Disappointed with new app. I do not like this new app!! I can’t get in to coupons, what are us old people to do? We don’t want an app hooked to a charge Card be nice hooked to coupons only!!! I’ve shopped Payless 33 years and still like it and pharmacy!! Nice to have 10 cents off a gallon on gas. Stores make it hard for us old people. I can’t spend much on cell phone because of dry eyes. Have it just four great granddaughters mostly. Lill Ellen

Inaccurate Ordering. The app shows the same items multiple times when I’m creating an order from my lists & adds items that I didn’t select to my cart. Also it doesn’t uncheck the items after an order is placed so I have to remember to do that manually from my lists before I order again. AND the stuff that I regularly order often changes to show it’s unavailable to order again but when I search for it, I find the exact same thing available so my lists are practically useless!! I’ve timed it- It’s literally almost faster for me to go find the stuff myself in the store than to mess with the app!!

Convenient with app coupons!. Better than Walmart pick up. They don’t have coupons on their app like Payless does

inventory too low. no matter how quick I order off the weekly ad, you are always out. This order, over half of what I wanted isn’t/wasn’t there. On certain items, I don’t like to substitute on something I have never tried before. I still like the concept of having someone else do all the walking up and down the aisles! Will more than likely use this service after this pandemic has been cleared up, thanks.

Easy peasy. I love shopping online and having my groceries ready when I pull up. Completely avoid rude or oblivious customers. I don’t over shop, I can see sale items, coupons ect just as easy online. Really the best way to shop for me...

Ordering online. I am very pleased that I can do this right now, because I’m having a problem walking and also I cannot wear a mask for an long period of time. Being able to get my groceries this way right now means a great deal to me. Thank you for all that you do🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

This app used to be amazing.. I’m not sure why but for the past 3 months this app and the Kroger app will not let me login. It always says error try again. I know nothing is wrong with my login information because I can use both Payless and Kroger websites to access my account and download the digital coupons. It just very frustrating that I’m not able to open the app and use it. I have to use the website which is not as easy to navigate on a phone and it have a very different interface than the app.

What happened to this app. I loved the app when I first downloaded it but for some reason over this past six months it sticks on me, it continues to log me out while I’m using it then when I try to log back on it says I don’t have permission to log in I have removed it and reinstalled the app but that didn’t help. So. I’m using my laptop to do online shopping now it’s to bad about the app not working properly on my iPhone it was very useful.

Can’t sign in. For the last 2 months, I have not been able to use this app. Every time I try to sign in, I get an error “Please use the email and password used with your account”. I AM using the email and password associated with my account. I can sign in online, but I prefer the app. I’ve used the forgot password link, and after changing the password I get the same error. Obviously my email is correct because I’m receiving the reset password link. If I try to create a new account, I can’t because “this email is already associated with an account.” I have tried restarting my iPad; deleting and reloading the app; deleting the app, restarting my iPad, then reloading the app; deleting the app, reloading the app, then restarting my iPad. What is going on????

You have made Shopping so much easier.. Thank you for you helping me. My sister and I are both handicapped. You have made this so much easier for us. All we have to do is order online and go pick it up. If it’s bad out, I order, and I can go pick it up. This has made me A Happy Shopper.

Where’s my stuff?. The things I normally buy are no longer in my “ start my cart” list. Had to type in almost everything I wanted. Why can’t I have a list of my purchased items to pick from? Updated Feb 2020 I cannot manage my own list. You decide which items I’ve purchased to put in my list plus you keep putting things I’ve never purchased in my list. Could you at least put the list in store-order! LET ME HAVE CONTROL OF MY OWN LIST! I would allow more substitutions if I could save notes about substitutions. I shouldn’t to type the same instructions week after week after week. So I just mark “no substitutions “ and buy those products elsewhere.

Major Glitch with new update. Just as last user reported on 9/22 it still has a major glitch with the “shopping at store” feature. When you are in a store it forces you to “shop at this store?” and if you select it it freezes up so you can’t get to your lists, coupons,etc. You can’t exit out of the option and you can’t get to your card for scanning. Luckily I still have my wallet plastic card bc the app is totally unusable alright now in the store. I can still add coupons from home, but a month later this glitch hasn’t been addressed

App is crap. I ordered my groc at 4.30 I choose deliver within 5 hours. So I am checking at 8.49 the app did not even complete my order it did not check me out. I wanted to use my healthy food card from anthem and I guess it cannot be used on line. In all the mixup I guess it did not complete my order. I am going to use the Walmart app. I can use my food card and it’s easier to use. I am 66 so a Senior line help would be nice. Good night as I wait on my order.

Problem. How can I know if my order contains items from the weekly ad? Your app. is great & I guess I’m thick headed but don’t understand how to determine if my entire choices are on order.? TY

Please improve search bar. Overall great app. Easy to find & use coupons, easy to view sales. The search bar needs improvement. Search results are not he best, even when you type in the brand/item name word for word. Ex: I’m particular about the peanut butter I buy. It was too difficult to find the one I always get in store (Kroger brand).

Don’t hire gamers to do your app. No shipping terms on the app or website. Also cannot figure out why I cannot use the same sales (buy 1 get 1 free). Return policy is also not on your website or app. Your app should work like a shopper would like it to work not the way that a programmer thinks it should work. Don’t later complain about losing customers to competitors while providing substandard services.

Trash. Every time I try to link my plus card the app completely closes out. Very frustrating. I’ve updated the app, deleted and redownloaded, tried everything I can think of. It’s completely unusable.

Not as user friendly. It would be easier if I could select varieties when choosing something on the add rather than going back to look up the item. I find I do a lot of back and forth. It is convenient though, when you're not able to go in and shop.

Search tips. Your search button could use some work. It doesn’t search well unless I have the whole word or the exact thing I’m looking for. Also it would be useful to bring up the Kroger brand option of something I search for.

Could use improvement. I absolutely love it using the app! It saves me time, all my coupons are right there I don’t have to bring them into the store with me, it’s great! The only bummer is whom ever shops my order for me often forgets things, packs things oddly, such as putting hard items or heavy items on top of soft items are putting meat and produce in the same bag. I’ve even gotten rotten or expired produce. Maybe training on stuff like this could improve the overall experience.

Search. Only improvement would be making it easier to search. You often have to be very specific.

Delivery only. Why are some items “delivery only”? It’s seems to be random items from time to time. Is it because you make more money on delivery?

My card. I’ve tried every time to use my Visa. I used it once the first time the next few it would not take it. Please check this out for me please.

Needs a more accurate search.. When searching for items, the search is not always accurate and easy to use.

Love how easy it is to order. I do have a suggestion: on the flyer, I want to order an item, make it more convenient by letting me put it in the cart without leaving the flyer.

Best way to shop!. I absolutely love this method of shopping! I can order my groceries on my app at work or in the evenings and pick them up at my convenience! Saves me a ton of time and even better it saves me money, as I am not randomly buying things as I walk down the aisle anymore. Just pull up, let them load you up and go! Service is always amazing and when they have to make substitutions its always of equal or greater value at the same costs of the item. Highly recommend!!!

Crashes often. Trying to make out my list but it keeps freezing up. I keep having to force close it and reopen, losing my place as I make my list. This can be an expensive issue as I am about to throw my phone out the window.

And, thank you to the associate who delivers the groceries to my car. This service has been most appreciated. A regular costumer of 29th Street Payless.

Love the convenience hate how they substitute items. My wife is disabled and I work 60 plus hours a week. This service helps us get groceries for our home. That’s awesome for us in terms of time and physical limitations. My biggest complaint is they hire really young inexperienced workers. These high school aged shoppers have no idea how gross hunts Spaghetti sauce in a can is in comparison to a named brand Spaghetti s sauce. They also have no idea how to choose cuts of meat or produce. If they’re out of something they are supposed to substitute something in a name brand or a larger size. Problem is they aren’t experienced enough as shoppers to decide what’s better. They don’t usually do shopping for themselves, let alone for a family and it’s not their money so it seems most of the time they don’t care.

Coupons. Love the app, makes shopping so much easier! However there is no way to add your paper coupons from Kroger! I could’ve saved much more money had I been able to add my paper coupons specifically sent from Kroger!

This is so fantastic!. I have been very satisfied with this service. They make very appropriate substitutions, are always polite, and very prompt. I’m on my final free service, but I will definitely pay to keep using this.

Stop making bad changes. Did you remove the item location? It used to be visible upon finding the item. Then it changed so you have to open the item. Now I can’t find the location at all.

I absolutely love this app!. Not only is this app very helpful, it also gives us a chance to save our money, not just on food and taxables but also on gas! This day and age, we have to save as much money as we can. Everything has went up so much and still is and it’s a struggle for a lot of us. This app gives us the ability to do just that. So thank you to Whom ever made this app possible! I wish other businesses would do this also! It’s truly Amazing! 🤩

Used to be great. I use this app all the time and depend on it quite a bit. However, since the last update it basically won't work at all. I have an older iPhone (5C) and run on IOS 10.3.3 and maybe that is part of the problem. The app sometimes shuts down or either won't sign in. I'm only able to use it probably 1 out of 10 times. Please fix it! I really do depend on this app for a lot of my family's needs!

The latest update made it useless. Nothing I put on my list stays on the list. Also, the whole reason we use this app is so my husband and I can share our list items. That’s also nerfed with the update.

Great service. They do the best job at preparing groceries for pickup. I haven’t been disappointed yet. Loading groceries was easy and the young man did a great job. We’ve tried meijer and the last time they brought me molded produce and it was difficult to have delivered or pickup. Payless was much easier.

Best grocery store in Muncie.. By far the best grocery store in town, from customer service, to the pharmacy staff to the check out folks like Kay and Richard, they all go out of their way to help and accommodate their customers, Debbie the store manager is like a neighbor you’ve known for years, along with her assistant manager Jared, you cannot find a more friendly place to shop, or just look for a friendly smile and have a great day.

Clipping coupons?. It takes about 20 minutes to go through 705 coupons and only get to click on 140? Why? How do I delete clip coupons or items that I don’t care for that I don’t want to go through? A lot of time wasted plus paper coupons that might work? Someone needs to rethink for customers to use your app for time saving. IF I have to clip all the coupons that I am limited to - want to use before buying groceries?

Reliable needed service. Very once in a while we need to pickup our groceries … this has been such a reliable and appreciated service our store offers … I know it became popular during covid but we still use it occasionally for needed reasons … thank you Payless, West Lafayette Indiana store - your personal grocery shoppers are fabulous!

App. I like the app but When I go to the grocery store I am unable to open my card to scan at checkout. It just says start shopping and does not let me get out of it. Definitely a glitch so I had to take a pick of my alternate ID and use that.

Life saver!. I love using the Pay Less app. Click list saves so much time and money! I also love adding my digital coupons while I’m adding items to my cart. I recommended this app and click list to everyone I know.

Pharmacy is gone?!. With the most recent update, was the ability to refill prescription or view prior prescriptions removed or moved? I can no longer find it anywhere, it’s not in the “wellness” section. What happened to it? Is there a separate app now?

Grocery list disappears. After the last update, every time I make a grocery list, it disappears if I close the app or go to anything else. Please fix this. The app is significantly less useful without a functional grocery list.

Not user friendly. I have tried to add items from the weekly ad page on my iPhone app but it does not work. I even went to my local Payless and they could not figure it out. I can select items and it gives me the option to add but it does not populate my cart. It would be a nice feature if it worked.

It was bad. Then decent. Now it’s bad again.. Long time ago, it crashed all the time in the store, which made it useless since I couldn’t see my shopping list or coupons. For a while after that, new versions worked fine. It was easy to browse coupons but I always had a hard time getting it to hide coupons from areas I never shop (like baby products). NOW it’s the worst I’ve ever seen. I’m on an iPad mini and the coupon descriptions are barely readable even in landscape mode. As tiny as each one is, it still shows very few on the screen, even a big screen. I can’t imagine using it on a phone. It freezes when I try to filter coupons, and scrolling through the list is incredibly choppy. There are hundreds of coupons and I want to scroll the list quickly without having to open each one to see what it is. More hassle than it’s worth.

App high five!. I love using the app! It is easy and convenient. I would like to see the coupons updated to not show ones you have already clipped in your list to scroll through. I’d also like the ability to search by category or store sections. But overall, this app makes my life much easier!

What is wrong with this app?. I was disappointed to not be able to access my fuel points or coupons on my phone because the app would only offer “start shopping” and then loaded features items but wouldn’t let me out of shopping mode to just check my coupons. Awful app since you tried to force shopping on the app. Plus the stores on the south side of Lafayette keep getting reorganized so it takes forever to find things. Today’s sign of the day was beauty products on the aisle with food products. Ugh. I am heading over to Meijer's!

Log-in Bug. I just updated my password online and am now trying to sign in on the app. After entering my email and pressing Next the keyboard does not appear so i can enter my password. I tried tapping on the Password box but have the same issue, the keyboard does not appear.

Crap Organic Selections. The selection of organic items in the store is devastating. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Are you sure people will buy new phones to be relevant with your upgrades. Used, now will be not using. Kruger want me to buy new phone to be upgraded as old version is not supported anymore. Ha-ha Walmart and Meijer more friendly. By

Registering. Every time I try to register a card to be able to use the coupons the app shuts off. It pretty much wont let me do anything. I tried deleting the app and redownloading with the same results. I hope this gets fixed.

Delivery issues. They need to allow insta cart shoppers to substitute your order on anything that’s out of stock not just certain items.

Ordering online. Love using this app but today had problems signing in. By the time it stopped jerking me around, I had missed the pickup time that would have worked best for me.

App. I love to order online. I am switching from Walmart to Payless however the app kept freezing up every time a pop up occur. I had to shut down my phone and restart. Very annoying!!! This might change my mind about Payless. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Digital coupons. Digital coupons never work it seem like a bait and switch

Web site. The web site is NOT easy to maneuver. Takes multiple times to get where I want to go. The website has nothing user-friendly about it. Would shop more regularly if this were more user-friendly!

Updates. It makes you update WAY too often.

A few problems. Have a problem with milk lasting Salad’s have same problem I am disabled so I like being able to use pick up and can’t get out every day so I need things to last

No search function. I was shopping for a specific kind of potatoes. I don’t want to scroll through the list of produce to try to find them. I could not find a search function anywhere. Any shopping app should have an obvious search function. Dumping the app.

Bad vegetables. On my last pickup my spinach was spoiled and the cabbage was not good and I threw a lot of it away.

Salad. I am quite pleased with my pickups but the salads. Why do I never get the salad I request? Do you not keep them well stocked? I have tried other companies this last month bc I was irritated.

Bad Update?. Current version will not display card and can’t leave ‘store mode’without the app freezing.

Extremely Easy and Convenient. The app is easy to navigate, online ordering was seamless. Will use again!!

Pick up. Need to have resigned like Walmart. No need to call just pull up enter spot number

$1 Higher than any other local store. I don’t care what you buy, it’s a $1 higher than meijer & Walmart. So many other stores to shop & Save & I’m not a fan of Walmart, but they have better prices. Shop Aldi or Ruler Foods ( owned by Kroger , similar to Aldi)

Hate starting all over!. You basically are starting with a new app that asks for too much information! Very disappointing!!!!!

Why can’t it find stuff for me. I can search and it finds what I’m looking for but it won’t tell me where in the {%{^}^} store I can find the item!

No rain checks. Everything is fine except no rain checks on sale items that are out of stock.

Very bad shopping experience. This is the worst shopping app ever. Very confusing not easy to find items. Very poor quality very confusing and I am proficient at online shopping. You need to be a little more like Walmart on their shopping app

Mr. Every time I open this app it needs updated to use it and that’s part of the reason I hate digital coupons. Way too much work when I’m standing in the aisle…… and yes I’m older.

App quit working. Most recent update causes the app to crash when trying to open. Useless at this point.

Quick and easy. So great to shop from home and add things to your cart as you think of them!! Well worth the extra money.

Weekly ads. All I want is a weekly ad. Don’t want ship or pick up. JUST A WEEKLY AD!!!! I’ve pick my store 5 times and still won’t give me my ad !

Oops, Payless app developer issue. Payless has blocked access to THE most recent app, and there is no new one available in the App Store. You don’t get this kind of crap with the Wal-Mart, Meijer and/or Sams Club apps. Wow, this is embarrassing for Pay Less!

Good but lacking. Does the job, but you can’t get rid of old credit cards and you can’t add or use a gift card in the app. Or if there is, it is extremely well hidden.

Not allowing me to shop. When I click on the link to shop it just doesn’t load and says retry over and over

OUTSTANDING MARKET!. This well-stocked market is beautifully managed and employs helpful and friendly employs. The ClickList option operates efficiently and displays admirable speed and cheerful employees. This store is outstanding in every way. It is a pleasure to shop here.

Pickup ordering. Love it. Super beast and convenient with having three small children

Service. I love the app But my only issue is, it never works in the store.

Not a fan of digital coupons. I spend too much time going over the coupon items (send out several times a week) just to find the items I use. It’s a pain.

Can’t sign in. No matter how many times I delete and download the app, I get an authentication error when I try to sign in. Resetting my password doesn’t help either. So disappointed!!
