So far so good. Just found these chargers, pretty close to home. Scanned the code, downloaded the app and followed instructions. I’m charging a couple of minutes later at the rate of 380 miles/ hr- not bad

Looks like a fake app. Functionality is minimal, design looks bad. I’m sad that Circle K is using this app.

Bad chargers, bad app. Took me 40 min to set up the app, app wouldn’t send a validation code so I had to make a new account, charger only gave 23kw of power even though it said it would give 150kwz. Other charger didn’t work at all. Chargers don’t allow to pay with credit card, they force you to go through this broken app to use broken chargers.

Horrible app. Tried to charge my car with a credit card. I had to enter my credit card details to attempt a charge. When the charge didn’t start I had to start over and enter my credit card details again. I had to enter my credit card details SIX TIMES! This is beyond frustrating. Fix this stupid app!!!

Useless app. Not needed to charge. You do NOT actually need this app to charge your EV at Circle K. The sticker on the charging terminal makes it seem like you do but this is not true. Just use the touch screen and tap your credit card. The app asks for a ton of personal info including your FULL home address, then it says it will text you a code to verify and then… nothing happens!!! A complete waste of time AND they get your info, while you get nothing. Do not use this app!

Great remote charging! Fast CHARGING!. A valid site for Circle K branded EV charging stations. If you sign up here and connect your card, it’s the best option!

If you can set up account with a computer on web. Reading the reviews here I was loathe to start with the app. Did it online last weekend, was suppose to click a link in email to complete registration. Clicked link every day for 3 days, get a 500 error every day. Email has the support number, person just answered quickly, enabled the account. Go back to app, can login, my CC info is there. Hope to charge tomorrow!

Do not use this app. This is by far the worst app for an EV car! And customer service is a joke. Just find somewhere else to charge!

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. I set up the app and went to charge my car for the first time and it charged my card $50. It never asked me once if I wanted to pre-upload just $10 dollars. Nothing it just pre-charged 50 bucks when I charge my car the first time do not use Circle K charge. ChargePoint is the best go to a ChargePoint station if near you

Worst app ever. Compared to other EV apps, this is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. It won’t even let me add my credit card. Waste of time.

Awful. Tried charging last weekend, charge kept failing. Eventually I called support and they said the card on file expired. This app couldn’t tell me the card expired?!? Weak.

Card information. The app doesn’t allow you to update an expired card, delete a card, or add a new card. It’s easier to just pay at the charger terminal.

Everyone Involved in the Design of this app should be fired. Even the executive sponsor. The fact you shipped this and locked your chargers behind this pathetic excuse for a solution is appalling. Heads should roll and they should all never touch’s computer or phone ever again. You don’t support password management so you have to manually cut / paste passwords. You don’t support any OS features that would make it easier to create an account. Then to add insult to injury after you painstakingly enter everything “your password is too long” is the error message and if you go back and fix it the stupid app DELETES EVERYTHING YOU ENTERED AND UOU HAVE TO START COMPLETELY OVER. Haven’t even gotten out of the car to use the charger and I’ve wasted 15 minutes manually typing everything in. Do better. Replace the people who don’t. There are plenty of people looking for work that can write better apps than this.

Almost gave up!!!. Almost gave up. The sequence of events necessary to make it work are different than what the app tells you. Do not plug in your vehicle until you have put in all your credit card information. It makes you put in your credit card every time you use it. I don’t think the developers ever tested this app in the field. I did finally get it to work.

Terrible app!!! Do not download. I used this app to charge my EV but it did not work despite being outside a circle k charging station. The app asks for card details and personal information but there is no way to delete your account on the app. I called customer service which was a dead end and was given a second number to call which did not work. Do not trust this app. 0/10

Is this even legit?. This app is so bad I’m not sure it’s even safe to use. It’s asking questions that it doesn’t need to know.

Fails at life. App rejects all credit cards with false “Bank has placed a temporary hold on the card” error. Completely useless.

Absolute trash right now. We’re relying on good UI UX and apps that actually work to move away from fossil fuels. Do better.

Stick with ChargePoint. We finally managed to charge by downloading this terrible app on my husband’s Android device. After 6 attempts on my iPhone we couldn’t get it to accept a credit card. Error upon error message. This was after an INSANE number of personal data questions, that were required in order to proceed. A credit card is all that should be required to purchase electrons. No consumer of gas or diesel would agree to this overreach.

Do not use this app. This is by far the worst app for an EV car! And customer service is a joke. Just find somewhere else to charge!
