Doesn’t work in China. Am in china. I tried so many times but it doesn’t work in China. It’s a lie about China claiming it works here.

Don't Spend Money on Amateur Customer Support!. I wasn't able to sign-in because it stated account already exists. Yet, there is no record of registration. I asked for a password reset and customer service states use "Chrome or Edge browsers" to reset. I registered with Firefox. Just to price they didn't know what they were doing, I installed Chrome and still, it didn't work. No one uses Chrome or Edge for security! Yet, a VPN company that's about security telling customers to use the most breached browsers? Finally, they ignored my email to sort out the log-in issue because they just aren't qualified to assist for troubleshooting. Your customer service is the worst I have dealt with from all VPNs. Stay away from Privadovpn. If you get locked out, you'll be out of the money you paid.

It seemed great just until I used it for factual reasons.. Pretty app and interface overalls, even though for what the app has to function for, as it works slowly or doesn’t work at all. Trashy VPN and wouldn’t recommend even to my worst enemy. Thank you for nothing.

Don't discriminate on price. Why is there a 24-month package on the official website, but not on the app? And the 12-month fee on the app is higher than on the web page. Please set the same discount on the app as on the official website, and don't discriminate on price. Thank you.

Impossible to cancel.. Big heads up with this company. The day you want to cancel they play all kinds of games of cat and mouse asking why you want to cancel, original receipt information, user name, last 4 credit card digit number and then they keep asking you the same questions all over again. If you log in you account from a browser is impossible to find a cancel option. Don’t waste your time and money with this people, to cancel a subscription shouldn’t be so hard to customers.

Can connect. The update didn't fix any connect problem and even make it more worst. I can't even connect to the VPN.

Hope. I hope to add router management options on the mobile side as well, so that I can choose which apps not to use with the VPN!

Can't connecting to VPN servers after March 2023. Already contacted Privado service team，hoping them can solving this quality problem. Before ，Privado is very good VPN which I recommended to my friends in China.

Best option if you want fast vpn. This vpn service is so great ! But you get limited countries to conned so keep that in mind. But it doesn’t matter what country, the vpn is fast to connect and get a great connection. Best option if you don’t want ads, optional payment, and fast vpn.

It’s ok. Needs more us servers and needs to add split tunneling

Forcing Upgrade. I only used 1GB and it says I have 9GB left. However, it won’t connect and it says that my ‘freemium subscription’ is expired. I don’t use a lot of data on the VPN so there is no way I will pay money and upgrade. I’m disappointed that the other 9GB ‘expired’.

Deactivated my account without notice. I subbed for a month, stopped subbing for two weeks because I was camping in the mountains without Internet, all of a sudden my account is deactivated, can’t re-sub or even use the free version anymore, well you don’t want my business I will go somewhere else.

Potentially Dangerous/ False sense of security for free plan users / registered / then uninstalled. After "tapping & connected", the app said like secured connection, but the ip adress didn't change a bit, and, of course, I couldn't access the websites which is easily accessible through other ios free vpns. I'm not really complaining about a bad service coming from free plan, but just pointing out that it is really dangerous and misleading for the customers who thinks they are secured and protected by the "connected vpn". For free vpns, there are so many real vpns available on ios completely free or with ads or up to two-weeks free trials. But, I tried this one because I need a user name and password for setting up in linux, and found out to be misleading & dangerous.

Not bad，also not good enough. I am currently located in mainland China. And the connection experience is kinda mess. When I am connected, the VPN works nicely and fast. But it’s a bit hard to get connected, most of the time almost all servers are in bad signal(red), and an error message bumps up when trying to connect to the server. Consider the pricing of Privado, a 4 star rating should suit it well.

Good VPN , bad service. I bought the vpn service and began using it very smoothly for the first month. But the good thing doesn’t last long. Now I can’t get connected and problems remained unsolved for more than a week. The after service is slow and ineffective. It even informed me that my service has expired. What a big mistake that happened only after I paid for it only a little more than a month!

Unable to get a refund. I got this vpn to try to read a book with early access in a different country. All that happened was intense glitching and now I am unable to receive a refund for the app

Terrible VPN app. When I first downloaded the app, I tried to create an account and it stated that I already had an account. I have no proof of it being in my email or nothing. The point is this app is terrible and I highly recommend not choosing this app for a VPN.

As I’m using internet or WiFi calling I look up just to check the vpn isn’t on I turn it on go check again the vpn isn’t on I did this several times how can you protect my information if it is never on and cutting itself off not worth it monitor yourself if using this vpn you will still get hacked

Always shows me as being in Tehran. I tried using this to make it look like I'm in Turkey. However, Google detected it as Tehran, Iran. So then I started experimenting with the other server locations provided in the app: Thailand, Israel, India, Belgium, Switzerland, and others. It don't work; The location is always completely off; I showed up as from California, the Netherlands, Mexico, … just never any of the places I actually picked. Does not work to circumvent geo blocking.

amazing. literally helped me get tiktok back! i deleted the app since i thought the tiktok ban in the US was going to last longer. but after the short ban ended, i couldn't find tiktok anywhere in the app store. but with the help of privadovpn i was able to redownload it back!! 5 stars!!

Why not have smart route option?. As title

Can’t get a reset password that works. Garage app. Sends me a reset password, generates a strong password then won’t let my use it... I guess I’m just going to have to delete the app period. I go to the process to have a reset password email sent to me. My iPad generates a new strong password but the app won’t let me use it. I feel it’s like the old dog chasing its tail, It never gets you anywhere But totally frustrated!!!!

No kill switch glaring security oversight. Privado does not support a kill switch on iOS meaning if it disconnects you have no idea and your browsing is no longer secure. Developers this needs to be rectified/added as a priority.

Disappointing. The Premium version doesn’t unblock YouTube.

Keep disconnecting in iOS. The speed of servers are acceptable but the main issue I have is disconnecting in iOS after a couple of minutes of inactivity and blocking the internet connection till you turn the display on again! More annoying is the technical support which told me they won’t give support to the countries with international sanctions!!! Who else would use a VPN service?!

Can’t pay for it. I’ve tried several different methods to make a payment but it always gets rejected. I think that their payment system has been taken down and that’s why no form of payment will work. So I moved on to angel vpn and had no problems in paying.

Contact is impossible. Can’t login and when trying to contact support it takes so long to respond. Previous response took 4 hours. I have been waiting 8 hours since my last response. They claim 24/7 support but I think if you have to wait 8 hours for a response it’s not 24/7. Will be cancelling and getting refund

Review. I use to use this app . Sense then I cancel my subscription 5 months ago and for the past 5 months they have charged me and didn’t even give me the subscription I want my money back. I put in a ticket and the send me a confirmation email then they sent me an email asking if would recommend this app to a friend like hell I would this app is only for my greatest enemies

Very buggy. Sometimes its awesome And sometimes its terrible.

Passwords do not align between app and website. Waste of time, login credentials are either different or not updated on time, app does not login when passed changed and logged in online.

Not as advertised. It crapped out a few times but the real problem is it said I hit the data limit after not using it at all for 2 weeks. I think it counted the data I did via another VPN. Uninstalled it.

Simple but missing many features. I only use free VPNs but this one doesn’t allow for a kill-switch so obviously no auto kill-switch either. Would have loved to use this VPN as I have heard good things but without an auto kill-switch it unfortunately is useless to me.

Not bad. Definitely not a bad VPN. It should be a 4.5 star rating. A lot of the negative reviews are not justified. It's fast and secure. The price is good and it works! They also keep updating it with more features so there's nothing to complain about!

Network. Network is very bad in the premium version as well. The ping is as high as 200ms or more. In each server, I will be looking this high ping. A very bad experience.
