Glitching ERRORS. Had the top score for my store forever then glitching started taking away my points and not adding when I do receive them thanks alot lost first place!

It’s dumb. Always makin me get on my phone to do fresh start but won’t let me text my man

Stop making these mandatory. Kroger, associates coming to work don’t have time to fill these out every single day.

Kro workers. The dear Kro workers work too hard and this is how they get repaid…… online training. This app is horrible. it should not be a forced app. this is horrible. Glitchy and bad.

Stuck on Lesson. App worked well until the “Ready for Delivery Training” topic. The videos won’t play and the app crashes. I have tried this same lesson on my phone, my zebra, and my company computer and the same issue occurs. Other than that hiccough the app works fine and the lessons are informative.

Great App. All these 1 star reviews are just review bombs. Employees who dislike working for the Kroger company. App works perfectly. Kroger company has been good to me.

Wrong answers. The questions are not written by store level employees, some answers are not what is being taught by management

some glitches. There have been times where I would get full points but it never got added to my total points. Just now I did the points and it didnt add my points to my total (1440) but it deducted for no reason from 1440 to 1430. I love the minigames but it is extremely dofficult sometimes to play them.

A. Love this app help stay on of training when I was 1st employed, got in trouble for not doing training, didn’t want to do it, so didn’t do it. I was annoyed with it!Know it was wrong!This app has improved that!

Cannot log onto the site. Just a little black box is on the screen. Cannot log onto the site.

Needs improvement. I have been stuck on 29 training sessions for the last 2 weeks. Once I complete the daily questions it goes from 28 to 29, even though I have been logging in for the last month and a half. Also, the points do not get updated right away.

Garbage. You start losing points after a while even though you got everything right. And some games are very poorly designed.

Good at first now points get deducted. Good app and games everything worked well at first. Now when I use the app and get points that night. Are you on the point that night screenshot it the next day only half of them get counted. There are some glitches that need to be fixed and no place to email or call .

This should not be a requirement.. As an associate that loves their job and working for the Kroger company, these should not be mandatory to complete everyday. I honestly do not have the time to complete these.

Terrible.. This app is horrid.

Kroger App More Easier!. I can’t say much other then it’s easier to do on phone since don’t have to be there to actually answer questions etc…
