Map App. Tried using the map part of the app but it doesn’t work or they are still working it but it does not show the tracking on day of delivery. Also the app gave me an estimated delivery of 8:45am -11:45am. It didn’t arrive between those times and at 11:46am it updated that delivery could be before 9PM. Guess this way it thinks it’s still correct or within its timeframe. Overall the app is good and helpful, much more than the Shawnee Oklahoma UPS hub. I’d called this morning knowing my package was there, thanks to the app, and asked them to hold it at the hub so I could pick it up since I was in town. The girl said no problem, she’d pull it for me to pick up at 9:30am, well she didn’t pull it so now I’ve been waiting, and have to drive an hour home and an hour back today with it. While waiting, I’ve seen Many Bad reviews on this particular hub, hopefully someone that can do something with this will see these reviews and fix their issues.

App is just as slow as the company. I don’t know if it’s the app or the drivers. My tracking doesn’t update for days and then all the sudden a bunch of scans show up at once. It seems like I never know where my packages ACTUALLY are. Then whatever the original delivery date is, it always seems to get pushed back. Whenever they give me a date, I always just assume it’ll be a couple days later than that. Whenever I see a company has used UPS to ship me something, I’m immediately disappointed. At this point, the post office is more reliable. Also running into the problem where it changes my preferences on its own. I have ALWAYS had all delivery apps set to text messages for every single update imaginable. I have 3 packages I’m waiting on currently (2 of which have already had their delivery dates pushed back). One is “supposed” to be delivered today but under the manage section, it says nothing is scheduled to deliver today! I guess one tab on the app is realistic and one tab spouts out lies that gets your hopes up. Anyway, I wanted to make sure I got a text notification when (if) it arrives since drivers out here don’t knock or let you know they put something on your porch. Went in to the settings and all my preferences were changed to email! This is the second time the app has done this to me!

Great GUI, International Integration Needed. This app could easily be a 5 if UPS would add international support for those trying to ship stuff home from other countries.. store location in Mexico, impossible. Also why can we fill necessary paperwork ahead of time in app. Global UPS should also state maximum box size and what they can provide to accommodate packing as the US stores do. I chose UPS out of trust in the US, I ended up having to hit multiple locations because ups store could not help me pack up the box. Store was brand new and was not equipped with necessary boxes or packing materials: Also, outrageous prices compared to DHL, we couldn’t fit all our stuff we bought so we chose ups to ship home, wasn’t until 2 hours before flight home and after and exhausting trip to packing places and then back to UPS only to be told my one box was going to cost $650 usd and the cheaper ground option was not recommended because my breakables would most likely break??? Had I been able to reference this in the app, honesty I would made different decisions. I feel let down by UPS

Worst App EVER!!!. I finally got through to UPS and had them delete my account. Hopefully this time they followed through! Apparently, last week they did NOT change the settings like they said they did! I downloaded the app in the summer and had 1 package routed to my local UPS store. I have tried to change the settings in the app but apparently the app will not let me. Now EVERY package is sent to the UPS store. I have a broken right foot and can’t drive. UPS CHANGES the address I have my packages addressed to and is sending them to the local UPS store, where I can’t get them! If this continues, I will NOT do business with companies that use UPS! Also, on 11/8 UPS said my package could not be delivered because of severe weather. I am a TEACHER and EVERY school in the Greater Cleveland area was in session. Explain to me how if schools are in session the weather is TOO BAD for a delivery company to operate! Guess what happened today? Yep, UPS changed the delivery AGAIN back to the store!!! I had to call and make a stink again today. Hopefully they will deliver to my house. FYI I will NO longer order from companies who ship via UPS. Since I am sitting around with a broken foot and nothing to do I will use my time contacting the companies I make purchases from.

Horrible App. This app continues to malfunction and is almost useless. On Dec 27 the malfunctions began and it took months to make corrections. UPS programmers told me on the phone that the app worked as it was meant to, they weren’t even aware there were massive tracking and entry problems, said they would call me “when it was my turn” (they never called), were totally dismissive to my complaints. It took over two months for the problems to be fixed (descriptions would not hold, missing order numbers, couldn’t track “bill to, ship to” orders (going to other addresses), etc. Once finally fixed, the “fixes” would repeatedly disappear and seemingly be written over with the next update. Now, yet again, the same problems are back - descriptions don’t show at all; some package descriptions have been entered over a dozen times yet still are not visible. The UPS App is unreliable and almost worthless, they are offensively dismissive, and now it is almost impossible to reach a person. NEWS, UPS: I don’t want to speak to a computer and neither does anyone else! UPS now offers NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! In fact, they don’t know what customer service is.

App is great!. I’ve used this app for a few years but for the past couple of days I haven’t been able to open the app. I can log in online just fine but the app just forces itself to close before anything loads. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I even looked at the app page to seek help before writing a review. Normally I have no issues and the app is very straight forward to use and has been reliable. But now I can’t open it and just thought I’d send a possible bug report. Thanks! Hopefully I’m the only person with this issue. UPDATE: I received an email directly from the developers regarding the bug and they explained that it was an error with loading due to communication with the Facebook component in the app. So most likely was only an issue if you signed in using Facebook. Which I’m pretty sure I did. But the issue had been resolved shortly after I posted this, then shorty after that the developers responded to me. Honestly I let it go and wasn’t expecting a response. Very good app management! Wonderful customer service. Thank you for taking the time.

Worst ever. When I first seen the low rating of the ups app I assumed it must be a low quality app. I then learned the app is well made, it’s the company itself that’s very low quality. Since it’s the season to get Christmas shopping done I’ve decided to ship with UPS and right off the bat I can tell this company does not understand the word “fragile” my first item came to me smashed to bits. Luckily the shop I bought it from was understanding to ups’s ways and sent me another for free in a much much bigger and overpacked with support material for ups’s handling. But I can’t write a review based off one incident alone, so I gave them another try with my 2nd package. Aside the fact the location is just out of driving distance from my home I still had it shipped through ups. For the first SIX days ups claimed it was shipped and on its way...FOR six days... on the 7th day I get the email the truck is delayed and no expected delivery time... a location that is 7hrs away and the truck drove for SIX days and is still delayed??? Worst shipping company ever and I can completely see why the low review score...app is well done though.. you can easily find out when you WONT be getting your packages...p.s you should add a check box for “is your item smashed to bits”

Just about useless. This app is pretty much only good for tracking packages which should be possible without an app accept for the fact that UPS's "service" has turned to junk. Delivery is rarely done without issues (late, etc.). This app is pretty much useless in fixing those problems. What little can be done to fix delivery issues with this app are now services that UPS CHARGES FOR (i.e. changing delivery date or to pick up at facility/ UPS store). I recently used the app to change delivery date of a signature-required package to a WEEK later and was charged 10 bucks to do so. That was the only option the app showed available. UPS "confirmed" that my delivery date was updated, I stayed home the day that tracking showed my package would arrive only to be notified at 6:00 PM that my package would be delivered the next day. The only option the app gave me was to AGAIN pay 10 dollars to change the delivery date. What a waste of time. I had to call and spend more time with customer service to change the package to be picked up at the nearest UPS facility. All of that, by the way, was after paying 30 dollars to "upgrade" to UPS shipping. This will be the last time I have anything shipped through UPS when I have an option. USPS would have had the package ( a DOCUMENT, BTW) in my mailbox last week. So sad that UPS has gotten so bad at shipping packages. It used to be my preferred method.

Above and beyond delivery! Thank you. It’s that time of year where I don’t like having holiday deliveries at our front door. So, I went in and changed where I would like any deliveries placed. I have a carport and attached to it is our enclosed screened in patio. Living in the south so many homes have carports, yet it isn’t on the list of choices to have a delivery placed. So, I selected the choice of garage. With fingers crossed, I thought, well the delivery person will know where I mean for it to go. I could have chose back door. I didn’t choose patio, as most deliveries by other carriers end up placing it at my front door that as only a small over of the entryway and open view to the street and those passing by. So, garage I chose. I am so happy to say, your delivery driver knocked on our back door inside our screened in patio attached to our carport. To me that was above and beyond my desire to ensure my small package was safely out of view. UPS thank you to employee.

Delivery concerns!. I ordered my son a nice sturdy chair for his computer table and to sit in while playing games. I thought UPS suppose to take pictures of the package once it’s delivered. I looked into the app to see if I could see a picture however it states “if I want to see the picture!” I was under the impression to tap/click on that but nothing came up. I actually did it twice still nothing happened. My main concern was they didn’t take the picture to show it was in front my door and that could’ve been a disaster because my letter on my door is covered with Xmas decoration and it could’ve been delivered at the wrong apartment number but if I was able to see the picture I would’ve known that the driver delivered it at the correct door and someone could’ve stolen it but the driver would’ve been covered by displaying a picture for me to see. Thank goodness my son was home to get it. I hope this review reach the correct person so that this information can be displayed to that driver. Being a designer I really do like to:. Track my packages on the way to my shop but my neighborhood driver seems to stop delivering a couple of blocks away from me and the tracking on the truck is no longer able to see and the truck sits for a couple of hours. Then I am able to see the truck and my store supplies are delivered about 10 minutes before end of day... Now I’m stretching to believe that the driver controls the gps or has a way to disable it before his route is complete finished for the day... He doesn’t own or lease the truck he works for a company. My husbands fleet are all tracked from the beginning till the end of shift... Don’t know what’s goin on but the next time I see that truck stalled I’m taking a trip to see what and where he’s stopping off at.. It better be legit cause if it’s some of his private side business everyone gonna find out the secret... He’s playing with my money... When I find out a logical reason either I’m upgrading the stars or making a few phone calls..

Beware of False billing. Installed app only for tracking purchases of items ordered online. No shipping involved. Reasonable personal information was given to UPS. A few weeks later I received an email from UPS billing in the amount of $270 for shipping something from the east coast - that I am not responsible for. I contacted UPS via phone and after a 45 minutes wait a very polite representative cleared up the false billing and informed me to change my password as it was compromised she said. She told me to change it. No one has access to my password or phone. I used Microsoft Authenticator with an insane password to change the password. A few weeks later I receive another bill from UPS billing and after a hour wait time on the phone THAT matter was cleared up. That’s it. NO MORE. I demanded on the phone and went online to delete any and all information that was given in order to use the app. Good luck, keep an eye on it and do not dismiss any charges thinking it has nothing to do with you. Take care.

Awful awful awful customer service. Since when did Customer Service become so horrifyingly bad? I ordered shoes from Nike 12 days ago and every time I check on their app it says waiting for carrier pick up. When I check the tracking number on UPS it says label has been created. However no additional information has been available for the last seven or eight days. Today I called Nike and they’re telling me that the package has been shipped and they have no further information, and I need to talk with UPS. I call UPS and their ridiculous automated system keeps putting me through this frustrating loop of “provide me your tracking information before I can connect you to someone”. If I don’t, I keep getting asked the same question over and over and over again. When I provide the number, then it tells me there is a problem with your order and start a claim on the app and our representatives are unable to assist you.” What problem??? Why can’t I speak with somebody that can tell me what’s going on? Sending customers on this wild goose chase because UPS can’t be bothered to have somebody answer the phone is reprehensible. One star is too generous here; I wish I could give a zero star for this level of Customer Service.

Love the app except for….. The app is so user friendly. I love the ability to see the approximate location of the driver in comparison to your delivery location! It makes it so much easier to know when your item is close to being delivered so you’re available if needed. No more porch pirates grabbing your goodies! My only recommendation is adding an area to the delivery option for those who need, or would like the option, to put more specific instructions. For example, my delivery instructions on other apps are always “Please leave by the side door under the carport.” It’s actually the easiest location for drop offs since no one has to climb stairs, my items are “hidden” from foot or vehicle traffic, and it’s closer than my front door is. Clicking on “side door,” “porch,” or any other option remotely close has always confused people because the door isn’t that visible from the road. Hopefully someone at UPS/the app designers take this into consideration and add this option to the app. Regardless, great job on everything else!

Always reschedules packages. I gave UPS the benefit of the doubt since I 100% understand many delays are out of the driver’s control. I also don’t like giving bad reviews. However, this is my last straw. I have watched several UPS drivers drive past my apartment making no attempt to deliver my package now. I will be waiting for packages because I work from home and then get an email saying “Sorry we missed you” as they drive off. This has happened way too many times now and I’m sick of it. Every package that was sent by UPS ALWAYS gets rescheduled and I end up having to wait days and then pick it up at a UPS pick up point. At this point, they should have all packages dropped off at the pick up point to save people the frustration and disappointment. Or just order from vendors that doesn’t deliver through UPS. I never have any problems with USPS or FedEx. The cherry on top is this app, which a complete waste of time. I would give it zero stars if I could. The “MyChoice” doesn’t work at all and the “virtual assistant” chat is automatically generated and does not help solve my problem at all. Horrible user experience overall. Save yourself the headache, and have your packages delivered by another company.

Multiple package not delivered. I have had 2 package about to be 3 packages that were sent back to the sender because the ups driver said the address was either incorrect or was missing a number. But each time I would get a notification saying my address couldn’t be found I would call and speak with someone who would do the bare minimum and say someone will call you back in an hour and the majority of the time I wouldn’t get a phone call. My package which was always paid to be delivered next day would get sent back to the sender which would then take another 3 or 4 days before it gets mailed back out to me and usually after it gets sent back to ups to deliver somehow the driver magically can find my address. I don’t understand how every other delivery service can find my address with no issues but ups can’t find it. I have called to ask to speak with someone other than the people who answer the phones of customer service of which I get none. But they always tell me there is no one who can help me. Well with all this being said hopefully maybe this will grab someone’s attention who can fix this problem because of the packages not being delivered on time I miss a very important phone call from the VA about some important information that now I have to wait another month before I can possibly speak to that person again.

Was good but now impossible to use. This used to be a very clear app. I could see what deliveries I was expecting on what day and packages were sorted in order of expected date. They opted to take this clear view and create chaos for app users. Packages appear in a seemingly random order, delivered packages are mixed in and the removal of color boxes makes it hard to tell them apart from packages en route, and the app is difficult to view. Please fix it!!! We need to be able to see when our packages are coming!!! This is imperative because UPS decided to take their great customer service and throw it in the trash. They’ve made receiving a delivery extremely difficult for their customers. If you can’t get to your door fast enough they will take your package to a random location. Auto parts store on a hill? Sports shop with no parking lot? I’m physically disabled and this has been an absolute nightmare. I need to know when I have packages coming so I can sit near my door and actually receive the items that are crucial to my health and safety. Please please PLEASE fix this app!! And maybe consider creating safe and accessible delivery options for people who can’t trek 4 miles to get their packages in the middle of a city if we can’t get to the door in the two seconds your delivery people deem acceptable.

No choices and delivery times. I was not available for the first delivery it apparently a signature required with no other options so I wasn’t home the second delivery attempt was this morning nothing said what time they may be coming or not I was sitting in the house never heard anyone knock and missed it again now I called and was told someone would call me within an hour to see if they could make another attempt today it’s been an hour and 40 minutes with no phone call. It’s my day off and I don’t know whether they’re going to try and deliver or not again sitting wasting my time It tells you to change it click here and doesn’t let you do anything. I asked over phone as no one is usually home or only here at random why I can’t pick up at ups in rockdale. Now I’m awaiting third attempt which maybe today or Monday as no one called me back as I was told. This is the only item that has given no options other then. Signature required I can’t seem to be given an option to pick it up or know when there coming after the first attempt. I need this item and find it ridiculous it’s the only item worth a few dollars I have had signature required on in years and can seem to get the item. Why is this so difficult and why will you waste gas trying three times but charge me if you take it to be picked up Makes no sense

Obnoxious. I'd used the app for some time but because of issues with it I deleted it. I then decided - some time later - to reinstall it. This is where things went south like a bullet. Well, for the second time, really, or I wouldn't have deleted it in the first place... But I digress. I tried to log into the app using the account info I originally used when I had the app the first time around. Either my id or login "weren't recognized" but I couldn't get a password reset because the email I used when I opened the account is now defunct. So I create another account. But I get to the end of that process only to find out I can't create another account because my shipping address is already associated with an account so won't I please log into the existing account? Ummm, I CAN'T! So I try to find contact information for app support that will ACTUALLY TAKE ME TO AN APP SUPPORT WEBSITE. Hhahahaha hahahhahahahahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahahaha! No, I don't need tech support for worldship software or for printing labels or for shipping a package. I need iPHONE APP SUPPORT! Its either laugh or cry at this point and since it IS sort of silly that a company that can deliver packages around the world can't hire someone to create a useful, functioning mobile app I've opted to laugh!

Life sustaining material. I think all of the people putting themselves at risk,especially U.P.S drivers that make sure we have our life sustaining packages (like myself) on time and in a fashionable manner. They could have used an excuse and said “I m not going to work and taking the chance of getting Covid 19 because I have kids or I have a family etc. they just keep going as they normally would. I thank you all. They care about their customers and when I say they I don’t mean the CEO’s and the board members. I mean the everyday blue collar working man. Job EXTREMELY WELL DONE! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!! May God be with you all and your families during this madness. Remember it’s not Jersey strong or California strong it is called AMERICAN STRONG !!! This is a strong country and it will remain strong because of all the front line workers. I’m praying 🙏🏻 that once this madness is over we can all do something together for all of you that continued to work thru this disease to provide for us. New Update is Horrible. The new update is a terrible UI. It’s so much harder to look at and find what you want since this new update. They advertise that one of the new features is enhanced tracking that allows you to see the approximate location of your package but then this tracking doesn’t show at all. I thought perhaps not all packages qualify for this feature but when I viewed this feature update again, it does not say ANYTHING about not all packages having this feature which tells me I should have it. This comes across as false advertising on UPS’s end. The only good thing out of this update is the app seems to be loading up faster than before. UPS used to be my go to shipping provider because they always did such a great job but between this and them prices gouging me going into the holidays, I have switched to FedEx. I only still use the app for tracking packages coming to me from other companies that use them but if I’m given the choice, I’ll go with FedEx.

Wonderful app for online shoppers!. I have used this app for years and it is very helpful. It gives tracking updates as notifications, which is helpful in planning for a delivery so it isn’t sitting outside tempting a thief to grab it. If we are not going to be home when a delivery arrives, I can have a neighbor grab the package when the app alerts me it has arrived, as it gives real time updates! This entire company is superior to the other delivery company, including the app. I try to have everything shipped UPS if possible because sometimes Fed ex will hold packages up to a week if they don’t have a delivery close to our home. Living far from the city, it happens often. I have had to track down refrigerated medications and gifts that express shipping was paid for Christmas delivery with Fed Ex (and they were “somewhere at our local shipping facility but couldn’t be located, with the tracking number”). I have never had that issue with UPS, they deliver on time every time and sometimes EARLY. This app doesn’t disappoint those that need to know where sensitive packages are located with a definitive date and estimated arrival time.

New version is terrible. I used this app for years without a complaint, now they had to update it in an attempt to prioritize fashion over function. Version 9 is almost unusable. Is this a joke? I waited a week and assumed the designer would be fired and they’d fix this by now. There’s a bunch of filters and toolbars at the top of the tracking page and a ton of useless dead whitespace at the bottom, so only half the screen is dedicated to viewing the only information people are there to see. It’s like viewing my tracking info through a door peephole. If they downgraded to version 8, this would become a 5 star review. UPDATE version 9.2: apparently this is not a joke. They keep making it worse. They reversed the display order so now your most recent packages are at the bottom of the list and you scroll up to see earlier ones (why?). BUT you still have to pull DOWN to refresh the list, so you have to scroll all the way to the top of the list to refresh it! Also, nearly 40% of the entire screen is just headers/search bar/etc. and the bottom 60% contains the information you care about (tracking details). There is so much dead white space the app is painful to use.

Wish my packages weren’t delivered with UPS. If there was ever a question between ups and fedex there should not be one. This is the worst app I have ever used, not to mention the actual logistics and options that are provided to the customer to properly secure your package. The app has no functionality to choose your UPS access point preferred location…. but it doesn’t say that anywhere. So you have to figure it out on your own and find it on the web version. Once my package was redelivered to an access point, the instructions only say pick up at access point - not the actual ADDRESS. So I have no idea where the package is. There’s also a box that says “leave delivery instructions for driver” and when you click it there is no text box or option to leave any instruction. Go figure. Calling the customer service line is a hilarious joke. You have to recite your tracking number over and over again until the robot understands you and there is no way to supersede to talk to an actual representative. They make everything so difficult so that you will give up and upgrade to the paid plan. To get a package!

One package out of 3. One package out of 5 was delivered to my apt door because number one it was a woman who had enough sense to know it would get walked off with if left outside of mailboxes on the counter where anybody coming or going living here or not could just pick it up and walk away with it ! Common sense, other ups drivers don’t care if we get it or not but we pay for it , doesn’t seem to be there problem ! They used to be held accountable for it but no more! 2 of my old navy packages were left out and two of my expensive packages from e-bay this week were left out by mailbox it says well our mailboxes are I our lobby , 4 packages walked away with I have to fight to get my refund that I am owed because they can’t deliver them right!, because there not held accountable, ! Thank you lovely lady from UPS who delivered one package out of 5 ups and usps packages right isn’t that sad on out of 5 what do u bet they were delivered by men ,men generally don’t care as much about anything where chances are a woman out of sensibility does thank u , give her a well deserved raise!

What Brown does for me!!!. Since the mid 70’s to the late 80’s we always had the same UPS driver. I remember my father always talking to our driver like they were old friends. We lived on a dead end road in rural New York State outside of Albany. The closest neighbor was 1 mile away. A few times a week the big Brown Truck would come up our driveway and turn around. The driver would spent a minute or two and emerge with the package of the day. It was easier to shop from the Montgomery Wards, Cabela’s and Sears catalogs than drive the 20 miles and waste a day. I spent a good part of my 20’s and 30’s in Boston and UPS followed. In my 40’s and early 50’s I was traversing Europe and the US photographing industrial projects and UPS was there delivering film, cameras and computers. Now at 59 I’m living in the woods of Cape Cod shooting sunsets, sunrises, the MilkyWay Galaxy and curating my life’s work. At least 2 times a week your brown aluminum truck comes clattering down my dirt road with a package, a happy driver, a quick conversation til next time.

Sad UPS doesn’t use this as advertised.. Have had a number of issues with deliveries that this app should have solved. I have a difficult driveway in the winter. UPS advised me to use the change my delivery function to deliver to another close address so my deliveries are safe. Deliveries are not made to the changed address, but are sent back to the distribution center. The changed address is on the main road the truck goes by on it’s way to my place. Talking to the drivers over the past couple of years, UPS’ system doesn’t send an alert to the driver to advise of the change. Drivers I’ve talked to admit they rarely access the portion of their tracking units that deal with the changes, because it is an extra step, and takes time, of which affects their efficiency ratings. This app would be great if used as intended, but internal workings of UPS defeats its purpose. BTW, I’ve had a number of conversations with people identifying as “far up the chain in UPS, so they’ve heard this before, straight from me.

Close Yet Not…. Tracking has become a common occurrence recently as we are all shopping online and shipping. This could coupled with easy tracking yet Corporate America’s reluctance to join customer service and technology means nothing is simple. The app work unless you click the tracking number when you first receive it from the sender. It won’t be in UPS’s system yet. So you wait a while and then information populates but not a delivery date. A button appears to receive updates yet requires logging into the account and that requires a password needing a dozen characters (much more than most other organizations!) so I reset my password. AGAIN! Now the notification button is gone. I ask the assistant who is virtually useless for any real questions. Finally I am chatting with a human who makes a suggestion, but doesn’t tell me how to navigate TO the solution and as soon as I leave chat it has ended and I cannot return. All in an attempt to get a notification about a delivery I am paying to have. Some terrific customer service there! Good use of technology.

Far and above all the other shipping companies. I really like this app. It keeps tracks of both my packages going out and coming in all without my input(this does require a free registration with UPS MyChoice) but the convenience far outweighs this simple step. Once in a great while I may have to manually enter a tracking number, but for that you can simply use your camera. In addition once you have registered you can authorize packages to be left at you house, even if they require signature. You can also specify drop off preferences and let UPS know if you are on vacation. One of the feautures I have found especially useful, since I live in a rural area, if I know I am not going to be around that day I simply set it to hold at ups location and I pick it up as I go through town, that way my instant gratification gets fulfilled sooner,lol. All around it seems as if UPS has put much more thought into their app then other services and it is wonderful experience to use

New version and an enhancement request. I love the new version! Significantly a better UI UX so bravo to all of the teams who worked on this! The UPS store/drop off box location is missing though. I tried the bot for this but too many questions for that to be the solution. One request for an enhancement (which also drove me nuts on the prior versions), when there are multiple addresses in the “select address field”, the app should retain the last address selected the next time I open the app. Currently, it defaults to the first address in the list of addresses (which for me is not the address that I check 9 out of 10 times). Use case: user has addresses A, B, C listed in the select address field. User selects address B. User closes app. User opens the app 5 days later, address B is automatically the address populated in the “select address field”. User only has to click on the select address field if address A or C is needed.

UPS address change!!. This is the second time ups has done this, i've gotten a cosmetic from sephora and they were using ups as the shipping method and i put in the right address and everything, but the city. i tried changing the city name while i could but i couldn't. and i tried multiple times on the website to change it but it won't give me an option and bringing me to unnecessary parts of the website that didn't help me!! it took more than 2 weeks js for one cosmetic to come in js for it to be shipped to the wrong address, then moved to a ups access point. The second time i ordered something from nike and they were dunks and again i put in the right address and everything!! including the city name but it got changed suddenly! and then again i tried going to the ups website to change the address name and it wasn't working and doing the same thing over and over again. i got in touch with a ai assistant and it told me exactly what to do and i did EXACTLY what it told me and as soon as i tried i got taken to a different part of the ups website that said they don't have any delivery options for me???? this is absolutely outrageous and im not satisfied!!!

Best insurance policy out there!!!. Times used to be you would order something and the only thing to do after that was wait with excitement until you either got a knock on the door, or pulled into the driveway after work and saw that package sitting on the front porch!!! Now, however, I used to worry so much about my package “disappearing “ before I got home, that it limited my shopping. I’ve been using UPS mobile for about 3-4 years now, and I’d fight to keep it. Your kept up to date on exactly where your package is and when it’s due to arrive. Have an emergency come up and know you won’t be able to be there on Rome? Contact UPS via the app and reschedule. Want your package left on your back porch instead of your front porch? Set your preference once and that’s where you’ll find it. Know that your package must be signed for or it will be returned? Have it delivered to a local pick up spot with extended hours and pick it up after work. I absolutely ADORE this app and wished I had this much control over EVERY aspect of my life! Keep up the good work guys!

Awful customer service!. UPS is awful go with usps or fed ex. They will not provide any customer service and are glad to lie straight to your face. Goodluck with the virtual assistant who will just give you random links because no real humans care about you who work here. But to be clear it is not the people’s fault who work at the facilities! They are actually all very nice. They’re working hard hours to provide us with information, while their corporate leaves them to hang out in the dry to figure everything out. An FYI for anyone wondering if their package is ready. If your package received a “Departed from facility”, “Arrived at Facility”, or a “Destination scan”, then your package can literally be anywhere. He had told me that the online systems just assume that your package has left and assumes your package has arrived on time. He told me my package was still at the place that the app had told me it had left 3 days ago! Do yourself the favor of waiting until the app says your package has arrived, and I pray for you that it is actually there at the UPS facility or delivered to you. Goodluck my friends🙏🏼 also just go with fed ex or usps way better customer service with real humans that you can talk to.

Incorrect UPS Store hours + ever changing delivery dates. For decades I have had the highest opinion of UPS thinking they had the tightest ship in the shipping business. Well two nagging web/app issues are tarnishing that image: 1. INCORRECT UPS STORE HOURS POSTED Your App and website indicate that the hours of the Hinsdale, IL UPS Store are 8am - 6:30pm but in reality they are 9am - 5:30pm. These shorter hours are posted on their door and mentioned in their voicemail greeting. That greeting says “that because of temporary staff shortages….. “. Well that temporary problem looks like a permanent problem because it’s been this way for way over a year. The staff at the store says they can’t get UPS to update their posted hours. I can’t tell you how many customers pull up to that store between 5:30pm and 6:30pm to find out the store is all locked up. It’s wasting our time and makes one wonder why don’t use USPS Ground Advantage next time. 2. MORE TIMES THAN NOT YOUR INBOUND TRACKING TO OUR LOCATION WILL SAY TODAY OR TOMORROW BUT WILL THEN CHANGE TO THE NEXT DAY. Sometimes we like to plan for when packages arrive otherwise we want to divert to an access point. It’s hard to plan when the info changes so frequently

Not accurate at all. They lie about everything.. They want you waste your whole day on the phone and driving to different locations/hubs. It seems impossible to try and make logical factual sense of when and if a actual knock on your door and attempt to deliver, and have you sign for your package. They give you multiple blocks of times to be at home to sign for your package, but then the block constantly change, and then they supposedly make an attempt at a block of time that they told you not to be there. He will talk to multiple people that barely speak English and know nothing about the process. You can even attempt to talk to managers and supervisors and they will lie to you. Also, you might as well just smash your head against the brick Wall or shoot yourself in the head and get the same feeling of dealing with UPS. I did finally end up with dealing with three good people at the UPS hub/depot in Chantilly Virginia and did physically get my package off their truck there. Kaliyah ups businesses supervisor and Matt Lee at the UPS in Chantilly were very helpful and went way over and above to make sure I got my package.

Good App With One Problem. I have used this app for years, and it has mostly been dependable. But there has been a continuing problem when attempting to update my information to become a UPS My Choice Member. It repeatedly gives a pop-up message that says, “Your previous update request is pending. Please wait at least four hours before attempting to update your personal information.” And then nothing happens. Otherwise, everything I need is right in this app — I can track my packages, leave instructions so the driver knows where I want the delivery left, request a different day for my delivery if I won’t be home, and also get a good laugh while shaking my head when my package goes from Chicago to Colorado and sit there when it’s supposed to come to Cleveland. I love that I can set up text notifications for my deliveries so I know my package has been delivered so it doesn’t sit by the front door for hours. Thank you for a very useful app, please just fix the issue with the pop-up referenced above. Thanks!

Needed information. I feel that you have the ability to tell me where & who the packages are coming from because whenever hit the tab for more details it ONLY sticks to information regarding when it’ll be delivered…will you please add this feature to see who & where the packages are being sent from, you have no idea how helpful this information would be ESPECIALLY when it’s something that has to do with a repair here at my home. Let me know when you can discuss this at your next meeting with whoever has the powers to make this HUGE IMPERATIVE & IMPORTANT decision so that repairs can be scheduled ASAP & for ALLLLLLL the other important reasons for needing to know so that if it’s frozen foods for humans or for our Ricky Bobby that eats large Rats or for other packages that need to be put away into our freezer etc, I mean there’s a host of other reasons that are just as important in knowing who & where our packages are coming from so please call your Supervisors or WHOEVER is at the TOP OF THE CHAIN so that their chain can be yanked on until this is resolved, thank you so very much.

The app is great. Wish the service was too. The app is wonderful. I only wish the UPS service was equally as good. I pay $40 bucks a year to have UPS My Choice Premium. This is supposed to upgrade any packages that are coming via “Sure Post”. Those packages travel partially thru UPS but then are delivered the last leg by USPS. If you select your settings to do so, they will automatically upgrade all of those packages. But UPS consistently has an issue following thru and delivering any of of these packages. It will even show on the app that it’s been upgraded and then get passed on to the post office. It’s extremely frustrating!! When you call to talk to someone about it, all they do it’s say “Sorry” and tell you someone will call you from the “operations” center within an hour. Of course, this never happen. There is absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY for this company whatsoever. It’s horrible. They damage your packages and then attempt to blame it on the fact that you did not pack it well enough. It’s awful!! We need someone to hold them accountable!

Favorite practical app. The UPS app makes it so easy to keep track of my orders and their timeline for delivery. Plus you can provide an electronic authorization for your packages through the app so that you don’t have to sign for them in person. I really love this feature since I live in a condo building and I don’t have a direct doorbell. I also love how smart the app is. If I copy a tracking number from an email and then open the app, it recognizes that I’ve coped one of their tracking numbers and asks if I’d like to search for it. (Although typically as soon as a package has been shipped to my address, it immediately shows up in the app). You can also change your delivery address or request a pickup through the app. I honestly can’t say enough good things. Particularly during Covid-19, I’m ordering a lot more necessities online these days and I would probably lose track of my orders if it weren’t for this app. Thanks for the wonderful service UPS!

Useless app.. I have two packages that were scheduled to be delivered today. Both are coming from the same sort terminal. One has not been updated from said sort terminal, and says it will be delivered today. The other has been updated to the next sort terminal in my state, and the app says due to the weather the shipment has been delayed, but they have no idea when it will arrive. Two packages coming to the same destination with different information...wait a minute.....is the USPS app.....? As is common these days, companies race to beat the competition with high tech information apps without having the technology to deliver timely info, or none at all. Most of it comes down to scanning a label and computing an algorithm and yet they cannot get it right. I know we pay enough to ship packages, smh....... why even have an app when you cannot accurately update it? One of the packages ( the one that still says it will be delivered today) is signature required. So I tried using the app to change the delivery instructions to pre sign for it.....yea you guessed it...I couldn’t. I then used the email link to pre sign.....yea, received a message that they were having technical difficulties and to try back later....of which I have been trying to do for the last two days to no avail! I love the company, and drivers, but they need to get rid of the app. It’s embarrassing to the company.

Downgrade. The new app is a downgrade in quality for my uses as it doesn’t offer the functionality of the older app, specifically the “Change Delivery to an Alternate Location” function. It is not available for review or modification. Instead, after spending a lot of time on the phone and then talking with tech support, the only solution was to log in to the web browser version to modify my Premium Membership Preferences. So more inconvenience is already built in to managing the account, especially as it was available before. Now, I have to manually click every item being sent to me and instead of having confidence that I can pick it up safely with signature release and conveniently at my neighborhood UPS Store location, I’m left to contend with missed deliveries that can result in theft and/or damage, if not just additional confusion as to where packages will be sent. A big miss for the new app. Please rectify this oversight or correct this error, UPS. I’m not willing to lose another $1000 worth of items due to delivery mishaps and systematic errors.

Honest Feedback. Love the App especially when having to track a shipment that requires a signature. The only issue is when you are tracking the truck to deliver the items, we waited all evening. Then when it got past 8:30 pm and it was on our main road, ( which Fed Ex delivered an hour ago) the truck turned around and did not deliver our items. Then proceeded to list “severe weather or emergency situation “. This is not the first time. I would rather have an option where the driver was running late and was not able to deliver the products due to time constraints that was not under their control. ( I understand about not being able to effectively predict time) Today, we received an alert from UPS, our signature required items will be here between 1:30-5:30pm, great I will be home. An hour later it was revised to 3:30-7:30pm. Now we will not be home. The items are time and temperature sensitive. Other than that I love the app, just wished there is an alternative option for the driver to communicate why the items could not be delivered. Thank you

Great app. The app itself is excellent for just about every feature it offers. Only minor complaint is when it shows a package is "almost there" just because the delivery truck is nearby. A driver's route might put them near your address several times per day before they finally deliver to your address, so until they can figure out a better way to truly know that your delivery is coming up soon, instead of just going by the drivers proximity to you, they should probably remove that feature. As for all the negative reviews about UPS as a company, I don't understand how that makes the app bad by default. I suspect those reviewers had one single bad experience waiting for a package so they took out their frustration tenfold via an app review. I have been using UPS heavily for over 20 years and I had maybe 1 or 2 issues along the way, nothing serious enough to warrant more than an "oh well." I understand everyone's situation and expectations are different, but to publicly blast an entire company based on being unhappy about one transaction seems very petty and childish to me. But what do I know?

Needs One Big Upgrade!. Update: November 01, 2021 Still no update on adding a “lock box” option for deliveries? There is one big update that would be helpful and this would be for the app and the website. If you have UPS My Choice you can choose where your package will be left. You’re given multiple options but a lot of newer communities like mine use a smart locker for packages. My communities smart locker is controlled by this website - (www) ParcelPending (dot com) This is an electronic mail package locker where the user puts in a PIN number to open the locker. This PIN number is emailed to the user whenever something is delivered from UPS, FedEx, etc. There is no option to select a smart locker on the UPS app or website. This means I need important or expensive packages to be re-delivered which is a pain (my front office doesn’t accept packages) or manually pickup which defeats the delivery service. Please give customers this option, I don’t need to sign for a package if it’s placed in the smart locker. The smart locker is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so it doesn’t matter what time the UPS driver shows up for delivery. If this option is added I will re-rate this review and increase to 5 stars since I love the app besides this major issue. Thank you!

Horrible. I’m trying to change delivery instructions, but everytime I try to log into UPS My Choice (which I think there is no point to have anyway) it takes me back to the home page where I input my tracking number, which then tells me to log in again even though I have already logged in. The app and the website keep me going in circles when all I want to do is log into UPS My Choice, input my tracking number, and change the delivery instructions so I don’t risk having my expensive package stolen while I’m away for on vacation a couple days. I cant log in, it just sends me back to the home page where it asks me to log in again, then it sends me to the app, then the app gives me no option to log into my UPS My Choice account and only gives me the option to sign up, and it goes on and on and on. It’s absolutely ridiculous, I’ve been trying to do this simple thing that I can do on other shipping websites in less than 5 minutes. Update: after almost an hour of trying to figure it out, I managed to log into my account and got to change the delivery instructions to rear door, just to find out that they left my package at the front door instead. thankfully my dad decided to drive an hour back home to get some stuff or else my package would’ve been stolen. ridiculous.

This app was good until…. I’ve used this app for a few years now, and granted, it had its issues from time to time but overall I loved it. One of my favorite features was the map allowing me to see where my package was. It even used to have the Street View feature, but that was before this most recent update. Not only did they take that feature away and give us a generic looking map, they have taken away the option to authorize release of package(s). Since this recent update, I’ve had two packages stolen. I don’t have the option to let them know to wait and deliver it the next day. I recently requested (24 hours ahead of time) my package be delivered on another day ,because I pay money for the UPS My Choice but they brought it anyway…. And it doesn’t help that the new driver I have barely even knocks on the door and never waits to see if anyone answers! So, you should’ve left well enough alone UPS… the app was fine the way it was before. The developers need to keep in mind the old phrase “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” the next time they decide to do a so-called “update.”🙄 Updates are supposed to improve apps, not make them worse and more useless!

Great tracking app. I’ve only had this app for a couple weeks but it’s proven itself invaluable in that short time. I ordered several items from different online retailers and most of them use UPS as their go to shipping provider. The app helps you keep up with the tracking numbers of all your packages and you can check any one of them at any given time for progress or a rescheduled shipping date among other things. You can also assign nicknames to each tracking number so you know which order contains what items. It automatically uploads any tracking number to the app with all this info and you can set up delivery placement at your address or change a delivery to a pick up in a matter of seconds. My only complaint is it won’t delete tracking info of delivered packages. I’ve got the option turned on in the settings but it still keeps them in the list of tracking numbers for some reason. I’m sure I’ve left out several other options you have on this app that are very handy but these are the ones that stand out for me. Just get this app trust me you’ll love it.

Blunders. The app is convenient but the truck tracking is spotty and often unavailable. UPS in general can be problematic. I changed my delivery to a drop point less than a half mile from my home. It was scheduled to arrive at my home from 12-3pm. When I changed the drop point, the time changed to before 7pm. I changed the delivery spot bc I had to go to the store I changed it to at the end of the day anyway. The package did not arrive that day. Not only did it not arrive, but the drop point claims to be open until 10pm, when the actual store closes at 9pm. Even more ridiculous, I know for a fact that the route of the truck my package is/was on is extremely local, so getting my package to the new spot should not have been an issue. If the truck tracking had been functioning, I wouldn’t have had to go through any of this, as I would have gone to the truck and tipped the driver to get my package on the spot. I have done this before. I have interacted with the driver for years and he appreciates the tip. It is not an inconvenience for him at all and is an easy way for him to make a little extra money from me. I don’t know if this last blunder is the fault of UPS or the driver, but either way, it was a major inconvenience to me since it was very important that I received the package on time and there was absolutely no reason for it not showing up.

Love UPS delivery, and auto tracking!. I had gone through a difficult repair to husbands iPad. It had to be replaced, but only after receiving it back twice, and the second time they had replaced the battery, but had not taken off the Balastic Glass screen protector. So before sending back for the third time, I waited until the battery went dead! I knew the main circuit board had finally had it. It took about the entire month of August to receive the new replacement which was going to be an upgrade. This time I got it tracked by UPS and it was delivered a day before we expected it. This had been hard to believe but we were very happy to get our replacement and we can use a hot spot and tether the iPad to the iPhone so he can get his calls more easily because he carries it around the house, and he will be able to use it in the car while going to his medical appointments now. It was a great day when he had his own iPad again. Thanks for the great service from UPS and really appreciated the updates so he could relax and have a nice weekend when it did arrive!

Fibbing. Always like using UPS,, all the drivers that I have meet , they all just been all out good folks,, but the last one that was here just flat lied , he got here, looked all over his truck for my packages, they was not on the truck, he was thinking maybe on another truck that was close by or they didn’t get loaded for some reason, but instead of telling the truth, they was not on the truck, he put down retailer was closed for delivery 🤔🤷‍♂️, not understanding that, but I have surveillance all around my house n even us there on video, clearly shows me walking away with no packages, and beat all, can’t get anyone on phone or email to answer me about the situation,, I do like using UPS for my deliveries, n still will continue to use them for now but don’t like the telling lies,,, n now shows one package stuck in Atlanta n one package says reschedule for redeliver🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️, guess hoping some employers would see this n contact me or hopefully my packages get here

Website, UPS policies, App all outdated.. Good luck signing in with a UPS account if your outside the US. The website, their policies, App all needs a 2021 update from the 1800 they still run the company with. Looking at the state of UPS outdated process I’m not not even sure if my package will reach for months.

Terrible service. An expensive item has been delivered to the wrong address. I opened an investigation and they closed it saying there’s proof of delivery but didn’t even communicate to me and try and sort it. So where is my parcel then?

Fix it now.. This is the worst app ever I haven’t even been able to make a proper acc where I’m able to reschedule a redelivery bc the idiots came by my house on Australia Day I wasn’t home I had no way of knowing the parcel was even coming. Now I can’t make an account bc it keeps saying I need to confirm my acc through an email which I’ve received. I click the link says I need to sign in and I put it in and it says it’s wrong I’ve done it so many times it’s temporary restricted me from my account. My parcel is worth $300. You better fix this or I’ll sue

Not helpful. The only thing worse than this app is setting up a UPS account, which you need to do before use this app. Was unable to perform simple tasks in this app so I had to ring UPS - something which shouldn't be necessary these days. (You can create an account in this app, but it just displays the same web pages inside the app that you get if you setup an account in a web browser. When I tried to setup an account it told me I already had an account, but when I tried to reset the password it told me I didn't have an account... When I finally got it working, to do anything with a parcel requires you to register a 2nd time but thankfully this registration was painless and it automatically linked it to my 1st account. What did I need to register a 2nd time to access? - to be able to change anything with the delivery of a parcel. This is the only thing 99% of people need to do so why make it more difficult than it needs to be).

In accurate time line. UPS. Said parcel coming today. Been processed out for delivery. Didn’t arrive and says it is coming tomorrow now. Would like to see more of a Am or Pm time frame or even better courier is on it way 1/2 hour before delivery. I have had so much trouble with this company drivers don’t even ring the door bell just leave leaflet in letterbox. I have actually seen them pull up, and drive before even getting out of the front door. Didn’t ring bell just left leaflet in letterbox. Then you spend hours trying to get it re delivered. Have no faith in authority to leave incase they leave over the road like another time. Had to knock on doors to find my “delivered” parcel.

Disappointing app. The app offers very little useful functionality. There is no link between tracking and shipments. It forgets the tracking id after a few days, so you have to go and find it again.

Horrible experience. Horrible experience one they lost my first parcel and now the second parcel hasn’t moved in more than a week and still waiting. Zero communication has to chase them up everyday

Bad customer service/ communication. I have been waiting for a parcel for 5 weeks it arrived at destination and has come to a complete halt, when I call I get told they can’t tell me anything about the parcel I just have to wait, their broker has also contacted me with no whereabouts of the parcel and again just wait , it’s been 5 weeks how much longer do I have to wait!!!!!!

Bad website , lousy customer service.. Tried to contact someone to find out why there is a delay. There has been no update for days. Cannot login to website or even create an account as it must have some old details of mine from years ago, which I don’t remember . So I tried to create a new account but it wouldn’t allow me to, so I have had to go back to the company that I purchased the product from to get them to chase it up.

Don’t bother. The app is as useless and inefficient and UPS themselves. The app doesn’t actually prove any real data. Kept saying ‘information unavailable’ so I never knew when packages were out for delivery. Said my delivery would be available on a Monday, took the day off work to accept it. Never showed up and still hasn't. Guess I have nothing else better to do with my time during covid then stair out a window waiting for the UPS guy to never show up. Better off calling customer service and asking them.

So Fast. Ordered a car part from Summit Racing in the USA, and it was delivered to me in Australia in a faster time than it takes to get a parcel delivered to me from an hour away.

Maria’s Special Pillow. I am ecstatically happy. I bought a pillow from a company I thought was Australian but the product was actually made in India . It was printed with photos of my selection of my dear friends, MP and her son on one side and the three of us on the back. My dear friend whose son passed away in September. I wanted her to have it to comfort her and especially in time for Christmas. It was meant to arrive on 23/12 but I got emails and other notifications telling me that it was now going to arrive on 29th of December and I was extremely upset and disappointed because this lady is grieving hugely at 84 years old for her much younger son. Anyway, amazingly it arrived today, the 24th so I rang her to let her know that I got a update and Delivery confirmation with a photo and it was left on her veranda. I asked her to and she went out retrieve it and she opened it inside while I was with her on the phone and she cried and she was so happy when she saw it and it’s just made her day and my day and it’s made my Christmas to be honest! Thank you so much UPS. You really did deliver. Five stars from me. I’m so grateful that it got there just before Christmas. I am beyond happy and satisfied. I don’t know what you did but thank you for getting it there before Christmas rather than just before New Year’s. Blessings to all those involved.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼♥️. Best wishes from a very happy Customer.

poor tracking. I used this app for tracking, I don’t really recommend using it, since the tracking they give out is inaccurate

Impossible to get help. Hopeless if you need acknowledgment that duty has been paid. They threaten to dump your delivery if the duty is not paid. UPS is impossible to contact. I tried the online chat. The only response given was to call a disconnected phone number. Decidedly dodgy. I’ve tried to contact UPS with; - Email - Chat - Phone Nothing worked. Non existent customer service. Impossible if you are running a business. I will not use UPS in the future if at all possible and will advise everyone I know to the same.

Review.. No logins. No sign ups. Trying again and again. Called twice on customer service all they keep telling you is what’s on the app. No further updates. No reference card or number left in mailbox to pick up from nearby location. App says if parcel is missed they will try next day. But there’s no one out there.

ADDRESS NOT WORKING. Putting in the correct address every time and keep saying “we’re having technical difficulties and it takes soo long to sync used other apps like universal parcel tracker which is better and got updates before the app itself Dissatisfied

useless. Only got the app as the website wouldn't change country from usa (hey america, theres a whole world out there) and i needed to change my address. Customer service closed weekends. The app doesnt even allow you to change address, despite claiming to on the app store.

Technical difficulties with app. They give you the option to sign up for UPS Choice Membership but you need to enter in your address. Every time I try to enter in my address it says there are technical difficulties

Terrible and confusing. Downloaded to track a parcel. I found it so confusing and terrible to use. All I want to do is track a parcel from overseas. Looks like you have to get an ID then sign in and then to get Ups My Choice to be able to redirect or reschedule your delivery you have to do it all again - is that another sign in or what, goes around in circles. Like a previous review what an absolute waste of my time. I just gave up out of frustration. It is shocking compared to the Aust Post app here in Aus. Don’t bother

Inept in every way. Totally incapable of performing any function desired, constantly error messages preventing you from actually mutualising the app in any capacity. Genuinely the only other online experience that compares to how truly abysmal this app is, has to be the UPS website. I am in genuine shock that such an established company has such a dismal excuse for an online presence. 0/10

Redesigned... for the worse??. Wow. Supposedly a complete redesign to make the app better, easier to use. What is the first thing I noticed when opening the update? They “hid” all the app’s functions in a hamburger menu, which is right at the top of the screen. On big phones this is unreachable with the thumb without re-gripping the phone (or using a second hand). Why get rid of the tab bar? There’s a reason this is used in a lot of apps - because it’s quite user friendly and easy to understand. Second thing? I wanted to send some feedback, so I clicked on the “Help & Support” item in the hamburger menu. It warns me first that it will be opening the browser (instead of offering anything useful directly in the app, like say FAQs, or contact details for support etc). Then what do I get when it opens the browser? A 404 page not found on the UPS site. So clearly the link programmed into the app is old/out of date, or whoever is in charge of the website wasn’t clued in to ensure that this link worked as planned. Either way it’s pretty sad. Well done UPS. I think you’ve managed to make an already pretty bad app even worse.

UPS Service. Most features just opens a website within the app or redirects you to a web browser. Contacting support is one of the worst experiences. Was waiting for someone to pickup for 20 mins, finally got someone to pickup just for them to hang up on me 3 seconds into the call because they couldn’t hear me. The app told me that my goods were still waiting to be approved and cleared. then suddenly out of no where i get a notification saying it was delivered. luckily i had someone at home to pick it up. Just hope to never go through UPS again. makes AUSPost feel like a champion.

Terrible service. Half of it doesn’t work or is “having technical difficulties”, the service is dismal, I can’t make UPS My Choice work because it just loops me back through the enrolment procedure. Who designed this?

1 star because -1 star isn’t an option. This is clearly just plain fraud. You can see from all the comments the service isn’t delivered as promised. Any service, whether it’s the App or the physical delivery. And, don’t just look at the Recent ones, this goes on for 4 & 5 years. I don’t know why any online-order company would risk their business by using UPS. Looking at you SVB. You said you could deliver to a boat harbour. No you can’t. These people are screwing us and you. I also don’t know why Apple lets an App as clearly broken and manipulated as this on their App store. You can see the couple of 5star reviews are bots. We assigned Authorization to Leave and it’s saved but then they miss their delivery window and say we rescheduled and then all the settings are gone. This is after we complained because the App wasn’t working at all before then and they came 2 hrs before their 5hr window. I believed the company I was buying goods from would use a reputable courier so I just downloaded the App because I thought it would help tracking. I didn’t read the Reviews. Oh boy !! This has been going on for 5 days. BS UPS. Not happy Joan.

A waste of my time registering. App provided no further updates than the website, and did not allow me to add any delivery instructions or preferences. It takes a while to register though. ... in the end I had to make a call to the call centre on a premium (caller pays) number. The customer service representative could not tell me why delivery has not been attempted even though parcel has been at the local warehouse for more than 24 hours. All she could add is that I *might* expect it to be delivered within another 2 business days. Ironically, the delivery for the last 11km will take longer than the trip from Dallas Tx to Sydney Australia. Let down by the punctuality of the local UPS team. Look at DHL’s app and operations to see a slick and well oiled operating model.

Very disappointed- late delivery as always. This is not the first time this has happened. I ordered a pair of sneakers that were supposed to arrive last week, and they’re still not here. Delivery delays seem to be a recurring issue with the UPS. If you can’t guarantee the shipping times, you should stop advertising them. I’m seriously reconsidering ordering again.

USELESS. Can’t re route or schedule a delivery of a parcel, even though the app says you can. I already have an account and am logged in. When you click delivery options it keeps trying to make you ‘sign up’... I’ve now signed up twice and it still doesn’t work. You just go around in circles

Sat in the warehouse for 5 days. It’s friday, according to CS rep in the Philippines it’s out for delivery, yet it’s 7:53pm and not on my doorstep or any doorsteps of other buildings in my address. Not in the mailbox as well. This is my first and final package delivered using UPS. I will be highly avoiding non-Australian businesses that use UPS. My package arrived in Botany warehouse (Sydney) on Sunday, and it cleared customs on that day, and they had 5 business days to deliver it but no I still don’t have the package and it’s Friday.

Wake up. I open the parcel detail in safari. The option to leave at neighbour does not work. Forces me to leave safari, install the app, log in, find option to leave with neighbour and it takes me back to safari where it magically works now. What the actual F. Why do I need to log in three times back n forward. Please make it simple, this is annoyingly complicated. I’m getting lost just to navigate a simple package.

Useless!!!. Why have this service as a deliverer in my country when no customer options are available in my region?!?! I need to make one small edit to clear an error that THIS service is flagging but then the options to make the correction are unavailable?!!! Just looping in circles uselessly!! Excruciatingly redundant!! Frustrated! Would never voluntarily use this service!!! 0 stars

Don’t bother with this app. What a waste of precious life this app was. All I wanted was to track a shipment, firstly signing up was a mess and for tracking shipments the additional info available after signing up was useless and not worth the effort. But the worst was 90% of the time the app wouldn’t connect and update progress with an error displayed that the service was unavailable please try again later. When it did work the tracking was ok. Lastly once I installed the app, hitting a tracking URL say in an email would automatically fire up the app from as browser session, good times when the app doesn’t connect. I ended up removing app and back to online tracking via the UPS site.

Unreliable. Told me to wait all day to have my parcel collected and processed and never showed up all day and when called they booked me in for another day which again same was repeated and when asked for a refund they tell you to wait for 30 business working days . Very crazy team . If something cannot be done then you should not create it or say it can be done . You deserve a 0 as a review

Don’t bother!. If your signing up a account to further track your parcel don’t bother,it’ll just show the same info as using google search. So now I’ll have to call them,rubbish app and company too. Had my parcel for weeks now

Huge step backwards. This app has always been clunky, but at least you could see packages that were coming to your address. Now they’ve taken that part out so in order to track packages you have to click on a tracking number in an email first before they appear in the app.

Worst app ever!. Always constant bugs, can’t even add my address as it says “sorry we’re having technical issues”, when I set to deliver without signature they say they can’t deliver because the system never actually saved my choice. The worst developers in the world work on this app!

The WORST. The app web etc might work for USA citizens but as an Australian waiting for a delivery it is abysmal. I’ve tried to register but it insists I am in the USA and will not allow me to change this. Have you not heard of location intelligence! Now UPS expect me to drive 1.5 hours each way to a depot to pick up my parcel. I’m completely over US companies atm. There is another world outside your walls you know.

App Needs Data. Well the app has definitely improved. But the couriers don’t bother to scan often enough eg. when an item is out for delivery. So all you get is delivery by 19:00 and not a window. This crappy company will detain you for the entire day.

Pointless Downloading the app. The email I received notifying me of my parcel delivery date had 3 link options on it *change delivery *manage preferences *view delivery planner. Pressing any of these links to the app registration. Once I had gone through the process the app does not let you do any of these things. It prompts you to become a member of “UPS my Choice” THE ONLY INFO YOU GET WITH THE APP IS THE INFO ALREADY GIVEN IN THE EMAIL. There no point down loading the app!!

Headache - InfoNotice Number. Have to use an InfoNotice number which I didn’t receive to change delivery time. Multiple failed delivery attempts because UPS makes it impossible to change the delivery time. I have a verified email address and the tracking number which is usually enough for most delivery services to change delivery time. Most infuriating process for something that should take 2 seconds. Have to call up support to resolve a very basic issue. Surely that’s just bad business? How much money does UPS spend on failed deliveries and customer support when a simple change of the system could eliminate that completely.

Worse than the website. The tracking in the app was even move vague and unhelpful than the website. Didn’t list any place names or countries once it left the comfort of a few domestic postal locations in the states. The website had better information, downloading this app was a waste of my time.

Honestly the worst delivery service app. Telling me a parcel is coming is great. Not telling me when in the 21st century is ridiculous. Not being able to book a delivery. Offering for me to collect from the depot- why are you guys in business if not to deliver? If I have to pick it up I would not need you.

Hands down the worst delivery experience of my life. So the delivery was missed. Instead of leaving they say they will try next business day. 2 business days later and still not arrived. Here’s the best bit. In order to provide alternate delivery instructions you need a profile but both the app and website crash and say try again later. The last straw and probably what will make them stand out as the worst ever? The email us link insists you log in but you can’t create a profile because it crashes. So in short, just wait and we will deliver when we get to it and you can’t contact us to query it anyway. Dogs.

Worst Web page/App. The whole UPS sites are so hard to use, I looked through the whole app and website to try to add specifications to my delivery options, and something so simple where in other delivery companies is so easy to add I couldn't find a way to do it with UPS. If you want to contact them for help the page never loads. If you want to change something the page doesn't load. Hopefully I will never have to use UPS.

App Doesn’t Work. I have downloaded the app and nothing works! Just trying to create an account has required multiple tries and multiple changes of password. Hopeless and extremely frustrating!

Doesn’t Work. Yeah. It’s a pity but the functionality in the App and also online is less than satisfactory as is the call centre support. It’s unfortunately been a pain to deal with UPS recently in the EU 😞. Key pieces of functionality doesn’t work.

1 star too many. Unfortunate you cant rate zero stars as this app offers literally nothing. Cant track package, no expected delivery window, no way to contact driver, no alternative drop points. Driver can turn up at any point in the day and you will never know until after it is delivered. Also if missed it is taken back to warehouse for an attempt the next day. As I needed my package urgently (paid for express) and I cant sit around for 8 hours through the day waiting for a delivery I had to select no signature required and package was taken before I could get there

Item delivered to wrong address. UPS says item was delivered but it was not. No picture of where item was left, no signature of who took receipt of my item. Delivery person cannot read address on plate clearly visible. Do better UPS.

Expedited not so much. No point in paying for expedited service as the package doesn’t arrive on time then takes a whole day for anyone to realize it before “rescheduling “.

No one comes for my parcel!. Home again, waiting for someone to come and get my parcel. Two weeks ago I set it up online. Put in my credit card, I had all the notifications saying that they were coming to get it and no one ever did but also, no notification to say that nobody was coming , no “oops sorry, will be there another day.” Nothing. It was up to me to call again. Two weeks later I called to reset this pick up…well it didn’t happen…again! I am not sure what to do next. Besides, go to another company and ask for their help. I thought UPS was a good quality company, and my eyes have been opened to the fact that they are not.

Useless, might as well use Microsoft Word. I downloaded this app because I have an expensive package scheduled to arrive when I’m away for work, so I wanted to change the delivery to the desired access location. Well I changed it to the desired access location without attempt to deliver to house, and guess where the package ended up. It’s now sitting on my front steps vulnerable to theft and the cold winter weather. After calling them, “they have no record of this request”

Not a happy customer!. Give name of local store if not delivered on note. Choice to talk to a human right away when phone head office.

Can’t set my actual address. I live in a rural subdivision. I have a central mail box location that I pickup my mail from via Canada Post. I also have a physical “Blue Sign” address in Alberta that allows Couriers to deliver packages to my front door. FedEx is a prime example of this, they have delivered many packages to my house. UPS has consistently held my packages at a location that is an hour away from my, and without even notifying me that they are doing so will hold the package for a few days until they are required to return it to the sender. I have tried to at least send it to a local depot 7min away that I can go pick it up but they refuse. I honestly would NOT recommend using UPS for deliveries outside of major centres.

UPS. Who designed this buggy app? It keeps making me do things that I don’t need to do and when I finally decide to do it after the app annoying my so much to do something so pointless when I press the button it wouldn’t even bring me towards the screen that it needs to bring me to. This app is so buggy and annoying but I have no choice but to use it since this is the official ups website😒

White screen of death. Lol. App version 9.10.2 is 100% broken and only shows a white screen. It’s completely useless. It’s been almost a month since last update. The developers need to get their asses in gear and fix this already

UPS failed to deliver my package and the app doesn’t help at all. UPS tried to deliver my package at their partner access point, but after their opening hours. Since then, my package is blocked somewhere and UPS has done nothing to try fixing their mistake in two days. The app doesn’t give any alternative or didn’t notify me about the problem. The chat on the app is a useless LLM that gave me no new information. I had to call, and they said they would answer me back under 24h. What a slow and cumbersome process, putting the fault on the client while the mistake was clearly their and should have been easy to fix. What was a 1 day shipping is now becoming a over a week friction full process.

Not Happy. Instead of putting in my mailbox, Why would you only leave small packages on my doorstep to be stolen or blown away. I hate it when shippers use ups.

Brutally slow. Poor tracking.. Lack of tracking, brutally slow delivery. Could not be worse service.

Works great. I don’t understand why people are giving so much negative feedback. It works fine, just as good as any other tracking app.

Cannot log in. If you can’t remember your username. But you have your email linked - you should be able to reset your password. I am not able to do that - and so I am can’t change the delivery option. I don’t want to have to have a signature!! So I missed the delivery today. So frustrating.

Can’t add my address. Won’t allow you to add your address of someone else has used it, even though it’s my address. What a scam.

Worst Delivery Service in Nanaimo. Every delivery comes delayed by severe weather. This is usually on bright sunny days when it needs to travel about 20 miles Simply the worst. Worse than all the rest!

The worst. My Costco packages always come opened and severely damaged and this company thinks it’s appropriate to deliver them this way. They don’t do anything to fix the issue except say open an investigation BUT they NEVER contact you to follow through.

Inexcusable delays. My package was first off mishandled and placed in the wrong truck afterwards it sat in the truck for 24 hours without being removed and rerouted, which put it another day behind this is nothing but inexcusable. This is a very time sensitive package. Having financial impact on the customer I will never use this service again

No live data showing where the driver is. I was looking for a an option to few where the drive is so I can plan my day around it because have to be home in order for them to leave the package

Changing up my delivery dates all the time, the app said my packages were suppose to be delivered yesterday, then i had to call and ask about it and they told me my package will be delivered tomorrow and then now the app says that my package is going to be here on Friday. Never on time. This company is the worst, how many days do you have to wait for a package. The drivers are lazy and don’t actually deliver packages unless it’s easy. I freaking hate this company

Never delivers on date given. I have yet to receive a delivery from UPS on the date that they advise it will be delivered. Never! I can see why people don’t like to use Canada Post or its subsidiaries. My packages always arrive at least 2 days after the date they give me.

Poor user face and notifications. The app is poorly designed , it takes multiple clicks to get the information you need and even then it doesn’t show all of it. For example , I can’t change my delivery address but don’t know why unless I go to the website. UPS pushes the app but it barely gives you what you need. I asked for notifications to be sent but never got them. Specifically I had asked for notifications when my package was delivered. Never got those and only knew when I checked the app. For an app that serves a company that delivers things , this app barely delivers the basics.

UPS is terrible. I have used UPS several times over the years to receive packages and every one of those deliveries came with pain. 9 times out of 10 the package never arrives on the date they say it will. Not sure what’s going on over at UPS but they need to get their act together. I avoid using them at all costs; the only time I use them is when the shipper uses them as their vendor of choice.

Not very happy. I had a notice that my parcel was to arrive on Friday, notice was submitted from ups on Thursday. So today is now Monday and still no parcel or update as to when it REALLY, will arrive. Not to sure how long I will have to wait. But I am really not impressed by this.

Always ask me to pick up. Never ship to my address. So bad, told me close 7 PM. BUT THE SHOP CLOSED AT 6 PM

Privacy Concern. This app snoops the data in you clipboard. It’s nice that Apple has provided a means (banner) to detect these bad actors. Why on earth would UPS need access to data that has been copied??

cant log in. i logged in at UPS website via Google (they give the option). It gave me a username and I can access stuff there. The app now just tells me my username is taken and I would have to create a new one. That is dumb. No wonder this app has a low rating.

Chauffeurs non formé adéquatement. J’ai eu la malchance de commander trois fois des produits avec un fournisseur qui faisait la livraison avec UPS. Il s’agit d’une adresse résidentielle à Montréal. La dernier est la semaine passée. Le chauffeur est venu 4 fois pour livrer ma commande et à chaque fois il a laissé des commentaires différentes pour justifier le fait que le colis n’était pas livré: 1 le destinataire n’était pas à la maison- alors que je prix un journée off pour attendre le colis; 2 journée l’adresse n’est pas bonne alors que la premier journée l’adresse était bonne; la troisième il a essayé de livrer mais l’entreprise était fermé alors qu’il s’agit d’une adresse résidentielle, la quatrième fois il avait une problème avec la sécurité alors qu’il s’agit d’une adresse résidentielle . Chaque fois que je contact la service à la clientèle il a me rassurent que le colis va être livré le lqndemains mais …. Je suis toujours sans ma comande. Je fait des commandes avec les autre fournisseurs: Amazon, Purolator, DHL, Nationex ect et je n’ai jamais eu des difficultés. Les chaudières sont formé adéquatement chez les autre scompagnies et arriver à livrer les colis alors que chez UPS sans instructions que je ne sais pas lesquels car même la service aka clientèle n’est pas capable de le confirmer je reste 4 jours sans livraison. Le service de UPS ne correspond pas avec le nom et la marque de la compagnie. Je vais annuler ma commande t je vais aviser le fournisseur.

App No Longer Launching!. App no longer launches on iPhone or iPad. This started happening maybe after IOS 16.5.1? When attempting to open the app, receive blank white screen then popped back to device home page.

This mess needs a revamp!. The UPS app has some really big technical issues. It keeps crashing, is constantly logging me out, and is always giving me technical errors related to “network issues.” I also wish there was some cohesiveness between the website in a browser and the app. Nothing is in the same spot between the two and honestly neither are very user-friendly or intuitive. I also don’t see all the same features across the two. I also hate the Live Chat feature’s current setup. There’s a teal bar at the top and then the bottom part that you type into to message is the same teal. It look nice at first because the top and bottom have these teal bars framing them, but the problem is that the cursor is also teal so you can’t tell where the cursor is when you’re typing. It makes it really hard to fix typos. The whole app is a huge mess! It looks nice, but the actual functionality is a mess.

I Love The UPS App!. This application is great I can track my orders even on their delivery date. The day of delivery I get a map of the delivery truck route. FEDEX doesn’t have that! If it where up to me I would have all my deliveries through UPS. The only flaws is that you don’t deliver on Sunday.😔But other then that you guys are Great! Work on Sundays and you’ll be the power house FEDEX is😭. I cry cuz FEDEX even with them not having the delivery maps upon delivery. Still delivers on a Sunday… their 7 days a week all week, all month, all Year!… and I’m not the only one who thinks this several people think this. Go 7 day a week UPS and you’ll WIN!! The App is intuitively Stupid. It is overly convoluted. Why can’t you create an app that lets you know when the item has been logged to ship and then give you an alert to walk through shipping options available to you step by step for each package and then be done with it. Instead the app takes the settings you have for one package and automatically applies it to every single one, then it makes it hard for you to try to figure out how to change the settings, before your package ships. Then when you do finally figure out how to change it the package gets lost in limbo for five more days. I ordered chocolates that were supposed to be delivered to my home address next day, because it’s 100 degrees outside and they are made without preservatives. I paid extra for next day shipping . But now UPS is sending them to my alternative Access Point and instead and the delivery date is to be determined and there is no way to change the setting back to home delivery.

Love UPS App. I have been using the UPS app for years so when asked after rating my recent deliveries I decided to write an honest review that is only prompted by simply UPS asking. The tracking information is excellent and I’m able to strategically “get” to the door before my son when we have returned gone and his one of many holiday gifts was delivered a little quicker than expected. I can see package progress and have a very reliable understanding if a purchase that is time sensitive will make it on time. I have had to buy backups for parties in instances when fires or storms have impacted the shipping process. When I was little my sister would yell “the package truck is coming!” When the brown truck turned onto our street 😀. Thank you UPS! Wishing everyone a safe and healthy holiday season.

2nd time No package. First, I never had problems with packages being delivered until I began living in Apts with package lockers. When they are filled drivers just throw them in the locker room floor. I lived on the 1st floor in one bldg and now I live on the 3rd floor. No matter if the app delivery preference says FRONT DOOR, they won’t deliver it there. Today is the second time a driver says they delivered my package and left it in a “locker” and nothing is there. I am disabled and this is the reason why I need my packages at my door!!! A snow storm is coming and I ordered a real coat to deal with it!!! Secondly, the app won’t allow me to change any addresses or remove them. There is an old address and incorrect apt number on my account that I have been trying to remove for months! Please fix your App and make these drivers wear body cams and snap proof of where they leave packages. This is getting out of hand and expensive.

Address changes. Good luck changing your address and expecting to receive updates on packages. I have called customer service 3 times, and neither they nor the engineers understand a simple change of address and how to fix it in their system. I moved 3 years ago — and they cannot link my email address/account to my new address, and as such I don’t get texts/visibility into package ETAs. Each time the engineers seem to trust the error messages that the system displays — I literally just need someone to override whatever error is happening in the system and associate an email address on an existing account to an address. They cannot make that happen after three years of trying multiple times. (Initially I think the change failed as the street address was a new street, if I recall — regardless customer service and the back end engineers literally can’t associate an email/account to a physical address. Baffling.)

Far FAR better than EdFex. I’d give it five start but there’s a couple corrections I’d like to encourage. This app is fairly easy to use, although I wish the edit button to add a nickname was quicker to find ( how about on the main page?). I also wish I didn’t have to ask for a text notification every single order and I definitely wish I didn’t have to click on my phone number every single time. But I love being able to see all shipments, expected and unexpected, that are coming to my house. UPS drivers are also always really cool. Unlike the other company who throw my packages and scream that they’re afraid of dogs, (then get a desk job, you ding-dong!!!) UPS drivers actually play with her (a mega happy, bouncing retriever) or 30 seconds and leave my property with a huge smile.

Customer Friendly App?. We did not receive two items that were to be delivered on the same day. The UPS app indicated both packages were delivered at the same time, 8:07 pm. Neither arrived. My wife reported her missing package, I reported mine. I found the process to be difficult. On the page that indicates it was delivered there needs to be a “button” that would allow the customer to notify UPS that the package was not received. This should start a process automatically AND provide an option to speak with a representative about the situation of necessary. My app now shows “Investigation Opened”… what exactly does that mean? What’s next? Will we be contacted? What happens if the packages can be found? Who’s responsible? Why are we doing all the administrative items to launch an investigation? Ordering online seems to be the direction our world has gone. We open a webpage and buy an item. In more cases than not, we have little input in how it should be delivered. Pandemic diluted the secure delivery options for a “drop and run” method that doesn’t always yield positive results. The customer shouldn’t bear the burden of a delivery that didn’t arrive. We have options and vote by our pocketbooks. Businesses are letting customer service slip by the wayside for profit. What goes around comes around…. I believe that. I hope these words will help others that experience the same thing we did. Thank you.

Great potential!. I wish I could give this 5 stars but this program does not deserve it! I was expecting a package to be delivered on Thursday from 12-4 and was getting excited being able to check this application to actually see where the driver was with my package and was 2 blocks away but I never got the package Thursday and was rescheduled for Friday from 12-4 so waited again and the time switched to getting the package by the end of the day 9:00 pm. Well that never happened and the was an exception error so I basically stopped looking for my package and figured the application would update and I would get on Saturday but nothing happened and no update so Monday rolls around and get confirmation that my package will be delivered from 12-4 again and I track to where the driver is and again he is 2 blocks away and 4:00 pm passes and now the application says it will be delivered by the end of the day 9:00 pm. I finally get my package 3 days late and think they can improve this application as I am sure I am not the only one this is happening to!

Magnificent app. This app is a jewel. I do quite a bit of shopping online. Many times the ups person cannot get into my building without being buzzed in by the tenant. The problem is that our buzzer doesn’t work. Depending on the driver I miss the delivery. With a free Ups account you can ask t your package be delivered to a Ups facility or a certain area ie front porch rear gate Ext. Most of the packages I order I can carry and I don’t live far from a approved location for pick up. It’s a lifesaver when you have things to do so you can pickup your package 📦 later at your convenience. Much better than waiting in my case for a hit or mis delivery. This app also updates very well with all your deliveries that are on the way or ready to be picked up. A perfect app in my opinion. Thanks for the awesome 👏 app.

Delighted consumer.. UPS is my favorite carrier with over 100 years of experience they get it right Having been founded in 1907, UPS has built one of the largest fleets of vans, motorcycles, and trucks. They also operate one of the largest airlines in the world delivering to over 200 territories and countries. Regardless of the origin of departure, my packages are always in good condition, even the crystal from Europe! There stores are conveniently located, some with later hours of operation to accommodate working professionals with families. TheUPS APP is amazing and helps me track multiple packages simultaneously. The drivers are cognizant of delivery directions and consistently get it right. They are professional and accommodating. I do not use another carrier if circumstances permit. Thank you UPS for a lifetime of service.

Stolen iPhone 13’s. I ordered over the phone and paid for two IPHONE 13’s from T-Mobile along with cases and screen protectors for each Device. I also ordered a gateway router for internet access. I received everything except for the two iPhones and cases. The package I received had been re-taped as it had different type of tape on the opened portion of the box than what was on the bottom. There were residual pieces of the original tape on the previously opened portion of the box. The original iPhone boxes were inside the box but no phones were in their respective containers. Now I have to wait at least 5-7 business days b4 an investigation is completed between T-Mobile and UPS! In the meantime, I am without the merchandise I paid for. UPS, this is the first time I have ever had any problem with a shipment via UPS. Why someone chose to open and inspect this particular box of items depicts a serious flaw with your internal security. I am very disappointed and hoping that this matter is resolved SUCCESSFULLY SOON!!! 🧐

Big problems. I keep getting a message that tracking unavailable. I had my package shipped to a relatives home in montrose and had the seller tag the package that it could be left on porch. I recieved a message from ups this morning that a signature was required and that it would be delivered between 10:30 and 2:30. I couldn’t reach a human person the ask that it could just be left on porch so sat outside my father-in-law’s home all day till 4 pm and the package still wasn’t delivered. I had it shipped to his place instead of to my home as they said it would be delivered faster to montrose than ouray. Wrong! I was finally able to call and speak with someone at the ups in montrose and they said it for some reason was put on a truck that was delivering to telluride and wouldn’t be in montrose till later tonight! Your app is not helpful if you can’t track and can’t talk with a customer service person. And especially if it gives you a false delivery window!

No words - App does not work to track our packages.. Love and appreciate our UPS drivers, UPS support as our packages travel the distance between package origin to final destination. Our situation is tracking two addresses. Sold a home and cold not delete. Can not make changes to premium membership plus 2. One for each address. Money wasted as nothing shows up in right address. Will not renew this feature. Likely will delete this app. Feedback gets no responses or improvements for our personal use. Updates are only received if the tracking number is entered. But only shows up I. Wrong address. Disappointed. Competitor service has flawless notification on their app.

First app review. This is by far the worst app I’ve used and the options for delivery do not make it to the driver, such as leave by the garage or no signature required, leading to having to go through the WORST customer service department of any company ever. I mean UPS customer service makes Comcast look like they have the pinnacle of customer service. It took me multiple calls, text chat, going to a UPS store (yes, they’re franchised but the customer service here was just as bad if not worse) and nearly 5 hours of dedicated time to finally get a dispatcher to call me back after not one, not two, but THREE separate people and a supervisor said I’d receive a call within the hour regarding my “failed delivery”. I mean, I don’t get stuff delivered very often, maybe 4 or 5 times a year so to have to deal with that was so off putting. Long story longer, don’t rely on UPS or they’re app to do anything you need, just cross your fingers and hope it doesn’t get messed up because the ride you’re in for when it does is not fun nor easy to get fixed.

Always outstanding shipping and delivery. 2022 has been a very great year for me using UPS for my delivery and shipping of my online purchase’s. All of my delivery updates have been outstanding in helping me keep track of all my UPS shipments in seconds without any of the old problems from past years of not knowing when or where a shipment is , and when will I get it. It makes a small or large business become more profitable, and more professional while increasing my sales and buying my products. No more packages becoming lost without you knowing what went where and when. No more waiting for days to find out any information on your shipping, now know within seconds all the tracking information on your shipments. It’s great and easy to ship with UPS at all times. Being a designer I really do like to:. Track my packages on the way to my shop but my neighborhood driver seems to stop delivering a couple of blocks away from me and the tracking on the truck is no longer able to see and the truck sits for a couple of hours. Then I am able to see the truck and my store supplies are delivered about 10 minutes before end of day... Now I’m stretching to believe that the driver controls the gps or has a way to disable it before his route is complete finished for the day... He doesn’t own or lease the truck he works for a company. My husbands fleet are all tracked from the beginning till the end of shift... Don’t know what’s goin on but the next time I see that truck stalled I’m taking a trip to see what and where he’s stopping off at.. It better be legit cause if it’s some of his private side business everyone gonna find out the secret... He’s playing with my money... When I find out a logical reason either I’m upgrading the stars or making a few phone calls..

App Great! Accuracy of arrival causes time/date changes often.. The app works great for all my needs. More of a shipping issue is that the arrival date or time often changes, so the location in tracking is accurate only nearing the actual time of arrival. I don’t want to know what 6 hr time block my packages will arrive 3 days before it actually arrives and then see the time/sometimes date change 2-3 times. App development: It would be nice to see how shipping costs break down by size and weight (a chart instead of “input package dimensions”). That would be different from how ebay does it but would allow shipper to intentionally down or up-size the box and packing materials if cost differences warrant a change. I want to see that accessible from the app.

UPS is garbage in general. I ship with them because they offer best prices for my buyers through Mercari app. But they are horrible delivery service. They throw packages after scanning them. They take forever to to deliver. And they barely update their tracking info. I had a package scanned on Dec 29th, there was no update for 7 days just to find out it only moved ONE STATE! Takes 7 days to go from Washington to Oregon?? Keep in mind I’m all the way on the east coast so imagine how long it’ll take for my package to get to me if it took 7 days to get across a single state border. And now that it is updated in the tracking it is delayed due to snow. That was 3 days ago when it was updated. Still no update of continued shipment. It’s been 10 days total without a solid update. On top of that another package has also been delayed 3 days ago because they didn’t dispatch the trailer in time. Yet still no update on continued delivery. It makes me wonder if the trailer is just sitting there in the lot.

Amateurs. UPS regularly runs late and delivery schedules are constantly pushed back. My packages are frequently damaged and have to be resent further delaying fulfillment. As an added bonus, UPS drivers have recently been caught on my security cameras stealing my private property worth several thousand dollars directly from my premises. In turn, upon presenting incontrovertible evidence I’m given the run around and have to expend further energy to exact recovery or be compensated. There’s no effort to make me whole, let alone compensate me for my unnecessary waste of additional time and energy. No one takes responsibility. It’s always someone else’s problem. To add further insult to injury, I’ve been lied to right to my face. For example, I was falsely told there was an outgoing UPS label on my property which I promptly dismissed. Following a series of dead end conversations, I called Midtown West Dispatch who confirmed that there were indeed no logged outgoing packages from my address on the date in question which begs the question, Where did my stuff go?…UPS is condoning employee theft by its failure to confront this behavior and dispense with the requisite discipline which makes it an accomplice. To this date I’m still waiting for UPS to show some class and reimburse me for my time expended and stolen property which was caught on tape being for which I still have the invoice because it was brand new and unused.

Scan barcode not much help. Getting a ship quote and creating a shipment works good. The scan barcode doesn’t work when you scan at a UPS store because the tracking isn’t active until either the driver picks it up or it gets to the distribution center, which is useless to me. The app scans the barcode and tells you the tracking isn’t available yet but it doesn’t save the tracking # in the app. That forces me to have to manually type in the number the next day when tracking is available which defeats the whole purpose of the scan feature. Since that feature doesn’t work UPS and all the other shipping companies should include the barcode on the receipt so it can be scanned in versus manually typing it in. Those tracking numbers are way too long to have type in.

Mis Leading Advertisers/ UX floe all missed up. I had ordered an IPad from Apple and it was being shipped through UPS. When I selected the option to view tracking I was allowed to see that it was going to be delivered by. The was another option of getting a closer time window of when the packages was going arrive exactly. When I did that it wanted me to sign in or make an account. I said what the heck, let’s make one so I can see when exactly that my packages arrive. As I opened an account. And was looking for the feature. It was not there. “Misleading Feature” the feature was not available through the app. Also that app said I had not future deliveries. But hitting the back button said I had pending deliveries. That was curious. The UX team needs to go over how this is affecting User Experience, and what is drawing their users from downloading this application. I didn’t help. I felt as if what was designed to make me download the app because of marketed great features and the features not being available.

Very bad service. I have to complain the driver, first day attempted my order, no phone call, no bell ring, noticed me my package would reschedule on next time, no exactly time, 10:45-2:45pm, I was waiting outside of my house from 10:00am, until see the ups truck stop pay the front of me, and I go ahead and ask for my package, he checked around and said that, there is no my package, and told me he will back if he find it. about half of hour, the ups app show me the driver’s location, it indicates very clearly where the truck is. And I watching at it again past in front of me, then I follow his back until his next stop, and show him the app, he finally give my package. And recommend me to install the door bell! 🤔what??? Past around the destination 3times, and even the receiver asked you for the package, lie for truth and try to keep the package, very shame on you Today have the same situation again, OMG, it really make me getting crazy, I can’t be late for work again. Whatever you do UPS!

UPS tech support - address issues. We moved and have tried for over a month to update our address with MyChoice (premium). The UPS database keeps auto updating with our old address information on the second line - no matter how many times it has been deleted in the app and online, which is causing delivery issues. Everyone keeps referring us to the technical support phone number and we have been hung up on, placed on hold, and told they would cancel the membership on their end to try and reset it (which never was done). To add to the frustration - identity can now not be matched with the phone number due to “vendor not matching information,” requiring us to answer questions with information from over 40 years ago. Who is that vendor and how did that happen? Every other entity- including USPS do not have that issue and our info was updated without incident. These UPS errors with the data and user interface are frustrating enough to move most of our personal and business services elsewhere.

Great app (and company). The app used to be as good as the company - which is great. But the app has been freezing at startup for about a week. Please fix. App reports “ Sorry, something went wrong. Please close the app and try again later” and freezes. When fixed I’ll return my rating to Thx I occasionally ship and fairly frequently receive packages - the app is accurate, user-friendly, and very convenient. Based on efficiency, ease, and cost I would not likely choose any other app or company. [No, I don’t work for UPS or own it’s stock. My dad’s business and sister’s businesses use it and I grew up with it coming to the door every day. Great people; seem to treat workers well (fair pay and treatment), etc. Have had poor experiences with FedEx - and its app... so gladly stick with UPS app and services. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG. So the app overall is alright, but there is one bug that drives me nuts that I hope you guys can fix. So basically if I open the app and while it is loading I accidentally switch into the app switcher mode (if you don’t know what that is it’s basically when you either double tap the home button or swipe and hold on newer phones to switch between apps on iPhones) or if I hold down the control center accidentally while opening the app, it logs me out of my account. When this bug occurs, it would load me into the app and pop up with: “Sorry, we weren’t able to process your login. Please login again”. So basically if I swipe out of the app or am in the control center while loading the UPS app I am somehow logged out. I hope this isn’t too hard to fix and it honestly will be a huge deal! I will update my review to 5 stars if the devs fix this bug.

No tracking information available. I went to UPS store yesterday afternoon before 3pm. Their UPS cutoff is 5:00 pm so had plenty of time. I received tracking number. The delivery address was 1 to 2 days. I tried tracking the package the next day. The UPS tracking system said tracking number not found. I called the UPS national number. Couldn’t get past the auto computer stuff. I called the UPS store. The guy said it went out that day. I said it had no info on line. Asked if it for sure went out. He said yes, it was probably in transit to the UPS facility. This made absolutely no sense. I worked in a large shipping department for years. The second the number was generated, you could see it! It might not have left the facility but you could see the number. Now I’m left wondering what’s going on. I have the receipt from shipping. But I’m not sure I’m getting the correct information from the UPS store. The national number is absolutely worthless.

Dude drives a truck drop my package right in front of me bucket didn’t damage it. Drop packed on concrete I’ve had a few packed count missing out y’all supposed to send back to the store never did it. Y’all owe me three grand this point for an account of mine that has been canceled. We all never returned the devices to this is back in 2019 to 2022. I’m going to get the law today but I have all tracking numbers and everything T-Mobile has too and I should’ve packed you’re supposed to go to for me to them and I gave you all the packages. I never turned them in so I’m gonna get the cops y’all stealing stuff of mine. I know it yall doing it same drive for the past 4 years been have problems with him for the past four years now the same driver I’ve never had any other problems with anybody else but him

Bad Information in Notifications. I have used UPS regularly for the delivery of my medications. The contents of the package are highly perishable, very expensive and require being kept cold. The pharmacy ships so that I receive the medication within 24 hours of packaging. UPS has, without fail, delivered my medication in good condition, still cold, and on the day the pharmacy tells me that I should receive it. The problem? Signing up for this lousy app! UPS constantly notifies me that the delivery date is getting pushed to the following day, which, considering the perishable nature of the contents, isn’t ok. Not knowing if the notification is actually true, I then get to spend a couple of hours on the phone trying to reach a human who can confirm the actual status of my package. I have even opted to pick up at my local UPS Customer Service Center- still get a notification that the shipping was pushed back another day! UPS Customer Service said that the notifications were “automated” and “you should ignore them”. Very helpful! What’s the point of the app, then?

Worst app ever!. There is no way to communicate a problem with a real person anymore! I keep getting the “virtual chat” who can not explain why a package was repeatedly returned to the sender. My partner has been trying to get an important medication from his doctor since last Friday and we have no way of knowing why it was returned twice! Despite the fact we have him set up for notifications by text and email. I tried repeatedly last night to help him and it took me too long to even get an email and even that was weird. The prompts were not there to get information on why a package was returned. It made us feel like someone was just too lazy to try to contact us. There was no satisfaction with this app either that we even communicated with “someone “ about his problem. This was his diabetes medication not a controlled substance that needed to be signed for! We have a secure Dropbox, and a mailbox plus remained alert for notifications and there weren’t any! Just in tracking saying it was returned! Your app is useless when there is an issue!

Very convenient. It is nice to be able to authorize deliveries which require a signature when you may be at work or running errands. It’s definitely a plus to be able to go on with life rather than waiting at home for a delivery, or having to make sure someone is available to sign for a package when you are at work. I would have given 5 stars except for two minor hiccups. 1) there have been a few occasions when I left driver instructions to leave at one door, and come home to find the package at another. 2) there have been a few instances where the notification arrives very close to the time of delivery. For many people it’s probably not a big deal, but for others who may not be able to check their phone constantly due to work constraints, it can lead to cutting it close. Overall, I think it is a great app that frees people up to get more done on delivery day.

Good App. If you are regularly receiving packages through the mail and shop online, this is a must have app. It notifies you when packages are being shipped through UPS and when they are being sent to you by name recognition and address. For the most part it gives you updates during the process, only drawback is the actual UPS Driver leaving packages and not getting precise details on who or where the package was left or given to. Also there sometimes is an issue with some deliveries that don’t necessarily allow status updates on your package unless you opt to pay additional to get more specified details. This has helped tremendously when my packages in the past were getting stolen or lost and thought to be delivered. I would download a fedex version if they offered it as well. This has made a huge difference for me. Highly recommended!!!

Forget about sending surprise gifts !. Aside from all the other horrible things with this app (Logging in, Tracking accuracy, Delivery times and attempts, etc) UPS has now taken it upon itself to inform a recipient that a package is coming ! Tried to surprise my boyfriend with a gift he’s been wanting forever, I was super excited waiting for his package to arrive at his house and seeing the surprise on his face, only to find out, UPS had already sent him an email with way too much information about a package coming to his home, ruining the entire surprise! I was so confused, as the only form of communication I provided for updates was my cellphone number, with no form of communication of his whatsoever. Turns out, because my boyfriend had a UPS My Choice account with his address linked, it decided to inform him about a package arriving to his house the next day (it was originally due to arrive the day he received this stupid email). This was so disrespectful and so out of line from UPS, how dare you inform anyone else about an order I placed without my permission??!

Can’t login. Been 2-3 days and I haven’t been able to open the app or get logged in. It keeps telling me that I have a package being delivered today but I’m not sure from who or what it is because I can’t open the app. Never liked ups ever since I sent an antique telescope to my grandson for his birthday and when they picked it up they didn’t give me a receipt for it or put one on it and then it was supposedly lost for weeks and I had to scramble and find another birthday present for my grandson. About 4 weeks later I got a call that says they had my package in someone’s office laying there. I felt like whenever I tried to find out what happened to it they got very offensive and jerked me around about finding it or reimbursing me for it. I’ll never send anything through UPS ever again.

Like Ability to Track Packages. I signed up for MyUPS a few years ago so I automatically get notified by text message whenever the UPS system recognizes my name or address (not sure which, or maybe it's both). I can either click thru on the link in the message or open the app. With the app, I'm already logged in so I simply double check the options are correct, and that I have status updates active. I value being able to track progress of my shipments. We've had some trouble in nearby neighborhoods with packages disappearing, so it's helpful to know approx del times, particularly which days items will be delivered. Based on delivery status on the UPS app, I make arrangements from there. Been using for a long time; updates & tweaks only make the app (and UPS) easier to use.

Love this App. I’ve been using the app for at least a couple of years and love it. Even used it to redirect an important delivery to the nearest UPS store when I knew I wouldn’t be available to receive it during the future delivery window. I primarily use the app to see what upcoming deliveries to expect and to know when the package has been delivered so that I can retrieve it right away. (I also get an email on this but it’s nice to have a notification pop up on my phone screen.) The only problem I ever had was this week when suddenly, I lost the ability to view upcoming package delivery windows. Turned out that I must have accidentally logged out of UPS MyChoice for which I usually use the “stay logged in” option. I’m logged back in now and everything is ok.

Love this app!. I have been using this app for about 4 years now. And have always loved it. I’ve never had any bad experiences with the app itself. I have medical products that I have to have shipped to me twice a month, and I can always rely on UPS to deliver my products on the date they say it’ll be here, and in perfect condition. I sometimes receive from other couriers. And they’re not as reliable as UPS, nor do they have apps that are as customizable as UPS. I like that I can opt out of signature, or opt for them to leave at a neighbor’s home. They’re extremely detailed when it comes to the package itself. The only complaint I have really has nothing to do with the app... but we always receive packages very late in the day at my home. And we’re in a city, not rural or anything. I guess it’s just their route schedule. As far as this app, I give it 💯! I definitely recommend!

Tracking only, shipping is glitchy. My issues with this app start with the login. I constantly get the error: A system that is necessary to fulfill your request is currently unavailable. Please try again later. But later doesn’t work either. So change your password and you’re in, but the same issue will happen next time. Then shipping, the lower cost options for international shipping are not offered for some reason. But that doesn’t matter because every time I “complete shipment” error: HTTP Status 405. The method received in the request-line is known by the origin server but not supported by the target resource. This error tells me nothing. How do we fix this, UPS? Well maybe go back through the shipping procedures again and click on the hyperlink about VAT to see if there is info there about a commercial invoice that is suspiciously absent from the international shipping process. Where does the link take you? Page not found. Ah well. At least O can track a package. But any internet search engine will do that just fine.

Why bother?. This morning I got a text notice through this app that a package was out for delivery. Its 10:00 am now and the title on the map in this app says “will be delivered by 9 pm.” But when I pressed the ‘follow my delivery’ button, the truck appeared on the map to be in my neighborhood Then it apparently just drove away because it didn’t deliver at all and the truck icon is gone. This package has to be signed for. So it would have been nice if the delivery could have happened while I was available. So now... am expected to ‘watch my delivery’ for 11 hours? Why didn’t they deliver? If the point of this app is to help you meet a driver at the door for a signature, it is totally failing. All the information is so vague, its useless. And there’s no way to text a message to the driver who is apparently in my neighborhood with my package on the truck. The app will indeed announce that you received a package after they drop it off. But I usually already know that because its at my door. Really useless app IMO. UPS, maybe try using the app to be a little less vague.

The UPS App does everything I need for tracking and delivery. I’ve used the UPS for several years now and I really like it. If I need a delivery placed at the office or at the door, I can adjust it in the app which is really handy. I like that you can watch your package from origin to delivery in the app too. But mostly, the app is intuitive in that sometimes I won’t even realize a package is arriving UPS and all of a sudden I get notifications from the app letting me know something is coming! It’s like Christmas for adults 🤗 I noticed some of the bad reviews are for actual UPS service, which isn’t a true representation of the app. People need to relax more instead of this fast food mentality that everything has to be perfect in lightening speed. Just my 2 cents 😉

No contact information.. I have a dirt driveway that shouldn’t be hard to get up and down unless maybe you were raised in the city. I have teenage grandchildren who have no trouble at all. With that said I try to be as accommodating as I can being handicapped. I work my drive as much as possible. But sometimes weather or body prevents it. Most drivers accept it as part of their job. Some say they can’t find my address and take pkgs. back for the next driver to deliver. My biggest complaint is that I have no way to contact my driver, nor leave my contact number so they can call me before they deliver. If that were possible I would be willing to meet them at the road, when driveway is bad, when and if I’m able, and save them the hassle. They’re going to be real happy tomorrow as another delivery driver got stuck yesterday and tore it up pretty good and I’m not doing well. I have no affordable options. We are supposed to trust the delivery driver, and I do, but we aren’t trusted enough to have a number to call so we can stop a problem before it happens. An office number that can contact driver ahead of time would be fine as long as a real person answers and not the 50 questions automated junk most all companies are using now. Overall drivers do a good job, but the company isn’t doing their part with customers or drivers in my book. That’s my 2 cents, for what it’s worth.

A couple of issues.... Overall, I’m really liking the app. There’s some functionality that I’d add, though. 1) To be able to provide feedback from the app. 2) Add the ability to edit stored package receipt locations (the ability to remove inapplicable ones) and, where multiple addresses are desired, allow for setting one of them as default so that when you open the app, the package delivery information is displayed for that default address. I have had a few occasions since the last app update where the login information had to be entered again before I could use the app. It’d be nice if, when you do your updates, that you make sure that the login information is retained. In these days of having to use very long and complex passwords to keep our data safe, having to renter the credentials can be a real pain. Thanks! Keep up the good work!

Love the app. I’ve been using this app since it was first developed and absolutely love it! The only thing that seriously needs improvements is there actual delivery drivers and delivering the packages on the scheduled date the app states. It is extremely aggravating and frustrating when the app alerts you that your package is out for delivery but then never shows up simply because the driver decided that he would head back to the depot early and not complete his route. The other change needs to happen in the corporate office and that staff because when contacted they claim to care and that they will get to the bottom of why my packages were not received or received four days late and get back to me but they never actually do. Calling them is a complete waste of time and energy. They should all be terminated!!

Pretty good start. But, lacking key features.. The make“Make change to delivery“ leaves more to be desired. I understand UPS is very efficient, as they use algorithms to produce delivery routes for their truck drivers… (And now that I can follow the delivery live, I can watch the truck stroll in and out of my neighborhood several times, even passing my house before leaving the neighborhood entirely and going across town only to come back hours later and drop off my package. LOL) But it would be nice to have an available field to write a note for the driver. There are a little detailsI have desired such as having him not ring my doorbell for one. Hoard to provide more specific instructions on where to leave the package aside from there basically list provided of front door or side door garage etc. Having said that I could imagine if the driver had to leave a little note for every other package it would probably slow down quite a bit but I’m just throwing it out there just in case.

Useless app. The app basically gives you very little control over shipping your package or making changes. Gives you incredibly inaccurate updates on when a package is gong to be delivered. Told me a package that I was sending to a hotel that I was going to for a conference would be there every day “by 7PM”. Finally after five days of receiving the same message, the package that I sent to the hotel was not going to arrive until after I was due to return home. I had to call UPS, which is another extremely painful experience, to return the package to sender (my home). I had already created a shipping label to send the package that was supposed to arrive a week prior once my conference was over, so now that I was returning the package I didn’t need it, however was unable to void the package on the app, I had to use do it online. Both the website as well is the app are terrible experiences. Basically, in every step that you need to take it could be done better. There is nothing about this app,Or their website, that is done right.

Problem Solved + UI Issue. If the app no longer works after updating to iOS 17, all you have to do is uninstall it and then reinstall it. I had the same problem and this fixed it for me. App Devs: There is a UI issue, that I've previously reported, that has been around since the dinosaurs roamed the Earth. The UPS logo in the top menu bar shows up twice for me on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Its visible on the left side (the correct location) and then half of it is visible again on the far right side. It's like you used it as a background image and didn't set the repeat value to none. Thank you for the new feature where you can follow the location of your package on a map! It's very helpful to know where the package is and when it's going to be delivered.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. The quality of this app is frankly embarrassing for one of the largest shipping companies in the world. 50% of the time I attempt to log-on the app doesn’t recognize my password as being correct. Yes, it’s spelled correctly; yes, it’s the right password. When sent a temporary password that itself doesn’t work either. It’s near impossible to access this app…but that’s merely foreshadowing for what’s to come. Once you’re able to track the status of your orders you’ll notice an option to get a delivery window estimate. Clicking that will redirect you to another page that asks you to log into your account. That would be fine had I not just clicked that link from my account I was already logged into. So you log-in from there thinking it’ll give ya a delivery window……nope. Right back at the screen you were previously at. The best delivery estimate I can get is “today by 7pm”. Not particularly helpful when you’re required to provide a signature to pick up said item…an option I didn’t want and can’t refuse. More so when you work night shift which means staying up all day just to possibly catch the driver to get items you technically already own. Personally wish I had the option to avoid UPS altogether, solely for not having to use this garbage fire of an app.

Tracking packages, the app is better then drivers when using UPS innovation. UPS Ground & 2day service are great. I hate However UPS innovation, it’s confusing because it lets you know your package final stop is thru the post office, which hasn’t be true. UPS delivers it instead and when they do, no body knocks on the door to let you know your package is there. It’s the same with FedEx as well not knocking when using this service type. I called a couple of the merchants let them know of this. People tend to steal in my neighborhood from around my door, so some type of communication from delivery drivers is needed. The merchant isn’t happy when they have to refund my money or send out another order to me. I always give instructions when using this service type on how I want packages delivered It’s an inconvenience to go to the ups pickup location when you can just simply KNOCK!!!! If it hadn’t been for me checking at my door every 15-30 minutes, I would probably be sueing UPS. The drivers lie about the time they drop off packages as well when delivering packages using UPS innovation. I hope you would get rid of this service type. You would not have to worry about lawsuits against you.

Makes life easier in many respects!. I live in A safe neighborhood that rarely has issues with package theft, but being able to have UPS place my packages in a spot very few will see them makes for an almost perfect delivery system. The folks at FedEx are reluctant to follow suit, and their lying founder put himself and share-holders way above the the customers in the tax cut he devised and the current administration implemented so they won’t get my business, even if they came even remotely close to being as caring and food with my deliveries. Take my word, UPS earns respect- just look at the multitude of folks that would love to work for them and look at employee satisfaction. They are in the ranks of Costco and Patagonia as a company and in great customer service and value. This app is living proof!

Please read. I'm seeing a lot of people putting bad reviews for this app for unrelated or for bad reasons. For example there saying that the app doesn't give enough information, like what time it's estimated to arrive. I have the USPS, FEDEX, and UPS apps. Because not everyone uses the same service, and not one of them tills me what time it's going to arrive only what day. Also they seem to mention in one review charging $5 for change of address , that's unrelated to the app because that's what all the mail carriers will do upon changing addresses or mailing priority or pick up at facility. I find the app great it's simple and easy to use, and what caught my eye was that unlike the other apps it identified that I previously copied a tracking number onto my clip board and as soon as I opened the app and asked if I wanted to track it, no need to open, past, and search then track.
