your schedule. Also I changed phones and now I can’t view my schedule. Poorly designed.

Authenticator app opens?. Downloaded this app thinking it would be easier to get the info I need at work, but all it does is open my Microsoft Authenticator app in a constant loop. Feed app never opens.

Point Total is Inaccurate. The app itself is helpful. It’s difficult sometimes to understand how to accomplish certain tasks. i.e., scheduling. My biggest annoyance is that the points I’ve earned by answering questions correctly are reduced or not added to my point total. Other people have noticed the same thing. I’ve been told that points are somehow averaged rather than just totaling the points for questions answered correctly. It’s discouraging.

The whole website needs to be re-figured. The entire website needs to be redone. It’s all over the place. There’s no reason it should not be in one section instead of go here or go there or go somewhere else and then half the time it doesn’t work.

"schedule not available". First I am told is schedule not available, log onto the website Then my login is wrong. Sorry, it works fine at the store....... Dump the AI and give us the good old stupid program that worked fine before!

Can’t see schedule. I use this app mostly to check my schedules but majority of the time an error pops up. You are better off accessing the schedule online than this horribly maintained app.

Wish it was full screen when I use my ipad. When I use this app on my iPad, it stays the size of my phone screen instead of expanding to fit the iPad screen. Makes it hard to see everything because it is so small.

Recent update to Microsoft login issues. A few days ago, the app had suddenly logged me out and gives me no option for a login that uses the info provided to me by my employer. Fred Meyer Store#385 Thank you.

Convenient. I am thrilled about the new My info app. I have waited years for something like this. thank you so much for putting down our vacation and sick and personal days on our paystub’s. It is so helpful to be able to see how much we have taken and what we have left.

Sign in loop/forward issue with authenticator.. If you have microsoft authenticator, this app automatically takes you there upon opening it without offering the normal online sign-in option and doesn’t allow you to add your company email (which I didn’t know I had because I have never used it before). Upon deleting authenticator, it took me to the normal EUID login page. Please fix this as soon as you can. I wasn’t able to use my time when I needed to and it has put me in several schedule conflicts in the past and I’m sure other employees have had the same problem.

Nothing works. Half the time it loads the wrong day so I freak thinking I’m supposed to be at work when it is my day off. Not cool. All the bells and whistles are stupid. All I need to see is my schedule which sometimes just give a me some stupid error

I need to be available to see my schedule in advantage of 2 or 3 weeks done by manager. It’s frustrating when I can’t do that. Or only on the computer @ the store. Please help me with this. Thanks.

New update bugs out. It for some reason when I open the app it opens Microsoft Authenticator so I can’t see my schedule

User friendly. I have had this app for about 2 months now! It has become very user friendly for the position I’m in. It keeps things organized in a quick manner that you lease expect!

Too many FORCED “apps”,. Previous web platform “singularly” allowed “full page view” of associate’s schedule. Current Kronos UKG app only allows 3 day viewable disabling abilities to screen shot their whole schedule. Time management forced to have UKG Kronos app. Associate information, company communications platform forced to have FEED app. Apps take space. Company assuming that all associates have devices with storage space available to perform mandatory functions.

Pop ups. Cannot even open the app. I got stuck in a loop of denying access to other apps on my phone and it won’t let me proceed since I keep clicking cancel and do not allow access. There is no reason to access my clipboard and tiktok. This is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to allow notifications either. Had to power off my phone to stop the loop of access questions as it could not allow me to exit Feed

Login. Can’t even login to the app just keeps refreshing back to login page after putting correct credentials and I’ve showed it to my store manager and we both do not know why!

Rate star this feed app and everything with the entire system it’s very useless.. Useless , mediocre app . Walmart app have a better and useful tool service. Kroger feed and other apps Are so confusing and annoying. Time to drop this app and get with the program. PRONTO !!

Myinfo. Myinfo still don’t work, would be nice to have separate section to view sick time, vacation time and person day’s off

WHAT I Think. It’s the stupidest way to do this app!!! We need to go back to great people!! This app is just Ridiculous!!! You can’t Even check your check stub on Wednesday before You get paid that’s just dose Not make much sense!!! But unfortunately it doesn’t matter what we think!!! & black T-shirts!!! That was the Best one Yet!! Black T-shirts in the summer time!! Yep that makes sense!!!! Absolutely Ridiculous!! Training. Can’t find my trainings that are due or coming up.

Needs an ipad app. That needs to be made assessable via iPad so that you have a better view than a virtual view of an iPhone that you can stretch the view. It looks very distorted and awful.

Authentication app. Maybe its an apple thing but i keep getting sent to my google authenticator app with no options to sign in properly, would love this if i can get logged in.

Terrible app. This app is terrible! HR Express was so much better . This app is not user friendly and it’s hard to find what you’re looking for. Too much going on.

Cashier. I am always having trouble with this app. Lately I have not been able to access my pay stub because the “my info” link has disappeared.

I have a family emergency and need travel out of state. The system will not allow me to use my accrued PTO for the days I have to travel out of state for family reasons.
