Can’t select softouch. Our location offers touch free but you can’t select it if you use the app.

Tried multiple times. I’ve tried to register multiple times and never get a text to register. My husband already paid for the membership and I can’t use it because of this. There is no other way to sign up.

Keeps restarting. App restarts every-time it tries to use the camera. Very frustrating when you have to do the app over 2 or 3 times to use the car wash.

Horrible!. Right when I bought a one-time carwash voucher and tried to redeem it at my selected location, the app crashed and only opens up to “Oops something went wrong! Please try again” over and over. I just wasted $7 on this app for it not to even work. I want my money back.

Good concept. I think this is a good concept and the price is right. Just signed up (on a slightly wonky app) but it has not been any trouble to actually obtain a wash — so far so good.

Doesn’t include all Circle K. Signed up to get the buy one get one month free car wash at my local Circle K. Was able to get 2 whole car washes before they took the car wash out of service because of a drunk driver. So I go to the next nearest location which was 3 miles away and they don’t except the car wash app there, the manager at that location looked through my app and found where I am supposed to change the location and their store was not in there, the next closest store that excepted the app was over 60 miles away. 45 days later and my local Circle K has not repaired their car wash so I canceled my membership to the car wash app.

Paid for subscription, can’t login/manage account. The app is great, but I can’t even login to the app due to SMS texts not being delivered to my phone. I’ve contacted customer support and the issue still persists.

Out of order…no indication in app. I will change my review to 5 stars if Circle K can add an “out of service” button to the app that won’t navigate me to an out of service car wash. Thinking about cancelling since this has happened multiple times.

Washes always broken. Every one of their washes within 20 miles of me in Eastern Washington have been closed/broken whatever for over a month. It’s not weather related, hasn’t been cold for weeks now. They just don’t seem to care enough to repair them. Don’t waste your money on a monthly plan.

App Not Working. I have a pop up saying “Directions not Available” and it doesn’t show my location. Please fix this as I can’t use the any circle k car wash now

Never got to wash my car is single time. Absolutely disappointed purchased one month subscription they charge my credit card for a $90 and I was never able to sign in to the app and use the car wash. Every time I try to login, it says too many devices log into the account that’s absolutely not true. I signed up from that very same device. Once they charged my credit card, didn’t let me login. I have to call credit cards and dispute the transaction as they have no customer service whatsoever. Skip this up in this car wash at absolutely any cost there are much better ones out there.

The App doesn’t work. The App doesn’t work and I was charged for the program. Is this a scam? The employees are aware it doesn’t work and have print out a free wash. The new employees don’t know what to do and so I can’t wash my car unless I pay for something that I already was charged for. DO Not Sign Up for the App that takes your money and doesn’t work.

Not worth your time nor your money. I purchased the CK one month, unlimited wash option for $26 at the Circle K in Bossier, LA. Said top of the line, "supreme" wash with clear coat, wax& dry NEVER gets my car clean. MAJOR dust & dirt remain on even the mid door panels & it's their, "top of the line" option. Purchased unlimited washes for one month. Returned 12 days after initial purchase and, HAD 2 PAY AGAIN!!!! Rip off. Who has time energy, much less the money right now?!?!

Always closed. Over half of the car washes I try to go to are closed. Some of them have NEVER been open. The maps need updated or stores fined for not having car wash open

Huge disappointment. I don’t know what has happened with this application. I have used it for about three years and outside of an occasional glitch it has been just fine. Easy and convenient most of the time. Lately it has rarely worked. They have tried to make it a bit more sophisticated and efficient, but instead it just doesn’t work. It is embarrassing to be at the entrance of the car wash with others lined up behind you and have to fumble for your credit card to start a wash that you have already paid for. TIME TO CANCEL.

DO NOT BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION!!. I bought the subscription and tried to use it at a nearby store. Keep in mind, this store was on the map and there are advertisements on their pumps promoting the circle k car wash subscription. However, when I tried to use the app to do a car wash, it kept directing me to a completely different store. It would not let me start the wash at my local store, it had the address to a random one and would not let me edit it. Keep in mind, in my settings my local store was selected so why would it assume I’m at a different store hundreds of miles away? Also, I had my location on, and when I clicked on my local store it even said I was there. I refreshed it multiple times, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I even powered off and on my phone but nothing. The app had no problem accepting my payment and charging me for the subscription, but I was not able to use it! I have not even used it once this is ridiculous!

works fine in colorado. seems like this either works for you or it doesn't. my experience in colorado has been fine- i have a few local locations to choose from and never have a problem getting a wash. only complaint is there is usually a line at the store closest to me during peak hours. maybe it works a little too well :)

The Worst. It’s not working on my iPhone. It keeps saying “ Sorry something went wrong. I already paid for the monthly car wash and now I can’t even use it? Like come on now. I really dislike that. It’s a shame too because I was really looking forward to driving up without having to pull my cc out. Frustrated too the max

Not in Illinois. So apparently this app is only good for the washes in Illinois. Even though the ones here in Arizona say something about a subscription on them. Seeing as how it won’t generate a pin unless you are physically at that store. Skip this app. I’m sure there’s a lot of cheaper ways then a cross country road trip for a car wash.

Oops something went wrong on our end!!. 7 out of 10 times that I go to get a car was at the store down the street from my house In Broomfield colorado. My iPhone says oops something went wrong on our end. I get so sick of being excited to go wash my new Car I pull up try to use my app and thrn this happens. Even worse is when someone pulls in behind me. I’ve had to ask other cars to please back out so I can get out. It’s humiliating, Buyer beware

Subscription but car washes often out of service. App offers a subscription. Unfortunately the Circle K car washes are often out of service. If you have the subscription then you may find yourself driving from car wash to car wash to try and find a working one. I tried three today but none of them were properly operational.

Borderline Scam. This app is sketchy and not always dependable. But, worse than that is the car washes that are inoperable. You pay for a subscription and then can’t use it because the carwash is constantly out of order. When you try to contact customer service no one replies. Total SCAM!!!

Needs update. Worked fine until the latest iphone update. Worthless now.

Doesn’t work for business-fleet cards. The carwash charge for this service show up as “Internet Purchase” to Mastercard not “Vehicle Maintenance” or “Carwash” which is not allowed on commercial fleet accounts. Disappointing. The idea is great though and local carwash is new and only one that thoroughly cleans truck running boards.

App don’t work. I can’t even get signed up because I never receive the text after putting my phone number. Waste of time. Customer service is horrible.

Latest app update a disaster. Love the subscription but now every time I want a carwash, app freezes. I have to delete the app, reinstall all it, and enter all of my subscription info back in. I emailed for help a few weeks ago, no one got back with me. At this time I cannot recommend

Inconsistent experience. Some times it asks if I was touch or touch less others it goes with what I selected last. Very disappointed with the inconsistency.

Wasted money. Just wanted a simple wash, machine told me to download app so I did everything , I paid for my wash but the app just kept loading for almost 5 mins so I closed it then opened it again and it said I already used the wash so I wasted money for nothing. Not using this again

Unable to add family members. Unable to add family members for US phone numbers. It kept on saying invalid phone number and my number on the bottom is also displayed in a non US 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx format. It displays 1-xxx-xx-xx-xxx format. Please fix it asap.

0 Stars. The app rarely works, you’re supposed to be able to get 2 washes per day, constantly will not get a wash for a few days then try to get one and when I go there it says “something went wrong try again” several times then eventually “you used your car washes for the day” when I hadn’t had one for that day let alone that week. When it does work very few circle k washes honor it. They said the one down the street from me honors it, turns out it doesn’t. I emailed the support email about why the app keeps crashing giving I have to drive over 30 minutes away to a circle k that honors the unlimited wash plan only to have it not work. Their support emailed back saying to call them, I called, waited on the phone for over an hour then had to leave a voicemail where they said they would call back within 24 hours. Over 3 days later still no call! Don’t get the plan or use them it’s just a scam.

Stops allowing washes periodically. Every few weeks it stops allowing washes. Says car wash is out of operation. Tr I’d deleting and reinstalling app to correct. Sometimes it works. Sometimes have to call tech support. Major inconvenience.

App down for 2 weeks. Every time I open the app I get “oops something went wrong, please try again” on multiple devices. Have emailed twice with no response. Circle K is committing theft at this point.

Store Locations?. Disappointing!! Same issues as others that don’t seem to addressed, CircleK locations aren’t local, no way to pull up the one that’s close to me. I won’t use their car wash since I can’t use the app, surprisingly awful app for a company of this size.

Trash. Wash was out for almost 2 weeks app had no info and wouldn’t allow me to even get into the app to look for another wash. Wash is now fixed and app is still not working 40$ a month for what lol

Doesn’t work. Despite having a Circle K less then a mile from my house it only shows the one circle K like 20 miles away, even if I type the exact store location still nothing shows up, really sad love the car wash at my local circle k here in Clermont FL (4311 S Hwy 27)

Only 9 Locations Listed to Select. Upon launching the app, only 9 locations are available to select. None of them display the city and are not recognized as local. Additionally, it insists that I accept the terms and conditions without providing a link to them. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Bought the family plan - can’t add family. I’ve tried multiple occasions to add family members to our “family plan” and get an error message every time.

Very disappointed. Great concept, but horrible execution. Car wash has been closed for over 10 days. I’m paying for a service I’m not able to use. Tried to call several times but hold times are insane. I think Circle K tried to do too much, too fast. They are clearly overwhelmed and the customers are the ones that suffer. I have canceled my subscription. App has a lot of issues as well. They need to do more work.

No real customer support. Paid for the app, tried to use it, seems to work, but not the car wash. Broken, clerk says the service is very poor. Suggest traveling to the next city and try that K store. App customer service never responds Don’t buy this without interviewing one of the store employees first.

Don’t do it!. App never works. It is very difficult to get immediate help. Store employees are clueless to the app and how it works. I used it one time and had several months of charges. Circle K would only return on month of subscription.

Do you think I’m stupid. Your app wants me to select a unlimited package and gives me the first month free. But....... there is no where that the app shows what I will be charged per month after my free month. Do you really think I’d sign up for something without knowing the price?????

0 Stars. Do not buy.. App does not work; if you scan the ID for the wash you’re left on a loading screen that leads nowhere. After you try twice it just says “you’ve exceeded your daily washes” and you’re just screwed. Don’t buy. Go somewhere else.

Took my money and did not work. I purchased a one time voucher using the app because I didn’t want the subscription service. I was in line at the car wash at the time. I was not able to use the voucher that I had purchased at the car wash.I asked for a refund through the app and got no response. Thankfully, I used PayPal and was able to easily dispute the transaction.I am very glad that I did not enter credit card information into this app. Apple should be doing a much better job of making sure that apps on their store are not taking money from people.

Great Overall Program, inconsistent experience. I love this program, great price too. The location on Clark Rd, Sarasota, FL is always out of service, and I’m not sure why. I also get logged out frequently and I try to log in and it says “Too many devices per account, on only my device. I’ve tried to contact the customer support number for the car washes, main support line, and left messages and no response. I hope the app support end gets better and become resolved. Otherwise I love the program!

No customer service. The app is good. The company/car wash customer service is 1 star. I’d give 0 stars if possible. For an entire month, the car wash by me was closed. I spent $50 and got absolutely no car washes. I called customer service a number of times to get a refund. When they finally responded, they emailed to ask the best phone number to reach me. I gave it to them and never heard back and that was a week and a half ago! Don’t sign up for the car wash monthly subscription and save yourself a ton of money! 🙄

Inconsistent washes and frequently closed wash bays. It seems every chance I have the machine closest to me is always down like the McDonald’s ice cream machines. I just drove to the 3 nearest stores and they had trash cans in front on the wash bays so you can’t use them. Then when you do find a machine that’s open is doesn’t even work right. Not worth it. Was a family premium subscriber but not anymore. Also, I’ve reached out to support via the app and text and have not heard back. It’s been weeks since I’ve reached out.

I get an error message as soon as the app tries to open, so I don’t even have access to cancel an account I can’t use. Doesn't work. Waste of time downloading. When you want to use or buy car wash special it does not work at all. It is totally junk.

No SMS received. App will not send an SMS to verify account. Tried deleting and reinstalling, same issue.

QR Code Washing Fail. Just lost my turn waiting for the wash because using the QR code to have the app start the wash failed. Kept on spinning. Recommend only using car wash code.

Carwash always broken. Then when Carwash is up app doesn’t work. I want my money back!!

Crap app. The app makes you go all the way to the last stage then shuts down. I had six people behind me and was sitting for 6 minutes waiting to talk to customer service. After a couple minutes more. I got a code. That is great but still making me want to go back to thourons there app always worked.

This should be illegal. I went to my local CK and payed for “unlimited season” washes. Nowhere does it tell you how to use them in the future so I printed a receipt hoping there would be instructions. Nope. So after googling I found you have to get the app and receive a code. Fair enough. My store does not show up! The nearest location to choose is 3 hrs away! And from my understanding you need to be at a chosen store to receive your wash. Also there is no way to register for what you’ve already payed for..so basically I payed for unlimited at the machine..but you want me to pay again In order to register my purchase and use it, but I can’t even use it anywhere near me, so then WHY is it even an option at the machine?? Pay here for your package-but you can’t use it here and if you want to use it somewhere else far away-get the app and buy the package you just bought. MAKES NO SENSE!!

Terrible. Hardly works, seems rigged (the game does at least) also the app is just generally crappy. Not responsive, not well laid out, doesn’t actually even seem like something I need.

Mainly IL locations??!. forces you to select a store & the search section doesn’t work apparently & none are in TX! selected whatever just to get through & still subscribed since it states you can use at “any” location but that didn’t work! to get a wash code you need to be at selected store physically otherwise it’s worthless! It’s definitely not “any” location unless I’m doing it all wrong??!

Stay away from this it’s a SCAM. This does not work. I bought the 39.00 Ultimate Carwash package yesterday 24 June 2021. I got the code (did the 2.00 upgrade to MAX wash) I waited almost for almost an hour (first time through) in line to get my car washed drove up and the code didn’t work. I attempted the code several time with a no go. I called the help line that the app offers and of course no one answered. I had to go inside to the store and speak with them they did their best to figure out the problem with no avail. (To make it better I had to get a code from inside the store 17.00 for a single wash) I was told use the scanner next time. They gave me a Carwash ticket and I was able to get my car washed. To 25, June 2021 I waited in line again only 43 minutes this time, and I used the QR scanner it again said it went through and I was ready to get my car washed all I had to do was press the button when I pulled in and nothing. Get a refund as there is no Circle K corporate help as they do not seem to care about their customers. Again I called their help number no one answered left a second message. Tried using their “chat with me” AI useless if you do not ask the questions they want you to ask it dose not work.

Develop needs to get fired. Worst app developed. Doesn’t load all the location.

Falls advertisement. So I was at the pump pumping gas and I seen the QR code saying free car wash and I was like OK so if I download the app i will get a free car wash because I download it and then I put my number in there and everything second thing you know it’s telling me oh by 1 one subscription then you gonna get the second one for free what a rip off

Only a few stores. Most car washes are in Illinois, a few in Orlando and NC and 1 in Arizona. So for any other state this will not be worth it. Sad part is I have a circle K Carwash under a mile from me in San Antonio Texas, oh well maybe they will add more later

SMS code. Trying to register my number… accepted terms and agreement and haven’t received the SMS code to finish my registration..

QR scan and codes don’t work. Unable to use codes or QR - error “oops something went wrong” or “invalid code” EVERY SINGLE TIME. Gas station worker says it’s happening with everyone trying to use the app. So definitely not user error. Get it fixed guys. Not worth paying for a service I can’t use.

Crashes a lot. App crashes a lot when you are in the car wash cue. Very frustrating.

Invalid Mobile Number. I purchased a family plan to share with my partner. It doesn’t let me add their mobile number and says it’s invalid. It’s not. The app doesn’t even format my own phone number correctly, do they even test this app? On top of those issues, the app is clunky. Asks for your license plate when you are going through the wash, it also defaults to a QR code scanner but the car wash I was at didn’t have one. It was very confusing figuring out that the CTA on the scanner was to generate a code as opposed to me already having a code. We’ll see if I keep this, at this point though, I may just cut my losses after the first month and find a different subscription service. Not sure if the developers are paying attention, if they are, please fix this app.

No Bay Area locations. Trying to get on the wash grind for 3303 San Felipe Rd, but not here.

Does not work. Tried to pay for a single wash. Used 2 credit cards without success, then attempted with PayPal. Only got error messages.

It does not work. I downloaded the app but I couldn’t not receive a PIN number. No one can help . Very poor developed . No customer service. There is no one to talk to about the app issue.

Couldn't get a car wash..... I went to the car wash, opened up the app, and it wanted me to scan the QR code on the screen at the car wash... The only problem is the darn QR code almost never shows up on the screen. So I then click on "get code"... But the code never showed up. I tried again and again it didn't show up. When I tried the third time it said "unfortunately you have a exceeded your wash code limit per day" and I was unable to get a wash.... PLEASE have the QR code on the screen at all times to prevent this. I rarely ever see it. Or have an option to click on the screen to show the QR code in addition to "enter code"

This Carwash App is buggy. I am experiencing an issue with the Circle K Carwash app. Despite having location services enabled for the app, it consistently detects the wrong location. The app incorrectly places me at 4711 Andrew Jackson Hermitage TN! while my actual location is 12712 Broadway at Kingsley TX, which is also set as my local store. Due to this error, I am unable to use my carwash subscription, as the app cannot communicate with the carwash machine at my actual location. Could someone please assist in resolving this issue? The customer support in the app is futile!

Location not available.. This is a very frustrating app. Circle K has a great program for car washing at a very reasonable price for family packages. However, I have not been able to use it once on this application and I’ve had the application for two months. Circle K has been very gracious about refunding, my monthly charges until the issue is resolved. But it never seems to be resolved. Whenever my husband or I go to the location and try to use our app, it tells us that the service location is not available… The car wash is not available. Although we can watch other cars drive through and get washed. We go inside of the location and they give us a code and we go through, but that is not what we’re paying for. we have a service that allows us two times a day per car. My cars have to be clean daily, this is an application/service that I would be using daily. And I’m not able to without a great deal of inconvenience. Plus, the employees at the location can only give me one car wash through the store when I walk in. This is not a guarantee because it is courtesy and at the stores discretion. Depending on who’s working is depending on if I get a car wash or not. I love the car wash. I love the package deal if only I could use it. I’m highly disappointed with the application.

Always out of service. Almost every carwash in south austin is out of service all the time! Why paying a membership if cant use it????

App is useless. The car wash right by my house advertises this unlimited plan so I downloaded the app and paid for the monthly subscription. That same car wash is NOT available in the app or shown on the map so I’m not able to generate car wash codes for that car wash. Each time I pull up to the car wash and open the app to generate a code it tells me I have to be at a store to generate a car wash code. Completely useless car wash subscription if I have to drive 10+ miles to the only Circle K store that appears on the map. I’ve contacted Circle K support many times about the issues generating codes and each time they tell me to uninstall and reinstall the app and that should fix the problem. It never does! The app simply does not work and there is no other way to generate a car wash code so don’t even waste your money or time with this app.

APP NOT WORKING. I’ve been reaching out almost daily since August 25th. The Circle K Carwash App is down. I have deleted app from my phone and redownloaded it numerous times and it still doesn’t work. I also continue to be charged for my month subscription with no option to cancel. Aside from that fee, I have spent $42 on 3 more car washes. I have tried to call, leave voicemails, emails, and texts and so far have received no response. At this point I just want a refund for what I have had to pay out of pocket as well as the $19 that was charged to my account on 9/17/23, considering I can not use the app. PLEASE contact me back.

Great concept, HORRIBLE execution!. App is junk, I shouldn’t have to hope it works when I need a car wash.

Atrocious Service, Washes, App. UPDATE 2: Just got my own generic reply to this review from the developer. How will my contacting you by email do anything to repair the car wash?? UPDATE 1: almost two weeks later and our wash has been out of order again, both times I’ve gone, and I’ve left two more voicemails on the support line without ANY response. 1) The actual car wash actually works perhaps 2/3 of the time. When it works, it’s not bad but don’t expect your car to get dry no matter how slowly you drive through the blower. If you have an SUV, forget altogether about the rear hatch getting dry — won’t happen because the blowers don’t point that way. When it doesn’t work right, expect at best to roll out with a very wet car or at worst soap all over your car. When it doesn’t work at all, I can ponder what else I could have done with the 20 minutes of my life driving to and from the car wash that I’ll never get back. 2) The customer service is worthless. After two wasted visits when the wash didn’t work, I called and left a voicemail asking for an explanation and some kind of credit. That was perhaps two weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten a call back. The gas station staff are powerless to do anything if there’s a problem, and in my experience not terribly polite when they tell you that. The “App Support” link on this listing goes to a page that says “Requested page could not be found.” Sending a text to 3130 as prescribed by the publisher sends a link to a poorly written form that doesn’t even have “car wash” as an option to report. 3) The app is mediocre and unintuitive. I’ve been unable to add a third family member because for some reason it doesn’t accept their very much real 10 digit US phone number. And in some places the copy on the site looks like it was never reviewed or edited by anyone. Whoever is leaving the cookie cutter responses to these reviews is insulting those of us taking the time to leave them. FIX THE PROBLEMS with your car washes and app. And until then, RETURN MESSAGES when people take the time to leave them.

Why?. Why do I need an app to use a car wash?

Nope. Codes generated in app never worked at the car wash and was even still billed for add on to the washes that were never completed. Canceled subscription and uninstalled.

Carwash is hit or miss. There should be a credit given to me every time the carwash is out of order!
