My Inventory – Home Tracker App Reviews

Just got started & lost iCloud file. I was really liking this app. I was just getting started & took a break. By accident I deleted the folder for my inventory in my files when doing something else. Had no problem starting over remaking the entries, but now I can’t use iCloud anymore bc it says I need to download the file in my folders. The one I accidentally deleted. It’s not even in the recently deleted files. How can I get restarted again using iCloud. My only choice to even use the app now is to store on my device. If I pick iCloud, it just freezes up. Help

Pretty good. This app is really great it lets you make different folders for different areas to make things separate but the only thing that I can say that I do not like about it is that once it’s there it is there you cannot delete anything you can adjust the quantity all day long but if you don’t want something in there anymore you have to either change it completely or ignore it.

Review disappeared? MyRe-review. My original review is gone after a message from the developer. So I am more than happy re-review. The app style is great & is easy to use as previously stated. The downside still stands, in having to go into my iCloud before using the app to click my data & then into the inventory app because it doesn’t sync. A huge hassle when you are in the app as much as I am throughout the day. The developer states this happens when your iCloud is full or because of certain settings yet they don’t know why. They also recommend saving to device to eliminate the issue. No, I am not using up my device storage. However, this is the ONLY thing I store to iCloud & I changed my offload apps setting to off in an effort to fix this, but I still have the issue. So what setting can be causing this then? I’d be more than willing to look into changing it. I’m still not happy that I paid for an app that doesn’t work as it should. If they figure out & fix the issue, I’d be happy to give it 5 stars.

Need to add custom re-arrangement of items. Love the app, just need to be able to customly rearrange the items in the list or grid layout.

I like the app, but. I placed my 50 items on the free app, then the app responded “to continue with more items I need to purchase the app”. I purchased the app but instead of allowing me to continue it downloaded a second app. I don’t see anyway to transfer my items on free app to new app without load each item again. Help! If you know how to transfer items.

3 Stars Because.... I like the app, but I can’t always get to my inventory. Every time I open the app, it’s always syncing. Right now, it’s been syncing for 30 minutes. I’ve hard to close and reopen the app several times just to work. Please fix this syncing problem. I don’t know why it’s syncing. It has nothing to sync to. 🤦🏽‍♀️ 🤷🏽‍♀️

Finally!. I love keeping my food inventory on iCloud with this app! My only wish is to have the bug fixed that requires the work around to delete the app then reinstall it to be able to access my data on the iCloud.

Review. I’d like to be able to just add will put actually opening the whole item

Like the app very much but.... We paid for the app and entered quite a few inventory items. I have family sharing. My husband was able to download the app on both of his devices for free, due to the family sharing. But the inventory does not sync with his devices. Why not?

Perfect app for inventory. I wish it had a few other useful features. Overall amazing app for keeping track of inventory. Really happy with how well the app was designed. Very easy to use and very useful! Thank you for making this app.

Like the app but can’t share with family members. I really like this app but would like to see some way to “share” or “sync” the items listed with other family members without having to manually update each family members app. That way if one person adds or subtracts items everyone is on the same page and sees the updated count.

Like the app. Really like the app. I like how you can make folders for different things. I would like to say that I use this for my crafts - glitter related items mostly and would like a way to put in a item that would enable me to search/sort by color. Is there a way to do that?

I loved this app but it lost all my data. I started using the app earlier today and had a wonderful time using it to take inventory of all my household supplies. I quickly filled up the 50 free items so I decided to purchase the full app. I did so immediately and then when I relaunched the app ALL my items and folders I’d spent the day making and adding to were gone. I’m really torn because I love the app and will still use it but I’m devastated I lost a whole day’s worth of entries. Is there a way to get my data back? :(

Ok. I enjoy the easy setup and it is great for it’s intended purpose, but I paid for the app and still get ads, not sure why I paid if I still get ads.

It will be 5 stars if you add barcode scanner. Please add barcode scanner so we can identify the product

Meh...reasonable app but simplistic and a bit frustrating. Bought the paid version. Simple enough to use but I cannot find any way to delete an item once added. It is also missing a size field which is pretty important if you’re using it to keep track of, say peanut butter. I sometimes buy that in a big tub and sometimes in a smaller jar depending on the price. With this app, there is no way short of tracking them separately by putting the size in the item name, to account for different sizes. I can live with that. But, the inability to delete is exceptionally frustrating.

I can’t edit anything. I think this app is great however I can’t edit/delete anything. I thought it was maybe a function that could only be used with the paid version so I purchased it but still the edit button will not work for me. Please help.

Share inventory. Is there not a way to share inventory with another user? I paid and downloaded the app and uploaded over 100 items. Then my employee downloaded the same app. I was expecting to share the same inventory by the username and password or file name with my employee so we both could see it in real time. Is there no way to do this???

Its Great BUT Hard to figure out. Finally figured out how to delete a group after much trying. Not user friendly.

Edit disabled?. A couple of improvements — if I could figure out why the Edit is disabled that would be worth a star. I can’t delete inventory items and I can’t move items around in different folders. Also some way to contact support rather than having to try to get it by posting a review :) I really like it otherwise, I use it to keep track of my liquor cabinet at home. I love that I can change the in stock increments to a fraction so I can note levels in all my bottles. I haven’t been disappointed to be missing a cocktail ingredient since I’ve had the app.

Edit. The edit issue works when you don’t have the inventory on sort A-Z or Z-A! Can you Please add a delete button????! I have added a folder and an add on and need to delete them and there is no way to delete any errors!
