iHealth covid-19 antigen rapid test app. We got more than a dozen of these tests free from federal govt. via US Postal Service offer. The tests are well-packaged and easy to use. Both the written instruction pamphlet inside the box and the phone app as backup were thorough and clear. Well done! I was exposed 6 days ago to someone who later tested positive so I wanted to make sure my year-round allergy symptoms (which are worse today) were ONLY from allergies, not covid-19.

Testing fine, but horrible mess at the end. The testing itself was fine. Easy enough to unserstand snd clear concise instructions. In the question in the end when you have to report if you are healthcare provider and then select your employer 1. What is this do not employers they are professions 2. This a profession has going to be probably thousands long. Why on earth is in alphabetized at least? It’s extremely frustrating every to find an endless scroll of thousands and thousands of professions to try to find your specific job title. Please alphabetize these, or group them by job type, or have more general titles. Please.

Testing Made Easy. This is my first time using the iHealth COVID Test. This is one of the free tests I requested from the CDC that they were mailing to people’s homes. The whole process was very simple from start to finish. The instructions were clear. There are demonstrative videos for each step of the test. It is easy to follow along. There is a built in 15 minute countdown timer in the APP to ensure you wait long enough to get your results. The result options were clear and easy to understand and interpret. Had no technical issues with the APP itself.

Easy to Use. I found the app easy to use. I watched the videos first. It’s a simple process but it made me feel more comfortable, especially the swabbing part. The instructions include the steps for the test, few though they are. They are just detailed enough. For example, if the reagent liquid isn’t sufficient, don’t use the test. I would not know something like that. It has a timer and the ability to add a calendar reminder for taking the second test. I actually read the terms of service, which are simple enough for a lay person to comprehend. There is no question that information is shared whether you chose to self-report to the CDC and/or a health provider or not. That is to be expected, given what the app is for.

Excellent product and service. I really like the video vs the instructions. When we had covid, my special needs adult kids were able to test themselves using the video and I didn’t have to assist them because I was positive and I was afraid to contaminate their results! I recommend this for everyone! It’s easy, informative and when you don’t feel good just follow along… I recommend this.

Testing and instructions very easy to follow.. We had no problems adding app to phone and follow instructions. Read instructions first and lined up items for test. Then opened app and followed instructions. The app was very easy to put on hold, rewind and fast forward to review or do as instructed. The diagrams were very helpful. And automatic timer handy. Instructions for reading results excellent. Thank you!

Problems with reporting to CDC. App works well for performing the test, but the results reporting has some problems. It asks what symptoms you have. No symptoms is an option, but after answering “No symptoms” it insists on asking when the symptoms started. “Unknown” is an allowed answer, but I don’t have symptoms. It isn’t like I don’t know when my nonexistent symptoms started. Until today this wasn’t a problem, but at the end when I press the report results button I get an error message that there are problems connecting to the site or something like that. Ok, fine but there seems to be no way to get beyond that screen. I need to take a test once a month because of a meeting I attend and don’t know if that app will work next time or if I’ll still be stuck. No a real problem since I can perform the test without the app, but this is a review of the app not the test

This app is the perfect remedy to bad written instructions. When I opened up the written instructions, I was disappointed to see how unnecessarily complicated they were. So I downloaded this app, and I am glad I did. The testing process is actually fast and simple. The short step by step videos in this app were perfect. There is even a 15 minute timer built to ensure you get accurate results. Whoever made this app is brilliant. Thank you!

Very Imformative!. All went well until the end where you submitted the results to the CDC. In the second to the last page I picked no symptoms because we were taking the test because we had company who left Tuesday now positive for Covid. On the last page in order to Submit I had to pick not sure when the symptoms started. There were no symptoms and after picking that I didn’t get a correct choice!

Why?. I lost trust with this company when I noticed the expiration date on the box was wildly different from the date printed on the reagent tube. I gave this app 3 stars simply because there is no need for it. The printed instructions that come with the actual test are clear. There is no need for me to create an account, watch a video, or upload results. There is no legitimate reason for me to share health information about myself. If the test is negative, that’s it. If positive, I’m just going to call my doctor.

Very disappointing. ....... I downloaded this to report positive results From the week prior but there was no way to change the date that I actually tested positive. I read the instructions that came with the box and took the test just fine, I didn’t realize until now that I had to report it in order for me to get time off of work so I downloaded the app to do just that, and come to find out there is no way to edit the date that the positive test was taken. Furthermore after reading through some of these reviews it seems some people had to pay for this app I couldn’t find where it said that you had to pay for the app I just downloaded it and now I’m stuck wondering if I just paid for some thing that I just deleted off my phone really aggravating. Would really like to know if it was just me unable to find how to edit it and whether or not I actually paid for some thing.

Works as designed. BADLY designed.. The test kit came with a perfectly cromulent set of instructions in the box, which we followed. At the end of our testing cycle, we opened the app only to find you have to watch un-skippable videos for each step and then run out a 15 minute timer before it will let you upload your results. On the perfectly understandable instructions printed on the paper that came in the box, it warns that if you wait till more than 30 minutes after the test you may get a false positive. But if you didn’t do the test 100% in tandem with this brilliant app, there is literally no way to not finish more than 30 minutes in. You guys really need to make the videos and the timer skippable.

Informative & efficient with digital results. This was very user-friendly and informative accommodating lots of learning styles, and I appreciated the visuals as well as the video and the explanatory info. There’s a timer in the app with an alarm and easy to follow instructions to obtain results. The middle to your health provider or whatever party needs the results and if needed, you can report your results to the CDC as well. It allows you to include other profiles so that Family can use one app to get all the results.

Good test kit and app. Worked great and I feel confident in the results used on myself and granddaughter after she was exposed .: she was able to administer her own test with some guidance high made this much better than the 5 other times she had to be tested ! Hers was positive we followed CDC info I tested 2 times it’s negative results and no symptoms which I feel is accurate testing results for us both Use with confidence and with app its fool proof

Look Ma ,no reading of instructions. I love how easy this was that it broke every step down and then would make me do what I had to do first before it moved onto the next step. It was very simple. The end was a little questionable only in that it’s want me to report to the CDC or my health provider with no easy exit since I tested negative I didn’t feel I need to post that result. But you simply hit the home button at the top. And that seem to work.

It’s very helpful. Even if you are not using the iHealth test kits the information included is helpful to people who are adults and are trying with all our might to not make others, possibly, deathly or crippling ill. You know, like admitting that a vaccination isn’t exactly magic or a cure for all variants. So, in conclusion to quote the BEST 5 part harmony musical group from the late 20th century En Vogue “Never gonna get it, never gonna get it. Never gonna get it, never get it”, I really hope.

Easy. Test is easy and convenient to use, especially in uncertain times. The APP’s clear step by step instructional video cannot be avoided unfortunately, it would be nice if an individual had previously performed the test, if the video was made optional. However, it is not such an inconvenience as to prevent me from using the test or the app. For first time users, to aide in any possible frustration due to angst over the situation; Just have everything ready and wait to open it until you hit the take sample video. It helps.

Test is easy to understand and complete.. The only problem with the test was that there was not enough fluid left to reach the bottom line. I had to swipe the fluid from another test kit to complete the process. If you follow the app, the test is easy to take. The instructions are clear and user friendly. The video in the app was thoughtfully created and it stopped after each step or series of steps so the user has plenty of time to complete the steps. You can also go back if you realize one of your answers was incorrect. Try to get tests that have been recently made and don’t horde them. The fluid evaporates despite being in a sealed container, wrapped in cellophane, and placed in a sealed box.

The app makes it easy for first timers!. I like how app pauses at end of each step for the person testing to perform actions. Then tester has to select “continue” to go to next step. My first attempt wasted a kit because I twisted the top off the solution vial instead of cutting the vial to open. I found that trimming the vial edges a tiny bit (more “V” like) with scissors positions the vial opening slightly below the edge of the test tube permitting all of the solution to go into the tube. I’d also recommend using a blue glove to hold the vial, in case solution escapes from vial or tube.

iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test. The test equipment was not easy for someone either large hands. It was easy to miss the difference between Style #1 and Style #2 but if following the #1 directions with the #2 kit, getting to the point of adding three drops to the “card” it was clear that no sample would be tested. That sharp scissors were needed to 1. Open the package, 2. Release the swab, and 3. Open the reagent module, was nasty. This kit is designed for women with small hands. Those folks are needed but not necessarily always available.

Home test was simple. So I had some cold symptoms and thought to take a COVID test, I had some handy, it’s cold and flu season, so I took the test using the directions written, then realized there’s an app and watched the tutorial. I’m normally not good with directions but this was simple and easy and thank god I’m negative but in case I wasn’t I at least can rely on this test to give me an idea if i have something serious or not. Thank you.

Worked Well for Me. The app was pretty easy to follow. I like that the timer was built in. That was very helpful. One recommendation I have is to require a photo of the test results. Who is to say that the person conducting the test is honest about the results? At least a photo can provide a greater guarantee that the report is honest. Just a thought. Good overall. Will update if I run into trouble in the future.

Solid app but it should work with Gmail. This app is helpful in explaining how the test works. It walks users through in a well-paced, easy-to-understand way. It’s basically what you’d want in an app of this sort. The only issue is that, once you go to send the results to your healthcare provider, it requires you to have the default iOS email app set up, even if you have Gmail configured as your default app. It is a weird limitation and an unfortunate oversight for an otherwise well-done app.

Shady data collection. Wish we didn’t need to download an app just to view instructions. Not sure if this was unusual, my test didn’t come with any instructions though. Just wanted to test for my own knowledge, I didn’t like that this required an email / google log in to use. Also, in the app, when it asks for a rating at the end, it REFUSES to accept one star. It’ll only let you give 2, or none at all (which means it won’t submit the rating at all). Feed really sketchy, guys. My test also only came with one swab instead of 2, which means I got gipped out of one of the tests advertised on the box (but I’m not sure if this related to the company that runs the app)

Not enough components to use properly. The directions are very clear about the amount of liquid needed to conduct the test-the test may be invalid if not followed exactly. Since I received “test set 2,” I had to transfer the solution from a sealed plastic vial to the test tube (test set 1 comes prefilled.) When I carefully squeezed the solution from the sealed vial to the tube, the solution level wasn’t at the fill line. Because the directions stated too little solution could result in a false negative, I tried the second set of materials in the box-same amount of solution. I ended up combining the solution from the two sets and it was enough to administer one test. So a box of two tests was only able to be used once. Would not buy this brand.

Positive on May 26. Ever since I tested positive, I read took a test and showed up negative almost 2 weeks later. Since then I still feel lethargic I have a smell in my nose that comes and goes that is the most disgusting scent and taste. I eat healthy I stay active I just don’t have the energy and the strength some days. I never had a fever but my wife and daughter did. I did not suffer from headaches as bad as they did either but the runny nose is shortness of breath and a recent ear infection I have dealt with in the last week

Good, but has a minor hitch in its giddy-up. Excellent app, really, for the test part. Clear, easy, simple instructions with good graphics. When submitting results to the CDC, though, a page asks you to pick from a list of symptoms you’re experiencing. It doesn’t give a separate “click here if no symptoms, it lists “No symptoms” as a symptom in the list. So when you pick it and click “next”, it sends you to a “when did your symptoms start” date-picker. If you have no symptoms this looks like a dead end. Now I’ve forgotten what the choice was that let me finish — that’ll be your challenge, if you have no symptoms. A puzzle for ya!

Simple and easy to use. This app was very simple and easy to use. Since I’ve taken so many tests(not at home) I pretty much knew what I needed to do. I re-watched the videos over and over to make sure I was doing everything as accurately as possible before I went to the next step. My test is negative, but I’m still gonna retest in 2 days at a healthcare facility to be 100% sure. Other than that I highly recommend.

Very clear directions. One note, there can be TWO different ways the solution is packaged. There may be one empty vial with the orange cap left off and to the side with one small clear enclosed vial with clear solution inside. However, you may get a vial with the orange cap screwed on and enclosed in clear package and if you look carefully you will see the clear solution is already INSIDE the vial. So I ended up doubling the solution! Could affect the results so am going to test again to be safe!

No Thank You!. I downloaded the app because I wanted to report a positive test. Realized immediately when they wanted me to make an account that the app was for more than results/test reporting. No thank you. There is an imbedded Apple Wallet feature to contain my vaccination status with QR codes verified by my state’s DoH. I also found out shortly after deleting this app that I could report my positive test through “exposure notifications” in my phone’s settings menu. I don’t know if all states’ DoHs have this functionality but Apple supports it if they do so this app is 100% unnecessary. Don’t pay for it and don’t give them your information.

Very clear videos and instructions. Even though the video mentioned that the package contents could be different (test has changed??), the videos were very clear and simple. I liked how there were multiple short videos, one for each step, and it was easy to replay the video, and even go back to the previous step/video. The video on reading of the results were very informative, and I felt very comfortable making a self diagnosis.

Easy To Follow. I recently tested positive for Covid-19 on Sunday 8/14. As of today, I tested negative with minimal symptoms so thank goodness! Using the self-test covid kit was super simple and the video instructions were quick and straight to the point. I had no problem following each step. I would say it takes 5 minutes to go through each steps. Final step is waiting 15 minutes for your results - It gives you detailed information about what to look for and how to choose the best results based off your covid test card. Overall, I would recommend using the self-test covid kit if you feel you may be having symptoms of covid. It’s quick, pain less, and you’re in the comfort of your home which is a plus. Definitely give this a try!

Works just fine for me. I am with others who don’t understand the highly agitated and negative reviews. In regards to the videos versus the printed instructions, I used the in-app videos to help me understand it better as I learn easier by demonstration. I watched them thru carefully and had no trouble following along. As far as the app requesting contact details, maybe instead of griping about it you could ask yourself why they ask. Do you gripe when a dr wants your contact info? Maybe it’s to keep track of how often the same person tests positive, if any, (aka contact tracing). Maybe because it’s a day ending in the letter ‘y.’ 🤷‍♀️ You’ve gone thru all this to take the test, what do you think is going to happen, that the CDC will show up at your door in HazMat suits to cart you away to the Place of No Return? My only complaint is the video voice itself 😂.

Works ok but... I am a school nurse with an IT degree and the app fine until you need to create groups. I wanted to create groups within the app ( boys basketball, girls volleyball) so that the coach can see everyone in that group with a green result. But the app puts you automatically into every group instead of picking the groups you would belong in when you sign up. Also how many students/staff can be on the platform? The site says a small group if so then the app is not reliant for us (800 people)

Simplified and user friendly. Simplified step by step instructions with video that eliminate second guessing one self. User friendly and straight to the point which helps with anxiety and feeling overwhelmed. The included timer is great, it saves you from scrambling to get a timer going, specially when you’re trying to keep everything sanitized. The test itself IMO seems too susceptible to human error, not everyone has the patience or fine tuning skills needed.

Easy to Follow. This was my first time having to do a home test with the kit provided. I downloaded the app and it was super easy to follow the videos. Easier than reading printed instructions. Like the fact that it does report to the CDC. Just came from a funeral and a class reunion all in the same weekend. Not feeling great so I tested. Glad this is a convenient at home app and test kit. A lot of people have had and do have COVID recently.

Easy to use, can’t save app to phone?. This test is fairly simple, although having to juggle the tiny little test tube while taking care to not allow the swab to touch anything is a bit frustrating (use a small cup to keep it upright). The app is easy to use as well; however, it doesn’t actually save an icon to my Home Screen - really weird (iPhone 11). I have searched through every folder I have, and no iHealth icon. Every time I want to open it, I have to go back to the App Store and pull it down again?

iHealth COVID-19 Test kit. Great product and APP. Easy to use and understand. Walks you through the process. Sets a timer and provides documented results that you can share with your medical provider and/or the CDC if you choose to. Other options to share as well. I find this great for sharing with my employer. You can also do testing groups! Great options for testing and sharing among your group. Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed!

I do not trust this test. My package did not have a sealed separate solution with to add to the not empty tube so the directions were frustrating. When I went to the app to set the timer, I had to go through the directions of someone telling me what to do BEFORE I could set the timer. I did it without the app anyway and will be deleting the app forthwith. The English language skills of the writers of the directions made clear that English was not their primary language. How aggravating it was to stick the thing up my nose and do all the junk only to discover this test was made in China. How many problems have they had making tests? Not happy.

Works perfectly fine. I don’t know what’s up with all these angry and bizarre reviews. I suppose the printed instructions might not be that great, but I never bothered to use them. When I saw there was an app I downloaded it, set it up, did a “dry run”, and then performed the test and submitted the results without issue. It’s not the world’s slickest app and the videos always play portrait, but they’re not “unskippable”. Just use the slider at the bottom of the video to skip to the end. I think many of these negative reviewers might be older or struggle with technology in general.

Easy and Simple. I downloaded this app for the reporting feature only, having taken the test over a week ago. I was able to easily add a profile for each person tested in my family. It allowed me to skip through each video AND the timer at the end simply by saying continue on the warning. When given the option to report the results to the CDC, I was able to retroactively select the dates we each tested positive, and the dates we each started showing symptoms.

App is unnecessary for the test itself. The app works well, and you can actually skip videos (contrary to what most reviews here say) by moving the bar to the end. However, downloading the app is unnecessary if you’re only using it to take the test, as the test kit comes with written instructions. I got a valid result with this test, however I’m not sure how much one can trust the consistency of the test as it has you leave your test sample uncovered for 15 minutes, exposed to outside elements which could potentially hinder results.

downloading an app is ridiculous. i’ve had to test for covid multiple times and this is the first one i’ve taken that refused to supply instructions and forced you to download an app. what if i didn’t have a smart phone? what is i was elderly? what if i lived in a place without service? this test and app is classist and ageist. not only does it force you to download an app, it makes you create an account using your email/phone number. so not only are they getting money from you buying the test, they’re making money from you downloading their app, AND most likely selling your information. NOT A FAN. i never ever rate apps and i never complain but this was completely out of hand and ridiculous. felt like i was on the intellilink episode of south park. just provide written instructions in the packaging!!!!!!

Good to know. Positive status was bad news because I have been vaccinated twice and boosted twice because I am diabetic and at risk for lots of things. The test was easy and fast. I went to the doctor on Wednesday and they said the results may not be back until Saturday. I wanted confirmation that I didn’t do anything wrong with the test but I know by the way I feel. Long story short I will be in my room for 5 days quarantining.

Unable to email results. The app is easy to use and instructions are clear and pretty well done except for a couple minor problems. I could not email the test results because there is no SEND button anywhere (maybe it’s hidden under the keyboard?). Another minor issue is you have to keep rotating the phone between videos which are in landscape orientation and the Next button which is in portrait orientation. The Next buttons in between the videos should be in landscape.

Clear instructions, works fine. The instructions videos were helpful; I appreciate that the video included instructions for both versions of the reagent solution, as I have received both versions of the test kit over time. I like that I am able to submit results to the CDC (I noticed this feature disappeared for a period of time, but I’m glad it’s back!). I’m not sure what happened to other reviewers who mentioned junk email, being forced to pay, etc. - none of this has happened during my use of the app.

Easy , foolproof, convenient. I ordered the tests from the USPS website last week. I didn’t hear anything and waited for days. I was worried that I wouldn’t get the test in time to be able to get accurate results, but the test arrived today after a week. I still have symptoms. Today is Tuesday 6/28 and I started symptoms on 6/21 or 6/22 and ordered tests right away. I couldn’t go anywhere to test since I felt so sick (and I am vaccinated). I found a few local places like CVS and Walgreens, but no available test times for a week. I wanted to know. When my test arrived, it was 2 tests inside a box. The box contained a pamphlet that explained everything. There was an app to download (this app), which took seconds to set up and register. The app walked me through the process with step by step instructions and videos !! It even had a timer on the app which you need a 15 minute timer to read the results, and it provided a timer for you. Once complete, you are able to submit your results to the CDC and even your doctor, right from the app. That makes it so easy! Everything was well thought of and I couldn’t be happier about the process! I was rather intimidated at first and scared, but they held my hand through it all. Lol. Thank you!!

Stupid. You go on the website to schedule an appointment. The link doesn’t work to check appointment availability, but the link works to take your money. Then, they direct you here to download the app, but it is only for the self test at home. I used Chrome, followed the instructions, but there is no way to check available slots until you pay. The tests are also made in China and the help desk is only open M-F 8:30-5 so you are screwed if you need help on the weekend. In Europe, I can walk 3 minutes to a Covid test trailer, pay 20€ and have results printed and/or emailed to me by the time I get home. Tell me again how great capitalism is. It’s great for big tech, big government and big pharma.

Easy with the phone number!. The very first test I submitted for my son I entered in my email and created a password but the only thing is i never saved that information! So almost a year later my son needed another test this time I used my phone number. His information popped up more convenient so as long as you put information for the first time you do a test just enter in the phone number for next time. Less headache.

Straight forward and easy. I’ve done a lot of testing for work and life and I have to say that having an app to walk you through the process is wonderful. The fact that the app gives you the option to report your results to the CDC and your healthcare provider via email is stupendous since most reporting simply isn’t happening due to the widespread use of rapid tests. Thanks iHealth!

Covid-19 Test. The test was very easy to use. I would recommend if possible that you get the prefilled syringe. Much easier to do the overall test. I got this one directly from the place I was getting the procedure done and they had the prefilled syringe. Again very easy to use and the results are very easy to determine. Highly recommend.

Easy to use. I love the app and what it provides! I like how it gives you 2 options to either read instructions or watch the video! This was my first time taking an at home covid test and I must say it was easy to follow! I really like the timer it provided in the app. It’s perfect for new modern generation to follow & do the test instantly at home!

Seems Very accurate. Given our times, I have used this test when ever I have felt significantly under the weather. 2 separate times it showed me as negative. This time it showed my positive. I backed it up with a PCR which also showed positive. I feel very confident using this home test and trusting it’s accuracy

Would rather have Covid than deal with this ridiculous app. 1. Opening the app immediately starts the verbal instructions. I could find no way to start the app when I wanted it to start, for instance, when we were ready to start. If it was open, it was blathering out instructions …. 2. … while I desperately tried to get it to play NOT SIDEWAYS on the screen. 3. This is a ridiculous app. I think I’d rather have Covid than deal with it. I gave up, grabbed a magnifier and read the several pages of tiny written instructions.

Easy straight to the point great. Better than the other test I’ve taken. Where there were so many pieces and things you had to do for no reason. If you don’t know how to take the test it’s step by step tutorial and you know. They give you suggestion resources etc. Grade A in my book

Simple, easy and extremely useful. This app works just as it should, is super easy and user friendly. Would be nice it it had the option to enter testing data anytime and for any test. Especially when I forget to use the app as I’m conducting a test. Cause I unfortunately forget often…. Oopsie! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I had to use my saliva to test positive nose sample did not test positive. Not understanding why this test did not register for me when I did it the correct way as the directions note. I had to swab the back of my throat and drool a little bit into the test tube. Then I got positive test results back to back to day and night in between.

Works great, easy to use.. These come in handy when you’ve been exposed/possibly have been exposed and need to make sure you aren’t positive so you can keep going to work and still have the piece of mind that you aren’t going to expose anyone else to Covid 19. Extremely easy to use, and seems to work well. Thanks guys!

Great start - but *needs* improvements. Improvements: - *MUST* be able to add 3rd (booster) and more vaccination records - should be able to pre-populate information from 1st vaccination for 2nd vaccination capture etc. - should be able to re-use previously uploaded photo image of record (most folks will have one physical vaccination record with 3 and more dose of vaccination, so why not reuse same card image) - optional ability to upload testing evidence for verification and validation if needed later

Need a Video Preview. Because the written instructions with the test kit were difficult to follow, I wanted to watch the video before I did my test. However, it launched me right into an actual test, and wouldn’t let me cancel out of it. At the end, I had to “submit” invalid results because I had not actually done the test yet. Having an abbreviated video would have helped that.

No. Just no.. The very first instruction is to download the app. Open the app, and they want you to pay $25 immediately before going any farther. No. Just no. The next step is to determine whether it is test set one or test set two. There is no indication on either the box or its contents which test set it is. The instructions while occasionally oddly written, are fairly easy to follow without having to use the app. It is clear that the instructions were not written by a native English speaker. The test was not approved by the FDA, merely authorized under an emergency use authorization. The tests were manufactured in China. I cannot speak to the reliability of them, especially since the FDA did not approve the test. but hey, free test. Use as a first – line test, but do not rely on the results all that much. If in doubt, seek out and pay for a reliable molecular test, from a reliable health practitioner, clinic, or other source.

Super Easy to Use. The app has a short video that walks you through each step and a built in timer for counting the minutes until you can check results. You can also email your test results to a health provider or employer or event organizer.

Easy to use. The only thing I would like to see is the option to not watch the video every time you test. Other than that, it is simple to use and to report the results. I appreciate that it shows guidance if a test is positive or if it is negative and I develop symptoms.

A waste. Agree app is a bust! When I did get to the end and my choice was submit to DR or CDC and it asked about symptoms, there was no choice to say /-no symptoms—I just tested because I had been exposed 3-4 days before and wanted to make sure I was not positive. I had 4 shots and no symptoms so figured I was good. No choice to report that so it was a waste of time to use the app and I deleted. Instructions in the kit were sufficient and I won’t need to do it anymore now that I have the kit instructions.

Easy as 1 2 3. This App makes the testing so easy! Much easier than trying to read the instruction pamphlet from the box, and juggling all of the testing components at the same time. I especially like the 15 minute timer included at the end of the process…I didn’t have to use my watch, clock, or kitchen timer…it’s right in the App!

That was easy!. I haven’t needed to take a Covid test. I have not been around people with Covid, and I felt fine. After traveling in an airplane a couple of days ago, I am aware that many people who travel get Covid. Today my throat is scratchy and my head seems stuffy and achy. I decided I should take my first test. It was easy and I found out for sure that I do not have Covid.

Simple, convenient, straight forward, helpful, effective, and zero problems.. I had zero problems. Simple, convenient, straight forward, helpful, effective, & I assume accurate. It'd (be better if this didn't exist & we didn't have to deal with a real life epidemic/dystopian future (today/present)….. But - Cest La Vie…Here We are & it is what it is. At least this was easy to do and convenient!

Pretty straight forward. Videos are easy to use. You can pause when needed and move slider fwd and back to confirm information or jump ahead. Yes you have to wait 15 minutes for result, but that is the norm for a rapid antigen test. Past results are readily available for those who need a negative to fly. Don’t see what all the fuss is about

Makes taking the test easy!!. The app makes it so much easier to, step by step, take the test. Explains the contents of the package, has a timer in between steps which after it’s done it helps you determine the results of the test, no second guessing at all.

Easy to use. I had no problems using this test and the app. With the video instructions in the app it made it 10 times easier to use the test. Anyone who says differently didn’t take the time to watch the videos before they used the test.

Easy app to use for everyone. It was videos on how to the test properly. Better then the instructions that the iHealth gives you. It also has a timer and the app keeps the results and it will allow you to send the results to you physician.

Great concept. Great concept and works well just a few improvements would be great. Ability to add 3rd vaccination. Ability to add test results from other vendors and upload email results as proof. Ability to store dr email so don’t have to look it up every time I test. Also ability to send results to another party. I am a mobile notary and because I go in peoples homes I have to test weekly.

Spam junk mail floods my inbox shortly after creating account. I should have read previous reviews before downloading App and creating an account, sharing my email and personal info. The spam and junk mail quickly flooded a mailbox I reserve only for important emails. So they didn’t wait to sell my information. Think long and hard about downloading an App that has major issues and is not useful at all. Read the reviews, then keep scrolling!!!! The fake reviews stand out! And if anyone knows how to stop the spam and junk associated with this App, please let me know.

Very easy. The video instructions are simple and easy to understand. I was able to pause and play as i went. No one should have any problem using this test unless you CANT follow simple directions. There is not “a bunch” of personal info asked. Name, birthday, gender and country. Not a big deal people. Get over it and get on with it…

Simple enough step by step guide. The app is straightforward. I like that you can report positive results to the CDC at the end, but on the downside that means I have a positive result. I’m vaxed & boosted so I think I’ll be fine, but it’s still no walk in the park. I couldn’t imagine going through this without any type of vaccine!

Private, easy and no mess- I recommend!. That was so amazingly easy. It was such a great peace of mind to take this in my home while feeling uneasy, and emotional about what may be next. I followed the steps as I went and it was done fast! The option to report results to CDC and send to primary doctor was also a great relief.

Easy to use and super helpful!. I really love this app. I followed all the instructions which made it super easy to follow and really cool all the information gets stored and reminders are set for retests. Then gives you option to report to cdc and or to your Dr. which is a great feature! Highly recommend the app!

Well designed. Walks you through every step, has timers for the test, guided videos, ability to email test results to Drs/family as well as report results to the CDC and set a reminder for a followup test in 24-36 hours. Very well thought out and designed app that made the process as painless as possible. Thank you.

Incorrect vaccination dates. Went to add vaccination record and it doesn’t indicate which dose it’s recording. Went back to correct the dates and it won’t save it. Glitch within the app. Exited the app and went back on and it’s the same thing. Recording my vaccination record for both doses as todays date which is incorrect. Called in to get them to correct it and was told they cannot do anything other than pass a note to the development team for them to update the app. They instructed me to check back at a later time if there’s an app update. Useless. I wanted to use this for traveling purposes but it’s a broken app.

Nothing wrong with it. The version of the App I have as of today works just fine and the videos are clear enough to guide you through the process. You can test without the app and the printed instructions from the box are easy to follow as well.

Covid 19!. My T line came out soo positive , looks according to this I should be in ICU but when I went there they did a O2 sat which was 94 % and they did sent me home with a pkg of Paklovid Thems the breaks ,I have received 2 shots and a booster , should I get the3 booster? Thanks for hearing my story . Don’t worry abt me 81 yrs old . Something should happen soon, hopefully for the better.

Super Easy!. This home test was super easy. I downloaded the app, followed the steps and got my results in 15min. The whole shebang took about 20 from opening the box, until the results. Don’t forget to self-report your results to the CDC and your doctor. You can do it right from the app. Good luck.

Unable to add booster shot. Areas that need improvement: - need the ability to add a single photo as card had multiple entries. For example, upload once and then if you need to upload another one, give the user the option to add as new or replace existing. - Need to be able to add booster shots - would like to ability to manually add Covid-19 antigen test from other manufacturers by uploading photos of those test results.

Wonderful! This test was fast, easy, and very simple. I enjoyed this Covid test because it provided a video on how to perform each step. It also provided a timer after I completed all the steps along with images of what a positive/negative test looks like. This test by far, is the best at home test. It is quick, simple, and makes testing something easy rather than a chore.

East to use. Very easy to use and report my result. Method of testing not that much different from others I’ve seen so I’d have taken a home antigen test before. If you haven’t, then instructions still fairly easy to use. App is nice because has timer but I could do without the videos before going to the next step. That being said, it’s a minor annoyance.

Good app for self testing and records. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because every time you use it, you need to either watch the videos or manually fast forward each step until the timer comes up. I like that the app keeps the results per person every time you administer them a test (and for yourself).

A very Good App. We are Seniors, and not very tech savvy. I hesitated to download this app assuming it was going to be hard for me to use. Well, I certainly was wrong! Great videos walk you thru how to administer the test, there even is a timer. Clear understandable instructions. Even links to report results to your Dr and CDC, plus it will add to your calendar when to test again. Thank you folks for a Great App!!

Great!. Greatest option I’ve had for Covid test results to date! Didn’t have to worry about exposing anyone, including ourselves- in the event of a negative result, and easy to follow directions with videos that feature “next step” button so you don’t have to pause it or risk hitting something else and losing your place!

Pleasantly pleased!. This is a well-informed, helpful, and user friendly tool provided to give people the necessary information to make the most important decisions for their family unit and communities to assist with the mitigation process of this deadly virus. The effort to simplify the process and compile the data into a single location is greatly appreciated.

Easy to use. I had to use the Return Safe app for a conference and the iHealth app made the whole process much easier. It was also my first time having to self-test and I appreciated the clear, detailed instructions with timer all without having to leave the app.

Not enough solution for two tests. I very carefully and methodically followed all of your instructions; but we couldn’t do the test for both of us. Hence, the solution being the most important part should be extremely checked. Maybe include a third one just in case. Especially, when the only ampule provided didn’t fill up to the second point and you indicated that it is alright to be slightly above the second point level. Dr DNA II ( Analytical Chemist )

Couple bugs. My first vaccine was Johnson & Johnson. As a result there was no second dose of my initial vaccination series. Needs to be a way to state that. I received the booster shot of a different vaccine. When I enter the date of the booster, the initial vaccine changes to the same date. No matter how many times I try to correct it, it still doesn’t work. After taking a new test, the results page shows my vaccines on the current date instead of the dates they were given. Tried reaching out via email, but received no response.

Watch video for step by step. I just finished taking the test, negative! If you at confused by the paper instructions, it’s best to download the app and watch step by step video, even gives you 15 min timer. You are able to look at your test results history and even upload your vaccine card.

5 stars for Ease of use and clear instructions. Only down side would be that they say to wash your hands before test, but don’t tell you to disinfect the other items you have to touch to complete the test such as the phone screen, which is most certainly dirty. Otherwise, very good app and was simple to follow the video instruction

Makes unauthorized charges DO NOT DOWNLOAD. The kit indicates the app needs to be downloaded to use the kit. It doesn’t. One does NOT need the app to use the test. This is how people are tricked into paying a fee. The app walks through the testing process and includes a timer. The kit includes instructions, and most people have a timer. The app is unnecessary. I don’t even know what the fee was for because there was no alert or disclosure in the app. Click a button and A notice of payment from Apple comes through. That’s the only notification you get. Again, nothing in the app.

Easy to Follow instructions in the app. If instructions repeat before the next step, ignore the repeated instructions. It would help if you could pause the instructions while you complete a step! Having the timer is good in case you forget to check within 15 minutes. All in all it’s a simple test with easy to follow instructions.

Easy to do. The e video takes you step by step through the process and even times it for you. My one concern is you are elderly you may have some problems squeezing the test sample vial and squeezing it onto the test card. A slightly more flexible plastic would work better

Test and instructions were fine.. I got the app. No one asked for any money and the videos were easy to follow. There are 3 videos. They each walk you through one step and keep repeating until you hit the continue button. No big deal. They provide a timer and a method to report to the CDC or your doctor if you are positive (I didn’t have to do that).

Fairly functional and straightforward. The app walks the user through the process of taking a test and understanding the result. I like that it offers the ability to report results to CDC - information about test results is critical to understanding the pandemic, please consider reporting your results if you are able.

Great test. I really liked using the iHealth Covid antigen rapid test as it gives you the option to download the app and follow video instructions to do the test. I hate reading paper instructions especially in these large fold out paper pamphlets. Also a great feature is reporting your results to the CDC if you so choose.
