Great app. Easy to navigate. Payments are credited pretty quick. Easy to track purchases. I get an alert each time a my acct is used! I’ve caught three unauthorized purchases from these alerts! It would be great if they would itemize your purchases on the billing statement. I see charges all the time that I do not recognize! Then I forced to call Synchrony bank & spend 15 mins explaining that’s not my purchase only to find out it was but described differently than the actual item or seller!

Payment notice. I wish when you make a payment that it shows quicker in the bank because you have it showing nothing to the bank at all for days and days now,& it shouldn’t take that long, when you make a payment Direct from your checking account it should show that you made the payment that day from the bank even if it’s pending it should still show it, I don’t send payments unless they’re good,I understand that you have to check but it doesn’t take that many days to show it electronically it’s still is not showing my payment that I made from my bank yet,my bank doesn’t show anything yet,and if you’re not careful you could go over your limit that you have in the bankI it truly needs to be changed it’s just too many days that I am waiting just to show that I made a payment from my bank to you thank you John.

Ok credit card. It’s convenient to use to purchase small priced consumer items. My only complaint with this credit card is that the amount you can charge declines or drops from the original credit given every few months even if you make payments on time and above the minimum amount required. Pretty frustrating if you ask me. It’s better to have a different credit card for purchases above $300.

Ok but overly simplified app. Makes spending super easy- but the ability to track transactions, verify purchase details, view history and see statements, almost non existent. 🤷‍♂️ Using this card and app for differed, no interest payments is pretty impossible and self defeating, because if you mix those transactions with regular transactions, there’s no easy way to be sure you are paying off those deferred amounts separately. Feels purposeful to ensure you end up paying interest, so I’ve ceased to use this card and those offers at a result, which was the whole purpose for using this card. This big plus is that the rewards add up pretty quick, so as long you keep paying off the balance consistently, you can definitely benefit from that. Just avoid the 0% trap on this card. There are plenty of other cards out there that make the 0% transactions more transparent for paying them off.

Good account app! Only wish it had one thing…. I really think the app should at least show you or give you a payment option when you make a payment to pay the amount required to cover your monthly balance and special financing payments owed. It seems silly that the user should have to calculate equal payments on their own in order to avoid paying interest, and it’s not enough to have a warning setup right before those special financing payments are due. If this feature was there it’d make for a much more comfortable experience, though I’ll continue to use special financing as needed, regardless.

No where to view statements?!?. Most of the apps for bank/credit cards has the menu/option to view monthly statement but this one doesn’t have it. I was expecting more features in new version but still missing this most important one. Also, the only way to contact support is over the phone... should have option to at least email and then if possible chat, etc... The reason I rated as 3 Stars is for giving developers some credits since they have tried to improve but again still need at least the standard for most of bank/credit card features...

That Great Card. That’s a Great Card, it really checks you out so very fast, and gets your thing out to you so fast with UPS !! My Dogs Let’s Me Know,, most of the time, when they see the Brown Truck Backing in my Driveway. Or if they are Stoped out front heading south. But it’s so nice of them stopping and placing my things in the New Garage that I have. And soon when I get my Breezeway Finished, as soon as I get better, then they will be able to slide it in there. Out of the weather and out of sight . And waiting for me to see what I have ordered in the middle of the night again !! And it all came here right on time, by using this Great Card, that you gave me the okay of buying Your Great Products That You Have Thank-You so Very Much for all your time you’ll take by Reading My Thank you’s and keep up your Great Job’s You All Do There. By getting things out to me,,, Randy

Notifications. My only issue but this app is that if does not remind me when the bill is coming up. I’m often really busy with work so I lose track of the due date and sometimes I do when I do make a payment it will not update the balance which makes me think that the transaction didn’t go through and I ended up paying again only to find out later if that it did went through and it didn’t notify me that the payment was received. This app has been so frustrating and hard to work with that it has affected my credit score so as soon as I’m done paying it off I’m going to cancel the card.

5 STARS. I actually like it. Although my first time using it. Easy to use and easy to build up your credit score. Highly recommended for first timers who want to build up their credit score too. But don’t apply too much credit cards doee if you can’t pay it in time. Like about this Credit card. They don’t force you to pay everything as soon as possible. You just have to make sure you pay it before another year started. But for me I don’t like to borrow or to owe a money. So as soon as I use it I pay it asap. I haven’t done the monthly payment using this card so I’m just about to try it. I’m actually having fun earning points using this card too. 🫶

The whole operation is bogus. I don't think I've ever had a worse banking experience. I tried several times to make a payment, but for one reason or another it wouldn't go through. I don't know if the problem arose from Synchrony, my bank, or me myself, but the real frustration began and continued when I tried to get support. There seems to be no way in the app to contact support except by phone, and we all know what that means. Sometimes the person on the other end was very difficult to understand (combination of British pronunciation on top of an Asian accent), or they were of no help. Most frustrating was that there was no way for them to communicate whether or not a payment had gone through before a notice was sent of late fees charged. Also there seems to be no way to close the account after I sent a check by mail and requested it to be closed. So I will forever be receiving notices of my $0.31 credit which is apparently not available. I just hope no one is able to hack into my account and create more problems.

It’s ok. I think it is easier to manage then the previous website- however, on both my apps for my discover card, and my bank card- I get to see the flow of adding up my total on the side- so I can see when I make a payment it deducts from the running total or if I purchase something it adds it- I like it because it is like balancing a check book and I get to see the flow of my money. As I do most of my shopping online I manage my accounts this way- with the synchrony app- you guys just post the total of my one purchase and do not give me a running total. This makes me feel like I way overpay- or because of the lag I end up paying until I credit my account as I double pay. It’s just really difficult and confusing and I would very much so prefers a running total like all my other banking websites have. Thanks Elizabeth

Everything & more. I spend obscene amounts here! Am disabled and did notice, that in the last year, my neighbors have been kind enough to bring my purchases to my house! It’s funny that as soon as I see the picture taken by the driver, the house is usually unknown to me! Stopped buying groceries b/c, it’s just gotten too expensive! Delivery fee, taxes, Store delivery fee & the tipping! I’ve always been an over tipper as I worked for tips 50 years ago! Don’t know what I would have done over COVID! And then, COVID was so long, I became an addict and can’t stop now!

Try it. They must have had a different app before I signed up cuz I read some of the negative reviews and I don’t have a problem with this app. It’s simple and easy to use, I’ve already made 1 payment and the transaction was simple. Solid App. Simple and easy to use. Has everything I like to know about my account from the account balance, make a payment, due dates and even Rewards Balance all on the main page. Easy to understand and make payments whenever I want. I will add though that the card itself feels like it takes forever to reflect payments. I use my card for 5% back and pay everything off immediately. I’ve had payments show up in pending and then “Posted” but still not reflect in the total balance. Still rating the App 5 star though because of its ease of use and everything I mentioned earlier.

I DONT want to buy from china!. I have complained several times, I have my settings set to USA, but still get crap from china and I mean crap! My Christmas gifts this year were of horrible quality, so very disappointed, you need to figure this out please, it’s very frustrating, can you perhaps highlight any items from china in perhaps in red? Otherwise I have to spend hours going through each and every seller, there has to be a solution and it should be an easy fix, thank you from me and millions of others

Horrible Info, Barely Useful. This app barely does the basic things it’s supposed to do properly. And generally not very well. When a purchase is made, your balance is updated immediately, but it takes time to show what the purchase was for. Sometimes so long the purchase has disappeared from recent transactions before you can clearly see what it was for. And if you make a payment, your balance is not updated immediately. A payment can even leave your recent transaction list and still show an outdated balance weeks later,leading you to believe a payment is still needed to pay off balance. And when you make another payment, eventually your balance goes negative when your two (weeks apart) payments are finally applied to your account balance and the balance finally updated properly. And this issue has been reported multiple times to their built-in feedback system for many months…without the issue being fixed. App needs a lot of work.

PGreat App. This app works just as it should. It works exactly like all my other card apps. Charges show up as soon as they are made, but pending and do not reduce your remaining credit balance for a couple of days. My payments are shown as soon as make them, but are pending and do not reduce the balance owed for a couple of days. The cards that appear to credit your outstanding balance immediately don’t actually do so. If you look at available credit it will show the payment has been applied, but the outstanding credit amount doesn’t change for a couple of days. So, if does exactly what I got it to do. I read reviews that claim charges hit immediately but payments hit days later. I can tell you that is not the case. I made a charge and a payment the same day. They were both pending for the same amount of time, and had no effect on either my balance owed or my available credit until they both posted. This is a great app, and I recommend it

Simple and User-Friendly Interface. Love everything out the app. The option for FaceID makes it convenient to sign in and out. Safe and secure without the hassle. The only thing is they only allow bank ACH payments. Wish they offered the option to use a checking account debit card option too which allows faster processing of payments. It also takes about a day or two for payments to post for ACH transfers vs debit cards usually process instantly which offers flexibility with meeting deadlines. Otherwise, everything else about the app is quite straight forward. The platform is clean and easy to navigate. The app is a great tool to use for making payments, accessing statements and basic information.

The app has lower limits than the card. It functions well as required, but very limited in overall features and usefulness. For instance - I received a message regarding my account. I cannot view this message in the app itself which is a pestering flaw considering the potential of the app. It acts great as a companion app to logging in on a desktop computer for more serious issues with account as needed. However, I know there are uses who do not own a desktop, any many more still who prefer using apps on their personal smartphone as opposed to logging in on a shared desktop in their residence.

Good app but watch out for pending charges!. Would have given five stars but they wait too long to move your pending charges up to your balance. This almost seems devious to me because as someone who pays on the card multiple times per month- it allows them to still put a balance due that I could possibly miss. ( if that makes sense). I don’t like worrying that I’m going to be late, so I pay the card down often throughout the month…and still they manage by their late post to my balance to still have a balance due for a certain day (due to posting after closing dates). Phew, glad I could clear that up hahaha!

Works great. I feel it could have been done a little better, just based on apps from my other cards. But it gets the job done. Started prepaid (300$) with credit score of 640. It’s been about 2 years and now it’s 749. Discover opened the door for me to get credit in order to obtain other cards. But honestly I mostly use discover. They have increased credit limit twice upon my request. Now I have 2k cap. It’s also great for gas and food rewards and the apps auto pay is pretty good. WARNING: if you have auto pay be careful paying your entire balance close to the date of the auto pay. It will sometimes pay the auto pay in addition to your first payment. The auto pay amount will show up as a negative on your card balance. To get your money back use the discover card little temp prepaid visa and then it will begin charging you again once the overpaid funds are spent

Don’t understand the purpose of this app. The app does not do much of anything...it only allows you to see the last ten or so transactions, and cannot be changed. There’s no way to auto pay ongoing or recurring charges. For some stupid reason, Synchrony forces you to use this app instead of allowing ebills on online bill pay accounts. Fine, but at least offer an online alternative (it should be a feature of this app)... What is the point of “viewing” your digital card? There’s no information that you wouldn’t get from just looking at the actual card. And like most iPhone-only apps, this app is pure crap on an iPad. There’s a lot more information that could be made available with such an app...

So easy!. This app makes viewing details and making payments so much easier! There’s no endless menu…that directs you to another menu, just to redirect you to another menu. It’s literally 2 clicks. It shows you a short summary of everything you need. You can choose you’re secure login and you can make it so simple. Out of any card apps I’ve tried, the AmazonStore Card app has got to one of the smoothest. It also puts you right into direct contact if there was ever a need to speak to someone and you can easily view your digital card. Definitely satisfied!!

Easy to monitor. I have grown to like the AmazonStoreCard App as it is easy to monitor my purchases, make and see all my payments, plan my payment dates into the future, set auto payments, view credits from returns and so on. I can monitor all activity on my account and be sure there is nothing unusual, make sure I am charged the correct amount and/or credited back the correct amounts. I can contact customer service right away if i notice any discrepancies. I waited several months before writing this review, even though it prompts and asks me to almost every time I sign on. I wanted to utilize and get to know the app well before writing a review. Initially I wasn’t thrilled with the app/but I hadn’t gotten to know and use it well enough, so it’s a good thing I waited. Now I am comfortable and very pleased so far.

Needs Improvement. I like the app for its convenience, but the fundamental core of this banking app isn't there right now. Direct payments from my checking account take days to appear on my statement activity. Purchases have the same delay. Makes it quite difficult to track spending and purchases. There is no ability to quick-add the card to your Apple Wallet so you may use it at locations and websites that accept the payment method. You can schedule payments, but you can't view what payments and amounts are currently scheduled. This tricked me into thinking I needed to make a payment, when really I just forgot that I had already scheduled one to occur. This is unacceptable - if a payment is scheduled to occur prior to the due date, then I should 100% be able to see that in the app. Lets not mention how I wrote my first review (which was triggered from within the app) and it did not appear after I had tapped send. Likely because the rating was too low for them. I had to resubmit this through the app store directly.

Make it make sense. When I make my $50 payments, the balance reflects that in two days. This time I made a payment of $225, trying to ge my balance down so I can use my card to purchase what I need for this week. It has now been 6 days and it still shows as the card having reached its limit. When I called in, they tell me that it takes 10+ days to clear so they can make sure the money is in my bank account. The money has been taken out of my account for about a week now. The agent kept saying ‘we do this to ensure that the money is available’. If the money was already taken from my bank and on this app it says it processed and went through, why is it that I’m unable to use my card at all??! Customer service was no help, so don’t even waste your time.

Shopping when you want to. Shopping 24/7 makes it easy for me to take my time reading reviews, comparing prices, and the search filter allows me to limit items to only those that meet my criteria. Fast delivery is cool, too. Much better than schlepping through stores followed by salespeople asking you if you need help every time you stop to look at something. In the store you can’t price compare, either - unless you sclerotic in 3 or 4 other stores which is wasting time and effort.

Simple and to the point. The app is simple and to the point. Easy to figure your way around. I guess there’s a new-ish update that allows you to view the purchases. I would have expected that from the beginning but I’m glad they improved it. The only draw back is that it takes a few days to process in my bank account bc it’s using the account info and not my debit card. So be aware and pay early to avoid a late fee. As well as don’t forget that you paid it and spend more money than you have available in your bank. Overall nothing amazing but good. Side note- I was confused at first which Account/app it was (Amazon/Symphony). The regular symphony app didn’t have my account and then I realized it was this app instead.

Getting better-needs work. The new update is a much better UI. It still needs some updated “at a glance” features. Things like total credit balance. Not just “available”. Current interest rate would be nice. Lifetime savings would probably help them encourage spending. Activity should ALWAYS show last activity rather than “no recent activity”. I’m looking to see what happened last. Not if something happened this week. All in all though, this update made it simpler to use and visibly less cluttered. Other additions should include a notification option for when the card is used, or when a payment clears. As well as a button under settings for increasing balance.

Simplified. This app used to be my worst banking app I complained and complained stopped using the account and was over it, but then they developed my new version completely overhauled it’s so user friendly it’s almost automated now you can zip through quickly everything is right there in front you where you are happen to be looking for the link, icons, data entryway , statement, settings, or you name it and it’s right in there front of you in bold print black, white ,and orange everything you need stands out clearly separate from the next I'm seriously impressed because I hated the website I mean loathed it and shared that deep hatred every time I called the hotline I didn’t hold back and always spent the time to take the time for the survey trying to give up the hard truth and they went under the hood and created this masterpiece of a banking app ! I love it and I’m glad I stuck it out!

Improved, but still VERY limited. Account is fully viewable, but it is very difficult to do some changes on the site. Why in this day and age, you still cannot make manual override payments on the app, or have a login function which allows to change the payment type or view what form of payment will be used or on what day the payment is made, is the dark ages of internet. They haven’t realized that many people don’t use laptops and pay all their bills ONLY on apps in the present world. These functions still not available on the app should be fully functional, because it’s a little inconvenient to have to switch to the website to get many the functions done. They need a new developer crew at this point. C+

Won't log in.. Update: After an update or two the app is much better. Only shows the basics (more so than other financial apps that show much more information and allow interaction) but it gets the job done for payments. The only thing I have to complain about now is that even after my payment is made, processed, and posted, I still get payment reminders up until my actual due date. That’s kind of annoying, and I find myself wondering if their system will eventually report a late, or non payment one of these times…. Tried it, and it keeps telling me my log in info is wrong. I can log in just fine through the the website, but the app keeps telling me my info is wrong. A great app if you don't want to log in, not so much if you want to use it to manage your account.

So far so good, but they could..... (Hat tip to the “convenient but not perfect” review, that’s a good example of what I’m talking about in my review. This isn’t rocket science, just “do what other card companies are NOT DOING that the customers like....and “boom” drop the mic. “Com’on man?!?! as the looser Biden would say...lol) I’ve had this card for a year now, and have had “to be expected” experiences; if they want to “stand out” as any company would/should strive for, then I would suggest they do the follow for starts..... -Have an itemized detailed report of what charges are current, paid, and yet to be paid. -Have a communication pipeline to see and tally what the customers look for in a store card. -Inform the customer when balance credit increases are available, think outside the box. -Reward the customer for using this payment method vs others. (Entice the customer...with...”something) How are you (the company) different than all the other million companies out there? Like I said......for starters........ (Need a consultant who has nationwide 500 fortune co. 150%NR experience? “Entice me with an offer”) 😁

Quick and Easy. The App makes it easier to review your account and purchases without having to go into the browser. The App is on your phone your info is in the App and it is simple to make payments and check your purchases and Cash Bank info. “So far so good.” Thank you for making it easier. Although, sometimes I can’t understand the way the calculations are or how to add my purchases because they come in pieces and because of that I’m not sure if I owe at that time or in the new bill coming up. I usually like to pay in “chunks” rather than just the “monthly amount due”—that would be more confusing to just pay the monthly amount especially if I’m making more purchases on top of each other. I do like the fact I can send payments in at anytime. I may call and ask Customer Svce to help me understand. Other than that, thank you for the Service.

No notifications. The app is ok, but I do not receive any notifications. I have them all toggled on, double checked in settings, but I do not receive a push notification or an email when a payment is due, past due, or anything. I have to remember to open the app and check. I went to ask a question about this, and the only support option is to call a number with questions about the credit card. Having had experience with talking with credit card customer support, I have 0% faith they would effectively troubleshoot this issue. If the developer of the app reads this, if you can help me address this issue I’ll gladly change my rating to 5 stars.

Great app needs to grow some. The app is great and easy to use the only thing I would like to see is a payment history tab, that shows the most current payment pending. When I make a payment it’s like it disappears for a day or two and doesn’t show in the “recent transaction” page then once it posted from my bank account will sometime in the following 24 hours show on this app.. other than that I really like the simplicity of this app ! Keep it simple and user friendly as you make improvements and you will have a 5 star app.

Bill payment struggles fixed!. I have struggled for months to try and be able to pay my bill from the app. It would constantly tell me that I had and an authorized account loaded. I would delete the account, I would add the account, Verify the account, and then it would tell me it’s on authorized. Very frustrating! Currently, everything seems to be fine, but I am just waiting for the other shoe to drop. ****Updated!!!**** FINALLY! I am able to send payments in using the app! I’ve sent in a couple of payments now and everything it working great there! Many things to the developers!!

Works Great but isn’t perfect. It’s definitely not as nuanced as a bank credit card app, but as far as an app where you pay your bills is concerned it works just fine. MILES easier than the website used to be. Makes it easy to pay on time (or in my case way before time) with a click of a button. Even allows you to link between your bank’s app (probably depends on which bank you’re affiliated with actually) and this one so you can even pay through your bank instead of with this. This lets you set up recurring/automatic payments and that’s really nice. I won’t dock it a star because it may be user error and it’s not worth the deduction anyway but I wish the app would let me make a payment sooner than it does. It recognizes that I have activity and yet the make a payment button is greyed out. It’s usually only for a day or two but that’s a long enough time to forget.

Amazing app!!!. Very easy to use and extremely easy to move around on your site and schedule your payments!!! I happen to enjoy going to your website and scheduling my payments!!! Thanks for the hard work that you guys have put in to making your site easy to maneuver around!!! If possible I would easily give you all 100 stars!!! Take care of yourself folks!!! Good app except for 1 thing. This app is pretty good, not only when it comes to its modern aesthetic, but also it’s functionality. It’s very similar to a lot of the big banking brands’ apps like Discover. The one downside it has is the inability to change your phone number in the app. If you want to change your phone number, (the only method of verification this app allows for some reason) you have to go through a shockingly long automated phone call to do so. It’s way too complicated for such an easy change that is sometimes crucial to accessing your account.

Serves One Purpose. I only downloaded this app because using their website or automated phone system to pay the bill has proved an extremely futile process. I shouldn’t have to download an app for this one thing, but Synchrony Bank seems to be excited about the ~brand new, hip~ world of apps and is neglecting the tried and true avenues for bill payment. I was using this card to automate all of my subscribe and save into one payment but I don’t want to if it means I have to keep this waste of space app to pay the bill each month after saying fifty Hail Marys to bring down my blood pressure thinking about how asinine the entire process is.

Easy, quick and simple. This app allows me to assess, keep track, pay, and shares notifications quickly a breeze with zero stress. It is set up with featured choices to help make sure nothing is missed or forgotten while building a solid credit foundation. Most definitely recommend taking advantage of all this app has to offer if your truly serious about getting and keeping your credit score within your ideal place.

Convenient but not perfect. This app is very responsive. One improvement that I would like to see added is what other credit card apps can do, such as American Express and CapitalONE when you make a payment, your available spending credit gets adjusted instantly! This is really helpful when you want to buy something in the moment which exceeds your available balance, so you can pay the difference and order the item without waiting a couple days, in which time you may even lose the item (out of stock for example). Doesn’t keep up to date, difficult to redeem rewards.. After submitting a payment, the next day it will show payment still due and you have to hunt around a bit to see your last payment. If you try to submit a payment again for the amount due, it will let you. It doesn’t have a pop up saying that you’ve already submitted a payment in process for the amount due. Also, it should automatically apply rewards to subscribe and save, but it won’t. Preferably, it would give to option to refund the rewards to your bank account, but it definitely won’t do that. So two things to improve: don’t allow payments if the already scheduled ones give a zero balance, and automatically use rewards to pay for subscribe and save before charging card. Thanks.

Big improvement over prior synchrony app. Very slick and user friendly. Hopefully Synchrony will find a way to incorporate all my cards managed by them into one similar interface. Next steps probably are to integrate with SSO tying to each card’s creds and to integrate better with password managers (where each account might use a different login) Needs to also add payment transactions for the summary/pending transactions. To see which ones will actually be covered

Great App, 1 Suggestion. The app has definitely improved since when I first started using it. Now that I am able to view statements, I have now real need to visit the mobile website. One suggestion would be to improve the user experience when making a payment. On multiple occasions, I’ve paid twice because there was a period where my payment didn’t show as pending/ posted and I was worried that I would have a late payment. This then caused a double withdrawal from my account which inevitably messes up my budgeting a bit. I’ve been taking extra steps on my end such as marking the category as paid in my budget when I do pay so I can avoid this again moving forward, but I thought it could be helpful to make a notice for other users. Other credit card apps I use prevent making payments while a charge is pending altogether, but any approach would be better than the current way imo.

Simplistic and a bit laggy but decent. Good app and maybe a little on the simplistic side and payments seem to lag a bit for the digital age. Maybe I’m just picky but in comparison to when I pay for something it isn’t as quick on the draw when making a repayment. Not that it matters too much but it’s something I’ve noticed with a few companies out there. It doesn’t lag nearly as much as Wells Fargo but a bit more than Capital 1. Wells Fargo definitely had its issues and liked to collect exuberant fees(yeah they got sued) but seriously, do they have to verify a payment from my verified repayment account first? Why? I guess we’ll never know.

Scheduled Payments. Unhappy that I can’t check to see if I previously scheduled a payment earlier in the month. I’m a senior and somewhat forgetful. I like to schedule my payments at the time my statement comes in but by the time my due date comes around I’m not quite sure if I did it or not. I have sufficient funds to pay all of my bills but not quite so well off as to be able to afford to pay them twice in one month which I have done previously which then leads to an uncomfortable situation during the month. Please assist all of us seniors by making it easy to check on whether we might have already set up a payment. Thank you, Marilyn Panyon

Average app with minimal functions. There aren’t really any issues with the app but rather things I think they could’ve put a little more effort into when designing the app. I feel like where it shows you your cash back points accumulated you should be able to see how many points you got for each purchase, or at least which purchases you are getting points for. It is extremely delayed so by the time I get points I have no way of verifying that the points I got add up to what I believe I’m owed. Besides this everything else is what you’d expect from a credit card app. It would be cool to have a way to increase your secured card limit through the app but it’s not like you can overpay your bill to add extra funds to your card or anything.

Does the minimum. The app is very simple which is good and bad I gues it does what it’s supposed to do and that’s what matters most you can check your balence on your card and view your next payment and pay through the app which is very convenient the only thing I don’t like is how plain and boring the app looks you guys could definitely make this app more visually pleasing make it look more modern and add a dark mode would make this app more nice to use but overall amazing app and I could care less for looks but it would be nice : )

Great minus payment methods. My only complaint is the payment methods for the card. It’s knocked down my direct payment from a bank account or debit card, but allowed me to pay from another credit card. I tried 4 times and refused any other sort of payment. Not sure if this is an error with putting in my data / information/ a bank correspondence issue, or an issue with your information / data processing center.

Easy to Keep Account Up To Date. I don’t like to leave my account unmanaged, or unpaid. I check it regularly and pay off purchases as I make them. The app allows me to check as often as I need to, and makes payment a quick and easy proposition. On the down side, it’s impossible to see what you specifically purchased (what each “transaction” was actually for) or to see pending payments easily. It’s a good “check you balance and make payments” app, but lacks the detail to be an all in one solution.

Not working. I’ve been having an issue with the app for a couple weeks now. When I open the app it continues to give me an error message for logging in. I have not entered anything. It does it as soon as I open it. I’ve cleared out and reopened and does the same thing. I decided to delete the app and redownload. Went to download it again and it won’t download. Tried to login just using safari on my phone. Wouldn’t let me. Reached out to customer service. She told me to do with Google Chrome. That worked. She was going to transfer me to tech support but didn’t. I went back to try and download the app again. It downloaded. Still will not let me login. Gives me error message still.

A great way to build up your credit.. My ID was compromised in 2021. I had a very good credit score before the ID Theft. Apparently all my information was stolen and sold. This happened during the T-Mobile incident in August, 2021. I reported it to the Authorities and T-Mobile and other than a year of ID Protection, they offered me nothing else. Now my credit is rising gradually and I’m still working on getting it back to normal.

Great start. It’s ok but it has a couple of minor issues. There is a possibility of confusion when a payment is made that the payment screen doesn’t indicate you made a payment unless you return to activity screen. Long words word wrap instead of shrinking to fit on screen causing a cluttered disjointed image. The app functions properly so far and is easy enough to use. Update love that you now post pending payments on activity. That helps immensely.

The app is great. I Will upgrade rating once I use it more. Update: I have use it a while. I get to see the amount I spend. I get to make payments within app instead of opening app going to card and tapping and waiting to sign in, very time consuming. One thing I don't think I can do in app is change payment date I would have to look and see. Glad there is a app for my card.

Available credit. It seems like your availability of credit don’t change as you make payment. I payed my card off over a week ago and even called them and they said it takes time they have took my money out of my bank account over a week ago but can’t update my account. They have their money how hard is it to update my account!!!!!!

Love the app. The card is great and simple to use , setting up an account is not difficult at all and making payments is stress free , I’ve been able to buy the things I want and pay them off over time wit ease and it’s letting me build my credit which is great since I’m young and don’t have much of a credit history Anyone looking to start their credit up should look into this card

Good at Whole Foods too. They don’t give you a huge amount at first, but after 3 payments you can ask for an increase, but they won’t until about 18 months. If you go beyond 45 days, you will ruin your chances. So pay on time as they report to the credit bureau and in the 2 years of having a revolving credit- I’ve never been offended a credit increase.

Basic functions work but could use some work. If you need to view your balance, make a payment or check your pending charges, this works fine. Don’t rely on it for payments already made though; they don’t show up anywhere on the app until they’ve processed. No pending payment or anything so be careful as it’s easy to make a double payment if you don’t keep track elsewhere. Especially if you make a payment on a Friday. It doesn’t actually process and show up on the app until Monday/Tuesday.

There is so much room for improvement!. It doesn’t show clearly the total amount I owe in the activity field. Or also doesn’t show the how my total balance is affected after a payment. Because of this confusion, system withdraw money from my account two times and now my balance is in negative! Please update the activity section of the view as Bank Of America application. It shows me in each transaction that how it affects the total balance. BofA app is perfect just because of this feature for me. And it is not hard to implement it! Please take it into consideration to update activity field as the BofA app.

Much improved!. New: much better now! Old: 9 times out of 10, when I try to open the app, it says ‘try again’ and fails to load. Then, when I try to access the site on my phone through Amazon’s website, it says that my device isn’t supported. Synchrony has nice card benefits (like this one), but they need to improve their card payment app interfaces (b/c the same goes for their PayPal MasterCard interface!)

Lacking functionality. This app gives a great basic overview like any type of banking app would however, it’s excluding a couple major features that I feel are almost required to make this app functional properly. The first being the ability to view, promotional purchases balances and payment arrangements. The second being the ability to select how payments are applied on the account. Both of these are available in the web version, but completely absent on the app.

Much better than having to go online!. So happy they finally made an app for the store card! So much more convenient to just open an app and pay what you need. I often forget when my payment is due with having to go online to look and would be a day or two late on payments! This makes it much easier to keep track of and the app seams to work really well so far no bugs!

It got worse!. Every time I try to view activity for a time frame and I reach the end of the list, it automatically refreshes and says there are no pending posts or activity for viewing. This is very frustrating. The next thing is it’s super hard to select which time period I want. Once I release my finger to continue scrolling, it automatically loads the period I landed on accidentally. This is time consuming and basically defeats the purpose of using the Done button. Someone made a comment about the UI/UX being great. Ha it failed the first test, functionality. I wish it would also auto detect my face for login

Payments. I accidentally made a payment with a card that I no longer use. So I canceled payment and removed that card. But I paid with the right one I hope. When your app says payment pending but I can’t see what payment method went through. It would be very helpful if you put the nickname of the card that was charged on the pending payment notice. Thank you.

Rating for AmazonStoreCard. I’m loving this I’m starting to understand the card once I’m on track again I will be using this card as a default card I just need to get it back on track I didn’t understand what I was doing at the beginning I didn’t know that I was using this card and that’s how that happened but a blessing cause I’m starting a journey and I’m grateful for that help thank you again and sorry for the late payment I don’t usually have late payment but this month was strong thank so much

Making accessing and making payments to your card a snap.. This App helps me track what I spend and it’s literally a tap of the finger to make payments. Face recognition makes signing in super easy and I don’t have to worry about total on card because it tells me what’s been spent! For the person on the go or traveling a lot like I do it makes transactions simple.

Love it!. I love this way to see what I’m doing with my credit card. Where the money goes, my payment history, etc. the app is easy to understand and track everything. This is very convenient for busy people who don’t want to waist their time in calls with bad costumer service. Everything you need to know is on the app. I like the color too. Orange and white, easy to remember the app and just get in!

A bit confusing. I wanted to be absolutely sure I never miss a payment. I have all my accounts set to automatically pay, and sometimes I’ll pay in advance. I’m not entirely sure how this app works, and I feel like I have to manually pay to avoid a charge every time. Then there’s the negative balance from returns - it would make more sense for that to be credited to my bank instead. Either way, I think the whole due date is a bit confusing. I’d rather see a consistent date than one given from a purchase date.

App improvement needed. The functionality and use of the app is a 5 star however all the activities are shown either completed or pending except if you make a payment. Example if you made a payment today, tomorrow you wouldn’t see the payment anywhere because it doesn’t reflect in your available balance of course because it’s processing then it doesn’t show as an activity because it’s processing. There needs to be a clear picture of payments made and when they were made even if they are processing.

Top Card. I’m looking forward to using this app for keeping track of all of the things that are available in it. Love the card and the things that I have accomplished with it,ln all it’s my top card. Almost perfect. Payment app is “almost perfect”! To apply rewards I still need to go to webpage. It just doesn’t fit right or allow me to apply toward balance. And I wish I had a way to see which charge went to which order. The prices don’t always match & id like to know what I’m being charged for even if shipped separately Otherwise, very pleased. One of the easiest payment apps I’ve ever used. And now I just have the rewards apply as I go.

Fast easy convenient. So far, no problems. Too bad for people when it doesn’t work, that can be frustrating. But I haven’t had a single issue and I have scheduled payments in advance, set reminders for payments due, and everything has worked just peachy. Allocation and satisfaction survey. 1. It is hard to figure out what needs to be paid to avoid interest charges if you set up some charges on multiple special financing and every worse if you then make more charges. 2. When you call customer service they won’t hang up so you can do the satisfaction survey. Nice job of getting around dissatisfied customers. This has happened to m we several times. It is clearly an overseas customer service center than is outsmarting the whole process.

24/7 money trans are just what I needed for my college children!!!!. Having two children in two different colleges and needing to purchase completely different items - I find this App to be perfect. I can adjust account balances and send money anytime it is needed and sometimes, I just send them the cash with no questions. Great app to deposit, shift funds around and more - it has provided help when I needed it the most.

Check statements. I’ve called many time to find out when is the actual end of my billing cycle and no can give me a straight answer. And I also apparently can’t change it. It would be nice to view all that information in the app. They told me the date keeps changing because not all months have the same amount of days. I don’t know just please fix that issue and I’ll put 5 stars outside of that it’s a great app

A little Too Clean and Simple. I appreciate how simple it is to work through this app. I often find apps try to offer way more actions than you really need, which clutters up figuring out how to do what you want. That said, I would like to be able to more easily find info on transactions, rewards, etc. Also, payment posts don’t even show as pending until they’ve cleared. An admittedly small issue, but it did lead me to pay twice this cycle, thinking I imagined my previous payment. Overall, this app is really only good for paying your bill.

so easy to use!. The app really puts all the information right on the home screen! Payments are super easy to do and viewing balances and statements are a breeze. The only problem is it takes a while for your balance to post once you’ve bought something. But this is my first ever credit card of any sort, so that might just be a universal thing!

It’s good but could be better. It’s good and convenient but it should have a section easy to visualize when you have special finance amounts due, how much you have left to pay and where the money goes if you have special finance amounts due an regular amounts due. Also, the dates where those special finance offers will start getting interest percentages. Like the pay pal app. Makes it a lot easier to track what you owe and how much time left you have on your 0% interest special finance offers.

Easy to use. So far I have had no issues with the app. I am able to log in, check my balance, apply my rewards and pay without an hassle. The interface seems simple enough. It also gives you the option to view your card ‘digitally’. Honestly I have had no use for the digital card from the app since I already have it in my Wallet app. Overall it’s easy to use.

Me Logan. Do not update your software without saving the passwords and other user information needed for the user logged in after the updates. This has been a true process for years with everybody using the same method to save the password in the end user ID and memory to reload it back into the account after it is updated the software thank you

Account management is garbage. App has fatal flaw. I’ve used this card for a while and the benefits aren’t impressive. The reason why I closed this account is because the app has a fatal flaw. I went to make a payment, submitted it, and decided that I wanted to change the amount a few minutes later. I cancelled the payment, received confirmation, and the. Submitted a new payment. I was then STILL debited BOTH amounts, totaling over $3000. Here’s the best part. I call and the only thing they can do is send a check and it will take 5-15 days. Hello! Is this 1988? First issue is app development. Any reputable company would include logic into the app to properly cancel a charge, and all my other credit card apps have safety measures in place to keep from taking a payment over the account balance. Second issue which caused me to close the account is the fact that synchrony apparently operates in the Stone Age and still has to send checks. Open a prime store account at your own peril!

Great for balance checking and making sure payments went through, would be better (5 star) if I could simply click the account I want access to and it would show me all transactions right from the home page, I shouldn’t have to scroll or click multiple things to try and find recent account history of purchases and payments made.

Fairly easily to use. Cool app, straight forward for the most part. If I could fix anything, it would be when or after making a payment, app needs to show that you’ve made a payment. I made the mistake of doing a duplicate payment, which got adjusted, but it happened because app didn’t display payment nor did I get the email stating so. All in all, relatively good.

View Purchase Description. I am happy that my last review happened, that I can now see what each transaction was for (what I purchased). I would like to see my payment history online, especially if I have future payments pending. I would like to be able access my current and past statements online. I would like to see my pending payment until the day it posts. Currently, I can see it when I first submit the payment, then it disappears until it actually posts.

Convenient, but slow to update and often inaccurate. I wasn’t aware it takes two billing cycles for your points to be available, and payments made will show for a brief time in the activity list, then disappear until 3-5 business days later, leaving you with an incorrect balance. I know there are returns, etc. that can slow the process, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult to want to use this on a regular basis because of the wildly changing numbers. One day I suddenly had an available balance of $26 where the day before, it was over $500. Took a week to correct itself. Frustrating.

Great App, easy to use. This app is excellent. From the day I made my first payment, I found this app to be by far the easiest I have ever used to make a payment, to find specific historical data, and to make changes to future payments. The information is literally at my fingertips. I use it each month to make payments on two unconnected accounts, and It’s a snap! Great App!

Shopping and Account Management in one app. This app has eased my shopping experience and my account management all in one place. Easy user interface with a wish list, shopping history, order tracking and notifications, and now account access without having to leave the app. Also the option of a personal and family sharing and access to a business account. Well thought out.

Easy to pay whit this app. My experience paying my bills is fantastic, in other applications I have to confirm, and then wait and on many occasions it is not possible to complete and process the payment well, in this application I write the amount I want to pay and it is automatically made, the only problem What I have had is that the payment is not reflected quickly but for everything else it is very good.

Easy to use. I’m so excited for the store card app. It’s so easy to use and easy to navigate. I was having trouble making my payments on the bank site and now it is not a problem anymore. I like being able to see all my transactions on one site too. Also the place where you can see how much credit I have available at this time is very convenient for purchasing what I want next.

Great app. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because it takes too long for the payments to post. I like to spend a few hundred bucks and then I like to pay it off in two payments and wait for it to completely post and show a zero balance before I start spending again. But it seems like it takes 3 business days to post and for me that is too long, because if I pay it off on a Wednesday, I have to wait until Monday for it to clear.

Where’s my payment(s). App works like a charm but .. So many complaints about updating the balance due. Twice now I’ve made a duplicate payment because I’m a busy mom/girl boss and I just want to pay my due. The payment you make is non existing for days! My payment from yesterday does not show again. I have to make a mental note that I’ve paid it. It takes days to update the balance. Days! The payment doesn’t even show as pending. I don’t want to track this on paper. Right now, I’m tracking this in my Notes. That’s just sad. You can do better. At least have it there as pending..

Functional, but no indication of current statement period end date. The app does pretty much everything I need it to, and is fairly easy to use. Face ID integration is pretty good as well. The one feature that is standard on other credit card apps but missing here is the indication of when the current statement period ends. It is a helpful detail to know when deciding whether to purchase something now or hold off for a few days, especially for those trying to pace their spending. If that were added, it would be another easy star.

Account info..?. Can’t seem to find any actual account info! I have been using this app for years now and I can never seem to find my account info like credit line other than looking at old statements. I say that because I made a lot of purchases and it’s saying I have a negative line of credit but my balance is only about 50% of my actual credit line! I made the payment about 4-5 days ago and still hasn’t changed or updated my current info so I am wondering if my line of credit has decreased?? I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♂️

It works. Nice to have a credit card available online where I don’t have to input my information every time I make a purchase. I do wish the late fees were lower, my minimum payment was the same price as my late fee that is crazy over charging. I also would like to see the interest rates lowered because their rates are way to high for a store credit card. Other than that I like the convenience.
