About racism. You can upload any country flag from your avatar but you can not uploaded Uyghur flag. This is tooo racist move. We could have been great together.... This game can be fun but I’m having too many glitches to make it fun. I have been trying to get support help with a bug for when I apply to my alliance I will receive a blank alliance message and I have to reapply. When I was sent an invite (after asking for one) I received a blank alliance message. I took screenshots and the only message I got back was ask my alliance to send me an invite... there are more glitches but this is my current headache...

Shallow Slot Machine. Gameplay does not get any shallower. It requires no skill. Just open loot boxes until you can’t, then pay money, or wait for increasingly long periods of time. The graphics are pretty though. These games are predatorial trash.

I spent a lot of time and Money. I built my castle Big, then a glitch caused me to be ejected and I ended up losing 20 ‘million power being hit by super over powered player instant. Then the next week my main hero went missing for 1 week. Next week after that 3 million power magically disappear. Then they ban me for exchange war words In chat, no real bad words used. Developers care less for loss. My advice to everyone reading, don’t download this game.

Verbal abusive players. Verbal abusive players. I was targeted. Who ever thinks its okay to threatens others it is not okay. This is just a game. Do not make it bad for others. Other than that its a good game with good graphics.

New Update. Loads to 50% and them stops. Been reading other reviews and it sounds like it is a major problem. And I saw developer said to get the info from game by tapping on your avatar. How the hell do you do that when the game doesn’t open. That gives me no confidence in the developer. Hope they fix soon. If other people are getting on, my castle and all troops will be zeroed...

Great Game. Well built and easy to use! This game offers user friendly software that games like Guns of Glory can not match. The challenges are fun and rewarding and the plot is well designed. 2-thumbs up!!!

Nobody knows English period. Players lie of English be warned. Please make room for English or make a USA version. Treat all players the same which they do not. English translator is not English it is wrong. The entire game is turkey or Chinese. I repeat the English is a complete lie!

Not happy. I love this game but this is the second day in a row that i have not received my daily VIP4 coins. I have purchased the VIP BONUS PACKAGE. I submitted a problem within the game app and have gotten 0 response. I will not purchase anything else from this game until this problem is rectified.

Unfortunately It's pay to win.. It's all up to you guys, it's totally all pay to win from acceleration to special upgrades, yet people spend hundreds of dollars to this game.

Moving buildings. I feel like we should be allowed to move buildings in the game in case if someone changes there mind about where they have a building and there is still extra space to move the building.

Not happy - update very buggy. This is possibly the worst update ever. The new features are nice, but it has disrupted the normal course of play. How is it possible to start the power gain event with NEGATIVE 450,000 power? And the ticket submission system is not working - indicates “server error, please try back later”. Please address this immediately! Thank you for your prompt response. I appreciate the reply. And have updated to 2 stars from 1.

Update. I don’t have a credit card to update my billing information it won’t let me do anything I haven’t been playing for about five months because I don’t have a card yet is there another way that I can pay to get updated so I can keep playing

Terrible translator. Don’t know if it’s because of the language or the programming, but the translator does not really work. Translated messages don’t make any sense.

Frustrated. Hi this game is expensive and not sustainable long term in terms of growth or stability. Determining factors for me personally is time spent here and trying to keep up with the growing power of others. Due to the fact we function within an alliance while it’s great however players like myself are overlooked in certain events because of our power difference. While I am spending I feel for the money spent I’m not getting what I am paying for. There are many games that I have been part off have been easier and cheaper to gain power. I have been extremely frustrated with the game upgrades and the packs I purchase and it seems no matter how much time I spend or money I spend I still cannot be powerful enough to be recognised as a keen and strong member with in my alliance and with game overall. Please make packs a little more relevant in terms of items dedicated to heroes to stones to weapon animals and growth of course fill them with items based strictly on this and not fill them up with monster looking castles or fireworks and items that do not help me at this level in the game. Time difference and language barrier have been a curse for me here because of where I live and the language I speak makes me the extreme minority those are hurdles that till this day I struggle with. Whilst I appreciate many factors within the game hence why I still play but I am frustrated and feel marginalised because I am the minority. Even though I am in a strong alliance I feel that I will never be recognised by my peers as an important player as people here form bonds with people of the same background or those with a lot more power and those are the overall factors that affect my play it’s not inclusive. This adds to the frustration. Thank you

Suggestion. Can you please make it so we can use screenshots in private chats or alliance chats, it would make it easier to communicate with others from different countries and language barriers, I love this game but there are hardly any players that speak English and I find it difficult when trying to understand my alliance. I think being allowed to use screenshots would help greatly in understanding what they are trying to explain vice versa.

Ultima actualización evento se asedio. Buenas empiezo para decirle que el juego me encanta en su totalidad y tiene muy buenos eventos a cada semana , llevo 6 meses con el y soy un jugador que invierte en su castillo. Pero en esta actualización hicieron un evento nuevo de asedio donde hay unas ciudades en el reino que debes ocupar y otras alianzas te pueden atacar. Pero fallaron que cuando tus tropas son atacadas mueren. Y eso esta muy mal porque no es un evento de aniquilación ni lucha de reino que puedes revivirlos. Deberian hacer como campo de llamas que solo heridas aunque debas gastar de tus recursos para curar. Perdi muchas tropas por este evento, que tan siquiera pusieron es su descripción nada de perder tropas. Se les fue el avión. Incluso si hubiera perdido todo borraba el juego . Consejo describan mejor los eventos en especial si vas a peder tropas gracias
