I health care. I used to be so lazy not taking of my eating habits, had to changed, though not completely yet, I had to checked my BS, curious about the results, take my medications as instructed, the device given to me inspired me because it records the result thru my CP. The results aren’t discouraging because it will encouraged me to be more interested in my health and wellness. Thanks to the team, Dr Zheng, the dietician, I forgot the name who patiently guided me to use the device, the MA, the friendly staff and the pharmacist, as well. Thanks to all!

Excellent!!!. I can’t say enough great things about the service from Unified Care. The app is very accurate and tracks your numbers and history trends. I just recently started using Dexcom, a continuous glucose monitor, which has been very unreliable. It constantly disconnects from the app and sends me critical alerts which don’t match the fingerstick readings. The meetings with Alyssa my Nutritionist are so helpful and I can always message them through the app when I have questions or write notes on the app indicate what I ate that might have affected a high reading. They’re very responsive to my messages or phone calls. Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

Five Stars Program. This program is helping me to monitor my pre- diabetes and loose weight. The team is very supportive and positive. Even when I make a mistake, the team is always encouraging! Without their support, positive attitude, encouragement and ideas for goal setting, it would be much more difficult to be successful in achieving these goals. Thank you Dr. Sattar for recommending this program. Thank you to the team I report to, I don’t think I could stay on track without your assistance in all of the above mentioned areas.

Harry & Violeta’s app.. This has been a great tool for us to use. We are made more conscious of our eating habits... subsequently, we both have loss a little weight.

Convenient and innovative technology. This device and app really help taking and reporting your blood pressure/sugar more easy and convenient. I also like the incentive system in place to keep you on track with your daily monitoring.

Disappointed with this app. This app takes 2 to 3 days to upload photos to my food diary I’m very disappointed with it and it is being blamed on my cell phone but I think it is the app itself that is dysfunctional I’m very disappointed

Daily reporting is good and necessary. This system is a must and efferent to achieve goals

Works great!. When it comes to Diabetes, knowledge and support are most important. The app in combination with doctors care, their hardware and real time feedback from licensed nutritionists goes far to control and treat the disease. From my experience, understanding the subtleties of diet, timing and it’s impacts on the body is not simple really. The highly knowledgeable staff helps to point out facts and practices not evident from just general knowledge of the disease

IHealth blood pressure monitor. This blood pressure monitor is extremely simple to use. I use it every day. It keeps a record of my blood pressure. This saves me from having to write it down every day so I can share it with my doctor. My doctor uses the results of this device to review my blood pressure when I have appointments with him. Support Is also excellent and I’ve used it multiple times. The healthcare assistant Esther Anderson is also excellent and she provides great help for me. Hi highly recommend this device for anybody who needs to monitor their blood pressure. It’s a great convenience and time saver

Always Learning. The Virtual ph call was Fun and Informative. A few things I got out of this call is *Reading & understanding the Nutrition Facts Specifically carbohydrates- should have only 15gr And carbohydrates - a mixture of different sugars like potato Another eye opening fact was *when I take my diabetes medication and then don’t eat. That is one reason why my blood sugar is low. I appreciate all of the information given today
