Cable doesn't work. Bought a brand new cable to transfer content and the app doesn't even detect that there's a connection. I can't even connect wirelessly, either. What's wrong with your app, Samsung?

Quitar lo de scann. La versión de scann no funciona correctamente ambos equipos quieren código y ninguno da el código para activar o sea que no funciona. Al poner conectar inalámbrica mente la app envía la cámara del scanner y no envía en código, he desactivado la app y la he activado en varios equipos y en todos hace lo mismo. Mi opinión quitar opción de scann en esa app.

Does not let me transfer data form my iPhone to note 5. Hello, I’m writing this review because the app does not let me transfer the data from my note 5 and it’s saying scan qr code but there is no QR code in the start screen when you reset it.

Garbage. Uh….like HOW the heck can I scan a BLACK square(also depicted on your App Store site) to transfer wirelessly?!?!? I guess since your app does NOT work as advertised, I’ll now have to drive to town and see if I can get this special cable your instructions say I need for a direct port to port connection. I’m wondering if even THAT will work! Poor app 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Would not allow me to use the app. I have permission to the app to everything but still prompt the message in order to use the app to allow permission. This is annoying. Just do better on this crappy apps.

Good but …. It’s good to know it transfer photos my contacts but the only thing it didn’t transfer was the apps and the data of the app so I don’t know if it’s allowed that but I’m gonna know because sometimes I do not wanna download and put all my data because that takes kind of forever and now I just wanna do it and like 20 minutes faster

This app made me lose confidence in Samsung. This app is perhaps the worst app on the Apple Store and a disgrace to Samsung. As I help my mother transfer her files between new and old Samsung phones, I am forced to download this cesspool of an app. Ignore the usual poor interface, the real crime is the app claims “not enough space” referring to the OLD PHONE. Explain how I can’t transfer to a new LARGER phone? Apparently I need to free up 2.7 GB so I choose not to transfer 17 GB of apps. But the genius Samsung Switch claims that I still need to free 2.1 GB??? To add insult to injury, online sources show this issue has been around for years? A total joke, absolutely pathetic. Never buy a Samsung ever.

Would only work wirelessly, and only got partial data. I so wanted this to work. Using an older iphone 11 to Galaxy S24: would scan using cable and start, but after 5 seconds would say the connection was lost. I gave up after 5 attempts. For some reason, if you transfer wirelessly you don’t get text message history or home screen data. Weird and frustrating.

Worked great. Everything transferred over for me, i had no problems. Keep in mind with the app’s bad rating that people with a bad experience feel obligated to write a review while people with a good experience just move on. Mostly likely everything will work unless you get unlucky.

Horrible!. I was trying to transfer photos and videos from my android to my new iPhone and it would only let me transfer photos and videos from my iPhone and not my android!

Only 30 days of text messages. This is not enough. I need all the messages to transfer from my iPhone. If not then I am forced to go back and forth between the phones which defeats the purpose of me having the new Samsung.

Privacy issue. No idea why this app needs, and will not work without, access to my contacts and my calendar in order to stream photos from my phone to tv but I will not be finding out.

It’s good but….. When I downloaded the app I thought it was good and it was but I accidentally clicked transfer data and I wanted to receive data and I couldn’t switch back receive data so Samsung please fix

Too resrtictive. I downloaded the app and then I have to agree to having the calendar and other items to be ticked in order for it to open the app. I just want to transfer the contacts. I don’t want my calendar to be corrupted by any weird stuff. Why can it be more selective and allow you to open the app?

MY SAMSUNG GALAXY A70 screen is black. I have been trying to transfer the information I have in my A70 Galaxy cell phone to a iPhone but it has been impossible. I tried using this app, but it looks like I could transfer that information just one way: from my iPhone to the Galaxy A70, can I do this the other way around? Please help me as recovering this information is vital for me. I went to Samsung Cloud, I am logged in but neither, there are not options that allowed me to download the information I need to get from it.

Good but can be improved. Transferring data wirelessly from an iPhone to Samsung I had to delete the app and reinstall to select other files in order to transfer them. Initially I only selected a few pictures and videos to start but then I couldn’t go back into iPhone to select other photos in case the app crashed Transferring from iCloud was better though
