Not a good purchase. If you buy this app but if you don’t like how it works they will not give a refund , I bought the full version and tried it for about 4 days trying to find the best way to used it , not easy to used , crashes very often , no full controls for casting , I request a refund and they said it is not eligible for refund , very disappointed

Does the job. Had been looking for something like this for awhile now. Did app does very well on streaming pretty anything you find online. The only thing I would complain about is that every once and awhile it will cut off the streaming for no reason.

Subtitles for any website not working. I purchased tv cast for chromecast pro and also an chromecast device just to watch videos with subtitles. But subtitles is not working at all for any website. Hence 2 rating . Will change the rating once the issue is fixed.

Absolutely perfect!. Exactly what I need. Casts videos in high quality, with audio, and issues are infrequent or easily worked around. My only real issue is that it always automatically casts to a random device in my house, often connecting to my housemates’ tv in their room. If there were a way to stop it from automatically connecting that I can’t find, it’d be perfect.

Really cool app.... Because of the fact I can delete and restore over and over on different devices and each and every single time, my restore option...well it just works. Thanks for saving me on cash guys!!!

Needs fixed.. I have the pro version, it works fine for a little while. Then it decides to disconnect if I time out my phones screen, or if I leave the app temporarily. When I go to open the app it’s no longer on the page I was casting and I have to do it all over again. I honestly feel like I’ve wasted my money considering, unless I let my battery drain and leave it up on my screen I cannot cast to my chromecast without it closing everything out after about 3 minutes.

Not worth the money. This app keeps kicking me out of everything I put on to watch. I would have to restart the app and would start from the video from the beginning. Not worth the money. If I knew better I would not put money into this app and probably went for a different app instead. Waste of money!!!!!

Livestreams. Please optimize the app to work with ALL livestreams. Some live streams don’t play at all, others for a few seconds, and the best livestreams tend to stop playing while I’m enjoying the stream the most. I have sent a few links, (Volokit is my preferred site). Other than streams, a perfect app, no problems at all.

Have to by add on’s that don’t work. First you pay for the App. I actually paid for the ultimate edition so I could stream HBO Max to my tv using my fire stick. But to be able to cast video from an app, you have to purchase an additional app to screen mirror. The second app does not work at all. So now This company has basically duped me out of $12. Not worth the money at all!

The gold standard. Update: Even w Roku, Apple TV & others, some services and channels don’t play nice w my TV. TV Cast is an essential utility to have. Thanks for updating it! This is the best app I’ve found to use my Chromecast. The ad blocking also stops websites from rerouting me onto another site. Well worth the $$.

Bad purchase. I am not enjoying chromecast because I was told that it’s easy to use. It’s not! I have tried for 4 days and even with people double checking everything the most that I have seen is about 20 minuets of something before everything freezes and goes off and I am told to reboot and start over. Looks like a total waste of money.

It does what it says! Love it.. Outstanding, just combine all apps in one and have a better interface. Other than that perfect.

A little slow to connect. Sometimes when broadcasting something from Chrome browser it is challenging to make the connection; however I can eventually get it to work.

Crashing. Lately the app has been crashing and/or disconnecting. Needs to be updated because that’s annoying!

Keeps on crushing. There is nothing more frustrating than watching a show and the app keeping on disconnecting and/or crashing.. it shouldn’t be hard to fix, can you please take some time and figure out how to improve it? I paid money for this app..

Great streaming app. I’ve been using this app for years and have been impressed with it from day one.

TV Cast. (C). Chromecast this is one the best things that I have bought in years. It’s streams videos and music and pictures can’t say enough about it. I recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a way to use there phone for streaming from my iPhone and iPad and computer. 👍😳🙂

By far the best.. They have apps that allow iOS users to connect their devices to almost anything! Worth every penny.

Didn’t work. I only purchased this app because I was staying at an Embassy Suites and it said that I could cast my phone to the TV with this app. It didn’t work even with purchasing the app. Would not recommend this app if you’re in a hotel that says you can stream from your phone. It didn’t work.

Better than the free version. All though it may cost $7 it's worth it, now I can skip, pause the video, and block ads. It overall makes my experience better with this app instead of the free

Not working on my ChromCast device. Not working on my ChromCast device; It starts well at the beginning but around 1 minute later it starts buffering and buffering, so much frustrated with this app. Subtitle also is not working. Not happy at all. I wish I could get my money back.

Works great. Two wishes... I could select subtitles for the videos that offer them and do a better job at skipping ads, sometimes hitting the button for an ad does nothing and then it will cast the ad afterwards and not detect the actual video.

Do not purchase. Bought the app - impossible to connect and stream videos without purchasing separate hardware which comes with fee software to begin with. Tried for 2 hours multiple ways to load Disney video streaming content from my iPhone to my Panasonic smart tv. Multiple websites multiple utube videos - this app simply does not work

Long time user!. I am ALWAYS recommending this app to my friends, acquaintances, etc. the ultimate edition for all of the casting apps (SAMSUNG, DLAN, CHROMECAST, ROKU, FIRE TV, GOOGLE CAST, LG) are ALL AMAZING! They all work flawlessly. And I promise you, they all truly do work. Have had the apps for well over 4-5 years, and they only get better. (I’m not paid to say any of this, nor is this a fake review) Legit, live in NYC, work hard, and keep up with my tech savvyness. I love the TV cast apps!

Works as advertised!. The free version doesn’t have scrubbing as well as other features. Well worth the upgrade for what I use it for.

Fantastic App. I’m speaking purely on the pro version. I had the free version for a while and it’s a night and day comparison. The pro version is smooth and reliable. Any reviews of the contrary are due to internet connections, I’m sure. Well worth the $6 and if you’re smart, and no how to utilize some sites online, you’d never have to pay for a streaming service or cable again. And that includes live sports. A++ app.

Almost there. I love the apps ability to cast internet videos to chrome cast, and I was certainly overwhelmed with the multiple apps after I upgraded to ultimate edition. However, the biggest issue for me is that though I was once able to cast a .wav file, I no longer can. Would definitely like a workaround for this. Besides that, it’s great.

Pretty great!. I see that the last update was 8 months ago, I hope that this app is able to have a new update and can add like a queue option. I love the app it’s easy to use and allows me to watch shows that im not able to watch anywhere else but the only thing that’s tedious is having to go back to the app after each episode to play the next manually. A queue option would make the app 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dont buy. Worst app ever. Everytime there’s something happened and the cast stopped suddenly

Keeps disconnecting. It is a good app in the sense you can watch a short video with it. But it doesn’t hold the connection properly for longer watching. You have to refresh the websites and then press play all the time. Until it just stops working all together. it also needs a screen saver for your phone or tablet if you keep it open. It works if you close the screen but at some point the app will get killed in the background.

Disappointed. I use this app on my 2017 IPad at first it was great but this week it stop casting to my television I use the chrome cast and it keep telling me to click on the external button that’s highlighted in blue but when you click it doesn’t work so not I can’t watch anything on tv because it won’t cast

Good and Bad!. I love this App, but after pausing a movie or something else, it shuts down after a while and I have to start all over!! I asked for support, but I did not get any response! This is the reason, because I gave this App only 4 stars! Arabelle

Needs Improvement. It sometimes will not connect to the chrome cast connected to the TV and everything has to be powered down and restarted to get it to connect.

Great for casting from iphone. I bought this app twice (for iPhone and iPad) even though I didn't have to (Family sharing) because I like it so much, I wanted to support the author. This app works great for casting from my Apple devices to my TV via Chromecast.

Customer service and problem resolution. I asked to have an issue with playback addressed from a certain website, and I was told that the developers would eventually look into it. It has now been 3 to 4 months since my initial request. I asked for an update and have had absolutely no word from anyone as to when or even if my concerns would be addressed and/or even fixed.

Ok App. Works fine sometimes and other times it crashes in the middle of the video. Have to keep restarting and finding your place

SMH. Literally was using the regular version up until this ad popped up advertising the upgrade, obstructing the entire view of the screen UNTIL I PAID FOR THE UPGRADE …so i did. Now i can’t even get the thing to stream properly. I want my money back.

TV CAST. I bought this app when the Chromecast first came out. At that time few apps were Chromecast compatible. I remember looking at several different ones and I chose this one. It has never failed me. There may be better apps now. BUt it works.

It’s average. I purchased all the pro versions so I was able to cast to any device and every time I cast it will only work for about 5 minutes before the stream closes out. I can still hear the audio but the screen returns to the main display screen and I have to constantly refresh to attempt to complete a movie or anything I’m casting. So annoying and not worth it to me

Almost perfect. My only complaints would be that you can’t queue up videos to play, and you can’t edit bookmarks. You can edit the name of the bookmark, but when you save or edit a bookmark you can’t change the web address. This makes it hard for me to keep my place on some streaming sites. But taking all of that into consideration, I still purchased the “pro” or full version and don’t regret the decision.

Super tool, a must for Chromecasting. So long as the codecs are compatible, this app will play most internet video streams. UI could be a bit better, but still use this app happily. Recommended.

Can’t play the video without interruption. When we play a video for a browser to Tv, it is keep on disconnection for every 20mins. Which is making frustrated. That need be resolved or else, no point to buy this app.

USED to be the best video app..... Used to to be the best video app for streaming, but now every time app is closed, the video seems to turn off. Before you could cast video then use device for other functions, now the device is useless while streaming content... i don’t know what happened or why they changed this, but it is no longer as great as it was. I would have recommended this app to everybody, now i would not ever... sad to see such a great app lose so much functionality...

I bought the wrong application. Bought for $6.99 then the want you to pay another $3.99 for add on and I still can’t cast appletv to my fire tv I originally gave a bad review and received feedback from the app developer explaining that I had purchased the wrong one in the process to go about getting a refund from Apple. I really appreciate the follow up.

Misleading and lacking capability. I downloaded the free version, couldn’t see how to mirror my iPhone, was prompted to buy the $11 pro app to do this. But the pro app can’t mirror screen.. apparently that’s yet another paid app. And when sharing files this app can’t seem to share PDF or PPT files so that’s pretty limiting. If you want to share photos or web browsers you can do this from google photos itself or chrome.

It constantly crashes.. I use pro version. I paid for it and It simply doesn’t work.

Does not work. Basic app stops working behind a paywall. I’ve already brought a chrome device. Fail Paid for a $6.99 lifetime one payment has all the tv cast options. It’s not $6.99AUD. Its $6.99USD. So I paid $10.99AUD. Fail. Go to screen mirror and it’s another paywall of $4.99. Most likely USD. I just paid for that. I have the screen shots. Fail x 2. Pay again for the screen mirror option and it didn’t connect to the TV app which was just installed and works with another device. Fail. I can’t believe this app is not reported as a fraud. Chrome… the company, This reflects very very badly on you, your management, your code monkeys and specially your lying sales team and QA department.

Glitches. Purchased this app for $10.99 AUD it would work better if the glitches were fixed for me to give a 5star rating when casting movies from phone it plays then replays the scene again

Additional Features Required. Overall the app is great but a few minor changes would be better. Like when casting a video and if we want to seek forward/backward should have separate 10s button. Also, if a call comes in the cast disconnects, can this be fixed.

Great, kinda. It’s good and I’m able to watch a lot of things on tv that I wouldn’t have previously been able to but there are a few glitches and error’s here and there. Also, sometimes if the subtitles aren’t on the video itself, it won’t show up on the TV which makes some videos hard to watch... overall, great app.

After all the hard adding in app prompts to unlock each and every function I gave in and paid the money thinking I would be able to at least get something to play. Worked well before, but not now. Bought this app because of the claim that you can cast from any webpage. While this worked for a few months, it’s become frustrating in the last few days. In some websites it would say, “No Videolink found to cast!”, and/or while its casts video streaming just stops. This doesn’t, and has never, happened with other apps (e.g., YouTube or Netflix). I am starting to think I this is a waste.

Absolutely loving it!. Best money I’ve spent all year! Easy to use. The playbar allows me to pause rewind and forward. I expected that! What I didn’t expect was the bookmarks which is hugely practical for quickly accessing sites on particular pages. AND... works with subtitles- big plus.

Used to be great. It stopped working recently with the new Googl tv with Chromecast upgraded device. In my old Chromecast it was very reliable. This time, from the url video stream, I click cast, then the loading screen on the tv, no longer shows the url like before when it worked, and just stops loading, stays there.. please fix! Love this app for years.

Glitches constantly. This chromecast app glitches constantly regardless of which setting you try. It repeats sections about every 10 seconds. Save your money.

Frustrating. I’ve used this app for over a year and have been very frustrated with is for the last couple of months. When casting I can never get through a whole episode or movie thT I’m watching because the app keeps kicking me out. I have tried using different devices and on different wifi’s, even my own data and it happens all the time.

User friendly. This app does function satisfactory, although not perfectly as I’ve experienced instances when suddenly it would close unexpectedly during streaming from a website and my phone would suddenly be on my home screen with no apps open or running and all streaming abruptly ended,leaving no option but to search and cast all over again. It’s keeps stopping. Hey I recently upgraded to the pro version, yes it’s ad free but why it’s keep stopping and I have go back and cast again. I’m really not happy with the app. I want my money back. How do I get my refund

It actually works really well!. I’ll be honest, I didn’t think this app would work well, if at all! But, it actually works pretty flawlessly! It connects to my chromecast devices quickly, and then is able to stream just about any playable video onto the TV. Currently the only way to cast with iPhone is by using the app respective to the streaming service. But some websites do not have apps! This fixes that! I also love that it’s a 1 time purchase! I’m sick of everything being a monthly subscription! Definitely earned that 5 star rating.

Since the update I can't get app to work. It's been hit and miss with this app. I've put off doing a review just so I could have more time trying and using it before I posted my opinion on it. In theory it's a great idea, however this app doesn't support a lot of video types. At least videos I've tried to cast to tv using this app. Video plays fine on my iPhone and iPad but app doesn't support the video format and therefore won't cast. You can send in an alert that the video wasn't supported but I find they never take the time to fix or address the issue. When I emailed them about it they told me sorry it wasn't working for me and that was the end of that. Customer support was lacking and most of the videos I try to stream don't work so I wouldn't recommend paying money for this app.

No Roku update for nearly two years.. I purchased the ultimate edition but for now I only need the Roku app for streaming. I haven’t had an update for the Roku app in well over a year, possibly two and it’s glitchy as hell. Purchased iWeb tv and going there. Easier to navigate without the glitches.

Useless. Couldn’t get it to work at all after being forced to pay $6.99 for the Pro version to even be able to view photos. In the end, it just makes you use Google’s Chromecast, which is free!

It’s a crap now after update. Earlier this app was excellent in playing the videos of many websites , but now it just plays for you tube . What is the point to buy this when Many have chrome cast, smart TVs or what not ? It is a crap now

Terrible App. This app is a joke. We got it so we can connect to our HBO in the hotel and they wanted and extra 3.99 for screen mirroring. When we tried to use the app to log into HBO it kept directing us to open the HBO app but wouldn’t play on the TV. Don’t recommend!

Best 30 bucks spent on Groupon!. ....but only and downloading this app! I even ended downloading the paid version.

Waste of Money. I paid fro the premium (Ultimate) package because it said I could cast whatever was on my screen to the Chromecast device. This is not true. I have an iPad PRO. I cannot cst anything more than I could with the Chromcast once it it set up. I tried all of the Apps that came with the Ultimate package. No difference.

Not recommended. This has been the worst video-casting app, ever! Despite down loading upgrade apps, I am still not able to cast ANYTHING from my iPhone to the TV. So that there is no misunderstanding, I am able to cast Netflix and MHz from my iPhone to the TV. I have tried everything on the app page to no avail.

Terrible.. Installed this for $6.99 at a hotel in hopes of watching TV since they had extremely limited cable. Tried to use screen mirroring, since nothing else worked on the app, and they wanted to charge me more money

Does not work on Samsung series 6 without apps.. I tried to use this on a base series Samsung six. I cannot add any apps to the TV and unfortunately this purchased app will not work on the TV without certain installed apps.

Good but drops the cast a lot. God app when it’s working. Just be prepared to make several attempts to connect then reconnect 2-3 times per hour.

Connection is terrible. It’s always something when it comes to connecting. Even when Google home app is responding and it’s connected, it still will not connect to the app. Don’t waste money buying this app

Rarely works. Some videos load but most of the time they are unable to case without constant buffering. I know it is the app because I can play the video on my phone just fine and my Chromecast connection is strong with every other app.

Best app for watching movies moon. Jeanie ima need my diamonds back unless you all want to die

Bread and butter. I have multiple sites for streaming and this App gets the job done.

Streams photos but for movies or TV it will not stream. It is only worth the effort if you want to stream your videos or local applications. None of the streaming services will work.

Excellent. I love it. Whatever I can play on my phone, I can play on my tv.

Annoying. Buffers to much and when it does the link title pops over the screen which gets annoying

Cast video extremely slow. When casting a video to chromecast, the software tries to optimize the video first. So the video playing on the tv is extremely slow. Basically, not able to watch.

Not great at all. Always have issues streaming from this app. Free version didnt give me half the issues I get from the purchased pro app. Would not recommend unless an upDate that stops the delayed streams from continuously happening

Can I please have a refund?. I bought this because my chrome cast was not working but it was due to my wifi. I just bought it. I just figured out the problem and I feel stupid for buying this when I didn’t need it 😢

It's all right considering.. The only problem I have is with closed captioning. Just can't get it to work. Also I paid for the ultimate pkg. and still get enough pop-ups to blow your mind! Don't waste your $ on that BS pkg.

Pro service? Nothing pro about it. Additional purchase required to mirror screen. This “pro” app provides zero services that can’t be found for free with using Chromecast directly. $6.99 down the drain.

Doesn’t cast movies most of the times. Casting movies it’s hard,most of the times. The setup with my TV it’s fine first starts casting then takes me out and and louding movies is getting very slow

Can’t recommend.. App worked great initially. My wife and I both have it. I decided to get the full version and paid for the pro. Now my app will connect, but won’t cast on Chromecast, no matter what I do. Wife’s, unpaid, works every time. More than frustrated, I feel ripped off.

Web page on video. Awesome app that i PAID for. Only bug is when streaming the website appears on the screen entire time watching if rather the app logo in bottom right corner. That’s just me. Almost ruins entire app experience.

Doesn’t want to connect. Disappointed

I don’t like. This app does not work I bought it to watch this movie website. The support from the website recommended it. $6.99 later this app won’t even cast google. Is this a 1 time purchase or a subscription. Either way I would like to delete it. Help
