Love the app. I’m excited to have this feature at my finger tips. It takes the hassle out of paying my bill.

Resident App. By utilizing this app I’m able to process my rent in a timely manner. Also it allows me to have maintenance and repair service to be readily accessible when needed by priority bases. Wonderful means to accommodate us tenants overall…. Thanks Vinebrook!

Tenant. The website is user friendly and makes it easy to pay your rent and report issues that need addressed immediately. I love using the portal!

Quick and simple touch screen and Go!!!!. Very easy and fast to make rent payments in your smart phone. Quick access to maintenance and request as well.

Easy to Use. I was able to make maintenance request and make my monthly payments with no problems. Face ID log in is always a plus.

Review. I wish I was able to split my payments up. I would like to be able to pay a certain amount on one card and a different amount on another card

Why have auto pay if it doesn’t work. Their auto pay feature does not work. They will charge you late fees if their auto pay system fails. The maintenance button just opens their maintenance web page and it is not formatted for a phone like an app should be. The phone number calls the National hotline and they have no way of contacting the local office. No point in downloading this app.

Vinebrook Homes. This app makes paying rent as easy as it could ever be. You have 3 options to pay and you can also use the app to set up maintenance. I am very pleased

Disappointing Tenant. Right now, I’m extremely disappointed with this company. Tenants pay waaaaayyyyy toooo much money to not receive a professional call back. The system now seems really greedy and incompetent. Someone is getting paid to do nothing. So my review is you guys need to work on being more professional if you are going to charge tenants house payments and car payments put together for a home. At least be more consistent with your tenants who pay you on time and cause you no trouble. And I would never refer anyone to use your company, because your WHOLE company lack professionalism which is extremely sad. Have a blessed year people!

Bad Update. You took away the “Verification” feature that was at the bottom of the log in and now I can’t get into my account. It gave me issues before with my email, it said I have a previous account with a RentCafe but when I click forgot password it says “if you have an account with this email, we will send you a link” - well it literally just told me I had an account with this email and it won’t let me register it, I’ve tried a second email address as well and it says the same thing, yet I receive no email to change my password. I just need to pay my rent!

Photos. App will be great but when it comes to uploading photos for maintenance it will not allow you to upload them. It will take make you start all over again. Other then that the app is ok.

Love it. The app has made making payments extremely convenient

Poor Performance & Customer Service. Provides very basic information & Vinebrook does NOT care about making it easy to get them their payment. They have an option for a “custom amount” but then it will say you can only pay the balance in full. The customer service answer system representatives know nothing and will collect your information for a call back that you may or may not receive in 7 business years! Either that or an email brushing off your call with the same generic message each time.

Fully functional. I’ve had no difficulty during the few months the app has been available.

Easy Peasy. The app is really easy to use! The only update I really don’t care for is the maintenance request portion. They made it a little difficult but other than that it’s great. Never ever really had an issue with the VB Team, they’ve always been great as well.

Payments/balances. Not being able to see what the charge is for especially after rent was paid in full and I used the email contact feature after I was not able to reach anyone over the phone and never received a response from the email either.

User friendly. App is very easy to use but did not provide option to choose “step” as a maintenance issue.

Awesome experience. Since transitioning to VineBrook homes the maintenance department has been quick and effective. Every maintenance request had been resolved quickly and we are so grateful for everything thing that you have done thus far.

Worst Landlord. I would not rent with Vinebrook homes at all. I have been trying to contact the main office to get a copy of my lease; I have not gotten anything in the mail or even a call back for about 2 months now. They have ‘answering service’ all day every day but only operate between Monday and Friday. Vinebrook puts utilities in their name. Be weary! I would not sign up with Vinebrook if you actually want to be ignored and disregarded on your requests. Maintenance issues are delayed; so expect to sit around waiting for someone to come by.

User friendly. User friendly. More convenient way to pay rent and make maintenance requests.

Review. Some of the things on the app are easy to access, but there’s also some things that don’t allow you to access. Like you can’t look up maintenance request unless you know all the specific information and there was one online that was a city request but I couldn’t even open it or read it because I didn’t have the number. But how am I supposed to know what the city is complaining about? If I’m not told what the issue was so I can fix it?

Hate it. You all should allow partial payments. Inflation has kicked in and you all have been no exception in your increasing prices and having no regard for the hard working middle class that are effected. Take into consideration that our WAGES did no go up. We may need to make payments in increments at times. Have some compassion

Not user friendly. This app no longer saves passwords or uses faceID. I have to input my user name and password every time I log on. The option to upload pics doesn’t work. Entirely too many steps to put in a maintenance request. A one time passcode to verify an account I already verified when I logged on. I’m in my actual account but now I have to verify again as if this is a secure money transaction. It’s a maintenance request for Pete’s sake! So many other issues I don’t have time to list.

App is more efficient than the website!!. The app has made it easier to manage and make payments. It’s really user friendly!!!

App Rating. I love it! Everything is easy to understand and follow. Very nice look as well. It saved me so much time, my rent paid and I was on with my day!!

I hate vine brook. 10/10 would not recommend. My house has black mold and no one has ever come to inspect it. my bath tub has leaked since day 1. They told me it’s a quite neighborhood but my neighbors throw ACTUAL CONCERTS in there back yard on week nights. They terrorize my dogs. They send you notices to leave after you have paid rent and it take 1 entire month for them to call you back about a rent extension. You will hear from their lawyers before you hear from them. Worst run business in America.

Vinebrook homes review. This is not only the worst leasing company I have ever had the chance to rent from, but their application services are just as reflective of their actual services. Not only are you on able to make specified payment amounts, but the team refuses to respond to emails if you have an emergency, and when you said emergency work orders nobody repairs them as needed. I have been dealing with the same issue since February 2021 and it is now November 2021 and nothing has changed.

Good app. I do everything on the app the only problem is not be able to upload maintenance request photo or being able to do partial payments if need to.

Residents need a phone call before maintenance arrives. After asking a few questions, the maintenance man that came said he was unable to call me beforehand because the app does not show the residents phone number before the pull up. Residents need to know before someone comes. This causes a huge inconvenience for both parties

Announcements and Events. These tiles never have anything as to news in our communities we live in for the residents to get a little bit of help with things they can learn to fix on their own to help keep the high volume of calls down.

Predatory Business practices. I moved into a more expensive property because three days before I moved states they said they couldn’t offer me that property due to inspection. They just wanted me to pay for a more expensive property. The maintenance function on the app is trash . They will attempt to charge you $75 every time you put in a request, regardless of it being the landlords obligation. Want your money back? You’ll have to call personally and send consistent emails and they still might try not to send you a refund. The electrical shorted and broke my gaming pc. The customer service person kept repeating the trash recommendations of re maintenance man they sent. After much harassment the Augusta supervisor sends a real election who finds a leak in the roof that caused the shortage. When circling back with customer service she said she’d give me a curtsey refund. Thanks for the curtesy of a broken $1000 computer. Thanks for the curtesy of having to take my lunch everyday for weeks to harass customer support over maintenance and refund. They only moved when I quoted the tenant landlord handbook for my state. If you haven’t signed a lease, steer clear.

Easy process and interface. Makes paying my monthly rent a breeze. I definitely prefer the ease of using an app to pay every month than going through the process and many steps when using the desktop version.

Way better than website. I was able to submit maintenance requests a lot easier on the app. The app makes most things easier than what they once were.

Everything made easier!. Way easier using the Ap, than the website. You can pay rent, make work orders. Check on the status of work orders etc. Very convenient!

Categories. I love your online process for maintenance issues but you need more selections. There was no category for flooring; the issue I’m having.

Difficult. Making a transition to this from previous portal to pay our rent was a nightmare and it cause us to pay a late fee because it take days fir bank verification 3-5 and than it wasn’t verified… so we ended up having to pay with debit card in which they charged us 4.95 to do on top of late fees

Customer service/payments. The leasing agent lost part of my deposit and I was required to pay it back instead of the company taking care of it. So for months I had to go through getting eviction notices because of something their agent let happen. Don’t get me wrong, they did work with me on getting it paid off but the fact is that, I shouldn’t have had to. And also if you want to talk to someone, you can only do it by email cause they number they have is an answering service and you get mixed messages from them. I have had people transfer me to the collections stand others tell me that they can’t do that. Which was very weird. I can say that when my lease is up, I probably won’t use this company again. The house I am renting is cool but it’s the service for me.

Quick n Easy. I rarely download an app if I can do the web. But the website tends to lag sometimes. This time around I was able to see all the payment methods and pay very quickly. Much quicker than the site. It’s very user friendly.

Its good, it could be better.. Maintenance, information about the community, and overall information is very basic. I wish there was a more modern feel with this app.

Card Issues. You guys need to fix the debit/credit card issue. It started with me paying the app to apply for the house I just moved in. It did not accept my card or my sisters or my mothers card. We have Wright platt credit union and my mom has chase. Nothing is wrong with our accounts or cards. Everything works just fine, but when we try to pay in the app, it did not work and that was frustrating to work with because I have important payments I needed to make on time. Other then that the app works fine so far…

Doesn’t take payment. I paid my rent on the fourth. It said it was processing and it will take up to two hours to post. I got a message saying thank you that my rent was paid. However, I woke up this morning checking my account and it didn’t take the payment.

Useless. Why have an app that takes you to the website for every transaction? Just tell people to log in to the website…it’s irritating to go to the trouble of logging in to the app only to be redirected to the website.

Auto pay disappeared. I’ve had to make a manual payment a couple times because my auto pay disappears. What’s up with that? Work orders have also disappeared?

A resident. The app so far is very easy to use. But in truth only used it one time so far!

Verifying Account. I think this app is a rip off for you to pay more by not verifying checking accounts. You’re forced to use a card which charges a fee. I’ve been trying to get my two different checking accounts verified for over 9 months and still nothing.

Works well. Haven’t had any issues with this app, pretty easy to use and not glitchy.

Images don’t upload. Convenient for paying rent, but photos never upload properly when submitting work order requests.

The app needs a lot of improvement.. For starters I’m not able to place maintenance orders through the app because “it doesn’t work properly” however the app works properly enough for me to pay my rent and for you all to take my money!! Make that make sense please!?!?!?

Vinebrook is the absolute WORST. All they want is money. They won’t really fix any issues you have only patch them every time, but they will surely charge you any and every fee regardless of your living conditions. RUN the other way or best of luck to you dealing with them.

Do not recommend. I would never rent from Alta terra again personally had a terrible experience and since this is an app review the app is trash too and it takes forever for rent to be posted almost like they’re trying to get a late fee out of you on top of the already 1200+rent for incredibly outdated homes.

Changes with no notification. Rent $1200. I am OK with the $10 processing fee, but this month I had to pay an additional $30 to pay rent with no notification of this change.

Maintenance. They fixed the maintenance glitch I was having with the app and I make payments every month on the app.

Easy and convenient. A easy app to use with fast processing, very convenient way to pay rent.

Too Slow. Tried for three days to pay my rent on line and webpage kept timing out. Was basically forced to download the app. This timed out twice before I was finally able to get the payment to go through … I think. I have not received a confirmation of payment yet.
