Great App!!. I’ve been in moving and freight industry for 16 years. I opened my own trucking company an it was hard to get the loans for start up trucks being new with little revenue. I enlisted with roadie an was able to attach my LLC. as well as my EIN. Doing so put every dollar through roadie into my company account an generate more company income. Keep in mind I don’t do this here an three, every day Monday-Saturday I get up at 4am an get ready and in my truck 5am an I head towards one of the local Home Depot’s so when gigs appear at 5:30am I am already there am ready. My first order is alway done by 630-7 am most days I make 100 before noon. I also drive 45 min to a gig if one’s not there near me. Doing so allows app to track you an see how flexible and spread across MA.I also don’t leave a 10-15 dollar order I take anything close. I make 650 in first 4 days of doing this. Not sure why people say negotiate thing cause I absolutely love it and come for freight and deliveries so I’d know if it was bad off first day. If you can get gig wsit till 5-6 pm an the Walmarts do 30-50 multiple orders an you can look forward to these. Thank you roadie for helping me, my wife and 3 kids as well as my freight company grow

App has so many bugs. Loved this when I first started, but the more I’ve “tried” to load gigs, the app makes it extremely difficult to use sometimes. Offers to gigs would quit going through to the gigs so that it looks like u didn’t even bid on it, and then half hour later when ur still trying to get it to respond, it says an error “gig no longer exists”. Yet it still shows on the map. No heads up that the gig went to somehow else if that were the case. Sometimes even just clicking and navigating the map the app will freeze or your profile button goes unresponsive to you. Roadie started giving me bad reviews of 1 star bc I would get selected for a gig and not even know about it until it was too late bc the app would say I still had an offer pending. Why should I be penalized for something that isn’t my fault? This all comes after restarting phone, logging out and back in, closing app. When u contact support, nothing really seems to improve… Not giving up yet, but this is unacceptable and makes it rough to be successful. They can’t possibly take care of us all or keep up with all the problems of their system…

VERY ROUGH START & FIX CUSTOMER SERVICE ASAP. I literally just signed up to this app last night and as of right now I am not able to sign back into my own drivers account today. All day it’s been working fine I just didn’t book anything because I need to fix some things in my car before I get started. When I tried to sign in while doing my errands I noticed that I cannot sign in to this account even though I just signed up literally yesterday and I was on the app earlier today. so I tried to follow the reset link and now it’s saying my email is not on file even though I just signed up yesterday and then I try to go to the FAQ site not helpful either especially the robot customer service I tried three times to put in a request so I can at least talk to a customer service representative (like an actual human being) through email, but it never goes through like at all, It goes back to the chat room but blank and also when I try to see the requests that I sent (literally attempted three times) it says no request was made on that said FAQ website so now I’m very frustrated. Also how am I able to sign in my FAQ account but not my drivers account 🤔 MAKE IT MAKE SINCE!!!! Someone please help me or else I’m deleting this app and I’m never coming back like EVER! *sigh* I really wanted this to work without any issues. Btw for the peeps reading this I was gonna start working I. This app today, but as you can see… 😒

Just drive for literally any other delivery service this one is awful!!. Roadie used to be worth it for drivers however it frankly is no longer worth it. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery up. They have lost contracts with every single store that was actually a money maker for drivers. once Walmart no longer worked with them it was no longer worth it to drive for them. They are now a glorified medication service who every update makes it harder for their drivers to do deliveries at all. Most recently they took away the ability to leave the package on the doorstep which is some thing that 99% of customers want. I do not understand why they would’ve done this because now every customer puts in their delivery instructions as please leave at door do not knock. This is information that they can see so I don’t know why it has not been rectified. Anytime anyone claims there is any sort of issue no matter how real they lock the drivers account it doesn't matter what the explanation is they just immediately lock it And force you to jump through a bunch of hoops to get it back when nine out of 10 times someone was trying to scam for a free package or extra medication like I said in the title just work for any other delivery service this one is garbage

Pay can be low for distance. It take a long time to be accepted and you have to be close to a lot of the gigs or you don’t get it. Sometimes you can be right there and still don’t get it or have to wait fifteen minutes to be approved. If the gig is not ready and it took you an hour to get there roadie want to give you four dollars or eight dollars for cancellation that’s not even gas money I believe you should be able to receive half the pay. There are not a lot of gigs in my area so it requires me to travel and most of the time it requires my F150 or trailer and the pay is not great for my hour drive there to the store. Waiting for the store to get the order, then hour delivery and then waiting for another order if any. So working 3 hours for $40-$60 then you have to minus gas from the money. When Doing gigs you really have to think about it because you might get the gigs but do not earn any money for the day meaning that if you work all day long and you make $150 but your pick up truck takes $120 in gas you only made $30 for the whole day was it worth doing the gigs was it worth working that day or even getting out of your bed?

Trust & safety team. So I’ve been locked out of my account for over two weeks without any from of contact no warning or anything all due to a return that couldn’t be delivered and had to be returned but due to the place being closed I couldn’t complete the delivery until the following day. When I tell you my account was locked without a roadie support representative given me the acknowledgment or instructions on how and where I needed to take the item back the following day now my only source of income have been taken away from me for an item that has now been returned to the sender. Mind you this has never happened to me before and I need someone to help me get my account back because this is absolutely ridiculous that I haven’t been able to get any information for over two weeks you can’t just do people like this that actually work for you especially without any warning and for things that we’re definitely out of our control y’all need to give me an update on my account and y’all need to update the support system for situations like this because this is unbelievable and I can’t believe y’all got me going thru all this.

I love the concept but not too driver friendly.. Many times I’m left bidding for a job for upwards to an hour just to have it canceled or given to someone else. Or I arrive at the pickup and end up waiting more than 15 minutes for the sender to find the item or the recipient to come to the pick up lobby. When this happens the driver has no support. Yet the moment a driver has ten minutes of inactivity, picking up gas money from family for example, you lose a gig and get given a one star rating. Quite unfair considering that I have also driven 15 miles to a location just to have the sender tell me at the desk that the job was given away to an in-house driver. I love the freedom given to work when you want with the full details of the job laid out, but there should be more support for the driver. Oh….and that 15mi sender canceled job only gave me $4 for my effort lol. Jobs should be given on a first come first serve with best fit scenario.

Verify orders. In the last week, I have gone to the delivery or pick up location only to be told that delivery was picked up the day before this company needs to start verifying whether or not the deliveries that they have on tap are valid because it’s ridiculous to except an order for $25 or more only to get there and the delivery was doing the day before and they’re interested give you four dollars I’m sorry but I went 35 my way to get an order that was picked up the day before and that gas out of my pocket and all I got was a measly little four dollars that’s not fair that’s not right and I’m tired of it. I have referred Roadie to several different people because I actually like doing the deliveries for roadie, but if this keeps up, I’m deleting the app and I’m telling everyone exactly what goes on. You will need to fix this and start paying people what you offer them even if the delivery was done the day before because you obviously can verify it before you send someone out to do it!

Terrible. This app is by far the worst app ever!!! they have you go onto these stores as soon as they open up only for the orders not to be picked! you have to wait 15 minutes before canceling a order and God for bid you try to deliver great customer service and be patient and wait longer than 15 minutes only for you to call customer service and inform them of the problem and they tell you that you shouldn’t have waited more than 15 minutes “we don’t pay you to wait we only pay you for pick up and delivery”. But if you cancel a order after that 15 minute grace. You only get paid $6 dollars no matter how long it took you to get to the store and how many other gigs you have missed out on. I feel like that is a slap in the face to the drivers because we are out here trying to make money and it seem like Roadie is costing us more money than we are making! They don’t appreciate their drivers. Not to mention gas prices are almost 6 dollars and I have a truck so what does $6 dollars do for my gas tank? I would not recommend this app to no one.

PLAYING PEOPLE. This app is a joke. I’m always up very early and offering soon as the jobs pop up which is around 5:20 in Texas. I drive a van and get denied every single last high paying gig near me or far. I sometimes get denied for every single last gig. They say it’s a automated system but this is a lie and if so they need to fix this because this app is screwing people over got us waking up this early just to be denied for every single job. Oh my bad they might accept 1 job for 15 bucks 2 deliveries 1hour 26 mins drive tho. On top of this aski mg support they never help or can help. They sometime send you places wrong address no refund for gas. Also they accept you for multiple orders they expect you to move at the speed of lightning 10 minutes to each pick up when some pickups is 25 mins away. This app is a joke and again this app is treating people unfairly and the thing is they read all these reviews and laughing about it and doing nothing to fix or help people.

On the Roadie Again!!!. Dearest Roadie Supporters and Personal assistance specialists!!! I am loving being a Roadie Driver!!! The gigs are very pleasant and my destinations are “usually” easily located!!! I would ask that perhaps the timers to arrive to pick up or complete delivery would be a bit more extended in order to allow for the traffic. In my case I have had deliveries way out in the country that my road conditions are sometimes very unusual and it is not highway driving, so it can be a bit challenging to complete deliveries on the short time allowed by the timer on our directional App!! The Support Team is very accessible as a rule, although I do understand that keeping us “busy as bees”must be the team’s greatest challenge, and delays are sometimes just a part of the business of shepherding so many contractors!!! I would love to help facilitate marketing ROADIE in our community of East Texas to expand our opportunities. If that is something I could do to be of assistance to this marvelous endeavor please let me know! Thank y’all very much for allowing me these wonderful opportunities!!! May God continue to bless and keep you and yours!!!

BAD. Unsafe. Loose dogs.. The support team will not help you as a 5 star driver. They will try to hurt you on purpose to hurt your ratings and kick you out. I was told I was accepted on a gig and I still did everything possible to see which gig I was accepted for. Still not seeing the gig I’m accepted for and Roadie keeps sending me notifications of over 5 minutes. After I’ve texted them on the app to let them know it’s not showing anything about being accepted for a gig. I receive no responses back besides notifications of I’ve been dropped from a gig and a 1 star rating. They purposefully did this to me so I can receive a 1 star rating as I have never received one after driving over 3,000 miles. Took me almost 4-5 months to fix my car from wear and tears. Spent $3,200 on suspension repairs due to going through country dirt roads. They don’t care about their drivers. I haven’t driven with them for months so I can fix my car to get back on the road and the this is what they do to me when I tried to drive again with them. They don’t care about you being attacked by loose dogs and do not care about your safety. Certainly don’t care that you added over 3,000 miles but earned less $2,100 dollars. You subtract the gas spent, your definitely losing money driving with them and they do not care at all.

Great extra money. I think roadie is a very good way to make some extra cash or if you’re in a big city you can do this full time. I live in a small town in Northeast NC but Lowe’s, tractor supply, cvs and Walgreens, and Walmart keep the loads up for side money. You have to pay attention to the size of the load and mileage on the Gig. The larger the load the more money, most of the time. Prescriptions do well a lot of the time, I wish there was more loads to do because I would do this full time. Between this and DoorDash. The only thing I would have to say that I don’t like is I wish there were loads that you could bid on except they always use an algorithm to pick who gets the loads. Also I wish there were certain loads or times that you could pre-schedule loads that way you can plan a better and efficient route or your day better. But for the most part it’s pretty good. 2 thumbs up for me!!

Pay structure. I wish the pay structure was less confusing. You have to scroll for days to see each transaction for the regular pay and tips which are labeled individually. Also, in our area for Walmart grocery delivery Roadie has lowered our base pay on all gigs by $3.00. They are guaranteeing at least a$3.00 tip on every gig even if we don’t get a tip from the customer. The only problem with this for the drivers is now the tips are starting to get pretty good and I get tipped on most gigs. I really don’t need a guarantee that I will get a tip. So if a customer tipped me more than three dollars Roadie takes three dollars of the tip and adds it to my base pay which brings my pay back up to what I was making before and then gives me the rest of the tip which they call an additional tip. So basically Roadie is using three dollars of my tip money to bring my base pay back up to what it used to be and then they give me the rest of a tip. So basically Roadie has lowered my pay. During these hard times and so many people have lost jobs and are turning to gigs to make ends meet this makes it really tough. I am appreciative of Roadie that I have this opportunity to make extra money but I’m just disappointed that they have decided to do this especially during these times.

Good app. This app has his pros and cons. There are a lot of gigs available but after 5pm there is barely any. When you apply for a gig they get back to you fast to see if you are approved or not. If there is any parking or tolls required for the gig you just submit them a receipt and they will pay you for that too, so it’s not like you’re losing any money. I feel like almost every gig is worth it, it just depends where you live. Overall I have had no problems with any gigs or getting my money which is why I really like it and recommend this app over others. The good thing is that you don’t get paid the hour you get paid by the gig, the farther the gig is the more they pay. Just another side note you get paid weekly, so all the gigs you do in the week add up and they send you the money every week.

Cashing out bothers me. I’ve worked for roadie since 2022 & cashing out in that year was very quick compared to this year 2023. Example once I delivered the order, shortly afterwards no more than 30 minutes to a hour I was able to cash out instantly. But this year in 2023 I’ve had to wait almost up to 3 hrs to cash out afterwards and I can do 3 deliveries in that day and they won’t give the money all in one batch they send the money separately which is ridiculous, I hope whoever is in control of how they have that setup is reading this because it’s ridiculous. I would starve waiting for y’all to payout, something better needs to happen no one that’s able to cash out instantly wants to wait upto 3-4 hrs after they have delivered the order to get the money that long and separately, I do grubhub and doordash they don’t pull stunts like that once you deliver you can cash out instantly, yall need to go get some advice from them on how to get yall systems like that smh..

Where do begin?!. Roadie has a bunch of issues but I'll stick to the ones that affect the money. Gigs are posted randomly in random locations. In order to accept a gig you have to scan your ID. The ID SCAN never works!!!! Then you have to contact support to have them manually go through find the delivery and assign it to you. You only have a very short period of time to accept the delivery or you get points deducted. That's an issue when you have to wait in a Que for support to help. The way the drivers are choosen comes off discriminatory. I've had orders that I have choosen to deliver removed from my screen and told that I didn't qualify to deliver this order just to have the order reposted seconds later. I asked why that was happening and I was given the run around, no clear answer. The amount of pay to milage is horrible. Example would be $7.00 for 22 plus miles. A lot of Home Depot pickups for cheap. If your looking for a little bit of pocket change I can't honestly say Roadie will provide that. I definitely would say work at your own risk here.

Major disappointment. Really thought this app would help me financially 😔 Most of the time I get rejected for the gigs I submit for, and I have a 5-Star rating so far. I don’t even bother with the Walmart orders that much anymore (been getting rejected for those too a lot lately). But, before that, the Walmart orders wouldn’t be ready at all, so I would end up having to cancel after 15-25 minutes of waiting because as we all know “time is money!” You only get a $4 inconvenience fee for that. Or, the Walmart orders would have already been picked up after I done drove 30 minutes to the location. 🤨 Wasted a lot of time and gas fooling around with the Walmart orders. Some other times on different gigs like the Pepsi it said “4 items”, so I get there the “4 items” consisted of 4-sets of 3-4 boxes 📦 binded together! 😑 I really had high hopes for this app and wanted to deliver full-time, but its been a major disappointment. So, now it’s back to the drawing board. 😔 P.S. Oh, there’s been times where there’s been $80-$100+ Fanatics gigs that I knew I could and was happy to fulfill, because the route wouldn’t of been taxing on my SUV. And, the app was preventing my offer from even being submitted. 🤨 Smh.

New App Is Disappointing. I love driving for Roadie but I’m pretty underwhelmed by the new app. In addition to the recent reductions in payouts, the app has become very cumbersome. 1) Once you are “approved” for a delivery, you can no longer see how many items are in the order. This makes it very difficult to know if you’ve gotten the whole order at pickup. You can only see the number of items BEFORE you are approved now. 2) The pickup photo and delivery photo screens are almost indiscernible. It’s very easy to mix them up. 3) The app never seems to be able to detect your location accurately. Before taking the pickup photo...”Are you sure? You don’t seem to be at the pickup location.” Before taking the delivery photo...”Are you sure? You don’t seem to be...” YES, I’m sure! 4) This last issue is the worst. Previously, if you got pinged for a second order/delivery while you were at the same store, you could accept it, view both orders, pick them both up at the same time, then go deliver them. Now, you must pick up the first order, go deliver it, THEN COME BACK TO THE SAME STORE to pick up the second order, then go deliver that! This is extremely inefficient. If the Roadie team can tweak these four areas, it will go back to being a 5-star app.

Needs serious improvement!!. This could be a great app with tons of opportunity to make money, but they’ve designed it to waste drivers time. I have submitted on multiple deliveries today. I’ve been waiting over 45 minutes to be assigned a single one. Missed out on a run on a different app because I was trying to coordinate the runs, but this one wouldn’t assign the first run to make it worth taking the other. There is zero reason the app should take longer to assign a trip than the time it takes to drive to the pickup. If you don’t start your trip they threaten you with a 1 star rating, but they take their sweet time assigning runs making them take WAY longer than necessary to be completed. Don’t tell me you need it immediately or whatever if you aren’t going to assign it to me immediately when I am literally sitting in the store’s parking lot. Either they are delaying assigning runs to provide favoritism to certain drivers or they have no idea what they’re doing running this app. Almost an hour, multiple trips claimed and not one assigned yet. Every minute waiting is that much time of me not making money cause I’m not driving away from my pickups just so I have to drive back to them in a few minutes. Fix your app people. You’re wasting drivers’ time. Also, on multi-stop trips it should seriously pay at least $10/stop. There are some that are a total joke for the pay. I did the math on one and it worked out to $5/hour for the driver. Pathetic!

The app is messed up!. I’ve been driving for roadie for a while, and I know what gigs I get and though they are never frequent I’ve kept up with them. Lately the app won’t send me a SINGLE notification and I’ve sent this to Roadie twice and they say it’s because it’s only going to send ones I am matched with. Which is utterly ridiculous since I am one of the only drivers here in town, and two I have to go INTO the app to see the trips. Ones that I can make. Ones I used to get. I have gotten complaints from the store because no Roadie drivers are being shown the gigs and customers are having to cancel their own orders and pick them up themselves. And if I DO manage to get a gig I go there only to find out the order has been picked up but not canceled and getting a measly $4 dollars (which this last time they didn’t even PAY me they said I would get it on my next gig which I can’t even GET one because of their bugged out app) instead of the normal compensation. However it’s not fair. Sometimes we drive a good distance for those gigs to pick up and $4 verses the $30-$40 we were driving for doesn’t compensate let alone is OVER $4 for a gallon of gas. They need to get this figured out. It’s tiring having it be unreliable and then it makes ME look unreliable for the store because I am not getting sent the gigs and in turn all of the customers will stop using Roadie in the area because they can’t get a delivery driver.

Great when it works but has some flaws. Let me start by saying I love this app and the delivery process but there are a few problems that need to be addressed. 1. The offer process takes too long and fails to process multiple pickups. There have been several occasions when 2 or more offers are available for pickup at the same location and which the dropoffs are headed in the same direction but I will only be accepted for one and never get a response on the others. 2. There is no customer service. The text option is only available if you’re in the middle of a delivery. The phone option has left me on hold for 35+ minutes on several occasions which has delayed my deliveries. Emails are not answered at all. 3. Toll reimbursement is an issue. In my state, we have cashless tolls which does not provide a paper receipt. We have an electronic database that will load a record of the toll but it takes up to 24 hours. I have tried numerous times to send in that “receipt” by email. I was able to reach one person that acknowledged they received it but several unanswered emails afterwards and after 2 weeks, have still not received a reimbursement or an answer from customer service.

SLOWdie. This app is hit or miss. I don't have a bad delivery rating, yet never seem to get decent gigs. My last 3 Wal-mart gigs got cancelled b/c the orders weren’t ready. We receive $4 for a x’cled gig after we have had to wait 15 mins to find out if we are accepted for the gig…then add the travel time to the location. Once at the location, one generally has to wait 15 mins to cancel if, say, Walmart’s staff doesn’t x’cle or takes their time filling an order because theres never a sense of urgency…they get paid by the hour…I have spent close to 3 hours/gas money to make a total of $12 off my last 3 gigs…all different Walmarts…I take any gig and still no love. When gigs do come through and are completed…it takes as much as two days for the money to process and if I need to cash out theres a fee of $1.99…minimum of $10 to use and taxed as much as 20%. Also when Roadies app falls short or customer service doesnt understand whats not in their manual…its ALWAYS the drivers fault…Roadie is just OK if one isn't counting on making any money or has nothing better to do than chase ones tail. Yes, I’m at a WM writing this as my 3rd WM gig fell through…

Not really worth your time.. Okay, so I saw the bad reviews and I saw the one good review and figured I’d give it a whirl in between caring for my grandfather. Let me say this, the “gigs” are few and far in between, and the pay is low. They wanted me or someone to deliver a chair that would require a pickup truck an hour and 45 minutes one way for $43. Lol. The one good review that said it was worth it was from Cali and they apparently get reimbursed for mileage, while my CT state does not. Okay, so they say they have 15 minutes to respond to your gig “offer” well, that’s a flat out lie. I literally sat in the parking lot of the store of pickup for 30 minutes, watched the offer price go up and they declined me to give the gig to someone else because I didn’t have a “trusted driver” badge (mind you they don’t tell you this when you sign up) even though I delivered prescription meds earlier in the day. So they had me wait 30 minutes AT THE LOCATION, made the customer wait for their medicine, to decline me after their chosen allotted time of 15 minutes. Then they want to tell you “wait the 15 minutes so you don’t waste you gas and time going to a location,” but they literally will give the gig to someone else if they’re closer to it. So his happened to me once— I lived five minutes down the road and they declined my gig offer seven times, but the second I pulled into the parking lot, they approved the gig for me. It’s really a joke.

Glitches & Frustration. I love an app that allows me to make money on my own time but this app has so many glitches and it gets extremely frustrating having to reset it constantly and getting errors and issues that I can’t even contact a person to resolve. They only have the option to contact support via chat. Which I have had to do three times, and every time it takes them hours to respond! One time even responded the next day! Clearly, I wouldn’t need help anymore by then! The only reason I gave it to Starz is because when I am finally able to make some money, it allows me to cash out instantly. I also like the way the app is set up, but there are a lot of things that need to be fixed. Customers often complain that they put in their order days ago and they’re upset with me that it’s just now being delivered. of course that is something that is not my fault yet it affects whether or not I get tipped! Please fix these issues & also consider how much is fair pay! Sending someone on an hour and a half drive them only paying $14 doesn’t seem fair! That’s just gas to get there, then there’s the wait time for the actual order… people are not getting paid for their time.

The majority of the 5-star reviews are fake and were paid for…. Driver support is virtually non-existent. Gigs that pay at least a fair amount for the distance and weight are extremely and increasingly rare. Many screens in the app won’t load properly the first time and require several reload attempts to appear (this has been the case for over a year). Clients are starting to hedge their bets by using other gig apps instead of Roadie. I deliver for several others and I find about half of Roadie’s client businesses on the other apps. This is really just a formerly independent app that UPS acquired during the COVID shutdown to temporarily calm shareholders. Now that the crisis is over, no critical thought or planning goes into this app. I’ve heard people at several client businesses say that the app was actually better (from their end) before UPS acquired the app. Essentially, 95% of the jobs on here are deliveries that are so unprofitable that UPS can’t get their regular employees to deliver them due to union contracts. This app is a last-string gig app. Do not think that you will be able to use this as your main or only app without ending up living in your car or at a boarding house.

Time for a review.. The amount of “Your offer was not selected “ I get and can be sitting in the parking lot. Is my blowing to me, and the base pay is somewhat better than other apps. Now it may not just be the app, but Central Valley has more drivers than orders being put out. Which doesn’t make since why people are still being let in. I started to use this app for my gas fund, because I only make about $30 maybe if I’m lucky $50. Then do DoorDash at night for 3 hours and make $100 which is beyond crazy when base pays are $3. I will say this, roadie is not great for small compact vehicles in the Bakersfield, Ca. I don’t have a truck to get the big cash orders. It’s becoming a waste of gas for me more than lucrative. This review is after getting to the location and having the order cancelled. An only getting $4 twice which is not even worth the time I waited. There should be a system that helps drivers that have orders canceled to get priority on another order to make up for there loss. It was fun while it lasted Roadie, but I do believe you have time to improve for others that come behind me. I’m glad I have my Class A and just waiting for my training to start soon.

Get ready. I’ve been doing Roadie for 3 years. I’ve enjoyed the different runs I’ve done and the people I’ve met. One thing that continues to come up that is really frustrating is DRIVER support. For example, my account got frozen because I accidentally put in wrong password 3 times. So after the third time they freeze it. Ok, so that means no access to the app. No runs nothing until they unfreeze it. So I am currently waiting and it’s 6:45 pm and I’ve trying to unfreeze account for close to 24 hrs. Frustrated because every time I call they say your wait time is 9 minutes. But I’ve been waiting at different calls for over 40 minutes. IF YOU DO Have Roadie AND YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, GET READY. Oh and bit of advice I would not count on getting full time money from this app. It is so DISAPPOINTING how their customer service is, just hope and pray you never have to get ahold of them because it’s long waits, waiting long time for replies etc. I would not recommend. Seriously. Don’t say I didn’t warn you

Notifications only for LOW PAYING GIGS that’s not near by.. This app won’t be needed once people figure out the contract game because that’s all there is. They’re paying delivery drivers a cut of what they make. Tried to feed me “the system chooses who gets” what crap. How come I’m getting only notifications for gigs that’s on the low end only($10 or $11) On top of that the gigs be like 20+ mins out to start. And if I do get a good paying gig, it’s way out of my way and not worth it. But if I go open the app randomly I’ll see a good paying one near by but never received notification for it. If I can get notifications for something 30-40mins out paying good, why am I not receiving EVERY notification for something that’s 20mins and below away that pays good. It’s always low pay notifications and a little ways out to start or good pay but too far out. I’ve never received a notification for something close and pays good. I always randomly opened it and seen something good to take. It’s like that only send certain notifications out to certain people but If they never reply, they’ll y give to someone else that not on their favorites list. I honestly don’t care if I ever get a good paying gig from them because it’s so many other apps out here they work with the same companies they do. But it’s better to go directly to the company and get your own contract which will pay more the this weird app.

Unprofessional. This company does not care about their drivers or their safety. All they care about is that you pick up the item and drop it off at the address provided. Drivers beware - your account can get locked at any moment. It could be an error on Roadie‘s part or it can be an error on the stores part. In any case, roady automatically locks the account and will have it locked for up to a week if not longer. If you do not respond to the email complaint and inform them of the situation regarding your locked account, the account can be locked for a longer period of time. You know the saying the customer is always right? While driving for roadie keep in mind… The driver is never right! This company does not care about their drivers. As for prescriptions … most prescriptions are delivered through Roadie however one company has their own driving app. It never fails, Rodie usually starts a prescription out at about 6.75$ and Rodies price increases over time. One of the prescription companies that has their independent driving app will start out a prescription usually at $25 - This means Rodie takes/pockets the rest of the money. Very unreliable company they do not care about drivers.

Update Bug. There is definitely a bug with the latest update. Anytime the app is opened it defaults to the map zoomed out to showing the whole USA and not your current location. It even happens when tapping on the notification, shows whole map and not the trip itself. It’s not a technical issue on my end. Cache has been cleared, precise location is on, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone and it’s still the same. It is an issue with something the developers did in the latest update. Tried emailing support just to make them aware and to pass it on to the proper channels and they closed the case saying I didn’t respond. They wanted my number associated with my accnt, I replied immediately with what they were wanting. I guess the agent didn’t read their emails. Tried calling support and “no one is available”. Other than that bug with the map, I enjoy using Roadie. I gave 4 stars because you could be in the parking lot of a pickup location, submit the offer for the job and after 15-20 mins be denied saying it was given to some else. Even though you’re already there and have done several deliveries.

Just awful. I had this app well three years and the app works but there are times when it takes forever to respond to a gig you’ve requested. Chat support is a complete joke and should be an embarrassment to the parent company UPS. They have no idea what the drivers are going through or a clue what we see on our end and often are trying to help 3 drivers at the same time so they often ask you what the problem is after you’ve explained it once already and takes 5-10 minutes for them to respond. Their answers are obviously scripted to the situation at hand with no real interaction or consideration for what the driver may be going through. Phone support is much the same. Cold uninspired lifeless culture when it comes to support. Just horrible. With that said, I will immediately delete the app upon finishing this review. I’m a five star rated driver with over hundreds of deliveries. It’s sad but nobody at Roadie cares.

Payout is horrible. Pay is good app works great it’s legit perfect and then there’s actually trying to receive payment ! There’s a processing time, and a payout time ,and then a wait to receive payment 😂it’s legit almost impossible for you to even get your money I started driving Saturday it is weds and I have no payment yet … it legit defeats the purpose of working for them drivers are using gas to do these gigs if u use the gas in your tank to do these gigs that u can’t even be paid for until a week goes by u literally may had just messed up your ability to even get to you full time job or anything eles in life it screws you.! I’m trying to figure out why wuld they even create a app that can’t pay there drivers within a reasonable time frame every single other app to deliver with u are paid as soon as the gig is done waiting an entire week for payment when this job takes money to earn it is a insane concept !

Crappy pay and even worse suppor. I worked for this company for a year and a half. I live in New York City so the pay is not equal to the amount of time that you spent driving. Customer support isn’t really very useful. The lock your account over the dumbest things. Merchants are allowed to rate you even after you drop a gig for whatever reason and your account will be locked for that and a myriad of other stupid reasons. Half the time, when you arrive at the pick up location, the order is it even ready where they can’t find it. There are a few occasions where you’ll arrive in the claim that the order was canceled but it still shows up in the app and customer service can’t really do anything about it. Not only that, canceled orders only pay four dollars, regardless of how far you’ve driven or how long it took you to get there or how much the gig was originally. It’s four dollars no matter what. Not worth it. Ever since UPS took over, the gigs are paying a heck of a lot less and they are now trying to stack multiple deliveries so that they can pay less money. They do reimburse for tolls and parking but not for gas or mileage. You’re better off finding something else

Worst app to get a gig ever made. I so do wish and pray and hope dearly that someone adds a way to give people negative star reviews because a lot of company’s and people deserve them. So long story short and I hope you all do read this because it gets good……. I applied for a ton of gigs on the app and have gotten rejected from every single one of them no matter how many times I try and submit or apply to the gigs. Now I hit support up about the situation and they blamed it in a glitch that’s not even happening…..anyway the agent asked me to uninstall and reinstall the app, which I did and still the same issue. So I contacted support again and they told me I have to keep submitting to the jobs which I have done all day long and still nothing. Lastly I get an email saying oh well the reason why you aren’t getting any gigs is because you need to have completed 5 gigs to be a trusted certified driver or whatever but in order to complete 5 gigs you retards have to give me some gigs to do…….explain how it’s possible to do a gig if you aren’t given them out. They literally contradicted what was said. They basically will not give me any gigs and will not just say so!

Terrible. Roadie seems like a great idea until you actually try to do an order. Every order I’ve done has had an issue. Specifically why I deleted the app was I was sent to pick up 4 bags from the airport just to be told it was an error so I spent over an hour attempting to do a gig I was paid a total of $16 for and was never reimbursed my parking ($8) even after calling support and sending them a picture of my receipt, meaning I only made $8 for something I was expecting at least $40 from. Another delivery I was asked if I could keep the gig active on my phone for 24 hours because the business placed the order a day early. They expected me to not accept any other gigs and wait 24 hours to deliver a cake because of the businesses mistake. I was eventually paid $4 for the gig and they finally cancelled it after going back and forth with (John) the representative. I understand every business isn’t perfect but roadie has an issue at every corner you turn and I would recommend doing anything but this. It’s never worth it and I always felt taken advantage of after completing a delivery for them. I’ve deleted the app and won’t be using it again and I hope I save the next person the frustration.

If you hustle, you will succeed. I read through a bevy of reviews of Roadie here and I’m not sure why people are complaining about certain aspects of Roadie. I find the app to be transparent in showing up front gig pricing, and intuitive on sourcing multiple gigs that happen to be headed in close proximity to each other. As far as people with payment concerns, anyone claiming Roadie isn’t paying out is just not telling the truth. I received direct deposit from the app just as it’s described, initiated on Tuesday, and posted to my account early Thursday morning. Any claims of non payment are unsubstantiated. If you live in an area where there are gigs, you really shouldn’t have a problem putting some money in your pocket, I’m loving driving for Roadie, freedom and flexibility are really important.

The support is very incompetent. The support of this company is terrible. The case investigation department does not care to help the drivers. My account has been closed since June 8 due to a return from Walmart and according to they closed my account temporarily that they are investigating when I personally went. To speak with the manager of walmart and she told me that she did not understand why they had closed my account if they had received the complete order and that walmart had not made any report. I have called support about 10 times I have sent them many emails and they always come out with the same thing that they are investigating so easy that is to call walmart or send an email and confirm if the order is returned complete but the truth is they do not know how to perform their work when In other platforms, a maximum case has been investigated for 2 weeks, these have been 4 months from June 8 until today, the truth is not useful at all, I do not know what they are doing and nothing else centered in front of the computer that is why I gave them a one star rating

Cant give full 5 star because a couple issues but GREAT APP!!. By far the best gig app of them all hands down doesnt even come close! I cant give them a full 5 stars because there are a few issues that im about to mention, but the app in general is the best if you are trying to make some extra cash fast and easy! App infrastructure is top tier, servers are rarely down, incentives and honors feel like they mean something, payouts are fast and direct deposit is optional. Pretty much everything you want in an app is here and i couldnt be happier. Where the app falls flat is the consistency depending on the zone. Depending on where you are. You are mostly gonna be living off of walmart and home depot orders, and the closer you get towards the city and airports will be higher paying luggage pickups. Everything is straight forward from start to finish which is a big plus, so you know beforehand what your getting into on each order, and the tips are prettymuch garunteed every time so theres that sense of security as well. All in all I definitely recommend the app to anyone looking to make some Extra money, and i myself currently use it side by side with my other primary app to supplement my income

So far so good. I’ve done almost 600 gigs and I’ve never been tipped. I don’t know if they ever offer bonuses. I hope they will in the near future. I start 5:30-6 am and stop 5 pm - 7 pm depending on the weather. 150 lbs of concrete, 200lbs of suite cases, huge gas grill, 243 lbs of mulch, I’ve had some pretty heavy orders but you don’t know what your picking up until you get to the Home Depot, Walmart, At Home furniture etc. I’d prefer to know just in case the description saying it will fit because there have been cases where it wasn’t going to fit at all. I really enjoy the CVS, script drop orders (elderly are the sweetest) I don’t have my mother or grandmother so it’s nice to know I’m delivering what they need. Some days are better than others depending on how busy it is. I really love when they give multiple orders.

Glitches and inability to resolve issues quickly mean lost money. It is really hit or miss on availability of gigs depending on where you live. Roadie constantly hounds you for “not moving” if you have more than one pickup to make, even if you’re following the exact route they gave you, even if you’re running ahead of time. Then their customer service will brush you off if you ask about it. I’ve had gigs erroneously taken from me because of the issue and customer service refuses to even pass the feedback along much less work toward a resolution. If you arrive to find the order has already been picked up by the customer or that the store has opted to deliver it themselves, you are forced to wait an additional 15 minutes at the location before they will remove it (and you ONLY get compensated for your time once in a blue moon - out of 4 store cancellations I’ve been given ONE courtesy cancellation fee of $4 on a $36 gig). It’s a side hustle through an app that sources their customer service from overseas. You get what you “paid” for with this one. Unimpressed sums it up for me.

It’s good but needs a fix. I’ve been using Roadie for a few months now but I’ve noticed either a couple bugs or bad protocols. 1. When I get accepted for multi-location pick ups, I will get notifications that I have not accepted and clicked “Start Gig” on the others, in which if I don’t do so, I will get removed from the gig and get rated 1-star for “inactivity”. All this while I am working on the first or second deliveries, so this is for all the other gigs I have not gotten to yet. All gigs are automatically routed though (which implies the gig had been accepted and “started”) so there’s no way anyone could possibly click “Start Gig” to get rid of these stupid messages. I’ve lost multiple gigs and therefore lost getting paid too, due to this. The last gigs end up getting removed and someone else gets them. The app doesn’t pay much to begin with, especially with gas being so high right now. The average earning right now is $14-16/hr and losing gigs like this doesn’t help. 2. I no longer get notified when there’s local gigs in my area. I have to jump into the app to see.

COMPLETE WAIST ON MY TIME!!!. If I could give this app no starts I would. So I got a gig with them moving an item from tractors supply to somewhere an hour away. When I get to the store I find out it’s a 498 lb safe. I was like wow hope wherever I’m delivering this to has a way to get it off my truck. Long story short. No the old man was told by roadie that not only would I be moving it to where he wanted it but that I had a lift on my truck to lift it out of my truck. Luckily I know big strong men and they came helped me. Then Tuesday rolls around and I notice my money is going to an account that I don’t recognize. When I went to change it the check had processed. But the guy reassured me that it would Boyce back to my account I was putting in there now. Needless to say it has been almost 3 weeks and Im still waiting on my money. I have sent them my bank statements proving I haven’t received no deposits from them. Customer service just keeps telling me the same thing “it shows that it processed in ur account allow up to 3-5 business days for it to reflect in ur account.” Blah blah blah. Just give my money yu lying thieves. Bc I promise I will get a lawyer and take yu to court and call all radio stations and news stations and tell them what yu are doing to people. I am not one to mess with when it comes to my money!! So conclusion. DONT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE LIARS AND YU WONT BE PAID EVER!!!!

Good cash when they actually have jobs. Don’t depend on this app for consistent cash flow.. I downloaded this to make some extra cash on the side. I have a pretty good job so don’t necessarily need the money. Seems at first there were a decent amount of gigs in my area. The first week I took gigs and got paid $110ish for the week of work all of a sudden there were absolutely no gigs in any of the areas I went to. I travel between 2 states and pretty good size metropolitan areas so I know there are normally gigs available. I’d be lucky if there was 1 but like 20 miles away and not really worth the $10-$15 to go there. I saw other reviews of people having the same issue. Not sure if they do that on purpose. But it’s an odd coincidence it happens to more than a couple people. Just don’t expect this to pay all your bills.

It started out fine.. …now it’s just trash. I’m an expert and a professional driver and have been for over 30 years. Some poor elderly or handicapped person is in needs of medication and I put in an offer and they won’t let me have the delivery. They told me last time because I had to become a trusted driver for them first. I’m like how am I not trusted. I’ve delivered meds before, in fact that’s all I’ve ever delivered. And their response was I have to take so many runs within a 5 day period or some dumb thing. I’m not retired. I work full time and it isn’t like Roadie is popping off all busy when I’m not at my regular job. To make matters worse - it’s intellectually dishonest to keep that patient waiting for no reason. I’ve not ever messed up on the runs I have taken and I been with the company a purple of years now. But I’m sitting here in pins and needles ready to run out the door when I get approved but I won’t get approved and I’m going to delete the app and my account if that’s the case. Overly paranoid or insurance purpose or idk but I even went to school to be a medical assistant and graduated with a 4 point. It’s not right for the patients, it’s not right for the drivers…like what are you even doing?

Needs improvement. This driver app from the UPS logistics company Roadie serves Roadie’s independent couriers. The app is not competitive with other delivery gig apps, and not yet even robust enough to be reliable. Refreshes do not happen fast enough or often enough. Inactive gigs hang, sometimes for an hour, luring drivers to a pickup when the gig offer was withdrawn long ago. This wastes the drivers’ precious time and creates massive frustration. A shame that the app makes Roadie sometimes feel like an unreliable option for gig work. Crashes happen on a daily basis even when all software is up to date. In-app chats with Support are dropped randomly. As a peak driver for UPS I can make a direct comparison with UPS’s in-house routing systems (known as DIAD), and this app compares badly. The in-app navigation is not yet seamlessly integrated with navigators on my iPhone. The UI is ok, not great. While delivering, it is too hard to see what might be coming next. The color scheme should absolutely be changed. Current colors are not intuitive when evaluating past, present and future information. The best part about this app is the excellent UE regarding finance and payment. Earnings flow reliably as expected into my bank account with no errors thus far. Three stars from a company that I would otherwise rate as five stars, based on driving experience. Needs improvement fast.

Overall Review. Roadie have been updating the app so commonly in the recent weeks and here are the pros and cons. I have been hustling with Roadie for quite a while and I love it. Pros: - Simple instructions - Pays good for a hustler -Convenient - Multiple gigs at same time from same shop/pickup-place - Both email and phone support are available Cons - With the recent update it’s hard/impossible to get multiple gigs from the same store if you get accepted to only one and you can’t see any other gigs until you’re done with the one you have. it’s not convenient to drive 30 miles back and forth for $15 (one gig) but if you can get more gigs then it’s worth it. - Cancellation fee is so low (I question offering a gig a lot because you would have to wait even for an hour now or you would only get $4 for cancellation fee) sometimes you might drive for 10-20 miles to get a $20-$45 gig but if the waiting time is a lot or the item isn’t available you only get $3-6 cancellation fee. - Customer support is improving but it needs to get better. Waiting time shouldn’t be more then 3-5 mins. It used to be an hour but now u can expect 25-30 mins but that’s still an issue because you don’t have someone to guide you if you face an issue in store, with drop out or with cancellation. Hopefully Roadie consider my review and respond to it. Thanks

The rest of the reviews are correct. I signed up for this because I do a lot of other gig type jobs. In all the time I’ve had it (a few months) I’ve never once gotten a job that I submitted for despite being close or at the pick up location. I live in southern CA so there are plenty of jobs. They calculate what the job is worth so you “submit offer” as if you had anything to do with deciding what you were getting paid and then 5 min later they send a message saying “your offer was not selected” as if you’re a contractor and someone put in a better bid than you. Then I read the review section and it’s funny that the developer only responds to positive reviews. Not one negative review has a developer response where they’re trying to help people fix problems. But they’ll gladly respond if they get a positive review. Also, how does an app with so many negative reviews still have a 4.7/5 star rating? Does Apple allow companies to pay for bot reviews to artificially inflate their image?

This App Is A Great Gig!. I’ve heard nothing but negative comments about this app gig so I had to take a swing. Here it is…. I’ve been doing roadie almost a year now and so far this gig has been great to me and my family. I wake up everyday about 4:30am-5:00am Monday-Saturday FULL TIME and start submitting as many offers as I can (Usually Home Depot) when accepted you may get multiple orders at once which is awesome if you’re trying to make a quick $100 before 11:00am-12:00pm. I usually make $120-$200 a day depending on volume, and since I’m in California every two weeks you WILL get reimbursed for your mileage on top of what you’re already making!! In my case that’s a win win because like I mentioned before I do this job FULL TIME so that’s another $700 (or so) on top of the $600-$700 (or so) that week!! It pays of if you stay consistent and not worry about how much they’re paying on the order. So those “Negative” comments just sounds like pure laziness and don’t wanna work. People will try to discourage you from trying new things but sometimes you just gotta take that chance and see for yourself also if it helps I drive a 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback so you don’t need a crazy big truck or van to do it just pay attention to the instructions of what you’re picking up and it’ll be a breeze. HOPE THIS HELPS!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

Did me DIRTY!. I received a pick up for the airport and it was curbside. I went and picked up the order and went to the address provided. I was given the wrong address and the wrong phone number. I want to take the luggage back the same way I received it and the airline people had already gone home for the day. I was standing there with the luggage, not knowing what to do because Roadie never answered my calls or texts!!! if they had, I wouldn’t have had the problems that I had which were just awful! I ended up getting help from another airline that new that worked there and they called her back in while I had to stand there waiting, and I did it because I’m a good person and I have great customer service. While I was inside trying to explain this to Aero Mexico I got $100 ticket and when I went outside they refused to let me come back in. I should’ve received pay for going there. but I was put under review because they were refusing to pay me for the return trip. I was frustrated, and I pretend kicked the luggage very lightly and the girl loked shocked so i immediately apologized. In the end they took my pay away from me for the attempted delivery!!! I was devastated! All the time and effort I put in and $100 ticket was a slap in the face for trying to do the right thing! These people are RUTHLESS! Drivers mean NOTHING to them. Their customer service was non existent to rge driver and what they did to me was evil! If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Why make the app available in Canada?. Roadie cannot actually be used here.

Restricted to the USA. This app would be great in Canada. As we do have UPS services up here as well. Time to expand the coverage of this app.

Why is it not available in Canada. If I can download it in Canada why not expand it to Canada

Still not available in Canada…. Why is it in the Canadian App Store if it only works in the USA ?

CANT SIGN UP!. jesus christ whats with these apps that doesnt even allowing you to sign up. such a waste of time! just delete this app 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

sign up problem....... I couldn’t even sign up. How I suppose to use the app lol...

Don’t waste your time. At first the gig seemed promising, however after a couple of days of having the account, I finally decided to begin the gig. Well, my account was locked for whatever reason and I tried contacting support, but there was never an agent available. I thought the first time I was possibly out of the business hours, but no. The other times I tried were all different times and the response was always the same “no agent available, create a ticket and we’ll get back with you in 24 hours”. It’s been almost two weeks now and I have yet to hear from “support”. There really isn’t much one can do when support isn’t doing their part. I hope it works better for someone else!

Has potential but seriously flawed. It’s a great app in theory but the technical issues are terrible and have been for a while. This includes gig notifications for gigs not there, hrs of waiting for acceptance, gigs don’t clear right away, often if you are in the correct location it will say you aren’t, the notifications to give an eta while driving are unsafe, gigs can be taken if you run into traffic and take too long, the pay for compensation for gig arrival that has issues and cannot be accepted is laughable, the dimensions of items are rarely correct, and the lack of a description of items makes pickup and acceptance difficult. I feel this app has the foundation down but lacks refinement of simple reliability of operation.

Horrible something is wrong. I thought this would be a good app but it is a complete waste of time. There a something wrong with the app and they won’t fix it. My first week was ok I made like 340 bucks I wasn’t complaining after that I can’t get accepted to a gig. I have a good rating and a big truck and I offer to multiple jobs and I never get accepted. Problem is those jobs sit there for days because they are not being assigned. I am in the process of calling Home Depot and tractor supply (the biggest users of this app in my area) and letting them know they are wasting customers time using this app. I have measured out my truck and the gig to make sure items would fit and make sure I am in the area (sometimes sitting in the parking lot) and these jobs still go unassigned for days. Some people need gig jobs to get by STOP wasting people’s time and money

App doesn’t work. I wanted to give this a shot but I can’t even get started . The first time, the app kept freezing just after I set my email and phone number. I force closed the app and went to log in again and it said my account was locked. I got frustrated and quit. A couple of days later, I decided to try again and the account was still locked. So I tried to make a new account using my personal email and phone instead of business and it keeps telling me my password needs at least 1 digit, 1 special character, 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter. It can’t be a commonly used password. It won’t take anything I am trying. I even tried NuMeXdO5587!*$ and received the same message. I downloaded an update, I reloaded the app and still the same thing. I don’t want to work with an app based gig that has such a terrible app. Waste of time.

Love the App, just a little buggy!. Great app, very nice passive income to do in between Lyft/Uber/Door Dashes. App is pretty buggy though, when an order is accepted it doesn’t go away right away and refreshing does little for the map. Also app freezes up sometimes and for no reason at all it will sign you out. I have to sign in at least once a day sometimes twice. Would be nice if I could just stay logged in or Maybe have a way to sign in quickly or remember credentials? No complaints with how payouts work, which is obviously the most important part lol. I have always received what I was told I was going to receive and the payouts are weekly on Tuesday so if you also make a paycheck on Friday you get a nice double pay week. Definitely work checking out and developing further!

Horrible Customer service!!!!. This is probably one of my favorite gig apps. However, their customer service is absolutely terrible. You can never get a hold of him. It’s always a long wait they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. They can’t fix any problems the same issues that arise are consistent and there’s never a change, they are owned by UPS. UPS needs to do some type of change to their Customer Service. Driver drivers would prefer to unassigned an order then deal with customer service. Their GPS location on a few stores is completely completely off. Also, the way that you get accepted for orders is unfair, And long wait times. There are a lot of glitches in accepting orders. You have to wait to be accepted for the gig.. unlike other apps, where it’s first come, first serve. it is frustrating to submit for gigs and never get them. They say it’s an algorithm thing. But the algorithm is garbage.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. It has potential but the reimbursement takes forever there's no standard CSR so the engagement is all through email. You can't rearrange the order of deliveries so at times you may pass a location multiple times but can't stop until that delivery is in your que. Also make sure the GIG says toll reimbursement. I drove one GIG for 3 hours doing multiple deliveries and paid more in tolls then what was offered. When doing reimbursement they will ask for proof several times to the point that it becomes frustrating. There is no direct line of communication. But the freedom to do deliveries unbothered does pay off if you get chosen for the GIG. Thee are tons of things that need to be worked out but it's not bad or good yet.

Current roadie driver 2021. The app all together is a good app for someone who’s looking for side gigs for someone who is looking for a full-time job I would not recommend this as a full-time job is hard to make money but the job itself is pretty simple it’s just times at pick up are not so easy to where you’re only getting paid eight dollars an hour roadie can work on the payment process also the pick up process could be a lot easier. Customer service with roadie is not the best I feel like they can work on the customer service a lot of support specialist are very rude and do not help when there’s a problem at pick up or delivery. Overall roadie is a app if someone is just looking for side gigs other than that I recommend other apps like Uber and Lyft there a lot much better as far as money and merchants

Can’t use GPS before accepting gig anymore. I do not like how you can’t use your GPS before accepting a gig to see exactly how far a starting and ending point is from your current location. The old Roadie app lets you do this! Please bring this back! This isn’t fair! That’s not something that should have ever been removed. This made me feel secure knowing that roadie was on our side for the drivers to not be hustled like other driver apps... when it comes to mileage and time, etc. I understand that it shows the location of the gig on the map... and the total mileage for the gig itself... but it helps MASSIVELY to know how far a gig is from my current location! Bring this back please! Also... bring back our progress for badges! This made driving more fun and motivated me to keep driving in order to earn badges! I can’t find my badge progression anywhere in the new app! This was fun! Bring it back!

I enjoy this!. I really enjoy this platform. It’s accurate, easy to use, and gives me a good sense of what I am supposed to be doing. Instructions are clear and it makes sure everything is accurately accomplished with all of its checks and instructions so it’s virtually impossible to mess anything up. It’s easy to use also. I love picking the luggage up and delivering it, and if there were more airlines utilizing this platform it could be a very lucrative gig full time. As of now though, there aren’t enough deliveries to actually just drive for Roadie as full time employment but I do enjoy getting these gigs as much as possible.

Avoid Roadie. Horrible company. Hard to get jobs and they make you wait for over an hour at times to find out if you get a gig and then you don’t. Got a gig from Roadie picking up at Home Depot and had to wait over an hour for Home Depot to put order together. Remember that Roadie only gives you so much time to pick up and drop off. If you cancel without waiting for a set amount of time they pay you nothing and barely pay you a small stipend if you do stay. Their pay is already too low with the current price of fuel. Good luck trying to contact anyone from Roadie. I use other apps that pay more and are more friendly to their drivers. Pay more if you have to wait more than 10 minutes by the minute. And allow you to manage your deliveries instead of every job they need now even when the store doesn’t have it ready.

Why can’t I zoom in to my area?. Hello, I just signed up for the app and I do like all the features but one thing I find annoying is the fact that when I click on an order I have to keep zooming into my state. When I first download the app I wasn’t having that problem but now it’s showing a full map rather than just my area. Is there a way to correct that? I will try to delete and reinstall but I can’t just click on in order to try to grab it because I have to zoom in and by that time somebody already took it. It’s an annoying problem and I was hoping that someone could help advise.

Pretty good so far. I heard about this app to earn some extra cash, on your time. At first, I wasn’t sure if it would be worth it. I don’t think they realize the costs of gas and the wear on vehicles. I would be more willing to do way more if they’d consider that when pricing. However, the longer distance orders are worth it. I do wish they would consider possibly offering to do more than one if the establishment has several needing delivered. Or if one comes available in line with your route and you can just add it to your route. That would make my day. But other than that, it’s a great hustle when you need it.

Worst company I’ve ever worked for. I recommend not using this platform. As a delivery driver for over eight years on various platforms this one is the worst. There was most days I couldn’t even get a delivery and then days that I could the pay made it not even worthy. Customer service is an absolute joke they take forever and if you are doing this during the holiday season you better pray you don’t need them cause you will waste lots of time. When they have an issue with you they just freeze your account and take forever to respond to you. I was never contacted about a delivery concern they had with me they just froze the account and took over a month to resolve but kicked me off the platform before I could even address the situation. So beware because one complaint and you’re gone. No bonus streaks or incentives. And garbage customer service.

Tolls.. Can I actually get reimbursed? / Payouts. They have so many that make you go over the bridges and give you an offer for like $22 .. the GW is $16! i’m going to burn that my profit in gas alone sitting waiting to cross that bridge. The app is tracking your location most tolls are cashless now. They should be implementing something by now that if you went over you get reimbursed. You finally take one to go over the bridge and decided i’ll work in the city then like 10 new offers pop up in new jersey soon as you get accepted for the nyc offer. I could have stayed in NJ! Instant Payout tip - If you looking to get Instant Payout on a Tuesday won’t happen the app will force it to your account and you have to wait for it to process so take Monday off 🤣

A word of warning to potential drivers!. Today I went to pick up an order at a business, only to discover the order had already been picked up. When I contacted Roadie their response was “oops, sorry about that”. They gave me a few dollars for my troubles, which is less than 1/10th of the original amount I was offered and doesn’t even cover the gas and milage for my trip. This is not the first time I have had issues with this outfit. I’ve had gigs that displayed an initial delivery distance, but after accepting the job learned that the drop off location was in fact much further. I’ve also been sent to pickup locations/businesses that weren’t even open that day. Every time I’ve contacted Roadie about these issues their response is “oops, sorry about that” and nothing more is done. I’m fed up with the time and fuel I’ve wasted on these wild goose chases.

Waste of time. When you put a bid in, you’re not guaranteed to get it, I understand that but the part I don’t understand is that after you put a bid in 20 times in a day and you’re not selective at all is an unfair way, if you want people to be able to make any kind of money delivering this stuff for this company it’s owned by UPS! When you do accept a bid and you’re in the middle of a delivery and they have a problem with their system within the app and you can’t make a delivery because of it and you contact Support they tell you to be patient and that once it’s fixed, you’re required to go make that delivery but they refuse to pay you for your time. So you’re required to waste your time because of their problem. Not a good way to make money. Terrible customer service and support!

Never got paid! Avoid this company!. I completed a delivery and my account said the payment was processing. I never got paid! I reached out to the help desk and got the run around! My bank info is accurate and I completed the task in time. Payment said processing and never posted! Please consider this when you sign up AND complete the delivery—once you have made the timely and correct delivery, you could still not be paid for the time, gas, and task completed! Consider partnering with the actual companies needing a delivery, DIRECTLY! At least you’ll have a contract and can fight for payment for services rendered. Not paying is against their own terms and conditions and labor laws!

Its a good app. For the most part its a good app. Fun and easy way to make extra gas and food money. I have enjoyed doing roadies with about 250 trips and over 200 of them is for Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix AZ However a few times the sender will mistype the wrong address into the app. So when i hit the navigate button what ever address they imported thats where im going. Most of the time its obvius the sender imported the wrong info for me becuase ill end up in the middle of know where. This last time they gave me the wrong address i couldnt tell since it was an actual address just the wrong address. The only way it could be my fault is if i picked up the wrong bag but the numbers matched and i have pics to prove that. Anyway my account is locked and tech support hasnt responded back to me.

Great app, love the work. I was really surprised to see so many negative reviews but I guess it matters what market you’re in. It’s a breath of fresh air not having to deal with people’s food. In my market it’s basically Home Depot gigs which have ranged from small screws, to apparel and even the inflatable Santa Clause yard decorations. And my 2nd most favorite is the script drop orders, I get a lot of them now and it’s taking medication to peoples houses, mostly the elderly. I feel good about it but there is a surge of Covid in my area right now so I’m trying to avoid people as much as possible. All in all I really enjoy using this app so far and have over 200 deliveries and counting only using my medium size SUV.

WASTE OF TIME!. On at least HALF the gigs I submitted offers for I waited over an hour, up to 2 hours, and then the offers got REJECTED. Imagine getting to the store before the “Pickup Time” and waiting for hours only to get rejected. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT. Theres only a “chat” feature for it (no phone number). They put your chat in a queue (waiting list) and you have to NOT LEAVE THE APP (to do anything else in your phone) and NOT block your screen- because if you do, they end your chat queue without any notification and you’ll have to request another customer service chat and wait at the end of the queue all over again. If you have the patience (and your phone’s charged enough tonleave your screen on for at least an hour) to wait for them to get to you, they are not helpful at all! All they do is feed you automated responses, avoiding & ignoring your concerns. Then they’ll ask if you need any more assistance… if at that point you say yes and tell them your concern, they will leave the chat on you and leave you without answers. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. Most of the gigs are LOW-BALL OFFERS anyway in terms of mileage, not to mention it taking 1-2 hours to even perform the low-ball gig. You’ve been warned.

If I Could Give This a Zero Star Review I Would. Roadie and this app are horrible. The app consistently has issues loading. And don’t let me start on support. They never answer the phone and if you’re lucky to get them in the chat you’ll be waiting for about an hour. The sender can get away with providing minimal details or wrong details (so more often than not you have no idea what you’re actually picking up, or it’s not the same item(s)). There’s no customer standard. So be ready to not get a hold of them and not be able to access buildings. I even had my account locked for a week because a customer “claimed” I delivered to the wrong address although the photo clearly shows the correct address and they even answered the door. I could tell you stories for days about bad business, but if you’re ready to be frustrated every day and get paid bare nothing then this is the app for you.

Terrible driver support. There is a gig that glitched while I was trying to do it. I got the order pulled and signed for at the store after signing and loading the app sent it back to “offer pending”. Since I had already signed for the items the vendor wouldn’t let me leave the items at the store. Basically I was told it was my problem so I tried to contact driver support and after 2 hours got no response… It was large stuff (Like a 140 ft gate) and I couldn’t sit any longer so I completed the delivery to the customer. I sent a help desk ticket and multiple agents looked at it but didn’t respond and then I got kicked out of customer support so I had to start all over. It’s been hours since the gig was completed (like over a day) and no one from Roadie has even responded to me let alone fixed the issue and I’m owed almost $70 for the gig and idk if I’m going to get paid at all.

Concept not working for me. After being accepted to drive it took a couple of days before I was accepted for an offer. I called to support and they told me I had to qualify to pickup the Walmart and Home Depot runs(which are mainly the only runs showing in my area). They said I had to run 5 gigs in order to qualify which I don’t see explained during the onboarding process. After I got my first acceptance I ran 1 load for the whole day after bidding excessively. For the next 3 days I ran 4 more loads which put me into the qualified status(so I thought). I’ve been bidding on 6-7 loads at a time and still can’t get but 1-2 a day average. Unlike other companies pay takes wayyy too long.

Driver. Roadie is an out of control platform, you work hard you drive your own car put lot of miles on it spend lot of gas money so by the time you realize you spending than you making it’s already to late , driver support number never gets answered drivers support via the app good luck on getting you problem resolved in which waiting in line for long time on purpose to make you give up their app has no time specifications of the gig posted you contact them they tell you just finish the gig and after delivery we will compensate you for the oversized package with a false promise this platform it’s a total risk and a total abuse of drivers what a shame I’m very roadie is the only one making the money with an absolute abuse of drivers, lot of other platforms pay 1$ a mile only roadie pay 40 cents a mile and they don’t even care about the actual situation as inflation we are in and much more abuse and false promise .

Low Pay. Ridiculously low pay offers. Rarely ever anything $1/mile in my area. Most of it is tires. They loaded a several hundred pound mini fridge into my trunk. Weight and sizes of the items you’re delivering are estimated. Even deliveries for something like flowers is tedious, had to do a delivery to a gated community, store was closed I picked the flowers up from so I couldn’t return them, the customer was not answering to open the gate, and support never answered the phone after legit no joke two hours of calling. Then support started to harass me about the flowers no joke 8 MONTHS later threatening to deactivate my account. Support and app is an absolute joke. Force people to pay more for the deliveries and pay your drivers better since not a single person tips and are entitled and think they should have their several hundred pound fridge delivered for free to their front door and up their patio steps with no tip! Pathetic and genuinely disgusting.

Pretty Rough. I guess they gave up on widgets.. Still no iOS widgets, but they didn’t mention it in the latest release notes... I wish that were the only issue with Roadie... Deeply depressing that the developer response to my initial review stating that the Roadie support is useless is to say “remember we have 24/7 support” I don’t know if it’s Roadie’s servers and back end, or mostly the app, but there’s always something broken (or slow at best) going on with this system. Obviously the store employees are not trained to deal with or understand anything with Roadie, and the pickup directions are wrong (or opposite) at almost every single pickup. Payments are getting smaller and smaller per run and you WILL NOT be informed of the vast majority of available gigs in your area (assuming the notifications are even working on a given day). Roadie will say that depends on their top secret algorithm, but either way it is not giving drivers the best opportunity to find worthwhile assignments. Roadie text and phone support appears to be outsourced, and also understaffed and undertrained. Support is almost useless, and often takes so long to respond that your gig is already ruined. When they do respond —sometimes hours later— it’s usually just repeating what is in the FAQs within the app and not relevant to your issue. I want to love this, but their priority is certainly not looking out for the drivers.

Unreliable Rates, Poor Customer Service. I was very concerned when I saw that UPS had acquired Roadie. I was a driver when they started up and they at least tried. Now, it seems as though Roadie has taken on the UPS motto of “too big to care.” The app went from easy to use to kindergarten interface and unreliable. The customer service people, when you are actually able to navigate to find them, are apathetic operators in an overseas call center that are nearly useless in solving any problems. The rates for drivers are all over the place. There will be a trip to take something to a destination 40 miles away that will be paid out at $1 per mile right next to a pick up with a similar destination paid out at $0.50 per mile and there is no possible way to bundle the two trips together except if Roadie has done so for you in advance. So, instead of being able to take two packages from similar pickups to two similar destinations, making the trip a lot more economical for the driver, Roadie will send two separate drivers. I’ve sent this feedback to Roadie several times, as I have heard other drivers have as well and UPS/Roadie couldn’t seem to care less.

Worst service to deliver for. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to drive for this app unless your looking to get paid on a week to week basis. This app has been giving me issues since I’ve started delivering for this service. First they lie and say they offer instant pay so that you don’t have to wait every week for your money. In order to even get instant pay you have to meet certain requirements. Well I’ve met this requirements and even reached out to support and still no one is able to do anything to help. They’ll just keep telling you information off of their help article. The jobs that they have you take you have to put an offer in for and for the most part I’ve just been getting decline after decline. This really isn’t a stable way to make a second income if that’s why your looking for. This is more for when you’re bored with nothing else to do.

Customer service and multiple packages for one address. I really enjoy roadie but yall gotta have a number we can call , messaging yall for support sometimes takes time or the are we in doesn’t have much service and takes forever to reach out and for an agent to respond , it would really be helpful for us drivers . Also in the other hand having multiple packages for the same delivery and having to scan and hit deliver for every single one is a waste of time for us drivers and customers that have to wait for us to scan 3-4 items for them and hit deliver for each out , this has to be fixed plz , as well as the map service , sometimes addresses take u to the wrong spots and have to be calling customers.

Customer & Driver need immediate improvements.. I truly value the customers needs for quality deliveries to sustain a profitable business. Most of the regular customer’s I’ve personally gained a reputation, respect & relationship with who I felt so sorry for on bad deliveries from other drivers who failed to report incidents which could have been corrected on the spot made me feel obligated to resolve the incident by rendering delivery service at no cost but the end resolution was the lost of good chain customers to door dash or another company to keep business a float. On an great to excellent driver perspective point of view the pay and the acceptance of gigs really has taken a great decrease especially when I select multiple gigs and receive the farthest gigs 8 miles away and to arrive and the order was cancelled or items out of stock just to receive $4 for 30 to 45 minutes at the customer request for the driver to wait. It also discourages and disappoints me to take order which are under classification of small to medium when actually the order extra large to huge for $7 to $10 which do not cover driver time, gas, and miles. In result in loss of money. I’ve reported this matter to online support numerous of times but not seeing any changes yet

Poor driver support. Driver support is not very helpful. I have had jobs in the past and one currently on going. Where the issue was escalated to some higher. It’s been 52 hours I have not heard anything from roadie. I call and am told that I have to patient and what for an update. Ask how often or long it takes to get an update. I am told that I have to be patient and wait for an update. Mean while I am stuck wondering if I will ever be paid. Also wondering if I have to be worried that there maybe legal issues from. Does the store know I did complete the delivery. Document every interaction with companies like this. I would be happy if they said some like we are working on the problem still. we will contact you daily with updates until the matter is resolved I spent two hours to complete the delivery and the payout is a nice number.

Worst company ever. This is such a horrible company to work with as a driver. The app is slow and glitchy. Payouts often go to bank account instead of debit card -which means you pay $1.99 for the instant payout but don’t get it until the next day. The orders are not given out based on if you’re closest to the job. Many times I’ve been literally sitting outside of a business that typically has orders, bid on the gig, and watched someone else drive up and get the order. Support is almost non existent- if they get back to you it will be days later and not relevant anymore. And the pay offered is ridiculous most of the time. They want you to deliver for what it costs to operate your vehicle - 57 cents a mile. I consider it a failing of our regulatory system that companies like this are even allowed to operate at all. Do yourself a favor and never drive for these losers.

Not like other driver apps. So i decided to download this app. My background came out good and so thought I was well on my way… this app is so misleading they don’t tell you you have to basically bid for these positions. It’s not as easy as wait 15 mins and get accepted. You click on an available gig and the loading sign pops up then 2 minutes later the gig goes back to being available. That’s ridiculous! Then when I contacted support I asked the man why that was happening he literally said you are bidding against other drivers who want the same position and they basically pick what they want to do the job based off of stats… I JUST STARTED THE APP IM TRYING TO GAIN STATS LET ME DRIVE AND YOU WILL FIND OUT. Anyways this app is definitely misleading I’m definitely deleting and going back to SHIPT. They may put you less but at least you don’t have to bid for a job… Insane!

Horrible. This is by far the most horrible app to use. The orders are few and far between, and usually very crappy pay For the amount of miles. If Roadie driver care can possibly muster up somebody to help you it will be hours, maybe days. They will then offer no help and no solutions to any of your problems. they have no ability to handle Walmart orders to save their lives. Every time I have received a Walmart order something on it is so screwed up. It is impossible to deliver. Sometimes it’s as simple as their app. Maps and addresses just will not work, Conveniently, when you are about to make a delivery. Don’t waste your time using this.

Roadie needs some work in my area. They would be a 5 star if they had decent customer service and were a little more reliable. They have gigs posted on their map as available to delivery, but half the time the orders have been cancelled even though Roadie accepts you to go pick them up. If you decide to download the app and work for Roadie Call before offering for all orders because at least 2 out of 10 are cancelled or already been delivered by someone else. If you ever have a problem that needs to be escalated to the specialized team, then you just might as well forget about it because they don’t ever answer. It can be profitable but you really have to be careful what orders you offer for and it is not reliable.

Missing package / account lock. Very disappointed in the customer service and trust and safety team. After making my deliveries for the day one customer said they that they didn’t receive their package after I clearly dropped it off to them. Three hours later my account was locked over the next day or so of going past the customers house to talk to them about the package they said they would contact Roadie to straighten it out. I called Roadie and Roadie called them on the phone and the customer told them that they receive their package roadie said they would straighten this out with the trusted safety team, it has now been a week and my account is still locked This is ridiculous how quick they can lock your account, but the length of time it takes them to unlock it, and how easy it is for customer to say they didn’t receive their package and for you to be at fault

This company could be a lot better to their drivers. While they bull their organization as an on the way delivery service, their system is slow at approving you’re getting a gig, and they don’t let the drivers make the decision, you’re lucky if you get a delivery instead of the first driver who applies getting it and just letting the system work that way. I could get a lot more work if they let me take the gigs that I choose let the driver make the decision whether or not they’re gonna make money or not the system could be so much more beneficial to those that are doing these deliveries

The best delivery app!. How can I even express the gratitude and blessing ROADIE has been. I’ve worked delivery before and in comparison this app beats them by far. The compensation is decent not to mention they do instant payouts after 5 deliveries and 7 days on their platform. They are extremely flexible. Although their algorithms do, for the most part, give their large batch orders to more experienced drivers i am satisfied knowing I’ll get chosen sooner or later. Scared to take a delivery heading across town and not have return delivery available can be worrisome because the last thing we want is to take that empty trip back Well I haven’t had a that happen to me they always find something in the area to send me home with. Thank you ROADIE!!!

Driver. Honestly it’s a pretty decent gig but the problem is people are driving their own personal cars and not getting any tips. We got between six to $12 per order. And usually we are driving really far in between jobs.. most of the time the jobs are 30 minutes away and then between 5 to 30 minutes apart and then about 30 minutes to get back home.. there needs to be a better system considering gas prices food prices everything else and paying drivers a little more money or trying to find a way to get tips.. Instacart and shipped are way better companies to work for you just have to make sure you were on time the only good thing about this one is there’s a little bit more flexibility.

Happy with Roadie. I enjoy making the deliveries I just made somebody’s Birthday memorable. I wish there was a faster response time to the submit offer for a gig and having to wait sometimes 20 minutes for a reply as to offer accepted or start the gig! Especially on the ones that are time sensitive, the gig says delivery by a certain time and sometimes you don’t get accepted for the gig until 10 minutes before the delivery time and the delivery location is more than 10 minutes away! But I love to drive and I had a delivery that was clear out in Calistoga to the Petrified Forest area and it was a beautiful day for that drive, the scenery was outstanding!

Terrible. Avoid signing up with gig apps, or working for them. They screw you and pay their office staff and engineers a nice lifestyle while you scrounge for dirt gigs. If enough said enough and stopped supporting or accepting promotions to sign up for new apps it would destroy the idea of investing in this sector or bankrupt these type of businesses. Typically it isn’t eorth it if you ain’t driving for anything less than 2$ per mile, meanwhile tech companies know this take advantage of it, the number of drivers meanwhile taking commission for each company signing to use it, finding drivers who will deliver for whatever the business thinks its customers will pay. Watch where the money flows and who pays what. Most gigs ain’t worth accepting. Lost cause with the opportunity of misleading hope. This app is for those I guess what u call it idiots drivers, like Uber.

Feels unfair. I’ve been doing roadies for about 3 months and they say things are based off of algorithms of distance, the amount of times you have ran a delivery for a place, rating etc but really I think that’s bullsh**. How come I put in offers for bigger tips and they deny every offer but if I put in for the same place smaller tip I’m getting chosen! That’s not fair at all. Distance I live close by to many of the stores and they swear up and down there’s someone close by doubt it. Just watch your progress in doing this, as I’ve worked for plenty of delivery jobs like this and it seemed way more fair. Also you drive farther out and the company seems to tip you more than the customer. Considering how the prices of gas is right now I will say paying $23 to drive 58-80 miles to VA FROM GSO isn’t worth it. You still have to come BACK FROM VA to GSO if that’s what you were gonna do. Amazonflex would prob be better option really.

By far the best delivery service for products outside of the food industry. Everything is perfect on this app except one thing the tip structure is pathetic. Most delivery apps will base their pay structure on the amount of miles driven. Don’t know how many times I’ve driven 20+ miles and received 10 $12 and zero tip so either fix the mileage payment structure or fix the tip or a gratuity structure because a lot of times a lot of these are being picked up because people are having to drive 2530 miles to get paid $20 and you know if you think about it that 30 miles is it going to be a round-trip so that 60 miles and 60 miles these days on just a Eno lowest level of gas there is you know you’re looking at easily 10 possibly 14

Descriptions not accurate and cancelations. Decided to take four deliveries this morning from Home Depot. The main one I chose was almost a $40 delivery and upon arrival I found out it had been canceled two weeks prior. They explained to me it may be a “glitch in the system”. However, I was compensated eight dollars for wasting my time and fuel on that delivery. At that same pick up another item was described as 3” x 3” x 3”. Upon receiving the item to deliver I noticed it was a 36 inch concrete step weighing in at well over 150 pounds.. I reached out to Support and was told that no adjustments could be made because it was filed under XL delivery. Even though in the description, the dimensions stated 3”x3”x3” and it’s stated the item weighed 10 pounds. Some deliveries are good and makes sense, and some leave you scratching your head and with an aching back.

It Could be better. I have been a driver for Roadie for the past few months. My biggest grievance regarding their app is that when you put your offer in for a gig that we no longer receive notifications if we don’t receive it or not. For example I was on my way to a site so I can hopefully get approved for the gig and by the time I turned into the location, it was no longer available. The App should give drivers their opportunity to expand so we can make more money and it’s really difficult to try to get in contact with support regarding dates of issues so I guess I am addressing it on the review.

Has potential but the Customer Service is awful. I’ve had a couple orders with roadie and it’s been good but then I accepted a gig that either a previous driver or someone else had taken and failed to deliver. I reported the issue to roadie support with them thanking me for letting them know then I unassigning the order. The next morning I receive multiple calls from roadie that were flagged as “telemarketer” and they left voicemails threatening me and accusing me of theft, saying the store has evidence of some stealing that order(keep in mind this order was massive and would need to be strapped down on a pickup, so cameras should be able to see exactly where it is) so this evidence should be fun to see. Very aggressive and VERY reckless of a company to run around accusing their drivers of theft when apparently they have access to the evidence proving otherwise? So if you ever go to pickup an order and they claim that it’s been picked up already then assume you’re going to take the blame for it.

Adding salt to the wound.. The app is overall pretty good. I’m not in a too busy of an area so there’s not many orders on a daily basis. Kind of like just randomly check the app to see if there’s an order or not. When they do notify you (or well me in this case) majority of posted orders they aren’t remotely close to you (def not worth the gas money). Anyways, the real issue i have here is getting multiple notifications, I’m saying maybe 4+ and they’re back to back. Oh, each one of those notifications are telling me i wasn’t selected to make the delivery. Cool, thanks for letting me know. Once is cool but dang, you don’t need to rub it in. Also, i don’t like the new update where you have to login everyday 😒. Anyways, it’s a good overall app.

Dead in the water. When I first started as a roadie driver a few months ago, it was already slow starting and low paying. But now, I barely (if ever) see ANY gigs available within a 50+ mile radius. Not even kidding. And on the extremely rare occasions that I do, they’re so low paying that it’s nearly criminal. It’s disappointing. I had hoped for better with this company. I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if it dies out within a year. I certainly will keep my fingers crossed that things improve but I won’t hold my breath. Every time I open the app there’s nothing there anymore. The app also claims it will notify you of gigs in your close proximity (IF they become available) and 9 out 10 they don’t notify you or they’ll notify you for one gig and then when you open the app you find there’s like six more sitting there waiting.
