Terrible cashier. I visited the Ruler store in Springfield, Illinois today to purchase a gallon of 2% milk. While standing in a line of about ten people the cashier called for assistance for another cashier. Being at the end on the line, I stepped over to the new cashier. The new cashier told me that another customer was next. He had a shopping cart full of stuff! Quite rude, since I was there first with only ONE ITEM. I used to shop here quite often, but that may change.

Needs fixed!. I love Ruler and Kroger, and this app used to be great! Just like Ruler, straight forward and to the point, but now I can’t do anything on it. It tells me “we’re experiencing a few technical difficulties, please try to view this feature in a few moments.” And it’s done that to me on every function for a long time. The app is great, it just needs fixed which I see there’s not been an update in over a year.

Store Location technical difficulties. Can’t do anything on the app because of the technical difficulties of not being able to select a store.

80/20 BAD/GREAT. I used to LOVE this app! It was so incredibly handy! However, anymore, all I get is the “We are experiencing technical difficulties” error message and cannot search ANYWAY! I’ve deleted for the last time now. I’m over it!

Needs more than a store ad. This is just the store ad. If you want coupons, you have to get the Jay Foods app. It would be easier just to have 1 app instead of 2 for the same store.

Does work. Doesn’t do a thing other than flash a box saying it’s having problems…really wish this worked or had pickup or option available for this store

App not working. Just downloaded the app because I always shop my local Ruler. As soon as I opened the app it asks for my location and instantly it gives me an error message saying the feature isn’t working 😕

Great store… non working app. They need to get with the times on this app. No updates in 4 years for it? I love shopping at Rulers but it would be nice to see what’s available at my particular store location or at least view the weekly deals from my house since I live 45 minutes away from it.

Doesn’t work. Doesn’t let me do anything. Keeps telling the location feature isn’t available, I try to cancel but the error immediately returns. Stuck in a useless loop.

App needs to work properly. List loads up but not page view. Local stores in Evansville IN have one check out lane open until its ridiculously long and then open another

Broken. I used to love this app especially being on a tight budget and now all I get is an error message and hope that I don’t spend more than what I have available

She the most awesome employee they have We love the low prices and great selection Kroger products are as good or better than name brand. Marsha works at the store on 2458 west clay st. St Charles Missouri 63301 She’s is always so upbeat and friendly. She points out specials and things that are on sale. If I’m looking for something specific she knows exactly where it is. She’s a jewel.

Doesn’t even work. If I could I would give it zero stars this app does not work and when I try to put the address in it says something is wrong

Location. Keeps saying to try again and that it’s having difficulty with the location so I can pick a store to actually use the app. I would use it if it was possible!

App. The app doesn’t allow me to search for products or make a shopping list. Then I realized I paid $3.99 for an 8 pack of Bar S hot dogs. I can purchase the same product at Walmart for $1.18. I won’t shop at your stores anymore.

Great, Low Prices Kroger Aldi Style Store. If you have a large family, a tight budget or just love great deals - this is the store you want to check out. Extremely high quality Kroger brands as well as the Simple Truth organic line. App has “technical difficulties”. Downloaded the app and tried to locate a store. The app has a message pop up indicating “there are technical difficulties “. Without selecting a store, which one cannot do, the app is worthless. I have a store nearby and downloaded the app because the store had signs mentioning the app. Developers need to fix the technical difficulties.

Okay. As grocery store apps go Ruler Foods is okay. It’s list feature is basically useless. About the only thing it’s good for is to get the current ad.

Don’t bother!. App gives an error message, you can’t search for any products or create a shopping list. App hasn’t been updated in 2 years.

Useless App. Can’t use app as it has a message that says “We’re experiencing a few technical difficulties, please try again later”. It has said this for almost 2 years now. I keep deleted and redownloading all hoping there has been a fix, but the problem continues to persist. Would be awesome if the app was usable.

Product Lookup. It would be beneficial to have the capability to look up items before going to the store to see if Ruler carries the product and what the price is.

New Ruler store in Mitchell. The new store is really nice. It is spacious and has a very nice selection. I like the new produce section. The brand name selection seems to be greater as well. Overall I am very happy with the renovation and am glad that Kroger kept Ruler in Mitchell.

Ruler coupons. Wish there were coupons uploaded on the ruler app that can be used for people that live outside the mailing area. I travel 45 minutes to shop at Ruler but I do not receive mailers because I reside in a very rural area.

Broken. App doesn’t work, as previously outlined. Hasn’t for awhile. Finally called Kroger customer service and after 16 mins on hold, got a not-nice agent who had no idea what “Ruler” was. Called back and automated message said their lines were full. 🤷🏼‍♂️

New user, won’t work. App shows error as soon as I open it and asks me to retry in a few minutes. It hasn’t worked for a week now.
