Check out issues. Every time I try to check out it takes me to the store location but doesn’t list the store I have chosen. If I cancel I go right back to checkout screen and I haven’t placed the order.

Please make an app that actually works……. Did your intern make these updates? Please test functionality before you release updates. This version will only allow you to check out in delivery or ship mode, not for pickup.

Metro Market App. I love this app. It is so easy to use! I love how it saves our previous purchases, as we tend to purchase the same things. The coupons are easy to find and easier to use. I have never had a problem doing the pick up with this app.

Easy and fast!. Easy and convenient.

Store pickup. I am having a positive experience. Clerks are working hard and very courteous.

Too many bugs / inconveniences. App is ok. Keep getting an error when I try to check out my pick-up order so had to order delivery...which is super annoying. Also, I don’t understand why I can add things to my cart and only after I try to check out, the app says they don’t have that item and then I have to swap it out. Had my location service on and my store selected when shopping. With all the difficulties with the app, it Barry makes it more convenient than just going to the store...

Making payments is difficult. I Purchased gift cards to pay for my groceries and there’s no way to pay with a gift card. Then I tried entering my credit card and there was no way for the payment to go through unless I save the credit card to my account which I dislike very much. It took me an hour last night to try to figure payment out. I went to bed lost my spot in line, and it took me 10 Minutes to figure out that I had to save my card to the account which looks like an optional button in order for my order to be placed. We lost our spot for first thing in the morning and now we have to pick it up in the afternoon.

Love it!!. Love that you can add groceries to your cart as you need them and can check out the day you’re ready

Doesn’t load well. I can’t see the whole screen on my iPhone- much of it is cut off. Couldn’t actually see if I was placing the order or the time of pickup. Now That I got the reminder email, I see the pickup time is when I’m working. Trying to change the pickup time and I can’t do that either. Very frustrating.

App not that great. I’ve tried numerous times signing in and every time it signs me in and then reverts to making me sign in again every time I select a section. Easier to just go to the store.

Outstanding customer service. I’ve been picking up my groceries since Covid began in 2019…your pickup crew is so Cusomer Serivce oriented and friendly, I actually look forward to seeing them…Whatever you are doing as a company shows in the crew you’ve assembled…GREAT work Metro Mart…

Life Changing!. So happy with the Metro Market app upgrades! The ability to create shopping lists, download coupons, and schedule delivery/pick up times is awesome. I’m saving so much time AND money because you can see your subtotal before you checkout. This app is intuitive, smart (tracks my shopping behavior), and is easy to use. THANK YOU!

Refund?. What happened to the refund button under order details?

Coupon Feature Useless. The app doesn’t recognize bar codes of items in the store and when I search for items that are supposed to have an electronic coupon (according to the shelf tag) they are not found. Useless!

This is Great. Life gets busy and it is good to find ways to make it less stressful!

Metro Market is great...the app is not. I have shopped at Metro Market since it opened downtown MKE then for the past 3 years in Mequon when we moved. The customer service and staff at both stores is great. This app however is slow and glitchy. I have to use the website to order online as I don’t have the patience for the app.

Shopping is a breeze. The metro market app is easy to use. Store shoppers select high quality produce. My orders are accurately filled. Pick up is efficient and contactless. I am grateful for this service from metro market and Kroger’s. Stay healthy everyone.

Amazing app. Beautifully designed app and UI! Everything loads super fast and the app is organized really well. Probably one of the best grocery shopping apps I have been on!

Fast and Easy. So easy to find and select my items for online grocery shopping!

Good. App keeps loosing my user session and reprinting me to login again. Would love to have better intelligent field recognition and native iOS auto fill compatibility.

Eau Claire Parent Milwaukee Kid. I love this app I can buy groceries for my son and he can just go pick it up or have it delivered! That way I know that he won’t waste the cash I could VENMO him😂 Easy to use and lots to pick from!

Long way to go. You can not modify the search word? You have to save the card info to check out?. Poor design

Click List. Amazingly easy and quick. My new favorite way to shop! When I’m in a rush, it’s the best way to shop. Not to mention, I Don buy unnecessary item.

Where have I been. I know I’m way behind times with grocery pick up but this app is so easy and grocery pick up is my new favorite thing.

Garbage. Can never log in. Works intermittently. My wife and I have stopped shopping at our local Metro Market regularly as we prefer grocery pick up and app makes it easy if it actually worked. Fortunately other retailers have a better functioning app for grocery pick up.

Happy so far. This is only my second time ordering my groceries for delivery. The first time went very well. Person that I dealt with was friendly and efficient!

Amazing Service. Metro Market in Mequon is a fantastic store to go grocery shopping or use the pharmacy. The people who work there are absolutely service oriented. People like CJ, Mary, Ava, Chris and others welcome you into the store or if using the online service welcome you there. I am so impressed with this fantastic group of people. Nothing is too much for them to do for you. Mequon Metro should be the model for other stores. This is a family and we, the guests are part of the family. You don’t find that anywhere, but in Mequon at Metro Evelyn Greenberger

No Coupons. Exploiting the Pandemic for Profits.. This app is useless. Barely any coupons or deals. Now they take advantage of the pandemic to rob us. Corporate greed.

Can’t empty cart. Every time I empty my cart it gets repopulated, makes the app unusable for me

Useless.. I called customer service to get a coupon that I didn’t get credit for. After 55 MINUTES, the lady in customer service said they did not ever have that coupon. I asked her if she was saying that I did not actually have the coupon in my hands that I had read to her FOUR TIMES. She said nothing, other than I’m sorry, MA’AM. I then asked her if she thought I was a woman, and she said no, I was clearly a man. I asked her if I could speak to a supervisor because she clearly couldn’t resolve my issue. She did not answer me, but put me on hold for TWENTY FIVE MORE MINUTES, then hung up on me. I wasted 1 hour, 19 minutes and 37 seconds of my life, according to my cellphone. After about fifteen minutes, I didn’t care about the coupon; I wanted to see if her evasiveness was on purpose or not. I guess I got my answer. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE; go to the desk in the store.

Newest update a mess. Now have to expand shopping list in order to see prices. Worst for completed items items which have to be expanded individually! Extremely customer unfriendly and almost useless.

Makes shopping easy!. Creating a shopping list and ordering for pick up is easy. Saves time wandering through store.

Error Message Overload. I love this pickup option however I get nothing but error messages every time I try to add or search items on this app. I may have to give up and just go back to regular shopping or try Meyes pickup app.

unhappy. makes me sign in too often and then doesn’t except password!!!!

Let me please. Just upgraded per notification. After downloading and touching “open”, I received a notice that the version was no longer supported. Come on guys get done right. I’d really like to use the app.

Crash and burn. I have never been able to log in or register my card. The app continues to crash every time I try.

Make it easier. Glad there’s an app to order food but it is a pain to OPEN each item on my “list” just to add it to my cart. Then I have to add the qty again! Come on save me please! Should be easy to move all items by checking them and moving to cart. One or two clicks.

Worst app ever!. Location change cannot be done, even when you select. I do not want to go to this store anymore, yet “so what”....your original store selected is where you have to go. Just stinks.

Amazingly Simple. The best thing since sliced bead! I have been so happy about the service and my deliveries have been spot on!

Love On-Line Ordering. This has been an easy way to get grocery shopping done with a busy family of 5. The app is intuitive, and easy to use once you utilize it. But, there is no where to click “go green” to reduce waste. And if you are looking for an item sometimes you cannot “purchase” purchase it on the app. Example: fresh donuts or edamame out of the pods. I can only get certain items by going in the store.

Easy to use but…. I would like this app even better if it would allow me to actually pick up my groceries at the store two miles from my house instead of telling me it isn’t there when I’ve been exposed to Covid. Instead I had to pay a delivery fee and tip a driver, thanks for that👎

Update App. I am trying to use my app and it says I need an update. Go to the App Store and it circles back to open the app and says I need an update. Any ideas?

Love this app. Please have one app for all stores!. I primarily shop at metro but a pink n saves is also close by. Would love to use same app. It frustrating to build grocery list and then want to stop in quickly at the closer and smaller pick n save. Why not combine apps????? Has to be much cheaper long term for dev costs after initial code integration

Fuel points don’t show on account. After recent update to the app, fuel points are still not showing reference number 51113584, called customer service said they will look into it, gave them all the information. Still not seeing points online today

Frustration. Why is it when asked for store to pick up, and I put in my zip code 53051 the metro market does not come up ?? This is so frustrating! I end up putting The Sussex Location in and when it asks to change location then I get the County Line Store up ! What a pain in the A@s ! Metro Market / Pick n Save, get your act together !!

Horrible App. The app NEVER works properly in the store.

Great store, not so great app. I’m trying to like this app, but it keeps cheating me out of savings. For example, the app has “digital coupons” that need to be selectef (they aren’t automatically loaded for use), and even when selected or “loaded” in the app’s terminology, they seem to require an internet connection at the store. I’ve had one of the store managers show me how to use it, but usually when i get to the registrr to pay, the spp seems unaware that I’ve loaded coupons because I’m charged the full price. My sense is that the store is likely located in an area with poor cellular service, and then the app becomes unresponsive (and stupid) when it’s needed to do its job. A few of the store clerks told me that the app does not work, and that the digital coupons intentionally can not be loaded when connected to the store’s public WiFi router. Why??? Other than the buggy performance, the app seems overly complicated and requires a lot of horizontal scrolling, which is not so practical with a phone. **QUESTION FOR THE DEVELOPERS ** why not store the coupons on the device, then load them at the register with a bar code??

Worst app I’ve ever use.. Super hard to reset password and so slow to send the code. And who wants to see the nonsense ads?
