Doesn’t Work. Downloaded and tried to play, but it doesn’t work. I can’t start a game. It just glitches

Scam?. Does not work, just reloads the menu when you hit new game. Judging by the reviews it’s been like this for a year

Fun game, but.... Ran through this game in a day. It’s pretty addictive, with the great cartoonish design and the fantastic soundtrack (I really like the music). However, I can’t tell if I beat the game or not. For one, I wasn’t able to land on Decrepiton the first time, then the planet appeared on the map again. I went through the level, beating the boss who claims to have double-crossed Rhys, and then...that’s it. Is there more that I’m missing? I’ve gone back to the previous planets that the game allows me to and...nothing. There was some text from the in-game partner who buzzed in every so often to inform you of where to go next, but I don’t think I paid attention. Perhaps a “mission objective” screen on the pause menu would be helpful. That is, if I didn’t already beat the game.

I have finished Dali..... I have completed all of Dali and it will not let me go to th next planet. I wanted the walkthrough and this should most definitely not be happening.

Excellent, except one big thing. It is a very well made adventure and action game, i do love it but as another reviewer said, if you visit a previous planet that you have already completed, you will NOT be able to return to the other planets beyond that. Your progress is restarted from the planet you decided to travel to and there was no warning telling you so

Some innovation to a classic game type. When I started this game, I feel a bit disappointed. The visual is unique, but it’s not on the beautiful side. The animation also feels a bit laggy. But as a 2D scroll shooting game, it has a very unique map layout. It seems has some parallel roads which means the level design is not a linear one like many traditional ones. It has some alternative paths which are in the middle of the sky which requires some solid jumpping skill to master. But eventually they all lead to the same destination. One of the innovation this game introduces is adding the tower defense elements into some of the battles. With this innovation, the story now can contains something like protect the space ship or the village. There’re also drawbacks. One of them is the jump mechanism. Even after an hour of play, I am still a bit confused about what’s the best way to trigger the continuously jump. I ended up by keeping smashing the button and hope the astronaut can keep jumping up. Maybe I missed some of the tutorials in the early game which lead to another flaw I want to bring. The dialog will move on automatically, which sometimes finishes too fast. Therefore even now, I have little understand for the whole story and the goal of the adventure.

Unable to start game. Game won’t even let me start playing. I click new game and yes and it exits the game. The controls are so janky. It looks fun just wish I could play

Game literally won’t launch. Apparently this is a known issue yet hasn’t been addressed, but you literally can’t even start a game. When you try it just boots you back to the main menu. 0/10, literally unplayable.

Doesn’t work. Upon opening the game you get stuck on the Home Screen. Unplayable

Annoying glitches.. Seemed like a fun game until I came to my first crafting attempt. It allowed me to craft my first device then I couldn’t exit the menus. You could see it sensed my touch but it did nothing. Then in the home screen where you can choose continue, new game and settings none of those buttons are responsive. Frustrating to say the least. It looks like I’m not the only one, other reviewers have had similar issues many weeks ago with no resolve, obviously.

Mixed feelings. Beautiful art, fun gameplay, but midway it becomes super hard (even on easy mode) and grindy. I bailed before ending. A shame

I really like gameplay, but.... It was waaaay to short. My expectations for Apple Arcade games are high, and this didn’t meet them. It is an extremely short story that I finished in 2:24min. I just wish that the story was longer, and that there was more planets. Or just make the planets last longer, I know about the extra stuff and all that, but I’ve unlocked everything and have fought every boss, (yes even the secret one) you should either make a sequel, or make an update for a new villain and new planets. This would make the game a lot better. But I loved the gameplay, and the bosses and villains were great, other than the limited story. This is a good game and I would suggest it to friends, just please 👏 🙏 add more story, just make a big update like the rest of the Apple Arcade games do, anyway, devs. Plz let me know if you guys are planning more story or planets to star fetched. Because if so, I would play it a lot more, thanks devs! 🙏

Second Planet Bug. Latest version and iOS 13.3 I see others experienced this also... can never progress past planet 2. The castle defender battle never initiates... Played through many times and it never progresses. Very frustrating and disappointing end to an otherwise beautiful game with a great soundtrack and unique art work. Fix it, please?

Terribly unresponsive controls. Great artwork and cool concept art but the controls are impossible. It often doesn’t register correctly. Plus it says press left and right and swipe to jump but that’s not right. It’s swipe left and right and press to jump. I’ll reserve final judgment till v2 updates but right now it’s not really working on iPhone 12 proMax.

Planet 2 bug. Great graphics and the gameplay is enjoyable and brought me back to my childhood but I cannot progress past planet 2. My book says I’ve made 0 progress on both planets after completing them and even uninstalled and reinstalled just to come back to the same bug. Really wish I could enjoy the rest of the game.

Bugs need to be fixed. I finished all planets and went back to Leviatha to farm so that I could get the squid blaster and my ship disappeared and I couldn’t go back. Was forced to start a new game. So disappointed. Almost unlocked everything too 😔 My 5yr old and I play this game together and he was equally disappointed as we had worked so hard playing together.

Needs bug fixes. Huge bug :( if you ever go back to a planet you defeated you will not be able to leave the planet to finish the game. It’s a great game but there needs an update to fix the big bug :(

Help?. I made it to the second planet and I beat the boss. Then I got a blueprint to craft a new weapon. If you don’t know where I am, it is where you get the third weapon. Now I have no idea what to do next. Please guide me in the right direction.

Game is not starting. Game is not starting…. In each new game attempt it came back to new game screen. How could they publish such a game? How Apple let them do it in Arcade, which is a paid service!

Love the game just some suggestions. Could you maybe add like a horde mode where you build stuff because after you complete all the planets you don’t use ur buildings much also are there more levels coming out

Short, Cute, but Not Very Entertaining. And also a bit buggy on tvOS. Exploring planets wasn’t super engaging because the combat was too simple and easy, the guns aren’t different enough, and the level design is a bit too open to not have a map and mostly leads to often lead to dead ends.

Needs Update. I really like the game. And I’m giving 4 stars because I’ve enjoyed every bit that I’ve played so far. However I too have been but by the 2nd planet bug. Once completing the 2nd planet I have no option to move forward in the game. I’ve gone back through both available planets and nothing changes. I’ve seen other comments with this issue and I’ve seen developer responses saying it’s been fixed. But it appears it needs more work. 5 stars when I can complete the game.

Fun game with some bad bugs. This is a really fun game, I love the integration of plat forming, exploration, and tower defense. Unfortunately it’s very buggy. I’ve gotten stuck on crafting tables, and now I’m unable to leave the second planet even though I’ve beat the boss. Unless there’s something I’m missing, in which case a map or list of objectives would be very handy.

Equipping the flippers...?. Great game, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to equip the flippers in world 3. I go to the equip tab, tap on the shows tile, tap the arrows to go to the flippers, but I can’t seem to find a way to actually equip them. When I close the menu and reopen it - I’m back to the default shoes.

Fun game but infuriating. This could be such a great game! As others have said, never return to a planet you already left. You will get trapped on Leviatha or unable to go to any new planets after that if you haven’t already been there. Also, the cogs are required for building weapons and armor but it is hard to farm enough so you need to buy them. Some schemas require thousands but you can only buy one at a time. Spending 5 minutes tapping buy is nuts. Why isn’t there a way to buy 100 at a time? Who need just one? Stupid stuff like this ruins this game.

Looks great but game is (still!!) broken. So many updates but I still Cannot exit crafting table. In fact, cannot use any of the buttons for crafting table. I use an iPhone 11 Pro, Apple TV and iPad Pro. Too bad it seems like a great game but is unplayable :( Update March 24, 2021 still unplayable.

Game continues buggy. Every time you play the game and you go back to the first planet to stick um on gears, pearls and stuff to be able to craft objects, the game stops working and you have to reset and start again!!! Can you please fix it????

Needs work!. Good overall game but needs WORK! There are BUGS. Developers please fix. New worlds will not unlock.

Great game but buggy. Awesome game. Lots of annoying bugs though like the unresponsive craft book at times. And the encyclopedia that only shows enemies from one planet. After spending 750 on the squid gun, I can’t even equip it 😫?!? Will check back after the next version. Thanks for the good work!

Wanting More. Cute graphics, like the style, and that’s why it gets 2 stars, but that seems to be where it ends. The levels feel like random jumping around with no real sense of direction. Kept ending up in the same places again and again. Shooting was hard to aim and enemies unsatisfying to kill.

Loved it until I visited a previous level. Seriously, why though? This game had me so entertained and then my hopes and dreams of this game being amazing just got pooped on. Come on why wouldn’t you fix that or explain at least? Boooooo, deleting now.

Help!. I am not sure if it’s me, or if something is wrong. I finished Dali. Teleported to my ship and it will only let me go to the first two planets. I can’t move forward. Did I forget to do something? Or is it the game? So far I have enjoyed it. But the not knowing what I need to do next or if it’s something wrong is incredibly frustrating.

THIS GAME's New Update Is Worse!!!. Every Time I Tried To Press Continue Or New Game, They Wouldn't Let Me Play! Please Fix It!!!!!

Very clunky controls. Just not fun to play for long.

Really liked the game. But... I’m on the second world and have played through it about 10 times. Each time, I get to the part that should be the tower defense portion and it won’t let me build and no enemies come. There seems to be no way to get past this issue.

Needs to be Updated. I am stuck on the third planet, and I think it reset all of my progress because I traveled back to another planet, but now it won’t give me any prompts. Most games have a help button—this one gives you no guidance. I would rather not have to start the planet over again.

Great but with extremely annoying bugs. I really like star fetched but there is bug that I really hate like this one in which you get stuck on the second planet even though you have already beat the boss that gives you the short distance yet powerful fire like gun! Also I had done what seemed to be beat the game but instead it just blocked 3 previous planets, so I have no Idea if did beat the game, but apart from that I like the game and the controls are very easy and straightforward, unlike what other reviews had made me think! If there was a way that you could know if you have beaten the game and fix the bug that makes get stuck on the second planet I will rate it with 5 ⭐️

World 2 bug still stopping progress. Newest version of the game. Never allowed to move past world 2.

Not even accesible. I don't know what's going on with this game, other than it has a serious glitch. I couldn't even play the game because the intro took me right back to the title screen no matter what I chose. Insane. How is this even on Arcade with a glitch like that? Please remove this useless waste.

Great game. However, there are some game stopping bugs. One of which has me stuck at crafting station with craft book open and will not allow me to exit. Having to go to exit game and restart also does not work. The book is open as I resume game. On planet 2 at first crafting station after I had landed. Unfortunate bc there seems to be some serious love poured into game. But bugs like this truly prevent me from continuing. Will come back to this after there have been a few passes of bug squashing in coming weeks/months.

Please change controls. Trying to jump and shoot is very hard, please change the swipe to jump control. Not bad otherwise except with no map I am stuck after you kill the large guy and a small guy starts falling you.. Update: A map would help..next section is HARD

Lacking in execution. I really like the ideas of this game (light crafting in a platformer with some tower defense built in) but it’s not coming together for me. The first thing I noticed was the platforming physics just don’t match what I’m seeing on the screen. Hit boxes are off, and mechanics aren’t very clear (kept going back to the crafting station at first trying to find the turret blueprint I just found; ammo is a bit perplexing). Things just feel rushed. I’d love to play a more polished version of this.

Honest review. This game looks promising, with some stellar art and a decent premise. It however fails on a lot of other aspects; level design and platforming mechanics are mediocre, with the multitude of bugs and the utterly boring pace dragging it down to possibly one of the most underwhelming games I’ve played. More work can be done on it but it’s gonna be delisted inevitably.

Help. On the first level I picked up, what I thought was, a blueprint called a “monster bomb tower” or something like that. I went to the crafting table but it says I have no blueprints for any of the 3 categories. I then went to the “equip” menu and again nothing was there. Later in the game I found a store and unlocked the “skull blaster” which was the same symbol, a piece of rolled up blue paper, and when I went to the crafting table that was in there. Please help I don’t know if this is a weird glitch or if I am doing something wrong or if maybe the tower isn’t able to be used until later in the game? Thanks in advance!

Couldn’t even play. Couldn’t even make it out of the main menu. Some of the opening dialogue popped up but clicking new game or continue just refreshed the screen and did nothing.

Not a good game. This game is just overall bad. Gameplay is bad, levels are boring. Only good thing about this game is the backgrounds, they’re quite nice. Hard to believe that the same dev studio made Skyfish 2, which is actually a quality mobile game

Updated app, third planet still won’t unlock. Seems like such a wasted game. Not only do you get stuck going over the same levels trying to figure out why the owners aren’t unlocking. Everything so far has been a bit boring and easy as a platformer goes. Just hold down shoot with the skeleton gun. I unlocked new boots, they seem to be cosmetic. Thinks this game could ha e been a lot better and exciting so far.

Jump mechanic is flawed. The double jump barely works - sometimes it clears the obstacle but many times it won’t. Looks good but unplayable until that’s fixed.

Well i can play the game now at least. and it is solid.

Great controls but can’t exit the crafting screen. Crafting screen is bugged; there’s no way to exit it without killing the game and restarting it. Controls are great; the gold standard for platform games on the phone, honestly. Ignore the 1-star review the other guy posted, the double jump is fine (sometimes you have to wall jump a lot to get on top of something).

Geared more towards younger players. Kind of easy, levels fairly straightforward. I didn’t really find it engaging. Nice visuals.

Low framerate. Can’t get into the game, it runs at like 12FPS on my iPhone 11 Pro. Interesting idea, and big fan of the developers work but a 2d game that runs at this low FPS?

Pro controls well on a controller Con Needs a map to tell where you are within the level Bad design that you need to take damage in order to scale up spike walls Dead ends without indication of where to go Expensive towers which don’t attack the enemies since they need to walk on them but the tower is higher. Awesome but I have to let you know something. If you click the arrow and also go you can go to a locked planet also you can glitch the almost final boss king oggs mechs by going by the fight starter by going in and then out really fast you can skip it also you can cheat the ocean boss by sitting by the tv and a suggestion add a creative mode a custom map maker and also custom weapon tabs and also I love the game I also did a speed run on it but messed up the last second tough game witch is a good thing my YouTube is Gh0sty I’ll be trying to do a speed run another time I don’t know when and also you can fly straight up if you use shock boots on 1 following corrupt eye thingy also a suggestion make a ultra secret where you need to go to different planets in a certain order and the the final boss will give you a ultra windgun that shoots tornados and shoots lightning randomly and also a helmet that gives you extra cogs and screws sorry if this is to much I just really love your game😁.

Desperately needs a D-Pad option. The swipe controls are absolutely horrible. We need an optional D-Pad / movement buttons. I’m sure it’s a fun game otherwise, but these controls are terrible.

Very fun but..... This game desperately needs a mini map of some sort. It’s easy to lose track of where you’ve been and not be able to progress because you can’t find anything. Really good so far though

Where are the gears. They stoped selling gears at the shops so it is much harder to find gears there is no other use for money now

Best game I’ve played in a while, butt…. Other reviewers have said this. Once you visit a planet you’ve previously been on, there’s no way to get back to the most recent plant you were on. This obviously messes up game progress. If this issue would be fixed I’d easily give this game 5 stars. Either way, other than that issue the game is awesome. I’m hoping they fix this problem and make a sequel

Cute game. Cute game, but the frame rate/pacing is almost making me sick to my stomach on my late gen iPad Pro. Which really shouldn’t be the case considering the graphical style. I’ll probably try to get farther when it doesn’t make me want to liberate my breakfast.
