Broken and needs major bug fixes. After downloading this app, I was given a project the next day. Cool. It was a 100 voice recording project for their Portal service. After getting to voice line 89, the app started stalling and glitching. After figuring a way around it, I finished and was presented with a white screen with nothing on it. There is no way I could figure out to contact support regarding this issue so support is virtually non existent. So now I have a completed project that says it’s paused because there is no way for me to submit it. If this wasn’t the issue I would have given it a higher rating. But as of this point it has become a complete waste of time and effort for a measly $5. You would think a developer of this size and stature would have their stuff together by now. Oh well, another #Fail from Facebook.

Cannot login and annoy find an email to get assistance. I used to have viewpoints on my google pixel and recently I upgraded to the iPhone and I’ve been trying to login to viewpoints on my new phone and have not be able to. I looked on Facebook, on the meta business page and on the app for a help section that could give me an email to a help center to see what’s up and I have found zero indication of anywhere I can go for assistance in getting viewpoints up and running on my new phone. Upset I lost all those points I had saved up on my old phone. Wish I knew before or wouldn’t work once I got a new phone.

Glitching. Love this app but now every time I open it all it tells me is I need to update the app. The app is updated and I’ve tried deleting and redown loading but nothing works. Really wish it would cause it’s a great app otherwise. Don’t see anyway to get around this issue as it takes up whole screen and doesn’t give option to exit it

Interesting App. An innovative way to help with tasks to make things work better while personally earning cash while doing it. Very simple and easy instructions for each task given and a easy way for you to make a few bucks while doing each task. It isn’t a extreme amount of money but each task pays about $5 and takes less than 20mins of your time. Help them and they help you! It’s awesome you must give it a try!

Viewpoints. I really kind of enjoy doing the viewpoint is pretty simple, takes maybe 10 minutes of your time! $10 is $10. You look at two different pictures and you see if they are the same or not like if the same category or have anything relatable pretty simple. It feels like we’re teaching AI the difference in dogs and paintings and random things. Weird.

Great until you can’t get back into your account. I made a few bucks off the first couple programs I participated it and was enjoying the app. Everything was fine until I accidentally deleted the app from my phone one day. I tried re-downloading, but I couldn’t get back into my account, and I kept being told there was an error. I keep getting emails saying I have new programs available but I can’t unsubscribe from them and it says I need to change my email settings from the app (which I can’t get into). Not sure what to do now but I’m super frustrated with the constant emails I can’t do anything about.

This is a very interesting project. So far I have enjoyed every program that has been offered except one which did not work and I tried to offer feedback and it was the screen time project. The latest one I did was really kind of cool. I’m not very good at cold reading with no punctuation, but I enjoyed it very much, the rewards are well worth the time. I like Facebook Instagram and particularly Threads. This new project is extremely fun.

Unable to update…can’t load program. I am participating in a task - the locations one, and since I did an update to my iPhone (to iOS 14.7.1) it won’t let me participate. It keeps saying “couldn’t load program - there was a problem loading this program. Please try again in a few minutes”. I have checked to make sure that location is enabled, tried in WiFi, in data, rebooted my phone…nothing works. It let me start the program but cannot update anything. And there is no where to contact anyone to find out why in the help section. What’s going on? I’m losing out on some good points!!! It’s worked in the past! I don’t want to lose the entire campaign!

Payment. So I came to know about Facebook viewpoints a few weeks ago and have been using it since. I have finished 2 programs until now and the 3rd one is in progress. I have received $10 until now from previous points earned. Yesterday I finished another program and was suppose to receive $5 more. It was showing up in my rewards until yesterday night atleast but it doesn’t even show up in there anymore. 4 stars only because of that.

This app is totally awesome way to go Facebook. I hate things like surveys and games especially to try to make because as we all know most of them, don’t tell you every week just about I’ve made at least a simple surveys to help Facebook. It’s not too intrusive which is shocking for Facebook still on this program and app, Facebook! I really recommend installing this though it’s worth the space on your phone and minimal time necessary to do the tasks trust me. 👍🙌☺️

The rarity of Surveys. I love the app and I enjoy what this app has to offer, don’t get me wrong, but the lack of having more opportunities to earn so that you could reach 10,000 points is something I think that needs to be worked on. It’s so unfair to have to wait every three days just to do the screen activity survey to earn 250 points. Every blue moon a different survey than this comes up… I wish there were more surveys because at this rate we can only earn 500 a week…

Won’t submit screenshots. One of the tasks is 250 points for most often used apps. Something like that. I follow the directions. I take two screenshots. I laid them onto the submission screen. Press submit. Kicks me right back to the directions on how to submit. I do that again and again hoping for a different outcome that doesn’t come. Zero interactive help. Can’t send an email and ask what is going on. I’ve lost 750 points now because this is the third week in a row it won’t submit the data. Boo. The concept is great and I got my first 1000 points the first day the app was active for me. It’s just been quite rocky since then.

So far so good!. I just downloaded this app last night when I came across an ad for it on my Facebook feed. When I woke up this morning my first “project” was available which was an 83 question survey worth 1,000 points ($5). It took about 10 mins or less to complete, very easy!! As soon as I was done it asked me to connect my paypal account for the $5 to be deposited. So for now I’m only giving it 4 stars because it said it could take up to 10 days to receive payment. Compared to other survey sites/apps, for 1000 points to equal $5 is a really good payout, and for it to be done in one survey!?!? That’s awesome!! I’m really Hoping it doesn’t take 10 days, because that seems a bit extreme, plus I’m an instant gratification type of person when it comes to cashing out on paying sites/apps. Instant payouts, or quicker payout times would definitely get this app more reviews and more participants. I will update as soon as I receive payment. Thank you!

Won’t let me connect pay pal. I added the app a few days ago. Got my first survey was 1000 points = $5. Well I go into the app to apply for survey it directs me to log into my pay pal because it’s a pay out of $5.00. Every time I go to log in through the viewpoints app it says error “we are working on things”. I have chaneged my PayPal password 3 times, that wasn’t it, I have cleared my cookies& browsing history, that wasn’t it, I even signed out of the viewpoints app and signed back in, that didn’t even help. So I am at a loss. What is the point of an app if I can’t connect it to a pay out option? Any help the developer might have on this issue would greatly be appreciated.

Review. Great app but it won’t let me record anything like it used to for the pronunciation service. I can’t report this problem in the report a problem section so I will do it in my review and hope that you see it. Please fix this so I can continue taking surveys otherwise I will remove this app and never use it again. It’s supposed to be accessible for people with disabilities but this is where the accessibility and when it comes to recording phrases and it used to work just fine

Having issues loading. I’ve completed a few task on the app and enjoy doing so but have run into issues getting a paused task to open back up. I constantly get an error stating there has been a problem and to try back later. I’ve tried to go back in later to complete it only to get the same error message. Most recently I tried to uninstall and reinstall to see if that helps but apparently not. Unfortunately it t looks like I will not be able to finish before it expires.

Enjoyed AT FIRST. I enjoyed the app at first. It didn’t take TOO long between getting program opportunities. It would sometimes take more than a month for one to show up, but then it seemed to make up for it and give a few in a row. I thought it was a great app. But then… I’m guessing they just wanted to give programs for a short amount of time, because now I haven’t received ONE program since July 2023, (close to 7 months ago). Now the app is just a waste of phone space.

Viewpoints is Tremendous!. Highly recommend viewpoints every 1,000 points earns you $5! You have the choice of a physical Visa gift card a virtual one, as well as 60 different gift cards from popular restaurants to well known retail establishments. Google Play and PayPal are offered as well. Lastly you do not have to claim after every 1,000 points you can rollover up to 10,000 points or every 90 days

‼️app support needed‼️. Well for a while everything was in good shape. The app ran smoothly and payments were fairly quick until one day I finished my 6th task for locations and it booted me from finishing the program and I have not received any other programs or the 15 dollars that has been processing since October 25th. I’ve contacted them twice only to receive no response to this very moment. I’ll even note the app version I have is up to date. And my significant other is still receiving new programs on her device so it seems to only be happening to me. I’m very displeased with the support system as it is not very supportive.

Awesome. I love this little reward program it always seems to pop up when I could use a few extra dollars and it’s so easy to do you can record the phrases and do this literally anywhere that you can talk and it takes maybe 15 minutes to do I mean really?? Who doesn’t like making $5 for 15 minutes of simply recording yourself saying what it ask u too. I literally tell everyone about this

No longer working. I thought this was a great app for a while. It wasn’t something that you knew that you would make money every week but it was pretty regularly. The tasks were reasonable and never had an issue with getting paid. Now I haven’t had a task in probably a year or longer. I had recommended it to some other people and they don’t get anything anymore either. I still have the app on my phone in hopes of it starting up again.

Unusable app. Crashes constantly.. I downloaded this app after seeing it advertised on Facebook and was given a program to complete almost right away. However, I didn’t have time to complete it right at that moment, so it was a couple days before I was ready to complete it. When I logged back into the app and tried to complete the program, the app crashed immediately when I tried to click on the program to open it. The program was not expired, as it says exactly how long it has left before it expires. It’s still not expired as I type this. I tried checking to see if I needed to update my app, but I have the latest version. I tried refreshing my app, but it still crashed. I tried logging out and logging back in, but no difference. Finally, I decided I would contact their help center to see what I needed to do—except, apparently that doesn’t exist. Their “help center” is just an FAQ page with no way to actually contact them with any real problems, or to let them know of a bug you’ve experienced. What kind of company doesn’t have customer service?? Hopefully a developer sees this review and contacts me, because from what I’ve seen so far, I’m not impressed. I’d love to be able to actually try the app and give it a real review.

Extra Money I Can Count On. I’ve been participating in ViewPoints for about a year. I’ve only missed a few programs from when I first began using it because I think my app was offloaded because initially I didn’t get any programs quickly (or that I noticed). But since I jumped in and paid attention I said I have to make sure I pay attention by logging in and all notifications are on, etc. I make maybe $20+ a month from doing a few mins of work. If I’m answering questions it’s usually within 3-10 mins of my time and if I’m taking screen shots of my screen time, that takes a minute. It’s just so easy. Not like other apps that you feel like you’re using all of your time with little pay. This is the first app that feels worth it to give my data and take quizzes. The other apps should learn from Viewpoints by Meta on this one. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ok but has problems. If you’re eligible for a study, you do really get the promised compensation. Tasks requiring voice recording are difficult to complete however. Often “something has gone wrong” up to 20 or 30 times in a row, and needs to be repeated again and again. I also worry about whether we’re just training FB to eavesdrop on us better so we can have more ads show up that happen to coincide with something we just had a verbal conversation about with friends or family.

Viewpoints review. Idk if you ever try to earn money or gift cards but this is the easiest and quickest way to earn money. They literally send you a notification a task is available for you to do and so far I just have to screenshot two pages from web activity tracking found in your settings home menu. You simply upload the screenshots and I just made a $10 tremendous gift card for doing that a few times when prompted! Simple.

Glitch issues. Was excited about this experience so downloaded the app and waited and waited and finally about several days I got a notification about a survey. I go on the app and start the process. It was worth 1000 points and would take approx 20 mins so I get started. Initially everything was going smooth. Then about 5-10 mins in I start noticing it’s taking longer and longer to accept each response. Okay so I’m fine with this, didn’t have anything else to do at the time. But then, the app freezes altogether. So I close it out and forget about it. Decide a day or two later I will check it out and what do you know I’ve got the option to resume my precious survey, so excitedly I click resume to get started only it won’t let me resume. Every time I click the button to resume the app closes. I even deleted the app and added it again, but nope all the excitement of trying to answer one survey down the drain.... y’all need to work the bugs out before you get people excited about the functionality of an app that doesn’t work!!

Viewpoints Facebook.. I love this app. They tell you that you have to be invited but you don’t get the app download it and participate. Give them a little bit information and they’ll start giving you programs today are $10 in about 20 minutes. It’s not usually like that usually are in about five dollars here there but only takes a minute or two but today since I got my new phone and all of a sudden giving me all kinds of surveys and things and just got $10 for about 20 minutes

Fix this please. Been on view/study for a year or so, never had a problem till now! Takes me to page 2 of 3 where u check that you want newsletters and community things sent to your email, then gets stuck, tried unchecking the newsletter box and entering my orhinual email and confirm, and a red message pops up every time and says something went wrong. It’s now stuck . Page 2 if 3 and if I try and download app again it won’t allow it and I need to get to my points to get my rewards ordered. How could meta itch all their geniuses overlook this, fix please, I’ve spent a good year with you and I don’t plan on losing my points now! Thanks and get on it!

Working fine. After reading the complaints here I decided to download the app anyway. I was able to log in using my existing facebook account. Then I was asked to confirm a few demographic questions, including birthday, country, gender etc. which are available on my facebook page anyway; so the fields were automatically completed and I only had to confirm accuracy. The overall log in process was easy and short. I was told to wait for notifications of new tasks/programs when they are available - so until then I can’t provide feedback in that aspect. Will update this review once I finish my first task...

Love it!. I love this app, I’ve made $15 so far. It’s been in $5 increments bc you have to have 1,000 points to cash it which equals $5. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is bc I wish there were more projects to do more often. It seems like it’s about every 3-4 weeks. You turn on your notifications and wait for them to alert you that a new project is available. They’re super easy, take about 10-20 minutes to do. Overall it’s a great app!

FINALLY!🥳🎉 EASY MONEY 💰💵💳 ♥️. I Love this App! It is what it says so far. I’ve had it for 2 months. About every three days it tells you what to do. Literally takes 1 minute! And usually the same thing every time. You get the same amount reward coins each time, unless they offer you a more extensive task, then the reward is even bigger! You can build up your rewards to save for a larger $ amount gift card or get your gift card when you’re at $5. I got my first $25 card🎉 and I’m working on my second one! Thank You So Much for this App!♥️

Surveys are scarce, but quick.. Update: Added a star because I did receive the money, around the 7 day mark. Haven’t had a program since, but I’m patient 🤷🏼‍♀️ I downloaded this app about two weeks ago, logged in using my FB account. Firstly, a lot of people are complaining about the data it is leeching from their FB accounts and phones but don’t realize that if you have FB on your phone, they already have access to that data so that point is moot. It took the entire two weeks to receive a program, but program availability is based on specific requirements that need to be met. I’m a little bummed it took so long to become eligible for a program, but the one that was sent to me made me $5 in approximately 15 mins, which is nice. Once the money is actually deposited into my PayPal account, I will add a star or two depending on how long it takes (it approximates 10 days, could be less and could be more I’m sure).

To the point and efficient but infrequent. They don’t beat around the bush with these tasks. They simply explain it and ask you to answer the qualifying questions and clearances. The next thing you know you are doing the task and, if you’re successful, you get paid quickly. But it would be nice to know how you input makes a difference. some feedback would help the person doing the task to improve if necessary.

Here, you get paid for your data. It’s an honest to goodness rarity to get paid for market research these days. Every company asking how they can improve etc… at least here, you get paid. IMO for the insights gained, it should be more, but it’s a step. The programs are easily completed in spare time , so I consider it a net gain anyway. As you can see by my review I am pretty transparent, so my spare time is bathroom time. TMI I know, but it’s honest. Over all 5 stars for the entirety. App functionality, ease of use and ease of collecting payment.

Would love this app if only.... I’ve completed 2 programs with no problems, but I just started my 3rd program a couple days ago knowing I wouldn’t have time to complete it in one go, but also knowing from the previous 2 that I’d be able to pause and get back into it for another 7 days to complete. BUT when I went back to it and hit continue, it is just giving me buffering/loading cycle icon and then a message to try again. I’ve tried again, and again, all while rebooting, waiting, rebooting again and waiting to open when I was at home with the most powerful WiFi, and still same result. I’ve managed to find a way to contact someone (albeit, having to send a message that’s for questions about your payment, not finding anywhere to go for an actual person to speak with regarding this kind of problem) and the answer I got was that I probably needed to upgrade my internet browser. But I’m not using a browser I’m using this here app, see. And regardless, the 2 browsers I use on my phone are updated anyway, if that was even a factor. I sent message back with this info and haven’t heard anything. I was very much looking forward to add this finished program’s reward to my balance and using it but I’m running out of days left before the program will disappear. SO, all that ranting just to say, it’d be great if there was a more accessible and obvious “real human being chat representative” that could help with this.

Great program not enough frequency!. If it wasn't 3-4 months between programs it'd be a 5⭐️'s The tasks are easy and not too time consuming so I love that part of it but sometimes it has a program every other month or 2-3 in a month but the fact is usually it's few and far between for full program that may have 2 parts and pay 1,000 points which you can redeem $5 for each 1,000. The money is sent to a connected Paypal account. Best month I've seen is maybe $35-$40 payout. I recommend it highly for payout and ease of tasks and also the interesting tasks. There is a speaking tasks which is just recording saying phrases. The ad follow up is kinda weird and sometimes funny to me but strange posts you compare to next ad to say if they are similar or don't go together. I've seen some odd posts that didn't fit to an ad but we're just odd.

Easy Money Y’all. The points is probably the easiest app that I’ve used to earn money. I’ve only done two programs and those are the only two programs that I’ve been offered. Both of the programs that I’ve completed paid out five dollars each. I guess my only request would be to participate in more programs. Maybe sms notifications for available programs would also be nice. 😊 Overall, it’s easy and, for me, it’s fun as well!

Amazing. I never review apps, really. But this one I will because its amazing. I cashed out $10 in 3 days just from doing 2 quick surveys. The payout is fast and you don’t have to sign up for additional websites to get spam emails from like other apps. They will email you if they have a survey for you to complete, and you’ll receive $5 for 10 minutes worth of your time. Love this app for a quick easy way to make some side money!

Could be 5 stars…. You can make a few dollars and the cash out is legit but, it’s just slow. At first there were a couple different surveys to make money now it’s just basically a check in every few days. I wish there were more surveys. I like $5 a week but $20 once in a while would be great. I would give this App 5 stars if $50 was possible a month as of right now it’s just $20 a month unless you receive extra surveys to which are sparse.

Switched phones and dropped. Everything was going great until I switched to an IPhone. I couldn’t get the study app on my new phone or figure out how to contact them. I was dropped from the study program and have not received anything else from viewpoints either. I would like to continue with both. Please help.

I can’t use since I got an iPhone. I switched to an iPhone and couldn’t download the study app and then got an email saying that I was being dropped because I haven’t participated. I have checked the app several times a day and there was nothing for me to participate in. I would like to keep the viewpoints app if y’all can help me. I have tried to get help through the app but that didn’t work.

This app owes me $10 in points. Things were going great until yesterday as I was waiting the appropriate 10 day period for my $10 reward from participating in a program with multiple tasks. Suddenly, my FB account gets “locked out” with a flash of the screen and despite resetting my password, this app refuses to let me back in. All it says is “Unfortunately, Facebook Viewpoints is not available to you at this time.” Certainly a very strange coincidence considering I had just cashed out and have been awaiting a PayPal payment for $10 don’t you think? Can someone let me know who I can contact for an explanation please?

Awesome app. It takes a lil bit to start getting tasks but after you start getting them you really do get the $5 with each 1000 points. I’ve gotten almost $100 from this on PayPal so far. No it’s not going to pay the bills or make you rich but that little bit of extra money helps buy something extra for yourself. Trust me spending that money on myself feels a lot better than taking the money I earn to take care of my kids from them. It’s definitely worth the few mins spent looking at your phone to make a few dollars. Hope this helps someone else choose to join the program as I have.

How do I get support?. I did a few surveys on here and actually got paid twice, so it was great at first. I always get emails when something new is available. I’ve been getting emails for the past three days that a new survey is available, but now the app won’t let me login to see and says it’s not available to me at this time. It’s frustrating because the new survey is like the fifth one or something in a series that I have been answering, and it’s worth 400 points! I tried to find app support, but it just takes me to Facebook FAQs, not anywhere I can talk to an actual person.

I am owed $10 for completed surveys and haven’t gotten paid.. I have done around 15 ish(?) surveys and one time I was offered 10$ reward for a couple of surveys and I never got the payment. I have contacted support several times and they keep saying they will credit me but I haven’t seen any credits. Other than that it works good you get points and one you get up to 500 points you get 5$ (I believe it may be 1,000 points for $5.)I’m just bummed out for the money I haven’t gotten for the one survey because it was a long survey.

So far so good. It’s been difficult getting the chance to earn rewards at the moment without having a consistent device to participate but the tasks so far that I have completed have been fairly easy to accomplish and didn’t take nearly as much effort as I expected it to. Hopefully they start sending me more tasks to complete where I can do around 3 or more tasks a month would be nice

Notifications?. I was receiving notifications like clockwork every 3 days at the same time. Then one day I realized it had been a few too many days and didn’t notice a survey. When I looked in the app it said the survey had expired. But I didn’t change anything. Notifications were indicated active on my phone number. But then I added email also. What’s going on? Should I delete the app and reinstall?

Climaxed Early. The first program gave the five dollars as advertised and took about ten minutes like anticipated to complete and a few days to receive the money in PayPay. Was stoked about the next program. That was May 18, 2020 and to my dismay, I have yet to receive a new program in over three months (Aug 29,2020 as of today). I have been logged in the whole time and open it every few weeks to check in for a new survey but will likely delete it soon since it just takes up space at this juncture. Even if it was a survey once a month for a buck or two it would be worth it, but sadly that hasn’t been the case. Maybe COVID is at fault but only giving it 2 stars since it seems underdeveloped. EDIT: two days after review was sent, got a new program for another $5, moving to three star. Will keep the app longer but they definitely need to have programs available more often.

Meh.. Honestly, the app is quite terrible. In order to even receive any program, you need to have programs in your area. However I’m in a largely populated area, Texas, yet I’ve only gotten 1 program in the entire month that I’ve had the app. I check every single day if there are any available programs, but there have been none. And apparently there’s no built push notification that alerts your device if you have a program available. They say there are email notifications but I never got the notification for my first program. Other apps that do the same thing offer more ways to get rewards and the fact that I’ve had the app for a month now and only got 1 program is just awful. So in short, this app really needs a lot of improvement for consumers to actually find benefit from this app. Unless you just looking for a quick one time 5$. Oh wait, not so quick, it can take up to 10 days for the money to even hit your account 🤷‍♂️ honestly just seems like a ploy to get cheap data 🤦

Really great, not as many opportunities to earn money lately.. I love this app, when there are opportunities to make money. It’s been about $5 every few months, off 1 set of questions (sometimes multiple parts, taking 10 minutes each, sometimes 30 seconds to complete). If more opportunities were posted, 5 stars EASY. But you really do get the money, it’s legit.

Dodgy. The fist question the APP asked me to do was to go through my phone and take screenshots of various location, including how I use my phone and what applications I have installed and use. My concern is that for money people will hand over anything for a few beans and that’s what is being implemented here. It raises concerns about what other nefarious things “just by asking” this application will enact on its users. If it was anyone other than Meta I am sure Apple would have this application removed.

Working on a program and it just stopped working. I was working on their new survey that recorded location and it has just stopped working every time I try to submit my completed task it says there was a problem and to come back later. It’s been doing this for two days so obviously I can’t get paid for my completed task or continue on to other tasks apparently. I’ve tried to look in the viewpoint apps and cannot find a place to report the problem at all, neither can I go to the Facebook app and report a problem with viewpoints!

Actually Worthwhile!. If you’re into trying to make a little extra cash in your pocket by phone and some surveys this is the app for you. Quickly make at minimum five dollar gift cards not only from the points you accrue but bonus benefits offered by companies working with viewpoint

Referrals. Not many are using this app I love it but are you all going to do a referral program so we can refer our friends and get them signed up and making we can both get a reward maybe 1,000 points per referral that would be nice like the survey apps I would love to share my link

Can’t update. I went to use the app and it keeps telling me to continue to use the app that I have to update it in the App Store.. so I click on it and there is no option to update, just an option to open the app, history says it was updated a week ago?? Not sure how to fix this?

Facebook viewpoints. This is a great app. Sends you reminders when there are things available for you to do. Sends the money straight to your PayPal immediately after you get finished with the survey. You don’t have to go through anything it does it for you. I recommend this app for sure!

Very nice. I like this app, sometimes it’s frustrating with the pronunciations, it’ll make you repeat it multiple times before working, but the payout is nice. I just reviewed my rewards section and have received $50 since May. Honestly not bad at all considering the time it takes with other apps.

The rarity of Surveys. I love the app and I enjoy what this app has to offer, don’t get me wrong, but the lack of having more opportunities to earn so that you could reach 10,000 points is something I think that needs to be worked on. It’s so unfair to have to wait every three days just to do the screen activity survey to earn 250 points. Every blue moon a different survey than this comes up… I wish there were more surveys because at this rate we can only earn 500 a week…

Enjoy the app but would like to get paid.. I’ve been using the app since November 2021. I’ve completed at least 5 surveys and it says that it is still processing those payments. I enjoy doing the surveys. I have contacted support more than once and all and all I’ve gotten is an email that they received my email.

Disappointed. I downloaded this app on November 26, 2019. I filled out everything and got signed in. I didn’t have any problems, but haven’t heard anything since then. All it tells me is that there are no programs at this time. Ok so I gave out info, for free and get absolutely nothing in return. I’ve seen the cookie cutter responses about “program eligibility and location” but almost 2.5 months and nothing?? Pointless. Why didn’t you just send specific invites out if that’s how this works and not waste everyone else’s time and INFO. So I give worthless apps 1 star. If I could give zero stars I believe that would be more appropriate.

Update app notification. When I open the app it now tells me to update to the latest version. Yet when I go to the App Store it says it was updated a week ago. Only gives me the option to open the app. I can’t find a way to contact anyone to help me so hoping someone will contact me soon this way! Help please!

Great an Easy. I was able to take survey once one popped up, I received my points and then got one to do worth 1000 points and guess what within minutes it said $5 was being sent to my PayPal and I did receive in my PayPal account like next day. Great app over all an doesn’t usually take long.

Pretty good money. Pros: you get paid $5 pretty much every time you’re needed from what I can tell. The work is easy. Cons: the work is far and few in between. You only have one job at a time to choose from and you never know when the next one will pop up.

Problems. I have multiple payments that are pending. Can't seem to be able to communicate with anyone to update email to resolve this issue because there's no option to do so, but is the only way according to the "help" that has been offered by the app.

So far so good. I’ve only been participating a short while and so far it’s been an easy experience ace no real issues. I look forward to more opportunities to earn points, I would say my only complaint is that surveys and ways to earn points are far and few in between. I almost forgot I signed up it had been so long since I got anything through the app.

My account. I’m sorry to be writing this here, but I’ve sent emails and I’m not sure they were received. I got a new phone and new # and can’t access my Viewpoints account. I can’t verify the phone number on my account because it defaults to my old number. Any help would be appreciated.

Will not resume survey. Excitedly downloded the app and was notified of a survey a couple of days later. I began the 20 minute survey but had to “pause” it bc I had to do dinner. I opened the app the next day and tried to resume so I could finish the survey but it would not load after multiple attempts. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still will not load. I clicked Leave Program as a last resort since I basically had nothing to lose anyway seeing it wouldn’t load and of course- the survey is now gone.

Waiting. I downloaded this app about a week ago and I did a recording of my friend’s names for like a 100 times and I got $5 and they sent it to PayPal but that was the only program I’ve done they haven’t sent me more but this is the first app that actually pays you. I wish they could tell us when they will send more programs to do:) thanks.

I love viewpoints !. Since I’m always on my phone , why not make money out of it ? All you have to do is screenshot your screen time for the week and submit photos . Also , surveys are thrown for you to earn points . Very easy and it’s not that time consuming . I’m Excited to see how much I’ll earn in a month .

I really like this app. So I saw this on the AppStore and decided to just download and try it.. I’m actually super impressed with the entire thing! The app is super easy to use, they make it very simple to navigate around! I’ve earned 2,000 points total and it was so easy to cash out to PayPal! Thank you so much view points for having such a great program and app! I’m eager to earn more points as more opportunities come!

So far so good. It’s been difficult getting the chance to earn rewards at the moment without having a consistent device to participate but the tasks so far that I have completed have been fairly easy to accomplish and didn’t take nearly as much effort as I expected it to. Hopefully they start sending me more tasks to complete where I can do around 3 or more tasks a month would be nice

Viewpoints is Tremendous!. Highly recommend viewpoints every 1,000 points earns you $5! You have the choice of a physical Visa gift card a virtual one, as well as 60 different gift cards from popular restaurants to well known retail establishments. Google Play and PayPal are offered as well. Lastly you do not have to claim after every 1,000 points you can rollover up to 10,000 points or every 90 days

Enjoyed AT FIRST. I enjoyed the app at first. It didn’t take TOO long between getting program opportunities. It would sometimes take more than a month for one to show up, but then it seemed to make up for it and give a few in a row. I thought it was a great app. But then… I’m guessing they just wanted to give programs for a short amount of time, because now I haven’t received ONE program since July 2023, (close to 7 months ago). Now the app is just a waste of phone space.

Total Disappointment. This app is the absolute worst folks! Don’t even bother downloading it. They have zero programs and when you try to get a response from customer service well good luck with that. Ya mind as well be talking to a wall because they won’t respond at all. I had the app for 1 whole year and from that date that I had verified my email to eagerly start receiving some programs well I never did. If I could give this app zero stars I most definitely would do so but unfortunately that’s not an option.

It’s simple……I love it because it works!. I’m sure everyone has experienced trying out online surveys and other similar things only to find out that it was only a scam and we benefit from it not. In fact it usually fills our emails with a bunch of junk! This really works though, finally!

Great way to make a little money on the side!. I’ve only been using a couple weeks and already got 10$! You have to wait for programs but it’s still nice to be able to make a little bit of pocket cash and it only takes a few minutes!

Switched phones and dropped. Everything was going great until I switched to an IPhone. I couldn’t get the study app on my new phone or figure out how to contact them. I was dropped from the study program and have not received anything else from viewpoints either. I would like to continue with both. Please help.

ONE OF THE BEST I’VE EVER USED. This app is one of the easiest/best ways to earn quick cash all you do is screenshot your screen time every three days they send you a notification to report and once you do that you’re instantly rewarded points,it’s definitely legit I’ve already been paid out 3 times and I haven’t had the app that long!!

Like this app. The app gives me some good insight on what could be coming in the future. Would like more to participate in. Thank you 😊 After doing viewpoints for a little over a year my time is valuable for responses. Viewpoints should up the pay amount for every 1,000 points they should pay us $10 not $5. Thank You ☺️

Totally a fan. So these are so quick and simple and really no way to do them wrong, and so far I see no negative to doing these when they pop up! I have maybe invested a total of 20 minutes in these programs and was sent $5 via PayPal. At this point I encourage anyone who hasn’t downloaded to do so.

Glitching. Love this app but now every time I open it all it tells me is I need to update the app. The app is updated and I’ve tried deleting and redown loading but nothing works. Really wish it would cause it’s a great app otherwise. Don’t see anyway to get around this issue as it takes up whole screen and doesn’t give option to exit it

I’ve Had Good Results. If you are looking to fund your retirement, this app won’t get you there but if you want to get a few extra dollars every once in a while for answering some questions about how you use Facebook, download it. I’ve had several opportunities to answer some questions and get $5. They have always paid promptly.

Not available?!?. “Unfortunately, Facebook Viewpoints is not available to you at this time” is what I get when I log in. What is that all about? Not only that but there is no back button or menu to go to, just bad drawings and that statement. Maybe a explanation of why nothing is available, could be helpful. If there was a reason why this is the first thing I see when I log in, maybe I wouldn’t give this app one star or may have not even reviewed it. What are these “viewpoints” based off of? Why is it not specifically available to me, though there are others using the app?

Definitely pays $5 per task. I’ve had the app for months. As soon as I downloaded it asked me to do a pronunciation of names from my friends list took about 15mins and I received $5 later that week. Took several months to get a second one , but just did a pronunciation of phrases and they said I’ll get another $5 it was 100 phrases and took about 15mins.

Download it !. 10/10 ! Pays instantly once you cashout just stay constant when uploading ur screen activity every 3 days from time to time they add other tasks you can do to earn more points . Been using this for a while now & never had an issue !

Great App. I honestly don’t remember when I downloaded this. But they just sent me a survey worth 1,000 points which is $5. So it immediately cashed out for me. I’m just waiting for it to drop in my PayPal. This was my first survey. And it was pretty interesting. I look forward to more random surveys from this app. Lol I’m patient so I don’t mind to wait. Worth it.. You record 100 phrases and you get paid. I’ve only had the app a month and I’ve already had three programs...that’s 15 bucks. You usually receive money within the same week you complete a program right into your paypal. Love it and will continue to use it. Please don’t use my voice for anything. 😂

Not Good So Far. I thought this would be a great point-earning app, but it has been the opposite. I downloaded it over a month ago and had one survey opportunity. It has been over a month now, and have not received additional survey opportunities. There’s no way to inquire about this since there is not contact information available.

Viewpoints. I like doing the Viewpoints. I’ve earned $5 twice so far. This is one of the better surveys to take as they seem to pay real money for the time you take to do the survey. To the Developer, when writing a review in the app the words didn’t take to the page. I had to come to the App Store to write this review.

Not working. It use to work and even got payed a couple times. Unfortunately since June 2021 can’t access it. I still receive the emails with notification constantly about new programs for me, but I can’t access the app, It is no longer working for me, very disappointed with this now.

Way too much info for $5. My information you collecting is worth way more than $5. Now all of a sudden I get a notification email that I’m no longer a part of the program but with out ANY subject matter or context. Nothing changed on my phone at all so I don’t get what the issue is but oh well. Not like you valued my information because you already steal it from Facebook and Instagram and WhatsApp. I’ll soon be deleting everything to do with Facebook and Google. Starting to not trust them at all.

So far…great!!. I just signed up and already am seeing the benefits. This app is clear and concise about the data they collect and why. It does not appear to be like other survey sites because the surveys and tasks are relevant to the brand. So far I am enjoying not only the rewards but the content as well.

Nice little program. I enjoy doing easy recordings for FB. They award 1000 points per task (at least the ones I’ve done so far), which is equivalent to $5, and it gets deposited into your PayPal account. Couldn’t be any easier! And if you have notifications on, you’ll get one when new tasks are available. Thanks for the easy dough, FB!

I was skeptical but earned $. I wasn’t sure if there would be a catch but I did earn the $5.00 for the first program! It took 8 days (total - not business days) from the date I completed the program to the date I received $5 to my PayPal account. Considering how low most payouts are for surveys, I think this is pretty good!

Glitch. I downloaded this after my sister recommended it because she was making a good amount of money from it. I got $5 from the tutorial at the beginning after signing up….after that, absolutely nothing was happening. I had it several months and absolutely nothing. I decided to delete my account and it said you could make another account after 30 days of deletion…that was a lie. I’ve been trying to get my account back and it says it’s unavailable

Notifications?. I was receiving notifications like clockwork every 3 days at the same time. Then one day I realized it had been a few too many days and didn’t notice a survey. When I looked in the app it said the survey had expired. But I didn’t change anything. Notifications were indicated active on my phone number. But then I added email also. What’s going on? Should I delete the app and reinstall?

I feel like it’s a ploy to get us to do voice recordings. Found this on Facebook in my feed suggesting I download. I did. Got the first and only “survey.” Which wasn’t a survey but asked me to do 100 voice recordings. I was paid. Which is great. But no surveys since. But I HAVE GOT SURVEYS ON FACEBOOK. If they want me to do surveys and they have an app for surveys they should post them in viewpoints. Specially since it is viewpoints on most the surveys. The last one was about have I seen any fake accounts posting comments inciting strong left or right wing views.

Disappointed. This app was working fine for months on my phone until I received a email saying my participation has ended. I don't know what could have happened because I never had any issues before and I am still able to log into account. I can't reach support to ask because the help center isn't useful. It's disappointing not being able to get help to get a resolution for something you don't even know what it is cause the issue.

Starting screenshots. So I downloaded the app and I got through all the set up parts and I was on the part where you submit two screenshots of your screen time with your most used apps and I go to click confirm, it confirms then I click submit and it takes me right back to page right before where it shows you the steps to get to screen time and what to take the screenshots of. It keeps doing this and I can’t get past it. If I leave it says I’ll lose all my data to that point.
