Useless App If You Have Many Font Files. This app doesn’t install folders of fonts. I do graphics. I bought this app thinking that it would install an entire folder where I had saved all of my font files. It does nothing of the sort. You have to manually select each and every font file for the app to install the font….There is no “select all” function to select ALL of your fonts, if you have them saved inside of a folder… I have over 900 different fonts…., I’m not going to tap on 900 separate files to install them. Ridiculous, really… Kind of a no-brainer basic, logical function that you’d think the developers would’ve thought of.

App works great.. You do need to follow the directions. It doesn't provide any fonts for free. Evidently there is an in-app purchase to get some. Otherwise, you can provide your own font files. Dropbox, accessed them the Dropbox app on iPad, and shared/exported them one at a time to this app. Then AnyFont sent them to iPad Settings to install them in the iOS system. Now they're installed as additional system fonts. I don't understand all the one-star reviews from people who clearly installed the app without bothering to read and understand the app description. It is a tool to install fonts. It is not itself a collection of fonts.

Suggestion.... Wouldn’t it be great to flip a switch and have the Fonts on your Mac sync’d with your iPhone and/or iPad? Continuously? I can see this as the logical state of things ten years from now. The developer who figures out how to accomplish this first will probably be bought by Apple. And frankly, Apple should have offered this solution long ago! Until then, AnyFont is the best solution available. It’s a huge and complex workaround, and it doesn’t live up to its name (because you can’t install any font), but it does work within limits. It needs a new name and an much easier way to install and maintain MacOS fonts in iOS.

I need Tutorials!!!. I downloaded AnyFont and purchased its in-app purchase to use its fonts on every App including Twitter, Facebook, etc. But I just cannot find any instructions within the app, even if I have tried installing every profile it asks me to install. Now I feel like I am cheated by the merchant. Who could tell me how to fix this? I am using my old iPhone 6 plus to comment on the issue.

My FAVOURITE app.. I don’t leave reviews often but I absolutely had to this time. I’ve had this app for a long time and I’ve always appreciated its capabilities so much. But with the new update..... I can’t even express how much more I love it now. I was literally jawdropped when I saw all of the new features. Almost all of them (ESPECIALLY the checkmark next to the fonts already installed!!!) are things I had been hoping you guys would add. Thank you so so so so much for this app from the bottom of my heart. I can use my fonts with almost every app (my favourite being the “Pages” app) and I just can’t thank you all enough. ♡ -Effy

Used for years and love it!. I use to expand my library of fonts for use with my Cricut machine, so easy to use...couldn’t do without it! My wish for someday is to be able to somehow use glyphs etc from one app....I work on an IPad mostly so it’s a little more challenging. I love the new additions of files etc! Would highly recommended

Uploaded on my iPhone to use w/ cricut design space. Love love love this app! I use this with my cricut air 2 . Originally I had a problem where I couldn’t load any fonts right after I purchased , I emailed the owner and had a very quick response. ( like a few hours later, to me that’s fast compared to others ) very nice , prompt and respectful to talk to, all I had to do was download the new version and they talked me right thru it , no problems , very clear , tried it immediately and was super super easy! No extra charges or fees! Love it !!!

Waste of Money, Bummer. The fonts say they download in my system, but when I look in my fonts, they are not there. I have iOS 15. I downloaded a different app for fonts (free) and it worked fine right in the app. I didn’t even have to enter my phone system to do it. The fonts showed up in my system downloaded fonts. I would still love it if this app worked as it has features I would like to have, but this developer must be slow to update it.

No response from developer?. One year ago this person wrote a review and asked for help. gave u five stars when clearly you don't deserve. now it's 1 Year later and still i see no response from the developer? that’s sad ... why would anyone download an app knowing there's no support for it ? especially since we're already on ios 14 and there's issues with ios13 .

Misleading and disappointing. This paid for app more or less allowed you access to font creations for an additional 10-20 dollars each. There are free fonts but ver simplistic designs. This app is paid for to allow you to pay for other apps. This is insulting to my intelligence. It is the equivalent of having you pay to go into a store so you can buy something. Like if Safeway made you pay to go in and buy bread… with the added insult of offering to give you free moldy bread.

Can’t download. Having a lot of issues getting my fonts to download. I have been trying on my iPhone X and on my mini iPad. I keep getting the same thing over and over again. First I thought I’d try to download a font from “Dafont” but I would get all the coding when I selected download. So I decided maybe I need to purchase my fonts. And so I did but now I was able to get them into “AnyFont” and they will not download. I guess it didn’t matter if I purchased them but now since I paid I really want to get access to my fonts so that I may be able to access them in cricut

Incapable of installing downloaded TTF font. I bought the app in order to do one specific thing - install a single font for a work project. It is a pre-downloaded .ttf TrueType font from Microsoft, the Bahschrift font. The file I downloaded works fine on my friend’s MacBook, so the file is sound and it’s not a Windows/Apple thing. The app generates the profile and once I try to install it, it tells me that: “ This profile contains a font collection which is not supported. The font payload must contain exactly one font in TrueType or OpenType format.” However, it is definitely just one font (since all of the variations based on font weight and style are separate files and none of them will install). I can only surmise the AnyFont app needs some kind of patch or update. That said, I did use the + key in the app to search for a random font on daFont and that install did execute correctly and give me access to the font in Affinity Designer 2. So, I can’t say that the app doesn’t work at any level, but it should not matter where I source the font if it is in the .ttf format in order to install it. And yet it seems to…leaving me screwed for this delivery and paying for an app that doesn’t do the one thing I need it to and it claims to. =/ Devs: if you actually read this, I’ll gladly update my review if you patch this problem or manage to convince me I’m doing something wrong.

Great App, couple things missing.... So I love the app, but first it would be great to be able to select all bundled fonts to install instead of having to individually selecting each one, and second when I do try to install all the bundled fonts at once it takes forever and then only installs the first two fonts in the list instead of them all.

ios 13. I have used this app for years and always loved it. So useful! But after the ios 13 update I could no longer figure out how to install fonts because “profiles” disappeared from my settings. After careful searching I found you now have to click under “VPN and device management” to install the fonts after the update. I was worried, but now I’m so happy.

Great app for fonts. I rarely leave reviews for any app, but I really love this for installing custom fonts for using in keynote, Procreate, and GoodNotes. It works well. The only thing I wish it would do but doesn’t is the ability to sort not installed fonts. I downloaded a BUNCH of free fonts and wanted to use the bulk install option but I can’t tell which ones are already installed. A not installed filter would greatly improve this app!

iMessage. The fonts in this app are super great but it’s missing the most important part, you should make it capable with iMessage. The reason why I bought this app is to be able to use the fonts to text friends and family but once it didn’t allow me to do so, I was so disappointed. PLEASE PLEASE AND PLEASE ALLOW US TO USE IT IN TEXTING (iMessage, Whatsapp, and social media).

AnyFont may actually be useless in iOS 14. AnyFont has been awesome for years, but it looks like Apple has broken it permanently. Got this note from my favorite app today. “As noted, in recent iOS updates Apple has changed how iOS handles user-loaded fonts. Now, apps can add their own fonts to the system, and other apps can use these third-party added fonts only if they use the new iOS system font picker. [this app] has always had our own font picker that provides access to all the default system fonts plus the ones our app provides. Because we’ve had to blacklist some fonts in the past due to display issues, at this point we plan to continue using our own font system in order to maintain some control over available fonts. My sincerest apologies for this inconvenience. I do hope this information is helpful in understanding the decision made by our development team.” Doesn’t work in Microsoft Office apps, either.

Love AnyFont. I love this app as I can install font from any website! The only change I would ask for is for a search bar to find the fonts just downloaded. I understand they are in alphabetical order; still so many never end up where they should be on the list and I can’t find them when I go to do so. I’m sure they are probably there, somewhere. I always make sure to take note of file name of font I am downloading so I don’t think it is that. Idk, I’m sure it’s user error, but I’d love a search bar just for the fact that I have so many fonts, the list is long!

BUGGY SINCE THE iOS UPDATE!. I have used this app, very happily and successfully, for quite some time. Since the recent iOS update, however, I have had to delete all of the profiles and the app. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix this, AnyFont!!! When you do, I can easily give you five stars. Currently I cannot send any attachments from my phone email because of the profiles from AnyFont. 😩 This is vey frustrating.

Awesome app and support!. Everyone with an iphone or ipad should download this app. I use my ipad for grading student's paper. Anyfont allows me to install custom handwriting font so that I can write feedback to my students with a personal touch. Originally, I had some problem installing font, but the tech support (Florian) was awesome. He solved the problem very quickly and I was able to install my font with no problem.

Finally an app that WORKS!!!. I’ve been searching the internet for a long time now to find out how to install my favorite font into my ipad pro for school. The font I like on my Mac isn’t compatible with my ipad but this app made it work! omg I’m so happy! now I can use it with one note and I love how my notes look on my ipad now!! ahhh thank you anyfont :)!!

So easy to use!. I'm addicted to fonts and this makes life so much easier! Very simple to use. Only complaint is that right now is the 3rd time that the app just won't work ☹️. It crashes every time I scroll down and I can't fix it. It lasts for a day or two at a time where I can't use it which is beyond frustrating!!!! But most of the time it's great

Works as advertised. I use this app to install free fonts found on the web to use with the Cricut Design Studio app. I have had no issues using the newly installed fonts to upload into the Cricut app. As long as Apple does not include an integrated way to install fonts, this is a good workaround app. The fonts install quickly and easily and I have had no issues using them in Pages or Cricut. Sometimes, I need to exit the Cricut app and restart it to get the fonts to appear.

This wonderful app has treated me very well, but something has happened.... As I said before, I love this app, as I download fonts all the time for my stories. It has never failed to download anything that I desired. However, just after the second AnyFont update I noticed that I cannot download any fonts anymore. I tried clearing the apps from my history, restarting my iPad, and even deleting some of my old fonts just to see if that would help. To my dismay, it didn’t. Can anyone help me with this? Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

WHY INSTALL IN VPN MANAGEMENT?!. I downloaded this app years ago and purchased the 1000+ fonts package. Years have gone by and I downloaded this app again and restored my purchase and all the fonts installed into a ‘folder’ then when I found a font I liked, I hit the Install button and it went into my setting as a “profile”..? Which doesn’t make no sense to me. Then I open it up and it says to Install again, I hit install and then I’m taken somewhere else to Install AGAIN… anyways to find it to uninstall it was literally in General Settings under VPN MANAGEMENT… WHAT THE?!! and why? I feel like maybe it installed wrong or something..? I was able to use the Font in Pages but… just doesn’t seem right to me.

Love your app but custom fonts no longer work with Ipad-help!. I cannot figure out how to contact MIcrosoft. All the numbers direct you to websites of communities where questions and boards have posted. No one is stating exactly my issue. And I cannot speak to any live human on the phone numbers given. I’ve used AnyFont for years and it works terrific. All of my custom fonts show in Word and are usable/typable. I see the font in my document correct. The moment I try to export/print/send by email or anything it changes the font to Calibri. This happened a while ago maybe a year and a half ago and I gave up. No one cares about this. I have all these gorgeous fonts which I cannot use. I use all of this on my IPad Pro with no problems until that update. I suspect MS needs to make a small change to allow the custom fonts to pass through their software. BTW I can use them on Pages, but feel their product is inferior. Do you have any idea how I can get someone’s attention? I do not think it’s an Apple issue-your issue, but a MS issue. All the fonts work correctly on all other apps except Microsoft apps. Please advise or help if possible. Thank you.

A Game Changer. I just invested in an iPad Air, and working in AI and Design Space was frustrating because of missing fonts that I had installed only on my laptop. I downloaded this app 10 minutes ago, and I could not wait to leave a 5-star review. The integration with Dafont and like websites is AMAZING. It will take me 30 minutes or so to get all my fonts installed, but the fact that this app makes that even an option makes me so happy 😊😊😊😊 Buy it! Don’t be a dummy...follow the directions in the Help section.

This app works fine you just have to follow the instructions. For all of you who don’t know how to work this app please learn it before you burn it. It is so simple. You download the app go through the process and then part 2 you must install the app. Kinda basic 101. All you do is open the settings menu and viola you don’t even have to open General cause the font to be installed has been pulled out and is right at the top of settings menu asking you to install. Again follow the instructions and tada! The font is there. No need to buy anything more. Use dafont or Graffwriter or any of the thousands of fonts out there. Been using it for years and it works fine.

No Comic Sans :(. I just paid $3 for “all the fonts I love” and they don’t even have Comic Sans. I looked for a list of fonts they have available and there wasn’t anything that I could find, otherwise, I would have looked elsewhere. If you’re going to have any font and say that you’re backed by Microsoft, have Comic Sans. This is blasphemous. I saw that there are other reviews saying that it was difficult for them to figure out however, I cannot attest to that yet because now I have to SCROLL through ALL 1,000 FONTS! There’s no search option either! Once I pick one (if I can find one equally worthy as Comic Sans, which, let’s be honest, it’ll be nearly impossible) I might come back to update if I find it worthwhile or if I end up finding Comic Sans (if it’s on the 1,000 font package then it isn’t in alphabetical order). I will say that offering other sources like dafont is a plus. TLDR; No Comic Sans! No way to search through the ‘1,000 fonts package’! $3 and you don’t even get Comic Sans!

I love this app!. This app allows me to add my fonts to the iPad in a couple of seconds and I can easily see which fonts are already installed in my iPad. I wish apple would have an option to bulk import several profiles at once. If you are looking for an app to add fonts to your iPad get this one!

Works awesome Must Have App. I really Love how this app works... I can find my fonts that I truly want whether through the app or on sites from a browser and have no problem getting them installed to work on my IPad Pro this is an excellent app. Thank you for keeping it up well as well as how well it works with other app programs needed for the Fonts

Massive workaround with many steps. I had originally given AnyFont 5 stars because it used to be impossible to get fonts on iOS. This is not the case any longer, and the current installation method is incredibly cumbersome and slow (getting a family of fonts with extra light, light, regular, medium, bold, black and thin plus italicized versions of each is a 4 step process for 14 fonts that goes between the app and the settings app, for example). iOS now has a specific place for FONTS within settings that does not require creating profiles for each font version (this is also incredibly dangerous, as profiles are system level mods you enable). I would be willing to pay (in app purchase extra for AnyFont) for the ability to install and organize my fonts within the proper environment on iPadOS.

I was unfair to this app.. I’m sorry for taking out my anger about iOS14’s treatment of fonts here. It’s my fault for mostly using older apps that are no longer being updated. Fonts may not work with that many apps anymore thanks to Apple, but for what they do work with, this is still the best installer there is.

This app needs an update. Used to work flawlessly! You would select the font you wanted, it would ask you if you wanted to open it in AnyFont and there you were, ready to install it. Now once you get there all it tells you is that you have to go searching through your Settings app on your IPhone, find your profiles and install it from there. I certainly don’t need AnyFont to tell me to do all that...that’s what the app was supposed to be for!

Great Functionality, Decent UX. I built an interactive iOS prototype app in Keynote, and was super disappointed when I discovered that the iOS system San Francisco fonts wouldn’t render. I stuffed the fonts into Dropbox, exported them to this app, and installed them in just a few minutes. I was skeptical this was going to work, but it did! My only gripe is that I wish it was easier to discover that you could install multiple fonts at once. I had installed almost a dozen individual fonts before I found this feature.

not big on writing reviews...but.... ...this app has totally helped me use my iPad Pro as a full on design workstation, by being able to quickly and easily add font profiles, increasing the aesthetics of my work...something previous versions of iPad didn’t really have the capability of doing, and this font app is one of many pieces of the puzzle that take the iPad Pro up a notch or two. thanks.

Perfect!. Not only does the app work, the customer support is incredible. Florian, himself, e-mailed me within hours when I had a question about iOS 11 compatibility with Office apps, including Word. All 800 fonts I’ve downloaded through AnyFont are working perfectly, the install was easy, worked just as described, and IS updated to run with iOS 11, even though Apple doesn’t have their software together to accept third party fonts yet! AnyFont makes Apple’s problem obsolete! Kudos, Florian!

PLEASE DONT CHANGE. I love this app so much! I use it for my business, to make stickers, to add missing fonts to Word, Pages, Presentations, etc., I use it in almost every app. I really love how easy it is to use and best of all, all the fonts work great. I’ve had this app for a year now and I’ve never had any problems with it. Thanks again!

Good app…cannot delete fonts. I like the app. Unfortunately I cannot delete font files. I have fonts that I installed profiles for and have since removed the profiles. The fonts have been removed from the AnyFont app. I cannot delete the fonts from the Apple Files app. They are in the Recently Deleted folder. I select “delete all” only to have them reappear in the Recently Deleted folder in a day or so. These are the only files this happens with.

LIFE SAVER. I was really nervous to spend the money and it not be worth it. Totally worth it. I was so frustrated and went through so many apps to figure out how to download and use fonts in Design Space. It was like going in circles. Someone suggested this app and I am so glad I gave it a shot. It’s very easy to use, explained everything in a FAQ section and provided a tutorial, organized and simplified, I could go on. After seeing how well it worked I decided to buy the font bundle for a dollar, pretty good. Thanks a bunch AnyFont!

I need help please. I have questions and need help. I was told by Apple support I needed to contact Anyfont’s developer. Ive tried everything I could to find a email or a phone number, but i cant. I went to the developers website and went to contact. When I do this a error page pops up and says the requested page cant be found. I don't know where i can send my contact info or anything. I have been using AnyFont for years. I signed up for IOS 13 Beta and was able to go online to Dafont and find free fonts. I was then able to use AnyFont to take the free fonts and download them onto my iPhone and IPad. I was able to use all the fonts in my mail app. It was really easy and worked very well at least it worked very well until IOS 13 came out. Now out of all the fonts I have downloaded over the months only 1 works. I have erased and re-downloaded the fonts and I have also reset my phone and IPad to factory settings a couple of times. I just spoke to Apple support and they where unable to help, even though the mail app I use is Apples and they suggested I contact Anyfont’s developer. Here I am sad 🥺because all I want is to be able to use fun fonts but the only one I can use replaces the O’s with hearts which isn’t very professional ☹️ I still gave 5 stars because i have a sneaking suspicion this is not a Anyfont’s problem but a Apple problem but I really hope AnyFont’s developer can help me out or at least point me in a better direction then Apple did❤️

Works but importing and font management are terrible!. It still offers more universal installation/access to fonts on my iPad but importing a collection is frustrating—you have to tap through several screens to import each one . . . One . . . By one . . . By one . . . By one. And then if you want them to all live in a separate folder you CAN create that folder but you can’t import them into that folder you then have to drag them to the folder after you create it. If you have more than one iOS device forget it. You have to go through the whole process again! I’m sticking to AnyFont for now but I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you can.

Extremely annoyed. I want a refund!!. I downloaded the application, pulled several TTF files from the internet, and followed the application instructions to install both single and multiple fonts. First, there were a number of TTF files the application would not allow me to install. Fair enough. Perhaps some of the files were corrupted / didn’t follow standards. I don’t think so, but sure, it could be an issue. Second, after installing the fonts that I was able to select in the application, and installing the profile in Settings, the fonts were not available in MS Office. This is a deal breaker... I want a refund. For an application suite with an installed base as large as MS Office, the developer should have posted a description calling out that it did not support MS Office. Not cool...

Love it!. Installing your favorite fonts could not be easier with this app!! I did have a little trouble installing a zipped file, but Florian at AnyFont helped me straight away (I had the wrong type of zipped file)! #1 customer service in my book! Now I can be as creative as I want using all of my favorite fonts!! Thanks again for the help, Florian! 5 star app AND customer service!

Support went above and beyond. It’s an app that just does what it says on the tin. As an added bonus, their customer support is excellent; I had an issue they could have just blamed on Microsoft for the weird way Office on iOS handles fonts, but instead they did some troubleshooting that I couldn’t have done myself and solved my issue.

Disappointed. I recently downloaded the app thinking that I could change my font, however, I quickly realized that was not the case. I opened the app, clicked on the 5 or 6 websites where you download fonts and SURPRISE you have to spend more money 🤦🏽‍♀️. I’ve also tried the free fonts offered on a couple of those websites and have yet to see a change. It’s downloaded and set in my settings but there wasn’t a change in anything 🤦🏽‍♀️😒. Wishing I could get a refund because this app DEFINITELY is not the way to go 🤗.

Good app just with it had one more feature. I use my phone almost exclusively for my cricut projects as my husband had broken my laptop. This app can in so handy so I wasn't limited in the design space. I'd pick my fonts download them and viola! My one problem is this. I recently got a laptop again and now all the fonts that I've downloaded and stored on the app aren't recognized on the new laptop. Fonts I've purchased would would have to be repurchased as I don't know how to transfer font files from the phone to my PC. Wish this app offered that capability.

It Works. I was getting frustrated that documents I created on my computer and tried to update on my iPhone or iPad did not have the font I used. This app allows me to install the necessary fonts from my computer on my iPhone and iPad and now everything looks the same across all devices. It is not the easiest to use because there are multiple steps you need to go through to get the fonts installed on the mobile devices but it is worth the time to do this. I used iCloud to store the font files. I installed one at a time, opened a Pages document that previously gave me an error message the font was missing. No error and the correct font is in the document. I am not concerned about the no signature warning because I am using fonts I know are safe. I would not do this with a custom designed font unless I was the designer.

It absolutely does the job. I have been trying to see if I can use an iPad Pro as a travel computer, and one of the key missing pieces was being able to use company fonts in Keynote and Powerpoint. AnyFont did the job. The house fonts are all from Adobe and Google, and they worked perfectly. The mechanism for doing this is a bit weird, but it is well explained in the app. If you keep your fonts in Dropbox or similar, the process will be easier if you use the Files app on iPhone or iPad. One thing: If you put all your fonts in a .zip file, you can add them all in one shot, and only add one security profile. Once I figured this out I set up all the fonts in a matter of minutes.

I Could Kiss You!. Does wot it says on the tin: pain-free font installs on iPads and iPhones. This is the real deal. I was so tired of grainy videos, out of date techniques and multiple apps for something that should be simple and quick. (Admittedly, Apple doesnt make it easy.). Nobody has time for that! Any Font is well designed and resourced. Install is fast plus the dev provides great links to other cloud storage and font-heavy (free/inexpensive ones - really) websites. I love having my key fonts available across all my devices. Never thought font installs could be so easy and pain free. Thanks, dev.

Waste of time. I don’t understand why there are so many highly rated reviews. Don’t be fooled after you purchase the app you do not have access to any fonts unless you pay more. Very sneaky and misleading!

iOS8 compatibility?. I love Anyfont, especially for reading (not so much for writing) as both my preferred reading apps (Stanza and Shubook) pull their fonts from the installed pool. Anyfont works on iOS8, and it installs fonts... but none turn up in the font list any longer. One hopes for an update to address this issue. The app was wonderful, and I hope it will be wonderful again in the future. I've given it 2 stars for its previous function.

Phenomenal and very convenient app. Seriously one of the best apps I’ve ever used, very useful for sorting out smartphone font issues in a snap - you can also download fonts direct from the app!

Money sucker. I read the reviews, some good but mostly bad. Wondering how they can make it work but it doesn’t work at all. Are they lying?? So I purchased this app, and there are lots of Fonts you can see, when you tap the font it only show (the explanation of how and where the fonts invented etc) Doesn’t appear on the third party of the keyboard. Can’t get my money back! Instead of give us what we could afford but this app pushed you to unlock other bundle app for more money! Then make it free for the first app if doesn’t do anything!!!! I found free app where I can use it easily after I purchased. What a waste! DO NOT BUY!

Worthless. If you want heaps of fonts - like you are lead to believe you can get by paying a small fee for them - this is not the place. Bought it, downloaded and opened it up. Expecting to see a list of available fonts. NOTHING unless I wanted to pay outrageous prices for each set of fonts. I want my money back. This was a complete waste of time and money.

Essential. If you want to use your iOS device for any type of design or document creation AnyFont is not just useful, it's essential. It allows you to work with AnyFont in almost any app. Especially for cross platform apps such as iWork and apps like iDraw, no need to worry about using fonts that aren't natively on iOS. Highly, Highly recommended.

So bad!. This app don’t work

Waste of time and money.. Not a single ttf file has worked on my phone. After hours of attempts I have given up and deleted app. Waste of money that's for sure

Other Apps. Will this app or in future updates, work with Microsoft office for ipad?

Works as described. Works well if you're adding a couple of fonts (more seem to slow Pages) Doesn't have annoying popups asking for a review Wish it would let me use the font in office though

I guess it works?. App seems to do what it says. I successfully added Google fonts via iCloud but it is a bit painful adding every weight one by one. The reason I “guess” it works is because I didn’t go through with fully installing the fonts. I don’t want to add a custom profile from a developer I have no prior experience with.

AnyFont. Recently downloaded this app. for my iPad: most impressed with it's features & back-up support provided by the developer/owner.

Love this app. I really like this app because the default apple fonts on my iPad are so boring and now I can just download any fonts that I want (hence the name AnyFont haha) on to my device. I haven’t found any glitches or problems with the app just yet. Great job!

Really improves Pages. This app lets one load and use fonts which are not supplied by Apple. It is simple to use and effective.

Please create compatibility with Docs To GO!. The app is great and works as described for iwork apps, however as i use a Microsoft computer docs to go is the most compatible to word documents. I purchased the app in hope that i would be able to write in more fonts in Docs to go, however am disappointed in the inability to do so :(

It was great... for about about a month.. Cool... so I pay for the extra fonts, the Premium version, whatever and then the app starts to crash upon opening. Go to the support website and there’s a brief one-pager with two links: one is broken (Contact Us) and the other leads to the exact same page, only in German. And its Contact Us link is also broken. All in all, that was actually pretty fun. Two stars. Would be ripped off again.

AnyFont. Good app. Great app. Allows me to customise the content of my work and make the documents look great. Should have more windows type fonts though. The only quibble.

Worst App. I paid $2.99 and I don’t have access to the fonts. They want me to spend a further $1.50 to unlock them. Rip off. Don’t download this app

This app is actually pretty good!. This app gives a simple and easy explanation on how to download a text/font file onto your phone or mac and it works very well! Although, I would prefer a slightly more detailed explanation on how to share that file between platforms and any possible ways to transform this into a keyboard (if any). All in all I would recommend this app if you ever need to download a font/text file onto your phone!

Does what it says - one feature request. Does what it says - my only request would be for a way to install a set of fonts in one go (e.g: the bold, italic, and normal of one type of font)

Waste of time. I bought this in the hopes of having a more interesting fonts to text and write with but after paying for it all. Nothing has worked, doesn’t even work in any of the apps or the keyboard it self. This is a scam!!

I love this app. One of the big limitations of iOS is the inability to load fonts for presentations, corporate stationery and design work. It's a disaster for someone who talks about the importance of brand consistency to give a presentation in a generic font because the one I really need is available. Anyfont smashes that problem with an easy reliable solution. I love this app.

Works in iannotate :). I bought this to add my handwriting ttf font (created long ago) into iannotate. It was very easy to do and works perfectly.

Unable to install fonts. I was quite excited at the idea of installing new fonts on my iPad; but even with the new update, I am unable to install fonts. Quite disappointing.

Didn’t work. I tried to use it but it didn’t work at all. I suppose it works only for the app pages? Because I actually wanted to use these fonts when I chat with my friends and all but it didn’t work and it look like I wasted my money.

Handy utility, great dev. Couldn't install any fonts on a new device. Florian wrote back very quickly suggesting some possible reasons. Unknowingly I had JavaScript turned off in Safari! Worked perfectly. I've been using this for years and it's indispensable.

It doesn’t have Arial. I paid and got ye app only to see Arial is not included which we use most of time for business. Tons in there but not what I need. I emailed the developer no answer.

Works well and great customer service. I have installed many fonts from different websites and this works well when I design on the go. I got some troubles installing some fonts at some point but it was quickly solved. Their customer service is very responsive and fast at addressing the issue. I’m loving it so far!

Works well. You should know what fonts are, e.g. that they’re files, that you have to get those files “into” the app, but other than that works great

Resets without warning & fails to open font zip files from safari. after spending time making folders and organizing, the app, when reopened, reverts all the changes i made and its very annoying. Opening zip files from safari via app also randomly triggers this. very frustrating and as a paid app, very disappointing.

Awesome!!!. Works great!!! I just downloaded and added a lot of fonts on my iPad, much better than buying individual fonts!

It works!. It takes a tiny bit of playing around at first to figure out the steps, but it’s not that hard, and once you get it it works perfectly. I can use so many different fonts for my Cricut now, it’s opened up a whole new world!

Garbage 😡😡😡😡😡. First thing first I found this App to be false advertising ... I couldn’t figure it out. I feel I just donated money to the company for absolutely nothing but a black screen ... This is the dumbest app ever.. Doesn’t work, very confusing on how to use the Fonts. I’d like to be able to click the font, type something in and have it show up. This was the worst $$ I’ve ever spent... what was I thinking.

iOS 14. Big problem with iOS 14. Now not compatible with Office and Notability. This is the only reason why I bought this app.

Clunky, but it works. The app itself, and font installation process, are a bit rough around the edges, but it gets the job done. The UI is poorly designed and unintuitive. It’s not particularly obvious how to install multiple fonts with a single profile — you have to create a folder, drag fonts into it one-by-one (though you can tap multiple after you start dragging to move them all at the same time), then tap a list icon in the top right to find the hidden “Install All” command. You’ll definitely want to do this if you’re installing multiple fonts, because the process of installing the profile is long and convoluted. Finally, you need to force quit any apps that use fonts before your new fonts will show up in their font list. Pretty crappy all around, but if you really want to use your own fonts, this is the only way to do it.

My favorite app. I use it all the time. Getting better and better. I like to use new fonts and it is my app to do it...

Works in ios 15.5 but.... The install is unexpected. It requires that you 1) install the font (handled by Anyfont) 2) create a font configuration profile, can reference several fonts (handled by Anyfont) 3) install the configuration profile (ios Settings, search for "profile") Font is correctly installed once you see a checkmark beside the listed font in Anyfont

Fonts installed not recognized. Uses kludge (loading profile) to install fonts, rather than using modern iOS font installation technique (as used by Adobe Creative Cloud). Fonts are not recognized by Pages.

Doesn’t Work at All!. Looks like I’ve just wasted all most my $4 for nothing. It doesn’t work. It does few bunch of downloading installing and what not, but doesn’ seem to work at all. I can’t find the downloaded fonts anywhere or any app where I have an option to change fonts. Very disappointed and hope they aren’t scam. P.S. deleted the app and the fonts it installed as profile format. That’s one way to infect your iPhone. As none of their download works so far, there is no way to keep these in phone.

Works on iPad Pro 3rd gen. Works like a charm. You install fonts via AnyFont via your Profile. (system / general / settings / profile).

Works Great especially with iOS 11 files app. Awesome simple app. It adds fonts by putting then into an iOS profile, that installs into settings -> general Easiest method for me to get font files into the app, is through iCloud files app. You can also install font files from an email or message attachment. I had a couple questions and the developer responded in less than a day. Great service. The developer gave me this tip in response to one of my questions... You can also install several fonts in one profile. To do so, just hit the checkmark button in the middle of the top bar and select the fonts you want to install. Please be aware that iOS has some issues if the profile grows too big. Therefore, please limit the number of fonts per profile to a maximum of five to ten, depending on their file size.

iPad OS 14 issues?. It appears that in iPad OS 14, this app does not make fonts available to all apps. Pages seems to work, but not Word, Mail, Spark, Mellel, etc. The Contact form on the developers web site throws a 404 error, so no way to contact them.

Doesn’t completely work as advertised. Let me start by saying I do not regret the $3 spent on this app. I find it very easy to use and download free apps found in the internet and convert to my iPad. I have 0 problems downloading these apps into my pages program and they work perfectly. Pages is currently my new favourite program to use because of this. However, saying that....this program puts these fonts very easily into my word and I can see them in my list but I am unable to actually use the font in this program. I keep getting the message that I don’t have enough memory and try shutting other pages that are open in order to have enough available space. I originally thought this was my problem because I was using an older iPad and only had about 15gb of memory left of my 128gb available. I no longer believe it to be an issue with my iPad as I just purchased another iPad and am currently running with only 14gb used of my available 128gb available but I am still getting the same message. Would love a solution to this problem. Two suggestion I would have also is 1)it would be very handy if the program some how distinguished in the list of fonts that we added to our own list outside the app those that have actually been installed vs. the ones that are just sitting there waiting to be installed. It could be as simple as a little astrid or star beside the ones that are already installed 2) I wouldn’t mind if the program needed to be signed into when being used. The reason I say this is because I just purchased a new iPad as mentioned and when I installed the app onto my new iPad, all the fonts I already put into the app did not transfer. I do realize I would have to actually manually install each one on the new iPad but now I actually have to go the web to add them all first too. Something to note: I have not tried any other font app to know if this one is better or worst than others out there.

Great app with great support. Excellent app. Florian went way past the call of duty in helping me work through a sticky problem with a font. It is the perfect app for installing fonts onto iOS for use with other applications like Word or Pages, etc.

Works on iPad Pro. I have a new iPad Pro and it works perfectly. If you’re having problems try watching the ScreenCastsOnline video. I love this app! I can finally use the handwriting font I bought years ago.

Works great!. Been using the app to add fonts for Clip Studio and other apps- works as advertised. Especially good with Blambot fonts web site, seamlessly (if a little click-happy) pulls the fonts into your iOS device. Really like it.

FONTastic!. Since my computer demised 6 years ago, all the fonts I bought were gathering dust. Thanks to my new iPad Pro and AnyFont I can use them again! Can’t tell you how happy this makes me.

A Fontaholics Dream!. I am a fontaholic and I went many years without knowing this app existed, until last year! It’s so easy to use and allows you to add all the fonts you want! Thank you!

Too many hoops and hurdles. Using the profiles in the general settings app seems like a lot of steps. Shouldn’t you make the app with the ability to get your permission once when the app installs, then the rest is automated from within the app each time you get a new font? At least my Affinity App has its own font manager and that one’s a breeze. Just drag n drop. And why is iFont even simpler?

Needs zip file app to download fonts. I was having trouble downloading the zip file to my iPad. I had to download a zip file opener/downloader that I can go to the website in for the download. Other than that no issues and it does as it says.

Worked great day 1 and now nothing. I downloaded this and was able to immediately download fonts and upload them to design space and now the next day I can’t get any fonts to download to it. I have closed the app and started again and even restarted my phone and nothing. Bummed I was happy that this could have worked

Not the app's fault—blame iOS 14. I've searched the app store and it looks like other font download apps aren't meshing with iOS 14, either. I definitely think the problem is on Apple's end. Give it some time, and a patch will come out. This app is wonderful and normally works great!

Carefully designed and immediately useful. App takes an absurdly cumbersome process (thanks, Apple) and makes it easy. Thanks to the developer for making this available.

After All These Many Years, AnyFont STILL RULES!!!. My iPad and iOS life, work and personal projects would NOT be same without AnyFont. This app is/has been a game changer for using additional fonts/type/type styles on iOS. This app is still brilliant!

Works for me. I read some reviews that said that it wasn't working for people so I hesitated on whether or not I should buy this app. I downloaded it and it worked perfectly fine for me. just follow the tutorials

Give me back my money.. So I installed the junk they call an app, think I will get different fonts I can use on my iPhone and probably use them in my messaging apps let to know that it’s useless. You have to go look for your own apps to be installed. There’s not even a single font installed in the app and besides you can only use this in just three apps. Fake people. I wonder why people are giving 4 and 5 stars. I wish I can give less than one Star.

Great but..... This was a wonderful app until yesterday. I have quite a few fonts downloaded and went to install one and it crashed and will not open at all. I reinstalled the app and lost all of my fonts only for it to crash 1 minute after opening the app and will not open again...

Easy and a LifesSaver. Finally a way to get my favorite fonts onto my iPad so I can continue creating my Keynote presentation on the go. I appreciate how simple it was once I found out how to access my Fonts file on my Mac. THANK YOU for an app that really does what it promises.

Great App Needs Search. I love this app. I just wish that it had the option to search the fonts that are loaded instead of having to scroll through the WHOLE list.

UGH :(. I don’t understand this. I don’t know how to reach out and quite frankly I don’t have time to wait for email responses. I guess I don’t really care to get my $3 back but this app is misleading… it’s hard to understand, hard to use. Lots of apps- not the ones I need. I was leery of paying for an app that also has “in-app” purchases. But bought it after reading reviews. Yes, it’s another .99 once you’re in but that gives you access to the 100’s of fonts they have available. However, I couldn’t find -any of the Empiricals, Manhattan, or Lucida. I’m sure they have one that will work but I’ll have to hunt it down.

My Favorite App. If you are a graphic designer or just love fonts, this app is for you. Simple and effective interface. I had a question and the app designer reached out quickly with step by step instructions.

If your looking for actual fonts that can be gotten on a computer PowerPoint DONT GET. I am looking for a app that can give me a certain font that can only be used on pc Mac PowerPoint, such as Wingdings. This tells me it has those kinds of fonts that can be used on pc Mac so I buy it and I look and look and keep looking everywhere and it doesn’t have it. I basically spent money on fancy ways to type letters which isn’t what I wanted DO NOT GET AT ALL

Very disappointment.. I see a lot recommend this app. I am new at using a iPad I followed step by steps and the fonts are not showing available in the app I am I using .. there is no email or way to send issues on the AnyFont page which makes it very difficult. I am unsure why the fonts after showing downloaded not available in cricut design. ..

Does not work. There is no clear instructions on how to use the fonts. They just get installed and then what? I want to see the fonts on my phone so I can change the default font from Apple. Simple as that and you guys know very well that that’s what people are looking for. Instead to prefer to just take out money with not clear instructions. Even worse still, Apple allows you to put the app on AppStore.

Does Not Work As of Yet. Under Settings -General-Fonts, there are no fonts displayed or listed. Profiles are installed, but I have yet to figure out how to make them actually work. Adding the profile is not enough. There has to be way to implement the font. Every video I’ve found stops at installing the profiles. I can’t find anything after that.

Not working. Unfortunately this app is not working for me. I tried to add a font from google fonts and downloaded it to Dropbox. I went to Dropbox and tapped on it nothing happened. Something happens when I email it to myself.

Works awesome!. I love this app! I use it daily to get new fonts to use in cricut design space on my iPad. Only thing that would make it better would be a search tab. I have hundreds on fonts and it's a pain to have to look through all of them!

Disappointed. This app was doing great, no pop up ads, installed fonts without a problem but I was hoping to use them when I text or using messenger but I cannot so I basically installed this app and a few fonts for no reason because I haven’t even been able to use the fonts. Fonts not installing. I purchased the font bundle with 1000 fonts. I can’t get them to install. I’m on an iPad fifth generation. I sent an email to the developer with screen captures showing that the installation didn’t work. When I go to Settings it says “No Fonts Installed” They however appear in the Profile as installed. Please advise how to/where to purchase & install Trebuchet fonts too. They weren’t available in the 1000+ bundle I purchased.

Simple, and it works!. I like lo tech, and simple. When I wish to do something simple, additional bells and whistle’s simply complicate matters and usually adversely affect how well the software. This software appears to be clean simple, and does as it advertises.

Font Bundle. Many things I like about the font bundle. To be creative, you can emphasize a particular point that you’re writing, had some character to post.

Excellent program. Anyfont worked perfectly with my custom font which has many ligatures and contextual alternatives. I highly recommend this program.

Need help-love app but not working with iOS 13.3. All the prompts are the same but it never reaches the point I can copy to AnyFont. I don’t know where the download is going. On 2 devices same issue. Works fine with older iOS. Please help. Love the app. Just need it fixed at the moment. Thank you.

Needs iCloud Support. Like the app. Does great for installing new fonts. My only complaint is that I need it to work across all of my iOS devices. I have used other FREE apps that do this and this paid app I have to upload the fonts individually on each device. Kind of frustrating :/

Great app with great support. I finally found the perfect app to use with any font I choose. The only restriction are the limitations Apple imposed on its use by not permitting it to have global access to either apples apps or other third party app. I would like to use with office, Notes, what’s app to name a few.

Doesn’t work anymore. App doesn’t work anymore seems after I made the upgrade or purchase it stopped working either I want refund or someone would help me to fix it on my iPhone and iPad I think I had gotten a response sorry that it doesn’t work and that’s it. And before anyone says I don’t know how to use it I do I’ve used it for a couple of years once I upgraded made the in app purchase the app doesn’t even open up at all the logo come up and that’s it, the app closes.

Easy to download fonts to my iPad using any font. I have been trying to find a way to download fonts to use on my iPad, and any font has been so easy to use.

Amazing app. I use this app to add fonts to both my iPhone and my iPad to use with cricut design space. It is extremely simple to use and never gives me any problems. Wish all apps were this great!

It’s hard.. I’ve been trying to put the font on my phone but it’s not working. Everything looks the same. I’ve downloaded everything and it’s not allowing me to select the font I want to use.

Cumbersome and non-intuitive. Trying to install multiple fonts is very cumbersome. I count 13 key presses to install a single font and cannot find a way to install multiple fonts at once. Then, in the list of fonts ready to be installed, there is no indicator that the font is already installed. With a few refinements, this could be a very helpful app. As of now, it is better than nothing.

Projects and test.. I can type the test in basic letters. Then change the font on some questions. If children try to cheat. The other persons test does not look the same.

The best!. I don’t know what I would do with out this app!! I use different fonts for my business and when I’m not around a computer I can download them to my phone!! So convenient!!

Just One Thing I’d like to See Changed. Good app, but I have to say that it’s a pain to have to toggle back and forth to see what fonts were installed, and what ones have yet to be installed. Comparable apps make it easy to see what’s what in regards to this.

Nifty. Very nice interface. Simple, yet efficient. Makes organizing your fonts a breeze. The download function contains links to common font repositories. 1000 fonts for 99 Cents ain’t too shabby either.

It could be easier. I feel as if it shouldn’t cost , if you have to but more fonts in the app . Secondly , it’s incredibly difficult to figure out how to apply the font for someone who isn’t use to changing it on the iPhone . So yeah . But I gave it three stars because you have a million of different fonts to choose from .

For Beginner or Expert. Easy to install & easy to use! Lots a great fonts to install in app so it’s right on your desktop! I would recommend to anyone who likes writing in different fonts, especially crafters!

Time consuming install with new update?. I just had to upgrade my phone to iPhone XR. Maybe I dont have my settings set up correctly... but to download a SINGLE font I need to toggle between DaFont, AnyFont, install pop up, AND NOW also go back to my settings to install?! Why?!?! I use an enormous variety of fonts, this is going to take years. 😭

A necessary iPad App. The best way to add fonts to iOS devises. When AnyFont is installed on a device: Open iTunes, plug in device, click device icon in iTunes, click File Sharing, click AnyFont, drag the fonts into window. Exit iTunes, open AnyFont on device. Tap font name, tap font icon, tap install, put in passcode for device, tap instal,tap instal. If you have more fonts to instal, tap open in browser. Close AnyFont Open Pages, Keynote, or Numbers, tap typed item, select “Style Brush” select font, tap update. All occurrences of that style in that document will change to new the font! Great!

Great app, needs Font Space. Great app for adding fonts on the iPad. Makes installing fonts easy. I wish font space was offered on the list. Dafont won’t open the more options menu for refining your search to 100% free fonts.
