Very disappointed. I just spent over a half an hour with a representative that could not help me in anyway. I was so disappointed in the picture I received. The coating on the photo wasn’t even completely covered. The edges were rough and sticking out. I called for help all they could say was sorry and for me to send a snapshot in. I asked for a supervisor, all that was said was they couldn’t give me one and to email them. Then they hung up on me. What kind of company does that. I wouldn’t do business with them if I were you at all. Very suspicious.

Bad resolution. In the past I bought the canvas tiles and the resolution was pretty good. However I just received 4 more tiles and this time I chose glass and the resolution was very grainy. I am going to send a message to the company to see if I can get this issue resolved. Paying good money for unclear photo tiles is not cool. Updated review: I talked to customer service via live chat and they agreed the resolution was bad, they said it was a “production error” therefore they are reprinting them and sending them in the mail! I will update once I get the new tiles! I appreciate the customer service!!

I’m disappointed. I ordered 4 tiles and eagerly anticipated their arrival. Upon opening the package, I was surprised at the material from which the tiles were made. However, the pictures were excellent in quality. I decided to mount the tiles on the wall but the mounting of the tiles left a lot to be desired. The tiles are intended to be mounted with included double sided tape. I followed the instructions meticulously. The tape does not stick well. The tiles kept falling off the the wall, which caused them to become dented, chipped and damaged in various ways. I love the quality of the pictures but the product has not lived up to it’s advertised expectations. I ended up using easels to display the tiles. It is a very nice concept but I would not advise purchasing these if you expect to create a wall design as advertised.

More than disappointing.. Some months back I ordered about six tiles made from favorite photos from my library. To say that the product I received was disappointing is a gross understatement. Most of the the tiles were obscenely off-center, others included dates, names and other random marks that often are printed on the margins of snapshots. As is, these are useless as gifts, which is why I bought them in the first place. I would like a refund and would gladly place them where they belong- - in the trash. Apparently, there’s no one looking at the product before it ships to the buyer. Like where is their quality control ? I would never buy these items from this buyer again. The lesson cost me around $35, if I recall correctly.

Photo Tiles. I was absolutely amazed at the professionalism and quality of these photo tiles! I had two made for myself which were so beautiful I seriously cried a little. Then one of my friend’s favorite grandma passed away and she just happened to text me photos of her grandma and then of her grandma and her together and immediately I knew I had to have Photo Tiles made of her beloved photos. IT MADE HER SOOO HAPPY AND TOUCHED HER DEARLY! So.... you can’t ask for more than that. I couldn’t believe what amazing deals, not to mention “free” for the most part through FreePrints, and Free Photo Tiles. You usually get what you pay for right? If you pay little to nothing on something, you usually get crap let’s be honest. BUT NOT THIS!! YOU RECEIVE WAY BETTER THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE! I am soooo happy I found this site!! Happy memory making!!

I love the tiles. First of all I love these. They stick well and look beautiful. You can move around, (as long as you can find extra double stick tape) to change things up. The colors are not fading in any of my tiles so I am a happy customer. I would love some extra tape sections in each box but you can’t have everything.😊 My granddaughter LOVES seeing all the memories on her wall, and I think it’s important for children to see themselves in snapshot moments on the wall. These being able to be moved for newer ones is wonderful

Problematic, but FreePrints Photo Tiles came through and fixed the problem.. I ordered 45 photo tiles in black and white from color photos. The first set arrived with a distinctly green tint in every tile. I let FreePrints know, and they immediately reprinted all 45 tiles eliminating the green tint. I’ve not hung the new improved tiles yet, but I am excited to see how they look. I am a bit hesitant to stick the tiles to my newly painted walls, but hopefully they will stay stuck and not remove the paint should I decide to rearrange them. Thank you FreePrints for being so responsive to my printing needs.

Endless Possibilities Capture Memories or Create Style. The picture quality, of course, depends on the quality you send to them. it seems to be well made, they even included a card with directions and extra wall mounts, just in case I decide to move them. However, I was extremely disappointed, when I ordered my FREE tile and THREE (3) additional tiles which all came mailed in the same box and yet I only got one pack of remount strips...common sense people! It should be easy to fix if it becomes an issue. Other than that the prints I've ordered (6) have held up nicely, so far 🤞

Finally, Getting pictures out my phone!. I love this!!! With my busy schedule I don’t have time to go and print out the 1000’s of pictures that have already accumulated in my phone. So while I was having some free time and on my phone one day I said, “ let me give this app a try.” So i started selecting away. Placed order. I got the pictures in a matter of days, quick! When I saw the pictures and the quality I WAS IMPRESSED. Mind you, they do advice if the picture might be blurry do to the size, I ordered it anyway. It was great! This is app cuts the hassle of lines, traffic and time!!! I already placed my order for photo tiles and just completed the photo book for our Family Vacation!! Can’t wait to see it and excited to print MORE!!!!

Best photo tiles beautiful color and clarity!. I’ve tried so many others that are more costly and these by far have crisp clarity and brilliant color quality. I get them for our RV because they are so light and stay where I place them as we go bouncing down the highway. Make make thoughtful thank you gifts as they are small and don’t take up much space. Best, no glass or canvas that gets damaged. Wonderful tiles, you won’t know how good until you get your own! 😊

2 good one terrible. I have used this app many many times and been very pleased. This time I am disappointed with one of the tiles The picture is very very off center and will b unusable. Especially as the gift to my boss I had planned. I don’t know if u count that as my free one but would appreciate u allow me an additional free tile on my next order. I had paid extra for the tile and extra for it on glass. U can see on my order. If u were unable to do it properly for some reason o would rather u have taken time to tell me and then not do it at all. I appreciate ur product but this is unacceptable. Thank u. Joy Disney

You will never find a better deal!. I have been using this company for several months and I can’t say enough about what a wonderful deal this is. You get an unbelievable amount of pictures for a very low price. They offer anything from wall picture tiles to picture albums where you set up and pick out the pictures for the album. You get 81 pictures for nine dollars. There is always a promotion going on where you get something free. You will never regret using this company the only regret you will have is not using this company earlier.

Amazing!. I have order photo tiles from others places before, but what I like about FreePrints photo is the quality of the tile; in some places the tiles are light weight but the back is foam, but FreePrints is a durable plastic it doesn’t look cheap and still manage to be light weight tile. I am amazed with the customer service. I got my first order and I just sent a message with a concern that my pictures my look dark... and guest what!!! I received a box with new tiles from FreePrints apologizing about my previous order. When I didn’t even follow up their email, since I am a mom of 2 super busy. I totally recommend FreePrints for all your photo tiles of your loved one!!!! Thanks FreePrints for making my date today with my new tiles!! I will be ordering my tiles every month!!! Love these tiles. Love them every time I order but this Christmas I ordered my best friend 5 tiles and USPS has taken almost a month to get them to me.... i ordered two more early December for her BF to give her as a gift and they got sent to UPS to pick up... I wish mine were here we are exchanging on Christmas Eve. Praying I get them by Thursday :-) beautiful pictures though! Love all of mine! I got three as a gift a few months ago of my child and her cousins on vacation at the beach and they are the best gifts I ever got for my home decor!

Great Customer Service. I placed an order for some tiles, but when I got them the color was off. They were over saturated. I emailed customer service and Kendall immediately emailed back asking me to send a picture of the product. Once she received it she emailed back and said "I see what the problem is...we'll immediately reprint and send out your new tiles at no cost." This was all over the course of about 15 minutes. I received my new tiles and they look great!!!! I will definitely order from this company again!!

Cool Idea, reality not so much. I was skeptical about the whole and have now ordered 5 tiles total. Neat idea, quality is fine. Unfortunately my skepticism was related to the tiles staying on the wall (key to the whole idea) and for the second time it has been validated. I cleaned my wall, and used the square they offered for an additional $2 to square them off when placing. The first time I used the supplied foam squares and followed the instructions to hang. They fell off one by one, naturally in the middle of the night, and the corners were damaged. Then I used another brand of foam sticky pads and put on triple the amount, cleaned the wall, and they still fell off (4 am this morning). I give up, I do not want to try and hang them some other way (the whole point was to have them flush and squared as tiles) and have wasted $50 or so on pics I could have printed much more cheaply as 8x8s and hung another way. Bummer.

Great company !. I’ve tried all of the order from home companies and wasn’t pleased at all with the quality of them and was very disappointed. I decided to try one more time and see how this companies pictures turned out. Ordering was extremely easy, the pictures and their quality, was great. I will continue to order from now on , on this site. I received my order very quickly. I’ve ordered hundreds of pictures and I’m impressed with The whole experience. If your tired of getting lousy pictures from other companies, then give this company a try.

Love it 💜💜💜. A friend told me about FreePrints, I tried them, was happy with them. They asked me to try their Photobooks and again I was happy with that product as well. Then I was invited to try Photo tiles. My daughter had my first grandchild. So I thought I would order the free tile each month, if my grandson. She takes his picture for me every month, so I can see how fast he grows. And I will give them to her and her fiancé for Christmas this year. I received them, they were packaged securely and arrived in perfect condition. The quality is amazing! I hope she will be as happy with them as I am!!

Used to be good. I ordered about 30 tiles or more from this company. I liked them enough to recommend these tiles to my parents and my sister. Recently, I noticed that three of the tiles puckered (had air bubbles between the photo and the tile). This makes the tile not attractive at all; it’s very distracting. I contacted their customer service and there was no response at all. After ordering this many without any complaints, you figure there would be some level of customer service when you need it. Disappointing. Also, coincidentally, some of the tiles are beginning to fall down. The stickers they include don’t seem to hold them up now than 1 year. I believe this company used to be better. The older tiles are still staying on well. Ironically, it’s the newer ones which have fallen.

Better than expected!. The quality of the picture on the tile was great. Better than Walgreens or any fast printing place. I have had the tile up for a few days and it has remained in place. Initially, I moved the tile from one place to another but that didn’t effect the stickiness of the tabs that keep it on the wall. They include extra sticky tabs too. My wall is regular drywall. I gave 4 stars because the tiles are expensive. For an average person it would be more cost effective to use regular picture frames or go somewhere else.

Better than expected. ***Update: not sure what’s happened to the quality, but the more recent photo tiles (within last couple years) are not doing as great. The images have been regularly popping off on the edges so we have to glue them down. Reduced rating as some of these have been doing this within weeks after purchase. ****Original Didn’t know what to expect and not only are they very well packaged for protection, the quality and ease of hanging is awesome. I never print photos anymore as I only ever take them from my phone. This makes it easy and they are super cute. Happy customer and will find oh so many uses for these. Great pricing, especially with a free one ea month and discounted shipping from time to time. I get compliments all the time on these! Wow!

carriekreis1215. I ordered a photo tile to try it out. I used a picture from my iPhone and it had plenty of dead space to just get my granddaughters face and they blew it up so much that it cut her whole chin off and it was blurry. They said they could not remake the tile due to their processing. If you want to try it be sure that you don’t have a close up picture because it will get cropped by the company. I’m very disappointed in the product and answers that I got for my problem. They did refund my money, they only respond by email. I wanted to talk to a real person to sort it out but it’s not possible.

One very happy customer!. I recently redecorated my bedroom and was looking for photographs to hang on the wall. Nothing seemed quite right. My sister suggested I use some of my own photos. There are many photo tile apps but I decided to try this one because of pricing and great feedback regarding their customer service. I was not disappointed. My tiles came out beautifully. The app was very easy to use. Delivery was fast and FREE! I was so happy that I ordered a second set of tiles for my studio. Again, service was fast and the tiles looked great. However, one tile was slightly damaged. I reached out to customer service right away and they sent me an email reply within the hour. After sending them a picture of the damage, they apologized and offered to send a replacement tile. Outstanding. My only suggestion would be to give the option of a different size. Maybe 8x12? Thank you!

So Happy I Cried. I lost my beloved pet Natalie last August, and it's been a difficult transition from having the love of my life to an empty home and heart. Then I stumbled across the "Free Photo Tile" app and decided to give it a try. My first tile of Natalie came the day before Mother's Day, so I waited until Mother's Day morning to open it. (On a side note: I was really impressed with the box and packaging it came in.) I opened the box and there she was...my heart. I cried. It was so beautiful. I feel in love with the tile immediately, and I can't wait to order more! Thank you Free Photo Tile for giving me a little piece of my heart back in a really nifty way.

Photos delaminated from tiles. I saw Mixtiles in a friend’s office and liked what I saw, but was put off a little by the price. Then I came across the Photo Tiles app which seemed much better value, so I ordered 4 of these tiles back in Jan/Feb 2019 and placed them on my window at work. I got several compliments on their appearance but that didn’t last long. By the end of March, the photos had begun to completely delaminate and separate from their backing plate, peeling away from the corners and hanging down. I might have understood if it was very hot outside, but this was New England - in March - so overheating is hardly an excuse. I took photos and sent them to their Contact Us email link, but have never received a reply. Since then, they have fallen off the window anyway, and are completely unusable. Very poor quality and not worth the money.

Exceptional products. I’ve got to tell you... I’ve been using Free Prints for several years now...I’ve ordered countless photos, at least 20 plus tiles, canvases, and even a photo blanket....After all these years I have NEVER had one bad product! EVER! Everything arrives when they say it will... (even this past Christmas during Covid)... The quality of their products is absolutely outstanding!! I’m definitely a lifetime customer and highly recommend them!...Go nowhere else for all things sentimental!!! Off the charts company! Thank y’all!

Tiles received!. Just got my first tiles today. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews but was curious enough to purchase a few to start and test out the product. I am SO HAPPY!!! The pictures I chose were all taken with my phone and were heavily doctored/filtered with apps that I use. I didn’t expect quality to be high, but they really were. The materials don’t look cheap, the cuts are clean... I never write reviews but I am just so stoked by something so convenient and affordable coming out this well. I have yet to hang the photos on the wall so it’s entirely possible I could run into problems with the adhesive (and if there are problems I’ll write a follow up), but so far so great. Highly recommended. Repeat customer, guaranteed.

Love the thought. Love the thought great gift for my husband got them today and 3 out of 5 tiles did not have the complete photo on them very disappointing will be last time I buy site unseen went back and forth with agent and she kept blaming me for the way the photos were sent she said the app they have don’t make mistakes I went back looked at my order and yes they made mistake on three of my tiles , offered me full refund to return them but gift for my husband who has seen box delivered already wow now I’m suppose to return Christmas gift. So I declined but I’m still not happy

App is great, company is not. I ordered a photo tile. When I placed that order the confirmation said shipping on all other items would be only $3.99 until the end of the month - which is great because your shipping cost more than your products cost most other places. So what happened next was I put together a photo book to order to take advantage of that great shipping- it’s not as fast to put together as you would think- then at checkout guess what? It wouldn’t apply the discounted shipping. So I contacted customer service thru email. I received an email back 2 days later saying nothing about my issues but that I forgot something in my cart and when I clicked it it popped up & said I’d received a free upgrade to a 6x8 hardcover. Wow! Bet you’ll never guess what happened then! I went to my cart, added the 6x8 hardcover, removed the 5x7 softcover and went to check out and the fantastic deal was - A FULL Price 6x8 Hardcover and FULL Price Shipping! Yay for me, right? I don’t expect freebies, but we all know it isn’t really free with the shipping you charge. I do expect companies to do what they say. This company is not doing so.

Order never received. I have been with FreePrints for quite some time now. I’ve never had a problem with them but the last gift I ordered was never received. I’ve been trying for days now and cannot get a response. Even my order number has disappeared. I am very disappointed because I love my pictures. Also when they say I can get an additional 3 tiles at $9 ea. but when I check out there are a lot more. I wished someone would get in touch with me. Thank you. Other than this first time I give it 5 stars

Lost items URGENT. I was supposed to receive my package yesterday however when I went into tracking the post office or FedEx said they cannot deliver it the way free prints put it down so I do not have my delivery and I have no way of getting in touch with them. They say I can email them but there’s no place showing their email. I’m hoping they read this so they can track my package. I can’t believe there’s no way of getting in touch with them.

Never even finished ordering.. Finally decided to get a “free” tile ($8 shipping). As I was checking out it said I could add 3 tiles for $19 more. I decided to do it so I could start with a set to build on...but when I got to the check out it became $27 more and still the $8 for shipping. I tried a couple times and could not figure out why it wouldn’t give me the lower price (advertised as no promo required.) When I sent an email I was informed that it really was only $19 more because I receive 1 free tile, 3 tiles at $9 a piece (aka $27 or $19+$8, and then free shipping. The rep clearly didn’t check my account. With the lack of clear terms + extra charges not dealt with by customer service when I first reached out, I decided this wasn’t worth my time and canceled my order.

Tile Picture. They turned out just beautiful, but watch out you have to make sure you edit the pictures before you checkout or you will have tiles with heads chopped off. Some said the pictures may turn out blurry but I kept the picture anyway & it turned out just fine not sure what the return policy is if it doesn’t turn out right. I love the pictures without the frames . The tile seems so much more natural. So far they have stuck just fine & easy to move if you change your mind where you have placed it on the wall. My cat uses the boxes to sleep in he wouldn’t use his cat bed, so we took it back.

Company has changed. I have been buying from this company along time. I have purchased at least two dozen tiles. Things went very well for years. But, something has changed I don’t know what it is. My last two orders have been messed up. Two orders ago my tiles were out of focus but the customer service was good. My last order my tile had water damage in the left corner. Can’t place an order. I have tried to place an order several times and when I get to where it says send, I hit send, and it won’t send. I have ordered photo tiles for years and have never had any issues. I don’t understand why I’m having these issues now. My address is the same as it has always been before and I’ve never had any problems. I have talked to several people on the chat but no one can seem to help me. Can’t someone look at my acct. and see what the problem is? I really don’t want to lose my free tiles. Thank you

Exceeded all expectations!. I was offered a free tile while ordering photos, I thought it would make a great gift. Then I was offered a fantastic deal on more tiles so I ended up ordering four for my daughter’s birthday. When they arrived and she opened them she was blown away. I wasn’t sure as to how these would turn out, but when I saw them my expectations were blown up! These tiles completely exceed anything I was expecting! Will definitely be ordering more in the future, they make great gifts for any occasion!

Used to love, not anymore. I’ve used these tiles for awhile now... I’ve bought a dozen or more over the course of a year. I was consistently buying 2 tiles a month to slowly fill a gallery wall until my issues started and I stopped ordering in March. First, even if you follow the directions perfectly they do not stay on the wall. I have a pile of 6 right now but have had every single one fall off at some point even tho I stuck them and never removed them. Secondly, the pictures don’t always stick to the tile either. I’ve had at least 3 bubble up in the middle so you can’t press it back down without leaving an ugly crease, or they start peeling and falling down off the corners. Customer service was ok. They sent me one new tile but I was SOL on the other two because they were out of the time frame they allow even though all my tiles were less than 6 months old at the time. I had planned on filling an entire wall which could’ve easily been well over 150 tiles but it’s not worth it when they don’t even last 6 months...

Free Photo Tile. I recently began accumulating these photo tiles and couldn’t be more pleased. I order 2 at a time which includes my free one so that I will have an equal number of them for my layout. I now have 6 to make a photo wall. I always go with the gloss option and each tile has been beautiful and the image crisp. When ordering prints I have preferred the mat finish but the gloss finish on these tiles looks amazing and is certainly worth the small up-charge. Highly recommend!

Great tiles but the app lacks features. The tiles look good but feel lightweight and I’m not sure how well they will come off the wall - they’re made of plastic and I’m worried they might break. And I’m not sure how I feel about how deep the back is - the photo sits more than an inch away from the wall. My big problem though is the app itself. It lacks enough features that I probably won’t be continuing to use it. Which really bugs me because I invested about $100 in tiles and I hate to change to another tile now. So what do I mean about lacking features? Well, for example, you can’t see the tiles you have already made when you put in a second or third order. And you can’t pick photos, set up the tiles, but then set them aside to purchase later at another time.

They are stuck in time. I created 3 different folder with multiples tiles in each. Tried to combine all 3 folders to order as one order. There is no way of doing that. Contacted customer service and their reply was “ I see, the issue is that our reorder feature is still not that advanced, if you want to order all the tiles together, the only best option to pay shipping once is for you to make the items all over again and add each to your cart as a new order” “. I would assume a fairly new company would have an option to order all 3 folders or even have an option of moving the tiles to different folders but they do not. So be careful, if you know you want to place a big order than I suggest adding more tiles in one folder. And if your like me and have over 40k of photos your looking through, then be careful because otherwise you won’t be able to order more than 1 folder without having to pay for shipping once. Their response is to add the photos to one folder, maybe that would of been fine but that means I have to look through all my photos and do all necessary adjustments again. I thought this app was supposed to be easy and save time but i guess that isn’t the case since you can not order multiple folders. No where on the app does it say to put photos in one folder if you want to order in bulk. And it probably should.

Best photo app ever!. Full disclosure....I write reviews ALOT and so often that it’s like a hobby now lol. However, I rarely write 5 star reviews bc there are always something wrong and I knock off a star. But these photos are so amazing that I have ordered TWICE now totaling 2 dozen tiles. So I figured I will write a review. For starters the tiles shipped quickly both times(I assumed the first time was a fluke). I ordered on the 4th and received them the 10th! Second, the tiles are an amazing quality and they really are reusable and can be placed and removed over and over with zero damage to walls or losing stickiness on the tiles. I really really love these and they are now and forever my new go to for photos being displayed throughout my home! This is a MUST BUY item even though they are a little on the pricey side! Would be nice if they sent coupons or codes for repeat customers or incentive for new customers...that would be awesome

Best Mother’s Day Gift Ever!!!!. I ordered four tiles just a few days before Mother’s Day thinking there’s no way they will come in on time but oh well, I think my mom will really like these. Placed the order and it says will be delivered 3-5 days. Being such a busy weekend I figured I’d get them Monday, the day after Mother’s Day, no big deal. I got them on SATURDAY and they look SPECTACULAR!!! Clear beautiful quality, perfect size, and in time for Mother’s Day!! This is all before considering the price. I got four tiles, got one free, so paid for three, AND got FREE SHIPPING!!! WHAT?!? Literally the best! I custom made two of the photos I got and was going to put them in picture frames, I’m sooo glad I remembered this app!

Nice Product/Terrible Customer Service. Bought about 20 products. Good quality and always happy. Then a problem surfaced. Live chats and emails accomplished nothing. This company will not be accountable for its shipments. When what they send is lost, rather than fessing up and making it right, they advise the customer to be more patient. They show delivery dates and, in my case, the photo was lost. “Wait another day or two then write us again if you don’t get it.” This should not be the customer’s responsibility. They ship the product and select the shipper, but the customer must wait when something goes wrong! I’ve closed my account! Be forewarned. Follow-Up. After 20 days, still haven’t received what I ordered and paid for. PlanetArt refuses to issue a credit. USPS website has the tracking number but indicates item has not been received from sender. I’ve protested the small charge. The many reviews about this company’s poor customer service never appear under the “Most Helpful” banner that you see when opening reviews. This vendor is fine when all goes well. But when there is a snafu, they’re terrible…the worst.

Still waiting. If you live outside the continental US then forget about it! Even though you pay for shipping they use the slowest method of shipping. It’s been a month since I ordered my tiles and it still shows as being in California. When I emailed support they told me the shipping company waits til they have a full load to ship all there goods in bulk so it takes longer for people in Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico. Support told me to look at the tracking; which shows exactly what I told them, it hasn’t moved in over a week. I asked support how long am I suppose to wait for something I paid for and I haven’t heard back. If I had known it was going to take a month to get my tiles I wouldn’t have counted on it for Christmas

I love them!. I just got my first order in the mail. I can totally see these things being wonderful for gift giving ideas. They are just so great. Hung them up and look great from across the room as well. Nice matte finish, if they stand the test of time these will be perfect for anyplace you can’t rely on glass frames on the wall (in the garage next to a 3000hp racecar they constantly get blown off the wall from the exhaust headers) I am just so in love w them!! I will update in time, but initial impression is beyond my expectation!

Love, but ANNOYED ... I used to LOVE these apps and NOW I’m so annoyed… yes I enjoy a free tile every month and the other cute personalized items they have, BUT I can’t add multiple items to my cart… I find that I have to check out each item at a time…. Which led me to have an issue with the app….. apparently you can get $1 shipping on additional orders after placing an order and then as I was about to place an order, it gave me an error message and I missed my $1 shipping on a mug I was intending on getting… I messaged and told them what happened and nobody replied to my email… so I chatted with someone and NO HELP… “I can’t honor that” … all the continuous business I give , MONTHLY , and they can’t honor $1 shipping for THEIR app messing up …… THATS PATHETIC. I get that I may be overreacting to the situation, but I find it very annoying they can’t “honor” that… so much for a happy review.

Exceptional photo quality, but needs some work. I ordered 18 photos for my wall, and when they arrived I was ecstatic! The print quality was fantastic, and just what I needed. HOWEVER... when we tried putting them up, they fell right off and were hard to get out from under the couch. We had to make a run to the store to buy new adhesive, as the adhesive provided was cheap and didn’t work. We had to take the adhesive off of all the backs of the pictures and apply the new stuff, and now they’re ultra sturdy! Like I said, good quality printing, but needs some work and thought. The new adhesive wasn’t expensive, just a big hassle as we live out in the middle of nowhere and had to drive 2 hours round trip to get new adhesive. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this site anymore, although the pictures came faster than expected. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Refrigerator magnets. Did receive 2out of 3 sets of magnets I did pay for 3 and pictures were correct still waiting for the third set I am not paying $43 and not getting my third set so if you could please look into this matter it would greatly be appreciated. I honestly never had a problem with this company until this order I don’t think that I will order ever again. It’s always seems like it’s the gift part that gives me problems. Grateful. I been using this app for a few months!!! They stick amazingly! I had to pull one off the wall after being stuck for a wall and it was like STUCK I was AMAZED at how well it was on the wall. My bf had order me a tile of me and my maw maw . Bc my maw maw had fallen very ill. She past away away February 7. The photo tile was supposed to come in the mail February 10 but instead it came in the mail the day of her death. I had no clue he had order that. So thank u photo tile for making and sending it sooner.

I can’t get this app to work. I have ordered several times from this app. Never had any problems. I have recommended friends to this app. They all love it and purchase from this app. However after the update(s) I can not use this app. I have deleted and reinstalled and it tells me that “something went wrong”. I have since moved on to another app. I hate it because their tiles are made of foam. I just want to use this app and get these tiles. :( I would give a five star rating if “I” could personally use it again. My tiles are still on my wall even after a year. No problem with anything. Just can’t get the app to load. I know I sound like a broken record. I am so upset though. I use the picture and book app just fine.

Review.. I feel the tile was perfectly done. Every time I get one it turns out well. So far that is. The only thing I don’t like is that almost ALL of the photos I put on there no matter if it’s from my phone camera or uploaded from an account they always say it will be blurry. I just say it’s okay. The tiles are a bit fuzzy but it’s not too bad that’s it’s bothersome. Also I get them for free and only pay shipping so I really can’t complain.

Gorgeous addition to my walls. My bathroom looks so sophisticated with these beautifully presented photographs! My naked ladies of cinema theme looks so much classier now with these tiles! I absolutely love them! These are so easy to mount and they just look great! I also don’t have to worry about any water damage when I take my long steamy showers. :) No more sealing off the backs of expensive frames to prevent mold and mildew from forming on my posters and prints! I am definitely getting more of these in the future! :D

Good quality photos - sticking to the wall not so much. It’s a well made product, but the sticky stuff they put on the back is a fail. I put 12 up on my wall and half of them fell off due to the sticky stuff on the back! Even when you add the extra they send you, which is only 1 per box. You could order 12 squares and only get one sticky tab — doesn’t really work if half fall off the wall. So far I have had 5 fall off the wall. — I have had to put them back on the wall, and they keep falling off. So I give it a 5 on the quality and them sticking to the wall 2.5 - 3 ***.

Photo Tles. I can’t say enough positive about photo tiles and the free tile a month has been so amazing! These also make great gifts! I have gifted so many that have absolutely loved them and instantly ask where I got them. They become a customer real quick and can’t believe they had never heard of Photo Tiles before. Looks great but doesn’t last. I was super excited about ordering my first few photo tiles. I planned to order a few at a time and work on a full wall design in my living room, but now I am not sure I will continue. The tiles look great and came the exact way I ordered them. The level I ordered was also super helpful. But the sticky that is supposed to last and supposed to mount it to my wall barely lasted five minutes. I did everything correctly but after examining it, there was no way that tiny sticky was going to last. I shouldn’t have gotten my hopes up.

SUPER PREMISE- FAILED at CHECKOUT. PITY. Such a wonderful idea- simple tools. I chose the diamonds layout, edited the photos, perfected the layout, opted for the premium tempered glass ($5 EXTRA per photo), entered my address and that's when it FAILED. WOULDN'T ACCEPT THE ADDRESS, No matter how many times I patiently re-entered my address and phone# or how many different methods of data entry attempted, the app repeatedly required the same info. I finally realized it was a revolving door going nowhere, started my screen recorder in case the devs were interested in viewing later- and exited the app. An hour wasted. Don't waste your time- there are other apps offering the exact same service.

Great photo prints. The photos look really good even if I take a screen shot of a photo.. 2 of those came out a little blurry, but the others were very clear. I have gotten nothing but compliments on all my photos . The only complaint I have is the shipping. I’ve placed 3 different orders, and 2 of those orders didn’t arrive on the expected date. They came later than expected, which is annoying, but not serious. Other than that I’m happy with my photo tiles. I’ve got them at home and work. I’ll still keep buying them.

First time customer. I am a new customer to FreePrints Tiles. After receiving one as a gift, and after glowing praise and recommendations from my son’s girlfriend and from my daughter-in-law ( who are both customers), I thought I would try it. I could not be more pleased! I am in love with the tiles. The quality is amazing! I will most definitely be a return customer. In fact, I cannot wait until I pick out my next picture tiles!

I love it.. First, I really like the quality of the picture. I got two of my child. They were perfect. The whole setup was light weight and easy to hang. I will be interested to see if the wall will be damaged, if I decide to move them. At this point, I don’t think I will be doing that soon. I bought the level. It was worth the price. It made for easy spacing between the picture, along with a level hanging. I am excited to order more!

Very difficult. So I ordered tiles and they gave a date that they would arrive and they haven’t arrived! When I go to the contact us part to contact them about where it is like a tracking number or something it just gives me a notice that they are printing and will arrive by the same date that they didn’t come! So first off to give a delivery date and not provide tracking is absurd as well as not really being able to contact them about issues is also frustrating! At this time I just want to know where they are at because if every time is going to be this frustrating I won’t bother to order again!

Amazing Tiles!. I ordered these tiles with an idea in mind of how I wanted them to turn out. We ordered 25 and they came today, about 2 weeks after I ordered them. Not bad considering the Coronavirus pandemic! We opened each one and were thrilled with how they all turned out! We put them up on the wall and they look wayyy better than we expected. Can’t wait to order more! 🤗 I would upload a pic here, but it won’t let me!

Last 4 tiles ordered. The order that was supposed to be delivered by December 16 have not arrived yet I was very disappointed because they were Christmas gifts and my family has gone now I realize that you cannot control the usps but I am on a fixed income so I couldn’t replace the gifts that wasn’t here I love the tiles and could afford them for a personal gift

Love all of the photo apps. This was a quick first time photo book order and it turned out really nice! The turnaround time was fast too and I’ll be ordering more things from this company. Just ordered four photo tiles as a Mother’s Day gift so I’m anxious to see how they turn out. These apps are easy and fun to use, and reasonably priced. If you’re into being creative, you’ll get a lot of use out of these apps.

Pictures. I have been ordering from free prints for several years and they have been one of the best companies for great pictures and free gifts. They are always on time and always helpful if there is anything wrong which is seldom. They provide a great customer service and they are always helpful with any problems. Perfect. I purchased PhotoTiles but I was feeling a little nervous about my purchase. Just thinking that they were not going to be how I expected them to be. They ended up turning out better than I thought. They’re not heavy and the quality is pretty good. I love the attachments of the adhesive on the back and the extra adhesive that came with the tiles. I will definitely be purchasing more of these. 😁

Awesome. I’ve been using FreePrints for a few years and have always loved the convenience of the app. I love how the tiles look and how quickly they arrive. My family recently lost a loved one and we ordered over 20 photo tiles to give to family members at the service. Our tiles arrived in 4 days and they were perfect. It was really important that we had beautiful memories to share and give our relatives and we couldn’t be happier with the way these came out.

So beautiful, but do not stick well.. I spent 175 on the premium glass tiles. The paint was not brand new. But not super old either. So the walls were clean. I cleaned them first. 8 of the 10 tiles worked, but two fell and broke. So I have to re-order. I guess I have to go out and get some picture hangers to put on the backs. I think that’s just safer. Because now I’m going to spend another 35 to replace the two that cracked. And I can’t afford to replace all of them if they start to fall. Good idea though.

So happy!. My son is getting a Minecraft bedroom and I had been on the hunt for wall decor to which I have been unsuccessful in finding anything more than wall decals. The idea struck me to get some canvas and paint the characters but I am NOT and artist. I got my monthly reminder that I had a free print and boom! Just like that I found some Minecraft picture and 6 of these tiles later I have the BEST and wall art to go in his room! Totally happy cannot express how happy I am with the quality! Thank you!

Photo Tiles. I ordered a photo tile and then y’all sent me an email saying that my order wasn’t complete so I tried to fix whatever the issue was but got no where. So I ordered it again and y’all charged me $8.55 twice and I shouldn’t be charged twice for the same photo tile and I’d appreciate it if y’all could correct this problem!!!! Thank you so much

Delivery expedited. Fabienne C and Ashley L were amazing. My order was placed and initial delivery was scheduled to Aug 6 but then a day later it was changed to Aug 9 and this was a problem. Both Fabienne and Ashley worked to make sure I received my photos before my mom’s gone to heaven anniversary August 7. I received them on the 5th. Tiles are good. One snag with this app is that you can’t go back snd see which tiles you’ve previously ordered without clicking on each order individually, then clicking on “view pics in this order” and waiting for them to load, which takes forever. They need an option to see all pics that have been made into tiles in one place so you can just click and reorder.

Perfect for our motor home. I had a wall in my motor home that was blank space and needed something on it. I placed 4 tiles with photos of our grandkids on this wall and it was perfect! Anyone that has ever ridden in an RV going down the road understands how bumpy it is and how the RV shakes and bounces with every little spot in the road. These tiles have never budged. I replaced one with a newer photo and it never left any kind of a mark.

Great quality and affordable!. I love my photo tiles, I feel like everyone knows about Mixtiles, but I have a best kept secret! Free Prints Photo Tiles are less expensive than mixtiles and I like the way Photo Tiles are frameless better, it gives it a canvas picture look, to me it looks more expensive! The quality is always perfect and I love the way they look on my photo wall! I would recommend them to anyone!

Not photo quality. I ordered a set of four tiles from family pics I recently took. The mounts are very simple to set on the wall and arrange using the $2 level cross I also ordered. However, I was expecting the same high-res photo print quality I get on my Canon photo printer at home. Instead, the printing was the kind of dot matrix printing you see in cheap magazine photos. This almost completely negated the postprocessing I had applied to get sharp focus and clarity. I won’t be ordering from them again. I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect a higher print quality from a company whose lead product is printing my photos.

So convenient and awesome!!!!. I have used other apps by FreePrints before and have never been disappointed!! This new app is so convenient, and I received my order super fast! The tiles are printed with high quality photos, and I can arrange them in whatever order I want. With the adhesive I can easily take them on and off the walls with no damage. Best of all, it’s free!! Would 100% recommend to all.

Fantastic!!. I used to spend so much time trying to find the right photos and frames and arrangements. Then got overwhelmed and never put anything on the wall. It’s so easy to pick your pictures, center them and then order. When you place them up I would recommend measuring out your wall space use a ruler and leveler. But they come off easily if you need to readjust them too so you could totally wing it too!

Nice and Beautiful. I decided to give it a try and ordered four of my sons baby pictures. They came out as they look in my phone and the cherry on the pie is, they stick perfectly on the wall. I wonder how people kept saying the sticky foam doesn’t do jack and pictures kept falling off their walls. What kind of paint was used to paint their walls? I love mine though but I’ll wish they have other bigger sizes other than the 8X8.

Free gift tile. I know I shouldn’t complain about a free gift and it could’ve been my fault when I sent the picture in but when you have a picture made a great grandson or anybody riding his little bike and you cut out the bike and got more the background it just wasn’t what I expected ! What a collection!. I have fifty tiles posted together with grandkids, kids, parents, pets, you name it. They are really impressive and beautiful. Real attention getter, everyone looks for themselves up on the wall. Only improvement is that some pictures pull away from the tile after a while and have to be reglued. Not often but occasionally, especially in hot weather. Still ordering, still enjoying!

Customer for many years. I learned about this app from a friend back in 2019 and have been using it ever since. I have book loads of photos thanks for this app and a collection of tiles. Love, love, love!. I just received my second batch of prints. They came out beautiful again! Best part of these is that you can put them anywhere and move them if you choose. So light weight so no worrying about falling off the wall. The quality is wonderful! Reasonably priced also😁. And you receive them quickly. I would recommend this new concept to anyone. Was a great product!!. This app is easy to use, the products are good quality, really easy to hang, and look awesome on the wall. Updated from original posting. Well... The tiles didn’t look great for very long. Image started peeling up from the frame. No response from customer service on the issue. Frustrated with no reply, I reached out again to let them know I may not continue to order from them and wanted a replacement or resolution on the cost. Their response was not options to replace/correct the poor quality... But ways to delete my account forever. Very poor customer service standards.

Beautiful Tiles!. I was so surprised at the quality and how beautiful they turned out. I ordered for my daughters new house of her and her man and their many pet children, then made another order for my Mom, then another order for my brother of him and his father, the last pic they had before his dad passed away. Horrible unresponsive customer service. I’ve ordered from this app before but my experience with my latest order has convinced me to use one of their many competitors going forward. I put in an order on December 4th knowing it may take longer due to Covid and the holidays. However, it is December 21st (3 weeks) and still no update on if my order will be delivered or if it’s lost. One of the pictures was part of a holiday gift intended for a friend’s (who passed away recently) family to commemorate my friend. Customer service was non-existent besides a generic form email saying to wait. I will never use this app again and so should you. Pricing with other services is about the same.

Great way to have your memory displayed. When I initially downloaded this app I thought okay let’s see what it is and what we get. I have not been disappointed and honestly kept downloading all their other apps. Love, Love that I can create gifts and still get things I want at an affordable price. My son passed away 7 months ago and I love finding my favorite pictures and now can display him so beautifully. You must use I cannot implore you and how great they are. Jeanette

Canvas. I was sent an email on 8/25 telling me my package has shipped and that my tracking info would be updated within one business day. Four business days later the day my package is to arrive is what I was told via email from this company no packages and still no tracking info. Reached out and was told on the day it was suppose to arrive that I’m still within my “arrival window” all though the UPS truck passed my house up and stopped further down my street, informed them UPS wouldn’t of passed my house if that was the case and am still currently requesting tracking info.

Glass tile. I am so happy with my 8”x8” tile. I’m very happy with the quality of the image. Please remember, your image is only as good as the quality of your photo. My photo was taken on a iPhone 7. The placement of the photo was perfect. I have not put mine on a wall so can’t include this in my review. If there were issues I would just buy a good double sided sticky tape. It would be well worth it. I’m very happy with the cost.

Amazing. For that price they are great! Plus it’s just one shipping price no matter how many you get which was perfect. They came in absolutely what I was expecting. Photos look great and they seem pretty durable. They are packaged well while shipping and didn’t take too long to come in. I am satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommended They really strive to give their customers the best they have.

High Quality. These are perfect for what I was looking for. I THOUGHT I wanted canvas but they were on the pricey side where as these are inexpensive enough that you won’t feel too guilty removing some now and then to update. The photo quality is really nice and the backings they are put on are well made. I’d highly advise getting the level with your first order - it’s a very reasonable $2 and worth EVERY PENNY!!

Great Photo app. I love this app. I amazed how the pictures come out. I love how you received at least 1 free tile every month and shipping is cheap. I love how you can just stick the tile on the wall and the adhesives never ware off. There is one thing that threw me off. The way the it’s made. I thought picture was engraved into the tile itself. But it’s actually made of paper. I’m not complaining, just a thought that was caught off guard lol . Other than that I highly recommend

So great!. We’ve been getting these tiles for awhile now and love them! We travel a lot and get them mostly of our favorite adventure shots. The quality is great and they are easy to hang. I just had my most recent order lost in the mail and customer service was quick and is sending a replacement for me. So helpful! I can’t recommend them enough!

Cheap quality and bad customer service. I recently got the tiles from them few wreks ago and was totally disappointed by the quality of their tiles. It’s made from cheap material like foam and the edges are so rough that scratch you. It costs $8 each tile, I could have paid $1 extra from different companies to get much better quality plus free shipping and bonus 1 free tile. On their website they said to email them if you’re not happy with the products, all LIES. I emailed them twice and still never got any replies. I bought many tiles from different companies before and this is the worst one. Totally disappointed!

Tile. Received my free tile of grandsons graduation picture. I was very disappointed. The top of his head was cut off. I would like to change this review. Number one , I would like to thank for your quick response. After looking at the picture I sent you, it was not your fault. The cut off was on my end. I have used this service for years and am more than happy with it. Please accept my apologies.

Empty wall. I hung 14-16 pictures on my wall and within 24 hours they began to fall within days they were all on the floor. I was told by your customer service team it could be my wall but that was but the case so they sent me more adhesive strips. Reapplied the strips and hung the tiles … one by one they have fallen again. I spent over $100 for my tiles to now be stacked on the floor waiting for what I will do next. Very disappointed. It’s not my wall. It’s not the moisture. It’s the tiles and the strip quality. There needs to be something that can be done.

Amazing quality and cheap prices!. These photo tiles are great quality. The free tile every month is such a great value. Their customer service is quick and very accommodating. I’ve ordered the plastic and glass tiles both, and recommend both options. The other Free Prints apps have great deals also and great quality items. I’ve ordered from all of them and am extremely happy with all my items!

Love it!. This is the best site I enjoy. I have been able to send the free tiles to my family as really great gifts. Special events and moments shared make them even more special which this site allows. The photo of my son’s huge catch on his fishing trip and my other son’s climb to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro is visible on my wall- not hidden away in a photo album. Not to say the free photo reprints are not a good deal also. Do yourself a big favor and join this site.

It’s a super cute way to display my favorite memories with my friends and family.
