Adobe Account Access Comments & Reviews 2026

It’s just a pain. I have constant problems using Adobe apps in a Windows network environment, things like it constantly tells me to first deactivate Adobe software on the machine that I am currently trying to run Adobe software on. The fact that I have to fetch my phone each time I launch the app is just another pain. This only happens on my work pc, my Windows home pc works fine. More a problem with all the efforts Adobe puts into stopping piracy, warranted but can make things a pain.

Not perfect, or even close enough. The app sometimes doesn’t work perfectly, but I VERY much prefer it to using my phone number for 2 factor authentication because if I change either my phone or it’s number it is IMPOSSIBLE to ever get authenticated again. With this I can just download the app on a new device and it will transfer seemlessly.

Awesome products. Have used the print design products almost my entire life, since college, starting in 1989 and continuing to do so into my newspaper career at age 53. Excited to try some of your movie editing software titles included with the suite.

Unmatched Innovation and Quality. Adobe’s commitment to innovation is unparalleled. Every product they release not only meets but often exceeds industry expectations. From the early days of Photoshop to the latest iterations of Creative Cloud, Adobe has continually pushed the boundaries of what is possible in digital creation. Their tools are intuitive, powerful, and always at the cutting edge of technology, ensuring that professionals like myself can stay ahead in our respective fields. -Kevin Toler

Adobe_Access. I love Adobe Acrobat. It’s an invaluable tool to be able to create and save documents can be shared all across the web, including buying a home documents can be signed online and many other items. Adobe Acrobat files are used by most major companies to get legal signatures and other information. I highly recommend it. I’ve been using it since 1999. And it’s expanded and keeps providing updates that are relevant to current use of important documents.

Very suspect - verified by the 1-star comments. Update: Warning - this will create problems if you open this app then delete it. All your Adobe apps will be defaulted to open using this app. If you deleted this app… you can’t open your other Adobe apps without going through a bunch of extras verification steps. Don’t say you weren’t warned! SHAME ON ADOBE! Wow wow… after opening up this app for the first time, it continually went through numerous authenticity codes.. After nearly ten minutes, and still going through codes, I got very suspicious… so I decided to read the reviews. That’s all it took. DELETE! There’s no need for this application IMO, it’s just another foul means of data mining to grab your personal information…

A must have. So nice to log in so easily. No need to remember which email account you used or using a password manager that works fine for browsers but not at all on desktop apps. On button click and all Adobe apps are available.

Very complicated to figure out when snd how to use Adobe Access.. Live Chat person was no help. Now that I installed Adobe Access on all of my Apple devices, logged off Creative Cloud and took a deep breadth, I found Adobe Access solved all my log-on problems. You should Train your Live Chat an easy way to walk a customer through the maze.

Infuriating. The app logins and Account Access is Infuriating. New iPad: new install of Photoshop, and the last two days it has logged me out as I am working and multiple pop-ups say it wouldn’t save my work, and attempting to recognize in using Account Access simply jumped back to the login screen. This is actual work I’m doing for my actual job that I’m losing here because it’s logging me out. And why? I pay $52 a month for this?

Love Hate. I find it really annoying to use this app. Every time I log in, Adobe asks me to authenticate. I forget what app I use to do that. I may be logged out of the Account Access (e.g., because I got a new iPad) and then have to do the hassle of that. I have to re-figure out everything. And it’s super hard to remember or figure all that out. Once I have it working, well then it’s a great app. It works cleanly and I can log in a bunch of adobe apps one after another. Love hate.

Enough. Two factor authentication is a lousy solution to a fraud problem. For what I have paid (and continue to pay) Adobe, I shouldn’t be made to jump through hoops because they can’t secure their own products. When this stops working, what will it be? Three factor? Four? Why not ten? If ten is better think how much better 50 factor would be. Sure, it would take you six hours to sign in, but just imagine how secure we’d be.

Missing: Two-Step Backup/Recovery Codes. Adobe is missing an important account recovery option for two-step verification, otherwise called backup codes. Currently, users might get in a situation where they’re unable to access one or more of their two-step verification methods, and that’s why there should be the option to have a set of one-time backup/recovery codes. This is implemented in practically every other service I use that has adopted two-factor. Please offer this. Also, I’m not receiving any notifications for the login prompts in the app.

I hate this thing. A month on … The very beginning of March, 2022———•••———•••———•••———•••———•••———•••———•••———•••- My phone won't connect to the internet reliably and I've been putting off the 4th of the hours-long chat-calls to Apple. All I want to do right now is log into Photoshop on my iPad but I can't use my very excellent, strong and difficult to crack password because … because… no reason … just because. Instead you all want to verify me through my PHONE and my PHONE can't receive your FOOLISH ridiculous verification! How insane is that‽ About as INSANE as the stoopid twins Boebert and Green heckling Biden at the State of the Union address? About as ABSURD as press coverage for traitor Grifter Donny? About as OFFENSIVE as Creepy Donny setting Joe Biden up to fail in Afghanistan? What were you thinking‽ Just stop it! It’s too DUMB to keep around and is WASTING my time. ———•••———•••———•••———•••———•••———•••———•••———•••———••• End of January I wrote: I have security alerts if I set up my accounts and use the same password twice. So I don't. Now I have everybody and their brother getting in on the "we want to mess with your password" game. I don't know what the point of this thing is but it sure doesn't make sense. I just want to sign into my account and not have weirdness. Today I even had the AKC give me a choice of their password or mine- and then block me from entering my own. If people like this thing, let 'em use it. If we don't, don't force us. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

The Real Thing. There are countless ways to authenticate yourself these days. I still find the best way is when I don’t need to type my account name or password. Your phone has become far more important in the authentication process. Adobe’s was the first ID Access app that I have used. I find it very reassuring each time I locate that number on my iPhone and then match it in my laptop or desktop computer.

It works, but you need your phone. For login to work, you have to approve it on your mobile device. Fortunately, my phone is always close by. If it wasn’t I assume I could use a password.

Works well. This makes it easier to login (as long as you have a mobile phone)

Another authentication method. The account access to a works just fine however it’s a standalone app. Why not just go with the industry standard third-party authentic like Authenticator or Google authenticator or Microsoft authenticator or one of the other others. Pure hubris to have your own version and require that we use it instead of getting on the standard industry practice.

Quick and easy. Normally, the last thing I want is yet another app to stand between me and signing in to Adobe or any other website. With this, you type your email into your Adobe log in window. Open the app on your phone, then, with a touch you are given the option to verify that you want to sign in and that's it. You don't have to remember your password or have it immediately available. I think it's a nice convenience factor. You should at least try it, it's free!

Terrible app and worse integration. Tell me… are you trying to force people to leave adobe products by making signing in and using them more difficult than getting into CIA headquarters? USER EXPERIENCE is supposed to be Adobe’s forte. I have used adobe suites for decades and every year it gets more difficult to actually use and sign onto from multiple devices and online. It makes apple look good at how they are constantly changing work flows.

A big nope.. Adobe apparently needs to find a way to make everything more complicated and difficult, and they’ve succeeded wildly in that with Adobe Account Access. Other companies—including my bank—manage two-step account verification from within the same app, why can’t Adobe? Maybe there’s something I’m missing…but ugh. If I didn’t have years of legacy Lightroom archives I’d look elsewhere.

Adobe Acct Access. This app stops working . I changed my phone and after that it ask me to login. There are two options none works. Wasting time.

To many approvals. Why do I constantly have to authenticate while using the same device and just opening other adobe apps. Why does the authentication fail and I have to close and app and try again. Why am I writing this comment instead of creating.

Better than most, still a pain. 2FA are a fact of life and Adobes version is not the worse. However, it can get circular when validating on multiple devices, like iPads and iPhone or windows PC. I do t hate it, I don’t love it.

Don’t do it!. This app does not work well. Four out five times it does not automatically authenticate you as advertised. Clicking the authenticate button regularly locks up whatever other Adobe app you were trying to use. It also enables multiple layers of two factor authentication forcing you to bounce between text messages and secondary email addresses to log into your account. It is not ready for use and it should be removed from the App Store until all these bugs are worked out. Strongly do not recommend you install this on your iOS device.

Reliable, Dependable, Like a Rock. Always there for you to export your documents into. Always there to open up documents you can’t read without. Always there for you to not understand how you just edited that and the small little box in the background is showing up still somehow and won’t delete! Just kidding. But am I?

Premium isn’t Premium. PS Express has a lot of potential as a photo editing app, but the experience is frustrating due to some major flaws. First and foremost, there is no reliable support feature to address user issues, which is extremely disappointing for an app with a premium subscription model. Additionally, the premium account system is poorly designed—every time I log in, it requires me to repurchase the annual plan, even though I’ve already paid for it. The “Restore Purchase” option doesn’t work, leaving me stuck in an endless loop of payment prompts. While the editing tools themselves are decent, these technical and subscription issues overshadow the app’s functionality. It’s hard to recommend PS Express when basic usability and customer support are so lacking. Unless these problems are resolved, I’d suggest looking for alternative apps.

Super frustrating that you need a separate app to get on everytime you need access. This is a secure way of entering your account if you always have your phone close by

Quick upgrades to photos in iOS :) fast and user friendly. Quick upgrades to photos in iOS :) fast and user friendly

No issues. I haven’t had any issues. Works as advertised without a single glitch. If people have issues they should call Adobe and at least give them a chance to help.

Makes work harder. I have tons of old pdfs to scroll through and review and it takes extra time and effort to open and review in acrobat having another account manager on my phone only increases the time it takes me to do actual work. I keep image files in the same folders of the same documents for personal review and that speeds things up. But that’s in spite of adobe.

Reader no longer available. It appears now that you cannot even use Adobe reader without having an account and signing on to Adobe. This is somewhat Ludacris since Adobe has been the forefront of this type of reader technology for several decades. If reader is not going to be available when you want to open and view a document from anybody, then there needs to be a new standard.

EZ-PZ. Makes it super easy and convenient for logging in to Adobe. The one drawback is if you don’t have your phone. I guess I don’t really know what you would have to do in that scenario. I have always had my phone or it was, at least, close by and accessible.

Works good. Tough to review an account access app. I like it though. Pretty easy. Prompt for login, tap a number so its MFA (something you have, something you know), and dynamically changing so the knowledge is unique to the session. It’s smart as account access apps go.

Bugs and glitches. I’ve been using Adobe programs for over 20 years. Anymore your lucky after spending thousands and thousands of dollars if the programs even work. Shame on Adobe and Lets hope there is a replacement, or competition soon. Something to give Adobe reason to improve rather than feeling like they don’t need to concern themselves with the end user.

Robust & Still Affordable (or is it). Been and Adobe Creative Cloud user Sense, the Dawn of Creative Cloud. it’s nice to have everything professionally and licensed and the ability to use PC, Mac, and or iPhone at any given time with the same account. Flexibility and robust. However, the cost certainly has risen. At what point is it just too much $$$ to have every month if you start to use less flavors of the bundle. Original pricing made it easy to just overlook. But now it is risen to a point that it makes a difference.

Find an alternative. I send adobe money every month to use their apps and every time I want to use them I have to jump through hoops. Check email, use account access, endless spinning spiral of death…. I usually get so frustrated I just give up. I expect better from a long established company but I guess as long as they’re making money they don’t care if they’re providing service.

Great for my photography needs!. I have been very happy with Lightroom and its integration with all my devices. Adobe is always improving it which is why it’s the gold standard.

0-star app. I am a big fan of most of Adobe’s products (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Acrobat), but the account access app is complete trash. I tried accessing my Adobe Portfolio (not great either) but needed to use the account access app to complete the sign in. But after opening the app, it asked for me to — wait for it — log in to the app and press #38. Hello! I WAS IN THE APP, LITERALLY! How exactly can I log into an app that I had open so I could access a random number for another Adobe product?? Good grief! Adobe should get rid of the account access app altogether.

Functional. This app works as expected. However, years ago I recall being apple to approve requests from my Apple Watch. I can still deny a request, but it’s a hassle to have to dig for my phone every time I log into one of Adobe’s apps or websites, especially when I also get a useless notification on my watch… and an email.

Pointless. Why oh why does Adobe constantly reset my creative cloud password without my explicit permission? Being told by the app that I have too many users on my account when it’s just me is beyond annoying. And jumping through multiple authentication hoops and email confirmations is icing on this unpalatable cake. Make it stop or I’ll gladly bite the bullet and switch to Affinity. This is a time-consuming piece of garbage.

It’s really unsettling that when you download the app, it doesn’t include the word Adobe in it. It’s really unsettling that when you download the app, it doesn’t include the word Adobe in the app name. It’s just called Account Access on the iPhone. Without Adobe in the app name, its easy to forget what this app is / what it’s for a few months from now and then you assume you don’t need it and then you delete it and turns out you do need it.

Too complicated. Not friendly to the casual user.. I started using Adobe products in 2000. At that time I could use whatever they were offering quite easily as a nonprofessional user. Nowadays, things are too expensive and too complicated. I really don’t like the authenticator process for logging in. The subscription prices are just way out of range for someone who is not working as a professional graphic designer.

Annoying and unneeded. As with many others, I have serious privacy concerns with any authentication app that is “required” to access a program or service for which I have already established my security credentials. Adobe is atrocious and insidious with this, and simply deleting the app will not remove it from your account. There are multiple steps needed first to set it up, and just as many to remove it. It’s much more frustrating than secure, other than you may become so irritated that you close your Adobe account entirely, and we’re it not required for some of my clients, I would.

Always use an extra layer of security. I haven’t had any issues with my Adobe since I started using the Adobe Authentication Tool my only concern is that the software isn’t really optimized for the new version of Adobe. Also I wish there were a way to get rid of the password and use a two factor authentication tool that via Adobe Authentication, Push notifications etc. this way no one can log into your account and alter your account and delete your documents or alter them without your knowledge, consent or permission. I have faced many legal issues do to individuals gaining access to my personal account as well as others that have not been verified by myself. My concern is that we need strong security for Adopting the Privacy Protection Act.

I love this app!. This app have made my life easier. One suggestion for improvement would be to make it compatible with smartwatches. I personally use an Apple Watch, and having access to the app on my wrist would make it even more convenient. ♥️

The logo isn’t enough…. Adobe should have added “Adobe” to the name, to differentiate from the others who also called theirs just “Authenticator.” But, it works fine.

Almost perfect. The notifications don’t really work. You can set them to be on, but you will still need to open the app manually to get to your approval screen. A pop up notification would be best.

The Adobe system works!. Yes, the applications have worked for decades. Yes there are new apps for desktop and mobile. But as the technology has changed and grown Adobe has been ahead of the curve, influencing and setting the standard. Even the boring tasks - like signing in - are now a breeze. So now I have both platforms in sync and it’s better than ever— and more fun too! Thanks Adobe.

Avoid the massive time penalty.. Hi Users! Far from saving you time, this app will have you pulling your hair out and swearing off two-factor authentication for a long time. Prepare for crashes, prepare for failures. Prepare for account lockouts and hours of lost productivity. Say one thing for this app - say it should be avoided like a nail in the eye. Unless you’re into that sort of thing, of course. Hi Adobe. When there are so many proven and successful providers and 2FA apps like Authy, Microsoft, Entrust, Okta, Auth0, Google and more, why would you create such an eye watering pile of hot garbage? It’s embarrassing for your company; without a doubt, this ranks pretty high in the list of blunders tech companies make in their infinite arrogance. Carry on.

I was trapped out of adobe accounts for a while. I don’t use Adobe every day but I expect it to work when I do try signing in. I didn’t even get a prompt to use the Authenticator which has usually worked once I got to that stage of the sign in process. Once in the apps are amazing. :/

Just won't open. Paying so much for subscriptions, can't log in as this app just won't open

Does not work!. Adobe use to support any 3rd party 2FA app before this app. I still use a 3rd party app a another account. But now if you want to enable 2FA via app, they force you you to use this price of junk. Obviously Adobe’s marketing department forcing this Bring back 3rd party 2FA app support and remove this junk useless app 0 Stars

Love this. Best investment

Shietest app experience EVER. Upon logging in on my desktop it refers me to open the app and press a particular number that should display on the app. On logging into the app on my iPhone, it displays only one number, that doesn't match the number already given by my PC, and gives no other option than to log out. Log out and log back in, and no other option is provided. Just constant circling with no matching numbers to press and no resolution. This is about the fourth time I've had the same experience. My work has a similar function with an app called Portika, and I have great success with this. **Adobe, if you can't manage such a basic app, just get rid of it. Save us the pain and frustration.**

Unresponsive. This app does not display on the smaller iPhone 10 and is not responsive to resize to suit the screen, thus making this impossible to be used with this phone. As the phone verification is a “requirement” of the app, this is a monumental failure.

Doesn’t work. This doesn’t work. Since signing up to this, it has made it even harder to sign into Adobe. Because it doesn’t work, I need to choose the text the code after that I will have to input my password. Not 1 time has this app worked for me. I have signed out and back in, deleted and reinstalled.

Works as intended but….. “Account Access” is not readily recognizable on my Home Screen given that the icon image is not representative of “Adobe”. Please rename the App’s icon to “Adobe Access”

Adobe hates its customers. Subscribed to very expensive Acrobat licence. Get logged out every other day. Long complex password needs to be located and copy and pasted. They want me to install yet another app on my phone. No wonder PDF competition is doing so well. Just stop logging me out.

The worst app. Not sure what Adobe was thinking but this app is a HUGE waste of time. It’s easier to login using email and password. Don’t bother downloading this.

Basic simple easy. Basic with code generator. Supports push notifications for authentication. Setup was very quick and easy in a few taps to sign in and codes are generating.

Why??. Why on earth do I need a separate app for this????

Worked first time then unresponsive. Frustrating. Use SMS code instead all the time

Happy customer. Thanks for the ease and security

Bring back TOTP. There exists a common standard for generating 2FA codes called TOTP. This allows users to securely generate 2FA codes without the need to install a proprietary app for each site they sign up to. Adobe used to support TOTP, but has removed this option and forces the use of this proprietary app or SMS. I don’t need companies to force me into proprietary software - I need companies to follow open standards. “Reinventing” security and/or using SMS for 2FA is a big no-no in the DevSec community. The only logical explanation is that this app allows Adobe to harvest and sell personal data. Literally nobody asked for TOTP to be removed. Listen to security experts and your users. Bring back TOTP.

Easy peasy. Logging into Adobe Acrobat became so much easier using Adobe Authenticator. I no longer need to have my password at hand when ever a log in is called for. I also draw comfort from the knowledge that the log in is secure and any attempt by others to hack my account are mitigated. Thank you Adobe.

Easy to log in. It’s so easy to log in with the authentication app! It's excellent.

Complicated. Why is it so hard to log in? I enter my email address, a screen opens with a number in it and tells me to enter it in the Adobe Account Access app. But that's the app I'm already in isn't it???🤷🏼

Unresponsive. App did work but probably due to update is unresponsive. Delete and reinstall still no fix. What’s the point of releasing buggy apps?

Useless. Totally dead app, how could you release this rubbish?

This app has no purpose. I just doesn’t work at all

It don’t work. This silly ask me to use this buggy app that don’t work or give any other way to log in maybe this I don’t ever want to buy or use it wish can give it a 0

Love It. Why would you go anywhere else?

Why should I sign into something which I already own?. Why should I sign into an app which I already own? I paid for it. I downloaded it. I installed it. Every time i want to use Lightroom or Acrobat they make me sign in. This is for Adobe’s benefit, not mine. Lightroom feels like it’s on it’s last legs anyway. Disgrace.

Adobe account access. This is so complicated, not intuitive, and has left me unable to access Adobe at all. Changing of passwords was so convoluted and circular, I have been locked out. I will not be pursuing Adobe until access is simplified. Safe does not equal complicated!!!

Hate it. Stop forcing us to use this rubbish. We want to use Google/Authy/Whatever

Adobe Rush keep crashing. Adobe Rush keep crashing . Very disappointed after paying alot of money for expensive subscription.

Great program. Have been using the adobe products for many years. Very pleased with the apps I have

Why a separate app. Should be able to use Microsoft or Google Authenticators

Impossible. I install the app and it gives me a code telling me to open the app I’m already trying to sign into and tap the number it’s displaying. What an absolute waste of time! Why do I need to go to such lengths to sign into an Adobe account anyway? Where’s the real security risk here?

Absolutely Dumbfounded. Adobe removing the availability to use our own authentator solution for a dedicated app has to be the worse decision I've seen. Now I have to always have my phone device on me incase I need to log in on my computer.

Stupid. I literally had 2 minutes to get something done. Simply save something to PDF and send. Deadline missed because it took me 20 minutes to sign in. Been using Adobe for well over 20 years , it’s not only Adobe now, have to grab my phone to sign into everything these days because usernames and passwords are simply not enough anymore. Just would’ve been great if I wasn’t signed out in the first place. Can’t even do this review without creating a nickname

Phishing Expedition - be warned. Unlike other authentication apps this one *requires* your mobile number. From the T&Cs it looks like Adobe’s marketing department will use it to spam you via SMS. Forget this app. Just use a decent password manager. Adobe really should be ashamed of themselves for this app out. It is not worthy of them.

Demands phone number??. Demands phone number to use?? Hell no! My phone is barely useable already from spam calls and texts from corporations selling my phone number.

What next………?. Trying to sign in and sign in and sign in and……….? Still haven’t got there……….? How can you give it any stars?

Not working. Keeps asking me to subscribe and already do

Clunky Execution. Considering how often you are forced to log in to your own app on your own phone, the verification process is tedious, because the Account Access app doesn’t open automatically when needed, nor is a button provided to open it in the prompt from the app that has requested that you use it. So, you have to return to the home screen and manually search for the Account Access app. The only reason it gets any stars at all is that it quickly and reliable authenticates once you tap the necessary code. But even then, it doesn’t automatically send you back into the app you are trying use. You have to do that manually too. Awful!

Burn it down and start again. Not sure how they could stuff up something so simple. When I tried signing into CC on my desktop it asked me to open the app and tap the number 31. Zero sign of that number anywhere in the app. Wonderful. Logged out of the app and back in where it asked me open up the app. What? I’m already there. Used an alternate method to login to the app. Tried logging into my CC desktop app again and it asks to tap this two digit number again. Still no idea where that is located in the app. So alternate method again. Oh! There’s where I enter the code generated by the app, awesome. Plug in the code and lo and behold, that doesn’t work either. Ended up just opening up my password manager and copying out my code as I’ve done before. I’m really not sure how such an unintuitive, buggy, and quite frankly, non-functional bungled app could have made it past quality control. I’m just trying to imagine the countless meetings they probably had perfecting this monstrosity: Lead: “Okay guys, let’s make login as simple as possible. Anyone have any ideas?” Some UX Tool: “What if it’s two digits and they just tap the number in the app?” Lead: “Brilliant! Now where exactly in the app should we put these numbers? Remember, we have to keep it simple people!” *Everyone looks around at each other nervously until a young man sheepishly raises his hand* Young man: “What if... what if we didn’t put it anywhere at all? What could be more simple than...nothing?” The room erupts into cheering, table thumping and chest bumping.

No code received. So upgraded to 2.0 and app won’t even open. No code received. So upgraded to 2.0 and now app won’t even open. So wasted 30 mins on chat with Adobe. Useless.

Adobe auth services failure. This app doesn’t make sign-in easier. Download, setup, receive push notice, accept, spark web reloads into infinite login loop.... REPEAT, REPEAT, REPEAT. I can remember when I cared about Adobe products now I just feel STUCK IN HELL.

Stuck signing in. It doesn’t log in, get stuck at Updated Terms of Use

ARJ Photography. Very Good

Adobe Account Access. So very satisfied with the operation of this app

Access Adobe. Once I was signed in it was clear and understandable to access. Can use from mobile and computer. Good topicm

Does not work. I am very disappointed in Adobe Pro. It locks up every time I try to sign a document on my home computer. I am forced to log in to Adobe Pro online, then drag the file over and sign it. It is cumbersome and slow. I much prefer docusign. Adobe needs to step up their game, especially with the ongoing costs of subscription pricing.

Annoying programming. Adobe has structured their system such that it requires me to sign in even when I am not using an Adobe product. It is also designed without an obvious ‘skip’ button. This is massively annoying.

Reliable. Keep up the good work Adobe

Crashing. Title explains, crashes when I try to open

Useless authentication. The authentication is used even for free reader which is very annoying.

Fast and Easy!. Very effective

Chasman. great

So far, not able to sign in at all. I have used the Authenticator App on my phone and have not been able to get into Lr. The whole thing hangs up and I can't get in. I appreciate the idea of just tapping--but if I can't get into my Adobe products, it isn't going to work.

Crashes after changing password. Used to work, but Adobe made me change my password because it INSISTS I’m using my account on multiple devices simultaneously (I’m just switching from my laptop to my desktop when I get home which I’ve been doing for years???). After changing my password, the app crashes at the title screen.

Ripoff. Do not waste your money. This app is complete garbage.

Secure. Love this second factor authentication option. Makes me feel my account is well secured.

Efficiently safe adobe. Adobe gives me the technology I need to get my job complete while enforcing secure access

App crashes on launch. The app crashes after trying to launch. I changed my adobe password and went to sign back in tot the Authenticator app and it will not launch. It crashes seconds after trying to open it.

Helpful app. This app is quick and easy to use.

Connexion. Vraiment plus simple

Pricing. Pricing is getting out of hand for a non-pro like myself. I’ll have to look for other options. Great product otherwise

Sometimes not working properly. Sometimes not working properly And the Adobe Acrobat is crazy expensive. It charges me $44 every single month. I only use 1 -2 times

Quick & easy. Really fast . Really secure

App doesn’t open on request. When I request a sign in the app doesn’t send notifications.

Overbilled. Overcharging credit card

Secure & Reliable. A big fan of adobe suite to express my creativity. Appreciate the added security that comes with this application.

Horrible. I’ve been trying to attempt to log in, it gives a code and the introductions on what do with it are incorrect since I’ve followed them at least 6 times.

Trash. Adobe has become a scam

Works flawlessly. Easy to use once its setup

good. good

stop asking for reviews. i answered once & warned you every time you ask again, you get a 1 or zero

Unnecessary. Why do we have to constantly use this app to just read a PDF file?

Does what it says. To make it 5 stars, needs better Apple Watch functionality, if I can unlock from it, it would be perfect.

Painful sign in process. Slow Time consuming If travelling creates issues with language. Disappointing.

Waste of time. Waste of time

Can’t every company be as perfect as Adobe?. Thank you for your amazing apps!

Adobe. Good reliable app

Speeds up login. Great app to help with logging in

Clunky and cumbersome to use. Deleted after attempting to use. Other apps are better than this.

Useless app. Useless app

Not working. I am not working, have zero source of income. You keep overdrawing my account by forcing payment through. I can even buy groceries to feed my kids and you want to bill me for cancelling early without even asking for a reason.

Nearly impossible to move to a new device. It basically works well until you change your phone. Then it’s nearly impossible to get it to work again. Typical Adobe… too locked up and complicated.

Authentication Sign In. Why do I have to Authenticate every time I use this app when on my desk top computer. It should know it’s the same computer and skip this requirement.

Perfect & easy. Simple to use and works perfectly!

Issues opening files. There was an update and now its hung up

Great app easy to log in. The app is working great for me!

Why do I have to keep resigning in? It is a pain.. I am so sick of having to keep resigning in. It is a pain.

Only occasionally works. The last half dozen times I’ve tried logging in, the code never appears on the app, and I have to use alternative log in methods

Reliable. Cleverest account access I use. Don’t know how they do it, it’s easy, and always works across all devices and web.

RK. Good

Wonderful & Secure. I’m an Author and Podcaster, and I feel that my work is secure with this app, so that no one else can login and access my files! Thank you Adobe!

New Acrobat Pro (part of my full Creative Suite. This is a sad reality. The question is how could they take a flawed application and make it worse. Adobe managed. Kudos (of sorts). There are two main issues. 1- They have redesigned the layout. Trouble is worse, and the last one was bad. They have mostly just switched sides. But they give you the option to go back to the old one - the one that my workflow was used to. But it won't go back! 2- Ah, now we have AI! Or do we? Well, I don't, and god knows I've tried and tried. I get the message: “An update is available for generative AI features in Acrobat. Please relaunch to enable it.” I must have tried 30 times—nothing, and wasting my billable hours. One last Acrobat complaint. Every time it updates it resets printer output settings to standard where I require High Quality. Very annoying. William Moore

👉 Are you looking for an Adsense alternative advertising platform?

Adsterra is the most preferred ad network for those looking for an alternative to AdSense. Adsterra is the ideal choice for new sites with low daily traffic. In order to advertise on the site in Adsterra, like other ad networks, a certain traffic limit, domain age, etc. is required. There are no strict rules. Sign up!

Frustrating changes. Adobe has made changes to that have left me frustrated and looking for a more user-friendly product.

Saves time. Makes it way easier to sign in

Amazing App. Excited for New Express Beta! Some of the best work I have ever done. Looks like a beautiful addition to the Adobe Family.

Time consuming, invasive and Nanny State-ish. Adobe is still not secure, after all this. My account and documents have been hacked, even with this “protection”. They want your every device, all of your data and they are liars. Let’s got OFF of these platforms. Please come up with something, someone!

It works. Efficient. A clear, high-contrast UI. Response time is fast.

What a pain. Adobe Login REQUIRED for each use.. Any time I attempt to open a PDF or print to a PDF I am forced to login to Adobe. Tiresome and time wasting since there are many competing products. From searching for a solution to the constant need to login it appears to be a widespread problem, and none of the solutions work in Windows11.

Adobe. There is no way to send Adobe anything and the AI is worthless because you must sign in to use it and I can’t sign in so again worthless and the app looks good but if you can’t use it what’s the use so do not use this !

THE FRIGGEN WORST.. Adobe are used to have a lot of respect for you, but this account access app doesn’t work at all. It’s the worst of the worst. Come on what’s happened to Adobe. I really would like a developer to reply back to this because I don’t understand why it is so difficult to get into your account. Come on Adobe fix it. Dammit!

Stupid. The whole setup is dumb. You have to have the creative cloud app, the access app and then you have the adobe storage bot that’s not the right one to pu files you want to interact with in iOS. I use non Adobe whenever possible.

Awful. Truly an awful experience that has made me ultimately cancel my subscription to creative cloud. This process is unnecessary, doesn’t work at all 50+ percent of the time and take excessive amounts of time when it does.

Are you serious, Adobe?. 7/29 Update: Deleted Adobe Reader from my computer as well as this app. Over it. 1. Why do you log me out every week? 2. If I can verify my account with either this app or 2FA, why do I still have to enter my password? This. Is. Unbelievably. ANNOYING.

Glitches. It’s a bit expensive and a bit to clunky to get going but it does its own thing well once you get it going

Huh what in tarnation. 2 factor auth is jacked up. I’m done with all adobe products. This one provides easy access to the App Store where there are far better options for each adobe product. The UI is mediocre and my personal UX has been poo. To clarify for those not used to a pretentious Princess (myself) … UI = user interface UX = user experience.

Best App!. I absolutely love this app. It makes everything so simple to administer. Sign in to new apps or add ins is a breeze with this app!

Trail. I lost an important file that I was editing on the software immediately after finishing it and attempting to print it.

Name the app. There are too many authenticator apps with the name “Authenticator”. “Account Access ” really doesn’t help. How about adding the word “Adobe” to the app name. Do that and I would make the rating 5 stars.

Easy. Easy and safe system and works smooth between apps 🙏🙏❤️

Great way to 2FA. This app makes multi factor auth so much easier.

No notifications any more. For some reason the app sends no notification anymore when needed. That includes no notifications to my Apple watch. I saw other people complaining about this also, but no solution so far … Please fix this Adobe!

Push Notifications NEVER work!. At this point, I’d rather have my account hacked into rather than have to deal with this mess of an app. Hacker gonna log into my Adobe and do what?? Pay my Creative Cloud subscription fees??!

Always works great, fast, secure. This app has made it so easy to log into my Adobe products. It’s secure, fast and easy!

Signed doc. Worked as expected

Excellent. Love all my Adobe products. Just wish the monthly cost were more reasonable!

Stuck on email sign in. Opens to an email sign in, then prompts me to “Open the Adobe Access app (which I am in) “and hit the number” which magically never appears. Opens on email sign in page and stays there, no matter if I try to sign in with Adobe or Google. Useless on iPhone, fine on iPad.

N 1. It’s challenging to comment on the N1 company since there’s no one to serve as a judge.

Terrible access. Adobe acrobat keeps rejecting my subscription and forces me out of reading PDF files every day. It is a nightmare trying to solve this problem. The fixes that adobes just don’t work.

Terrible. Always Crashes.. What’s the point of offering this as a sign in option when the app instantly crashes, forcing you to use another method? Fix this Adobe. We pay you too much for simple stuff like this to be problematic.

Two numbers. First a 1 or 2 digit then a Google Authentication Long number? I am confused.. it is confusing. Adobe any answers would be appreciated. Thx

Blocked me.. I’ve been locked out of my account for months. It sends me a number from Adobe but the app has no where for me to add it. Then the app gives me a number and Adobe has no where to put it. This is a scam. I have lost literal months of using my paid subscription with Adobe.

Gotta pay for everything. Really disappointed that Adobe went this route where you have to pay a monthly fee to use their apps. Can’t just buy once. It’s like renting.

Brian Porsche Sales. Love this app. Give it a try you won’t regret it

Doesn’t work?. I tried to sign in and the laptop prompted me to tap a number 7 on the Adobe Access app to verify. However… I never saw any 7 on the app. I don’t know if this is an error or what. This app is not good.

It’s annoying. Too many sign-in roadblocks and yet people still can hack your account while it’s difficult for you to log-in your own account.

Always Available. Always Productive

Easy to design and use. Best software for designing and creating

Great Tool. This process seems lock tight. That fifth star is my inability to measure the risk of being over confident in this security process. I’ll share that fifth star, should be 4 and a half.

Make it make sense…. So I’m trying to get access into my Adobe account. It tells me to use the Adobe Access app. I need to sign in to the Adobe Access app in order to sign into my account but then I need the Adobe Access app to sign in to the Adobe Access app. Yes, you read that right. Make it make sense!

Easy to use. This app is an easy way to confirm my sign in

VERY SUS!!! DO NOT USE!!!. Why would this app randomly prompt me to change my password from this app and not to the actual website??? It also randomly said that it doesn’t support emails that are tied to a social media accounts (which this one isn’t). I dont trust it…. You shouldn’t either

Best updates. Love the new updates clear filters

No notifications. Whenever I use a similar Microsoft app for their products, I get a notification immediately on my phone. Not only does this app not do that, but if I search for adobe on my phone this app doesn’t even show up.

Such awesome stuff on this newer updated version. Great tools for this program now.

Adobe app. Cannot install the app in my computer. Failed multiple times and corrupted other Well functioning programs. You guys need to fix the issue and make the installation smooth and easy. It corrupted. “.DLL files big time

Cool app. Works just as I would expect an adobe app too.

Inconsistency in Apps. It is very difficult to work with multi platform adobe products when I cannot access, creative cloud storage equally with iCloud photos library. I shoot with a Canon and I shoot raw with iPhone 13 pro max. There is no coding excuse for lack of cross platform availability of images.

Worked great till today. Worked great until today then it just stopped working and won’t open up anymore on my iPhone. I click on the icon eight opens briefly and then shut down right away.

Account Verification Very Annoying. Overall software is world class but constantly having to verify my account login is way too annoying.

Great. Easy to use and many templates as well as user examples.

Allows me to access my account…. That’s what it’s named and that’s what it does.

This app should not exist. Adobe use to support standard TOTP based authentication apps like Google Authenticator and Authy. Those options have been replaced with this App. Why do I need a separate entire app just to authenticate with adobe. Please bring back TOTP support.
