Rude employ. The app was fine except each time I had to go through it and start over. I had to put my charge card numbers and again there should be a way I could keep it in there for the next time I order. However, the guy at the window was very rude. He was awful. Makes me not want to go back to rallies. If he’s going to be there at that window no one likes to be yelled at and he sure did it.

Not happy. I ordered for the first time in the app and everything was good until my food got here and they did not have the drinks I ordered. I had a drink with my meal and a slush. The delivery driver said to call and get a refund on them. I ate my food while on hold with the customer service it took so long. After 20 minutes it said the call can not go through please try again in a few minutes. I called right back and still waited about 5 minutes before someone answered and told me it would be 3-4 business days before someone would contact me about my missing items on my order to get a refund. This was after telling him the missing items and the prices of them. This is the worst customer service for a fast food place ever. It should of been apologizing and asking if I would like my order replaced or they offer me something on my next trip there. 3-4 business days to get a refund is insane. NEVER USING THIS APP AGAIN!

Worst service ever. I normally just do drive thru orders here but the last two times the big guy taking the order was so rude and nasty I decided this time to do a mobile order because my son like Checkers for some reason…So I placed my Mobile order i arrived at 138 my order was scheduled for 142 pick up didn’t get order till 200… worker came to window with AirPods in her ears asked me my name three times before removing one of the AirPods then walked away…after I repeated my name again twice… then a guy came to the window handed me my drinks told me my food was almost ready as he try’s to smile and flirt with me…and ask for my number…Sir I came for food can I just have that..

MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. I ordered through the app and requested “Delivery”. I was made aware by the Uber app that my ordered had been picked up and then the app refreshed and told me “Oops looking for another driver”. I received messages from the young lady that was at the store to pick up my order, and she was told my order was already given to the previous Uber driver. I then spoke with the manager and made him aware that I hadn’t received any food and I was very confused. The manager made me aware that he would remake my food and send the food by the “second” Uber driver that was there. I waited and waited and my job closes at 5pm and I still hadn’t received anything when we closed our office. My order was “cancelled” and I never received any food or funds back.

App Needs Improvements!!!. I used the app to order ahead a Family bundle . According to the app it’s 4 sandwiches, 4 small drinks, and 4 small fries. After I picked up my order and drive home I noticed there were no fries in the bag. 🙄 After turning around, going back to restaurant, and having to wait once again in that long line … I was informed that there were no fries on my order ! And she was right the receipt for the online order only stated the sandwiches and drinks .. BUT WHEN I ORDERED IN THE APP IT SAID 4drinks, 4 fries, and 4 sandwiches… The manager said she didn’t know anything about the family bundle on the app .. 🙄 But after a few exchanges she said she’d take my word for it . Having to turn around to go get something and then argue about it is THE NUMBER ONE REASON I REFUSE TO GO BACK TO PLACES!! FIX THE ISSUE !!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!. I ordered my food through this app and it said that it would be ready in around 3 minutes. First of all, just within the app, it’s so hard to navigate and find your pending order and it’s status. Next, when I get to the restaurant, there’s no direction on where to pick up, so I went through drive-thru only for them to tell me that my order wasn’t placed and that I needed to wait 10-15 minutes to receive the order. So I waited for 15 minutes and tried again and this time a different lady told me that they still hadn’t received my order and that I needed to wait another 10-15 minutes. So of course, I waited for another 10 minutes, hopeful that they would receive the order. I even tried checking the app and it said my order was already completed, so I went up to the counter to see if they had the order. Again, it wasn’t placed. Thankfully, the manager came and verified my order status, and gave me my food. But it is absolutely absurd that after half an hour the store was not able to receive my order. I made sure it was right place and everything, it simply just didn’t go through so don’t bother wasting your time downloading this app.

Feedback- severe issues here.. I’m sitting in my car next to a checkers as I write this. I downloaded this app and made an account. It runs fine and looks nice, but first issue was encountered when finding a location. No results came up and I found out I had to increase the radius from 0 in order to get a result. (As if I had no clue whether I were in a Checkers. Pretty funny stuff. Please make it default to “within 100 miles” at least.) The checkers next to me (and every checker within 50 miles apparently) were not showing up as options; trust that involving these locations into online ordering is definitely in your best interest, as this ordering option has become popular even before the COVID crisis. Thank you, and best of luck with improvements!

Update a new version to customize your food!. Please come out with a version update asap so customers can actually customize how they want their food prepared. Like no salt on hamburger patties for people with diet restrictions or health issues. Only 1 slice of cheese on my triple Buford. Coke Zero is not an option when it should be. XL cheese fries, etc. Customizing is extremely limited & no where to add special instructions or notes to your order. This is a simple request that should already be available on the app. You lose a lot of business because of the limited app options!!

Argumentative woman. I got to the drive up speaker and asked for my drink to have NO ICE. Woman at the window/ register said, “I already made it.” I said, “Wait, why? I just got here and I’m asking for NO ICE. Please. How long before I go here did you make it?” She told me to “Less than a minute ago. Drive up.” I saw her pouring my drink into a cup using the lid to keep the ice in the original cup. I said, “I really think ice is disgusting and don’t want it in my drink at all “ I was shocked she was arguing with me at all. She told me I should have said NO ICE on my mobile order. I told her I didn’t even see that option. She said, Well then you should have left it in the notes section. And held the cup in my space to accept it. I told her I don’t want ice from any ice machine. She kept hold the cup there and said she understood and doesn’t usually get ice either and they clean the ice machine about once a week. I almost gagged and said, “That’s my point. It’s disgusting.” She put her finger on the end of her nose tapping it while telling me “I can smell things really good and it doesn’t stink. I’d know.” I’m sincerely disgusted and disappointed. I couldn’t do anything but take it. She had all the power. She left the window as I put the drink in my car cup holder. My food was brought to the window by another person. I have lost faith in my favorite spot. Good luck to everyone else.

Terrible service in Radcliff Kentucky. I was in Radcliff, Kentucky did the whole mobile order thing which should make me “skip the line” and went through the right lane to obtain the food first I was told to drive to the other lane which is only for DoorDash or online delivery orders , waited 25 mins just to get to the other window again just to be told my food was given out to the car in front of me which was an actual DoorDasher… THEY WERE NOT BUSY btw I got there at 12 am left at 1:15am still don’t get my order correct nor did they ask me to refund my order because if the long ahh wait the manager wouldn’t even speak to me directly kept having the kid that had no idea what they’re doing to continue to talk to me … at the end of the time me being there I am had to demand and tell them my order had two drinks on it and allow them as well to have my phone to see what I ordered. They really need to get it together ASAP! Very much drug users if they can’t work a simple drive through like rally’s… will be talking to corporate about this I was discriminated against because I’m young they thought it don’t matter she can wait and that’s not okay. For anyone to deal with none the less a person on break at work.

Horrible employees. I went to this location twice in a two day period the first day they told me that I had to get out the car when I ordered online for myself. And I had to wait ten minutes for it and I noticed no one had uniforms or non slip shoes and their customer service skills are lacking. The second day I had my baby in the car and my niece and she loves checkers and since this is the only one in the area I went back. Their were a new set of employees with their uniform on . I ordered on the app again and I told them I had babies in the car I. Can’t get out. So when I went to the window and told them I had a mobile order a employee proceeds to get an attitude with me and slams the door in my face to get a manager. Which I have no clue why I only ordered fries ( which were cold btw) . Then the manager comes apologizing saying there’s no excuse but people walked out and she’s their best employee . She was very rude and I don’t understand why this is the only checkers that yoh have to leave your car for a mobile order and I’m not getting out when I have a 3 month old and a toddler. Don’t go to the vine street location in Kissimmee not wirth you time.

Awesome. I also am new too Michigan. I came here after hurricane IDA . The Rally in New Orleans was so bad the pigeons even left the Hamburgers alone. I Never ever went back. So when my daughter got me a hamburger and French Fry. I was shocked when she told me where she got it. The size of the Hamburger was bigger and had a Awesome Taste. So She has gotten me lots of the double meat hamburger. I rate it a 5 out of 5 . It’s better than Dairy Queen. But l still get my Banana split from Dairy Queen. Loving it !

Don’t waste your time. Rewards aren’t worth it and you can’t pick up the food at the drive-thru (according to my local store). It was raining today so I ordered on the app, pulled through the drive thru and the woman on the speaker told me I had to get my food at the “order” window even though it’s literally across from the drive through window. I understand if that’s the normal procedure, but it was poring down raining and I still had to wait for it to be fixed. It’s not worth the hassle and the workers at this location (6700 St Claude in New Orleans) are extremely rude. As much as I like the food, I don’t think I’ll go back.

Worst Ordering Experience Ever. Order was not complete. I was not informed that they were out of an item until after I picked up the order, and they simply decided not to include it in the bag. The person at the drive-through window rudely informed me that no substitutions could be made, and that I would have to return to the app to request a refund. Not only was I not able to request a refund through the app, it makes it very difficult to even locate where you can send a message regarding your experience. I definitely will not be using the app to order anything more from this location.

Ridiculous. How is it that doing the day service great but after 1 AM service is horrible. I put an order in on the app at one I didn’t leave out of the line until 2:40 AM. They hold the line up meaning the workers for no reason at all, they give me a receipt saying that I got my food back within seven minutes of me ordering not true how was that possible? Do they print out the receipt and seven minutes after you order your food on the app and when you get to the window and tell them your name 45 minutes later, they hand you the receipt but way before they even ask me my name I sit there at its go five minutes and then when I told them my name, I still sit there another 10 to 15 minutes music is playing a female talking about she’s not going to make any orders she’s done for the night and it’s only 1 AM who is running that restaurant I am still clueless by the receipt what’s the use of me ordering on the app and still didn’t get my food until a hour later this is not the first time I’m just tired of being quiet about it only the night shift horrible

2 stars. I usually do the drive through to order, but tried the app ordering today. The app could be better (but maybe I just need to get used to it). My order was fine, except I ordered a small on the combo, but my drink was the large at least. The restaurant I visited is not set up to go through the “pickup “ lane. The gal inside had to practically hang more than halfway out her window and I nearly had to crawl across the middle if my car to take my bag from her. Heaven forbid if she accidentally dropped my drink — it would have been all over the inside of my car. The lady was very kind, however. Both , my fries and sandwich were less than even lukewarm. Let’s not forget there were no napkins in the bag either. I would have done better just going through the drive through rather than going through the app. With all that said — I prefer you over most of the other fast food options. Perhaps someone could contact McDonald’s and work out the process of setting up a more user friendly app and change the pickup method. I’ll be hard pressed to use the app again unless something changes.

Missing & less!. I decided I haven't had checkers in year's and wanted some dinner from there. I downloaded the app and signed up on email to get a free chicken sandwich. I ordered online and drove to the nearest location which was several towns away. I went through the drive thru and then drove home. The first thing I noticed was both order of fries were barely half filled. The second was the free item I just signed up for was missing! The third thing.... And yes there is more! The burgers were made wrong, omg, I worked fast food as a teen and never had these types of problems!! These are the same people who want more money to work?? I just can't........🤬

Rewards. Getting points to add to your account to receive free and or discounts is always a good deal, I scan what I can with all companies that I shop at that have this type of rewards program. So far the app works great no issues to report at the e moment & hopefully not at all. Got a $5 coupon towards my order yesterday which was great going on vacation soon so every dollar saved is great for me. Only started this month in July & 2nd time using app, let’s see how it goes in the coming months.

App has improved recently. App has improved a lot recently. First time I’ve been back to it in months, because it used to freeze trying to load every other menu. Now, I’m able to see every reward I’ve gotten since I’ve signed up with the app, switch seamlessly between app and browser. I’m even able to check prices, order any item off the menu, and even get delivery. Would like a bit better tracking on the delivery, but otherwise very clean. Big props to the devs behind the app improvement.

Needs more options. I order my food with extra pickles and drinks with no ice everywhere I go. That’s just my preference. The app give you the option to remove add or remove certain parts of some items but it’d be better if an extra/remove option was available for everything so your order would be exactly what you wanted and not what they give you. I just received a cup full of ice and no pickles even though I placed the order on the app in the drive thru and asked for no ice and pickles specifically.

The app works perfectly fine. But what’s the point to the app if you order 30 mins ahead and still got to wait for your food to be made when you arrived there everywheres I’ve ordered from would have the order in the bag ready to go usually within just 15 mins and it’d be a simple trip in and out but with rally’s they’ll have the mobile order lanes and pickup windows closed so I have to go wait in line and then when it’s my turn they haven’t even begun making my food yet. Big let down and really makes no difference between ordering in person or on the phone same wait time and same inconveniences.

App review. Is there any way you could improve the app when it comes to requests. For example when I order monsterella stix there is no way to add a dipping sauce. So since I can’t request it, the staff will not include a sauce in the sealed bag. Today I ordered the 6 pc. Stix and when I asked about the sauce I was told everything is in the bag. WRONG! I got home and once again no sauce. I guess they need to see it printed on the receipt. The app certainly needs improvement. You can request things such as No Pickles but try asking for extra mustard, it’s not possible on the app. I know you can do better so please do.

Crappy update. Only gave 5 stars so that it would appear here. Let’s see if you actually give a crap about your reviews. Loved the app right up until you did the last update. Now I can’t login and when it does finally let me log in (after changing the password AGAIN) and I close the app it logs me out which it never did before and there is NO OPTION to stay logged in. Stop making fixes on something you probably never use and just think people want.

Will not be going back. Checkers/Rally’s had left my area a long time ago and made a return recently. I had tried it once since their return and it wasn’t great, but my kid liked it and asked for it again tonight. I placed an order via the app at 5:26pm and was told to expect it ready at 5:32. I arrived at 5:33 and drove to the pickup window. I was asked to pull up last the window and my order would be out shortly. After roughly 5 minutes of waiting, I parked and went in. I was told someone would be right with me and that my order would take another minute. At 5:46 I was given my food. Somehow my order vis the app came through as a Big Buford with nothing but bacon and cheese. I’m not sure how a double cheeseburger with bacon, some chicken that I saw them take out of a drawer, and some cold fries takes 20 minutes to make. I definitely will not be going back.

Good food. Bad service.. Did a mobile order for pickup at Checkers 245th Street in Rosedale NY. Went through the Drive-Thru about 15 minutes after I’d placed my order. The female employee at the speaker told me that I had to come inside because my order wasn’t ready yet. Mind you, 1- I’m already in the Drive thru lane and cannot back up or turn out 2- the parking lot is VERY VERY SMALL and is filled. I pull up to the window and asked why I couldn’t get my order through the Drive Thru. To which the same female employee said that my order wasn’t ready yet. I explained that I have problems walking which is why I came through the Drive Thru. She asked me some rude questions then rolled her eyes and in less than 10 seconds came back with my order ready, packaged & sealed. I will DEFINITELY not return to this Checkers ever again. Good Food because it was fresh and hot. Bad Service for the rude attitude and lies to my face about my order.

Never Ordering via APP Again. The app states that the store on 12th street in Little Rock Ar doesn’t close until 2am. I order thru the app at 1:07am and was told to arrive by 1:13am. When I made it to the restaurant the store was closed. I wouldn’t have been frustrated is the app offered an option to cancel your order. This is an inconvenience for everyone. The employees didn’t have any information about the app aside from the store being closed and that the big boss would be in; in the morning. This isn’t my first issue with this app, but it’ll definitely be my last.

Works, but needs a unless option. When I goto checkers, they are awesome and will take the buns off of their burgers for me like most restaurants, however it makes it hard to use the app because there is no option for this, and unless I get there really early and tell them no bun, then they have already made it by the time I got there. Aside from that, no issues with the app or experience.

Horrible service. Decided to stop here on my way home after spending 3 days in the hospital with my baby to get my free burger and my fiancé decided to order his as well through his app. We get to the speaker unsure of how to redeem our orders seeing as we only had an order number for each order the girl was super rude and told us she didn’t know either and told us to pull around to the window when we get to the window we again try to explain to her show her our phones and our orders she hands us the phones back and shuts the window in our face. Comes back 10 minutes later with only 1 order when we told her we had 2 and we wanted to place an order for our kids she smacked her lips and shut the window in our face once again so I didn’t even get my second order and wasn’t even able to order my kids food. Horrible customer service and if people don’t like their jobs they should really look into finding a new one that they doesn’t have to deal with food and customers

Good so far.. I’ve ordered through the app several times over several months. We’ve used digital coupons and rewards that I’ve earned from ordering. Have been pretty satisfied each time with my orders and ease of using the app. Helped to get a quicker order pickup when they’re busy, and I schedule the time I want my food. I’ve only had one glitch with a milkshake ordered, that couldn’t be fulfilled, because the machine was down and scheduled for repairs. But the restaurant manager kindly offered me a couple of substitutions to make up for the price difference of the milkshake. Used my rewards at least once so far to get a couple free meals for my family members. Satisfied with the app, and I’d recommend if you’re frequent customer.

HORRIBLE. This place in my experience was worse than the ones I’ve had at Burger King. It took 30 minutes to get two cheeseburgers. 30 minutes. For two cheeseburgers. What are the people working leaned out the window it was asking me why I was there and I said that I had to order to be picked up and gave my name. He looked at me like he had no idea what I was talking about and put his hands up and shrugged his shoulders like “what are you doing here?” The other employee finally gave me my food. I asked why it took so long and why people who got there after me were getting their food before I did. Her response was” I have to take care of my drive-through first”. I’m sorry but that’s not how it works it works in the order that the order show up. I’m gonna call checkers customer service and try and get my money back. That should be another incredible adventure. And the two cheeseburgers I got look like they’re from a kiddie meal.

Manager is nasty and missing food. I went to the location where I ordered my food on the app. I was supposed to receive 6 big Bufords and a champ burger. When I got my order after waiting longer than the time they said it would be. It looked like I received the 6 Buford. So I went back and explained that I was missing a champ burger with only ketchup and mustard no cheese.. the manager looked at me and rolled my eyes. she tossed the bag to the window. I went back to my car and looked and it was the champ burger with cheese mustard and ketchup. So I walked back over there to apologize and say what I asked for and the manager was nasty and rolled her eyes and told the worker to grab the bag because I wasn’t getting that burger and then told her to throw it in the trash.. I didn’t want the Burger, I wanted my correct order. So I get home to find out that they made my champ burger with everything on it and shorted me a big Buford. The manager needs to go…

Bad Management. I ordered online through the app when I pulled up at the checkers In Memphis Tn At 3240 Austin Pea y Hwy … THE MANAGER ( Short Lady With Glasses ) didn’t get her name but she was there on Aug29,2021 when I arrived to pick up my food at 4:36p EST … She Told Me They literally Had nothing No Burgers , No Wings , No Fries , And the ice cream machine was down … So I politely ask the Manager to cancel the order on her end cause it’s not giving me an option to on my end … she told me she can’t cancel it and she don’t know how to use the app and to basically leave … I continued to sit there on line because I wanted my ordered cancelled cause they had already took the money off my card … I knew it wouldn’t be the same day that it’ll come back on there but she couldn’t even ensure me that it was going to be back on my card .. so the lady walked off to the back cursing And saying we need to F***g Go We we’re holding up line … But Yet You Have No food so why is there a line ???? So after sitting there 5more mins and her refusing to come back to the window and assist me I pulled off from the restaurant… went up the street to Wendy’s and successfully got me something for lunch … I have still yet to receive my refund ….

Never ordered through the app. I don’t see NOT ONE positive review for ordering in the app but I use it often in drive thru I’m in Gary Indiana I place my order they scan my app and then give me the option of choosing the rewards that go with my order never had an issue. Once their machine wouldn’t scan the app but they could see my rewards and gave me what my reward would have been no problem. I won’t however try ordering in the app that seems to be an ongoing issue in the reviews.

Order not correct. I’ve actually never had an issue when ordering online. Everything is usually great. However, this evening when I returned home with the online order, I found the extra burger patties ordered to add to the 2 hamburgers were not included. I tried to call the location and they didn’t pick up and had no voicemail setup to record my issue. I’m not sure how to resolve the issue as we’re not returning tonight. I’d love a credit for my next visit, if someone could let me know who to contact. No receipt was given so I have no order number. The receipt telling them what to put into the bag was attached but no information there.

Ordering milkshake for no shake!. I went to checkers in Columbus on Wynnton road after ordering some items and 2 sundaes on n the app when I got there they told me there ice cream machine was down and that I would have to tell door dash for a refund.. I didn’t use door dash and I tried to explain it to them and they said just go in the app and do a refund but the app doesn’t have anything in there for help or how to request a refund for anything it just shows my orders and asks if I want a refund! This has been several times in a row that I go there and they want to tell me there ice cream machine is broken but not being able to help me get my refund is a big NOOO in my opinion!

Slow dog. I’ve stopped at this Rally’s three times in three weeks. I finally joined the app so I wouldn’t have to dig for change and I wouldn’t have to wait long. I ordered my hotdog at 2:35 and was told it would be ready at 2:39. While sitting at the window, two different people confirmed and reconfirmed that I was the one waiting for the hotdog. a hotdog. No customization. It finally arrived at 2:42. As I drove away, it sounded like she was just putting in the order for the people behind me. The dogs are delicious. That’s why I keep coming back. I guess I have a warped definition of fast food.

The food is great, great in-app rewards, but the app menu is limited. You can’t order the same meals on the app that you can get in person. For example, I can’t redeem my free funnel cake fries because although I have the reward, funnel cake fries aren’t even available in the app. Also. You can’t order as many combos as you can through the drive thru. This is really inconvenient, because you have to individually build a combo meaning order everything a la carte or compromise by getting one of their featured meal deals which I don’t always want. Instead of ordering just a combo through the drive thru. However, I like the amount of rewards you get, and they’re actually kinda worth it. Would love to see some sort of menu update, I love the funnel cake fries and I like getting the double fry burger combo. The food I get is always good. Never really had a bad experience. Just have bad experiences using the app.

Food is delicious!!. I order from the app every time I order from here, they messed my food up one time…. And they made it right without me asking 🤯. I left a not so good review after that, and the next time I went through to pick my food up, they apologized in person and offered a free drink!! I’m new to this town, so I was confused as to how they knew it was me. It kind the less, it happened, and I was impressed by it!! In a side note though…. Y’all should make a place on the app to actually write something down when you customize your food. For instance, I like extra BBQ sauce on my burgers, there is no option for that and no where to actually write it!

Mozzarella sticks are the bomb. I’ve had many mozzarella sticks, because my daughter has loved them ever since she was a little girl, she is now a mama herself, and I am trying to convince my daughter that these are the best I have ever had! I told her that the cheese is so melty and gooey, that it doesn’t compare to even Red Lobsters mozzarella sticks, when you bite into most mozzarella sticks even when fresh out of the deep fryer the cheese still has a rubbery texture, but not Rally’s your cheese is soft and creamy not rubbery. Out of a scale from 1-10 y’all get a 100

One of my favorite places to eat!. This app is pretty basic and clearly shows everything. People in the restaurant know how to use the app themselves and can navigate for customers. Super fast services for their type of dining experience. I use this app specifically to collect points for rewards. They are easy to earn and collect fast. I use a reward EVERYTIME I dine and earn cash rewards and other bonus from that purchase. It’s fun and I almost feel like a VIP diner. It’s not fancy but the workers are sincere and go out of their way. I walked away with a shake I didn’t like and they stopped me and said I could try another flavor or perhaps try her fave desert and told me she hopes my next visit is amazing.

Don’t use App. We ordered on the app and arrived to no cars in the drive thru but 3 cars in the app line. Thinking we not only helped them prepare food and get our food more efficiently. After sitting for 25 minutes in the line and watching numerous cars go through the drive thru and get their food, we had to wave a worker to come to the window. Upon coming to the window he told us the drive thru was busy and that they would make our food shortly. Still sitting here 35 minutes later waiting on our food. Seriously the worst experience I have had at a fast food place. The lack of care and response for us is staggering. They didn’t even care or apologize…ohhh and still waiting for our food with no one having come back to the window yet. Thanks checkers, ruined a great friend of checkers

Lack of communication, messy order. Used the Rally’s app for the first time tonight. No where on the app or at the restaurant does it say that you have to go through the passenger side to pick up your own order. However, that was what I was told when I attempted to pick up my mobile order. I was told to pull on through. I get to window and they hand me my food. I immediately open it without leaving because I customized it. My hotdog (consisting of chili, melted cheese and onion) container had been placed in the bag open. And my mozzarella sticks box( which they handle) had been placed on my hotdog. The open hotdog container had gotten cheese all over the inside of my bag when it was being passed around. There were no napkins in my bag so I had to wave to get the drive thru attendants attention who looking annoyed threw her finger up at me. I will not be back.

Disappointed. I used the app to order because it was raining terribly. My sandwich was made wrongly and my fries were room temperature and some were soggy. I don’t know what went wrong other than that location is not running correctly. There was no soft drinks available and my sandwich didn’t have the onion tanglers that were supposed to be on it. Also the first sandwich I got had a condiment ( mayo) that should not have been on it . It looked like they realized that it wasn’t supposed to be on the sandwich they made an attempt to remove it and the just reused that same bun. This was not a pleasant experience and they didn’t give me my receipt.

Retired. I have officially retired from ordering from Checkers in Waller County Texas. This is the second time I have ordered from both, the one in Prairie View and now I’m in Waller and they are messing up too and the manager came to the window to tell me that I couldn’t look at my food and refuse to accept it. She thought I was an Uber driving she says. Now I’m sitting in my car waits for a refund and she wants to do my order over. I appreciate that gesture and I accept it as well. Because old and I mean very old hot dogs 🌭 are not anyone’s forte. Shriveled up pink and brown beef hotdogs , and my fries were soggy and greasy. This is bad customer service and not a good look for Checkers. At the Prairie View Checkers the people were just rude period. Argumentative about my order and where it is.

Forgot my funnel cake fries. I can’t say too many bad things. The prices are always good and with the rewards they are even better. The food is good quality as well. I was however disappointed tonight after ordering through the app to get home and see that I was missing my funnel cake fries that belonged to my wife who was extremely disappointed lol. It’s not worth the money in gas to drive back so I didn’t bother to call and tell them. Anyway don’t let it detour you from downloading the app and eating the food. Also I’d like it better if it were possible to use 2 rewards per order, just sayin ….

Once again…not good!. I’ve ordered from the Checkers app several times in the past. For the most part, I’ve had good experiences. The past two, however, have not been. A couple of weeks ago, I had a reward for a free cheesecake sundae. I added it to my mobile order. At the ordering board, I was told to pull to the window. At the window, I was handed my order minus the sundae. Very rudely, the lady said their ice cream machine was down so they took it off my order and I’d be refunded. I was never offered a substitute. I also never received the refund (new reward). Just now I ordered again from checkers. This time I used a free milkshake reward with my food order. Once again I was very rudely told my milkshake was taken off the order because the ice cream machine was down. I wasn’t offered a substitute and told if I wanted a drink, I’d have to pay for it. I explained that it was a reward and that I didn’t get my reward back the last time. I handed my food order back to the lady and asked for a refund. They said I’d have to cancel the order in the mobile app because they couldn’t do it. I then went to cancel my order, but couldn’t. I was charged and it was in my order history. Maybe other locations are better, but I’d avoid the Tifton, GA location.

Worst ever. I’m just at this point stunned!!! I placed an order for delivery two months ago and I’m still waiting for my refund for items that I didn’t receive that they either forgot to send and items that they they were out of and it didn’t let me know that on the app. I called the location where the order was placed and the cashier was very rude to me and hung up the phone. I could see if I was rude when I called then it would be understandable for her to be defensive, no I honestly called because I thought it was on the driver only to find out the driver had to call and complain about the same store. That’s when I found it done off my items they were out off and they weren’t even going to call and tell me when they had my number. I’ve been calling and still no refund despite being told I would just give it 7-10 business days. If this was only a few dollars I wouldn’t even waste my time but this was not and the fact that I didn’t even receive half of the food. No way!!!

Could not get help from employees. It is my first time using the app was very thankful for the free burger to sign up! However I did go to the window first to pick up my order no help from employees other customers were not getting helped either! Tried to go thru the the drive thru sat in the drive thru for 20 min til I got to the box and was told I have to pick up my order at the window and probably now I have to sit another 20 min just to go to the window since I have no way of getting out of the drive thru line and wait probably another 20 min at the window! The app does not say to pick up at the window! I know things are rough nowadays but whats the difference if I pick up at the window since there is no way for me to get out of the drive thru line!! Especially when I placed the order thru your app!! Not happy!! Guess I won’t be enjoying that free burger thanks for nothing!!

Accommodating and kind. This was my first time eating at a Checkers/Rally’s. My friend referred me to enroll in the rewards program. I hope I receive the offer for a free burger/sandwich as promised for signing up! I was super excited to try the banana shake with chocolate fudge, sadly they didn’t have any milkshakes. We were offered the option to substitute for something else that we might enjoy…I chose the mango fruity slushy and my friend chose the mozzarella sticks. The rest of our order was good!

In App Order. Placed my other in the App, when we arrived the drive thru line was very long as we waited and pulled forward we saw they had a sign that said online orders left lane only so we pulled into the left lane, a lady came to the window and told us we couldn’t order at that window, we tried to explain that we had placed an order online through the App, but she told us to go to the other window, so we had to get back in to the long line and when we got home my burger had cheese on it and my receipt clearly started that I ordered it with no cheese.

Ignorance of a management. The app is not an issue. The location I went at late night order is. I had no passenger in the car so I went pickup my order from the window that serves on the drivers side the manager refused to give me my order on that side and told I had to pickup my order from the other window. I will not reach across my car to take an order ever again. It cost me a good bit of money to have power window control replaced after two large drinks tipped out of a drink carrier as the Checkers&Rally’s employee tried to hand it thru window

Nice App but Incorrect items on pickup. Nice app and very easy to navigate. It would be nice to have “Add to Cart” button to add the items to the cart instead of pressing checkout for every item. All great from App perspective. But when I picked up and came back home one of the order had wrong burger. I guess next time I will dine in.

No refund/cancel option. Typically with most apps you can cancel your order within the app. Say the store closed early or you just changed your mind. You cannot do that with this app. Once you place the order that is that. They have your money rather you get your food or not. It also seems they can’t cancel it on their side (store) either. I placed and order and went to pick it up and the store decided to close an hour early before regular closing times. Given that the pandemic is still messing everything up I understood because ish happens and everything is off. So I open up the app to look for a cancel feature and discover there isn’t one. I look at my bank account and the money had been paid to them. So essentially I gave a $5 charity donation 🙄. Don’t use this app until they add a cancel feature.

First time. This was my first time using the app. They were fast and efficient. The only thing I have an issue with is the rewards. It looks like you have rewards to use but when you try and use them it says not applicable. Otherwise they did great!

Friendly and fast food service. In the past I had issues there but the new staff is pretty friendly. The manager always greets me as I’m there almost every week getting food for the kids. The coupons on the app are also very decent it helps me save a lot of money.

Can’t complete order bc dipping sauce selection. When trying to order a chicken bites box or a half pound of chicken bites, the order will not complete because of a prompt that says “please select minimum of 1 dipping sauce”. Unfortunately there is no place available to choose the dipping sauce. Tried to add dipping sauce manually from “extras” menu, but the app will still not allow me to order chicken bites of any kind because it wants me to select a dipping sauce - and there’s no place available on the ordering prompts menu to do so.

Checkers&Rally’s. I love Checkers&Rally’s. It’s been my go to food on the run. Only recently went to Checkers&Rally’s and I’ve been having really bad experiences. Example 1: having to wait an hour for my food, picked it up at the window only to find out it’s been sitting the for the hour. Example 2: came to Checkers&Rally’s and did an app order didn’t get my food on time and got the wrong drinks and I didn’t have all my food. I’m getting really disappointed with them and hope they get better.

Store hours are not accurate to app. I placed an online order through the app without a problem. When I showed up to the Checkers location the store was closed despite being two hours before posted closing. I tried to do the same for a different location and placed the order without problem. Yet again the location was closed despite times posted on the app and at location. I was charged for both meals and received nothing.

Bad Experience. I downloaded the app to use it for the first time and registered. A lot of the menu items aren’t even available on the app. None of the menu specials like the 2 for 5 price correctly on the app. So I drove there and decided to just place the order at the drive-through and then scan for my rewards points. They scanned the barcode in the app it said “not found”. I told them to cancel my order if I wasn’t going to get the reward points and drove away. Horrible user experience.

Love it. I’ve seen some negative reviews. But the checkers near where I work is amazing and on point! Food is always fresh and although staff aren’t the friendliest they aren’t rude if that makes sense. Gotta give them 5 stars because I’ve saved so much money using the app

This mobile app stinks. It’s not very user friendly and if you order with a special pick up time and you come a little early they can’t make your order until it shows up on their end. Had to leave instead of waiting then came back and it was finally ready but the sandwich and fries were cold. I won’t do that again.

Needs work to be worth using. I downloaded the app, ordered the first free offer and it did not scan or work. No instructions on how to use and manager didn’t know how to use it either. They honored it by overriding, but made me feel like I was inconvenient or couldn’t use! ALL EMPLOYEES should know how to use the app from training or it’s not worth offering! Very poor quality service and knowledge! Company executives should be better on top of an app like this, that is well used in all aspects of the industry in this day and age!! Probably will never use again!

They say they never have my online order until I’m out of the car irate.. Using the mobile apps causes confusion for some of your employees it seems. May need to have a flash training on how to efficiently use the system in restaurant. Three different occasions three different mishaps. First one not knowing how to even check in the app on the register, second not knowing how to utilize coupons from the app on register, lastly putting in orders and being told they’re not doing doordash right now

Broken. I have tried to order through this app but it would let me get the location right. It keeps trying to send me the location almost 35 miles from where I live when it’s only 5 miles from where I live. It keeps giving me the location way to far. I can’t pick any other location it only gives me one location and that location doesn’t work for me. I will not drive almost 35 miles when it’s only 5 miles from my home. Please fix app ASAP

Better. My first visit here wasn’t good. This is my second visit and I wish I could remove all the negative comments I made about my first one. I wonder when you complain do they like to highlight your name or some thing? i’m sorry if y’all do do that I only complain when it’s not correct.

If you love Checkers&Rally’s and you don’t have this app you are missing out serious discounts. I love all the discounts and promos I get and It just makes me choose them more often because of the points system, I’m so happy with the efficiency of this app, I get rewards all the time that now I plan on getting Checkers at least once a week

Horrible. I went through Rally’s drive thru and they told me that they only take online orders through the app requiring me to download and register. I order online and inform the rep that I complete my online order. The rep informed me to proceed to the window. Once arriving to the window the rep told me to drive around through the second line. I asked the Rep what’s the purpose of this line is you all are only taking online orders and that I was told to pull forward. The rep got extremely argumentative and informed me they was short staffed. I didn’t see an option to cancel and refund order.

Can’t Pick up Mobile orders thru drive thru. My only problem is that you have to pick up mobile orders at the window counter instead of the drive thru. This is why I don’t eat here except once every 6 months. I pretty much order all my fast food on the app. Love Wendy’s, Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, and Burger King who allows you to pick up your mobile order in the drive thru. It’s suppose to be convenient and having to park your car and walk up to the window isn’t convenient. Not sure if all stores are like this but this one does 3225 university ave Gainesville, fl

Disappointment sums it up…. Ordered the family bundle, 3 Sundae’s and a milkshake. Not sure why but they said they couldn’t make the sundaes or the shake. They couldn’t take it off the order and I was charged for it because of the app. They gave me a number to call so I can get my money back for the 3 sundae’s and shake. Very inconvenient and so I get home and surprise they only gave me 2 out of the 4 fries with the family bundle. So hopefully calling the number is easier than navigating the app…

3 Stars until until better experience. So I signed up and received my free offer email and it suggested I install app, did that and the offer WAS there but it was a PAIN to redeem it. The app did have the offer showing and when the MOD and another associate scanned the ‘scan to earn’ barcode it wasn’t taking it. I even ordered other food and it still didn’t take the free offer. Barcode was unsuccessful so the MOD physically punched in the same barcode number & it finally took it.

Could be better. The app works great so far. The only problem I have is that you can only use one reward you have for an order. I have several rewards that I can use but I can only use one per order! At other places I can use more than one but at checkers I can only use one! Please fix this!

Best rewards. Gives the best rewards of all fast food apps for the most part. I can usually 95% find something that works for me when I use it which is maybe 1 or 2 times a month.

App feels like it’s from 2008. Extremely poor UI/UX and clearly a poor backend too. Was thrown a random backend error with random strings and database references right after creating my account. The app likely has security flaws. The interface is so immensely poor compared to other chains (Panera, Chipotle, etc), it’s truly unacceptable and is definitely driving down the app’s performance numbers in terms of orders and accounts. They’ve got a long way to go. But it starts with getting the right people to develop it.

Unable to use coupons at most locations. The app is mostly pointless because you’re unable to use coupons or rewards at most locations because they need a barcode to scan. Checkers rewards and coupons were better when they just sent them via email for you to use. Most locations don’t even show up via app to allow full mobile ordering. You also are able to get better deals from the menu at the drive thru vs what’s available to order via app.

Best fast food joint in Huntington!!!. Rally’s/Checker’s most definitely has the best food in Huntington, WV. My only issue with their app is that they don’t have the “Rally Burger” on their menu. I looked & looked forever & never did fine it. I had to customize the Camp burger & order it instead. That was very annoying but other than that I have no issues with Rally’s/Checker’s.

Can’t even order. I wanted to place an order through the app, registered but it didn’t even give me the option to pay, all it gave me was the option to pay with a coupon. Am I doing something wrong? Just wanted to order ahead before waiting in line.

Don’t let them short your fries, get your receipt. I got shorted on fries and they didn’t give a receipt, but the nice guy on the 800 number made it right, and my following experience was better than the previous, just the aware and don’t let the order packer play you

Delivery never showed up!!!. Waited over an hour for my food. Never received a phone call. Decided to check my email and got an “order cancelled!” No reason at all. When I called the restaurant as the email stated I do for more information, they didn’t answer and hung up on me twice! I am appalled at the lack of customer service at the SR 52 and Little Road location. Lost my business. Couldn’t even get my money back. Now I’m out $25 and my wife and I are still hungry.

Worst Customer Service Ever. Today was my first visit to the Checkers on Mercer University Drive in Macon, GA. There were two lines: one for paying customers and one for orders placed via the Checkers app. There were no cars in the latter line so I placed two orders via the mobile app then entered the line. After waiting several minutes one of the employees open the window and with no greetings at all stated “you can pay here; this is for pickup only.” I explained that the order was submitted and paid for via the app. She closed the window. Returning several minutes later she handled the food out of the window and walked away. She NEVER spoke again to say “hello…my apology, here’s your food, thank you…” or any of the customary remarks heard from someone working in CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a poor representation of the Checkers’ brand.

Missed Item Calls To Voicemail. I had my order messed up with missing the whole Champ Burger at the Mt. Vernon site and all my calls go straight to voicemail. Now, I have been charged for food I have not received. I am a disabled person and there is no answer to my calls. Why have a phone number to call and no one answers calls made into the business?

Customer service nightmare. I ordered on the app. When I went to pick up the order their system was down. They couldn’t fulfill my order and wouldn’t refund me either. I called more than one dozen times quoting my claim number and told someone would call me. No one ever called me. My credit card company refunded me. I am so disappointed with this app and company. Shameful really. It is why I wrote down the claim number. It didn’t make a difference. Even after writing to them they could not care less. Sad

Excruciating slow…... Placed an order in the mobile app and was told my order would be ready at the time given…I don’t mind waiting 5 extra minutes but Nope, had to wait 20 more minutes. No apologies for the long wait. I barely received any acknowledgment when I pulled up to pickup my order! I’d been better off ordering regular through the pull up window, they seemed to care more about those orders.

Disappointed. I downloaded the app, looking forward to the opportunity to use, and then nothing seemed to work right for my location. First, apparently it only shows Checkers locations and not Rally’s. Second, the map/ location is not defaulted. You have to put a perimeter for searching... if only there were instructions or a reminder to do so. I deleted the app, and hope to get an email when Rally’s locations are added. The layout of the app looks nice and user friendly.

Rally’s food review. I order from Rally’s about once a month. Last time I got the mozzarella sticks with ranch and the 10 piece boneless wing. Not only did they give me 12 wings, but everything was hot and fresh to eat. Thank you so much for an awesome experience and many more to come. THE FOOD IS ON POINT.

Horrible service. Ordered online to be to just pick up and go. Got there about 10/15 mins after order was due, wasn’t done. Received it entire order was wrong. Received only part of it. Had to wait a few mins for them to return to inform. They got a attitude and continued to mess up my order. Never going to the bucket location in Cleveland ever again. Mind you not the first time this has happened. Then actual site is so messed up I can’t make a complain or call in. You guys need to do better.

Worst App Ever. I have tried numerous of times deleted and downloaded this app talked to Customer Service to try and help me out and I still can’t order from this app ever. I am able to get my points but that is it I would love to be able to take advantage of the delivery service that they offer but I have had this app for over three years and I have never been able to order from it ever. I am very disappointed in this app and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Zero stars. I use to work at rally’s and this specific location on Harvard is by far the worst location in Cleveland ohio the customer service is horrible they back cars up so they timer doesn’t go bad instead of speeding up their service food was cold by time I got it after being sent to the parking lot to wait for my food how do u tell a customer to wait in the parking lot for their food and bring them cold food will nvr go to that location again and i love rally’s

Interesting. Great rewards and locator always works. If the developers would make it easier to use rewards. As it is you can only access placing an in app order Bring QR codes to rewards for easy redemption. I do not Always want to place in app order, especially when driving I cant text to place order ahead of time

Easy and Efficient!. Simply put, the app is easy to use! Orders are easy to place and rewards are easy to apply. For me, that makes for getting through the drive thru line much faster!

Disappointed. The bacon is uncooked manager gives me attitude because I was late picking up order goes on how you are to pick up order 10min after being placed talking to me like I was his employee. Last visit now get this I arrived at the specified time and had to wait 15 min no receipt was given so could not do survey because you need the store number so you can imagine the food was cold by the time we got to it FYI if ordering the burger with bacon specify you want it cooked thoroughly otherwise it still oinking

Massive let down. I’m a massive checkers fan, and this app is a total complete waste of time, a let down. The “rewards” program asks you to spend nearly 400 dollars just for “5 dollars off” your next order, idiotic. The app only has about 10-15% of the total menu, the deals never work. I was literally just scammed by this app, promised free delivery fee over an order of 15 dollars, charged me 4.99 in a delivery fee. I also really do not like the company they decided to use to deliver their food when they’re already members of door dash.

Ordered from app, food not ready when arrived. I ordered a Champ burger and 4 piece mozzarella sticks. Upon arriving they tried giving me 3 soft drinks, I showed my app order and they said they need to prepare it. Why is there always a problem when picking up app orders? And why does it take 4 people operating the window with only one person preparing food? Ridiculous

Never received food store closed early. After placing my first order on the Checkers&Rally’s app I’m very disappointed. I placed my order at a location that shows OPEN on the app and also a time of pickup food ready. Ok I get to the Checkers&Rally’s and only one employee is there a says to me “ we’re closed, understaff.” Now I say to this Checkers&Rally’s employee that I’ve place a order using the Checkers&Rally’s App. The Checkers&Rally’s employee informed me that I’ve got to get my refund through the app also. Problem it’s been a week can’t find anywhere on app for a refund this is ridiculous

Glad I came for the food, not the attitude.. 34th St S in St Petersburg, FL. Had to ask for ketchup and nugget sauce twice. Two different people both times. They slammed the window very hard and never said a word. Horrible customer service. Food was good and fresh but I’m half afraid to eat it for fear of spit. Not amused. I’m 50 years old. McDonald’s looks better every time I come to a checkers in this market.

Amazing customer service!!!. Food was in point, but not only that, the employees went above and beyond when it came to honoring a coupon that wouldn’t work in their system. So very appreciative! It’s the little things ☺️

The Worst. By far the worst of all the fast food aps. You can’t do much of any modifications, there’s little to no notification if your order is ready, and for the life of me I can’t redeem any rewards. Today I placed an order and thankfully I chose to pay with cash. When I arrived (at 2pm) there were cones blocking the drive through and a hand written sign on the walk up window facing the street. I just left. Thank god I didn’t prepay with my card.

App is nearly worthless. If the fries weren’t so amazing, I would probably never return to my local Rally’s. The service is consistently slow and this app is almost worthless. I have had the same experiences as many other reviewers- the barcode won’t scan for orders, refunds not received. I’m amazed that even managers can’t figure it out. Plus, the app is simply awful. Not user friendly, and I’m pretty tech-savvy - apps aren’t a challenge for me. This one is. Don’t waste time with it.

DO NOT ORDER ON THIS APP!. I can swear to you on my daughter that if you get 50% of your orders filled you should play the Lotto. THE FIRST HALF DOZEN TIMES, I ordered funnel cake fries or milkshakes, or this or that. THEY CHARGE YOU BEFORE YOU GO AND THEY CANT REFUND YOU. Do, you wanted a couple of funnel cakes and some milkshakes? Sorry! Got your money sucker! How about a Checker Burger and a big FKCU YOU when you call corporate and they don’t answer for a week. Just make the continuous 12 car line that never moves instead. That way they can tell you 20 minutes into your wait their menu is just pretend.

Horrible experience. Placed a mobile order at 10:29 pm and my order was supposed to be ready at 10:36 pm. I didn't receive my food until 11:18 pm. I had to hunk my horn three times to be seen at the window. I received patty burgers and no drinks for my combos. As I hunk my horn for help even though the lady saw us waiting for twenty mins in the pickup lane. She still doesn't help us. We just ended up driving away without most of our food because we live in Palmcoast and had a drive ahead of us. Never will I go to that checkers again

So Good !! ✨. Tried them here in Durham, North Carolina. So this is the first one to open in my city. Definitely about to be my new go to spot when I want fast food. It taste so fresh and delicious. Not over cooked. I'm going back again for my lunch break later today. Lol. Great job!!!
