Diesel price is listed instead of 87 octane gasoline. The iOS app now lists the current price of diesel on the main page instead of 87 octane gasoline like it used to. Can this be changed back? I don’t use diesel. Thanks.

App Redundancy. 28 years I worked finance. Millions in contracts monthly. This app has me registering, then reregistering and then finally telling me my email is already registered. Well yeah I’ve Registered and tried logging in over several months then deleting the app many times. I don’t give up easy. High 5 to the people with the patience to keep trying. I’m done, too many apps with gas rewards and store rewards to go through this.

Doesn’t work. I used the app for quite a while, but over the past several months it no longer works. The app doesn’t let me interact with it in any way aside from scrolling once it’s open, but the ads and features keep loading and unloading/reloading? Please fix, the app was nice otherwise.

The latest update added bugs no fixes. Get it together people!! Not only does your app not actually serve a real purpose from the consumer’s side (cuz yeah, the discounts all apply automatically when entering my number at the register without doing anything on the app!!) but take up space and steal our data to stuff your already plump pockets with but your stupid app isn’t functioning at all anymore saying it can’t find me, when it found me and I had used it only 2 days ago!! Well if it can’t find me or even work at all, I don’t need it on my phone or in my life at all in fact!! Buh bye!

Do not trust the app. Two days ago I checked the app for Circle K and it said their price was $3.27 per gallon so I use my last $30 to get gas so I went inside and prepaid the $30 went out and pump the gas and after it was done the gas price was showing $3.47 per gallon. I would’ve been able to get $6.00 more gas. So I called the Circle K phone number and told them what happened. Tell them I had pictures of what it showed on the app and what it showed at the pump after I pump the gas and their thing was they could only give me a polar pop, for that would cost $6.00 that I could use for gas. The polar pop was a compensation for my displeasure of the gas price when it showed on the app $3.27 per gallon and said three $3.47 per gallon from here on I am not going to trust the app at all. I am very disappointed and on a polar pop for compensation for the only $30 I had for gas for a week.

Poor email validation. Apparently their programmers don’t understand what constitutes a legal email address. Some parts of the app allow the plus sign. Others parts, such as Easy Pay, don’t. The lack of consistency doesn’t give me confidence.

Always friendly n nice. I visit my circle K every day maybe twice a day. I enjoy the workers are always working n cleaning. We have a great group up there. What needs to be fixed is the gas pumps. 20 minutes to fill my truck is ridiculous.

Prompted for ss# and bank acct. I have no apps that ask for this level of details and I’m not sure it’s even legal to ask for my social security number. You have really made me question the intentions of the data you are asking for. I pass - I’ll go elsewhere to get discounts on gas.

App and contests not working. I used to like the app. The contests would give you prizes or cents off but the last several months the app hasn’t worked correctly and the contests have been no good. Looks like we finally got a good contest to play but it won’t let me play. I don’t know why I keep torturing myself and try again and again. I guess I’m just hopeful and don’t like to give up.

Sip & Save wasn’t honored for full 30 days. I’ve been getting Sip & Save for months and I was aware that it was ending but I expected Circle K to honor the 15 days I had left on my subscription. They didn’t honor it, I paid for a 30 day subscription and only got 15 days. The rest of the specials on the app were BOGO a few months ago, now they’re buy 5-6 get one free.

Worthless App constant error. I have downloaded and dumped this App 5 times even contact support and they said it would be fixed but I constantly show an error on every page. I can’t even play the Circle K game anymore because it wants to take me to the app that does NOT work. I would give a zero if I could.

I can’t use the app anymore. I can’t use the app anymore because I can’t select my store. I’ve authorized the location, entered the location and it says there are no stores in my area. There’s one almost a mile away. So frustrating. I’ve been using circle k for over twenty years and now don’t get rewards anymore or anything.

Excellent and friendly. All of the clerksom the Little Falls, N.Y. Store are courteous and go out of their way to help you! You're always greeted with a hello and a smile! It's a pleasure going there!

Easy Pay impossible To setup. I keep getting a message that “something went wrong” while trying to sign into the enrollment process for easy pay. I know the password is correct and using a bad password gives a proper error. No point in using the app if I can’t even enroll in easy pay. This is how you lose my business. There are plenty of other gas stations near my home at similar price points. The lack of a working app is leading me to go to the competition.

Rewards. I have tried and try for the last two months and a half to get my credit in my rewards activated as a debit I haven’t been successful so far there’s not a lot of help in the stores there’s not a lot of help online and there’s not a lot of help around, so why have a store that offers so muchwhen there’s no help anywhere else think about it do you want to sell a product but you don’t have the resources that’s all I’m saying

No free prizes in app. I used to win frequently thru the website but only get BOGO items now, which just aren’t that great since lots of other places offer the same. I realize they were probably losing a lot, but maybe note somewhere free items are no longer given. Even on this review, it won’t let me tap a star to rate. I have told many people over the years about your monthly drink deal and game but sadly won’t be now.

This app is actually unusable.. I’m not sure if its just not optimized for my phone’s screen (iOS 13 Pro, pretty common model) or somebody missed several steps in QA, but the animations for the create an account process are way off. It keeps scrolling to a blank white screen any time I tap anything. I can’t even sign up to use the app. Fire your developer lol.

⭕️K truly 𝓡𝓞𝓒𝓚𝓢🥤. We have always stopped @ this store but when I started doin rewards & point systems @ all these stores… ⭕️ K jus had tons and tons of much better options games with real time prizes… I can honestly say that we probably visited Circle K about 300 days out of the year and that’s been the past three years. Seven save also was the best thing that they never come up with until they raise the price because in all actuality, I wasn’t saving any money because every time I would go in and get my free drink every day. I ended up buying a candy bar, so I was actually spending way more appreciated 599 price but I will not pay the $10 today… Thnx 🥤⭕️K

Stopped working. The app was great while it lasted but all of a sudden today it just stopped knowing where my store was and I can’t use anything on it. I can’t use my inner circle and I can’t do the circle k days of gifts. I tried redownloading it and it just stopped and I can’t use anything I have in there. I would love a reply on maybe how to fix this or if this is happening to a lot of people or if this got fixed at all and my phone is up to date on software updates so I genuinely don’t know what the problem is

Not happy. Had a K card to save me 10 cents a gallon. Lost it.. found it then went to use it. Said they canceled the cards last month. Handed a slip to sign up for a new program. Went to car to use my phone to scan & sign up. Then I noticed I would only be saving 3 cents a gallon. Big deal! Went back in to store (Blue Diamond) and there was a line of 8+ people. I was paying cash anyway so saving 3 cents wasn’t worth standing in line. They should have made an exception for me. I left and went to Smith’s where I got gas for 2$ gallon with my Smiths points. So I actually saved 40cents a gallon.

MY CIRCLE K. The Circle K that I consider mine is the one closest to my house, which is the one on 28th St. Circle K has the best sodas with the Styrofoam cups and always have good slushy flavors.. the store store is usually always kept super super clean and the staff especially the managers are extremely friendly and helpful. I love it.

App quality. I have been using this app for some time now and whit this new app I just love it and it is so much better than the old app

Frustrated!. For some reason the app says it can’t find a location. My problem is I’m sitting at a circle k as I type this because that’s how frustrated I am. The app is saying there’s no circle k in this area. I can’t see the cash back I’ve earned this far. I’ve tried changing location preferences in my phone and signing out of the app.

Super convenient. I am already a regular customer for circle k since it's walking distance, now I do the same thing but just save a few bucks each trip.

Trash. The “new” app is trash. There was nothing wrong with the original. In the original when going through the deals section one deal claims that if you download the new app you’ll get a free coffee and breakfast biscuit sandwich yet there is no such offer in the new app. I have the old app still and use it more often because it refreshes and has actual deals in it. The new app looks like a fifth grader made it, cheaply done and in a hurry.

Can’t Access Games. I was very excited for the new game to come out March 2024. Finally the Gasino comes out. But when I open it, it tells me to download the app, which I already have. I can not find the games on the app anywhere. It used to be so simple. Just too complicated now. I used to go to the gas station every day to use my rewards from the game and spend money. But now I’ll go elsewhere.

Great Coffee. I really enjoy stopping at the Harbor circle k after dropping my grandson off at school to pick up a cup of there coffee. The coffee is always fresh nice flavor. I also like when Cindy is working because I usually pick up some hot pretzels to go as well. However they do need 2 cashiers working not just 1 the line at times are very long. Thank you

Store 2363. My name is Courtney I have been going to circle K for over six months and there is a lady that works circle K store 2363 on Seawall her name is Debra. She is really friendly and very nice. She knows me by my name I go in there and every week and get a carton of cigarettes. She’s really funny. and really kind. And everybody else that works there they don’t know me by my name they just see me as just a customer and it’s nice to have someone that knows me knows my name and every time I go there she always tells me hello how are you today

Great App!. I used the app for the first time today. I got a free cookie….25 cents off gas….2 sodas for the price of one…and discount on 3 bananas and a coffee! I will use this app every day and recommended to several people.

App music plays in my other apps. Every time I open my junk email the app music from the game goes o win prizes is playing in the background! It feels like a invasion of my privacy because now I don’t know if my email is exposed is there a fix for that???

Circle k@key colony fl. No one speaks fluent English in this store I have been in twice with questions about how the app works at the pumps. The app awarded me 30 cent discount provided I paid first took forever to find someone in the store who could activate it after pre paying I tried use it without success. I am going to try one more time on Thursday for 20 cent discount on premium gas. Hopefully the new one n marathon is completed soon and they are better at the app

Trash App. The positive reviews are just people commenting on how much they like the cashiers. The whole Circle K ecosystem is trash. It’s confused, disjointed, the registration system for a payment card is separate and also stinks. The SMS verification process works in an early step and fails later when it makes me verify my phone number a second time for some reason to finish my profile. I try to connect my Easy Pay card to the new app, and get some PHP couldn’t open a log file error. It’s a comedy of errors. The last Circle K app was also awful. Maybe you need new product leadership.

Circle K. The new Circle K app Inner Circle is an incredible app. I very much like using it free peanut butter pretzels for the diamondbacks game and they gave five free drinks, coffee or fountain and that helps a lot here in Arizona. It’s hot I’m ready for a drink there’s a Circle K thank you Circle K for having this in our Circle app.

Debit easy pay is horrible. Easy pay debit from Circle K. it is horrible experience. It’s so hard to use. It’s crazy that you have to make a debit card and then you can’t connect it to your app and just pay it like that or use your regular debit card and just input a rewards number or something it’s so complicated and convoluted and it’s so hard to get anything corrected if like you use the wrong pin or anything the people that work at a gas station can’t help you with anything you have to call the customer service number, if anything has any issues.

K @ I-95 Wilson NC. I have patronized this location for 10+ years. It is always tidy and friendly. Sometimes when I just go for a coffee late evenings, it is complimentary. I locked my keys in the car one evening and was treated like family at Grandmas until case was resolved. They are expanding from a pizza kitchen to a Burger corner, and it couldn’t be any neater and less obvious. Highly Grateful for The Donut Peddler donuts and pastries. So dagburn delicious! An occasional treat, though every time craving.

Garbage app from a garbage company.. On the off-chance the app actually works and doesn’t give you an “unexpected error” (as opposed to all of the errors they were expecting) there’s still a good chance that the idiots who are supposed to maintain the database forgot to do their jobs and your “free” item won’t be free. Then you have to rely on the minimum wage employee to know how to handle that situation. Even worse, when you ARE an employee - like me - and you just want to get your “perk” of $0.20 off per gallon of gas, it just doesn’t work. No explanation, no fix, you just get to pay full price for gas this week. Better luck next time.

Love the map for real circle ks and the sales!. User friendly, love the map feature so that I know which circle ks are real vs owned by someone else. That way I can get my fuel discounts. Also nice to see the promos for sales on food and drink!

Will not give me a 10% discount. I gave them of a picture of my driving license front and back gave them my bank statement with my information on and they still will not give me the card to get $.10 off per gallon. But they want a five star rating.

Sip N Save going bye bye😭. My wife and I were getting our coworkers to join Circle K app for the Sip n Save that they are doing away with. Much of the time it never gave you the credit on your drinks purchased to be on your way to the 6th free one and they didn’t do anything about it but say oh that is going away. I will not be pushing others to use their app unless they have better customer care and do something that makes it seem above and beyond. Our coworkers and us are huge on morning coffee from Circle K. Now we won’t be.

No member barcode?. I checked the app and saw a special for Friday two for 4 and I went with intent to get this deal from my app and it didn’t even work the worker didn’t even know how to get this to work and on top of that I had to pay more then what the app told me. I say this app has no recommended quality that would make me say I want to see what promotions there are because there not even acceptable at store. I even shown it and the cashier didn’t want to change it to that promotion as if he states I don’t know anything about this app. I would of thought they be up to standards with 711 but there app is much more friendly and easy to follow. I give this a -1 star with the knowledge that this other reviews are just bots or paid cooperatives I bet they don’t even know how to use this app themselves.

An absolute disaster. The previous iteration of this app seemed to work perfectly. they continually told us about a new app coming out soon and it did. Unfortunately, virtually nothing works correctly. All of your discount fuel cards that were tied together with a previous card no longer show up and give authentication issues. There was obviously no beta testing with this app and rather they rushed it to the consumers. It’s well known that Circle K is taking over many local stores which I congratulate them on but if they would’ve spent a few extra dollars testing this app it would save the customers all of this heartache.

Great app. Used the app for the first time today. Went to the cashier and he was friendly and knowledgeable. The cookie was delicious as well.

Best Store Employee Ever!. Sam at the Derry NH store (55 Bypass 28 Derry, NH), is the absolute kindest, most helpful, professional store clerk around! He always has been very kind to me, and I light up when I see that he’s working, but the way he treated me and my past visit was nothing short of amazing! Thank you for hiring the likes of Samuel. The fact that you employ people like Sam will keep me a loyal, long returning Customer! He should absolutely be recognized for his superior customer service skills. Can’t open. I downloaded this app, but every time I go to open it it goes to a screen that just says let’s keep in touch. I even deleted it and re-download it and keep getting the same thing. What does this mean?

Consistent & clean. Oh, I belong to the sip and save me a lot of money. I also have the app which saves me on gas good place to shop.!

Incompetent programmers. This app is horrible. They cannot keep it up and running properly; one day there’s prices, next day there’s no prices….. one day there’s stores in your area, the next day there’s no stores in your area ; and when you try to contact them no one at the corporation ever returns your messages or calls.

not working. When I login all I am show is “nothing to display” already tried uninstalling and also tried the website but the website doesn’t seem to work either.

Total Scam.. I tried to download the app for easy rewards and attempted to register 6 times!!! The “register” button will not let me click it and is literally not a button. I even went home to try again thinking it was a no wi-fi issue but nope!! I went to their support page and have yet to get a response.

Gas stations disable the membership day they have offers. There was this 40c off last week. Noticed the gas station had disabled the membership. Had to pay what was listed.

Doesn’t work. Have tried download and redownloading but everytime it says it cannot find any stores. I allow all privacy features like location and notifications but still all the pages say there are no stores.. was looking forward to the 31 days of circle k :/

Oops, something went wrong!. The server encountered an error and was unable to complete your request. This is all I get. Have reloaded software. Contacted support followed there instructions . During recent 5 fillups to get 25 cents off only got credit at one of two inner circle stations. This app and support is pathetic!

I’d rather use Google maps. What does the app actually do besides locate stores and tell you in-store deals? The coupons aren’t really coupons. You can no longer play their rewards games online and the app doesn’t have it either What can this app do that google maps doesn’t do?

Worse app ever. I’ve tried 3 different times to use this app for the rewards offered. It hasn’t worked one time. I’ve contacted customer service each time and have not received one response. Don’t use thinking you’re going to get rewards it will not happen.

Failed to connect. while at Wytheville, Virginia station, one connector B it would not initiate the charge. I had to use Apple Pay on the credit card reader to get it to work.

Trash. I can’t even create an account. From email or sign in from phone. I’ve tried 7 times including force closing the app. It never goes past entering email and creating password. Never had this issue with the 7-11 gas app. Not worth the download

Worse at math than me. Apparently I’m locked out of age restricted deals until I’m 21. Would be great if I wasn’t just a few years short of 40. Thankfully I don’t drink or smoke so I’m probably not missing much, but it’s annoying all the same.

Inner circle. Just saved 7$ and it was easier than ever!!

Not easy pay. I’ve tried 5 different accounts to set up easy pay and none of them worked. I think this is a scam to not get the discount for gas. I call customer service and get hung up on after waiting 20 minutes or more.

Smiley Happy. The clerks are always smiling and happy to see me when I come in! Helpfulness goes a long ways with me!

Confusing. I thought there would be a barcode to scan for rewards and drink purchases but there nothing like that. Seems more like they want to track me than to help me get customer perks Deleted the app

Not working right. Have had issues from day one. Tried to use the 30¢ off a gallon new app promo and it wouldn’t take it. I just mad everyone mad while the cashier tried so hard to make it work.

Johnsonville Circle K. This looks s an awesome place to get your gas, drinks and snacks! The ladies there are very awesome as they are so very friendly and do everything to help

App doesn’t work. I keep received messaged via text about “deals” and links to the app, but the app is empty and doesn’t have any of these “deals” or any useful information. 😂 Sonic you want to be annoyed. This is the app for you.

People Perks Gas. Love the perks on gas. Especially now when gas is so high. Especially like this location.

Missing Christmas Deals. The 31 days of gifts is missing from the home page and I don’t know how to find it. I have coupons that I want to redeem and I can’t now.

Great store. The employees are very nice and helpful. Everything is in stock when I need it. The store on route 30 in Schererville is always clean.

Can’t sign in. I downloaded the app but it will not let me create an account. I’ll put in email and password and when I hit continue it will not do anything. Anyone else having this problem?

Proactive. I love the games the sweeps the app. The gas prices are usually less than other stations. The staff are helpful cheerful professionals. I like circle k!

Easy Pay Sign is Borked. Could be a nice app. Got it to use East Pay but no dice. Spent 30 minutes trying and after entering all info the Submit button is sort of grayed out and nothing happens. And THEN it deletes everything you entered. Way to go guys…

Your prize game cheats NONSTOP. I have been playing it for hours and I keep crushing target items and it didn’t reflect as collected on my item goals, I even closed and reopened the app over and over again. Because of that I’m deleting this app and not buying gas here anymore. FIX IT

Can’t create an account. I assume it’s because I have a 13 mini phone and they didn’t accommodate for the smaller size, but every time I go to create a new account the bottom half of the screen gets covered in white and you can’t continue.

Nice service. I’m using this app very first time in my life and so happy for free coffee while filling gas in my vehicle 👌👍
