Easy to use. This is an easy checkbook application to use. That saying, it really needs to have a way to print the information. Lacking that I am only giving it 4 stars

Looks horrible on iPad Mini. App store description says “works on this iPad.” But it renders wonky. Not usable. Wish I could get my $5 back.

Perfect. Wonderfully simple and straightforward, with a clean quality interface, the actual perfect checkbook register

Edit. Just started using the app and I really like it but how do you edit an account? It doesn’t show anywhere for me.

Recurring transaction. I like this app but unfortunately the recurring transactions aren’t automatically pulling over so it’s messed me up a couple of times. I have to go in and look at the list am enter them myself. For this reason I can’t use the app anymore.

Simple but useful. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for in a checkbook register app. The only thing I would like to see added is the option of a total balance of all accounts.

Limited Length of Account Names/Item Entries. Great concept, buyers should be aware that while it appears you can put in any length account names and item entries, format and design choices practically make anything beyond a few charters unusable without constant scrolling to actually read the names and entries.

Just What I Was Looking For. During travel, I have money set aside in my banking account for things like food and shopping, and I wanted an easy way to keep track of each category without having to do the math myself in the Notes app. I like that this app is simple and straightforward, I can color code the different accounts, add my own titles/categories, and it’s easy to see each accounts totals at a glance. PLUS, there’s no creepy privacy policy that spies on you. I tried another app at the same time as this one, and you had to pay a fee to have more than two accounts, whereas this one is free. I’ve already recommended the app to my friends, and I look forward to using it on this and future vacations.

Simple and Easy to Use. Digital version of the old-fashioned check register book. Enter transactions with just a few taps on your phone. Custom categories and recurring transactions. Makes keeping track of transactions much easier and faster.

Terrible App!. I was excited to start using this app and found it to be completely inadequate. Cannot add a deposit and can only enter a withdrawal. Also there is no way to reconcile like you would do in a checkbook. This was a waste of money.

Excellent app. can you make it compatible with spark app?

Excellent Checkbook. A simple and straightforward checkbook. It's perfect for anyone who only needs to track the debit and credits in their accounts. I really like that it has the option to show a running balance. Highly recommended!

Great Job. I’ve been using this App for a couple years now and It’s been great! The only suggestion I have is to include the option to forecast recurring bills, expenses and income into the future for a custom number of months, days, quarters or years and show up immediately instead of the maximum of posting one month in advance. This would greatly help with planning for future projects or savings. I am currently having to enter each bill, expense and income manually for each month for the next 12 months. A few examples of this are Groceries every week on Tuesday for 12 months; or Trash pickup every 3 months on the 30th for the next year. Or my Social Security check every fourth Wednesday for 12 months, etc. Thanks!

Basic and decent. It’s fairly easy to use and straight forward. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but I wasn’t looking for that, so this is good. Exports reports. Keeps track of my finances, and the price is great.

Best Checkbook App. This is the best checkbook app that I have found so far on the App Store. It’s super simple, easy to use, and reminds me of a real life checkbook. The only thing I would change is being able to have a negative balance when you start a new account. Not just a positive balance.

Much better than Paper. I don’t write checks anymore so rarely have my checkbook with me but my cell phone is always by my side. Therefore whenever I use my debit card I could make an entry into my check register and keep track of all my transactions

Love The App. The app is intuitive and very easy to understand and use. I can see this as a long-term use. One suggestion for recurring events is to add additional categories, such as; ’1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Monday thru Friday. This would allow social security checks to be added as a recurring event.

Love it minus one thing.. Love it, use it to keep myself from overreaching with my finances and allow me to not miss important bills. However, at the begin of each month I have to plug in the data fresh each time. I for example, cannot copy “mortgage” for “x” amount, and so on. And just change the date to the new month. That way the original log entry remains and a new copied one is made with the new date. Great for monthly expenses.

Balance checking account. I love this app it was exactly what I was looking for and easy to use and keeps what checking account in balance

It’s okay but feels limited. I had a previous app that I preferred . This works fine, I just don’t like the layout as it feels confined..you can’t see any previous transactions once you have ‘cleared them’. I prefer to see a bigger picture of all transactions.

Not user friendly. I sure didn’t like this checkbook. Not friendly at all, way too basic!

Basic checkbook ok. I like the application but wished I could see previous transactions. If there is a tutorial for this application that would be great

From 4 stars to 0 stars. It was working fine until about a week ago, then it started giving incorrect information and nothing I did fixed it, I even deleted and reinstalled, nothing.

Perfect for what I need. App is perfect for balancing checking accounts. This app was exactly what I was looking for. Love the fact there are also no ads and completely free.

Thank you. I love this simple checkbook register. I had paid for another app a long time ago and then they decided to jump on the subscription train. So, I was on the hunt for a new checkbook register. If you just need a basic register to record deposits and withdrawals, this is perfect. Thank you!

Suggestion. This is a really good app. One feature it lacks, the ability to identify any transactions that have not yet cleared the bank. This feature is really needed.

Redo? I make my bills out the day before payday and if I have to chg an amt it never comes out right. I really like this app because I can put in my check that’s coming and see where I’m at with my spending. But I have a few questions that I don’t understand and don’t know how to get the answer since I started this a few months ago, the check said I were writing came in black and when I added a deposit, it was in red. Now, all of the sudden it’s red when I write a bill for some of them, but not all of them and I’m wondering what I’m doing wrong because it’s causing some confusion with me. I didn’t realize I could open two accounts so I’ll do that.

Exactly what I want. Finally! A simple check register. As a recent convert to iOS, I have tried several registers and this is it. Simple, easy to use. Recurring transactions. Ability to have multiple accounts. Thank you developers!

Just what I was looking for!. This is absolutely what I was looking for! Simple to use, and helps me keep track of my monthly budget and account for direct withdraws that haven’t posted to my to my online banking app. I can preplan my entire month and always know exactly what I have available to spend! Thank you!

Excellent app!. No ADS!

Great App. This app is perfect for me. I just want to keep track of several accounts on both phone and computer. Don’t need “bells and whistles.” Has Face ID, iCloud and simple layout. It works. Wish it would open to all accounts rather than to one of the accounts. Does not seem to be a way to fix this in Settings.

Great, but missing the feature I wanted. The app does everything I want except the ability to share the data to have an additional user (spouse) see the transactions recorded on their own device. A simple login feature to the app would do it. Wish I knew this before buying. Please add.

Nice Account Register. Works great! Very stable. Data sync’s well to other devices.

Deleted. Won’t bring up page to enter new transactions

More backup options. Love the app already but would like to have OneDrive included as a backup option

Recurring transactions. I have a question please. My recurring transactions are not posting to the main list of transactions anymore. I have to search for the individually. It was not doing this before. Can you fix this issue?
