Needs improvement and iPad version. Integrator review: needs an iPad version. A lot of customers use an iPad for editing graphics and displaying on the screens. It’s nearly impossible to use an iPhone to edit any of the prebuilt templates, so users are forced to build their own and then use timers to change the menus. An iPad version would help sell these displays. Also needs remote/cloud upload support either as “watch folder for content” or integration with a 3rd party for remote upload to displays.

Doesn’t recognize photo album anymore. Used to work great, new version no longer recognizes my photo albums on iPad. No way to roll back versions, completely unusable. Please help, we absolutely loved using this for our business. HELP!!!!

Most frustrating app I’ve ever used. As the title says this is THE worst app I’ve had to use before. As of 9/1/2022 it is still an app that is inconsistent and impossible to use. This app has issues creating slides, editing current information, the screen going completely white, limiting customization, and crashing. The app tells you to keep the app up to date but it seems that the developers have abandoned this app because there hasn’t been an update that has addressed any of the app’s issues. If you’re using a a Samsung TV for business I suggest finding some other avenue to project your displays. This app in its current state is useless.

Nothing works. Its a great concept for a small business but its still a concept and not real. Nothing works as advertised, the app has not been updated so it doesn’t function half the time. Tv keeps freezing once you send the data. I will keep playing with it and try but been 24hrs with it and not happy

Junk. You would expect such an excellent idea to be brought to the next level. The app is a joke. Even the basis many items, like picking a template, don't work. I am glad I checked the app before I got a tv. Very disappointed 🙁

Bad App. Doesn’t work. So glad I didn’t buy the TV

Advanced scheduling. App works very well, zero problems so far. But please allow for more advanced scheduling instead of just having one schedule up for every single day. Break it down by Monday to Sunday and this service will be golden!

Works Well. I don’t understand all the bad reviews. Works well for me and you can also design content in Canva, download to your device and then post in this app.

App Crashes. This would be a great product but the app crashes when trying to edit designs. Hope this gets resolved soon.

Out of Date. This app has so much potential. What is the point of having a business tv when you can never upload anything?

What is with all the bad reviews. What is with all the 1 star reviews it is a good app guys get it so good samsung

Shame on you, Samsung. No wonder Samsung is giving up ok their efforts to launch and support their own mobile operating system as their software is consistently useless! What should be an easy way to upload simple content to my business display is useless. It does not upload images from my library (not even their own ‘themes’) despite permissions and I can not create a template! Finally it freezes and I need to close and restart. Not only is the app useless, but worse, it deceives buyers into purchasing Samsung displays with the promise of an easy content upload solution. That is misleading to say the least and therefore the 4 displays I bought are being returned!

Samsung: Please Fix!. App worked for a couple of weeks to create a basic slideshow and send it to the tv. But a/o 10/8/21 the iPhone app won’t link to the photo library, so no new content can be created, much less loaded onto the display. Tried deleting the app, reinstalling, rebooting iPhone. Nothing works. App is currently useless.

Horrible. App doesn’t work and I’m stuck with one display

App doesn’t work.. App freezes on screen where you’re supposed to select a TV to connect to. Not possible to connect TV.

Help to fix. I can’t upload 4k videos anymore please help to fix can only upload 1080p to my 4k business tvs.

Needs to be better. It works. But the app is clunky. The buttons can be unresponsive making it hard to navigate. I don’t mind it being basic and simple but I’d be more likely to recommend this product if the app was easier to use and a bit more sophisticated. In our technological age this app should have been designed better. My kids free games work better :/

Still not ready for apple devices. Just buy a new Samsung business display , but This app keeps crashing while trying to load a new picture. Although the android application does very well... Had to find a AndroidOS device to use it :-(

Can't see TV. on iOS 16.4. Samsung app cannot see Samsung Business Display. Other non Samsung apps can see the TV. Worthless

Limited editing. Some parts are really good but a little difficult to create custom edited things...Need the ability to simply delete text boxes off the templates, move things around, simply add pictures from your own phone etc. can’t believe it’s missing... kind of obvious

Not able to choose picture. Unable to choose any local picture, only what offer by the apps

Access to photos. Unable to access my photos from the app. In my privacy settings I can see it’s allowed to see all my photos.
