Fun and easy. Ordered some personalized pumpkins and other Halloween items for my family. Ordering was easy. Can’t wait to get them. Kids are going to love seeing a pumpkin with their name on it.

Way to Difficult. I found a cute item for a wedding gift. As a first time shopper and an avid online shopper I was not satisfied with the ordering process. The shipping is too high. I asked for a wave of the shipping cost to which I was told no. No first time customer discount, No Senior discount No Military discount Thanks for nothing ☹️. I hope I get quality product that my daughter and son in law will enjoy.

Received broken. I ordered a garden stone for my great-niece’s remembrance, Cheyenne was murdered by people she called friends. I wanted to send her mother my niece and her grandparents, my brother and sister in law a bit of comfort in the words on the stone. A broken in half stone was sent with gorilla glue arrived at their home. What a disappointing and discouraging sight. They took pictures and sent them to me, really you all didn’t have to send it out that way. It shows lack of respect, attention to detail, and not a single ounce of empathy. Your company has no accountability, integrity, or self control whatsoever on what not to send to your customers. I was given a partial refund, I asked for a full refund and to have another stone sent, but your so called automated customer service line indicated that could not be done. If you continue to do customers like you did me, you will sooner then later not have a thriving business due to your unfortunate customer service and service practices.
