Best Network Strategy. I have been a member of Workplace since I accepted my current FE Coach position and it has been an amazing tool. This is one of the most efficient ways of networking and finding other resources when your local sources are not able to fulfill your need. I enjoy the friendly competition, encouraging posts and motivation this platform brings to others and the many ideas that are shared for us to add excitement to our store and Market but also a way to share your associates wins and provide ideas and assistance to theirs in need. SIMPLY AMAZING!

Better access. This app is useful and informative, but i have a hard time getting my schedule and pay stubs. Apart from the app crashing when i sign in, it also is a tedious process to get my schedule.

Workplace drives Connection and Results.. Workplace helps me know what’s going on, what’s important in the views of others, what I need to know, and how I can get better at collaboration and connection. It’s easy to use and the mobile app eliminates all those email notifications. I’ve found a variety of ways to get and share information, provide and learn insights, make better decisions, and drive results.

Some constructive ideas? Perhaps?. I think it would be very beneficial to be able to schedule a post for a future time or date. Even maybe to schedule a post for each day indefinitely. Users choice. Many times my managers need to communicate important information daily but forget sometimes due to the hectic nature of the job. Food for thought. Love the app.

It’s so easy!. I’m pretty technical, but my team is not. Slack is awesome with all its capabilities, Yammer as well, but unless you want to be a team of one I suggest Workplace. Anyone who can do Facebook (that’s like half the planet) can do Workplace. Spend your time collaborating, not training or doing technical support.

Issues on iPhone. Not sure why but several people within my office all have iPhones and all have issues with the app recognizing us as genuine users - some of us were even previously signed in and now it won’t log us in and instead gives error messages. Works good when it wants to but too much of a hassle to use on a regular basis. The support pages are awful, only questions pertaining to those signed in.

Great idea but needs a little push. I love the idea of a business related social media. I wish there was a way to sync my Facebook business page to my workplace account. I wish bot building would be easier. I have spent 2 days trying to configure a bot and all failed. I love the aspect of all company based email addresses can login without a invitation. A custom login page with company's logos would be more friendly.

Valuable tool for business. Workplace has stood as a pillar for office socializing, collaboration, and unity, especially as things have gone remote. I highly encourage anyone to consider as a platform for office community and a proprietary social network. It’s worked wonders in my organization.

Perfect app. This app has been great for our church. We have been using it since the pandemic and will continue to do so. We have a small church and this is the perfect tool, together with Workchat to keep our church body together. We only wished that we could call it Churchplace!

Great put-together app. Always helps with giving a nice outlook for a campus with the activities and different work groups and really easy to maneuver the only thing I think would be better is on the home page you also put all the groups in the side of the screen not only just a few. Anyways lovely app though !

Great but slowly getting worse. Workplace is amazing for increasing transparency and communication across the company and for providing tools like Live. But in typical Facebook fashion, a lot of sloppy features are being released before they’re ready. For example, the new calendar integration is cool except that the app constantly prompts me to respond to invites, even on weekends, and there is no option to turn notifications or the feature off.

Effortless Collaboration Within Your Network. The Workplace app has worked wonders for my business. If we don’t communicate, we don’t get connected to the right people. We use Facebook to be connected to news, memes, updates from family, and join groups to join other people that share the same ideas as us. With Workplace, we network in a way we’re all used to, the FB interface. A separate app for the private chat is the only reason why I give it a 4. It didn’t have to be like FB there with a separate app. Overall it is super solid, helpful, and easy to use since it has FB’s interface.

Workplace. Great app to keep in contact with colleagues when you can’t use your phone. It really helps to improve your work numbers since you can contact them all the time whenever you meed advise. It is a direct communication with colleagues.

The worst of both worlds. Workplace seems to be a Facebook clone that's worse. Its product design and specifically its algorithms for displaying content are more aligned with how social media outside the workplace operates, rather than creating a new tool with the correct user intention baked into the design. I understand that the ability to reuse components was probably a key driver in this, but it really feels like there was no thought behind the intended user group and intentional usage changing to be work-focused. Is this a water cooler tool or an announcement tool? Who's to say, both types of posts are mixed together and displayed based on Facebook's opinionated algorithm reused from regular social media rather than letting employees, teams, leadership, etc cater their experience to their needs. Workplace is also designed to be addictive in the way regular Facebook and Reddit are, and it's easy to waste hours reading through nested comments on a post to find the answer you're looking for, and the odds of duplicate comments increase due to this nature. The UI for threading is distracting and this product has somehow managed to make people both spend more time at work and less time working. As a wise Freckle once said, sometimes things that are more expensive are worse, and this certainly is the case for W×M.

Imagine a Perfect Version of Social Media!. Seriously though, imagine Facebook with all of the pros and NONE of the cons. Say no to advertisers, no to trolls, no to mindless, meaningless and endless debates, and then fill it with the people you actually want to stay close to. And there you have it—welcome to Workplace!

Great way to connect.. Great app 👍🏽 Love being able to connect with our incredible partners and leaders. Easy to use for the most. Serves its purpose for our team. With the recent update, I no longer see the “Photos” tab when in our profile. Before the update I thought this was a great way to organize our photos and find them easily as well because they didn’t get lost in the timeline. BUT I do see that we can still add photos to albums we created prior to the update when you are writing a post/adding a photo. Just click the drop down arrow at the top, and choose the the album you want these pics to be added to.

Sound notifs working since 2nd to last update. I turn on the sounds/vibrate option and it turns right off after I leave that menu and then go back in to check. The in-app sounds work but not the sound notification settings. And yes I have all the right iphone settings turned on. Always have. If you contact support they tell you to contact your tech support with your company. It’s only this app, nothing else. My iPhone is updated. Poor support. Unsteady app. It’s not the only issue and I’m not the only one. Maybe a poor review will get noticed.

Powerful Culture building tool. The single most powerful tech tool to fuel culture and team spirit. From a 20 person company to now a 100+ employee company this tool has been instrumental in facilitating the building of the dynamic culture we have today.

Missing fundamental features. While a basic user, the ability for the admin to delete inactive accounts or for the user to remove there own is absent from the feature list until you activate premium access. This seems like a fundament tool for the basic membership to be useful. I understand third party integration to be attached to the high tier but not sure removing accounts or being able to delete your own.

Asm. Busy schedules, a set of eyes to see everything, and call out things to be fixed, looking through the customer perspective. The customer perspective “ I want it now and perfect .” Who are we? Well yeah... we are customers at some point, lol, and what we want....^ I already described it now and perfect. LOL

Perfect for Professional Business. Our team loves workplace by Facebook. What is wonderful about it, is that this is a more professional platform to keep things business and not personal. Definitely worth the investment with your team to keep the drama out And the business focus. We also love all the wonderful plug-ins that you can add to Workplace by Facebook. And probably the most amazing feature on Workplace by Facebook is the knowledge library. Our entire team loves it and it’s worth every penny.

0 stars if possible!. App has crashed for the last 5 days straight. I’ve emailed app support daily and no one has got back with me. I am at the disposal of stupid workplace by Facebook. All of our work communication and incidental tracking I use for my hotel.. gone. Don’t think just because it’s an app hosted by Facebook that it’s all that it’s cracked out to be. My entire staff cannot access the app nor access the webpage through our browsers. 2 years worth of daily posting, up in smoke. 0 stars

Worldwide Dreambuilders LLC. Just wanted to say thank you Facebook and WWDB management team for partnering up. It’s really cool to see other people’s dreams, ambitions, goals, and motivations. I like how there is no advertisement. There is no judgement and there isn’t “trolling” which really makes a difference. Both companies are positively changing the way North Americans help the world and make it a better place. I’m really grateful and appreciative to have this feature on my phone and it’s one of a kind! Game Changer. This is revolutionizing organizations! We’ve been using workplace since 2017 and the continued evolution only gets better and better! We have cut emails but 60% and the multi-company group is my favorite feature. Our clients love it and we can collaborate and respond faster.

Great topics. I absolutely love this app. The fact that I can not only read what’s going on in other states but also upcoming topics and news. My favorite 2 pages are Coffee Knowledge and Armed Forces. But I really enjoy every one of the pages. Especially Miss Angi😃 Workplace lets me feel speak and read information from my work family on a daily basis. Thank you

Best App Ever!!. I use Workplace daily to stay connected to my team. It is the perfect platform to communicate, share goals, hold each other accountable and get information out. Highly recommend to any business or organization that is looking for an easy, versatile and private way to enhance there current methods of connecting.

Best app ever!. There aren’t too many things to say about this app without using it yourself. All of the features and functions work seamlessly and pretty effortlessly. It allows my wife and I to share and pull content almost instantaneously with its integral controls and abilities within the app. It’s truly one of many man’s best gifts to the internet.

Kenco Bucket Trucks. Many of our crews stay gone out on the road for prolonged stays, Workplace is a great way for us to keep our teams in contact with the other team members who may or may not be away from the office. It serves as a great platform for us to help build our team morale and spirit. Thank you

Wonderful app for small businesses. I worked for a small business where this app was set up fort company to allow us to connect to other stores and districts. This app allowed my store to be updated on floor sets and visuals, share info on our favorite merchandise, and even post connections with customers. It allowed me to be recognized and travel with my company. It is well organized to the point we could help other stores find prices for items missing tags. I hope to reach out to the bigger company I work for now to use this app. You can keep updated and on track with everything in your business/company in a comfortable and fun manner.

Not an Intranet. Workplace is ok as a collaboration tool for very small groups, less than 10 people. But it’s not a true Intranet and it doesn’t appear Facebook plans to make it a true Intranet. They spend more time developing diverse skin tones than adding any real functionality, like fixed department pages and document management. Everything exists as a post, and with groups with more than a few people those posts can disappear very quickly. It’s the cheapest of the intranet-style solutions, and you get what you pay for.

Great start!. Workplace is a great way to drive engagement while also offering resources such as Knowledge Articles/FAQ’s, chat/FaceTime/soft phone, and outlets to drive creativity and team building! Would like to see future upgrades include focus on ability to share a post link with multiple connections without getting flagged immediately. If this is internal use, spam would be identified differently than a pure open forum without restrictions on membership. Some features are undersold such as the ability to make calls and FaceTime through workplace messenger.

WWDB Essential Tool for Success. This app is far more than just an app to an All-In-WWDB. This is a gateway to positivity for those of us that are feeling down and depressed. This is a holy place where so many great people come to love each other, motivate one another, inspire their teammates, Grow their Dreams. This app is one of the essential tools for an All-In-WWDB to not only grow themselves positively but to help others grow by sharing those great moments of achievement and those Mountainous DREAMS that will one day move mountains. Amazing platform. Perfect for small business.. This has helped my business tremendously. I have a small startup growing company. This helped my business to be well organized. Managed employee task and projects. Assigned a manager to employee profile. Create new group pages. Do training in groups and classes. I am very happy that I came across this app. I am happy that it’s free. Because this is working and growing my company one step at a time. It’s a startup company I have I don’t have much money to work with it. I really appreciate the free products produced by this company.

Do not use workplace. Workplace is terrible. The cancellation process is a nightmare and he will not be able to reach anybody or remove your credit card information when you are done with it. I canceled my companies (2)Accounts five months ago and have been charged every single month since. The process is go to Account settings scroll to the bottom and click delete account. However you are unable to delete your account even when you are paid in full. This is a complete scam and a waste of time.. I cannot emphasize enough that you will not receive any help from the staff

Nice App to Collaborate with Teams and Freelancers. I find Facebook Workplace very useful to collaborate with my teams, especially the freelancers who work with us for various projects. As a matter of fact, I couldn’t get any of the other apps to work with outside consultants (except Asana.) I also enjoy the simplicity and ability to share different types of content. I don’t think I want a separate Chat App though... so would highly recommend consolidating and integrating the chat within the Workspace, and not belabor the users with notifications about downloading the chat app. If you do that, this becomes an instant 5-star app!!

Love workplace. Workplace is one tool our company uses to work effectively 100% remotely. It keeps everyone connected and brainstorming ideas, sharing information and overall conversation. The key to working remotely is to not feel alone and isolated and workplace is one tool we leverage to maintain relationships.

Stop eliminating picture-in-picture. App allows no picture-in-picture, whether it was iPadOS before or iOS now, which allows it now natively everywhere as part of iOS14 (you on other apps now know this). On iOS, if you have the Workplace app installed, you are FORCED to watch any video through the app even on Safari. As a result, picture-in-picture is prohibited. So much for productivity in the literal workplace via multitasking. Reality is people are motivated just to “tune in” for the first second in case there’s some kind of audit (knowing Facebook); then get back to what they need to do.

Awesome App. We use this app for our company where I work and it’s been the best tool ever to reach all of our team members. I like to call it our office bulletin board because we post important information for our realtors who work out of the office. Love it!!

Works great once u are in it!. I love workplace! The only problem is getting everyone in with their email addresses. Once we got them in, always fine but getting them in was a real hard issue. It is so much easier to be able to communicate with my teams and see what they are talking about as well the same time. It’s also great to be able to watch several teams work together all at once. Great for someone who ever see you several teams like I do!

Universal links don’t work.. This app is a mess, but my biggest gripe is the fact that universal links into workplace don’t open the app. The system emails you with relevant posts, but they include a half-sentence preview of their contents (useless!!!!) You’d think that tapping the “view on workplace” button therein would open the app, what with universal links being set up and everything. But no. instead I get taken to safari, where I have to log in to view the posts. The whole thing is extremely frustrating.

GOAT APP. Workplace. Wow. It works. Remember to call it Workplace, not WorkSpace (LOL). And it works much the same as external Facebook. Obviously it's perfect for internal Facebook. I could definitely see this tool very useful for social engagement within any large company. With the ability to create highly engaging work groups or even common interest groups, such as dogs, or DCI Drumlines, or even capybaras. There is something for everyone. Every medium to large company needs an internal Wiki and a Workplace!

Fun. I like looking and seeing what everyone is doing, we r a great big family and business don’t have any of that like we do Wc is a special company with great folks working for them. I know I’m staying till I retire. Why leave something good

Turning a respectable business into high school. This app has turned the company I work for into a media obsessed circus. Managers and staff stoping to take pictures and videos at inappropriate moments such as recording fallen service men and women coming home (tacky and very disrespectful) also creating false narratives as most people do online but this is not high school and we are not attention needing children. Too much posting on the app and it is as if my colleges at work do not have a social life outside of the “workplace”.

Awesome with one needed improvement. I love the app. One improvement, though. Streamlining photos on the app. Easy access to my own photos and albums. The ability to save photos from workplace directly into one of my photo albums would be so helpful. Otherwise, I love it.

Private scrapbook better than Pinterest. I use Workplace with my inner circle as a private scrapbook. It has no Ads, or information overload the way that Pinterest does. The full text search results only returns posts on my private Workplace. Workplace allows privacy and no intrusions. It’s worth paying for the privacy and no Ads. Project teams come and go. It’s still worth keeping.

Cant change settings. I only work two days a week and you can’t turn off the notifications unless you are on the clock but this app will blow up your phone with notifications about posts that I don’t care about because they are not from my store and they do not pertain to me (I work for Walmart.) Also, when I am on the clock and trying to use work chat, it is hard to hear it because you can’t turn up the volume or change the ringtone of the sound on the app. Most people have to have one earbud in their ear so they will hear when they have a message or a call. Many times I have tried to message or call someone using work chat and they don’t hear it ring or see the message until it’s too late and it doesn’t matter anymore.

Lack of service. I recently got locked out three weeks ago and the customer service never reached out to me to help me log back and do not have a 1800 number. This is unacceptable. I was also told to contact my administer when I was locked out.... we don’t know who these people are or how to contact them..... fix that ASAP!

Workplace. This the easiest and more convenient platform I have seen for inside the company communications. What a great way to have different groups, interactive platform and to top it off, a direct messaging option. I love it.

Workplace is amazing!!. Workplace has changed the way my business communicates as a company! The only thing I would like to see changed is the ability to upload files and documents via the app instead of having to use a desktop.

Technology is the new way. Technology is only getting smarter, which means we are going to be the smartest to learn about this technology! So many people have no idea what’s really going on in this time and age! Great tool but notifications don’t work. I’ve been using this for a few months now and it’s great except I never receive notifications on my 6s or iPad Air 2 except badges (yes they’re all switched on). Problem has been happening since day one on iOS 10 and continues on iOS 11

Good first impressions. Recently installed, but it looks like a good platform to communicate with the team. We are a small company, but we do use a lot of cloud based tech to streamline our day to day. This was super simple to set up. It’s going to be a great panning and collaboration tool for team members on various internal projects. If it does catch on there is also the option to invite external companies to share info which could be very valuable. I see see a bit of a mesh of multiple styles of platforms in this: Facebook, linked in, CRM’s, Dropbox, plus some unique features. There is already the option for external integrations too which is good. So far I am optimistic. The Paid $3 per user for unlimited data storage seems fair and suggests it not all about data collection. It is cheap and a paid version suggests this may grow in to a serious business tool. FREE advice here: Jump in early on the paid subscription if you think this works for you. I’ve done this on a number of new cloud programs / apps and managed to lock in pricing schedules before often significant price jumps. One program I pay $7 a month for when new users now must pay a minimum of $30 with not all the benefits I have, and this has happened on several cloud platforms now. It’s worth a punt at $3 but only if you are going to use it. Fingers crossed this turns out to be a great value app.

Tool box talks. Because I learn what’s going on at other stores and what my store Iam not getting talked

Keeps kicking me out of my account. The app will randomly log me out of my account because “the session expired” making doing quick work things like checking my roster or shift offers really inconvenient and time consuming

Can’t enter text. Keeps randomly clearing the text entry box whilst writing replies on an iPhone XS, which seems like an important function to be broken in a communications app.

Terrible connection. This app auto logs me out and only decided to able to connect to the internet ransoms times of the day and night, content never loads and I’m always having to sign into the app and my actual workplace

Is this the offical Bunnings workplace communication format?. Good online & communicator tool as long as everyone connects to it. Some TM’s know about the App but are not connected and/or do not want to be for what ever reason. For some of the management team this is the only form of communication and assume all TM’s will get the message & then those TM’s not connected miss out on the communication.

Just feels messy. Get Apple team to redesign?. Searching for stuff is clumsy. There are all these things to have read but still look unread. doesn’t linkup any of m other apps. Maybe get the Apple App team to fix it. Even writing this review I did it on the title space and wondered why it would not send. Just not intuitive

Why not opening correctly. Since the last update, Workplace opens in a small window. This makes it very hard to read. What happened to the full screen?

Facebook at work really works.. Such an awesome tool. Nice way to stay in touch with people.

Easy to use. Very happy easy to use and no issues.

interaction. There isn’t enough interaction from all areas of our organisation to actually make this a more useful platform. I thought it would provide a great area to interact and find out about more things within the organisation.

Application Glitches. After 2 weeks the app started to auto log me out and when I would log back in, it would auto log me out again and became an ongoing issue. After several attempts it no longer recognized my account. Even attempted to create a new account and that was unsuccesful too! Not even admin could do anything. Pointless having an admin account person when they are limited to what they can do in the app in trying to resolve the issues. Probably one of the worse collaborative tools created. 👎🏾

‘Seen’. With this latest update we can’t see the list of staff who gave ‘seen’ our posts. We actually really relied on this to see that staff had seen posts as it can save a lot of time messaging individual staff to ensure they saw important information. Can this be reinstated please.

.. It is a great app to use for work and post on only thing I’m having trouble with right now is signing into my job when it asks for region and language

Most of the time the app is always crashing down. This app is awful it’s always crashing down. Some days work it works and some doesn’t it doesn’t work. Whoever created this app need to fix this terrible app.

Better than sharing my personal life. This app has similar functions to Facebook (same company) but enterprise based, so your posts do not go beyond your workplace (hence the name). Great to not feel like I have to “friend” 200 people I barely know just so I can discuss work related issues.

Regrarians Workplace. The Workplace from Facebook has totally revolutionised Regrarians engagement with our global network of leading regenerative agriculture producers, advocates and advisors. It’s a brilliantly intuitive interface that allows us to manage and deliver content like never before and is continually getting better!

Workplace feedback. As a leader bringing a platform out like this makes you feel like you’re not entitled to switch off and also very frustrating the amount of employees who have trouble access it but when you’re not the one with over 200 people to look after then it doesn’t seem like a big fix to you guys to us it is very inconvenient and time consuming

Work place. I love this app, it makes communicating easy. We use it as a forum for questions, pictures of new installations and as a way to let everyone know what is happening in a speedy way.

Great App. Such a great app however , updating to the new IPhone update it crashes on start up! Any ideas how to fix this? Kind regards

Absolute vomit!!!. Workplace by Facebook isn’t just incompetent… it’s offensively incompetent. It’s what happens when a company that perfected distraction decides it understands productivity. It’s loud, bloated, intrusive, and so fundamentally misguided it feels like satire. It takes everything toxic about social media, the surveillance, the algorithmic manipulation, the obsession with engagement over substance, and force-feeds it into professional environments. It doesn’t streamline work; it suffocates it. It doesn’t enhance collaboration; it turns it into a performance. It’s corporate cosplay pretending to be infrastructure. And Zuckerberg? The man has built an empire on harvesting attention and calling it connection. Every product reeks of the same philosophy: extract, dominate, monetise, apologise later, if at all. There’s a staggering arrogance in believing that the same machinery that corrodes public discourse should somehow elevate workplace culture. Workplace isn’t innovation. It’s hubris wrapped in a user interface. If this is the calibre of leadership and vision driving it, then the real dysfunction isn’t in the app… it’s at the top.

App keeps crashing when I open. The app keeps crashing when I open it to view my work notifications and I’m on the latest version of the workplace from meta app along with the latest iOS update too. The only fix right now is the app crashing issue because I don’t want to repetitively redownload to open up notifications from work Thank you

Workplace makes a positive difference. I love Workplace as it helps to bring teams together that may be in different locations or states. You meet people you would not normally meet - and people only post good moments in time so it’s a positive experience

Inspirational. Love seeing what others are Creating, Doing and Achieving in our stores across Australia and New Zealand. Gives me inspiration and creates a great portal to help with ideas and planning. I’m not a Facebook person but I love this app.

Notifications. I don’t receive the notifications. I haven’t received them from 12 months now. How about fixing it.

Awsum. Great platform to pass on information and get in contact with team members in your store or in Bunnings.

Keeping me informed. Like that I can select what departments pages I want to see posts and updates from that are relevant to myself and my work.

Feedback. Amazing platform for any company as long as it is used effectively. Using it for over a year and I must say it is a amazing platform for sharing ideas, knowledge and discussion. 5 star.

Horrendous. In the hands of the wrong people within companies. Human Resources use this tool to the detriment of companies communications. It controls all manner of feedback to illicit responses that facilitate the will of the company more so than the employees it pretends to help. It doesn’t help that it is created by Facebook and soon becomes an echo chamber of left wing progressive garbage.

Average usability and expensive. I deleted people from the app but noticed I was still getting charged. It’s a tiresome process to formally delete someone You have to log in on a pc goto to settings and then download the list edit upload back to workplace. Even though a person has been deactivated or deleted by the app you still get charged you have to formally deleted via pc seems disingenuous

WHY SHOULD THIS APP DESERVES ANY STARS!!!!!!. I’m trying to see my roster and I can’t because it’s not loading up it keeps on crashing and coming up with error issues please fix it Immediately 😡 Many companies rely on this app, and it’s not good enough when mostly workers and employees are trying to check stuff Very Annoying 😒😡👎🏻

Wont let me in. It told me to log out due to a error and it wont let me log back in, so I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded it, did absolutely nothing😡

Not Apple Mac compatible. How is a large company like this only using iPhone and iPad. Quite a few employees only have Apple Mac books for work and cannot use the app that the company uses, their options are to buy another laptop or an iPad why can’t it be used on a laptop.

Great Means of Communication. What I enjoy most is the ability for communication with Team on issues affecting, and relevant to all stores.

Bringing the Team together.. Enjoying sharing results and recognition with our store team and throughout our fellow stores. Bring us all together in one format full of information, sharing results and ideas. Fiona Watkins. I must say that the workplace App working well. Great , supportive and amazing staff . I play a senior role myself within the hospital Oncology setting and have had support and professional guidance from our own Pharmacy and, Haemotologist team.

Workplace matter. Always crashes can never actually see my roster and now has logged me out and told me I’m not authorised to use this app

I saw this app then immediately started to touch myself, definitely recommend. 100% recommend

The way we communicate. Our business has been using Workplace since just after its release and it has really transformed how we communicate. Most features are used across various teams. My favorite is live streaming which is used for team meetings and training across locations bringing everyone together and also allowing someone that couldn’t make the team meeting to see what was covered.

Chat function. App auto closes when I click on the messages tab. So that’s not helpful from a team perspective. Any ideas on how to fix it?

No sound - push notifications on Iphone. All notifications are silent. The sound option deactivate itself when I leave the settings. This issue affects iPhone users in North America (All users I’ve met have the same issue) and Workplace is not answering!

Super easy to use. If you can use Facebook you can use this offspring! Super handy and a great way to keep teams together

App is No Longer Working. As of September 20th my app has consistently crashed within the first 5 seconds of launching. The app will still send notifications for updates happening at work but being on unable to respond hinders my ability to communicate.

Workplace. I hate it - it is complicated and for those of us that have no interest in using Facebook it just doesn’t make sense. Events are not stacked chronologically and you can’t delete events so you have a ton of clutter. It is so confusing that several times I have considered changing companies - trying to learn how to use it but I prefer anything - even snail mail to this system

Please Update Locations. Hi! Please update businesses and locations. I try to find dispensaries and they don’t show up in the results. I went to a work event at Rebel nightclub but the address populates ‘The Docks’ which has since changed their name before 2020.

Hi, I can’t seem to login in app by workplace url link, it is the correct one it is doesn’t work on the app. I don’t know why I get this problem on the app but I don’t get it by login on the actual workplace site. Please make switching accounts easier!. Love workplace for all of its functions and the ease it brings to communication! However I work 3 jobs, all use workplace and it is almost impossible to switch accounts on the mobile app and the website. I always get an error and have to completely log out of all accounts. It could be so much easier to switch accounts with one button :(

Corporate communications. With over 60 locations across the country. With everyone being busy, communicating with everyone creates challenges. People would sometimes use emails from suppliers to send messages, inadvertently linking them in on communication they shouldn’t be involved in. Workplace has solved many of our issues keeping our communication private. We can share information freely and even target the information for individuals. So far we have barely touched what we can do with workplace but are looking forward to using it to the fullest capacity.

👎🏻. Just downloaded the app, and it won’t let me log in. I’ve tried multiple times. Tried using Microsoft, Google, Facebook, and Apple, but always get the 106 account synchronization error. I tried clearing the cache/cookies/browser. But the same thing keeps happening again, and again.

Scummy Behaviour. Used to be able to use it for free, but now you have to pay to use it. Even worse, every single person who used it before (even for years) receives nothing in return. No discount, no choice to remain free, nothing. As I said, scummy behaviour.

Annoying!. I am using this app for a group I belong to and we have many important dates and deadlines throughout the year. You should be able to create different calendars or lists with titles that easily inform of the contents. I don’t want to dig through a million things and have to go one by one to see a list of dates and what they are. It seems that if you look at a post but don’t delete the notification you keep getting emails that you have notifications. I absolutely do not recommend this app.

Things to change for the chats. So many things to make better Would like to add pictures without saving them to my gallery first The chat would be better if you started where you last read instead of scrolling back to your last messages especially when there may be 3 days of messages. Pictures if someone posts a group you need to go into each picture individually!! Ugg Searching for past information posted. Would like a search feature to give a word and it finds the messages with that information in them.

Can't see who views a post. For some reason I'm not able to see who viewed someone else's post

Everyone needs a company email. All of the members of our non-profit have moved to gmail. This app recognizes gmail as a personal email address. The app says I will haven’t limited access using my gmail address and I’m unable to invite others who have a gmail account. This app will not work for us at all.

Tagging coworkers. Workplace is fantastic! It’s great to be able to share ideas and wins with everyone in the company. This has been a game changer as we continue to innovate within the company.. thank you! Tagging coworkers does not always work and I’m not sure why.. I am able to tag them within the body of the text but if I use the tagging button it generally does not find them.

Crashes. Crashes every time I try to open it, and when I delete and log back in, it works for a while and then will start crashing again. Now I have tried multiple times to delete and reinstall and it crashes in the login process. Phone is updated with plenty of storage.

Annoyed with the update. It’s hella annoying that the new update requires me to go onto a “real computer” to sign new terms of agreement, and that my iPhone or iPad aren’t compatible to sign to agreement. I don’t have access to a real computer, it’s 2020 and all I have is my iPhone and iPad. What giant oversight of this app to require terms of agreement to only be accessible to be signed via desk top/lap top for an app designed for mobile devices. 😡😡😡

Keeping Up with Fellow Believers. I love being able to give and receive encouragement from my Church Family and to keep up with what’s happening in my extended family!

We rely on Workplace to run our organization.. It’s too bad that this has been unprofitable for Meta. I wish eXp would buy it.

Indispensable tool. The degree of flexibility and convenience the Facebook Workplace tool offers is unparalleled. I think the unification of collaborative authoring, discussion groups, real-time chat and video communications, along with a plethora of configuration options makes Workplace an indispensable tool in the productivity toolchest.

Workplace. This the easiest and more convenient platform I have seen for inside the company communications. What a great way to have different groups, interactive platform and to top it off, a direct messaging option. I love it.

Workplace is Incredible. Workplace is amazing. It works. It’s better than Slack (Slack is rad) I’ll give you an example: Create a group, add your team, and start adding task and project threads. There’s probably a group for dogs already but “hey look”, there’s no cycling group yet... Create it.

Great app, needs to recognize people and communicate quickly.. Wish I could edit pictures as we used to before.

Can’t use multiple workplaces at a time. I’ve emailed support many times and I get the same run around. Clicking “switch to another workplace” doesn’t let me add another workplace. I need to use two accounts but this never saves a second workplace account for me, ever. It makes it way too hard to use for Multiple workplaces so I guess I’ll just have to cancel our company account.

Dream Stream Rocks!. So happy to FINALLY have my Dream Stream up and running. This took a long time and several emails and conversations. But I am overjoyed now to be able to use it to stay in the loop with my business partners. Thanks Dream Steam!!

I love work place. WP has brought engagement and quicker communication to my team. We have 350 team members across 15 locations and 3 states. It’s fun, easy to use and inexpensive. It’s one of the best ideas that we have implemented into our business. Thx WP for being so awesome.

Feedback. A little annoyed how long it takes to get access to private groups. Are there more than one admin? How does their alert system work?

Clunky ui/ux and lacking in functionality. Coming from Slack, workplace is way less user friendly and slow. From the divided nature of posts v chats, the lack of control over notifications, to the difficulty (extra clicks all over the place) in finding chats, inability to search chats, lack of formatting options for text workplace is incredibly old skool and a pain to use.

Create an account from scratch?. I specifically downloaded this app because it said you could sign into an existing Workplace account or create one from scratch. Then I open the app and I try to sign up the create one from scratch option is not there. It says you can only use the app to sign up for an existing account. That’s a little misleading, don’t you think? So how does one sign up for a Workplace account?

A little confusing sometimes. Sometimes I’ll see where somebody posted something but I can’t find it. Or multiple posts are kind of hidden. Also hard to go back and find something I saw before. I don’t do social media (I’m an old man), so this is my only exposure to such things. It’s a bit illogical at times, that’s all.

Great app. The app is great in allowing users to spread positivity and encouragement. I haven’t had any problems using the app. Highly recommend for any work environment.

Great App To Help My Business. Workplace is a wonderful App / Program to connect my students with me virtually and expands the capabilities of teaching to vIrtual and in person students! It also has applications to help group classes as well. I am glad I found it to help continue to teach during this health crisis and bring new experiences to my students to make teaching more effective.

Wonderful App. This is such a great tool to put up positive affirmations and dream building ideas. It is very well designed and I love the part where you can make groups of platinum ships all the way up to crown ships. I use this app all the time.

Tagging people. Anyway we can have a set up people saved that we tag every post so don’t have to search for them. I notice there is a list of people when we are going to tag people but they are just random people. Maybe let us customize list of people to tag?

Increases Communication. I love this app for my company. It’s better than groupme for group chats. I wish they would kept the free version, $4 per person per month is a little expensive. Hopefully they add even more features overtime.

Workplace makes work fun. So easy to share/communicate with your colleagues which foster better collaborations. The ability to comment with a picture or a GIF definitely doesn’t hurt to make it fun to work related posts!

Works great for small businesses. We are are boutique brokerage that uses workplace to educate REALTORS, manage blank forms and collaborate with each other. This tool levels the playing field. I didn’t need to buy an intranet platform with this social tool for business.

Frustrated. Can’t follow more people....always errors out.....no one has been able to advise what the problem is.....I am NO WHERE CLOSE to the max number....even if you combined FB & WP..... very disappointing 😘💖😘

Literally unusable. This app was fine at first, but I haven’t been able to sign into it on my phone in months. Every time I try to sign in it asks me to verify push notification. When I do that it takes me to a white screen. Every time I need to upload pictures for work I have to e-mail them to myself and do it on a desktop PC. Extremely inconvenient.

Love to use Workplace to communicate with other eXp agents!. I love that you can use Workplace to collaborate with agents all over the world and find solutions. I just wish more agents would embrace the workplace environment and understand that it is more effective been walking into someone’s office.

Could be great...it’s good though. Need search function to expand to comments and replies, hard to track down specific info across multiple cross-functional groups without that functionality.

Issues to login. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I tried sending a link in text to myself, every time I try to login I get an error saying the app is not configured for user. Can someone fix that? I was downloading for work

Great app to stay connected. We use it to stay with our worldwide team and it works very well especially the chat feature. Keep it simple and easy.

Not Thrilled.. I started useing the app and at first it was great and everything was workung fine but some reason I got booted ir shut out of my account and cannot get back in and there is nothing to help with finding out why and how to contact support or anything. Not Enjoying the app right now.

Great app for large businesses. I’m a flight attendant for a major airline and this app is great for keeping us all connected even though we are based all over the world.
