Doesn’t do anything. Just downloaded and all it says is I haven’t been invited to use this so what the heck

Slow and doesn’t work 30% of the time. When standing at the apt door you’re needing to unlock, 30% of the time your apt number doesn’t come up, all the others do but not yours, you have to close the app and reopen. The favorites Or mostly used “doors” to unlock comes up when you load the app but no settings button to go back later and set the most used doors, like the most important one, your apt door. Back to using the key fob.

No Apple Watch support. Please add Apple Watch support. It would make it much more convenient than pulling out your phone.

Decent app. Wish it would work on Apple Watch though….

Just keep scrolling…. Have to scroll a ways to find my door. I live in a large 7-story apartment complex and I see the locks on the second floor sometimes. Please add a favorites option so my door shows up on top if it’s in range. Or only show the doors I have access to. Seems easy to implement…

Works well at my apartment complex. Obviously I have no choice as a tenant regarding what my apartment complex uses but I would pick this app anyway. It’s been flawless and safe and easy.

blah. hate that you can’t add it to your wallet. hate that even when you’re within 1 inch of the door it still denies your access. could use so many updates. thankfully my property is changing over to a better entry system

Not working. I love this app. However, it stopped working a month ago. I don’t know what happened. All it has now is a red triangle with a question mark inside. I deleted the app and placed it back and it still doesn’t work. I even rebooted my phone and still have the same results. Can anyone help fix this issue?

Eh. Cool idea for our business that requires people entering at all times of the day and night. Works only when it feels like however

Schlage Access. Absolutely fabulous! The ease of using Schlage’s Access Control is paramount to the rest.

Needs Refinement. Works well. However two improvements needed. 1. Watch support. I don’t want to have to carry my phone 24/7. Out for a run and I don’t want to carry my phone. 2. Lack of ability to customize or prioritize “favorite” locks means you have to scroll through lists of locks to find the one you need. I don’t need to see every apartment in the building or the elevator machine rooms

Bad. Very poor user experience

App not very Good. When I needs it the most it signs me out. It is installed on my IPhone. There have been times in which I don’t remember the password. So I have to reset it takes me longer to create a new one. Why does it sign you out? I really felt like giving it a 2 star.

App doesn’t work. Completely useless. I downloaded the app following the email announcement this morning - I get an error message when it launches: Issue with Credential There was an issue with your credential, reach out to your site administrator for more information There is no option to press, no help button, and I own my house so I’m not sure who the site admin could be aside from myself.

Wallet. I like the app but it won’t allow me access to my building door and it would be 100% more convient if I were able to add the access card to my Apple wallet.. Also the app only seems to allow me to unlock my front door it will not allow me or my apartment complex to unlock the building doors from the app leaving us to have to use our key fob… My leasing has tried to assist and they are not able to grant access for unknown reasons

Doesn’t work. The app doesn’t work so I’m not sure why it’s on here? Soon as you download it asks for system admin or if you received a text. Can’t even do anything to stop this message. Guess technology isn’t there yet.

Wish it had Apple Watch version. I work in management for the complex I live in. We use the app for our apartment doors. I wish it had Apple Watch support though it would elevate the experience to a whole new level!

How many months later and no iOS 16 support?. Completely ridiculous to not be supporting iOS 16 after all this time. Nobody at our office can get into the place. We have to keep the door propped open.

Great lock. I’ve been a locksmith for 25 + years & this is the first lock in a very long time, that I’ve seen that looks nice and operates even better. I love having the choice of multiple credentials. The phone credentials is awesome. Great job to the people at Schlage that made this possiable. Best regards, Steven May. 😎

Please add watch!. My preteen doesn’t have a phone yet, only the watch. It would be nice to give him access too. Please help!

More door options. Can’t save more then one shop on app got to delete app and reopen app to open another door be nice to save a door that has been logged into phone
