ADDICTING. This game is very fun and addictive. Mines on mars zero is very very fun. I’ve been playing it nonstop with wonders underground waiting to be found. It was really cool when I fount some alien temple and saw a giant red alien thing that almost killed me. It was also very interesting how you guys added that extra terrestrial lever block to where it opened to an alien temple. This game is very creative and I can’t stop playing. My only question is, what’s the difference between mines on mars zero and mines on mars? The one that costs

Game is looking up. I have only played a few hours, but i am really enjoying the game for what it is. Some things that i wish could be ironed out is the jump system, just would be easier to have a dedicated button starting out and even an option to toggle jet pack to conserve fuel. All in all, a very well constructed game in my eyes. Looking forward to more updates!

Glitches. I enjoy the game a lot I really do but why is it when I load the crafting menu I always get adds that I not only can’t skip but also won’t let me exit when there over. It’s a problem I’ve been facing since installing a day or so ago and it’s my only annoyance in the entire game. I keep losing progress because of it and it’s driving me crazy

beautiful soundtrack, crashes. I'd give this game five stars - it's got one of the best indie game soundtracks I've heard, and the gameplay is relaxing. After hours of play it crashed and completely hung any time I tried to access the savegame, so there's that.

Great iPhone game after quite a while. Want a sequel!. The game is great. Seems to be having a bit of fluidity issues. A little bit of fine tuning can smooth out the frame rate.

Uuuuuuhhhhhh. I will Admit that this is a fun game but the main problems with it are that you have to watch an ad every time you go into the crafting menu unless you pay for ads to go away and when you run out of fuel in the mines you can kiss your love for this game good bye because you lose everything. These problems may not seem like much but they get very annoying and irritating when you play. So if you don't mind getting mad all the time go ahead and get this game. Ps don't get this game👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 it's not worth your sanity.

Deep and Engaging. You can tell a lot of work went into making this game. The art, dialogue, and gameplay are all extremely polished. For those who like mining and RPGs, check this out. Update: fixed my iPad problems!

Cant play!!! Crashes iphone5s. Great game but suddenly stopped working, ill open the game and in a few seconds itll crash. Even leaving it alone on the start screen it will eventually crash The saving needs to be automatic too many times i accidently quit to the menu or something else and lost my progress

Multiplayer?. I had an idea for multiplayer everyone has there own mines and on the surface everyone can talk but can’t steal and u can invite ppl to a multiplayer mine with 3 local friends and u all work together

Great game. This overall is a great game, the only thing that would make it a little better is work on the controls, sometimes I want to shoot a gun but instead I jump, maybe give us a setting for us to visualize the controls, but besides that it's a really good game

BEST GAME EVERRR!!!!!. This game is like minecraft, BUT WAY BETTER THAN MINECRAFT!!!! I would give this game 100 * but I can't. If your looking for a game that doesn't take energy or whatever to do things, or something that doesn't take 2 days to do then your looking at the best game of your life

Good game but.... Has some issues. I played on my iPad with a ps4 controller and found it to be quite a fun and engaging game. But, after 10 hours of mining and collecting every artifact from the Offering Table, crafting every single piece of equipment and beating all but one boss, I found that there was some kind of glitch that kept me from being able to enter the first boss’s lair. Which means that I couldn’t get the final piece of the key or get into the final dungeon all the way at the bottom of the map. I probably won’t play it through again because I don’t want something similar to happen again. Bummer

Bad Mechanics. I originally gave this 4 stars but just lowered it to two after deleting the game just now. The low fuel/lose everything mechanic totally ruined the game for me. No map, nothing to help you when your fuel is running low and any game that causes you to lose everything over a stupid developer's preference is nothing but a waste of time.

Amazing. I downloaded the free version to see if i should by the full version. So far i have loved it. Very fun game if you like games like terraria. Very good story and graphics. Lots of discovery but i wish you could add randomly generated mines. Other than that it is great.

good game but control problem. This game has interesting plot and game play, i really love rpg with level/equipment grinding that has a plot overlaid as the game progress and this game has those two! However there's difficulties in controlling on how to jump as well as aiming the gun, I still can't make the character jump at all :( So it will be really helpful if there's an option for visible controller.

Magnificent Martian Mammogram. I found this game to be absolutely worth the $0.00 USD I spent on it! Seriously old school side scrolling game with very minimal gaming variations... Luckily, I love digging and digging, digging and digging, digging and digging... Oops... The ore bin is full, I better enjoy walking back to the portal and turn in... External sounds please. Hiya! I like your game Mines of Mars. I started with the free version and paid to remove the ads. So now I have the full version. I’m playing on an iPhone Xr IOS 14.2. The thing is when I turn off the music and the SFX the game still shuts off external sounds. Why offer an off setting for music and sounds but not let me listen to whatever I want to listen to? If I wanted no game music and no game sfx I could just turn off my phone’s main volume. If you give the player the option to turn off game noise it’s specifically so they can pkay their own non-game noise... isn’t it? Anyway, i request please to be able to listen to other stuff whilst playing Mines of Mars. Thanks!

Great story/adventure game. This game has a great story and it has a lot of adventure to it. It is a really detailed game.I hope sooner or later we can find things on the surface and explore on the surface,and I hope you devs and something where we can explore different planets and they all have different story's.I ❤️ this game!

Adds are a bit annoying. First of all, great game! I suggest that anyone wondering if they should get it or not defiantly should give this game a try. The only complaint that I have is that I dread having to open the crafting station because like 75% of the time there's like a 30 second add. So the only thing I can say to change is maybe to lower the percentage of adds to maybe like 40% of the time, but otherwise it's a really great game!

I just can't put it down!. Easy to use, great sound track, fun constantly evolving gameplay with the amount of upgrades given. It's a great way to kill boredom and the back story is a definite bonus

Needs some fine tuning. The two things that stood out immediately are the uncomfortable controls and difficulty finding tier 2 materials. The controls making jumping and using the jet pack a pain to do. I often would be running and then my jet pack would activate burning valuable fuel. I'd much rather have the jet pack have a dedicated button. Second, the second tier materials are too hard to find. I don't mind spending the time to hunt for them but I've gotten to a point where I'm digging deeper than my jet pack can take me to find the materials to upgrade my jet pack. Finally, the ads are really going overboard and I don't see this game being worth the money to invest in ad free.

Stunning.... This game is incredible, Such good graphics and if you think hard it is actually kind of realistic, and guys don't complain about the ads, this game makes up for it. I would highly recommend this game to anyone who likes the following: Minecraft, Terraria, Miner's Haven on roblox. Again, STUNNING 😳

Raging and time consuming. The graphics of this game is amazing, but every single time I dug deeper the jet pack runs out of fuel and many of the times I only need a few seconds of fuel to reach the portal. I didn't collect enough materials to upgrade the jet pack yet, and I had spent 2 hrs playing the game already, only to delete it because I found the controls to be uncomfortable and I always teleported to the surface without the many materials I spent much patience and time on mining. If you could refill the jet pack by watching an ad or something each time you run out, I would've rated this 5/5. Very disappointing for a game with great graphics.

Great game!. Very interesting. Only thing about the game is when you kill the last boss and turn into a ghost, then the game is pointless to play because there is nothing more to it. But still great game, just wish It had more to the story but I still enjoyed it. Worth downloading for sure.

NOT what I expected. The game has it's problems but all games do. The controls are a bit awkward but after a while you get used to the. For me they make the game event more fun. And the story unlike other games IT HAS ONE and it has me on my toes the entire time. I am having a great time so far.

Was gonna leave 5 stars but…. When it asked me to leave a review I went to do so and came back to find out I hadn’t been saving the game at all like I was supposed to and lost my 30 mins of gameplay lol. This is the first mobile game that feels fulfilling though in a long time

Great. It's a great mining game, I've seen my friends play this and when they let me try it out, I thought it was awesome. The reason I'm rating it a three star is because I can't even play the game. All it does is quit the game 2 seconds after I open it. I have the required I.o.s. version but it still doesn't work. If possible, please try to fix this

A lot of fun so far. I’ve been playing about an hour and it has sucked me in. Pretty awesome. Hopefully it doesn’t become pay to play like some other games. I did pay to have ads removed, but I don’t mind that for this game. It’s def worth $3.

Great game. Great game but they stopped working on it many years ago, this could have been huge. Another example of waisted potential of another game on the App Store. In the update notice they said it was going to be multiplayer... sigh. Maybe in another life lol. This game is still awesome and worth the money I give it a 7/5, 2 bonus stars for a job well done.

Best mining game so far. I love this mining game. I have played Minecraft and the one tht starts with a t. I can't remember rn. Terraria I think. Anyways would've given a 5 star rating if the ads weren't whenever u went to go craft something. I would prefer a banner or early skip feature.

Mr. Lawrence. A great game to play all the way around. I have been playing for several years now. I still love it. And look forward to more challenging levels and new planets, make this game even harder to resist with alien miners that are fighting for gems, and you must defend your base.

Great Game. I wish there were a lot more games exactly like this but could be better. I suggest creating an auto save function and maybe even levels for the character like an RPG along with different skills to upgrade

Poor strategy for sales. The game seems legit, but the way it goes about ads is too intrusive. If they were banner ads or partially timed video with an early skip feature it would still annoy enough to get people to buy, but maybe the end user could focus more on IF they like the game. By the way, there seems to be no explanation as to the differences in the free/unlock ads for $3 vs. purchase for $5 versions.

Great! Small annoyances. Overall this game is awesome, I was very close to five stars. Something I don't like is the controls for the jet pack (You mine and then fly back to the surface or you run out of fuel) The controls cause you to waste fuel when you don't need it. Graphics are amazing though

4.5(don't know how to do .5😂). Love it for the most part but sometimes the offering pit won't give you anything but that can easily fixed (hint hint😉)and for everyone who doesn't know you can shoot dirt with a gun and it will break eventually just FYI

Best mining game out there. This game is different than most in the way that it's half way procedural yet has a story and progression. Start out being dropped off on Mars by a damaged lander. And explore out. There are robots on the surface but no life forms. Until you get under the surface that is… Download it. You won't regret it.

Loved this game!. I had a long 12 hour flight from US to Japan and needed some entertainment. This game made the flight seems so fast. I played almost 10 hours straight just wondering around the mines and finding new things. One questions tho and warning **spoilers ahead**! I don’t want to ruin the end of the story so I will try not to but after beating the final creature near the bottom, my game crashes! 😩 or it does something like crashing. Don’t get me wrong I loved this game and will continue playing but the story is so good that I need to know what is suppose to happen when the statue opens its mouth?

Incredible!. The atmosphere is really nice, the music is awesome it's just that I wish there was more to it. At the begging it's like "Wow! There is so much stuff to do and so many upgrades to try to get/craft!" But then at the end and you have all the upgrades there isn't really that much to do. But still this game is one of the best games out there on the App Store. Everything from gameplay to story is definitely a four star!

Fun but controls could be better. I enjoy playing this game but the controls could be better. When I try to jump I ultimately end up using my jet pack. I'm scared to venture too far into the mines because my jet pack fuel is very limited. Overall, I love the music, graphics, and concept but I wish the controls were better.

Minus the ads.... ...great game for anyone a fan of procedurally generated mining platforming games such as Terraria, Steam World Dig, Junk Jack, etc. I may spend a couple bucks later and get the ads removed, they are getting a bit annoying, even the devs think so apparently, judging by the "ads stink :(" pop up that came up on the game lol.

Fun. I’ve played a lot of games and everybody wants money, but I really enjoy myself in this game, I did layer by layer, maybe I’ll spend some money later but so far haven’t spent anything really fun good music relaxing it’s chill bro

Awesome but still has some bugs... This game is amazing. Honestly. The controls are good but I can't figure out how to jump so I always use fuel. Also when an ad comes up it doesn't even play so the X button doesn't show. So I'm trapped and have to refresh the game. Please fix this and then 5 out of 5 stars.

Good but lacking content. This game is very enjoyable but could use much more and (though I am aware of the struggle of making a free game) this game has a very good idea it feels like the same type of 2d miner I’ve played a million times but adds something to it that makes it so much fun. Kind of eh, but there’s potential.. The game just really feels kind of average. I went ahead and bought the No Ads(three dollars is kind of insane), and I’ve been playing for about two hours or so. The sound bugged out after the only ad I’ve seen, so I’m playing a silent game of Diggy Diggy Hole with Thing Thing level combat(except a bit worse because of the way guns work here), and it’s really just looking like a time-killer game. Especially because I have to return to the surface every two minutes to offload all the gems I’ve found in my search for the apparently rare spawns of metal. It’s better than Minecraft Mobile so there is that. I feel like the game has a fair bit of potential, too, but the build up is slow and I can see why people wouldn’t like it.

Pretty cool. I think this is really neat, pretty intuitive layout. I like the idea of the hidden "joysticks" and the creativity taken is fantastic. I am thankful it is compatible with iOS version 6 so it works on my iPad 2. Thank you! Back to the game now :)

About. I remember playing this when I was younger and it is just as great as I remembered help this get to 5 stars I had quite a lot of trouble finding it I scrolled for about 1-2 minutes but it’s a great game good job Crescent

Interesting but issues. The premise and gameplay are fun. Cute. Exploration. Mysterious with some nice humor tossed in there. And carnivorous Martian plants. But…seriously. The controls. I try to walk, I’m activating the jet pack. All. The. Time. It gets a bit old. Glad there’s no cost to refill fuel, but it cuts expeditions down short. That bit of dexterity issue aside, enjoyable romp through the tunnels of Mars. Update: …and after playing for a few days, finding some interesting items and getting a few solid upgrades, my saved game is now gone. Progress reset to 0%. If that’s not a serious buzzkill, I don’t know what is. Huge fail. Thanks for the memories. De-lete.

Great game but some problems. This is a very good game, but it would be nice if you could add a map that shows where you explored already and your mine shafts that you dug. I also have a problem with finding materials and bringing them back to the surface, and you should make materials like cobalt and emerald easier to find. Other than that it’s a great game.

Good game but needs autosave. I would have rated this 5/5, but I just lost my save file because there was no autosave. I had just about completed the game but my game froze so I had to close the app, and when I went back into it it said my progress was only at 15% and I now have to basically start from scratch because there was no autosave system.

Awesome. Just awesome.. At first I would of rated this 3 or 4 stars because you can't mine upwards or while flying. Then I discovered that you can shoot to mine. Thank you is all I can say to this amazing feature.

Need to fix crashing after ads. Was a great game however it does need map and most definitely auto save, game keeps crashing after watching ads (from dying and going into craft.) I would of been over 50% until it crashed and I lost everything took me back to 12%! Very frustrating!!! Fix crashing and could be a 5 star game!!!

Beat it...I think. I got every item and relic and offering pit stuff and ive beaten every boss,now im transparent and waiting until these guys come up with a update furthering the storyline...This game is great though...just add mire stuff to do,the coop update sounds cool though but temember that there will be servers with nothing to mine xP

Great digging, crappy ending. The Good: This is a really good classic digging game. Lots of variety and addictive crafting and exploration. The Bad: This game spends a lot of time lore building an interesting story but when you reach the end, it feels unsatisfactory. I spent money on this game for the game play but the ending really soured me. The Ugly: We know games like these require ads, but this game has non skippable LONG ads at the crafting station. Crafting is a key part of the game and here the long ads are really annoying.

Great open world exploration map, recommended for Minecraft lovers. The game isn't like those freemium games where paying a small price would enhance your experience when the game turns out to only last for about half an hour or an hour, no, this game is what you would expect from a Crescent Moon game: Long, fun and just providing a ton of content for free for most games, with the price of a few ads.

It's... OK. It's a great game don't get me wrong. My only issue is the controls. I have to use my gun to mine upwards or while using my jet pack which is really annoying when I go into a dungeon but remember I have no ammo from mining.

Great game but the controls are weird. Most of the time, the jetpack activates after jumping which wastes precious fuel and the whole point of jumping is to conserve fuel. Might as well just fly everywhere then and prioritize jetpack upgrades.

Easy going. It’s a very relaxed paced game and it makes it more enjoyable without the feeling of stress to meet milestones or objectives by set deadlines.

I love the graphics and art. Wanted to try this game out and immediately fell in love with the graphics and art style. It reminded me of my childhood game named deep world except this on isnt multiplayer like deep world is. This game would be killer multiplayer and if it were mmo. Nonetheless cool game

Enjoyable so far.. I have had this game for a few days. It's been fun but it would be nice to have the controls for jumping be easier and not to burn fuel all the time.

Love this game but get a controller.. Great game but it plays much better with a controller. I don’t like my review being preloaded for me (Enjoy the game so far it needs tweaking but for a free game not a bad way to pass the time)

The games fantastic. I remember player this game a couple of years ago and I just remembered it and reinstalled it. This game is just as good as the day I uninstalled it on my kindle.

Slow paced. Could use a bit more variety and action; but it has enough that I’m still playing to see if it becomes more challenging.

Grinding Challenge. It’s really hard to get materials, but that adds to the fun. Could do without ads popping up every time you enter the craft building.

Great! Would buy ad free version if the price was dropped.. I'm really enjoying this game. I would buy the "full version" if the price was dropped by a couple bucks.

Good game. Finicky controls. As others have mentioned, designated buttons would be a big improvement. Still a very fun game with eye candy graphics.

Great Game, Trial Version. This game is amazing. It was made to be a premium game. So, I suggest that if you like this one, but are sick of the ads, just buy the full app. It's worth it!

Ads & Controls. I really like this game, however, every time I go to a building, I have to sit through a 30 second ad which is extremely irritating. Also, the controls are a little jenk, but bearable if the ads issue can be fixed.

You HAVE to buy packages. It's a fun game. It can be tough at times, but if you just keep trying and keep at it then it's satisfying when you do get over the hurdles.

Beat it before but. It is a fun game but when I tired to restore purchases it would not let me remove ads had to buy a whole new remove ads oh well still fun

Motherload. Back when Motherload was getting stale this is the game I was looking for to take its place. It's not a short game and you will be putting effort into it. Gotta say I love it.

Needs Multiplayer. I like the game and all but I think it needs multiplayer. I would also like more updates for the game. Please update more and upgrade the game it has good potential.

Fun game. Really great game. Only issue is the ads. I get they are necessary to keep the game free, but they are rather lengthy. Other than that, this games is really addicting.

Good game love it. So I to metal part and I thought this game wasn’t scary at all BUT THEN SOME BIG GIANT BIRD THING CAME OUT OF NO WHERE scared me a lot and the game is a lot of fun to play I got a shotgun and some armor which I thought was cool getting.

I like it.. Aiming your gun takes a little practice. Sometimes digging and flying seem frustrating... but I'm new at this app! I am enjoying the slowly developing story, and hope to see how it fleshed out.
