HORRIBLE support service. I have been playing since K97. I moved to K226 to start from a new kingdom to try it out. I had an issue being unable to log into my account. (Your log in is SAVED to the game so you can’t “forget” your password) I contacted support IMMEDIATELY. It took 4-5 days and my KINGDOM to all contact support for them to finally contact me. It has been well over a month and I have talked to 3 different support members, one in particular “Skeeter” who has not helped in the slightest. He has lied multiple times about the issue and blamed it on “me forgetting my password” (which you CANT FORGET BECAUSE ITS SAVED TO THE GAME). I wish I could post screenshots of all my conversations about this issue. Hundreds of dollars put into this game, I do NOT trust the support team. skeeter LIES and I have decided this morning I will NEVER play this game ever again. I do NOT trust this game at all. They take your money and do NOT help or fix issues. I was not compensated for my loss of troops, loss of time nothing. Play at your own risk.

Do not spend on this app. They have managed to tighten the screws on anyone not interested in spending thousands of dollars on this app even after many of us have invested in the product prior to them making serious revisions that impact the functionality of the game. These revisions have rendered this product completely different than the original app in which I invested and they continue to change it in a way that makes even the modest spender need to spend more to stay competitive. There is a general lack of customer service, the product that they continue to “update” is more glitched than ever yet you need to spend more to take advantage of any of the new update functionality. This developer is a scammer, a dishonest and underhanded operator and I am intent on making it known. Thank you.

Plan to spend a LOT of money. This game started out pretty great, but the developers have turned this into a high cost game. This means that unless you have extremely deep pockets, you will never be competitive. The developers also don’t seem to realize that we all talk to each other, and we know that packs cost different amounts depending on where you live. Some countries are given a distinct advantage over others. On top of that, support no longer cares about gamer experience. They used to be helpful, but now they say “too bad.” Many of us who have been playing for years now have quit. With this bad economy, save your money for important things. This game will try to take everything.

Glitches!. I have multiple accounts in this game. I only planned on one but it had so many glitches I had to start another. I used the in game support and was told to restart and use the read all button to get my rewards out of my email, unfortunately the email with that the rewards was in was gone and it didn’t work (which I included in the message). You apparently can only have one problem because when I went back it only would let me talk with a veteran player. This is a game coding issue and another player is NOT going to be able to help with this! This new update cuts off part of the screen when in castle view so you can’t get to all your buildings. If you are a non-English speaker watch out; the translator is horrible!!! Oh and when you build the cannons it tells you how many REMAINING donations there are but it should say how many donations were made or count down. Example: remaining donations: 20/20, should mean there are 20 donations that can be made but really 20 donations have already been made. Oh it drains the batter with all the downloading!!!! Constant flashing blue download in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Originally good, bugs making it worse.. As a clone of Sultans revenge this game was originally good. It ran well for the most part and had been well tested and updated as necessary for years. With each new feature however, more and more game breaking bugs have cropped up. My alliances technology was just reset to zero after nearly maxing it out during this kingdom vs kingdom, making rallies impossible and reinforcing nearly so. Customer support has been silent so far and I don't hold out much hope of any compensation anyway given past interactions with them. In short there are similar games with deeper pockets and better qa, my recommendation is to check those out. Edit: 5 days, no response from support, edited to remove another star.

ROK in a nutshell but now even c-30’s don’t stand a chance. Basically ROK is a fun game it’s why we all play. The issue I have is with the stat gap! The explanations from support about why a castle with 1.3million troops can get owned in 4 attacks. Oh not to mention those 4 attacks came in less than 22 seconds not enough time to bubble or do anything. Response from rok support is know your enemy! If I can’t even scout or go without a bubble for 30 seconds then this game is flawed! You can’t even shield in 5 seconds so how do you prevent an attack that killers 300k of your troops? I’m a c30 and I loose 7million power in 22 seconds to 4 attacks I would think that a c30 could take a few hits when you have over 10million power. The game needs fixing and there needs to be a way to even out and make it fair! Something to stop instant attacks something to make solo attacks on castles not so devastating!

Whatever you do, don’t invest money in this game. I put thousands of dollars into this game played it for years. I recently broke my phone. That phone had all my information and passwords. It wasn’t until I could get a new phone. Could I log onto the game. Once I logged onto the game I noticed that I was zeroed, this means I lost all my troops. I immediately messaged their team to see if there was anything they can do. They told me that I need to purchase $100 pack to revive all my troops when I have a good amount of Phoenix water to bring back my troops I just didn’t have all, I explain the situation they did not care how much I invested in the game. All they cared about was more money. Now me playing this game for years and this has never happened to me before you would think their team would revive my troops. This is just crazy to me stuff happens you would think they would have helped me, especially because I am a spender, and I would’ve spent more. But because there team reacted like this, I will not play the game anymore.

C30 12m power 15 months later. ROK is a great game IF: 1.) You're in a dedicated, active alliance AND you have a lot of money to give the developers. I worked hard to get to the level I am (T10s x4), but I can't outspend the spenders. Despite a game-wide roar after the 1st major KVK change, ROK only made minor changes in the point scales. Which still leaves Average Joe at the peril of Mr. Big Bucks. ROK favors the spenders who get extra perks. The rest of us plod through knowing that a rally doesn't need to hit our castles, just a Legendary 4 will take any one of us down with a sneeze. How do you get to Legendary status? Spend $$$ of course! ROK is a great strategy war game, but it's gotten boring and repetitive. I'm moving on.

Update problems. I can no longer access the game since this most recent update. Every time I open the app it says I need to download the most recent version and sends me to the app store, but the app store shows that there is no new update, and sends me back to the game, then the game says I need the new update. It just keeps sending me back and forth. Meanwhile, I keep getting notifications telling me that my city is being attacked repeatedly, and there is nothing I can do about it. This has been going on for two days so far. Can I please get some help with this? And maybe some compensation for having my city ransacked and all my troops slaughtered?

Recent changes hurt ROK.. I have been playing this game for a few months now and really enjoyed it until these latest changes. The new tournament of kingdoms is horrible. 1. They should call it the tournament of wishes. You get more points for making wishes in the fountain than the actual days topic. 2. The amount of points needed to get rewards is ridiculous. Even the players who spend a crap load of money can’t get the top rewards which these rewards are not worth it. 3. Each phase has a behind the scenes calculation that goes into the a kingdom total points. The developers need to setup so the players can calculate and not have to guess. 4. If you win the whole tournament but lose the last phase you lose. Basically the only good rewards for the kingdom come from winning the kingdom war phase. There is no point in trying to win the other phases or the tournament all together. 5. The rewards for winning the tournament are nothing. Most of the players I play with don’t even go after the chests. 6. The developers have not even sent a survey asking about the tournament. Why? Because they would be overwhelmed with the amount of negative feedback. If you are looking to get this game don’t until they either convert back to before the new tournament or update it.

Poor policies along with support. It is awful!. I have played this game for awhile. The support is the worse I have ever encountered. They made an error that banned me from my alliance chat first. Then, there were players telling other players to kill them selves and no real actions was taken but a 24 hour block to Kingdom chat. In addition to direct violation of terms of service from another player was reported with screenshots only to be overlooked. The final insult was when they deleted my farms for no valid reason. We are talking about 8 farms when other players have over 30 farms. They were deleted I believe because of where I placed them in an enemy alliance. Support caved to complaints from the enemy alliance with no valid reason. As it states nowhere in policies the number of accounts a player can hold. Do not waste your money or time! I am stuck, as I will stay to help my alliance with no real game support. The support staff does as it feels, and not as rules and polices dictate. Just Stay away!

Love it. Been playing for six months now. Love it. But that's actually not why I'm here. To the developers, in the event you read these, the tavern was a dumb idea. It doesn't change anything about the game (everyone I've talked to in-game agrees). It's just a space occupier. And one that occupies space that didn't even need to be filled. But, you could change it. Leave the stuff that's there or get rid of it, idc, but you should add a function that allows you to hire mercenaries. Now these mercenaries, of course, aren't permanent, and (to maintain balance) would be expensive and in limited numbers. But they would be there for rich players who need just a few more troops to augment one attack or two. Maybe they don't have as many troops as they do dispatches, or maybe they just unlocked a new tier of troops and want to try them out without having to wait a few hours to train. But that would be a cool new add on that would make players actually excited about the tavern.

Great game! Here’s a suggestion to make it even better. Absolutely love this game! I find myself always on this game whenever I get the chance to play. I’ll literally wake up 5am to let my dog outside and play this game to kill time which usually ends up becoming a longer task. I think this is the best strategy games in the App Store. The gameplay is nice and I’m always looking forward to new things being added. However I think if they added a building in the castle where you can play a bunch of mini games would make a nice edition. This option would be a great way to kill time when your waiting on all your resources/troops etc to build up. Another thing I think you guys should consider adding is a prison in your castle. This option should be added so that every siege victory you go and do you can also take their troops prisoner and have them become yours instead of just killing off half your troops. The last thing that would make this game better is that if you guys added a guardian dragon in your castle. For this option there should also be Dragon Training in the institute so you can upgrade your dragon and whatnot. The concept of the dragon is basically to help with defense and attack whenever your in a raid. I design apps and I’m really hoping you guys consider my ideas thank you all for making such a wonderful game!

Fix your game. This game was a really good game until greed took over. You can’t even help dead kingdoms. You put new hero’s out that cost non stop. You make the events impossible for non spenders and even this new candies events was pushed towards spending. Ruins was great but now i feel when it comes back it will be weaker prizes and more spending and if so you will lose me as a player. It’s the only thing keeping me playing. We need our whole team to be able to play. One or two mega spenders do not win battles alone. Fix you damned game and quit updating every other weak for new hero’s and spending and fix the things that help us all to be great players. Took 4/5 years lost for new simple lord levels and equipment levels. There you couldn’t help yourselves either and has to make it expensive because YOU took so long to update them.

Scam and pay to win.. *update* Just wanted to update my review now that time has passed, everything is the same and it’s even worse than before. There was a time when hard work and commitment would be rewarded in this game, now it’s all about the money. Ingame GM’s won’t even give you the time of day if you don’t spend. *update* This game has completely changed from what it used to be. Every single decision the developer makes is to increase their profits. Their packs are a scam and this game is 100% pay to win. Don’t think for a minute you might get lucky. They have in app purchases that give you a sliver of a chance of getting something great. It all caters to the people willing to spend thousands of dollars on this game (there are people who do and you stand no chance against them). They have all the things in the game to get you hooked and then you realize later on how screwed You really are if you aren’t willing to spend hundreds of dollars a month. Their support staff is awful. Automatic canned responses, most the time they don’t even understand what you’re saying and don’t even answer your question or concerns. It’s as if they don’t even play the game themselves.

ROK OG. Hey, there. I’m an OG at ROK. I’ve been playing since K16. KVK broke the game. Everyone wants peace now. You have so many mini games you have to spend an hour to do them all. Most are geared towards spending. The heroes that do anything useful have to be bought. So most spenders will always destroy you. Kingdoms open too quickly and leave us with half the players as when we started. Most that begin in a kingdom are actually waiting for the next. Or farms. So real players aren’t what they used to be. K16 we have 30 alliances full of active people. Now there MAYBE 3 full active teams by throne. After throne drama you’re down to 2 1/2 teams of active players. Hard to accomplish anything come kvk. Stop opening kingdoms twice a week and make people stay in their kingdom longer. Stop letting people hop. Oh, I know. Starting over is more spending. So they’d rather sacrifice the loyal players for the quick buck. The game isn’t what it used to be. But can be enjoyable if you don’t spend and just be ready to move on to a new one six months later when everything is dead.

Fun game, terrible customer support. If you’re thinking of downloading this game, don’t do it. I’ve been playing this game almost a year now and really enjoying it; however, I’ve been having problems with one of the GMs. I’ve repeatedly asked for his supervisor’s direct contact info, but they refuse to give me that info. Evan is incredibly rude and ineffective as a GM, as he doesn’t read your questions before sending a response. This is a waste of time for GMs and players alike. Evan’s most recent response to me was, “Obviously, you're a super genius that can figure things out with clear logic. With that skill，you will definitely win this week Kvk. Wish you good luck.” Trust me when I tell you this was biting sarcasm, not a compliment. Who do we complain to when customer support refuses to escalate our issues? They must have supervisors, but they won’t let you speak to them. Every time I have a problem, Evan is the one who responds. It seems purposeful. He refuses to allow me to speak to any other GM even after repeated requests. Don’t get sucked into this game. You might get stuck with Evan the inept.

Enjoyable. It’s got a massive amount of players that are active. I’ve progressed quite far, in game purchases are completely optional to play. The way the game is though, you want to spend a couple bucks (nothing major) but again, completely unnecessary to progress. There’s a built in translator so it makes it possible to communicate literally with people from all areas of the world which is AWESOME. ***Suggestion box*** I know they do read these, in the event that you read mine. I’d suggest one or two more events. How about something where for a couple of days specific monsters or rebel camps pop up throughout the map. I mean all over the map, not rare. They can be killed a certain amount of times before they level up (lv1 camp\monster zeroed teleports and changes to Lv 2 and so on) and they should drop decent rewards, of course some more rare than others. Each time they level up they increase in difficulty significantly. Again, JUST an idea. More events then the norm, it’s fun and engaging.

Waste of time!. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! This game is a waste of time. The game has so many glitches and when you contact support or the developers you get no response. This game isn’t about strategy or even luck, it’s about money. You can build quickly but you can be attacked by someone that has spent hundreds or more in this game and your done. There is no filter/restrictions to how high or low a player can be attacked. So if you are a level 10 castle you can be attacked by someone double what you are and you get completely wiped out and have to start over. So if you are looking for a casual game just to play this isn’t it, if your looking for a game that the developers are helpful and responsive to inquiries this is not it. I waisted too much time trying to contact support about all the glitches and never got a response. The developers don’t care about your gaming experience they just want the cash. Avoid the hassle and don’t even waste your time downloading this game.

It’s worth the effort.. If you’re looking for a fun, lighthearted game then this isn’t the game for you. Rise of Kings is a great game but expect to put forth some effort if you want to go far. There are a lot of in-app purchases of gems, and speed-ups and such that can speed up the process but for me I feel more satisfied to reach the next level if I had to put in the time and effort to get it done. There are mini games and daily quests that will provide you with a lot of your basic needs such time and healing speed-ups. Some mini-games even give gem rewards and castle shields. My advice for getting ahead? Join a good alliance with members you can learn from and will have your back during battles and in the kingdom wars. This is a game of strategy. The graphics and game play get better and better with each update. I totally recommend this game.

Solid game, needs new developers. The gameplay is very good once you understand the mechanics. Bugs are minimal and they clearly spent some time organizing everything. Graphics are good without being over the top. The events are decent but could use some work. There is one big big problem with the game though. That’s the developers. They push so many new servers none of them are full. Most of the players are transplants from other servers. So you could spend the time getting your castle set up only to battle a few hundred people tops. The top 10 alliances can’t even get a full roster of players because there are not enough people play. They provide no option to move your castle to another server after lvl 6. Gameplay is solid, developers are keeping server capacity very low for some reason. I played for about two weeks only after getting a clear view of what was going on. They don’t seem to account for the players that only play a few days and don’t want to keep playing. If you want a castle building game with minimal action check this out.

2 Stars At Best. Although this game professors not to be a pay to win game, there is little policing of the huge alliances that simply attack all the small alliances and destroy them. It is nearly impossible to advance very far in this game without spending a lot of actual money. There should be something in place to prevent all of these alliances with multi million points of power from attacking these little bitty alliances. It certainly makes it difficult and unfun. Without real money it is nearly impossible to advance and a rate high enough to defend yourself against the massive alliances that used to pick on the small alliances. Makes it for a very lame game after dedicating so many hours to build your troops and castles and buildings.

Bullying and hacking. So I would of given this game all five stars for I been playing it for 2 years about. I have even put money into the game cause I loved it. I am in kingdom 365 and we have a guy goes by Red but changes a lot he has killed several alliances and won’t let anyone grow. Well we have dealt with it. As I got on today he was able to hack an account in alliance kicked everyone out and burned the castle down. He says his goal is to make it a dead kingdom. The people have put lots of money into the accounts just like him. The game makers will not do anything about it. Ha king people accounts are illegal period. He has hacked many account in Our kingdom. So please don’t waste money on this game for the makers of it just allows it to happen and it makes it a waste of money and a waste of time to play it. I am sure red has told many others how to hack accounts and that is scary what could he do to your real life accounts. THE MAKERS OF THIS GAME NEEDS TO FIX THIS for there loosing money as well.

What was once an amazing game is no longer.. I have played this game for years. I’ve dedicated more time and money than I would ever like to admit. I’ve loved it and made many friends around the world. Unfortunately with all the new updates, we have continued to lose players. Unless you can spend thousands of dollars, you can’t compete anymore. This last one was the final straw for me. They created an event, threw us into a new world with no information. No one knew how to play it. Very little resources available and certainly not enough to complete the daily tasks. It has been horrible! If I wanted to learn a new game, I would have left with my friends who started a new game. I’ve played ROK because I loved it. I’m sad to leave it but it’s not the same game anymore.

Poor treatment to players expectations of fair play. I have played for 7 years and have never been compensated the awards for the events I have missed due to “in game bugs” from multiple updates frequently done. The ONEMT response always blame the internet and do not care how much money you spend. I have spent ashamedly over $10,000 USD on my 3 accounts and now when I complain publicly I get kicked off of the server and no admittance back into the game through downloading the app again. My internet is fine and the only technical error is that I spoke freely my opinion and got rejected access from my $10,000 entertainment investments. So unethical and unprofessional. Possibly even illegal but the company does not have any concerns with small claims accusations.

There's better!!. This game is ridiculous of the prices of speed-ups being the same as teleports both of which are about 7-10 bucks a pop! There's discounted prices on them that knock off about 1-2 dollars at most, which is totally outrageous considering other games they're about 3-5 bucks instead, while speed ups are about the equivalent to .15 cents! Worse yet, take this example battle: 40,000 tier 5 vs. 25,000 Tier 5.. same tech levels, buffs... the 40,000 will completely decimate the 25,000 with losing next to nothing. This game is a joke, glitchy as all hell, and completely made in such a lazy fashion... I get these platforms are all rediculously overpriced and made on lazy programming but if you're going to waste your money on these games(like I do), there are wayyyy better choices out there then this heap of junk!

Pay to play.... The rich will own you ... it’s not a game you can play without being forced to bow down to the biggest spenders... even at the top ... the power levels are so extremely overdone. The game was ruined when they introduced the legendary levels... but had to give the big spenders what they wanted.. total control of a server... and there is nothing you or your entire alliance can do about a single player.. even if your only 2 levels lower and even if you wanted to retaliate... there is a 5 minute timer... so they basically lay waste to your entire alliance while you wait for five minutes... all for any attack to fail miserably anyway... so now you sit... zero troops to gather and no resources to train any ... so how do you get back... yep... better spend some money .. or it’s months ... yes months ... to get even close to where you were ... do your self and keep looking .. the developers don’t care ...your response proves my point ! lol... do you even read these? Those one stars adding up quick... deleted app...

Kingdoms are dying after battle for throne. Every kingdom seems to have the same thing that plagues it’s progress, after the battle for the throne, these elite players that spend all the money won’t let any other smaller players grow, and therefore it kills off the kingdom. How are you supposed to do anything in a kingdom who won the same people are in two or three different alliances with different names, different castles, and they kind of just corner the market so to speak on resources and events not letting any of the smaller players that don’t have the money progress in any which way. This results in kingdom is dying right after the throne wars and I witnessed it in several kingdoms now therefore I have quit the game. I’m not gonna spend my time wasting it when the same people are always the king are always in charge of all these alliances and all they do is pick a select few that are their friends and don’t let anybody else progress. This game is a dead game. Don’t waste your time.

In game in purchases. Been playing this game for years, making hundreds of dollars of in app purchases and then my account was banned and IP blocked till i was demanded by a mod to pay back the same amount of money I purchased through apple itunes to their personal paypal account so that I can play this game again. When i reported to the mod was told only to pay them to play again but given no actual data to support their claims. Would not recommend playing when the developer can allow a mod to extort a player for personal again and wont allow you to escalate further to solve the issue. This game stole from me and tried to extort me, and the technical support is cheap and unhelpful. Would not recommend spending money there i know of other players with similar issues. Fun game what a shame.

The game needs to slow down with the pricy updates. I like this game and have spent a lot to develop my castle and my kingdom. But recently too many updates that cost 2-3K each to max. This put a lot of burden on me even if I am considered one of the mega spenders. I strongly advice the ROK team to slow down with their upgrades and take care of smaller players because if they quit we will no longer find someone to fight and most kingdoms will go to oblivion. As a quick fix 1. You need to merge the kingdoms which didn’t make it to the top 128 tournament, no need to wait. 2. Release not expensive, easy to get upgrades that can help small players to defend their castles (castles attack is not a challenge anymore). 3. Slow down on dragons and other strategic heroes because the gap is huge between spenders and non spenders already and no need to add more to it. 4. Add more free events that could bridge some of the gaps between mega, medium and non spenders. I hope ROK team will respond to players demands before everyone quits.

The game itself it great.. I’ve played ROK for over 2 years. It was my first game like this. I loved the game at first. It was so much fun. The graphics are good, they do update a lot, add new things regularly, I rarely had trouble with bugs. Now for the downside. This game is all about money sadly. I’m not talking about a few hundred dollars. If you want to have any chance of competing you’ll need to spend 10s of thousands of dollars. I know lots of players that have spent more then 100k on their castles. If you have the money good for you. The problem lies in with so many people from different parts of the world in your kingdom, problems arise, civil wars, non spenders losing interest. A year or so into the game you realize there are only a few dozen die hard players left in your kingdom. So your kingdom can’t compete in KVK, you start to lose KVKs and more quit. ROK absolutely refuses to allow you to move your castle to a new kingdom. They promise kingdom merges but in 2 years they have had maybe 3 of them thats 18 kingdoms merged into 9. Out of over 400 kingdoms. Their solution is start over in a new kingdom and spend more money. It’s sad that ROK has run this game into the ground with their greed. If you play check out some of the older kingdoms and see for yourself. Many are dead or dying

I can’t... I just can’t.... I downloaded this and started playing. Within minutes I realized that this game and ZGirls have almost the exact same setup and content. Two different developers, but game play is too much alike to be coincidence. Partners? Or did one rip off the other? I ended up deleting this game because of the similarities. I would love to find a game that is a good blend of Warcraft and Dota. Also I would love to see a game that has a pay aspect, but lets normal (non-paying players - because not everyone is rich) players get every item/character in a game through normal game play. Just let the impatient people pay to get it sooner. And don’t make the items/characters incredibly difficult to get to where it makes a normal player feel forced to buy it. Maybe when I finish IST: Programming I will make an attempt at creating a game. Until then, I continue to search for the ever elusive game I seek.

support is very bad. I sent you this message, and I have been a player for 3 years in the Kingdom of 375, and I paid a lot of money and effort, but the castle was breached and the hacker attacked other castles and killed all my army, but the sad thing is that your technical support is very, very bad, as there is a contradiction in the responses of support regarding the revival of the army and I did not find a response from them Not quick to respond as if they would kindly respond to us! You are a company and you are supposed to respect the customers who are the players, and the company relies on reputation and respect, but I did not find respect and a convincing response, so I regret that I will inform all friends to quit the game and delete it and put a bad rating on the Apple Store and Google Play

Version trash. The game is only good if you have a lot of money to spend on playing it in game. Otherwise you won’t have fun. Now I’m one of those that spent a lot of money on this game. The “GM” never helps when the game glitches. I’ve lost troops. Tons of resources. Been attacked because the game has glitches and won’t let me log on... all they ever say is they will work to fix the problem. When I ask for any type of reimbursement they say there’s nothing they can do..... now I go to log on the game and it tells me I cannot log on because I need to download latest version. So I go to App Store and it says I’m up to date and only gives me option to “open” the app. It keeps telling me I cannot log on due to game version... 🤔 I think my time with this rip off game is done. Good luck to everyone and don’t download unless you plan to spend thousands of dollars.

Please enable to move to another kingdom once again. I have been playing this game over two years. Game is really good but some extend I started to feel bore. Since every day I am seeing who has been playing with me from beginning. I started to lose interest . Could we get once again “The chance of moving to another kingdom permanently “ which you gave when I was below castle 6 ? Think about my thought . It would make us refresh to see new players again and encourage us to play more Waiting for the update

Game is grrrrrrrrreat! But customer service rep is dumb. This is one of, if not my top mobile games everything is just awesome. My problem is with the customer service. I had an issue with packs I bought. I got the packs but they did not receive the payment even tho my card was charged and I have proof of that. But the gamer GM still does not seem to understand that I am trying to find out what packs where not paid for. ( I’m asking for specifics cause I bought multiple packs on the dates they said this happened) the issue is still on going cause he just can’t comprehend what I am asking.

Too buggy with iPad & all refunds requested come back as “ineligible for refund”. I have a 5th gen iPad with iOS 13.6.1 & the the latest game version 1.8.5. Works fine on an iPhone but super unresponsive on an iPad. When kvk starts when you teleport to a new kingdom it locks your account up. Usually locked up for close to 3 to 5 minutes. Many times a button to press for a response, the location to get a response from the button is elsewhere on the screen. When response button location is correct, the game goes into processing mode & the icon just spins & spins & spins. It stops spinning but noting happened. Tired of closing the app & restarting it. Tired of rebooting my iPad. Tired of the developer not acknowledging that there is a problem with their app. Only requested a refund one or two times in this app in several years. Now apples standard response is “ineligible for a refund” How about if you tell me why or how I can contest your decision?

Loved till became not about skill. I really did love this game. I’ve played 3.5 years. Back then playing was based on skill with some in game purchases to enhance the abilities. Now it is pretty mandatory to purchase quite a bit to keep up. This has become a pay to play. I mean. People in kingdoms level 400+ already have L6 and 120 maxed of top hero’s. That is not about skill. That is about who has the most money to spend becomes the winner. Sad that you all went in this direction. Greed from the creators. As many people who play, I’m sure you were doing well financially on the game. Skill is a thing of the past folks. If you have thousands and thousands of dollars to spend, everyone will love this game...

Great Game However. This is an awesome strategy game with great graphics and good people who play. I love the set up and the numerous ways to get free bonus rss and such by the different events. However, the cost of some of the resources are outrageous when you get to the Top lvls. And if you didn’t care about that because you just go buy a pack the amount of rss they give you in a pack aren’t near the amount you need to grow at a high lvl. This is especially true for lvl Legendary 1 through 5. I have spent a lot of money on here and there are no extra perks for the thousands spent. I’m sure you all love a person like me. At least in MS they took care of people who took care of them. Like I said though. Game play is great. Just don’t understand why the people who do spend money on here to play don’t get taken better care of.

if you aren’t rich don’t play... This game is allot of fun, but the spenders are insane!!! if you do not spend on this game you will not make it.. you will get attacked over and over. i have played this game for 2 years now and it’s amazing but if you don’t spend you are nothing and will keep getting zeroed. i suggest making a server where you can’t spend. many players join new and leave within 3 days because there is already a lvl 30 with 10mill power. it is ridiculous and all they care about is getting money.

Became pay to “win”. I loved this game. All the recent updates have made it pay to “win” and by “win” I mean keep the stuff you’ve built and bought that can be decimated by someone who spends more than you do. All the new events are ridiculous in their cost and as a disabled person on a fixed income, this game has become too frustrating to continue. I am L2 and spent WAY beyond what I should have to get to where I am, and I’m tired of having it all destroyed by someone because they spent more money than I did. I refuse to spend another penny on this game and I advise others to avoid downloading it in the first place. It’s not worth the stress and financial burden it will cost you once you get invested in the castle you build. It breaks my heart to walk away, but it’s the way it has to be.

Worse GM support in a game. If you are looking for a game where the GM (as they like to call themselves) or moderators are fair and try to help you solve game issues; then don’t bother with this game. I have asked them in the past to help me with several issues, always the same answer, “we cannot help you, hope you understand and enjoy the game.” The latest issue, unbinding. It says contact a GM to help unbind the account. I contact them and tell them I need help unbinding from the current email account to my email account. They ask me for purchase history. I send them screenshots of my latest purchase. Then they tell me, I’m sorry that’s not good enough. I need a screenshot of your Apple iTunes purchase history. So I send them a screenshot of my purchase history. Then they tell me they need a screenshot of my google purchase history. What??? I tell them I don’t buy from google store, I buy from the Apple store. You asked for that purchase history and I gave it to you. I get the standard reply, “I’m sorry, we cannot help you, hope you understand and enjoy the game.” If you get Joy the GM, ask for someone else. She has done nothing for me in this game. Go play State of Survival (zombies). It’s a better game with better support.

Pay to play don’t download. If you want to spend a lot of money download. Since the beginning the game has changed a lot and not for the better. I have been here 4 years and it has gotten worse and worse. In order to really play the game you have to spend between 2k and 3k for each hero. The time and money you spend to play is just not worth it. I would like to say kvk is worth it but it’s not either because people don’t want to waste all their tears. They really need to go back to basics. Make it able for non spenders and spenders to be able to play together. Miss the days of l1 being so strong. Now in new kingdoms you have no chance. They started out great and then became greedy. We have tried to speak to the owners of the game and they laugh in our face. They need to fix this game before you download it. It cost about 800 a week to do everything they want you to do. It will take all your time as well.

Only real strategy in this game is spend a lot to win. The game itself is addictive, and was fun at the beginning. After playing a few weeks I realized there was no way I had a chance at winning. The reason is the game is dominated by people who have lots of money to spend. The game itself encourages people to spend money with some incentives. It shows that all the packs are on sale and you get extra privileges if you purchase. If you aren’t willing to spend a hundreds of dollars or a thousand maybe more you won’t win if you end up in a kingdom with someone who can. You can strategize all day long it doesn’t matter how smart you play it. You can hope to be in an alliance with the person with the deepest pocket but if not you are out of luck.

Use to like ROK. Recently the Rise of Kings creators have been making it harder and harder for people to grow and excel in the game. A big part of this game is gathering resources and to collect resources many people have separate accounts in which they use to farm and play dragon challenge on to receive rss crates. The resource crates were a huge advantage in this game and now the game has made all crates from dragon challenge protected so they cannot be shared between accounts. Basically the game has become more and more of a money grab by the ROK creators. They make excuses as they don’t want to overload servers with extra castles used as farms, if this was the case then why allow farms in a game? Played the game 3 years in kingdom 7 and they have made it more difficult to grow with these protected rss from almost every event, the kingdom has been dead for over 2 years and we have begged support for merges which they finally came out with but not for our kingdom. The support staff is not so helpful at times and the game has many bugs.

Great game but Customer Service is poor. I want to make it clear that I enjoy this game and have spent many hours playing it. My problem is with Customer Service. I had a problem develop with a payment of an in game purchase that caused an outstanding balance. When I was made aware if the issue, I took care of it right away, paying the balance with the games PayPal account. I left several messages using in game support (GM) over several days but got no response at all. I just tried to log on but I’ve been blocked and told to contact Customer Service. There is NO clear direction given on how to do that. The game is great but 3 stars is the best I can do given the situation. I would appreciate some help.

No support and very Glitchy. I currently play in K20 as well as K73 and have been playing for over a year. The app is currently glitching so severely in K73 during KVK I refuse to even participate. Our troops just disappear and die while taking palace. Also there are times you just plain cannot login and have to try over and over. The password is not incorrect either. Support told a friend of mine who lost everything in K20 he forgot his password and that was why he lost everything. I recently requested a password reset to an account in K73 that is bound to my game center and never even got a reply. I'm a decent spender in this game however I have truly thought about quitting because the glitches are getting worse. With every update the game worsens.

Game is being manipulated. I’m from k36 we’re right now in war against k43 where one of the strongest gamers play, freedom. The game isn’t working for many of us, I’ve tried uninstall and reinstall the game and isn’t working. My shield is about to expire so I tried to install the game in other device but it keep crashing. I can’t open the game and looks like I’m gonna be zeroed as many of us will be. Game is being manipulated by developers members who are playing without restriction with the main objective of make us spend money. There’s not fair game, game is being manipulated.

Great customer support. I have to say. I know a lot of games has their own issues just as this one does. But I had a problem with a glitch and I sent in a review and after a week of me not playing because I got angry I got back on and saw that they promptly had responded to me and then I got on and responded to them explaining in full detail what happened and I got compensation from it and extremely fast responses so I have to say regardless of the issues there might be I’m glad I was able to get help from customer service so quickly and so promptly. She has autism, she finds person to person relationships difficult. She was introduced to this game, and became hooked, she is very needy to be accepted and is very vulnerable. Revive. Its Good game, I enjoy playing it and have spent quite a lot of money as well, but I hate one feature of game the most is, no matter how much you hospital capacity is after someone attacks you or some of you alliance building which you have reinforced, your whole army dies, like I lost around 500k t6 troops. What’s going on here like my hospital can hold up to 450k troops. When I saw in the morning that someone attacked me and alliance building and my hospitals were empty like I had enough. It took me forever to build that army and now I have to rebuild everything from 0!! That’s just BS!! And stop showing packs every few seconds like I got it you want to get money but you dont have to annoy players by showing it every few seconds.

Earlier update where Cavalry has been diminished. A couple updates ago the programmers degraded the Cavalry troop type unnecessarily ... the update virtually made those players who have spent their money in order to focus on Cavalry. I am one of those who have spent quite a bit and then contacted game support. The response I received was either brushing me off or condescending in manner basically telling me I was wrong. ROK released an interview with a ArijaKnighter and Mars, in which it was clearly stated how the cavalry troop type downgraded. The crux off the matter being that the programmers have severely degraded the cavalry troop type even though there was nothing wrong with the game balance, the excuse being that ROK are releasing a new hero that players will need to spend loads of money to get it to level 120 just to regain the lost effectiveness of that troop type previously caused by the programmers. NOT IMPRESSED ROK

Losing touch with gamers. Unless you have a huge bank account to play here and keep up. I honestly don’t think it’s worth playing this game anymore. Rok focus on making money from big spenders leaving it impossible for non spenders or minimal spenders to keep up. If I wasn’t so invested in this game over the past 4 years I’d be out. I Recommend finding a more affordable game with less heroes dragons and legendary medals. This game honestly adds new heroes some almost worthless in buying every fortnight.

State of play. This is a great game but needs a better way than having to reinstall when an update. Have to spend money to do well. Played this game for a little over a year. Spent many hundreds of dollars, maybe thousands even. Problem is, you can’t change locations after level 6. I got stuck in a region with several rich bullies that we couldn’t complete with and made progressing any further impossible. I ended up abandoning my entire account in the end. If you’re rich, you can do well. If you’re into free to play, you’ll only get so far and end up leaving the game eventually. There’s so many other better RPG games where you can progress at your own pace and budget. The game itself is fun, extremely well put together and addictive but unfortunately ruined by the rich bullies

Review. I’ve played the game since it started, have always have constructive criticism but tired of generic answers. Now the games evolving so fast that it’s impossible to be competitive unless you’re willing to literally spend thousands of dollars. Am happy for the games achievements in popularity but very disappointed in lack of help, understanding, concern, or productive criticism from life long players instead only catering to the elite spenders.

I regret touching this game. Basically I spent about a year or two on this game and even 3 dollars that I had left over. All amazing positives.... what should make it a 5 star game But it’s in need of adjustment I suggest that you change your no moving to Kingdoms after level 6, but add the restrictions to more spend friendly players that they can’t go into Kingdoms that have an average player base lower then theirs, ie: level 30 castle can’t go to a Kingdoms that have average players at level 10. That developers actually need to listen, read and act on players that aren’t playing fairly... I have a jerk in my kingdom that is really highly ranked, he’s extremely rich because he had dropped at least $10,000 on the game has two castles in two different kingdoms both stronger then anyone else. He attacks you and everybody else, and has more power then 20 people returning the attack at the same time. Complaints have been made and nothing done to move him to another kingdom were he has more challenges instead of making the game more enjoyable for everyone. Hey developers... hint hint nudge nudge 1 player spending $10000 you loose because he can’t take advantage of others Or 10000 $100 players you loose because they can’t compete and don’t like playing a game that they have no chance in. Do NOT recommend. Just left the game after being attacked by a level 28 and Legendary 1, where I am only a level 19. What game doesn’t put protections in place to have a more balanced fair play game? Waste of time. Where is the honour any more in gaming. Clearly it’s not here. And what’s funny, when you defeat people, you earn “honour” points. Anyways, good riddance. One less player.

Bad update. New up date sucks ..... game won’t load anymore

To much money to stay competitive. Hey rok I just joined you guys in March but it was a great time I really enjoyed it Didn’t mind spending a little and just having fun with it. I have to admit that things seemed to have changed everything that you guys are bringing out costs a lot of money and for people that don’t spend they might aswell quit which a lot are doing. I understand it’s a business and your trying to make money but it looks like greed now and many people are talking about leaving Including the spenders I hope you guys can make the right decision and figure out how to make it a good experience for both you and the players

Pay to play. You can not even attack monsters anymore, the updates remove any shred of fun non spenders used to enjoy. It’s time to walk away from this game The last update , ruined the map, ruined the alliance store. The kill monster stage of titans, you can no longer obtain even half of the readers, seriously ROK 5 bottles of stamina per day. That kills maybe 3 monsters. Not even obtaining one reward box. Ridiculous

Bullying and mental abuses prolific. I played this for many years and spent my fair share on this game. I have quit recently because of the developers allowing severe bullying to take place in this game. They are so focused on lining there pockets with your money that they don't care that there are racist and rude people continually mentally abusing others. From name calling to sharing private photos. They will mute a castle hundreds of times but never do anything more to stop the abuses by some. Beware okaying this game as you do not matter to these developers.

Developers got to Greedy. This game is on its downward slope .. the developers keep adding things at a rapid pace to widen the competitive gap between spenders and non spenders .. Don’t waste your time find a similar platform that is newer this game is a tired cash grab

Glitch. There's a glitch where I can see the whole screen so when I look at the things that you decorate your castle when I press decorate and it goes into it I can't read all the words when I press it otherwise I love the game

Monster siege. I really do not like the way you have it where you can not upgrade your castle unless you pass that monster siege battle. It is taking the fun out of playing the game. It is taking to many steps to be able to move your castle up in levels. Please go back to the original way of leveling up.

Good game, hard enlisting, improving alliances. It’s a good game overall but it is very difficult to find active players who’s level matches the requirements for the alliance. I think there should be a selection box of some sort to make it easier. Being able to type lvl of castle, lord lvl, or by power, last time online would be extremely helpful for Lord trying to improve their alliance.

If you have $100,000 to spend this is the game for you. First off there is little to know customer service, you can’t make it far in this game without spending a lot 10,000 USD or more if you want to continue to compete. They update constantly which sounds good but every time they do they add another hero or something big that will cost 2-10k USD to get and if you don’t you will get crushed instantly.

Overpriced and Reskinned. I don't mind micro transactions in games like this, but the other games out there are significantly cheaper. This also appears to be a simple reskin. Checking the developers other apps on the AppStore, there's 3 listed games similar to this, all with the same screenshots (just reskinned of course). Throwing a sultan theme on it doesn't make a new game, neither does releasing it in another language. Combine that with the lack of support, and you've got yourself devs who care nothing about the players experience, only for their money.

Great game but very bad support!. I have played alittle over two years now. I absolutely am addicted to this game and have spent a couple thousand dollars in the game but with that being said don’t expect to receive any good communication between the support in the game. They will shrug their shoulders and not even investigate or help you in any means. I would recommend finding a different game if you are not a spender because that is what it has come to now! Cant contact support. I need to contact support hut your app does not allow us to contact you. It continuously will not let you type without canceling what you have written if you are able to write at all. Just joined because of a friend and need to change to his kingdom. If this issue cant be addressed then youve lost a player. Until a reply i will be deleting the game and going back to Robot Wars and Wild Rift. Hope to hear from you soon. If not ow well.

Worst Support. Probably THE worst customer support of any game played. The GM's that respond to your bugs and questions don't even know how the game works. Prepare to have major issues arise that the GM's brush off as you being completely stupid and ignorant. Forget that bugs will cause you to waste money. They don't care. Bug crashed the game? Your fault. Their servers didn't update in real time so you miss out on events or registration opportunities? Your fault. Game crashed IN THE MIDDLE OF SUBMITTING A BUG REPORT (seriously??!?)? Your fault. Also if you don't plan on paying to win, you will get nowhere. I know people dropping THOUSANDS on this game every month just to keep up. Ridiculous. No game should be set up that poorly!!!

Game is on a major decline.. I’ve been playing this game since the very beginning and it has been on a major decline. New players have no way to complete with the spenders and every event has become who can figure out a new way to cheat. Support is horrible. They say they will ban these players, but I’ve never seen them do it no matter the proof. Now players are using third party websites to obtain deeply discounted in game packages and codes for free packages. Do yourself a favor and avoid!

This game is ONLY for spenders. I’ve played this game over 4 years now. It has gone from good to worse, to now it’s ONLY FOR SPENDERS. Even us (me) spenders are fed up and about to quit. So, unless they change something soon and stop with their greed... we suggest you don’t download and save your time and money that they take WAY too much of. Ask around kingdoms if you do join and you’ll see what I say is true. ROK has gone way downhill because of the greed.

App crashes after I spend money. I have had this app for about a week and a half. I have spent approx 40 dollars in the game so far. Now it crashes completely and I will lose all the progress I spent my money on. I sent the feedback to notify them of the crash and no response. Too bad, doesn’t look like they will be getting any more of my money!

Expensive game. Very poor how this game have turn , I have been playing this game since k24 now a merge kingdom and it’s so sad how everything changed in just a couple of months. Everything so expensive now , And it’s sad how you can’t merge weak kingdoms no more, I’m the the only strong one from my kingdom and the only spender as well . but to he honest it’s just saw how the game have turned. And I’m so ready to stop spending for a game that only cares about the money and not how players feel.

my experience. I have played for a few months, was fun at first. Then comes a C30 and his 6 other castles. A former moderator now player, to rule all alliances with his 6 castles. How? once you have level 10 infantry and decent heroes, and tech level, no one can hurt you. the other troop types are obsolete. So this one.. player ruins the game for everyone else. This was a fun experiment , but the imbalance of the game ruins it. Don't play the game. One day a player like this will enter your hive, and if you are even one level lower ... you will just watch as your entire alliance burns down. Getting to the top levels is no easy task, without shelling out cash. Once you make that first purchase, you will be in a losing arms race.

False ads give the illusion of completely different gameplay. This is just a other one of the build resource buildings and wait for days while they upgrade. The ad showed a first and third person real-time rpg type of game. It this is not what the ad showed. Apple should ban developers that use fake ads to sell their shoddy games. When a developer has to lie to you in their ad about the type of game they made it tells you something about how poor the actual game is. This game is a complete waste of time to download.

Legendary too hard to get. The game is fun and I played it for about a year but ended up quitting. It go to the point where it’s impossible to get to legendary 3 castle or troops. It costs way to many medals and the events barely scratch the surface when giving you medals. Would be a lot better if they gave a few hundred medals out at a time and made it easier for people to push up castle levels to fight more. All the non spenders we are stuck at the bottom being forced to spend just to reach legendary 3.

Greedy Game. Over the years this game has gone from one of the best, to one of the worst. And that’s coming from someone who has spent over $15k in all my years. It’s impossible for someone like me to even keep up anymore, I can 100% see why people are dropping out left and right. Not worth it spending thousands on heroes just to be outspent the next event and suddenly have a worthless castle. I won’t be spending a dime until something is done to level the playing field for everyone, INCLUDING the non spenders in any of my castles in k32, k422, and k461. -Boycott

Constantly chasing the dragon.... I’ve played this game since June 2017...it was fun at the beginning then it got to the point where it takes more than 5k per week to stay competitive or you become obsolete in a couple week. 1) New events = $$$$$ and gives horrible rewards. (Rewards that could easily be farmed for or by killing monsters.) 2) New upgrades (heroes/dragons/castle level) = $$$$$ When you think you’ve reached the dragon, you realize that it’s been moved further away and the chase starts again. There’s always new events to force players to spend and use up their rss/materials before the next one to force players to spend. Want to play??? Make sure you got 5k to throw out the window every week. Or be ready to live in a bubble and farm away cuz you will never see the dragon with out spending.

Should be named rise and fall of kings. Been playing this game for 4 years now so I can’t say it’s horrible but last 9 months the developers have went from ok to horrible customer service. Game cost have tripled in cost. Purchase game changing items and 2 months later completely worthless. Ban accounts without notice. ( always non spenders) company has completely became money driven. I do spend in game and believe a company should make money. If not why even get into Business but this company has completely went off deep end. Good luck if you download this. Be prepared to spend as much as a small house or nice car and that’s just to be a little above par.

Can solo win a kingdom war if pockets deep enough. I love this game but recent changes have all been towards spending and buying and if you got the money you can win a kingdom war alone. This game was amazing because you could still be a top player and not have to spend a ton of money but can’t really complain cuz this it’s a business and if they ain’t making money what’s the point, lol. They just have to slow down cuz they completely changed with all these updates one after another

Expensive games,. If you’re a billionaire and don’t care to waste money, this is the game for you. The game is a fun game, it’s just that it requires a lot of money to be able to compete with other’s, and to maintain your castle. Also they have a lot of updates, it’s something new every week that requires thousands of dollars, that’s right, you heard me, thousands, not hundreds, but thousands. But anyways, if you’re a billionaire or millionaire and got money to burn, this is the game for you.✌️

Hooked!!. I started playing in May 2018 when I had rotator cuff surgery. I am now 54 and have been playing every since. I’m a mom & a grandmother and that speaks a lot for this game. I NEVER played a war game in my life. I’ve made life long friends. The are a few things I wish. An easier way to get jewels gems & resources. The gold shards are next to impossible to get as well unless you open your wallet. Thanks for a the fun!! I’m hooked!!

Customer support. Game is ok but customer support is very lacking . They lock you out of the game and when you go to sign in it says there is a issue with your account contact customer service in game help . No how do you do that when you can not get pass the log in page? Not thought through very well . I believe the owner of the game is more worried about getting money from players than they are keeping players .

Dealing with bugs. So recently I just evolved my dragon and it keeps asking me to see its awakening skill which I’ve done but , now every time I log into my account it asks me as well as when I click to go “inside” my castle pretty annoying because during big events or switching hero’s from wall having that delay me is a big debuff if developers could just fix it ASAP

New Feature. Love the game but have a request for the developers. Can you add the dragon to the game so each character can have one. I see them flying over in the game and on the screen when the game is open. I think it be cool if each kingdom could select a dragon and have them when we go to war and upgrade them etc

Moderators support slander and libel. Do not bother unless you are friends with a moderator. They promote a harassing game environment for players not their friends, including posting so called interviews which are nothing but lies meant to harass other players. And forget about contacting customer support because the workers are all players who engage in bullying, harassment, and enjoy special game prices snd deals to allow them to continue unfair practices and bullying at free will. Support is awful, gaming environment is awful, and illegal and unfair practices run freely.

Terrible Customer Service. I spend hundreds per week on this game. It glitched and spent 60k of my gems on resources I did not need. They offered to let me keep the resources and give me back half the gems which is a terrible offer. After hours and hours of no response after the initial offer I said “fine, I’ll take the deal”. Never got another response nor did I get the gems back. This is how they respond to the heir best customers. I guess my only recourse is to file a complaint with Apple to get my money back.

Amazing. This is by far the best game I've ever played!! Most of the time I lose interest in games but this one I've loved for two years. It's so much fun. I've recommended it to several friends and they fallen in love with it as well as there friends.I recommend you play it

Needed system help. I would have left a better review as i really like playing.. also spent a lot of money.. i needed help resetting my password bc i got locked out. After two questionnaires trying to prove the castle was mine. I still have no help in the matter. I get to look at it from my farms sitting around it... in game help is horrible!!!! UPDATE—— had to message the developers but finally my problem was rectified!!!!

No help. I have played this game for quite a while and I love it. I would have given it 5 stars but I can’t download the updated version because it won’t accept my mode of payment. I’m NOT buying anything. I just want the new version. It happens when my bank account is very low. It shouldn’t make a difference if I’m NOT buying something. The last I knew the game and updates were free. So now I won’t be able to play out the rest of the week. THATS THE REASON FOR THE 1 STAR. I play this game everyday. Now I can’t.

Good game for people. It’s a pretty average a stile of game but it’s community’s good and the devs are good to if you lose thing there pretty easy to get back and although you might rage it’s not a bad game so if your thinking about getting it do it’s not bad and you don’t have to buy there merch/packs it’s optional so you can be cheap like me and have a good game.

The notifications are sometimes just ads that have nothing to do with the game.. I haven’t been playing this game for very long and I was starting to like it but then I got a notification from this game saying I could win an iPhone X. Because of this, I am deleting this game. If you want to show ads while playing the game, that’s different but trying to in the notifications? That’s just shameless. Anyways, just letting you guys know why I had to stop playing this game.

Customer service. The customer service on this game is terrible. People spend thousands of dollars and these people don’t care at all about their players. They setup events like the first person who reached 12M power would get a title and random things. When you contact the developer to get the title they never gave it. Closed the request without any confirmation on this. They don’t try to help their players at all. They recently had a glitch in the recent update and hundreds of players lossed resources troops and power that were not restored during the dragon update. When they contacted customer service they asked for proof. How would they know they need proof when an update comes? What a joke the management of this game is.

Rally glitch problem in k354. Contacted customer service about this they told me that I attacked so the loss of troops is my fault. Even though when you set a rally on an alliance building it will March regardless if someone else enters. I let them know about this they asked me for photos which I provided other members in my own alliance had also reported the problem. Yet customer service just said we won’t do anything. Waste of lots of money when the game glitches out and they won’t even return those troops lost due to their own problems.

Just read through the reviews.... Obviously, English is not understood at all here for complaints. I read the same thing, over and over and the response is “I’m sorry, hope you recover”? Really? Get better customer support first off and second, fix the stats to reflect better odds because you are only keeping it that way to fish out more money from those whom are zeroed. You should be ashamed of your greedy stance and fix the problem. Do not reply with your canned response to email you because that is a totally useless venture on its own. Grow a pair and fix the problems!

It’s all about the money. New players beware. This game used to be amazing. Until greed took over. Nice job RoK. It’s a pandemic. People are losing their jobs and struggling with lockdowns. So let’s release everything back to back so now you can’t play this game and forget about real life for a bit. Unless of course you want pay a ridiculous amount of money to play. L5 farms everywhere. Absolutely love this game. It’s entertaining and fun. Best part is the battles during kvk, overlord and I really enjoy the game. The only suggestion I would make is to be more fair with these heroes that have to be bought. Those of us who are loyal after 3 years seems to be falling behind those who spend thousands of dollars to get everything. I think Rok forgot about those of us who stuck by and kept them going. Either way I will keep pushing forward with all 6 legendary castles 💪🏻👍🏻

Rok Promotes Online Bullying. Rok creates the perfect game to allow and encourage online bullying to profit from it, it is not a game for a 9 year old. They allow players telling children who plays to go kill themselves and never bans. You can violate all rok rules and they will allow you to play and bully with just a mute, if you like to bully others then this is the game for you. You can do your worst and play freely with rok support at your side to protect you and allow you to bully repeatedly without consequences 😏

Tread carefully. This company has to be on the edge of serious false advertisement. I’m here because I saw an ad on a game and it showed an actually character chopping down trees, building houses, and hunting animals which is far, very far from what this game actually is. However, the game itself, for what it is, is very fun and enjoyable. Honestly I love how I can just relax and create an army, pillage nearby farms and mines, and when someone wants to fight I can ‘destroy’ them, indeed as satisfying as it sounds.

Paid account and it’s still locked. I paid them $2.97 that they say I owed them and my account is still locked and they told me to email them my receipt but the email on the website is not correct and they will not respond to my messages. I like this game but this is foolish they hurried up and contacted me asking for their money but I don’t get no response when they have the money. Sad

Love this game!. My friend suggested it to me, and as a fellow nerd, I had to check it out. I’ve only been playing about a week, so I’m still figuring everything out. It’s VERY intricate and there are so many things to do. You’ll never be bored. And that’s what I love about it!

Lack of support. I originally left this game a 5 star review as it used to be amazing. Sadly there is no support for glitches anymore. During the Kingdom vs. Kingdom event our alliance lost all research we have been accumulating nearly a year. Resulting in potential loss of the event. It has now been 5 days and no fix. I have spent money on this game and starting to regret it. If there is no fix soon I will be moving on to another game. Our entire kingdom (k35) will no longer be spending money for packs due to the lack of support. Unless the glitches get fixed I would recommend look for a different game to play.

New problem. After a recent upgrade, I am no longer able to use my Apple Pay to buy anything. I can get to the Apple Pay screen, the system asks me to use the touch icon to complete my purchase. This button does not work although my Apple Pay account works fine for all of my purchases except for this game. Can you fix this problem and go back to a password requirement to complete my purchases within this game?

Poor Player Support. This game was so much fun at first but the support for players is not good at all. Even when you show screen shots they don’t believe you or take action. In kingdom 164 for example, they let a known cheater who buys castles and rss which is against their game rules continue to play even when provided receipts. Plus their updates can and will mess up your account and they won’t acknowledge or make it right. I used to support this game and recommend it. Not anymore! They don’t stand by their game or players. Why !!!. The Kingdom war is to in tense it is the same cycle over and over again Kingdom war starts some very high-level random person attacks me my arm is completely crushed I have to rebuild it from scratch I rebuild my army another week or two goes by then another kingdom or starts and it happens again the kingdom war needs to be changed in some wait I don’t know how I don’t care how just please change it love this game but this makes it really hard to play and enjoy 😥

Don’t play it. I’ve been playing this game for 3 years. It used to be fun but it is has become impossible to play it. They keep adding things for you to spend $ and without it, you just cannot compete and cannot have any fun. Now they are banning accounts & devices, stating “violated policy” without any explanations. The customer service is unfriendly and not helpful at all. Don’t bother start playing it. You might have fun in the beginning for a short while but you’ll quickly realize, every decision developers make is arbitrary and unless you spend some serious money, the developers don’t care about your game experience at all.

Why can’t there be 0 stars?. This game was a waste of my time, storage, patience, and brain cells. We’ll start off with the crap graphics. The avatars that are available without the dragon tournament thing, look like an anime rip off. Next off, there’s way too many buttons, that lead to pages that have more buttons, that lead to more pages. My brain can only take in so much! Third, gems. It’s like everyday, I get 50 gems just for logging on. I’m sure it’s meant to be that rare material that they have in every game that speeds up construction and training troops and what not, but now it’s just another leaf on the tree. Fourth, alliances. How come there’s 45 banners?! I mean, that’s a bit insane if you ask me. And being rank 4 gives you too many privileges. Lastly, King of Avalon. I don’t know which came out first, ROK or KOA, but it’s a no brained that KOA is better. If you are reading this before you’ve downloaded the game, DO NOT!!!! It is horrible. If you are reading this after you’ve downloaded the game, I hope you agree.

This game got really expensive very fast.. The last few updates have been geared for big spenders to be even more powerful. I have a strong castle and spent quite a bit to get where I am, but now I can’t keep up. What’s worse is the players are leaving the game because they can’t compete. I mean, who can spend $20k on a game? A select few that’s who. I really love playing the game but if ROK can’t get their greed in check, many people will leave and they’ll only have a hand full of People in each kingdom. Suggestion. The Advertisemt is nothing like it, the ad looks way better and cooler..If you want even more people to play be unique instead of just renaming a game..you can make a 3rd person game play as the king from poor to rich and powerful maybe the king could even have a backround story like god of war 4? This is just to help you be unique like example god of war [again] they show suprises sad experssions Mad, And etc. Even other games that follow up

Performance and fun. I got this game three years ago just about. I’ve been on and off but nowadays I always find myself getting on and playing. It’s absolutely fun although the big spenders get in the way. This is by far the best game I’ve ever gotten.

Love this game .. but.. I was charged2x once without receiving anything AND anotherbcharge I never made.. Support tried, but I saw the game say error after it charged then I was kicked off the game ..error didn’t get fixed and so charged but nothing. Their compensation gift was a 8 hour speed up. But at least they listened and responded but were telling me impossible info. I gave screenshots etc. I do like the games having translation plus various choices of actions in the game. I think the deals sold and the rss won are small in amount in comparison to the other 2 games I play. The people make this game fun or not fun. If you have a lot of $ this is a good game!!!!
