An awesome company. Synchrony bank card is an awesome card to have it’s an awesome company to be with the app is great the only downfall is there’s no way to add another person to the card through the app if that’s possible please let me know have a great Lee love to add my wife and daughter but other than that it’s a great app really easy to use really proud to have the synchrony bank card

My account. I had an account with Synchrony bank and it was opened in August of 2019 and I had gotten a loan from a loan company and somehow that money was placed in the wrong type of account and for some reason they placed a restriction on my account and never would explain to me why that was done and now here it is 2022 and they closed my account without me knowing until they emailed me and told me my accounts were closed but without an explanation and so I called them and I was informed they would send me a letter explaining why my accounts were closed and I still haven’t received any letter from them explaining the reason and I’m still waiting but not for long I will be calling them until I get an answer as to why my accounts were closed and want to know what happen to my money that was in my accounts. Anyone have any advise as to what I should do?

Very slow, error messages and where’s logout button. I just opened a cd. Either this app is wonky or it is not optimized to work on IO a (both iPhone and iPad, latest software) The app (and even accessing the bank via safari website) takes a long time to load—then displays an error page saying something went wrong; and to try again or try later. Hitting the try again or try later button—spins for a somewhat long timeframe (+10-20 sec) then actually displays info???? Also I cannot find anywhere on pages where there is a sign out button To end session—what the heck?????

Synchrony Is the worst. I had care credit for years and always paid my bill on time and never went over my limit and one day synchrony decided without my permission that I no longer needed their services and cancelled my 1400$ care credit line. I called to ask why and they said because I did not own property they wanted to close my account. Anything that has to do with synchrony gets -5 stars and I hope this bank goes under and does not get bailed out. There are so many better options. Don't do it they will ruin your credit after closing your account without you knowing. Im just glad i kept a 0 balance on it when it was closed, you wouldn’t have gotten jack out of me. Get bent synchrony!

Where is my 1099 Form and other complaints?. Went looking for this 1099 document in the Synchrony Bank app but as far as I can see there is no way to see if you even have any documents let alone view or download it then. O.K. this is not an uncommon thing with apps as missing info such as this is often available via a company’s website. So I log on to Synchrony’s website and after a little digging I find the relevant page that purports to allow one to view and download one’s 1099 for a specific year. I click on the correct button, a spinning circle appears and spins for maybe 10 secs or so then nothing. I’m back to the button again. I’m using an iPhone 12 running the latest version of IOS and the most recent version synchrony’s app. To make things worse you’ve now lowered your flipping savings interest rate to 80% of Ally Bank’s current savings interest rate!!!! So what gives synchrony bank? You can do better than this guys....

Does Not Work!! Useless!!. Every time I log in, I get the message “We apologize our system is having technical difficulty retrieving your information. Please try again later.” Has been going on for 2 weeks now. Two live chats & two phone calls & major periods on hold have failed to resolve the issue. No one can figure out the problem. The tech team is unavailable. I’d give this app ZERO STARS or NEGATIVE STARS if I could, because I have gotten zero use from it, and it is just wasting my time.

Lack of help over phone. I needed help correcting a mistake I made online so I called the phone number. The lady didn’t close the savings account I made by mistake and move that Wells Fargo money over to the new CD I needed her to create. She created the account but did not close the other account and send that money to the CD or return that money to Wells Fargo. When I called last night the guy seemed clueless as to what happened and kept asking what date I created the account. He was not very helpful. When I wanted do a survey, no survey came up, I think because he kept the line open. Oh, I definitely wanted to do a survey on that guy!

Excellent app. I recently provided negative comments on a sync survey. After taking my time with navigating and using the filters on the app and website, I’ve retracted my negative input and changed my comments to Sync 5 stars. This is a smooth and transparent app. I will recommend a friend to Sync.

Unable to cash out CD. I was unable to cash out my CD that came due. First I talked to a representative that made me feel confident that I would be sold out when the CD came due, when I was automatically rolled into another 5 year CD I was surprised. The second representative I talked to made me feel as if the problem would be corrected it was Syncrony’s fault and I would be sold out of my cd and receive the cash, she said that they were in the wrong and I had notified them of my desire to cash out, Nothing happened. The third call claimed the blame was on me and I am still in the low interest rate CD with 3 more years to go, there would be an 8000 dollar penalty to get out of the CD. I can’t do business like this. I can’t recommend Syncrony Bank.

Where’s my full dividend payment?. The main reason I use this account is to take advantage of the high interest rate they have. Unfortunately they do not pay out the full dividend payment. One month they said they go off of a certain date while another month they say they go off days of the month. Either way I’ve gotten a lower dividend payment while having a larger quantity and more days in the month, doesn’t make sense. Shady

Ease of Transfer. Very easy to make deposits and transfer between accounts. Wish that ALL banks would get rid of the float. It doesn’t take 1 to 2 days to transfer funds from bank to bank with a computer entry and verification.

Decent App. It’s a good app for handling transfers and checking balances. But I have a minor annoyance that keeps me from giving it 5 stars. The app seems to constantly forget I’ve already set up facial recognition, and reverts to requiring the password to be filled in, then asking me for the thousandth time if I wish to enable facial ID. Please make it remember! Every 4-5 logins I have to re-enable it

Interbank Transfer. I went to Bank of America online to transfer money into a Synchrony Bank account, but they have discontinued direct transfers to outside institutions. B of A want you to jump through hoops to move money out of their clutches and squeeze a few dollars from you in the process. I logged into Synchrony online and set up the transfer in less than a minute. Way to go, Synchrony!

User friendly, but needs less restrictions. The app itself is good and very easy to navigate, however it is so frustrating to not be able to deposit more than $2000 at a time via checks. If we could do that, we would use this bank for everything.

Makes Saving Fun!. Investing made accessible and fun. Super easy to open new CDs, transfer funds to and from internal or external accounts, and watch your savings grow. I like having the total amount from my Synchrony accounts listed when I open the app. Interest rates are great and you can make money every month. Guaranteed 👍

Good App. Works well for banking and major credit card. It be nice if Care Credit account could be included. Right now it has its own apps. My Synchrony and Care Credit. I haven’t been able to include my other Synchrony accounts into My Synchrony. So it’s a little klunky in that aspect. I suppose there’s reasons why they are separate.

🙌🏼. I hate the synchrony website with a passion. I can never log in or I end up on the wrong page. I was so excited when my phone started saving my passwords under my Face ID. This will be even better! Thank you I wish I’d known about the app sooner.

Synchrony Mobile App. This mobile app is set up for very fast and easy navigating. You can go on and make payments in seconds. Literally! Especially compared to other mobile credit card apps. Wish they were all this easy.

Synchrony Bank Credit Card App. I just received my new Master card and activated it . So far the app is really simple Just look at charges ,credit available and make and make a payment. I suppose that I expected more information to be available like cash advance amount , notifications,etc. But will use some more and update in a few months and then maybe I can give a higher rating . But for now I guess I would say it does what’s most important Pay your bill and check available credit

Often down. The app is always down at night and on weekends when trying to retrieve past transactions from prior months. Only the current cycle is available. I’ve been complaining about it to Synchrony but nothing has been done. And it doesn’t offer historical statements like other bank apps. The only useful bank transaction that can be done is paying bills, not much else. Very disappointing as a customers of theirs for many years.

No receipts or verification!. I was told that transfer instructions for a CD that was maturing would need to be done via a phone call rather than online. So you would think that after or during the phone call I would get some sort of receipt verifying my instructions. But was told no receipt was available until 7-10 business days after the transfer took place, and that it would come by US Postal Service. There would be NO record online that would be available to customers using an iPhone or iPad and they were not able to send me an email or text verifying our phone conversation. I think it’s a lot to ask customers who are new at banking online or in reality “banking by phone” to trust a representative - this case in the Philippines - until a month or more after the fact! They need to build trust by doing more than asking us to trust the customer service representative! we’re talking about large sums of money! What are they thinking!

Recurring transfers. Great app overall. Was not able to set up a recurring transfer using a future date. After contacting synchrony through the chat option, I was instructed to use the website instead. I was finally able to set up my recurring transfer but it would be nice to be able to use the app. Please note that the app works fine if your transfer date is the current date.

Synchrony App Credit Card. Absolutely love how simple and easy the process of receiving my card, activating the card (less than 10 seconds,) as well as downloading the app for my IPhone 13 Pro (couldn’t have been easier/quicker to set up) Navigating the app is very intuitive and simple, yet includes everything needed to manage my account (bill pay, transfers, credit limit, rate fees (low/if any), I’ve never had a financial service that actually has given me the security and the tools to manage my money without being charged “an arm and a leg” for whatever situation that requires some large fee)… thank you Synchrony, I look forward to continue using all of the products that you have to offer, and I can’t wait to tell my friends and family about the way your company conducts its business and refer them all directly to your site. Doesn’t Work as of recent update. I use this app pretty frequently but recently have been unable to use it. Every time I log in I am greeted with a “Try Again” error. I can login on a computer just fine, but this app no longer allows me to login. I have tried a few methods in order to gain access but have had no success. Until this is fixed, this app is only worthy of 1-star. UPDATE: 1 month later and still have the same issue. The app developers seem to care very little about feedback as well.

So far, pretty good. Just created and got online with synchrony accounts about a week ago and so far it’s good. I have had some “system unavailable” and pages just not load / blank screen me, on a number of occasions actually, but overall a pretty good experience. John

Great app. Could you add Notes for transfers?. I thoroughly enjoy using this app and it’s very well designed. Just curious if it’s possible for you to add the option for us to add a note when we create a transfer so we know what the transfer it was for. This would be really helpful for keeping track of our finances within the account. Thank you!

Notifications. Can you add the purchase amount and store information WITHIN the text notification for purchases that exceed your desired threshold (reference capital one - great features). This would allow quick reference via text as opposed to logging in each time to get the purchase amount/store on the general text notification.

Excellent bank, easy access!. I was skeptical about online banks, but I’ve had accounts with Synchrony for 4-5 years and have no complaints. Their website is easy to navigate, and I’m certain my money is secure. I got tired of being fleeced by my local hometown banks with their low, actually almost nonexistent, interest on accounts. Synchrony’s high interest rates give me an incentive to save more.

The app is great but a little Technical Bug. I love the app and happy I can track my purchases, but with the recent update I can’t see any previous purchases from the billing cycle prior to the next billing cycle starting. Which could be important to check for any fraudulent transactions that wasn’t authorized by the cardholder. Even resetting to app doesn’t help fix the issue. Please fix these issue ASAP

Thank you for easy access!. I love the app! It’s SO nice to be able to look at my account in an instant and immediately see everything I need to know! Balance, credit limit, payment info. Thank you so much! I wish all creditors could make our accounts this accessible!

Does not work properly on iPadOS. App works until you switch away from it to another app. If you were looking at one of your accounts once you come back to the Synchrony app the display will no longer refresh the display properly and the only way to restore access to your accounts is to force-quit the app and sign in again. This is repeatable but makes using the app for account management difficult. The website works fine but if you try that it will harass you to use the broken app so not ideal.

Overall great, widget (still) broken. Overall this is a great app. Schedule transfers works nicely and predicts when the transfer will post. Shows rates of all accounts and super easy to open new accounts. However, the iPad widget remains broken, no matter what I do (even reinstall the app). Update: The 2.26 version has brought back the widget with the new style, but it's less than useless. It's just the the small square only... and it's still broken. Wow. Spectacularly incompetent. I can't imagine it's THAT hard to do. Apparently so, because my primary bank app developers can't do it, either. Developers aren't even users of their own apps anymore. I miss the 1980s and 1990s when QA meant something. At least the remainder of the app still works. Glad to see CD renewal instructions finally made its way to the app. That was overdue, too.

Great credit card to have👌. I really like the app for synchrony Plus card Plus 😀 you can check your balance and pay your payment 👌 plus it will let you know when you use your credit card 👍

Complete Satisfaction. When calling in to Synchrony the telephone representatives have proved to be knowledgeable, courteous and friendly! Each time I have called with a question I feel confident of synchrony employees answers. I also appreciate the employees speak perfect English! I have called many times with the important questions and sometimes unimportant questions I’ve never been disappointed with the synchrony telephone reps.

It’s great and has potential for amazing.. A lot of issues that I am having are simply due to international travel. I would like for there to be a way to verify myself another way besides text since I no longer have a U.S. number. Besides that it’s a very simple looking but user friendly app!

Needs improvement. While I love getting a great return on my money, the app really needs some serious improvements. It would be nice to have different sort features when you have lots of accounts. It also takes forever for my accounts to load and half the time they don’t, and it times itself out.

App not loading. I used to have no problem logging in and out of my account but lately when I log in the account page never loads I’ve left it sitting for like 20 minutes once and it still didn’t let me in and said error.. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing, I’ve tried logging out and logging back in and nothing. Very odd.. I would just like to easily check my account..

Basic Features. The app is adequate in that it allows you to do the basics like checking the balance, looking at transactions or making payments. The big missing feature for me is notifications when purchases are made. I was used to that with the companion app of the card I used previously, and I really liked that feature

Worst bank and app. I don’t know what kind of bank they are running. Are they running for consumers or for some billionaires. I have replaced my credit card like 3 times just because i made a purchase through Apple pay and thought it was fraud, one time when used my card they blocked my card. Recently i made a payment through the app and it shown as pending. When I opened after 2 days there is no payment transaction, I was confused did the payment was failed or something else. No email sent. I just applied this credit when have been with Rakuten now they have separated now I am stuck with them. Now I decided not to use this card anymore.

Transfer. The only thing I do not appreciate about my relationship with Synchrony is how long it takes to transfer money from my local bank account to my Synchrony savings. It seems like it should be done the same day and not take five days for the transfer to occur.

No! Synchrony bank stole my money!. I opened a checking account with this bank, deposited a check. The check settled and I tried to move my funds to my main bank account and I got flagged for suspicious activity. They left me in the dark for months, so I decided to reach out and they still could not help. Made me wait on the phone for hours just to have a manager tell me that they are unable to help. I just received a letter saying my account was closed, and NO information on the whereabouts of my money. Don’t bank with these CROOKS! Crypto is the answer to all these crooks and regulations that help the crooks!!! Banks days are numbered and I expect synchrony to be the leader of the depreciation!

Very Good, One Request. Thanks for a very smooth user experience within the Synchrony app; overall very happy. One request would be a confirmation number furnished at the time of transaction submission, i.e., I'm not receiving a confirmation number when I submit a transfer. This one improvement would be much appreciated. Thanks!

The app often fails to load. Frequently the app fails to load and gives a notification to “Try Again.” I can try multiple times and it doesn’t load until I finally get frustrated and stop trying. This happens every week, usually several times a week. Note I used the newest iPhone and my IOS and app are always updated. I have other online accounts and this failure almost never occurs with the others. This is unsettling seeing I have money deposited with Synchrony and I can’t access through the app?!?!?!?! This has been going on for a year and when I call in and tell them they acknowledge my call but in a few days at the latest the same problem happens again.

Great financial institution. I would recommend anybody that does not deal with Synchrony financial institution should look into it. They answer the phone when you need them. You’re not talking to a computer for 20 minutes you’re not sitting on hold if you have an issue they deal with it when it comes to fraud, there’s no questions asked, they take care of it one out of 10 I give them a 10

Overall a great app, but one very frustrating bug. I really like the features and functionality of this app. It has everything I could ever want in a banking app. All that being said, I consistently have an issue with signing in using Face ID on iPhone. I will enter my password, enable Face ID, and go about my business. Face ID will work maybe just once or twice before the app forgets it. Then I have to go into my password manager and copy my password, reenable Face ID, and again it will only work a couple times. Very frustrating to deal with, please fix this! Thank you

Review of savings app.. As a new user to your app. I find it user friendly. If I could make a suggestion, I would talk with your float folks to find ways to improve your float on check deposits and external transfers from other banks. I find yours to be quite long in comparison to other banks that I have used.

I love this card it’s easy to read and pay I’m hoping to make some large payments so that I can have this card and get rid of others I originally wanted this card to pay off others but it won’t let me pay other cards off As soon as I pay off most of what I owe I will get rid of the other stupid cards Thanks for giving me the opportunity to have your credit card Matalyn Green

I thought I was in charge of my account… Maybe not. When I signed up for this which I haven’t had it for very long, they had the date wrong and I asked him if there’s anyway I could change my due date to later in the month they said fine, so I changed it to the 10th or after of the month. I get on here now just out of the blue to check and they have me as my due date is the fourth. I don’t get paid until the third and a lot of times. I don’t make it to the bank to get the money in there before then. Now I’ll probably get a late charge… AGAIN because of their negligence. I am beyond PO’d! Because, like I said, I thought I was in charge of my account, but evidently I’m not so make sure you check your particulars EVERY month for should NOT have to happen, I have auto pay for goodness sake… for this very reason…DUH!!

Doesn’t work while connected in Japan, but still impressed. Ironic, an Internet bank, where the iOS app does not work overseas. What’s up with that? At least I was able to log onto the website and perform transactions. On a positive note, this is so far better than the Marcus app. I can easily open and manage accounts without having make a phone call to the support desk. All that being said, it’s still a mystery about when and how much I can transfer out of this account. Appears to be some limitations.

Fixed the one bug I ever found.... Great job folks! You’ve fixed the bug where every 3rd or 4th time I launched it with Apple face recognition or finger print, it indicated that a change in authentication had been detected and required manual log in. Well deserved 5 stars!

Most important information is easy to access. I can make extra payments fast and easy. It is also fast to get to all my information without signing in

Can’t get my own money. I was sickened in by the high yield interest rate wich is great . Then I needed my money transferred. They will only allow a designated amount per day and take up to 5 days to make the transfer , meanwhile you can’t take any more money out until after the 5 days !!!! It’s my money , I should have full access to all my funds without restriction. They don’t disclose this wait time when you open an account . Beware ! Your better off with capital one

Somewhat satisfied. I do like having the app to make my payments or see my activity but sometimes when I make a payment, it doesn’t appear quick enough to make sure I made a payment, so I think there should be something I could click on to even see if a payment is pending. Otherwise, I love the card.

Great interest; Slow transfers. I am happy with the high interest yield on my account. What does not please me is the long delay on external transfers. My funds are in limbo for 3 days for every weekly transfer, meaning over 150 days of interest lost every year. This is outrageous!

Very buggy. The app is very buggy. Never used to be. I had all kinds of issues adding an external bank account. Tried chat, no one responded kept timing out, tried calling, long wait time. Tried chat again and got through. Got the account verified. Now a week or so later the Transfer button keeps giving an error and says try again later. Doesn’t want to work when it is convenient for me. Frustrating!

Straight forward and easy to use.. This app is much more intuitive than it was prior to the overhaul it received. Features are limited compared to the website but the information available is easy to navigate.

No problem. App is good, shows everything you need/want to know (for me) did not have any problems with it Sounds right, no issues here,APR could be a little lower, :) but that’s a different issue

Credit card. So easy to get compared to before!i I was enjoying the ease of the transaction viewing Then I must have accidentally touched a key & I screwed up the site. Help received & hope it’s easy again !

App. I like it a lot, it makes it very easy to get to your account and look over your statements and everything else that available. I’m just having trouble.. where I cannot get any notifications and also I cannot see my credit score. I don’t know if that display is available but would be that much better.!

Please add 2FA. I love almost everything about this app except its security. can you add 2 FA to the app? With options for either using a mobile number or an authenticator app. Breaches are way too common now for a bank to only depend on usernames and passwords.

You make it easy to save. The app is extremely easy to use and user-friendly. Everything is spelled out clearly, and very well organized. It makes saving easy.

Simple and affective!. I dedicate my account to an emergency fund and it’s so easy to initiate a digital transfer! You can connect your other bank accounts easily which makes moving money around simpler.

All in One. This app is one of the best banking apps I have used. All savings, CD, credit card information is accessible through one sign in. This makes it easy to move money between accounts when needed.

So easy, and better interest than my longtime banking partner. Easy and fast to make transactions with the app, and offers a higher interest rate than the bank I’ve been with 10x longer. Happy customer - watching my HYS account grow.

Great credit card to have👌. I really like the app for synchrony Plus card Plus 😀 you can check your balance and pay your payment 👌 plus it will let you know when you use your credit card 👍

Can never LOG ON!!. this app is the worst. You continuously get message errors. You can never log on!! This is absurd. This is the main reason why I opted out of getting my mom an account with synchrony. It’s 2025 and the simplicity of merry just living in is an major issue. How dreadful.. FIX IT!! and if u manage to get logged in. The prompt to send security text leant allow u to press send, it’s not even lit up to select it?? I wish I could add the screenshot!! Waste of time

It’s great and has potential for amazing.. A lot of issues that I am having are simply due to international travel. I would like for there to be a way to verify myself another way besides text since I no longer have a U.S. number. Besides that it’s a very simple looking but user friendly app!

Easy to use. All my other cards have had an app for a few years now. This one finally got on board and has made making payments so much easier!

Best and Most Convenient Online Bank. I have been a deeply loyal customer, supporter, and fan of Synchrony Bank since it spun off in June of 2014. I have referred countless people who have become loyal customers as well. I have never had a negative experience! 🤗

Does it work Out of states? - oversea. I like this app . Yes it is user friendly, font size, colors and so on are good to understand . BUT, I have a big but here because it does not work out of states. It worked at very first time but now I am not able to log in it. It is my 2nd month out of states and I still have a month to get back. Still I am able to use web browser but I want make all via app.

HYS. I opened the account as a long term investment / savings due to interest rates. But over the course of a year the interest rate have declined and now it is no better than any other bank. I no longer have a use for this bank or account

Rate this app. They got my credit score wrong or how they’re adding it up it’s like 40% lower than all the other credit bureaus across-the-board think they’re making her own stuff up so they can charge extra points. I’m sure you’ll see that too.

Need improvement on UX and stability. - Overall OK, although the bank go into maintenence / technical difficulty a lot of time, (probanly not the app's issue it's their website's). - Also notifying me of a new notification, but when i click into the notification it shows nothing, but when i navigate out, it said "you have 1 new notification" again"...

Easy to use. All information including credit score, right there for you to view as soon as you open up the app.

Consumer friendly.. After exploring other banks, I found that Synchrony Bank was the most consumer friendly . The woman on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The online app makes banking easy . Happy to be a new customer. Renée

Ease of Transfer. Very easy to make deposits and transfer between accounts. Wish that ALL banks would get rid of the float. It doesn’t take 1 to 2 days to transfer funds from bank to bank with a computer entry and verification.

App. At this point I have just started this app .. so I have no disappointments at this point, I like that I can pay and view my spending and view my account balance as well so the future are not bad at this point

Excellent. I have the High Yield Savings at Synchrony. They are always ahead of my other bank in bumping up interest rates when the Fed raises them. They have done me no wrong in the four years I’ve been with them, and I’ll stay.

Needs improvement. While I love getting a great return on my money, the app really needs some serious improvements. It would be nice to have different sort features when you have lots of accounts. It also takes forever for my accounts to load and half the time they don’t, and it times itself out.

Works but bare minimum. App works for credit card account. However, now forced to go paperless or pay 1.99 for statement. OK. But NO statements on app, only active period charges and when period closes……no more access to that info. So can’t ever see any statements unless pay for them to be delivered snail mail. Every other app provides statements….. but not this one. Not even instructions on where or how to get them if they are even available.

Bugs keep locking me out. Fix your app! It repeatedly randomly disables my Face ID. I don’t remember my password, but now when I try to reset it through your app, the selector for birthdate bugs out and gets stuck on Feb 10, 2007. Nothing else is selectable. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling - no change. Will be taking my money elsewhere when my cd expires as I cannot reliably access my account or even retrieve my account without having to call someone. Inexcusable for a finance app!

Excellent app. I recently provided negative comments on a sync survey. After taking my time with navigating and using the filters on the app and website, I’ve retracted my negative input and changed my comments to Sync 5 stars. This is a smooth and transparent app. I will recommend a friend to Sync.

Excellent Customer Service. Synchrony Bank never disappoints, building interest is a no brainer with Synchrony. Their terms are straightforward and the customer service makes it accessible, obtainable and secure when it comes to reaching your financial goals! Thank you Synchrony!

Basic Features. The app is adequate in that it allows you to do the basics like checking the balance, looking at transactions or making payments. The big missing feature for me is notifications when purchases are made. I was used to that with the companion app of the card I used previously, and I really liked that feature

Notifications. Can you add the purchase amount and store information WITHIN the text notification for purchases that exceed your desired threshold (reference capital one - great features). This would allow quick reference via text as opposed to logging in each time to get the purchase amount/store on the general text notification.

Check deposit doesn’t work. Got this app to be able to deposit checks. Well that feature doesn’t work. An error has occurred. Every time I try. If it ever works I’ll update my review.

Awesome credit card. Love their card . They give you credit increases all the time unlike a lot of other major credit card companies . Def look out for the customer . Good job synchrony !!!👌

Does Not Work!! Useless!!. Every time I log in, I get the message “We apologize our system is having technical difficulty retrieving your information. Please try again later.” Has been going on for 2 weeks now. Two live chats & two phone calls & major periods on hold have failed to resolve the issue. No one can figure out the problem. The tech team is unavailable. I’d give this app ZERO STARS or NEGATIVE STARS if I could, because I have gotten zero use from it, and it is just wasting my time.

Easy to use/intuitive.. The app is very responsive. Easy to use and intuitive. Loads every time. I’ve been able to manage all my accounts from here. Well designed

High Yield Savings Account. This HYS account is great. It has a high interest rate so the more money you put in the more interest you will receive. It also comes with a Debit card for use anywhere! High Yield Savings is Highly recommended

Synchrony’s app is one of the best banking apps out there!. Setting up and managing money in and out is safe, and a breeze. Adding external accounts is easy to do. The best part is having high cash savings rates and short term CD’s. Far superior customer service compared to the brick and mortar banks.

Stopped working after iOS 18.2 update. Exactly what the title says updated to iOS 18.2 and am now getting a message saying “please contact us 1888—“. I am still able to log on using a browser.

Doing it’s job. Simple and all the necessary functionality is there. I would change “make a payment” button color. When it is gray it makes it looks like it is disabled.

🙌🏼. I hate the synchrony website with a passion. I can never log in or I end up on the wrong page. I was so excited when my phone started saving my passwords under my Face ID. This will be even better! Thank you I wish I’d known about the app sooner.

Synchrony credit cards. Synchrony bank have managed to put all credit and bank accounts into one app. How great it’s been logging in and just click on which account I choose to access. Love Love Love it!

Better than their web site. I seem to have recurring difficulties accessing my account on their web site, but this app is easy, reliable, and lets me do the things I need access for.

Simplicity. Surprisingly simple. Their website needs work, it's why i got the app. Haven't had any issues with the app so far. Website tends to load indefinitely when interacting with certain features. App good.
