Not so Restickable. They look beautiful and color is just right but they don’t stick on or stay on easily after you have moved them off from the original spot you put them on. We moved the picture from one wall to another and one of the three would not restick and stay. The other two stick for a few days and then fell off. I ended up using command strips after trying to reorder the stickers backing with them and it didn’t send.

False advertisement - low quality prints - awful customer support. I ordered 23 tiles, hoping the quality of the images would be the same as the ones advertised on their website. The quality was so low, even the images were high resolution with high quality. The worst part was their customer support. According to their website: “We know you are going to love your EasyTiles experience. In fact, we're so confident that we are pleased to provide an unconditional money-back guarantee. If within the first 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide a complete refund.” This is a completely false statement. When I contacted them, after many emails and conversations, they just simply said “the quality of our prints are the best and blah blah.” And, they did not refund me. They even did not bother to respond to my further followups and emails. Extremely unsatisfied with this fake app.

Great product. I have ordered several times and I am very pleased with each and every tile. One of the things I like best is that they will tell you if the picture will not be clear and suggest picking another photo. Also you can email questions and a response is timely. I am also happy with the delivery time. It’s very swift and packaged well. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the cost, other companies charge much more for the same thing. Keep up the good work.

Cannot Select. So I wanted to reprint a couple of tiles from the last tile order I made and the app doesn’t have that option. I had to reprint ALL 6 tiles in the previous order. I think your app developer should be able to easily add this option.

I love my tiles ♥️. I ordered 16 tiles and received them within like 5 days. They came out great even better than I expected. The price is amazing especially considering the fact some places charge 2 time what EasyTiles charge per picture. They were easy to order and they even tell you which pictures might come out blurry(or to choose a better pic). All of mines came out great even the ones that had a warning. Thanks EasyTiles 👏😁

Never received tiles. I will never order form this company again. Spare yourself the stress and frustration and order from somewhere else. After receiving 3 different tracking numbers for my order of four tiles (all because the orders kept disappearing) the order finally said it was delivered after being over a month late. The ONLY thing that was delivered was the leveling tool to help hang the tiles. So the tool came but no tiles!? Doesn’t even make sense. I am hoping to get a refund of my money since I never received my order, but who knows if that’ll ever happen since now after I’ve spoken to multiple customer service reps I am just getting an automated reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. My money was taken and I never got any tiles. :(

Excellent. I’m a new customer and recently ordered 40 photo tiles. Very satisfied with the packaging and product. I had an issue with one of the tiles and reached out for assistance. Customer support was very prompt and efficient in resolving my issue. Will definitely be getting more photo tiles in the future!

Not as good as I hoped. I really like the idea of these photo tiles, but after being up less than a week on our wall, 5 of my 12 tiles have fallen and therefore dented corners. I even cleaned the surface with alcohol pads before. I think buying a stronger mounting product that holds weight will do the trick. There are removable adhesives that I’ve had much better experience using. It’s the “3m Command brand, damage free hanging” strips. I recommend using these instead to prevent damaging your photos and/or scaring the crap out of whoever happens to be in the room when it falls.

Perfect Photos. Easy times is so easy to use and order prints. They arrive quickly and are super easy to stick to the wall. You can take them off and move them around and they still stick. The photo quality is great too! I love these and will definitely order more!

Love these tiles!. We are realtors and have displayed all of the homes we sold with these. It’s our favorite part of the office. I don’t use the stickers that it comes with but instead a single medium size 3M hook as our first few did fall off the wall and break. No issues since the command strips and they are Velcro so we easily able to move the tiles around

First Tile Order. I bought 15 tiles for my first order to hang diagonally up my staircase. The tiles came to days ahead of the estimated delivery time and they were absolutely beautiful! The tiles fit perfectly on my wall going up the staircase, as I was hanging them I noticed one of the tiles had a small hairline crack. I called customer service and they immediately replaced the picture with no questions asked. I will definitely be buying more tiles in the future!

Love them . . But . .. They are great but I should have edited the one photo before choosing it. The top of my sons head was cut off and my grandsons hands were cut off. I don’t know how that could have been prevented. They are automatically printed, no human design in the printing. It was a picture of a framed picture and the frame was showing.

Ordering for the second time. Y’all this product is unbelievable I received my tiles packaged very well and the pics are very high-quality! I have to admit my first order I was a little worried because I’m accustomed to ordering canvases. Those days are behind me now LOL. I am getting ready to place my second order today. I would heavily recommend when you order these to get the level to help you put them on the wall. I found it to be the most valued purchase in my first order. They also send extra sticky backing pieces for the wall ... which was unbelievable because I needed them LOL! Definitely recommend a product!!!

Quick and easy!. Purchased 4 tiles(for free shipping) and to make sure I liked how they came out. It arrived pretty quick and I’m happy how it turned out. I posted it on my glass/mirror wall because I didn’t have any other space that worked. Unfortunately, I don’t have soft carpet flooring so I hope it stays and doesn’t fall. I don’t plan on moving it much once I set it, so it shouldn’t have any reason to fall. But overall, I’m happy how easy it was to order and quick arrival. I already put in a second order! Can’t wait to put them up! Thanks!

My photos turned out great!. I’m a photography enthusiast and picky about my photo quality. I looked at EasyTiles and other 8x8 photo tile options, but was swayed over by glass tiles and tools that help with wall mounting. To make things easy, I used my laptop to select photos, do any last minute editing, and crop into a square format. It was simple to export them into the EasyTiles app. I crossed my fingers and placed my order. I am thrilled with the photo reproduction and product quality. The order came perfectly on time and was carefully packed. This is my first EasyTiles order, but won’t be my last. Two big thumbs up.

I love it... This is my first ordered and I’m glad did not hesitate to try it. I spent $132 on it and even a little bit pricey you really get what you paid for. Truly worth it. I love how the pictures came out and how fast it arrived. A beautiful glass picture tiles that absolutely looks amazing and elegant. A great high quality products that you won’t regret to try. Love them!!. The photo tiles I ordered are beautiful!! We currently are remodeling our home so I haven't been able to hang them up yet and I can not wait!! The pictures on the tiles look more vibrant than the actual photo itself. And they will not fade hanging like some of the pictures in just frames. It took less than a week to receive them, I thought it would take longer considering I ordered a lot of them. Thank you!!

I Will Be Back to Order More!. My first experience with Easy Tiles was greater than my expectations. The opportunity to crop and/or edit photos before making a final decision was great. Excellent Quality & Service. My dentist’s office has a gallery wall that I have always admired. I asked which brand as I wanted to order tiles for a BD gift. The turnaround time was great, as was the quality of the prints that I received. I ordered the high gloss. I emailed the company a question after I received my order. My question was quickly answered with a personal, professional and polite reply. This company is terrific!! I will be ordering more tiles soon.

The worst customer service there is. It is very easy to send an orderBut when there was a problem with the order specially if it’s your fault and all the pictures are falling apart you did not take care of responsibility will never order from you guys again you’re not gonna do too well joseparra

Fantastic product!. This is my very first product review I have ever left but I felt everyone needs to know how cool these are! I got these tiles in a timely manner! They are everything I hoped for and more! I got the glass tiles and it was definitely worth the extra $2. I will absolutely be buying more! 100% recommend!

#easytiles. I absolutely love easy tiles I’m obsessed I started with 4 now I have over 100 they are so beautiful so easy to put up & excellent quality. I highly recommend easy tiles they are the best out there I’ve tried other similar sites BUT they look cheep & not good quality. Great Customer Service. I ordered 4 tiles for my Aunt and Uncle for Christmas. Tracking for the tiles said delivered-but my Uncle said they never got them. I messaged customer service, and told them we never got them. They got back to me so quick and resent the tiles. Amazing customer service, and the tiles were absolutely beautiful. Will definitely be ordering more!

Reliable and unique. I bought tiles for my dad for Christmas and when they didn’t show up on time, I emailed the company and they sent new ones out immediately, it took less than a week for me to receive them after the first order being lost during shipping. When they came, they looked very nice. It’s a unique gift for yourself or someone you love. They’re also very affordable. I’m glad the company is reliable when it comes to accidents and package delays, not all businesses care.

LOOOOOVE our glass easy tile!. I purchased one glass easy tile to try it out and see if the quality was good. I was skeptical because I had bought a wall mount picture from Walmart and it came out distorted and looked awful. I was SOOO pleased with my easy tile when it came in! The quality was so clear and I love how easy it is to put on the wall. We will be ordering more next week! I hope to fill my whole hallway up with them!

Unique art for our wall with wonderful customer service!. We placed our rider and we’re kept updated all along the way as to the status of our order! We received our tiles very quickly and they are beautiful! We only ordered four and now plan to order six more! We couldn’t be more happier.

IMPRESSED. I just received my first order of EasyTiles and WOW!!! Absolutely one of the coolest photo products I’ve bought in a long time!! Fabulous product!. I’d seen the ads and had wanted to order but was hesitant...would they be as nice in person as they appeared online? (*Spoiler alert! They’re better!!) The app is easy to use, ordering was simple, communication was excellent throughout the process, they shipped quickly (I honestly spent more time selecting my photos!), were packaged securely and hanging instructions were simple and concise. THEY LOOK AMAZING!!! And yes...I’ll be telling family, friends and clients about them!

Pleasantly Surprised. I had seen the ads for this on Instagram/FB and thought it was another too good to be true product. I needed pictures for a memorial and this seemed to fit the bill. I took the risk & was pleasantly surprised. The app & ordering itself is fool-proof. It even advised when the photo quality wasn’t going to yield a best result. My order came in so quickly. The packaging was careful since they are glass & the photo quality was outstanding. I’ll absolutely be using this again!

EASY & fast!. My overall experience using the app was great! I loved being able to pull in photos from my phone, google photos & Facebook! Being able to connect with each of these online spaces made it that much easier to create my gallery wall. My order was shipped not even a full day after my order was placed - that’s incredible!! My only request for future purchasing (because I already know I’ll be a repeat customer) is having the option to pull in photos from Instagram. Some of my favorite photos are on Instagram, and I was unable to find the original photos, so I was able to print those ones. Once Easy Tiles adds Instagram into the mix, they’ll be unbeatable! I can’t wait for my tiles to arrive in the mail. Once they arrive, I’ll share photos of the tiles hanging in my room! *Updating my Review: after 4 months having easy tiles... they are still hanging perfectly and haven’t moved one bit!! My walls are pretty bumpy, so that’s saying a lot. I am so in love with my easy tiles & fully intend to order more. They are absolutely beautiful and so convenient!

Pricey but worth it!. I was hesitant to order this item after seeing it advertised on Instagram. Glass photos being shipped to me... Sounds like a nightmare waiting to happen. I ended up ordering 10 photos my first go round and was shocked at the hefty $100 price tag. But if you think about printing and framing your own photos individually you'd probably pay more than $10 a pop. To me this option made more sense. My tiles arrived on time & in excellent condition! They are gorgeous and going to look great in my new home. I have hung them yet but I'm sure that'll be an easy process. I love these tiles!

These are so Awesome. I get so many great comments and people asking how/where I got them! They are truly impressive! I love being able to move them around too. After a while, I ended up using those picture hanging strips that are similar to Velcro, but the ones that provided lasted at least 12-24 months!

Unique and High Quality. I have wanted to design a picture wall gallery for about a year. I was on the fence because I wasn’t loving the more traditional options elsewhere. I am so happy I stumbled upon this website. Designing the tiles was so easy and very user friendly. The tiles arrived well packaged and so easy to hang. The quality of the tiles and the print of the images are both better than imagined. For reference, the pictures I used were all taken from my iPhone. On the wall the overall design looks polished and unique. I could not be happier!

Don’t stick and break easily.. Im not one to leave bad reviews. But I just received 8 glass tiles. One of them Arrived broken and the others don’t stick well. They’ve only been on my wall for 1 day and out of the 8 I ordered I have 4 left because they’ve all fallen and broken. Not happy because for $10 a piece I would expect to work better specially the glass ones. I reached out to them regarding 1 that was broken upon delivery and they were nice to reprint it. But now that they don’t stick and keep falling AND breaking, I’m def not happy with the service. My wall is just a regular wall, no bumps or anything is the such. Very unhappy.

Beautiful quality, fast shipping. I ordered 6 tiles to try them, two of each of my daughters and I was skeptical because I came across these on Facebook but I am absolutely in love! The quality of this product is AMAZING for the price and they were so easy to put on my wall using the 2 dollar leveling tool they sell! Ordered 8 Tiles. Just remodeled a bathroom and I wanted to hang some black and white prints from my Paris trip so thought I’d give EasyTiles a try. Fast service and delivery. These glass tiles are so cool...., I color and wanted a way to show off some of my pics.......but did not want to put them in a normal frame ....I wanted something different and thought I will do just a couple to see how they turn out...what a surprise they look awesome ..,,will be getting more done soon ...thanks for such an awesome product

Kevin Tierney can’t win. I was a scuba diver. Six years ago, I took a photo and entered a contest. I won 9 days of diving with manta rays in The Sea of Cortez. We did 3 dives on the first day all deeper than 100 ft. Apparently the pressure was too much for my undiagnosed tumor on my neck and I suffered a stroke. My girlfriend, who I brought on the trip kept me in her house for 3 years. How can I ever repay that? The tiles I ordered were to be a birthday present for her. It’s next week. My package was not delivered to my apartment door. My home health aide searched the lobby in the Bronx building where I live. UPS claims that they delivered it yesterday. How are you going to get me a replacement PROPERLY delivered before next Tuesday morning? Thank you

No complaints from me. The app was super easy to use, the prices are not too high, the shipping was fast, and the product was exactly how they said it would be. I loved how I could preview the order and see what my product would look like on the app. Definitely will be ordering more and I recommend. 10/10 satisfaction all around.

Great quality look expensive. Super easy to order. Quick shipping and excellent quality. There are a lot of these companies out there now with the photo prints that stick on your wall but some of the others are very cheap/ poor quality for the same price. I was very happy with these and will be ordering more!

Photo Tiles of our pooch. I am so very excited about my new photo tiles. They arrived Wednesday, so I carefully unwrapped them. These photo tiles are really emotional for us! We adopted a new one year old dog last February after a long illness with our other dog which was hard on the whole family, friends and neighbors. So, when I opened the package and saw the photos it was an emotional rush of happiness and love! Thank you, they are perfect, professionally done and mean the world to us. Can’t wait to sit down and add to the collection.

Beautiful tiles. I’ve only just started using this service/app and I am incredibly impressed so far. The order process is seamless, the delivery time is fast and the quality/results are beautiful. I’ve only ordered the glass tiles so I can’t speak for the other tile type but I can not believe the speed and quality of service. One of my tiles was broken on the corner (and i’m not sure if it was during shipping or when I unpacked it) and I’m currently waiting on an answer to get a replacement. I’ll update this review after that experience. UPDATE: Customer service was prompt and helpful. I was impressed with how quickly a team member got back in touch with me and had a replacement tile shipped within days of submitting my request. 100% satisfied with this company.

First Time Buyer-. Super excited to share this. I found Easy Tiles had not only the best price but also the best option when it came to style of tile (I prefer the Glass Tile) So I downloaded the app and selected 12 tiles (which was hard bc I have so many pictures lol) my expected delivery was for May 13. When I came home today, May 10, I found they had been delivered. I opened them and with the secured packing there wasn’t a scratch on any of them!! I am so very happy with this purchase and definitely will be ordering more!!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM. I just got my first order in, they came in in about 2 days. I got 4 of them and they turned out absolutely gorgeous. The price was good and I was pleasantly surprised at no shipping fees. I did have issues moving them. The instructions said to gently rock back and forth, I did that and took the glass part off the black box. It was just a little off so I just put it back on and it’s fine. The other one I needed to move I just took a flat head screw driver to the corners and worked it off. It all worked out well. Tiles are so awesome!. I loved the way my tiles came out! They are so easy to stick and move if need be! I received them quicker than I expected. Customer service is exceptional! They are so quick to respond and will do what they can to make you happy with your purchase. A true 100% guarantee! I do suggest to be careful and not drop the tiles, I accidentally dropped one as I was removing from package and it cracked from the corner that it fell on( do not worry about them falling from wall, they stick on pretty well)

A review of my ordering experience. I am a new customer and I just ordered six tiles (which of course I would love for it to have been more that I could afford lol) the other day for my youngest daughter’s birthday Sept 5th. Worth it.. Such a cute idea. It popped up on Instagram for me and Decided to try them as the price was just right.. not too expensive and not too cheap that it would tell me that it was low quality. I ordered some pictures for Easter and now I feel bad about having to take them down once Easter is over cuz they look adorable.

Exceeded my expectations!. My tiles came quicker than I expected and are gorgeous! They far exceeded my expectations. I have gotten lots of compliments from friends and family already, and they are still sitting on my dining room table! Can’t wait to hang them. Thank you!!!!

Quality. The tiles are beautiful but the constantly pop off the wall and break even after being reinforced multiple times. I’m disappointed with the quality however I would say that east tiles has been good with providing a replacement.

Good Quality yet blurry.. I received my order today and the quality did not disappoint me. It is so light and the glass is beautiful. Unfortunately I notice that all the pictures are blurry. I can understand some of my picture is not high definition quality picture but some are taken from DSLR camera and yet they came out blurry.

10/10 will order again. Surpassed my expectations in terms of quality and were extremely easy to place. Will be placing another order and telling all of my friends and family.

They are beautiful. I ordered 10 and they are very vivid and beautiful. The only complaint is that two had loose foam backing and I had issues with trying to get them to stick.

Beautiful. I ordered 24 of these pictures and put the on my family room wall. We used the tool but it was a little difficult to use for the middle pictures, so we ended just eyeballing it. It turned out amazingly well. Looks very nice!!

Love but some disappointment. The pictures came out amazing on the glass option. However, get your own two sided tape. I had them up for 2 days and one randomly fell off the wall on its face and broke. I checked with my buddy that ordered them and two of his have done the same. Pictures = amazing Stickiness = garbage

Slow shipping and no communication. I ordered since 24th dec and today is 3rd January and I haven’t received my order. It got to UPS distribution center and it should have been Out for delivery, but instead it got shipped to Ontario CA. What’s frustrating that this app/business doesn’t have a phone number or chat to communicate with. They make you fill out a form and wait for days ! Very disappointed ! I want a refund ! I don’t want this order anymore !

AMAZING!!!!. I absolutely LOVE my EasyTiles. Picked my picture easily. I had multiple panorama pictures to choose from and the editing was simple. I couldn’t wait for them to arrive. I purchased glass pictures and they exceed expectations!!!! I will most definitely be purchasing more from here!

Xmas gift. I really love my tiles The picture is clear and vibrant. I finally hung them on the wall and they look great. The sticky back cling to the wall easily. Not too sure about easy removal because with a slight tug they didn’t move. I will be getting more on the future.

The tempered glass makes all the difference. I have always come across with ads for canvas pics but I was attracted by the tempered glass cover. Ordering was easy and shipping was quick as well. The photos I had chosen was our wedding portraits and was in high resolution but it was printed in lower quality. The tempered glass makes it look classy. But I wish they will make more quality prints.

Great product. I order 12 tiles and I received them 3 days before the scheduled time. They are very well made and light weight. It come with very easy to follow instructions to installed. The photos are very clear. They really do a great job.

Fix that adhesive and I’ll bump it to 5 stars. The photos are great and I like the overall design. Shipping was speedy as well so kudos there. However, I am giving this three stars because two tiles have already fallen off the wall (undamaged). They have only been up for three days. I will now have to think of a clever way to secure them because your adhesive is of poor quality.

Worth the money!!must buy. I was little skeptical to try this when a instagram feed showed me easytiles. I must say when the product was delivered it blew me away!! Even though its glass and looks rich its not heavy which is good! It has nice finish light weight and all tiles were packed well!! I highly recommed them to anyone!

Pleased, overall!. I ordered 4 easytiles and was very pleased by how they turned out! Delivered fast. Such a unique piece of art & I love how they shine with the tempered glass. Great quality. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the photos turned out a bit darker than I expected, I'm not sure if the glass has a minor tint. But overall satisfied!

Garbage Customer service and address Policy. You better hope your address works within their stupid USPS dbase. God forbid a new 1.5 yrs old business and residence (Senior Living Ctr) somehow not in their dbase but CANNOT override that to make a purchase and ship to. Ridiculous answer and service of not being able to purchase or send many pics/tiles. Used a diff vendor and business to accomplish and won’t use these Bozos ever again after plenty of other business given. Highly suggest others follow suit. Garbage this is scenario.

No More Nails!! Superb!!. Was a bit hesitant about getting these tiles...but actually I love them. I just got them and put them up. They do stick really well; not so much taking them to rearrange a bit trickier. Trying not to have the glass photo unstick itself from its back piece. But my husband and I managed. Love love them.

Love your product. I received my first order of two tiles and they came sooner than expected which was a pleasant surprise. The quality is excellent and I intend to order more in the near future. I recommend to anyone who would like to display their photos or artwork. Prices are very fair as well.

Just beautiful. I started getting these tiles because I love taking photos of sunset’s from different beach’s. I’m so glad I did there so well done and display my photos better then any picture frame. Since then I became a YAYA now I get beautiful tiles of my granddaughter.

Surprised. I was super skeptical of this app. I thought the picture quality would be bad and the frames would not actually stick on the wall. It is so beautiful and works perfectly. I will be making a full wall of pictures thanks to this app. Definitely recommend!!!!! Andreas

Beautiful effects!. My order came fast and when I opened the package I was more than satisfied and pleased! I put my picture on a rod iron easel and it just looks perfect! I will definitely use it again. I like that it’s not glass although it looks as if it is. It will not break if it falls.
