You will be ignored.. Developers do not care. They ignore the needs of their players and leave people stuck in dead kingdoms. I can’t remember the last time that I was able to play the game as designed. Most events are in the middle of the night, early in the morning, or in the middle of my work day. KvK is without battles, because they match up 2 dead kingdoms and there is little to no fighting. I have waited as much as a month for a response and am still being ignored.

Fun game and great community. Yes you can spend, but you don’t need too. I don’t and I do well. You will get some kingdoms that have many crazy spenders that make it impossible.i left the kingdom early and went to a new. My first didn’t have spenders really at all. Tbh I think you lose a lot of the game by buying up your castle. I do wish some kingdoms would open with spending caps to make it more level playing field. But it is not impossible to not spend. Latest update has great graphics.

Really expensive Game. The game is incredible who love war, but it’s really expensive. I am playing this game for more than three years and spent more than $1000$ but still in law level. I hope it’ll be affordable for everyone. I think the developers targeted riches Shaikhes’ sons.

Just a scam. In the latest update there was a bug giving away millions of grains and woods, out of curiosity I tried it and received 100m of each, now that developers realized their own mistake and fixed it they took away the resources including the resources that I actually paid for in packs. This is a total scam.

Inside Advantage. Like other games I have encounter I believe those who work on this game are also players who have more tools available to them compare to the normal player. I too have been a subject of being hit 15 to 20 times in a row plus after I move the castle the other player had the ability to locate my new position in hours. Unless they have a back door and one can see the coordinates of where other players are located only someone who works for the game could locate players that quickly. It’s an okay game for passing time while waiting for an appointment but don’t give them your money.

What a game. Hello everyone… Hope you doing well … I just want to say most of B70 in this version is ROS castle and I have a lots of proof of all I gonna say I spent 30K and I am not proud of it and I regret it now because it’s not fair game … when you try to get some answers from the GM they will all act stupid and they have no idea of what is the problem and they see it clearly … I frankly advise you not to download it or thing bout it because it’s wast of money and Time with cheating… I hope my message clear enough to all … In the end I gonna complain to IOS management about it soon ☝️☝️☝️… enjoy your time and money with family it’s more worth

Money. They double charge for packs you buy and then say you received them. Has happened 3 times now. I stopped reporting just wont buy anymore. Once I’m zeroed I’m done playing

Ros becomes Dictatorship in game. Post in discussion board that goes against ros and you get muted. Write in game support and ask a question. Conversation will he ended without reply. Ros tries To hide anything that makes them look bad. Problem is just a few minutes into game and anyone with half a brain can see just how bad the lack of support there is. Do not download game and if you do do not I repeat do not spend money in game. Ros will be your best friend at the start then they will only betray you if you not spending on a minute to minute basis. The game play and friendships are ok in game however the lack of support and the dictatorship that goes against all international laws is through the roof

Loading screen timed out. As of last night I was able to play, now this morning when to log in and it freezes at 100% loading, then gives me a network error, please fix before 7:10pm because tonight is kill event of the Top Lord Event!!!!!!!!!!

Best ever. Highly addictive!! Beware you can't stop playing it. I made it part of my everyday routine. I play it for a year and is not getting boring. OANA - K9//// add on to my previous review: 2 years of playing it and is totally fun and still enjoyable every single day. If you want a game to play every once in a while this is NOT for you.

Not worth your time. Somebody’s role-playing games are worth it if your having a good time if that’s what you enjoy with but this one is just garbage! I would strongly recommend clash of clans before this and that’s saying something move on before you waste any more time here

Games support ignores you. This game steals from you after you spend actual money and resources to upgrade the building they take it down without compensating you for all your losses. I tried contacting Game support several times without any response.

Is a standard run of the mill castle builder BUT it gives things away like crazy making it easier for the free players, AND ontop of that the packs are cheap and give a good amount for the prices aswell. So its the best of both for the norm cb player. And it has alot more functions inside the castle then most

Newest update. Is anyone else having trouble after the update? The game is now too large for my phone screen. I cannot see the resource tabs at the top of the screen. Also it randomly shuts down

Bad, bad, bad. First they had a bug in the game. They “solved” the problem by doing a roll back. Unfortunately, they rolled back items that were in your inventory BEFORE the bug that they introduced into the game. Stay away from this game unless you like having items you earn stolen from your inventory because of the developer’s error. When I complained to customer support in the game, they ignored me.

Game unplayable. Game locks up taking me to a screen with no exit. Every time I load the game the tutorial takes me to pets where I can not move forward or back. No tech support available

Troops. I have lots of low-tier troops, and now that I’m becoming a more and more advanced empire, I have higher-tier troops, rendering my lower-tier troops outdated. I want to be able to dismiss them so I can replace them.

Politics and. There are many times the game have taken things from people’s castles. Things that they have earned in a so called bug. Instead of fixing the bug and say sorry. They took the things people devoted time for. There are about 200 kingdoms in the game. Some of which has been migrated and closed for the lack of activity. The strongest kingdom in the game is K19 and they have just been merged with their most loyal friends k18 which was strong already. How does this game expect people to enjoy it? if it’s going to just do these things and not have anyone or anything to keep it accountable. I really hope Apple and Google do an investigation or at least keep these money hungry apps from using their services. It is a bad business model and I think it should not be happening in 2021. I don’t recommend this game to anyone who is looking for a game to enjoy. You would rather enjoy Call of Duty or Minecraft.

Greedy and lack any real help. They’re greedy and lack any kind of real help. You have to spend, spend and spend only to be attacked countless times over and over by the same alliance and it’s players. When asked yo delete or move your account to a new server the refuse because they want you to sides more money to build up or make you leave the game. Some people have several accounts and use them to hit the same people over and over so those people can’t get ahead. Save your money and play another game this isn’t worth it.

Player beware. Game was amazing, and addictive. A drain of finances as well. Customer support is getting worse and worse. Castles are being banned and never returned after a lot of money being spent which continues to fund this nonsense. Every time you contact support they say hope this clarifies your problem. When all they did was throw together a bunch of nonsense that makes no sense to your situation. A few support team members are good back others are sadly lacking. Another issue is there are now over 130 kingdoms and not enough support staff to handle that volume. Why is this? We deserve a better in game experience, shorter resolution times, better handling of issues, more clarity about the game, and what is expected from us in the game to not have castles banned/accounts removed. For real. Y’all need to shape up! And fast!

BUG. This game yesterday got some bug and gave out many resources after that they took it back and also stole our resources. Also after they took everything your open resources will turned to concealed resources so we need our resources back how can they take all our resources after spending and investing much in the game. I therefore urge every Lord of this game to sue ROS if they don’t bring back our resources. We have to boycott ROS. Thanks

.. I hope to solve the problem of the Mamluk War there are many laws that do not respect and will sue if the problem is not resolved as soon as the previous contact with the support more than 5 times the same problem unfortunately no one can easily put an end to the problem

Online harassment issues. I contacted support for over two months regarding issues with online harassment. They failed to control the situation, and multiple people left the game, making the “kingdom” unplayable. The game itself it fun, designers did an incredible job. But if you have any issues, your out of luck. * I received a response recommending that I “contact support”? I have been working with support for over two months per the above, and I continue to get goofy responses like this one. I added this review in hopes that a brand manager would notice the training the support team needs to stop the ever ending leak of customers leaving the game. The game is designed really well! It could be a case study on game theory implementation. It’s genius. But the support team needs training, or this game is going to die out long before it’s natural time.

Game freezes. When I open game it wants me to do an upgrade, but when I click on it the game freezes. I can’t get pass that point no matter how much time I tried

Stupid game. A pay to play player will wipe the floor with you it’s only a matter of time. I tried to escort a loot caravan which I had never done, woke up the next morning to find my troops gone and I’d been attacked 4 times and I had nothing left.. Lame! Pay to play games as usual blow.

Game needs to protect players who spend less. I have the same experience as the others here those that spend the most in K68 destroyed the weaker players for no good reason other then they could do it. I was attacked over 120 times. Then followed & attacked again to the point that I was think I would need to leave the game. I know many others have. I complained about this & suggest higher level castles should be able to move to other Kingdoms as one fix. Never received any response. So I move and hide & the game is less fun. It is one of the best games I have played except for the above. I can’t even take a vacation in peace must be able to get on or my troops & rss are gone. What a shame.

More then 2 years of playing and big spending. The game customer service is absolutely terrible. It takes days to answer any problems, and more then likely guarantee that they do not care about your issue. The game itself is good, the support team (for the most part) is friendly, they just make a habit of not caring about what is right and wrong. I was charged twice on several occasions, and they refuse to correct the problems. When you respond with an answer that they did incorrectly, they will simply stop answering you. The game can be one of the best available, if they hired people who cared about their customers.

Whoops!. I came to this game, ‘cause I heard it didn’t have chat restrictions and I am a social, active player. But when all of the sudden, they start charging 500 gold per message, in the public rooms... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So long story short, I quit. Gonna delete the app, ‘cause I’m not real big on the BS...

War Medals. Way to expensive of a game. Starts off nice but when they think they have you hooked, BAM. They should be offering much more war medals for the money they are charging. Greed is a sin people and whomever runs this game are sinners. So, if you are rich and do not care about money, play this game.

Greedy. This is one of those games set up to lure people into spending more and more money. The ones that spend money get higher levels and they roam around attacking those trying to develop their game. So they get the feeling of being able to destroy more of the lower ranked castles. Instead of attacking one time, the game allows...no...encourages the players that spend the MOST money to attack others multiple times instead of attacking once or twice. Multiple times means 15 or twenty times. Even after all the players soldiers are gone they continue to attack you. The game makers just let this kind of activity continue without any control. They treat it as a type of gambling which is strongly regulated in the rest of society. So the sole purpose of this game is not to provide a reasonable product for a reasonable fee but rather to squeeze that last dollar out of the stupid people in the game. If you want to enjoy yourself and be reassured noble in how much you might spend, then move on to a different game. This one is just like a cheating gambling dealer with the odds stacked against you.

Bug. After this recent update I went to attack some monsters to kill time and had no problems, then all of a sudden I’m unable to dispatch my troops anywhere or to do anything 🤕

Disappointed. I began playing this game in k5. I played in that kingdom for over a year. I thought I’d try the game again. I don’t even recognize the game now. Pets?!?!?! You want to be taken seriously? pets? I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

Game full of players who hate Americans. The age rating of 12 is misleading. This game has players who wish death of America and death to American soldiers in clear view for teenagers to see. Instead of banning these players GM’s only mute them for couple of days and they come back spurring more hate towards Americans and America. Google play and Apple App Store should really investigate this and change the rating of the game to force GM’s of the game to act more aggressively.

Kingdom migration/merge. I have been contacting support for kingdom migration /merge for over a year n the only response i get is i have passed your message for consideration. Old kingdoms are dead. No refund is allowed too so wht shall we do. Poor support from game developers. Need help!!!

Player for over a year. This is a bunch of crap!!! After playing for a long time they do an"update " and now all of a sudden I can't get back into my account until i give my bank account info... guess its a sneaky way of trying to get money

Killed Off Due to System Problems. Killed Off Due to System Problems I have loved this game - maybe an obsession. I worked hard to build up several castles in two kingdoms. Met great people and am in a great Alliance. Then last night we had Kingdom vs Kingdom. Needed to go into game to renew my ‘bubbles’ protecting my castles before it expired. But no. Emergency system maintenance. Stayed up until 2 AM trying to get back into the game. Eventually you have to go to sleep, right ? Woke up this AM and all my castles zeroed. 2 years of playing and all that time - and money - wasted. Surely they would protect players with auto ‘bubbles’ if you were kept out of the game for maintenance? As they’ve done in the past. But no. So beware. I may never play again.

Bad bad bad. The game is prone to players harassing each other, bigger players picking on smaller players, and making it impossible to play. Support won’t do anything about the blatant harassment, you get ignored. Not only is there harassment in gameplay, but it also gets personal, and nothing is ever done about it. Uninstalled after playing for years, and will never go back

Scam. My bank card was stolen and purchased where made by someone else so I called the bank to cancel and return the money they put my in app purchases down there aswell I called them and told them it was legitimate and the investigation was canceled and the money that was taken from ONEMT was sent back to them by the bank. ONEMT has then said they haven’t received it on numerous occasions even tho I have the receipt numbers and have called the bank to confirm it was received by them (which it was) then when I tell them the date and time they received it on they stop replying wasted $47,000 on this game to have my account banned over $1,300 hahaaha they want me to send it to them on PayPal they scammers

So much to say. If you think this is a standard build-it-up game you are wrong. I've been playing for a few months and honestly, it is so addictive and consuming but it is also stressful and frustrating. Unless you are prepared to spend big money, you won't get far past level 15 and you will be constantly attacked by the players who do spend big money to develop their castles. There needs to be regulation on who can attack who and an opt out function for people who don't want to (or cannot) compete in the battles and wars every day. No sooner are you recovered from a Throne war, you are targeted in a Kill Event and lose all your troops and resources, then there's the Kingdom war the next day! It's ridiculous and unfairly matched. There is no fun when you are a level 15 being attacked by level 25's all the time!

The game producers are so corrupted and unfair,they discriminate the players in different kingdoms and work in favour of certain kingdoms.The game management create a toxic competition between players to make you spend more out of rage and emotions. Just avoid this developer and all the games they run because they don’t know the basics of online business and customer services.

Thieves thieves thieves. Every time i buy a pack they deduct double I didn’t notice first but when i did I contacted them and they say we can’t do anything about it i have the screenshots of that conversation. Stay away from them they are thieves they steal your money everytime you buy packs.

Miserable updates. The game updates and testing process is pretty lousy. After spending thousands of dollars a game update on 10.06.2019 has taken away resources from all castles in every kingdom. Ros please fix your bugs and fix how you deal with bugs in the game. Don’t lose your customers.

Support. Hi, I have been playing this game for the last 4 years this game has been great. The last 6 months I have started to have a lot off problems after there new updates.. missing icons or bugs the issue is I message support to get these problems to be fixed and you now have to wait over 16 days or even longer before they get back to you if they do at all. This has started to push me away from game as I am at a disadvantage to the rest.. please look in to getting more GM or at least reply to your players to help improve the game play

I didn’t open it and told them to remove it from my game or even to delete my game as long as I got a refund! No help at all they did not care or even try to help all they cared about was the money!!! Do not download this game !!

Racism. It’s a good game and tends to have a lot of issues especially one of the only games that does not have a zero tolerance to verbal abuse and racism. Higher presence of middle eastern players that make a lot of racist remarks, Addressed this many times to support and they never respond. Also have a different pricing system. So cheaper if You in the Middle East.

Great and so much Potential. I can't lie about this game. Its layout, style and content is exactly like clash of kings. So what sets it apart from COK and other War games? There's a lot more English speakers in this game vs COK. It's heck of a lot newer (in fact there's only 8 kingdoms). The functions in this game seem a lot smoother than in COK and other war games. And for those who are worried if it's pay to win. Unfortunately, Yes. It is a free game and they have to make money somehow. Spending your money in this game will give you a huge advantage and individually you will beat those who do not spend money in games. BUT, if you join a good alliance and all work together you actually indeed can compete with those who spend more money than you.

Gold!. Very impressed with this game. Pretty in depth strategy game but not hard to understand. The one thing I hate most about games like this is it always seems you HAVE to spend real money to enjoy it. This game does not have that problem, seems like gold is just handed out during almost every event.

Revenge of sultans. Right from the beginning, this game was totally engrossing. It taught me how to multitask more effectively. It is after all a wargame. And it took me a while to learn how to play effectively. But as I learned The intricacies, my play continues to improve. It captures my imagination as to how peoples and clans lived in this era of time. I thoroughly enjoy it and have a hard time putting it down. Very well done.

Awesome game. This is the best strategy game I have played in a while. I really like how easy it is to level up and gain power. The quests are easy and give great rewards. This game is a great way to pass the time and challenge your competitive side.

False advertising much?. The ad that got me to download it showed a dude skydiving and landing with nothing then opening chests to get loot, looked just like fortnite but medieval, there is no gameplay even remotely like that ad. Disapointed

Very deceitful company. Instagram ads are false, they are either stupid and have nothing to do with the game, are out of the time period of the game, and one is even an in-game photo or Ark: Survival Evolved which is not only out of the time period, a completely different game, but it is illegal to do and the company can and should be sued for using another company's property to advertise their own. Not to mention, about 9/10 5 star reviews on this game are fake and setup by the company to make a quick buck

Can't get in.. New update came out, and my phone is set to automatically update. The game wants to push me to the App Store to download the update that I already have downloaded already. Can't get into the game without doing the update. If I delete I have to go through the entire tutorial again. This has been a repeat problem. Usually I can't get through. No such luck this time. Thoroughly frustrating.

Awesome. This is one of the awesome game I have ever playedm when I started to play this game I was not planning to play but just check it out. However, after playing for few hours, I couldn't stop myself from playing this great game, and now this is the only game I play. Game provides detailed tutorial, and also support is great from developers.

STRATEGIC. This game is very similar to other war games except it has a twist to its taking you to the deserts. And not just sand laying around type deal. It actually has dust storms and it rains from time to time. Love the lizards that run around always fun to click on. The game is great and awesome.... Great job team.

Great game to play. Don't download this game or spend money on it. The developers can banned your account at anytime saying that you were involved in activities of selling resources, which is prohibited by them. The thing is that they take as granted whatever you say on chat or message. So if you say you want to kill someone they will banned your account and send the FBI, Interpol or any other government entity to toss you down. They have a very low tolerance of a joke, comment or any other way of free speech.

Complete Package. This game has it all. Great tutorial, an awesome rewards system and events that'll keep you always striving for that next level. I usually drop games like this rather quickly as its either to expensive to keep up with the big spenders OR the wait time between builds is such a long period of time I lose interest. However Revenge of Sultans provides plenty to do while awaiting your buildings completion, terrorize the neighborhood or try out the new trial battle system. Love it, fun, interesting. I don't know what all the bad reviews are about but I really like this game. I like how the castle is already built. You only assemble small buildings, army, crops etc. I gave four stars because I'm kinda confused with how to participate in the events. But other than that awesome. I asked my husband to try it.

Gods but could be better.. A few things I love and a few things I hate. I hate the tax amount on sharing resources. If I spent the time gathering and collecting I should get to spend it how I want to tax free. Also the fact that I can't research two things at once after a certain level. The last thing that bothers me about the games is how long it takes to unlock more marches. Now for the things I love. I love all of the ways the games keeps you busy, and the little rewards you get! the many ways it is a completion. ROS. This is a great strategy game. Unlike other strategy game ma ROS gives a lot of free items. Of coarse those who spend a lot of money will have the advantage, but you don't have to spend a lot of money and their are many cheaper packs available.

Beware of Language & Tech support. There isn't much tech support. They really can't do anything but ask for understanding. Not sure how I downloaded the Arabic version. I'm in the US store and only one version comes up. I sent them a message giving that feedback because I have no idea what's going on most of the time. They told me to set the language setting to English which I had done a long time ago. Thought this is how it is and sucked it up. Then by chance I realized they have two apps one for each language. Nobody told me. They can't move my data either. So I'm stuck with this Arabic one and too far into my game to start over. Might as well find a new game overall. How incompetent!!!! Game is fun so 2 stars for that but this language thing is SUPER annoying which trumps the positive.

Game Won't Load. Great game, enjoy playing it. the game has not loaded for several hours. Will not open. I have fully working and smooth wifi, yet the game still will not load. Sultans. I've been playing this game nonstop pretty much since I downloaded it and I really am enjoying it this is the first game with any type of army building I have ever got to play I recommend this to new people who are interested in a game like this this 5 stars in my opion

What a game. When it comes to multi-player RPG, Sultans is by far my favorite. I have become addicted. The alliances and people playing are the best and the kill events make sure there is never a dull moment. Get an account, join a team, and see you on the battlefield.
