1 star ! Hacked account , be careful.. My account was hacked a while ago. I’m not tech savvy at all. It took me months to get my balance cleared. A year to get my page unrestricted. And now I’m trying to get the extra accounts off of my account so I can feel comfortable putting my payment information in. I’ve been trying for days. So frustrating. Happy I only used a card I can lock. Reading these reviews just deterred me from even trying any further.

A Good App - If You Have a Heartbeat And Half Brain. I normally don’t even feel strongly about apps. But man, oh man. These reviews are pretty unfair! This is a great app for anyone who’s comfortable with basic decent graphic design, knows how to create an audience, and read metrics to improve the performance of their advertising. I’ve worked as both a part time social media manager for a nonprofit organization on a university campus, with upwards of 1.8k likes on the page being added to my tenure with the effective use of the ads and the Ads Manager. I’m now a supervisor at an authorized dealer of prepaid wireless service, and I use the app to run the promotions for a store in the Inland Empire region in California. Using the audience parameters, I’ve been able to increase our sales with very limited and strategic use of location-based advertising. It’s a good app. Keep it up!

WORST BUSINESS PLATFORM EVER. Not only is the support for problem non existent & beyond generic but they don’t even try to personalize banning or solutions when they make a mistake & van the wrong person. Like they’ve banned me from paying for more ADs after I’ve already spent $200 I worked truly hard to get together as a single mother for my FB page that empowers women & is a support group that sometimes needs to use certain words like trauma or addiction simply to explain you can recover & spread hope. It needs to be case by case the trigger words. YET THERES PAGES ADVERTISING DEGRADING PHOTOS & CHILDREN IN NOTHING BUT UNDERWEAR CLAIMING ITS A KIDS LINGERIE LINE & THATS OKAY CAUSE ITS LABELED UNDER CLOTHING?! But I can’t provide a service helping women empower women & end bullying?! And instead of providing a solution to this error on their part I’ve spent weeks messaging just to keep receiving the same generic message for weeks. So now I’ve lost all my advertising money to this group just for it to shut down my ability to advertise & waste all of the money I have trying to make a life for my child & help create a world of hope. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY OR WORK FIND A BETTER ADVERTISING PLATFORM FOR SURE. WORST EVER AND I NEVER REVIEW THINGS BUT I HAD TO PREVENT OTHERS FROM ENDURING WHAT IVE ENDURED.

The worst customer support. Facebook seems completely disconnected from the people who actually pay this company by purchasing ads (unless you’re a VIP). Customer support is nonexistent. There is literally no contact information of any kind to use when you have a problem. It takes days to get a response through their help system and then they close your ticket before you can even confirm that they have fixed the problem. My account keeps getting locked for “unusual activity” with no explanation. My ads violate no policies and in fact get approved. If they spent one tenth of the effort on this that they do on tweaking the newsfeed for the millionth time, they would probably have a great service.

No notifications for new leads? Great idea!. You spend a good amount of money on ads for leads, get leads, and get no notification for said leads. Also no way to view leads on your mobile app whatsoever. Thus not being able to follow up in time and lose the lead. This is a great system they have going! Now if you want to actually want to get a notification for a new lead, you have to integrate a third party service, sign up for their platform as well and connect your Facebook account there. Because why would a multi-billion dollar company bother to set up their own notification service for their own leads? What a concept!

This app is the absolute worst. For whatever reason, this app would not let me run an add. First it kept rejecting my PayPal account, then when I finally got it to work it kept giving me an error message saying my ad could not be published, even though it was well within facebooks policies and was reviewed multiple times. Oh, and forget about trying to reach out for help, your request doesn’t even go through most of the time and if it actually does go through, they completely ignore you. Worst service ever, I will advertise somewhere else. Don’t waste your time

Account Ads. A few years ago there was a currency issue with my country that messed the health of my Facebook account, I didn't miss any payment or anything but my ad account still shows as closed. I’ve been trying to reach help but nobody can get my account back to normal. :-( so sad not being able to link my Facebook account with my shopify collection

Buggy. 1. From the create ad page select the carousel pictures option and select pictures. The user interface is foreign to iPhone users. You have to select a picture in the “carousel”, then change it with a picture in the tab interface for the image source. If you change the source tab often enough it will crash. 2. For some reason, it won’t link my Instagram account. When it reports the error, if you select the “Back” arrow, your work creating the ad is lost. 3. The settings icon is also foreign to iPhone users. When you select Report a problem, an error screen appears. Facebook Ads Manager needs some more QA testing. I found these bugs trying to create my first ad.

Beware: they are always changing the rules and they don’t notify you. I can’t even count how many times they change the rules and don’t notify any of their advertisers. You pretty much have to learn by having ads be rejected or learn the hard way. Make sure NOT to pause an ad and delete it halfway through like I just did. They delete all engagement connected with the deleted ad, AND keep your money. It’s just shady business practices that makes me sad because this used to be a great platform.

Consistently buggy. There are some fundamental bugs in this app that make it almost unusable. When I check Ads Manager on the web, I consistently get different numbers than what’s shown in the app. To get the app to refresh, I generally have to kill the app since pull to refresh doesn’t seem to work, and it still takes 10+ seconds to finally update. For the past several days, tapping on my ad sets to see the detailed breakdown of performance shows an error immediately, and retrying just shows the same error. I am on great WiFi and up to date on the app and OS versions, so it seems to be an app problem.

Where to begin.... This app is predominantly useless. On multiple occasions I just put it away and waited until I could get to my computer. Lately I’ve been using it to check ad performance, but even that is abysmal, only giving the most shallow stats. And you can’t get help. Don’t bother trying. Glitches cause an ad to stop and you’re basically screwed. Build another one and hope it survives. FB ads use to be available for phone support to fix that stuff. Then it was email. Then it was messages through the help center. Now it’s nothing. I doubt they’ll even read this review. So tonight the update they pushed out went ahead and just killed the app altogether. Maybe they’re just driving the last nail into its coffin.

Absolutely terrible, a HUGE mistake. I can’t even begin to explain the holes in the app and site. The customer service in nonexistent. Someone might send you the same automated message 2 weeks after you try to report a problem. For me, I built up an instagram profile, and then a payment went through RANDOMLY and was denied because it WAS NOT SCHEDULED and i do not keep money in that specific checking account. I tried many times to pay the .20¢, YES, TWENTY CENTS that I owed, but everything about the app glitches out. It banned me from trying to pay, and it disabled my account. I’ve reached out and gotten the same response at least 15 times. “We’re sorry... we see the issue... we’re reactivated your account.” Except my account is never actually reactivated. I’m no longer the admin of my own Facebook page, and I cannot disconnect my instagram account from the page. I’m 100% helpless to have this issue fixed. BE WARNED THIS APP IS ABSLOUTE SH**.

This app destroyed my add account. Until I downloaded this app I always ordered advertising from Instagram app and it worked well. But since this app gives more opportunities for settings I decided to try it and after several times my add account stoped working. What happens now is when I set up the new advertising either on Instagram or in this app I receive a notification that my add was approved but nothing happens and add actually doesn’t run! And there is no way to fix it because it’s extremely complicated to even contact customer support to get any information about my case. So I just can’t use an advertising on my Instagram account anymore :((

buggy and frustrating. My ads were rejected without explanation. Took several attempts to have them reviewed and approved. When they finally got approved and started running I found out they changed the “learn more” button with a link to my website with a link to messenger. So instead of customers going to my website with all of the information, I have confused people writing questions to me and getting upset if I don’t answer right away. I’ve tried to update the button but it doesn’t seem to work. No idea what’s going on or how to fix it. Very frustrating.

All of the people sent to click, like, ask for estimates are fake.. I started advertising 2023 with my kitchen and bathroom remodeling company. One thing I noticed right away is they would send my ads to states that wasn’t in my 50 mile radius. Texas, Alabama, Colorado now y would I advertise there if I’m a local small business doing remodeling? I wouldn’t but all those people from different states I was charged for. Also when it’s set up to get new clients and your charged for every message that a potential client starts I don’t even have to respond I get charged for when responding to these potential clients they never respond back ever and not received one client from the ads that I’ve posted in a year not one because not one of them conversations back with me once they ask, can you tell me more information. I will never place the ad on Facebook ever again you can’t get a hold of customer service. They charge your card without you knowing it. So it isn’t like they are not already worth billions and billions and billions of dollars they had a stable from the little guy and then you can ever get your money back but let me take somebody’s money like it. I’ll be in jail.

App constantly breaks. I download the app, login, it works for about a week and then for some reason it logs me out and says “login failed” and I can’t get back in unless I delete the app, download the app again, login, then it works for a week then just cycle this over and over again. I’m constantly having to delete and redownload just to see my ads. It is so annoying that a company that is touted as being one of the worlds best software engineering companies in the world can’t manage to do software engineering correctly.

So many bugs!. I’ve been trying to create ads for my business with the app, but it keeps freezing, not all the options are available (Get event responses), I authorize the app to get access to my photos, and then again it keeps telling me to check my settings. I’ve checked the same settings over 50 times and still not getting me anywhere. There’s no point to use the app if I have to do it on the desktop version if I want to get something done. Very frustrating.

Terrible, makes it so difficult to promote your brand. I have been trying to run ads on my Instagram and Facebook for the last 2 months, suddenly out of nowhere they just stopped working. I constantly get error messages saying “your account was not found” even though everything is connected exactly right. I’m unable to preview my ads because im “violating guidelines” which is 100% not true, everything i’m trying to advertise is my own photos of my own products. It’s extremely frustrating that Facebook is making it soooo difficult to boost an ad. Its not rocket science and to make matters worse, out of all of the Instagram and Facebook employees there is no customer service or representative that can help fix these issue… such a joke

WORST ADS PLATFORM. I started using Facebook ads a month ago and at that time it was going pretty bad because they were targeting wrong people but it was okay because it was still real people but then it changed as time went on. Now they are literally giving me false click reports and false charges then to add onto that giving a ridiculous cpc for the bot “clicks” Absolutely the worst ads app out there. They are scammers and they always ban your accounts for the smallest things. Anyone unsure whether to run ads with Facebook take my word for it. DONT this company is corrupt and is scamming you by giving you dozens of small charges to your account and making it so you don’t notice. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE NUMBER OF STARS I WOULD

Banning people for no reason. First off they banned my ads i did a review they answered back and said sorry it was a accident gave me my privileges back then 2 days later! They unpublished my page and deactivated my ads so they deny some ads ok understand but then they approved some ads then 2 days later disapprove thats so un-professional im looking into legal action as we speak facebook needs to get sued for this im building a class action and im sure im not the only one that had this problem its robbery you take peoples money they get good high percentages in there rankings you take that away without a warning literally even a email like hey make sure you change this or we will deactivate your account so we can fix it no just makes mistakes and then does it again 2 days later i have all this snap shot saved so this will hold in court you dont make a mistake then say sorry then 2 days later i do nothing different then ban us this will be addressed whoever's working that section in facebook needs to be fired making mistakes and no compensation is a big mistake

Simply.. WOW!. Not sure why all the negative and like-warm reviews on here are hating on this app. It is simply AWESOME. Hands down one of THE most useful apps currently in my arsenal.. not only allowing me to work on the go and totally laptop-free, but I actually PREFER it to Facebook’s own web interface. Seriously! Get everything done SO much faster now. Now, if only Google’s ad manager was this cool..

Bugs! Insects! Animals! Seriously FB?. Hello peeps, I know you guys are working hard 24/7 to improve this app as much as possible. But HELLOOO! Guys, you gotta see this mess and sort it. Its basic man, no rocket science. May be no one noticed that or may no one pointed that out but we need to sort this: - I cannot access all photos in my camera roll through this app! Only a few photos in a random order show up every time i access my camera roll through this app! - I cannot add a banner sized static image for a campaign as it cuts off but on the other hand i can easily upload it on desktop! - I cannot make a duplicate ad set! This app is only limited to duplicating campaigns! Can you please get these small blockers sorted so that i don’t have to look at my desktop ever again for any campaign related stuff? P.s. don’t give me the “reinstall the app and make sure you have the latest version” crap! I got the latest app and a new phone as well! Make this world a better place! Do your part! Do it! Just do it! 🤘🏻

I was thinking about starting again…. I used this platform a couple of years ago to try and promote music but I kept getting my ads and ads accounts disabled without explanation. It worked great at first but then they decreased their reach, got irrelevant traffic, then they removed ads and disabled accounts.I wasted a lot of money. After appealing, they admitted to a mistake and reinstated my account but the process took weeks and when you promote a single you need to get that ad out right away. There were many missed opportunities. I was hoping to sign up for the platform again, but reading these reviews, it doesn’t seem like they solved any of these problem so it looks like I might continue to stay away. It’s not worth the headache.

Easier than the site in some ways. I am still learning the ads manager interface, and think the app is easier in several ways. It automatically organizes active ads at the top of the list and some editing features are just one or two steps to do instead of going to multiple areas in the more robust online interface that has multiple areas. Well organized app- generally.

Used to be better. I have been creating ads so easy on my phone but months ago some changes happened and came with many bugs. When you want to duplicate an ad in your app it would make a single block of text in you copy. And then when It is running I have to go and edit the text to make spaces (small paragraphs) and to edit is a pain because every time I want to edit a button pops up and you have to exit. So it is a good app to check your ad performance, adjust budget and maybe duplicate and experiment with other images. But if you need to work with new copy I now go back to my laptop. I hope someone fixes the bugs in the app. That would be awesome.

Better than the online version. The Ads Manager app is far more intuitive/easy to use than the online version. It has a couple of downsides. You cannot do AB testing. Also, when duplicating an ad, not all of the settings actually duplicate. So you have to review thoroughly before publishing. If Meta could figure out how to make the online version more intuitive, I think they could increase their advertising revenue 20% or more.

Terribly Disappointing. After they banned my ad account in February for no known reason, I didn’t think this service could get any worse. Almost 24 hours ago, I boosted my Earth Day advertisement. All of a sudden, the new thing is that ads can be in review up to 24 hours. They just spring that on you. Long story short, I deleted my boosted ad because I wasn’t going to miss Earth Day and pay for boosting the ad the day after. The support staff, unfortunately, haven’t got a clue as to what’s going on. Very poor service. Seems as if I will have to find a different platform on which to advertise.

The absolute worst app ever. This app makes me want to bang my head against the wall. It freezes, it doesn’t publish ads, even if it looks like the ad is active, it doesn’t actually publish but doesn’t let you know, what’s in the app doesn’t correspond well with what you see in a browser, adds disappear. What a disaster. I could understand the poor quality when it was first launched, but why is this app still so unbelievably poor quality? Obviously Facebook has a monopoly position, which is why I come back to it, but I really hope a new platform takes over, just because adversing on Facebook is such a stressful, frustrating, disastrous experience. And while I am a paying customer, there is no customer service. Barf, absolutely terrible.

Worst Customer Service. Their support has been the worst thing I have ever experienced. The people that help you aren’t knowledgeable about fixing anything. Then they open a ticket and take forever to get back to you to just tell you that they can’t even address anything. They were not helpful and didn’t even try and troubleshoot any of my issues. I had to troubleshoot everything on my own. This platform is very bad and their support is awful. I moved my ads to google but I still have a shop on Facebook but it has many bugs which nobody knows how’s address, the experience with Facebook support has been frustrating to say the least!

So confusing, glitchy, and does things when you don’t intense them to do. I have taken the time out of my day to write this review because the app frustrated me that much. It will automatically set your ad to message the people who click on your ad with some pre generated message. What if I don’t want my fans to get messaged by a bot version of our account about the ad? It’s really strange to me and I hate it so much. I wouldn’t mind if it was easily switched or if it was not the default. But even when I try to change it the ad always has issues. They make it hard to setup anything else I might as well try to do it on the computer. Also when I’m trying to change the website I want the click to go to it glitches out and I really hope y’all change it someday.

Fake bots, useless customer service, account banning. I have been advertising with FB for years. However in January 2024, my ads were being filled by bots. I spent 2 months reaching out to reps requesting a credit for the ads that generated bot info (i sent in videos and screenshots of this) however no one was able to help. I disputed this with my credit card company and once that kicked in, in April, my ads account was banned. This is so unprofessional as Ive been using this service for years and when I complained of the bots filling out my forms, some reps disregarded my request, others had me go in circles as they kept telling me they fixed it, and now FB has banned my ads account.

So Convenient!! So far so good!. Don’t know why the reviews are so low. Just downloaded the app and I already have access to all my Facebook ad information without needing my computer! I can tell this is going to really be a useful app. Probably can’t replace the desktop website version, but is very supplemental when I don’t have my laptop :) Thanks facebook developers! App is very easy to use and visually appealing.

It’s actually pretty decent. I expected the worst when I saw the reviews before downloading this app, but was surprised by its functionality. Since I have the app, I often find myself omitting the desktop ad manager when I just want to check in on ad performance. It’s nice that custom presets (added on the desktop version) are also listed in the app. The ad creation or editing functionality is limited, but that logical for a client on a way smaller screen.

Don’t get the new update!!!. Do not get the latest version of the app. There’s a bug that causes you to lose access to all of your campaigns/ad sets through the app making it virtually useless! You can delete and redownload but it only brings them back temporarily. Generally the app is pretty solid and I’d give it a 4 except for this new issue but it’s a big one. Fix it Facebook!

Significant Improvements. I have noticed that there has been significant improvements and Facebook Ads Manager. It makes it to joy to use this technology to generate leads for my business so much has happened since I last used it and I’m excited at all of these added features to help business owners like myself.

Bank details or not safe on their platform. My Instagram business account was hacked, I don’t know how. The hacker gain access and send $1000usd to my prepaid fund. I never I used that method of payment to run my ads. I contact meta about the situation no one seems to believe me they refuse to send back the money to my bank account and the money is on there platform they can see it and I also can see it. I leave it with my bank to handle the situation. Please don’t leave your bank card on their platform it not same if something like this should happen.

CAN SOMEONE FIX THIS APP?!! PLEASE!?!?!. After the recent update over a month ago, not only am I not able to view ANY notifications whatsoever in this app (yes notification settings are all turned on, but the notification page shows “no notifications” even after the badge at the bottom is displayed as having new notifications within the app) but EVEN WORSE - now I can’t view, edit, do ANYTHING with any of my ad sets, only my campaigns! I select ad sets from any campaign and it just says “failed to load” on the would-be ad set display page!!! And the campaigns are visible, but they stopped showing data on the campaign level altogether! I relied on this app for my business since I was frequently on the go. Now it’s become completely useless to me for two months now. (And I NEVER get a response, message, feedback, ANYTHING from anyone about this problem!) Ive even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, made sure my phone and apps were all up to date - NOTHING WORKS. I have an iPhone 8 Plus, current software. SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!

Notifications don't work. I like the design of this app but because of the lack of certain key functions it ends up being something I use to view ads in the account, rather than edit ads or get key updates Some key things that are missing: 1) Notifications don't work properly. One of the key things I need to be aware of as a manager are: - Payment error alerts - Ad spend alerts - Disapproved ads The app says you can get notifications for these but they never notify me when this actually happens. So, I am forced to stay locked to my desktop Ads Manager + email to get these updates. And my notifications are on for the app. 2) I can't publish Instagram ads that are videos or Reels. Will this be available through an update?

Hacked FB ad acct and won’t help. I’ve emailed Facebook on multiple occasions after I found out that my Facebook account was compromised. Someone had created ads under my Facebook account and locked me out and made themselves admins. I’m unable to delete these ridiculous ads and have no control of the ad portion of Facebook. I never got a response from anyone at Facebook, and now I’m currently on deployment serving in the US Army I’ve been bombarded with these notifications for these ads once again. Facebook won’t help in any way. I hate your company and what it stands for when you can’t prevent fraudulent use of accounts, let alone stop it or want to help with correcting the issue.

Can’t enable/disable ads! Useless app!. 1. I can’t disable some campaigns! Just buttons is not tapped! Some glitches every time! Deal breaker. When I enabled campaign it reenables all my adsets, which was selectively enabled/disabled by me before from desktop. Omg this is is really horrible! 2. UI on iPhone 13 looks ugly, all buttons are under the notch! Test your apps in Zoom mode omg! No support iPad’s! Big canvas You should fully adopt this app for iPad 12.9 screen - which supports natively landscape orientation! Currently it’s portrait for iPad pro 12.9, omg, moreover you should use iPad’s large canvas to show more data!

DO YOUR RESEARCH. ❗️FACEBOOK BLUEPRINT❗️ First and foremost I’m not one to do reviews. However, after reading the reviews for this app I have found that everyone who has negatively reviewed the platform has not done their research. Facebook provides a full data base of videos, articles, question and answer and step by step process of how to use your ads effectively. Acceptable format is also very detailed.

Something changed and I don’t like it!. I’ve used this app for a few years and it has been a wonderful tool to help me change my ads quickly and efficiently. Until something changed and the ability to edit my ad by choosing a previous post that has been getting a good response, is no longer an option. Now if I have an ad running and want to edit it, I can only edit a picture (choose a new one) or edit the text, among other things. So to change my ad and keep the same audience, budget etc, I now have to choose my picture and save it, and then go back into it and change the text. I feel it is forcing my to just buy another ad set and I don’t like it. I generally have just set my budget and let it run indefinitely and would go in every week or so and pick a new post to advertise. Now it’s a lot more trouble and I’m thinking I may have to end my ad every few days and start all over to instead of simply editing it. Can’t we get that option back please??!!

Facebook. Facebook is the greatest platform on the earth! I really wouldn’t know what to do without Facebook! From organic to marketplace, groups to paid ads you can get maximum exposure to your business. Hands down there is no better platform or company to do business with. Thank you so much Facebook. Wouldn’t know what to do without you. Priceless!

Urgent - need help and can't get it. I was recently told my Ads account was disabled due to unpaid charges. I contacted the Ads Inquiry team and told them the charges were fraudulent. A few days later they emailed me and said all the charges had been eliminated and I could use my account again. I just tried to, and was denied access because of unpaid charges. I checked and the charges are the very ones I was told had been cancelled. Nothing had been done to fix this. There was a button saying go to the help center. I clicked on it and all it did was take me to my Facebook page. I clicked again and got a message saying that page could not be found. My frustration and disappointment are beyond words. This is a very important ad that I need to post. It's a casting call. The future of a stage musical depends on it. Will someone somewhere PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me! --Clare Higgins

Fix the App please. This app is costing us money because it is not reporting correct data. The data does not refresh to actual prices and amounts as you click from page to page. You have to click the switch buttons multiple times to turn off and turn on an ad. You also have to keep setting your presets because they don’t stay. You guys are always constantly updating my the app and never get it right. How can a million dollar company have such terrible developers.

Real time ad performance?. Not sure if it was a part of an update, but I’ve lost the ability to track real time spend by ad creative. I used to be able to check to see how much each ad is costing per result in real time, but now all I see is a rollup of the avg spend since the ad started running. I’m fine with making major changes on the regular site, but that real time tracking is literally the only reason I use the app 😩

Worst existing customer service in the world. By “existing” I mean that there is a customer service that actually responds back, but all the answers are automatized without hearing my side of the story. The short story is that I was hacked by some Bulgarian and/or Russian people that made to ads in two occasions that charge my account for some advertisement that violated the terms of use of facebook. Facebook didn’t even bother to check in with me about what happened, but they were definitely interested in the money that they charged me, before blocking my account. If anyone from facebook sees this, please respond and help me with my problem, since our company needs to use ads (which have always followed your policies) to promote our products for sell. I will be waiting for your answer since I got tired of send help tickets through the facebook support page.

please add the ability to add call to action button. please add call to action button on my iphone? it seems if your going to load a video for sale of a product or service >> your going to want to add a call to action button option i have to go to a lap top to do this - this is handy as you know many use there iphone/mobil for business. why have this app if you cannot ad a call to action button to ad. Also were is there a link to share an approved ad with a co worker? there is no share link with the the ad for the user/admin to share it with? ad goes out no share:-( please on iphone tell me where i know on post you have this i just go to page. but on mobil the ad does not show or have a link to see on that page? does this mean i duplicated ad and leave off the call of action button as on post with video i have not seen where as well. please fix app call of action thanks

Pointless App. This app is stupid and useless. I was forced to download it on my phone and now I find I STILL cannot delete the ad account. I tried to get a review and the app told me I had to login on a computer. WHY WOULD THEY CREATE AN APP THAT MAKES ME ISE A COMPUTER?!!! My phone IS a computer. My ad campaign ended in 2014, 8 years ago! I never got any clicks. I paid them $15 I know I didn’t owe, just so I could close the account. I deleted it then! Good luck if your account was hacked. My Facebook was hacked and suddenly I have ads being ran and coming out my ears. No matter how many times I delete the campaigns, more keep getting approved and ran. I have contacted support NUMEROUS times in the last two weeks and have heard nothing. The ads are being ran in Thailand and there’s an unknown payment method on the account. I’m completely helpless. I can only imagine what chaos and stress this would be if I were trying to actually run my own ads and had my own payment method on there that was hacked, and the complete lack of help is really telling. I’ll just have to end up deleting my entire Facebook and thus meta account (that I didn’t even make!!!). Really, really, disappointing.

Afraid to install. After reading all the reviews, I decided not to install this apps because I believe it will be a waste of space’s memory and my internet data. I will give 1 Star for such extreme poor reviews of this apps.

Ridiculous. My ads out of nowhere stopped running because it couldn’t process my card. There is no issue on my end and the app just keeps saying there is a problem. That’s just one of several issues with this app. Do better Meta

Latest version doesn’t work on iPhone 8. You can’t scroll & select different ad accounts at all on the app. The latest release you guys did broke the app. It’s unusable.

Tracking metrics. Previously this app wasn’t updating data or following along with purchases. It seems to be better now.

Not worth it. Honestly save yourself the money with ads. I thought I’d try Facebook ads as I’ve been having success with my sales myself but thought this would be fantastic to boost them! I had an add just run for 5 days, 7 engagements total - which counted myself as one and the rest were “my friends”. Did not get one sale out of it - posted a new add myself and shared on a couple pages and got 15 sales within the first couple of hours...

Not accurate. Great concept and a very convenient way to monitor your ads. I have to take 2 stars off for the stability and accuracy of the data it presents. I’m running 5 ads and the data for one of them is zero, yet that’s my best performing ad. Great for a quick progress report on the run, but go into your AM on desktop for true reporting.

Not working. Logged in, but it won’t go past the screen telling me to add notifications. It doesn’t show as ads or meta in app list for notifications. No shake to report problem feature. Terrible.

Urgent need for an upgrade. Doesn’t work well on an iPad, disregards that advertisers actually use tablets and mobile devices to manage ads etc etc. I would’ve thought when the majority of revenue Facebook makes is from advertising that Facebook would produce an app to make advertising even easier. Pretty ordinary Facebook and judging from the ongoing feedback it doesn’t look like your priorities lie here anytime soon! Please upgrade the app so it works on all devices and includes the same functionality as a desktop............

I prefer viewing data on this app over desktop!. Don’t know about all these 1 star reviews 🤨 But this app works amazingly! The way the data is displayed is beautiful, clear and easy to read 👌🏼 Plus you can check your ads from your pocket! One small change that I can’t believe they haven’t added yet thou is to allow users to *CHANGE THE ORIENTATION* from vertical to landscape🙏🏼 I’ve got multiple ads running and when I compare them, landscape view on iPad would be perfect as opposed to vertical. Good work overall dev team 👍🏼

Constant crashing hasn’t worked for months. This was so helpful for the brief period it actually worked. I upgraded the app and it hasn’t worked since — repeatedly get ‘login error’ or the app just crashes. How does a company as massive as Facebook get away with such an appalling app? Particularly considering it’s for its paying customers!!! Useless.

Edit ads is waste of time. Takes forever to save an edit and it never saves. Waste of time making the edit. Waste of time waiting for the edit to save which never saves/publishes. So frustrating! Please fix this.

Shop button never works. I’m sick of paying for ads and I get no shop clicks because the tools change all the time. You need to make it simple for business owners to get traffic and value for their money

Forgets login. Would love to use this app, but this and the business suite app.. they never remember your login. Pops up saying login error as soon as you open the app and have to go through the login verification every time. Absolutely kills me especially when it says it’s not the password and it is.. seems to be a sub par app from “meta”

No Ads. Nowhere to opt out of all the annoying Facebook and meta ads. We’re intelligent people who can research and make our own decisions if and when we want a product. We never buy anything from unwanted ads foisted upon us by some meta data assumptions about who we are and what products and preferences we ‘might’ like to buy. Please consider provision of definite ‘opt out of ALL ads’ options for people like us.

Don’t download this app. The worst app I’ve ever used! Just felt like they were taking money out of my account constantly. I tried to delete this account many times and they have literally made it so hard to delete your account and stop payments. Requires login in over and over. Don’t know what’s happened with the latest up date but this is almost unusable at the moment just keeps asking me over and over to re login in. I log in and 2 mins later I have to log in again😡 So annoying and didn’t have this issue before

Unusable. As it stands now, this app is literally unusable garbage. Stuck in an infinite loading loop. This app goes through phases of either working very, very slowly, or not working at all. Can’t check ads performance without having a laptop or PC handy. I assume this is due to more of Meta’s incompetence, just like the frequent issues with their ads platform itself. Please squash the bugs, Zuck. Every time I open this app, it asks me to "allow notifications" and "go to the checklist", like it's my very first time opening it. Every. Single. Time. Plus I'm always getting notifications for no reason. This app has a lot of potential, if only they would squash the bugs.

Great app! Works as intended. No performance issues. Honestly, I rarely give reviews, but I felt inclined to review here because I highly disagree with all the one star reviews. This app delivers everything the website does. Of course the layout is different and it’s a bit of a learning curve to relearn where everything is but that’s expected when going from a complicated website interface to an app with a limited screen size. Great app, helps me navigate and monitor my ad performance when I’m away from my computer. 5 stars! Y’all 1 star reviewers just need to be more grateful.

poor service. Hi I have been having issues with facebook and instagram for months now no one gets back to me and no one has fixed my accounts A while ago my facebook account was hacked causing my FB and Instagram account to be restricted and my IG closed! I had to gain access back to my account and change my password to get control of my account again. I have messaged facebook numerous times to have them lift the restrictions and give me back my IG account which has yeats and years of photos of my children on it. No one ever reply's or fixes my accounts. You can clearly see by my previous usage that the content that was posted on my accounts was not me also by the fact i had to regain access cause the hackers locked me out! Can someone pls help me and fix the facebook issues i am still having with marketplace and the accounts centre but also give me back my instagram that contains my personal property of my children on it. Or at least contact me and work with me to fix the problems i am getting very frustrated and upset that thsi has been ongoing now for months and no one seems to want to help but they were real quick in shutting down my accounts with no actual investigation process

Hi I have been having some problems whit Google and Facebook. In January 2022 I changed business address as today January 2024 my old address still appears on googles and face book I have messaged many times but whit no response whit no respect towards there customers .and this happened whit my advertisement when I requested to cancel my advertising as we where going on holiday there was no response But still kept drowning money out of my account IN CONCLUSION for a company’s as big as them they have very little respect for individuals person.

Broken for 2-3 months now - how’s this not been fixed?. This app used to be my regular daily go-to for quick updates on the performance of my accounts, however, since an app update was made around 2-3 months ago the ads manager main homepage simply won’t load most of the time and times out with a button to click the “try again” option. Then if I ever do get into ads manager when loading any campaign data i’m met with similar loading issues. I’ve resorted to deleting the ads manager app and logging in on safari on mobile, a similarly terrible experience as I’m using a desktop interface on mobile. Please fix this app Meta devs!

Takes money. I’ve payed my ad account 3x now it’s taking money but the status doesn’t change to settled very disappointed as now I’m out of money and can’t use my ads account. Support is also not available as I’ve lodged multiple requests and waited for too long. Don’t use the app it horrible.

A lot of installation errors popped up but. it still installed, not sure it works too well. Should be looking at your feedback to get this app working as good as it could or stop advertising to us

Zero support. I have written multiple emails back and forth with concierge team to sort out my issue with ad accounts and I still have not managed to organize a call in over 3 weeks. Honestly the most painful experience ever trying to get help from a company so I can give them ongoing advertising money. Shouldn’t be this hard for a tech company to have better service.

Barely functional. The only thing this app is good for is seeing what you’ve spent that day or turning a campaign off if you can’t get to your computer. Even then, you might need to close and restart it to get that far. If you try to do pretty much anything else it freezes. Forget looking at analytics or checking how individual ads are performing, unless you have an hour spare to sit around while the app thinks about it. It’s basically useless. Considering the money we give Meta in ad spend, the least they could do is provide a functional app.

Won’t use again. Not sure if it was my error or what but repeatedly I’d attempt to place an ad in my country excluding all others as I did not ship. Every engagement I’d get was foreign and wasted my money. Data was easy to follow though.

Waste of time. The ads do not deliver to the intended target group, the ads deliver in my own news feed costing me to view my own advertisements, the ads deliver to a few hundred people when I can reach a few thousand by sharing a post a couple of times to the right groups, after 1 year I have spent hundreds on advertising with no sales generated Facebook makes a lot of money from me with no results my advice to whoever is behind the advertising side of Facebook change the cost to results only when my business is being charged for views and not sales this is theft the advertisements should charge when actual results are made!!! Stop scamming businesses!!!

BANK CARD DETAILS STOLEN FROM THIS APP PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE INSTALLING. My bank card details were stolen after installing this app and and thousands of dollars stolen . Lifesavings were taken out of my account after installing this app to run facebook ads. I never give out details or click on links , the fraudulent payments said FB as a reference. I never authorised these amounts and NEVER give out my details. But bank card details were given on this app. Please BEWARE!!!!! Only 1 star because there is no option for zero stars.

When are you going to fix it?. Laggy, slow, keeps breaking down and it has been displaying an error message for a few weeks now. We pay so much in ads, the least we can get is a reliable app.

Stupid app stupid meta. I keep getting errors trying to log in. All my other apps will let me log in using an already open and logged in google or Facebook app but this one requests password and won’t work. I can’t pay my ad bills now, I tried going through Facebook app and chrome Facebook page but meta blocked my card for suspicious activity! It’s my card! Meta should keep everting in just one app, or at least let them log in from eachover!

Full of bugs. I don’t understand how a company the size of Facebook can have such a poor performing app. Not even the desktop version is any good. Getting random notifications that are irrelevant to me, ads disappearing, error messages that make no sense. Cant contact an actual person- only stupid automated replies that don’t assist at all 😡

Completely broken. If you need to use meta ads just use a computer. The app is not functional (you can’t even upload a video to an ad, with no explanation as to why) literally how do any of you people even remain employed

RIP OFF. The adds kept running in the background and went way over budget. It did not generate any further sales. When I went in to check if the adds were turned off, I could not find them running. Very deceitful form of theft by stealth. When I contacted FB they ignored me totally. I only wanted to spend around $100-$200, instead they told everything in my PayPal account, which was more like $700. I feel Devastated and violated.

Payment issues. I needed to change my card to pay for an ad and every single time I try to do anything it gives me the same error issue… I’ve tried sending reports multiple times but no one has gotten back to me! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Furious. Absolutely appalled. Facebook gave me a $10 ad voucher and I stupidly allowed my card to be linked to my account. They then ran ads past what I authorised and charged me $15 which I did not agree to. Removing my card was then an ordeal and could not be done through my phone on the app. When I tried to get support I just kept getting an ‘unavailable’ error. Simply disgusting.

Full of bugs. It tells me “we limit this feature” when I try to logout and login with a different account. It thinks i’m trying to post! Also the ActivityIndicator isn't center aligned. Come on guys, you’re supposed to be holding the mantle for React Native. Just pull this app from the store and spare yourself the embarrassment.

Why on earth does this need to be a different app. Now it takes me four apps just to use Facebook to manage a page. Hootsuite, Facebook, Pages and Ads Manager. Why on earth can’t this be included in the pages app. It’s ridiculous. App is fine, just doesn’t need to be its own. 🙄

Amazing but lags a bit. It’s very cool that you can manage your campaigns from your phone and the app is very well made. I wouldn’t recommend creating campaigns with it but definitely analyzing and making some changes to the campaigns. Only problem is that the app bugs a lot especially any action that requires pulling data from Facebook

It Works (Sort Of). I’ve lost hundreds of dollars because the “Shop Now” button that I set up, and viewed in the previewer, was not present on the actual ad. Tons of likes and shares, and my poor audience couldn’t even get to my shop! Just use Instagram boost and link your shop items, this app is too risky if you are a small Etsy shop. If you have a Shopify with Facebook Pixel set up, it may work better, but I don’t know for sure. The app also glitches out occasionally and you can lose all the progress you made setting up an ad. I’m using an iPhone 13, for reference.

Lame lack of options. Got all these apps to make story ads, but you’re Unable to upload vertical media - you can only use their ugly templates.

Data is all wrong. Purchase data always shows as 0 in ad sets when it’s not the case. Numbers completely different than what shows on desktop. Completely unreliable and still forced to use desktop to view data.

KM Radius issues. With the ads manager on the iPhone there is nowhere you can select tk make the km smaller it’s annoying having to go into the computer to select smaller map sizes then 25km radius Why can’t we just fix it in the phone Also it shows to random people not within the area you selected which wastes money

Can’t run ads. I tried to run an ad for my small business, but for some unknown reason, facebook has now banned me simply for trying to run an ad. I don’t understand!

Password constantly wrong though it’s right with Facebook app. Nothing but constant never ending loop of password is wrong, to reset it then still wrong. Even when it does work the app is featureless and useless to do anything. Better to just go through chrome browser and log in through there to do what’s needed.

Waste of time and money. This app is very poorly designed, not intuitive to use at all. They cram and overcrowd so much information into the process that’s impossible to work with. Personal support is nowhere to be found. I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars running ads and so far I have zero result to show for it. I cannot download my leads. I have not received any calls, even though I have confirmed that some people have tried to contact me through my ads. Don’t waste your money here.

Hacked lost ad can’t get it back. I am switching to Google Facebook doesn’t have ppl to talk to I have spent close to 4 k never had this issue before and then a couple weeks ago I was hacked and sorted that out but ad is gone and they changed the way you create and it’s impossible to navigate I am very disappointed .

OK for checking ads, inconsistent for editing ads. IMHO this app works OK if you just want to monitor the performance of your ongoing ads. The editor often gives me an error page when I try to edit some ads. Sometimes I just want to check details like the landing page URL for an ad, but since I have to go in the editor to check that I’ll get an error instead.

Seems to be broken. Only top level analytics are available. Deep dive into ad sets and ad unit performance gives an error message. Would be nice to have this app work but for now we’re stuck with desktop.

Can’t run ads. I been having issues running ads . I contacted customer support 9 times so far They keep saying payment issues I tried different payment methods . Verified the payment method When customers support gives up and can’t figure out the issues they said we move your case to another team and you should get an email in 72 hours. It been 2 months and no one emailed me back. And every time I contact support I have to start all over with them.

Why so many useless apps?!. One for Facebook, one for pages, how many different ones for managing ads? Try to promote an event and if there are words on the cover picture, you’re wasting your money. .59 per click for 8 clicks? No thanks. Hands down one of THE most useful apps currently in my arsenal.. not only allowing me to work on the go and totally laptop-free, but I actually PREFER it to Facebook’s own web interface. Seriously! Pointless App. This app is stupid and useless. I was forced to download it on my phone and now I find I STILL cannot delete the ad account. I tried to get a review and the app told me I had to login on a computer. WHY WOULD THEY CREATE AN APP THAT MAKES ME ISE A COMPUTER?!!! My phone IS a computer. My ad campaign ended in 2014, 8 years ago! I never got any clicks. I paid them $15 I know I didn’t owe, just so I could close the account. I deleted it then! App constantly breaks. I download the app, login, it works for about a week and then for some reason it logs me out and says “login failed” and I can’t get back in unless I delete the app, download the app again, login, then it works for a week then just cycle this over and over again. I’m constantly having to delete and redownload just to see my ads. It is so annoying that a company that is touted as being one of the worlds best software engineering companies in the world can’t manage to do software engineering correctly.

Unhappy. I am extremely disappointed with this app. I trusted it with my personal information, only to find out it’s being sold to third parties without my consent. This feels like a complete violation of privacy and trust. Users shouldn’t have to trade their data for basic functionality, and the lack of transparency is unacceptable. I’ve already deleted the app and will warn others to stay away. If you value your privacy, avoid this app at all costs.

Let’s Be Honest. This is just more stuff for us to stay under the Meta umbrella BUT DOESNT WORK. I log into this app almost everytime I use it because someone how I’m always getting logged out. The business page that I’m using it for is never properly connected. Everytime I go to make a new ad they’ve only load 3 posts from the Instagram and there’s 13. I need to find another way to promote my business because Instagram & Facebook are making impossible and disheartening.

Super buggy. Half-implemented “night mode” changes the wrong text and background colors so instead of white on black it’s white on white and black on black🤦‍♂️ I've had to delete and reinstall the app a few times when it fails to load ads (clicking through the adset level into a list of ads). Overall it's somewhat useful and really helpful to be able to use on the fly for increasing budget and such... but wow is it hard to use with all the bugs.

Absolute garbage. ERRORS ALL OVER THE PLACE. Anytime I try to do any reporting of an issue that I am having the app just shows me an error after I submit the request. Someone hacked into my account and used ads and spent my money. I’m trying to report this issue and every time I submit the report it just return me an error or an error page. Nothing is getting through, they don’t even have a call center. Facebook absolutely is the least secure big data social networking platform I’ve ever used. Be better

Nothing loads. This app is so bad. It wont even load ad set level. Even when it does the data is wrong. Clearly no one that develops this app uses it because it is unusable. I don’t remember the last time it was. I’ve just gotten so used to going to my computer to see anything past campaign level I don’t even think about it anymore. And has been this way across multiple current iPhones. Do better guys.

Ad Account Hacked. My FB account was hacked. They gained access to my old ad account and also hacked into my Paypal, bought foreign ads via both. I lost my Business Account, never regained it. Was “punished”/restricted by FB for the Hackers Actions for 30 days, giving the Hackers free access while *I* was restricted. 2 months later I’m now receiving notifications from FB about ads being rejected due to not meeting their standards from “my” ad account. It’s a mess. Stay away.

Not delivering. Seems like my first 6 months were great, $100 budget and we got 2-3 responses a day, then after a while 1 a day, then 1 a week, then i get one lead maybe every 8-10 daysI upped my budget to $250 got 1 lead in 2 weeks. they keep marketing the same people, i have clients that get my ads every day. Then i talk to people in home center and they cant even find my ads. Think im going to a different platform. Facebook just isn't delivering...

Great app, same as website ads manager. The poor reviews may not understand Facebook ads manager. This app complements ads manager wonderfully, allowing me to track changes, see updates on the go. If you use ads manager, this is great!!!

Not There Yet…. It’s great that Meta has the idea to create an app that manages all the components of their Ads platform. Unfortunately — it has issues that create more issues. We’ve run into payment verification issues for no reason. The app design is confusing and where to go to do certain tasks is unclear. The good thing is that customer support is responsive if you submit all the needed information.

Completely unoptimized. The ads manager on your computer is actually useful, but using it on my phone makes me so frustrated. You can't do half the things you can with Facebook ads on my phone than you can with desktop. Simple things like editing an audience is not even possible. Can't even recommend another app because this entire space is pretty much monopolized. Facebook just needs to FIX THIS APP!

App bug. This app won’t let you remove existing payment method. The app tells you to come back again in 30 min to try again. I’ve been trying for days. Won’t let me delete my payment method no matter how many times I try. I have no outstanding balance and no ads running. Facebook support is basically canned messages pointing you to help pages. Also, Facebook ads are heavy with “bot” responses verses “real people”. Before you spend money on Facebook ads, do your research. You’ll be glad you did.

Facebook Adds Manager 5 stars !. We here at KE&I,LLC have been running our adds on Facebook for a long time ! We always get great results far greater then any other platform such as google adds or bing ! Stick with the platform you get results on !

I wish I could give this app 0 stars. This app is a death sentence to a small business. Like I need 1 more Facebook app to suffer through! It’s essentially unusable and hard to navigate, and I truly don’t understand why it couldn’t be left alone on the page manager app. It’s harder to create an ad or boost a post, and even harder to cancel an ad once it’s run its course. Honestly it just seems like a way to trick people into spending more money. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put the ad and boost option back on the page manager app.

Doesn’t show you basic data from ads. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to because this app is awful. It constantly gives me notifications that are not true when I open the app. It also sends me double notifications for everything. The app doesn’t even show you ROAS or the amount of money you made from the purchases. Completely worthless app in my opinion. You would think Facebook would have the money to build a better app.

Not working at all. I download the app, log in, and it tells me to select an ad account but there are no options for me to click. Just a blank grey screen with three profile picture illustrations at the top (not clickable). Then I swipe out of the app, close it completely, and retry. It’s now a white screen with a blue “try again” button in the middle that doesn’t do anything when I click it. And this is the second time I’ve done this whole process and had the EXACT same result. So frustrating.

DO YOUR RESEARCH. ❗️FACEBOOK BLUEPRINT❗️ First and foremost I’m not one to do reviews. However, after reading the reviews for this app I have found that everyone who has negatively reviewed the platform has not done their research. Facebook provides a full data base of videos, articles, question and answer and step by step process of how to use your ads effectively. Acceptable format is also very detailed.

Unstable and slow. The campaign tables haven’t been working for a month even after reinstall. Everyday I’m greeted by the same message “An unexpected error occurred we are working to resolve…” After a month I’m certainly always EXPECTING the error. Just like everything Meta does the app is a cumbersome clunky mess that is as nimble as the titanic and just as likely to crash. With a UX and UI that seems like a bunch of outsourced engineers were siloed off without a project lead.

Facebook hates small businesses. They restrict your ad account for no reason and just say you broke a policy but refuse to tell you the policy or tell you what you did wrong. The truth is I did nothing wrong and I got restricted from advertising after one of my ads started doing really well. I don’t understand but it’s like they will only take your money if your ads are failing and ban you if your ads are doing good. Only huge billion dollar companies are allowed to make money with Facebook.

Fake users using your account. BEWARE Fake users using your account to run ads and charge your with your billing info. I’ve had several charges alerted to me by my bank all by Facebook ads and Meta platforms. Hacked my pay pal account and set up automatic payments. Took money from my pal pal account. This is so disgusting how the Meta platforms are a festering pot of scammers. They do not protect us or our information. I would think twice about linking any payment options on Facebook or there advertising platform. All I can say is BEWARE.

Ad manager. Iam new to online business. I have been struggling. how to manage my Ads. handy in my mobile. now that i got this app made my life and business easy to follow and manage at my fingertips. Thank you for this technology

Annoying. This app is ok for checking progress of an ad but not really useful for creating or editing and ad. Also, it’s SUPER annoying with its notifications. I turned the Daily Summary notifications off but they still pop up everyday. Ended up having to turn all notifications off because the app was ignoring its own settings 🙄 That sort of negates most of the point of having this app because it’s not like it can do much else.

Worked great until last update..... As soon as I login into the app, it crashes and backs me out. I’ve deleted it, logged out, downloaded it again multiple times but it still crashes. Haven’t been able to use the app for 2 WEEKS. I’m not always around my laptop and sometimes need to manage my ads from mobile so it has literally been impossible for me to work and manage my ads on the go. Please fix this!

Account Ads. A few years ago there was a currency issue with my country that messed the health of my Facebook account, I didn't miss any payment or anything but my ad account still shows as closed. I’ve been trying to reach help but nobody can get my account back to normal. :-( so sad not being able to link my Facebook account with my shopify collection

Edits not appearing in app.. Edits made to my audience or ad sets don’t appear in the app. I have an ad running where India was consuming most of my budget so I went on my computer and excluded India from the target list. The change would show up on the computer but not on the app. And on top of that, the ad kept going to India! The app also doesn’t let me scroll on my “edit countries” list. Overall the app does not refresh edits timely at all.

Data Breach!. I was prompted to download this app to run ads from my phone..sounded easy enough..made an ad, but it doesn't show up from Ads Manager on my computer which is weird..and the ad says it's active but isn't going anywhere.. THE WORST PART is that I got a notification saying all my passwords had been exposed because it didn't verify that I was myself and locked me out of my Ads Manager until I went through the verification process. It says I need to reset passwords for places I don't even have accounts with anymore! I'm very confused and frustrated!

So horrible I actually think it’s a troll!. This app is the sole cause for my loss of hope in the future survival of the human race. If this is something the largest social media company is ok with putting out, then god help us all. It is incredibly basic as far as insights on ad results that you might as well just guess. It banned my ad immediately for containing political content. I was trying to get people to buy t shirts for a history podcast. Just the logo on a shirt but no, that was too political. The appeal for the ad was somehow the source of more frustration in my life that has led to a drinking problem to cope with the PTSD this app gave me. The only thing it does well is try to get you to spend more money in any way possible. If this app is good at anything, it excels at begging for more money like a hooker in Vegas trying to get you to spend more.

Terrible. Where do I start? First, I keep getting a daily summary notification from September 5th every single day. It’s October 7th now. I’ve turned off daily summary notifications a while ago and it still comes through. Second, this app’s features are beyond basic. About the only ad you can create from this app, is boost a post. Who tf does that anymore?! You literally can’t create an ad from scratch. Third, the reporting is crap too. You can’t even see CTR, CPC, it any actual valuable information.

Meta has absolutely zero support and this App doesn’t work.. Meta is terrible with support. I have been unable to access my ad account spending over $100k a quarter for over a month. Managed to contact a support rep through various loop holes and had my ticket get transferred to a department where it was ghosted. I tried to access my account through this app since my desktop 2FA is not working. Even after recently updating this app and I get an error saying to try again later.

Needs a lot of work. I wished that they would have put a lot of the same functionality that’s on the desktop on here. Most of my time I’m not at my house to be on my computer and when I am at home, I’m doing things that have to be done at home, so I want an app that works the same as desktop version. It’s not fair to someone like me running a business and working a full time job that I don’t get the same opportunity to use Facebook ads the same way just because I don’t have access to s computer 99% of the time, other than my phone.

Ok for quick glances. Nice to look at day to day while away from a desktop computer, but needs more functionality. I would love to be able to select a date range and see my ad spend across the selected dates, not just have the 1 day, 7 day, and lifetime options. Also, it would be nice if the CPA by ad set reflected the selected date range, instead of displaying a lifetime average.

Worst Ad Platform of All Time. No other ad platform comes close to how horrible and expensive Facebook is. This app only allows you to monitor your ads and campaigns, not create or edit them. You can’t even adjust your ad spends with this. I mean, if FB was thinking straight, they’d have figured out some way to easily take more money from the app. Social media is a cesspool of unfulfilled promises and wasted opportunity. Invest in alternative methods like GoogleAds, LinkedIn, and traditional print. There’s a reason those annoying magazines keep showing up in your mailbox: THOSE ACTUALLY WORK!

Can’t connect my IG account. I’ve used fb manger many times before and it’s worked amazing but it changed recently. I keep trying to re-connect my business IG account to Facebook ads and every time I do it marks “unknown error occurred, please try again” . Please help?? Other than that I’ve loved using Facebook ads manger in the past. I don’t know why it won’t connect anymore. Any suggestions are welcome!! :)

👎👎👎. Large sums of money were withdrawn from my MasterCard card without approval, and messages were sent to me by Facebook. They hacked my account and withdrew large amounts of money under the pretext that they were depositing this money into a prepaid account. After communicating with Facebook employees, they did not do anything, and all your words are lies and lies. Thieves, and I will file a lawsuit against you in the Dubai Courts because of your withdrawal of $3,000. I advise everyone to leave Facebook ads and unfollow.

Fix the App please. This app is costing us money because it is not reporting correct data. The data does not refresh to actual prices and amounts as you click from page to page. You have to click the switch buttons multiple times to turn off and turn on an ad. You also have to keep setting your presets because they don’t stay. You guys are always constantly updating my the app and never get it right. How can a million dollar company have such terrible developers.

So bad it’s hard to believe. Facebook, in all its glory, made this? I tried, desperately, for an hour, to give Facebook my money to run an Instagram ad through the app. The thing was bewildered. It couldn’t figure out that I wanted to run an ad, through Facebook ads manager, on Instagram, for Instagram. It either wanted a Facebook ad, or wanted to create an Instagram ad targeting Facebook (which then gives an error that it can’t send Instagram traffic to Facebook). I gave up. I’ll be considering adwords or even Bing. Yeah, that desperate.

Horrible. Facebook treats small businesses like dirt. Constantly banning ads or accounts out of the blue, and there is never an actual person to talk to in order to straighten things out. Then they give admins lifelong bans. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve advertised with them or whether or not you adhere to their policies. Facebook has the worst possible customer service in the history of business, hiding behind AI algorithms and making it impossible to contact them.

Good for newer advertisers.. This is considered a light weight interface of the Ads Manager platform. You can run an ad from it, but don’t expect to truly be able to optimize your marketing unless you are using the desktop version of ads manager. My advise, is do your research on Facebook Bluepages and Facebook for Business to get the most out of your marketing experience with Facebook.

The Facebooks Ads platform is a SCAM. I help manage a Facebook page for a band I’m in and recently we discovered that our account had been charged over $120 (even though our spending limit was set at $0.00). At that point, we tried to remove our card information from the account, only to be prompted to download this USELESS app. After downloading, we found out that there is NO OPTION TO REMOVE YOUR CARD INFORMATION, OR YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT! Whatever you do, stay FAR away from the Facebook ads platform. This experience has made me seriously consider deleting Facebook altogether

12 mini issue. When I open the meta ads manager on my iPhone 12 mini the first screen I see does not fully show up on my phone and therefore I cannot choose any options that are on the bottom of the page. Basically the app is worthless on my iPhone 12 mini and I am unable to manage my ads and will be deleting all of my Facebook Ads since I can no longer manage them through my phone.

Could be great…but isn’t 😔. App is a great idea. Unfortunately, it takes days to update so data is always inaccurate. My current adspend on app is $270. On web browser it’s $480. I test multiple ads and turn them off at certain times but data is so delayed I’d end up spending too much waiting on this app. I’ve had an adset active now for ~24 hours. App shows NO DATA AT ALL!! Web? $16 spent and several other KPIs. I’m not due for an app update. The app just doesn’t update.

Growing with the best’s. I'm happy!! Finally and after a lot of effort I have begun to boost my local business, none of this would have been possible without the help of Meta Facebook Ads! I'm receiving customers every day and with minimal investment It's great!!

Broken Again. None of my accounts are loading after recent update. Says network error and none of the app components load. I’ve reinstalled, rebooted, the full works to no avail. This app has always been terrible for a technology company. You’d think that with advertising being the core source of revenue for Meta that they would deploy a halfway decent app to help track spend and manage accounts. I spend close to figures on Meta each year and the fact that I can’t wake up and check on each account from my phone each morning is mind blowing. Take a page from Google and build a functional App for ad management and reporting on the go. I’d be willing to bet it’d pay for itself in a few months. More time by advertisers in the ad platform generally means more revenue from ad spend….

No help at all. My Facebook and Instagram accounts are linked yet they are coming up as different account numbers and no matter what I do I cannot get them to talk together. Meta is absolutely no help at all. This app is a joke! It was supposed to let me fix my problem but it hasn’t done that because I need a real life person to talk to! But no matter what I do I cannot get ahold of a real person to talk to from Meta. Absolutely frustrating and exhausting. I hate the world y’all have created.

The application freezes constantly.. The app freezes frequently, preventing me from creating a new campaign. Despite my efforts to set up a campaign and input information, the app always seems to freeze once I have completed the hard work. As a result, I lose all of my progress, which is quite frustrating. Working with this app feels like a waste of time, and I hope that the developers will issue an update that resolves this issue.
