…. The game is good and all but for SOME REASON I keep getting “weed inc.” ads or something and it’s 17+ and this game is a 12+ why would you have a type of ad like this on your game for 12+? It shouldn’t be acceptable because kids shouldn’t have to see stuff like weed even thought the ad doesn’t have realistic graphics, this shouldn’t be acceptable because some kids will take the ad as “advise (?)” to have this type of stuff. Now I know I set the review to 4/5, but the reason is, is that this game is good and you don’t just finish in a week or two, and it’s a good game but there are MANY ads and the offers and stuff I get but the no reason-Ed ads? Those are the really annoying ones because I get those like every thirty minutes. But my main problem is that one ad, you see I know someone who actually go “advise” from an ad and it was about that type of stuff -thank you for reading this complaint/comment :)

Not a long term game for me. This game was fun enough the first couple of hotels, and I found myself playing it a lot.(much to my own surprise) but by the third hotel, it quickly reaches a point where you basically have to watch the ads to get extra cash or your aren’t getting anywhere. I would “play”, and it would just be me walking around to find the money safe. I don’t mind a game where you have to grind a little, but just standing there waiting for cash to come in gets old fast(and takes a lot longer by the third hotel), and then being bombarded by ads in the process just isn’t that fun once it takes so long to get somewhere. I’m on the fourth hotel now and probably just going to delete it. It makes my phone super hot, and the hotel workers regularly glitch out and I have to close the app to get them working again. Very glad I didn’t spend any money on this game!

nice concept, nicely executed, but still so many problems…. i downloaded this game recently, because it looked like a fun, interesting game to play when bored. and it is. the game is well made, it keeps you entertained (even if for short periods of time) and is just generally a nice game. but the ads. THE ADS. not only is it ridiculously expensive to pay to remove them (10 USD!), but they are also wildly inappropriate for a game made for kids. no 12 year old should be forced to watch these gross advertisements for below-average games. i get that you need ads to keep the game free and blah blah blah, but could you at least monitor the content in the ads that you show?? i mean, come on. i don’t want to watch some pregnant lady walk in on a guy with another woman. i’m ok with ads, but why can’t they be cute ads for CHILDRENS games? you honestly should consider bumping up the age rating for your game if you are going to continue with this ridiculous behavior.

Great games but adds…. I got this game because I wanted a relaxing game… 1* I like the fact that the game is actually just like seen on ads, because games like Royal Match aren’t. 2* There isn’t anything when you have to wait for 3 hours or something like that. And it’s even really easy to get money. 3* When I want to get a speed boost there’s the options; PAY 3 GEMS or WATCH AN ADD. I choose to watch and add but it keeps loading indefinitely. I get tired of waitingI tired and get out of the options when an add shows up! So I can’t see an ad to get the boost but I can watch an ad for nothing! It is kind of annoying me because I really wanted to get that boos☹️. Oh and the ads are disgusting! They are SO inappropriate 🤢🫥 the game is supposed to be 12+ but a twelve years old shouldn’t see that. I have to get out of the game, close the tab and get back to the game because I just can’t keep watching those ads. Great game though! 😊

Would like to love this game. This game truly is addicting, i do like it but literally can’t ignore the fact this game is CONSTANTLY trying to get you to buy something, and the ads are quite literally ridiculous. It cost $10 to remove ads, which again is ridiculous. They force your hotel to get cockroaches, but you only get enough spray to kill two so if you don’t want roaches they expect you to fork over some of your hard earned money, unless your lucky enough the get offered some for an ad. good concept, too bad these developers are purely out for our money but slap “free” on the game. Personally i probably would’ve spent a few dollars on this game, if they weren’t trying to consistently shove spending money down my throat. oh and if everything the game wasn’t more than $2, cause everything’s upwards of $5-$10 which is absolutely ridiculous for a GAME. Don’t y’all make enough with the 10 ads every 3 mins?? Ridiculous and too bad. Sadly deleting because it’s truly ridiculous how many ads they bombard your with & all the money they want you to spend. Whenever the people of the app read this i just want y’all to realize not everyone can pay money to play a stupid game, especially kids, which is more than likely your target demographic.

Needs Work. I think this game has potential and I like to play it but it seems like every time there is an update something else changes and it’s not always for the better. First thing - please fix the issue with the daily quests and stop changing the rewards. The most annoying thing is having to complete all the quests now for some gems only to have the “use transport” quest not even work. And I have tried it every single time I see the quest just to see if it works. It doesn’t. And it makes no sense to even play the game that day if I see that in the list of quests. Also, earning gems has gotten harder and that hurts the review. It doesn’t have to be as easy as before but this last change is ridiculous. I paid for the ads to stop but beforehand it was like every minute u we’re getting one. I would also like to see additional levels added to the already there hotels. As I have maxed out all but 2 hotels I think this would be a good step too. Otherwise this is a good concept for a game

Pretty dam good game!. First and foremost, this game is actually a lot of fun and casual. The graphics are fun and easy on the eyes, if you want to play the game 100% free it is possible, you can tell a lot of time went into this game. Even the music is decent and doesn’t get irritating. However, the forced ads, like the top review said, is just out of control. I get that there’s profit and money is ultimately what creates drive. And I will say that it was a smart move to throw in so many ads to back me (and I’m sure others) into buying the ad free. With that being said- it’s rude that when I spend the time to watch multiple ads (that the developers are getting paid for) once I suffer through it I get shoved into the forced ads. Also, there needs to be quality control some of the ads that come up are very inappropriate. Anyhow! Last but not least, I came to say the same thing as the top review. That dumb little compass does not help me get where I need to go. There HAS GOT TO BE a zoom out map or something!! To add to that it’d be really cool to take a step back and see all the time spent making a one bedroom hotel into a bustling beacon of beds. Overall, I look forward to playing the game there’s lots of room for advancement the update has a lot of very nice upgrades I enjoy it a lot! Give it a try but maybe play while doing something like cooking where you can put the phone down during an ad 🤷‍♀️

Tedious gameplay. The beginning was very fun actually. I liked how I could interact with my character and walk around doing tasks. Eventually, you kind of realize this is basically a mindless tycoon game with a whole lot of repetition - walk around collect money, buy rooms, and repeat. Not to mention the atrocious amount of ads. I get ads make the game exist and free for everyone, but couldn’t the developers just keep ads for temporary power ups or in-game purchases? Because I get ads just for leveling up and it’s annoying when I have to stop playing to watch some inappropriate or dumb ad. The layout is cute, but the game is as good as your initial impressions, and slowly, you begin to become frustrated over and over. The whole “designing” advertisement is deceptive since the designs are pre-made. You can’t make your own hotel “unique,” so it’s just bland. Overall, it’s basically a tycoon game that offers little playability and covers nonsensical repetition. And the ads. The ads too.

This game is impossible to play on iPhone6. Hello, this game seems ok. Nothing in particular is crazy or out of ordinary about it. Unfortunately it is super slow and glitchy for iPhone6 users like myself. The main issue arises from the adds. First, like other users said there are too many of them, one in every two minutes seem crazy frequent to me and kills all the joy of playing your game. Secondly, the adds don’t load properly, most of the times when an add appears, it becomes just a black screen with nothing happening and no reaction to clicking the screen, no way to close the black screen either. I get it might be an IOS issue, but I didn’t have this problem on any other apps. This awful issue resulted into closing the game each time an add appears and starting it again. Eventually I got tired of it because dealing with glitchy adds every 1.5 minutes is not something I want in a gameplay, hence I deleted it after playing for about 40 mins. There were some other bugs in the game itself too, but I won’t go into full detail about them. Please, fix the issue with the glitchy adds.

Fun, but growth is limited. The paid version is the way to go. It eliminates the ads unless you choose to watch an ad for a boost. It is a great time killer. Down Falls: Update made each hotel their on currency, witch slows the progress. But okay.. you can upgrade each hotel with its (now own currency) 3 times. So the struggle will be.. you can’t use that currency at the other hotel….. but that is my next complaint. If you choose to upgrade a hotel a 2nd or 3rd time…. It’s the same hotel with the same designs. Not any different then starting over… That all said. Maybe they changed the currency to slow you down on the hotel your building. Because, they only have a handful of hotels to build… All that said, that’s why I gave it 3 stars. The game is worth the purchase. Definitely, don’t rush it because you will run out of hotels…. What I really like is, they don’t have features upset hotel customers for not getting to them on time. You can play at your own pace and there is no failure. My issue was and is…. Not enough hotels (yet) and I was having enough fun to see the next hotel. Which I maxed out on…. Take this with a grain of salt. It’s a great game, maybe it’s still new. But if you want to upgrade the hotel your working on from level, 1,2 or 3…. The decorations should change or have more options. It’s latterly the same hotel with no changes.

Really fun BUT…... This game started off really fun and I love that there’s no failing. I can go at my own pace. HOWEVER. There are soooooo many ads and glitches, and it takes way too long to earn money for upgrades/expansions. There are several rooms the maids just won’t clean and the life guard literally stands there doing nothing. I have to do his job for him if I want to make money from the pool. And about the money, for the first hotel it was fine. But after that the upgrades and expansions start to cost way too much and it takes forever to earn it. I think the ads glitch too because right after getting out of one, I get another immediately. The rooms went from a reasonable 5,000 to 80,000+ to add and the price goes up with each time you upgrade or add a room. This wouldn’t be a problem if it didn’t take so long to earn money or the upgrades didn’t cost quite as much. And the third hotel’s layout is just awful.

⚠️WARNING⚠️. This game is legit addictive, I had a screen time of about one and a half hours, but since I have downloaded this game, my screen time is about three or four hours. I love all the avatars and skins can unlock in this game. You can upgrade hotels and rooms if you want to. You upgrade things by completing daily tasks and just taking care of the hotel. You can upgrade by getting coins from daily tasks or diamonds the coins allow you to unlock new qualities of your skin while the diamonds allow you purchase additional money to upgrade, etc. BUT, if the game asks you if you want to update the whole hotel do this at your own risk. When it asked me if I wanted to upgrade the whole hotel I was so excited because it can give you so many benefits but you have to be careful because it updates the whole hotel. It will delete your progress and the rooms you have already built. It will give you more money and overall is good if you want to start over, but I’m not a fan of having my work deleted for no reason. That’s all I have to complain about because everything else is wonderful and I would recommend this game for anyone and everyone. Seriously this is one of the best games that I’ve ever got. Amazing! 🤩 ❤️. This game is great and I’m really a fan of the way the characters and the overall game is built. However, one thing that gets me a little annoyed but really just a thing to laugh at, is that when I try and grab one toilet paper roll, it gives me two or three and then I’m walking around my hotel carrying toilet paper! 😂 Really though, a solid game that, to me, deserves a five star rating! I enjoy this game a lot as it helps calm me down and do my work, which is a miracle for my teachers. If you’re looking for a game that soothes your thoughts that you don’t have to worry about scaring you in your dreams or distracting you from work, than this app is for you! If your at any age where your still in school and have an incredible amount of homework to get to, I suggest you download this game! If you got this far I’d like to thank you for reading it! Addicting but frustrating. So I absolutely love this game and can’t stop playing it. There are a few complaints however. The forced ads man… They’re driving me crazy. I keep feeling compelled to watch ads for more coins as well as vehicle transports. Which brings me to my second complaint. 3 minutes is beyond such a short amount of time to have a vehicle. I keep having to watch stupid ads just to get another 3 short minutes again… Could you please make it at least 5 mins each time? That would be incredibly helpful and a lot less annoying. Now for my main complaint: The lagging. It lags soooo much when I collect my coins oh my goodness! I’m getting extremely frustrated at it. Even just a couple coins will make it lag a bit, not to mention the whole amount of coins next to the reception desk. Wow! It freezes for several seconds before I can start moving again. I’m so tired of this. Please make it so it doesn’t lag anymore or at least a lot less! That would be beyond helpful! I seriously hope you guys actually take our suggestions into consideration and actually do them bc there are so many other games that just don’t seem to care about listening to their players which in turn only gives them lower ratings and losing players which I hope you guys wouldn’t want. Currency changes 😡. Its cool and all but i had to much money saved up for it to come back in “diamonds” thats not going to build my hotel it was very unfair. I saved up all that money so i can keep upgrading the rooms and to make more money and not keep trying to wait to collect more. I made up to at least 2.5MILLION. Now i cant make money from all hotels 🙁 thats my only problem the game is great tho. I play literally everyday but this currency thing is gonna be hard to get use to. Its going to make it even longer to upgrade the hotels. We already gotta start alllllll the way over when we do a “prestige upgrade”. Cause what is the money from the other hotels going to help us with if the hotel is already upgraded to the max?? We aren't able to use the money elsewhere, so I dont see the point of separating it. Ill see where this goes now…🤔

good game- could be better. I have been playing this game for a while and for the positive i can say the game play is fun! I’m so far on the second hotel and i like how it’s different than the first one- there’s different areas as well as rooms. I can see that the developers are adding more to the game as well as trying to make the gameplay better. The new manager upgrades that increase income/ speed are very helpful. However, there are some things that could be improved. I dislike how if you want the two pother columns on the level up award board you have to buy that pass for each individual hotel. With each purchase being 5.99+, that isn’t a bang worth your buck. The ads are out of control. I understand that you need to make a revenue outside do in-purchase, but the buffs that you can get if you watch ads definitely covers that.

Ok - more mind numbing than anything. It’s a super simple game without much to do besides collect money and build. Once you build the whole hotel there’s nothing more to do. It wants you to go back and check the other properties but again there’s nothing to do but collect money that you can’t spend on anything. There’s a fair amount of glitches. Such a basic game that it seems like a kid created it. If so, props you did great as a kid. If an adult made it, maybe take some classes. Lots of glitches where they don’t leave money, the money is inaccessible in the room, characters are frozen in sequences, etc. Most importantly, the ads are so inappropriate!!!! My children would love creating the hotels and building the different themes. But the ads in the app are so inappropriate that they can’t even watch over my shoulder in case some explicit ad pops up. (Again even the ad has glitches where the ad doesn’t disappear and you have to shut down the entire game to exit out of an ad). Super disappointing. Could be awesome but just not there yet.

Ads are inappropriate. So you claim you need full length forced ads to continue developing the game… 90% of your ads are for games your company develops, so you’re paying yourself for ads? make it make sense. Second of all the rest of the ads are full of sexual content in which there are obvious power imbalances such as the boss seducing the employee while she’s wearing lingerie??? This game is 12+, no 12 year old should be exposed to this while playing a simple hotel game. Do not download any games by this developer unless you want sex thrown in your/ your children’s face. Also $10 to remove these ads, are you kidding??? Everything about this company is disgusting, it’s unfortunate because they have some fun games, hate that I had to delete them all. In other reviews I see the developers replying: “we’re sorry you feel that way but we need ads to keep it free” completely disregarding all comments made about the inappropriate sexual ads that their players are FORCED to watch. Disgusting disgusting disgusting. Sad excuse of a company that claims to make games for kids. You’ve been reported.

Great, addictive game but the ads are out of hand.. This game is fantastic, I downloaded it and don’t want to close the app. It is so much fun but the ads are far too often. You have the choice of watching the ads at first to get extra money, speed up time… but after playing for about a half hour & leveling up, you have no choice but to watch 30+ second ads. No one enjoys ads. Love that the game is free, so I don’t mind watching some for that reason but it’s every two minutes an ad pops up & you have to close at least three windows before you can get back to the game. The game itself is wonderful but the developers need to seriously consider how much time is being consumed watching ads vs. actual game play. It can’t be a 50/50 amount of time. Ads half the time, gaming half the time. That’s ridiculous, and not everyone is going to pay $10 for no ads. It’s getting out of hand….

Game play. I would just like to say that I love this game and have been playing it for way too long. However, the recent changes to it I personally hate. The fact that each hotel has its own money that can’t transfer over to other hotels, even though I’ve spent hours of time, in order to make it make the amount of money that I wanted it to make is ridiculous on top of that. They have made it extremely hard to make coins to upgrade your hotels cash rate or the fact he used to be when you were on the game your hotel made the minimum amount of money it doesn’t do that anymore. I just feel like it’s extremely ridiculous for a game that’s trying to over cost you for $20 battle passes for a hotel that maybe takes you two weeks to build like I rather buy the four Starbucks drinks. Also, I agree that there should be an update to the hotel manager. Were you could make so much money creating costumes or whatever else for him or even upgrading a vehicle but instead you do shortcomings instead of long purchases, so I’m just trying to enjoy my game so I would appreciate if this was looked into also creating some contrast in the hotels he gets very repetitive to the point that I am at since I’ve been playing it since you guys have launch the game

Widely Inappropriate Ads. The game is very addictive. However the ads are ridiculous. I allowed my 7 year old to play it ( it’s a almost 2d game with cute visuals) but the ads that pop up are absolutely inappropriate for anyone! Shows scenes of lewd behavior and adulatory. Why on earth would I even want to see this if I was playing a game not even remotely similar? The game is easy enough for a 4 year old to play but the ads aren’t appropriate for anyone under 21. Tried to put restrictions on my iPad to change the ad suggestions. Now I can’t even play the game! I won’t buy this game if they think ads like Chapters: Interactive Stories is alright to show for those unwilling to pay. Edit: was sent a reply from the game basically saying “ sorry but we have to show ads.” Fine, show ads but not sexually explicit ads labeled 17+ for a 12+ game. There is plenty of cute app out there that don’t have anything inappropriate you can show. I play another game that actually asks a survey after each ad about how I liked or disliked the ad. No reason to show shut garbage ads for a game geared towards middle school children and older!

Do not get it. I worked so freaking hard and it deleted everything. It started to be all over. This is the worst app I’ve ever downloaded and I’ve downloaded a lot of bad apps. This is one of the worst. This is the worst inappropriate ads. It’s terrible terrible terrible. Terrible terrible do not download it. Do not let your kids download. It do not download it. Don’t let anybody download it. I don’t care what age you are do not download it. It is the worst, It will probably never freaking fix itself. Maybe It will feel different and write different review but so far this is the worst app I’ve ever downloaded and I’m really upset right now and I don’t really get upset with apps cause I’m like I don’t really care it’s fine but it’s started me all over and I was like this was really fun out. This is really really fun. It’s so funny you got so much stuff on it. It’s just so much fun but the fact that it started to be over has so many inappropriate, and has so many ads This might not make sense, but I think you can kinda connect the dots. Do not download it!

Good game but…. This is a good game and it’s so addicting like I cant stop playing it but here are some things that bother me ☺️ 1. ADS: ads are annoying like if I’m about to get a new area and ad will pop up and I’m like bruh. And my parents wont let me buy game passes so yeah. 2. Collecting money 💵: I love getting money but I have how slow I walk and how I never just have the time to go in every single room and keep collecting money! ♥️ 3. VIP guests: I hate when a vip guest comes and I don’t get a notification for when he comes! 4. Service: When I get people to work for me there so slow it’s like there not even there and I have to buy like 5 things in the game (not game passes) to get the speed level up and it dosent change how fast there walking that annoys me. But anyway, this game is so fun and addicting if you are a parent and looking for a game for your child maybe consider this one and tell me if I’m wrong or if you disagree on anything! Beware the Ads & Upgrades. I have really enjoyed playing this game. It lets you play at your pace. I’m on my 5th hotel and still enjoy it. I like that you don’t have penalty count down timers or “enemies.” It’s just a nice relaxing game, that I get lost in for hours. As many have mentioned, the amount of ads is daunting. Just about anything you want to do to make the game fun requires an ad. They get really tedious. I decided that because I enjoy the game and play so much, and because the ads were really getting to me, that I would purchase one of the ad block upgrades. I rarely make in-game purchases. There were two choices. One was about $9 for ad blocking, some diamonds, and tokens. The other was about $20 for those same things, just more, plus a permanent ride vehicle. Tonight, on a whim I bought the $20 one, expecting to see very few ads, if any. To my disappointment, only the ad bar at the bottom of the screen and ads for rides disappeared. If there are others, I haven’t noticed. It seems like just as many ads as before. I would think that paying $20 should give me the game ad free. Before my purchase I would have given it more stars. Now I even wondering if 3 stars is too many, and if I want to continue playing it. NOTE TO DEVELOPERS: Did you even read my complaint? Your response had nothing to do with it. I saw the same cut & paste reply to another post.

Too many ads, not enough hotels. Partly taken from another review because this is 100% accurate… The game is flooded with ads. Like seriously, you have to watch an ad every time you tap a button, which is extremely annoying and inconvenient, and on top of that, it's the same three ads in rotation. Also, the game is a bit buggy. l've noticed that after a little while of playing it starts glitching. There's a different room where one of the characters just freezes in front of the bed and is there for the entirety of the game, even while other guests and maids are going THROUGH the figure. Also, there are only 9 hotels it seems. 9 hotels and you can redo each one like three times to gain extra prestige which I don’t understand the point of. You can’t earn money from the hotels that transfers to other hotels. Each hotel has its own currency that stays with that hotel only. It appears this game is just a shell for ads for revenue generation. It’s crazy addicting but once you get flooded hard with the ads, it’s hard to stay glued. Even harder to stick with it when you figure out the prestige and see the 9 hotels. The hotels are all really cute though, but doing each one three times is a lot.

It’s not awful. But at the same time it gets pretty boring really quick. The controls and forced camera moves aren’t great, the heavy focus on watching ads is annoying especially since it’ll force you to watch ads randomly without any reward and there really isn’t a whole lot to do in the game to make you want to keep playing. After a very short time it’s just the sale repetitive running around collecting cash off the ground, grabbing toilet paper from a way too far away supply room that the housekeepers don’t bother doing and then upgrading rooms. Add a virtual controller stick, get rid of the camera movements, have cash get collected by the housekeepers, have housekeepers fill bathrooms, get rid of forced ads, lower the price of no ads to like $3 because this game isn’t worth $10 in the slightest, add more rooms types that you can add to the hotel, add the ability to add other things like a pool, conference room, restaurant, etc so that it’s not the same boring repetition.

Sexually inappropriate ads. This game has entirely too many ads, in general. However, you cross the line when you subject my child to inappropriate game ads that are for mature audiences only. This game is listed as ages 12+, yet it’s showing sexually explicit game ads that are targeted for ages 17+. What sense does that make? And why can’t I turn off those type of ads for free? I get that the app is supported by the ads…but your players shouldn’t have to be forced to watch ads that are blatantly sexual. I have no choice but to delete this game. Do better!!! Regarding the developer’s response: seriously?! You gave the same canned response that you’ve given everyone that complains about too many ads. Clearly you didn’t read my review…while the AMOUNT of ads are annoying, my real issue is regarding the ad CONTENT! The ads contain sexually inappropriate imaging & games. Another user called it “soft core porn”, which is essentially what it is. The rapey ad with the dildo is the worst of them all. But as long as you guys get your ad profits, all is well, right?! Never mind the fact that children (or anyone) are being forced to watch these type of ads if they continue to play this game. Ridiculous! Your response tells me all that I need to know about your company. Sooo glad I deleted. You guys are truly trash!

A few problems. So I downloaded this game and it’s pretty fun! You just collect money and use that money to expand your hotel. But there are a few problems. When I was playing, I needed more money. So I went went to one of the little money circle things that you have to watch an ad to get. I watched an ad and… got nothing. Speaking of the ads, It’s literally the same ad over and over and for some reason it kept taking me to AppStore. See to that, developers. The ads are just a bit too much. Next, I think that there should be a worker who takes the iron or smoothie to the person. Or maybe there is and I just haven’t unlocked it yet. Also um, the walking movements are uh, very… interesting. So I think this game has good potential and it just needs some improvement. Ahem. Alright that about sums it up. Oki, bye✌️😘

WARNING ⚠️ This game is DANGEROUS. It’s crazy how fast I got addicted to this game. I downloaded it like two hours ago and I already have to FORCE myself to close the app and be productive 😂 I lose track of time because I l wanna unlock all the sections of the hotel—it’s like crack. I did take off a star for a couple reasons. One, I hate that the game is flooded with ads. Like seriously, you have to watch an ad every time you tap a button, which is extremely annoying and inconvenient, and on top of that, it’s the same three ads in rotation. Also, the graphics are kind of.. childish and quite frankly, problematic. And I’ve noticed that after a little while of playing it starts glitching—every time I open the app, there’s a different room where one of the characters just freezes in front of the bed and is there for the entirety of the game, even while other guests and maids are going THROUGH the figure. And every session there’s always a different room that no one goes into. It’s weird, it’s like the game picks a different room every time and the customers won’t use it like it’s haunted or something. And conveniently, it always happens to be one of my higher-level rooms. Like I said, I love the game. It’s addictive even with the ads and the weird glitches during gameplay, but those are things I’d like to see fixed in the future.

Great game with potential had to delete. Love this game! Enjoyed every minute of it. Had to delete it because the ADs were getting out of control. I was willing to deal with it because of the love for the game but then it was getting to be every 5 minutes it would interfere in the middle of the game for an AD every 5 minutes that’s rediculous. I can see for the additional items and what not but to interrupt the playing of the game is a bit much. Then you want people to pay $9.99 for an AD free pack for the game. I already love the game and have given us all trauma from the amount of ADs you have put into this game the pack better be loaded with some amazing promises. Such as teleportation to the previous hotels. The character zooming around and much more more helpers to help run the hotels and make more profit in the packs at $10 a pop. This game had great potential losing your downloads due to the huge amount of AR content you have created in your game. Not saying eliminate it but chill out with it.

Fun but way too many Ads. I’ve been playing with this game for several weeks now and my only complaints are there are way too many ads and waiting on new levels can take awhile. I know I can pay to eliminate the ads but even for the free version, the ads are excessive. I don’t mind the ads you have to watch when you are actually gaining something out of it, like speed or money, but it’s the ads that randomly pop up while you are just running around collecting cash and stuff that are uncalled for. Those ads are not necessary and are quite annoying. That happen often and make me feel like I spend more time watching ads than playing. The game is quite addicting otherwise. I’ve been enjoying how different each hotel is although it’s all the same concept and same routine over and over. Hoping to see more levels soon. I am enjoying the game otherwise.

Too many ads and glitches and ads with glitches. Fun to play but too many ads. They pop up for no reason and interrupt your actions. Also some ads have non functioning mute buttons, you can tap but sound still plays and you get sent to App Store to get the game. Other ads violate the silent button. I put the phone on silent for a reason, then the stupid ad blares out. So a definite no for that app. Other ads have 5 second delays, sometimes as many as 3 screens each for 5 seconds before you can move on. Considering that you’ve seen all these ads already it is extremely annoying. If you purchase something, get an ad, and shut the game, you lose the purchase AND the money you just spent, I guess this is their way of penalizing you for not watching their ads. At the beach hotel, there is one wing where the cleaner is assigned 4 rooms to clean and never makes it to the 4th room (to the left of the pool), so you need to keep dumping money into upgrading that room to progress in the game, but you don’t make any money back from it.

Game is 100 out of 100 bc it’s so fun and it has so good graphics. This is the best game I’ve ever owned/played I’ve literally spent in the first day 5 to 6 hours on it first I was like I can’t stop playing this game and I saw the ad and I was like oh it looks like a pretty good game and then once I got it it literally blew out my expectations The graphics were so good the animations were so good. Everything was so good. I would’ve rated it 1 billion stars I could never stop playing this game in the first time I tried it I was so amazed by literally everything! is the best game ever it even passed my expectations of Minecraft and roblox! This is the best game in the whole entire world but I do have some expectations that did not meet like the fact that the ads just pop up every single time It’s so annoying to deal with the long ads another thing is that the player feels like it’s super slow at least way to make your character faster without having to deal with ads or get those character vehicles that will last three minutes. But love the game!

Great game, just a few suggestions!. Overall, this game has met my needs. The ads are kind of weird, but there was a sale going on for the ‘no ad’ deal, and I bought it. It’s worth it! I only ever watch ads when I get the extra cash. This definitely occupies my boredom, when I’m not at school all day. I wish there was a different way to earn the more expensive rooms, instead of watching an ad or paying diamonds. And I really wish that if you upgrade your level 2 bedroom, and then you can level up to 3, and you bought the more expensive room, you could keep it for level 3. But no, you must watch an ad or pay more diamonds. And I wish there was a deal to buy a speed boost thing for just a day. And maybe you could get different characters for different achievements, or buy them with diamonds. Otherwise the game can get boring once you aren’t playing for more then what you have for your hotel. But that’s rare to get bored with game😭 I truly love this game but just maybe work on it some more!!

Fun mindless game, one issue with update. I really enjoy this game. It's a nice, mindless game to play. The ads are a bit out of control - an ad every 2 minutes or so is a bit too much for any game. The price for going ad free is fairly decent, though considering there's not much to do in this game other than upgrade your hotels, that may be worth it or not depending on how fun the game is for each person. And, it is kind of difficult to see if the game is worth the no-ad deal or not when you have long ads bombarding you every 2 minutes. The recent update provided more rewards to work towards in the game, rather than just moving back and forth and collecting money and stocking coffee machines for the sake of finishing upgrading the hotel. My only issue with the latest update is that I can't see how much money I've collected anymore. I'm not sure if that was intentional - it does look like there's a gap between a few icons on the left, so maybe that's a glitch? I hope that'll be readded soon, it's hard to tell if you have enough to upgrade things now until you go all the way across your hotel to see.

Fun & addicting, but so many ads that also make it lag. You can skip the ads unless you choose to watch one for a boost, which is nice. That, is the only reason the ads are bearable for me. Really surprised devs have not lessened the ads since so many people are complaining about them. What’s worse is they’re so frequent, that the game gets super laggy, glitchy, and often freezes. I have to restart the app to fix it. I’ve lost money a couple times because of this, luckily you can make it back fairly quickly. 4 stars because it’s one of my favorite games (I’m also a giver, so take that as you will). Do really wish picking up money could be automated. At least have the maids and waiter pick up all the money left in the rooms and restaurant. Also really like that you can collect money from your previous hotels

Buggy as heck. This is a fun way to waste some time but it doesn’t always work correctly. The worst is the extra rooms like the fire pit, pool, and zen garden. Most of the time it doesn’t allow you to refill the towels, blankets, or wood so those rooms are useless. You have to close the app and reopen it again which means you lose all the extra cash laying around the hotel because these reset to zero. If you pick up these items you can’t even toss them in the trash if it won’t let you fill them without closing the app. The other problem is that there are random rooms where the cleaners do not clean the windows so that part is left undone and no new customers can come to those rooms which means you lose out on money in those. One last one is when guests ask for extras that you don’t have access to yet so it just stays on your screen and the guest doesn’t leave the room until you finally open that part of the hotel which can take a very, very long time.

Amazing Game!. Just like the title said, this is an amazing game. It is just as advertised and extremely addictive. The only thing I am not a huge fan of is when you finish your hotel, you move onto a new one but the one you just finished has a “prestige upgrade” which is basically redoing the entire hotel but getting more stars. Overall i absolutely love the game and would definitely recommend it if you want something to just sit and do while listening to music or whatnot. While yes there are adds, they are completely bearable. I chose to watch them because they are 30 seconds or less and you get really good outcomes because you can get thousands of dollars by just watching one add. I enjoy it very much and would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to keep playing!!!

Pay up or watch more ads than gameplay.. I was interested in the game and thought I’d give it a try after playing a demo of this game as an ad on another game. Seemed kind of fun so I downloaded it. I expected some ads here and there, especially if I was wanting a small upgrade for “free” rather than paying a micro transaction. Unfortunately I almost instantly found that this game is literally more ads than gameplay. Want to get 100 dollars faster? Watch an ad, ok I can live with that. Want a room that gives you more XP per guest? Alright I guess, this is getting kind of old. Want to walk faster for THREE WHOLE MINUTES? That’s an ad, watch it or go without. Want a single customer customer that tips better one time and then leaves? Ad, ad, ad. Oh, and even if you try and tough it out and just grind the money the slow way? They still force you to watch an ad for every minute or two of gameplay in the game. I’d say I played for about 30 minutes and was force fed about 20-35 ads that last at least 30 seconds each. Completely unplayable unless you want to cough up the cash, and as I can’t really enjoy the game for even a little while without getting another annoying ad for the 80th time in a row, I can’t even tell if it’s fun enough to blow the ten bucks on to go ad free. It’s sad, the game seems like it has potential to be a good time waster, but unfortunately it’s too busy wasting your time slamming you with ads every 10 seconds you can’t even have fun with it. One star.

Too many unprompted ads. I wish I could rate this game higher, cause I love this app! Loads of fun, and very addicting! I’ve enjoyed it all….except for the UNPROMPTED ads. I understand why the app has ads and I don’t mind the majority of them. But the amount of ads that happen without requesting them to get things in the game, is OBNOXIOUS. And quickly turning me sour. I don’t mind watching a 30 second ad to get a heads up in the game or a step further. I can’t be the only one so the ads are still running. Please kick the unprompted ads down a notch. Good game, but is it worth it?. Hello there, I downloaded this game because I saw a ad and I thought since I like these types of games I would play it. I downloaded it, it went through on how to play, and it went to a character I would control on the screen. I liked the layout as well as the gameplay of the other games I’ve played in the last couple months. I played a game and got money. I saw ads for powerups like money, and when it’s worth it it’s worth it. If you don’t like spending money like me, then you’ll be thrilled on how much money and speed ups you can get with these ads. You can hire workers to fill up toilet paper for your restrooms and workers to clean up the rooms. To be honest this game is good, if I would had gotten it a rating I would rate it a 8.5/10.

Great game at but to expensive. This is game is amazing. Addictive, fun, and challenging but something too challenging. Too challenging that I have to spend 70k on just one room. One room!!! I love this game but spending at least 70k to 80k on just a room upgrade or something is just to much. I have to constantly watch ads or wait to actually have the money I need to spend on just a room or an upgrade. The crazy thing is that I just got this about a month ago, I’m already on the second hotel and I spending so much on just one thing that I just kinda stop playing. It got annoying and frustrating to the point that I never really have an interest to play. Drowned in ads. Don’t waste your time I deleted this game after playing twice it’s not worth it. You will be watching ads more then gameplay. To be quite honest at this point these game maker need to be paying me to stay on these games . I been a gamer my whole life and there is nothing new these people ad to games it’s the same repetitive task over and over with nothing new to keep you interested . They need to literally just make this app and call it AD HOTEL GET PAID TO WATCH ads guarantee you’ll find people to play then because this is ridiculous. And another user commented on the forced sexual ads with particularly women moaning and crying for scenes (more sexual sounding than in despair) listen they got apps you can advertise your porn on so stop with the nonsense on a kids game. Really fun game, but….. This game is really fun, don’t get me wrong, but it feels like you have to spend money to make money in this game, especially when you prestige your hotels. It takes a long time to make money and the upgrades are very expensive, basically zeroing you out. Good thing there are a bunch of opportunities to get free money by watching ads. If I had to make any sort of suggestion, it would be to make the upgrades just a little bit cheaper, and here is another idea for you: can you please add a character in the game to go from room to room collecting tips? There is already a lot of walking around in that game, it would make this a whole lot more fun and easy to make money, knowing that you have someone collecting tips for each room like the cleaners going around cleaning each room. Other than that, I don’t have much to complain about. Fun game!

Needs to be updated. There is an issue with the cleaners not cleaning all their rooms and or starting to clean a room but then leaving without finishing it. Also having to go from room to room to collect income is time consuming and would be easier to just have it automatically collect when the customer leaves the room as we’re already running around collecting from other areas like restaurant, reception, bar, vending, etc areas. Also when in one Hotel, the accumulation for other hotels collections stops at 3K when they should be constantly accumulating whether we’re in that hotel at the moment or not. It’s also frustrating that when you leave the app your income isn’t constantly accumulating in the hotel your working on so it takes way more time to gain the amounts of income needed to unlock or upgrade areas. Please try to factor in these issues as not everyone can leave an app open and running 24/7 which makes it difficult to achieve goals at a snails pace. Also when a person purchases the NO ADs package then it should be a true NO ADs even when doing upgrades, if we’re paying to stop that feature then it should stop otherwise I’d like money back for paying for that specific feature. Also Game tends to freeze up or crash at random when doing tasks. Please consider adding more Hotels.

Ads and the cost to remove them ruins all potential.. The amount of interrupted ads is obnoxious and $10 to remove ads is ludicrous! The game itself is a good little idle game to pass time. There is several glitches- money gets stuck on top of beds and tables in the lobby making it impossible to collect. The game randomly freezes and crashes. I have made upgrades only to come back to the game and I have to redo upgrades, and the money is still gone. I happily spend money on games but will not spend one cent until the cost to remove ads is lowered. Judging by another review, even when you spend the ridiculous $10 to remove ads, ads still appear. Bottom line, the ads and cost to remove them really ruin the potential of this game. For the amount of money they’re getting, the graphics should be far more better and the same glitches shouldn’t be happening over and over. Lastly, income from previous hotels should absolutely carry over to new hotels as well as when you prestige.

Money collection/problems... I love this game, really satisfying and fun to play. The prices are fair but honestly the only thing I’m not liking is that all the income doesn’t come directly to your collection. I feel like once your done with upgrading and unlocking everything, then you should have to personally go and collect the money, or just have all income go to you. Having to go all over the place is time consuming and once you run out of money at one hotel, you have to go to the others and personally collect all of it or as much as you can. Also, I feel like we should be able to choose our colors and not the game itself. So honestly going back and forth over and over again is kinda boring and time consuming. Another thing I noticed is when I buy to unlock a room or something else, an ad pops up (I leave the game and come back so I don’t have to watch the ad(s)) and when I go back, the price is reset. I had a 6-8k room to unlock and this happened. My money didn’t come back either. There’s a lot of money problems on this game tbh. But other than that, it’s fun and relaxing. I’m just so far into the game already I don’t want to delete it…also when is there going to be more hotels??

Great Game! Been playing non stop!!. First off, this game is very time consuming…but in a good way! You can honestly play for hours without having to stop. It definitely is very grindy, always need to keep moving around to grab cash but it’s quite fun. Plus all the ads you can watch (Optional) to earn fast cash is great. This game does have forced ads but it’s not constant like many other games. I will say though that once you hit the 3rd city it definitely takes a lot longer to collect cash and upgrade your rooms. There’s definitely a major bug where the VIP customer drops a bunch of cash on a bench and on the bed so you lose so much cash. It makes it kind of not worth to watch an ad for the VIP just to lose out on a big portion of cash. Also a message to the developers, please give us more re-stockers or more opportunities to upgrade their speed. I’m on level 9 on the 3rd city and I feel like 80% of the coffee machines are empty because either the stockers move too slow or 2 stockers aren’t enough for 8 coffee stations. Especially how big the hotel gets. I feel like cities 1 and 2 it was more manageable with the stockers. But I’m just losing on tons of capital because coffee machines remain empty. Please look into this and further levels. Love this game and wish to continue playing it with enjoyment! Thank you!

Keeping my attention + suggestions. Usually when I get ads about these kinds of games I get skeptical. But i downloaded since it kept popping up on this room designing game. Never thought I’d actually be so fixated on it though. It’s a growth simulator and it’s pretty straightforward. It’s a game I don’t mind spending money on. Needing to remove ads is a bit costly though. Other than that, I don’t have many complaints. I just think that collecting money in individual rooms ultimately is time consuming. If you could make a “collect all” option that would be amazing. And the option to go back to previous interior designs in rooms and the lobbies/hallways after upgrades, without changing the amount of money u get from the rooms and general upgrades. Oh, and changing the outfits for the bellhop when it comes to different resort themes. I think having those kinds of additions would be really nice for the game! Other than that, it’s a game I could see myself playing for a while.

Entertaining game but ads seem like a scam. I’m a sucker for a mobile app game, and ads are a given part of that. And sometimes, you click the ads to download another mobile game. I’ve now had it happen TWICE where after entering my apple password (which is strange in and of itself, since it’s previously always used Face ID) nothing has downloaded. Because of me having checked this, I’ve immediately changed my password. Nothing appears to have been stolen or hacked having obtained this password, so unsure if it’s just a glitch, but I’m not about to risk my internet safety over a potential glitch. Especially one that’s now happened exactly the same way both times with nothing successful inbetween.

Omg. I accidentally deleted this app because there was 2 and I was so sad it deleted both of them I tried so hard for this and then it was gone so I restarted! But I definitely recommend this game, it’s so fun and good I love it!

Simple premise, but laggy and ad laden. Game has a very simple and straightforward path, but the game is full or forced ads and has some *serious* lag spikes at times, to the point I genuinely thought the game had crashed. Best played offline by turning your wifi off before you boot the game

Was enjoying but now can’t progress?. I’m at the festival hotel and have upgraded everything and now there are no options to keep progressing? I’m just walking around gathering money with no way to progress to a new hotel or upgrade anything else. Is this as far as the game goes?

Amazing game, but unplayable without paying.. I wrote an earlier review detailing how there was too many ads and the game was unplayable with a forced ad every 3 minutes. Eventually I caved and bought the (15AUD) no ads pack. There is a really nice game hidden underneath. I do wish however, that the $30/month IAP wasn’t constantly pushed (as well as voluntary ads) after you’ve already paid for the no ads pack. I do understand the motives of creating a “free” game but essentially forcing the IAP. However, I would rather a game that costs $15 and not deal with a bunch of in game advertising then a “free” game that constantly forces micro transactions/ads.

Love the game but... I’ve been loving this game but since the last update I can no longer play it.. the game only loads part way at the start and then it just stops.. I also agree with other reviews that there’s too many adds but I still play it. Please fix the issue of it not letting me get into the game.

So. Many. Ads.. I’ve never played a game with more ads than this one. I can understand watching ads to get things like speed bonuses. Or completing a level. But it makes me watch ads after I do simple things like clean a room. Not every time, but way too often. I’ve only gotten to level 3 and I’m already so done with the game solely because of the ads. So annoying. It’s a fun game but sooo ad-based.

Don’t make any purchases in this game. Your money will be lost and the support is slow and not helpful. You have to jump through hoops like a circus animal and give your whole phones CV just to prove yourself over a few dollars. Support doesn’t even read what your help request is and is very dismissive. My issue: bought the ad free bundle, game had to be ‘offloaded’ (not even uninstalled) due to needing room for a phone software update. Reinstalled the game. Everything has restarted back to square 1 and ads are back. Restore purchase button does absolutely nothing. Support does nothing as well. Deleting game due to this bad experience.

How you have to collect money all the time from the hotel. This is a great game and is really fun to play. It keeps you awake and happy but one thing that isn't that good is how you have to keep on going back and forwards to collect the money from the rooms once you're good Dr the game. I find it really tiering for my fingers as well. I do think it's a great game though. Thank you.

Riddled with Ads. Easily the most ad heavy game I’ve encountered. Constant ads. They want $30 to remove them, then you have to spend MORE (tickets) to gain the ad rewards. So it’s one of those classic games where “ad free” is really not “ad free”. No way is this game worth $30 to somewhat remove ads. If the ads were only linked to rewards (as it stands, the ads are for rewards PLUS they play a super long ad every couple of minutes during gameplay); if Ad free was genuine and priced more reasonably, this game would be a good pastime. The ads are minimum 30 seconds every time. Unfortunately I do not recommend - unless you enjoy watching ads. If I was hoping to watch ads all day, then I’d give this five stars! It’s not a game. It’s advertising with a tiny bit of a game laced around it. Zero stars.

Couples of suggestions. Nice to see some changes as I level up. Just wondering if you could make the cleaner and loader work a little faster? Even when I upgraded them, they still work very slow, I could clean and restock quicker than them alone! So what’s the point of hiring the staff ? Second, as we upgraded all the rooms to the highest level, should add the feature where we could still change the colour of the room when we want, because sometimes I have a second thought wanting to change the design, but now it’s just fixed once I upgraded to the highest. And should add the option we can change appearance of the hotel manager, and the gender.

Hack To Get Rid Of The Ads!. So guys, if you don’t wanna pay money to get rid of the ads, got to settings, go to WiFi and turn it off! It’s a no WiFi game so when you switch the connection off, the game will still work, but the ads will be gone! Hope this helps!

Too many ads. Way too many ads to enjoy the game. I understand games need ads for revenue, but it is literally every 2 minutes for 15-30secs. Developer responds to these comments with cut and paste replies regarding the needs without actually reading about the timeframe. So don’t expect anything to be done any time soon.

UGHHHH. I rated this a one because, when I try to open the app it always loads till the middle and never 👎 goes till the end, so I can’t even PLAY THE GAME!!! Ughh it looks like a amazing game and all I just can’t even play it when it won’t load properly! My friends have it and it works for them they love it and I do to I had a try on there iPads, anyways I’ve even reseted my iPad, deleted the app then downloaded it agian and NOTHING HAPPEND!!! so I do suggest this game, but if your having the same problem as my I suggest just deleting it forever and not even try to stop the bug, anyways yea that’s all

Too many adds. There are far too many adds, you can barely keep track of what you’re doing because they pop up so frequently and are long! Additionally, they are highly inappropriate and often sexualized content. Such a pity because it would be a great game otherwise.

Addictive - need more levels !!!!. This game was sooooo addictive! Although I had to purchase it to stop the adds every few minutes, I couldn’t help myself, I just wanted to be on it all the time! Clocked the game now ready for more lands!! Creators, please please please, add another level of hotels! I need my fix!!

AMAZING!. I downloaded this game ages ago and it’s been my favourite game since. It’s sooo time consuming! I can play on it for 10 minutes and don’t even realise a minute has passed! I love the new update! Thanks guys for this amazing game. But too many adds! I don’t mind one or two here or there but there is just too many. I have just watched an add that is going to give we nightmares. Little kids are playing this game!Please fix this. And things cost too much money! I hardly have any money left! Again please fix this. Ads not child appropriate. We love playing this game, the whole family is playing it right now. My only feedback is that the ads are not appropriate, even for your guided age for the game 12+. They are 18+ as they have sexual references. Can someone please review this?

Game not loading. I’ve had the game for 1 day, I went to open it on the second day and it will load half way but then won’t load the rest, and you can’t log in on the app to save your progress so to fix it, you’ll have to delete the app and start all over again. Other then that it’s a good app, bit addictive I realised but a good app.

Really good but then stopped working. This game is a lot of fun. Many, many ads but I don’t mind. Only problem is that now it won’t. Ring up anything to upgrade so I can’t move on. Seems to have just stopped working properly.

Updates too slow. Great game and have paid so no ads but updates come out too slow and I’ve finished all available levels and hotels. If you want people to pay for this game then updates should be more frequent.

Amazing app. I just downloaded My hotel today and I see the ads and I thought this is to go to be true but I downloaded the app and is is exactly as the ad saids but one thing came up and said $750 is going in to your PayPal account now and I just ignored it so I don’t know if it was true or not be it seemed to good to be true🫣 but the game over all is amazing and I am addicted already love the game it’s amazing 💖

It’s good but…. The game is amazing! Not too many ads and the gameplay is like it is advertised as. However there’s a bug where the money will get stuck behind a chair and you can’t get it, please try to fix this.

Soo good!!😊. I got this game a few days ago and now I can’t stop playing it! Every day I play for like 2 hours. This games great for a few reasons.. 1. Not many adds- the occasional one or two but still 2.Lots of money- you get money fast and so you can get better and better 3. Heavy reliant on ads. I understand that having ads is what allows the game to be free, but having so many ads ruins the fun of the game. Also, the only way you really can earn enough money to be able to make upgrades is through watching ads for the briefcases as earning money from any other option (like the reception) takes so unusually long.

Advert every two minutes. Not lying, just timed it. Sometimes you are lucky and get a 10 second ad, sometimes medium unlucky with a 30 second ad then very unlucky with a 30 second game advert then a demo of the game you can play which takes multiple “closes” or “done”. The developers will copy and paste a response about this but they are losing people who may have paid money on this game in droves (because the remove ads payment doesn’t stop all ads)

Don’t bother paying for elite or money. I paid the $25 for the elite ad free part but it’s not ad free and it doesn’t carry over into the other hotels when you move on in the game. same as when you purchase money in the game with diamonds, the money doesn’t transfer into the next hotel so you just waste your money and diamonds. The elite was implied that it would be for the whole as when you open it up it allows you to see ahead where you can progress but then you go to he next hotel and you’ll have to pay the $25 again for ad free and rewards… Not worth it for a simple dumb game that doesn’t actually have any progress in it.

Ads with 17+ adult content.. This game looks innocent, my son was playing it, and bam an interactive ad to dress a women in underwear came on. I snatched it, it had other “items” to interact. I am not a prude this was gross. Highly inappropriate. I contacted Apple. They didn’t do anything but record the event and my photo proof. Developers have ignored me. Most ppl who play this game are under 12 the recommended age, either way, the ads shouldn’t be for 17+ plus games. Adults don’t let your children get this. Genuinely mad and disgusted.

It’s ok. It is satisfying, for the first hotel until you realise it’s the same process over and over again just a different place, that's about it.. it’s ok. Besides the fact that you need to watch 1000 ads to actually get through the game.. or you have to pay. I don’t think they should advertise games like this as “free” if you need to watch an add every 2 minutes..

Surprisingly a really enjoyable game!. I was pleasantly surprised how enjoyable this game is to play. I don’t mind the ads at all, the developers deserve it for their hard work and making this game FREE to play. There’s one thing I dislike is having to collect the cash from the rooms/restaurants ect.. it would be so much better to have it go straight to your cash instead of having to go room to room to pick it up. I also noticed when you exit the game you don’t get the cash you didn’t pick up which is kinda unfortunate. Overall I think it’s a great game, I can spend hours playing it!!

Honest review. I was going to give this game a 5/5 when I started playing because it was exactly what a mobile game should be. The OPTION to watch a ad to get more money, the occasional pop up (for the game to earn money) and the ad I revived for this game was THE TRUTH. Yet as you progress in this game the more riddled with ads you get. The game is…fine. It’s exactly what it says it is and yes it can get super tedious at times but the more you earn the less tedious it gets. 4/5

Great Game Too Many Ads. I’m only a few hours into playing this game and I’m already tired of all the ads. I appreciate that’s how you fund the game, but there needs to be a way to buy out of the ad experience.

Amazing game. I love this game! Not to many adds and super fun! Some feedback is that when you get a new hotel, that you could the money from both hotels in any one you like instead of the hotel you earn the money in! But beside that the game is perfect so fun! You can play it without internet and whenever you want! Okay this game every day and is so addictive! One thing is if you delete the app you can not get your progress back and have to start again! But all in all is an amazing game and would highly recommend! Thank you for all the fun times!!! One thing they really annoys me is when people say to remove adds. Currency update ruined game. The point ti being able to travel back to other hotels is to gather resources (like money) and have idle play while you wait for resources to regenerate. Now that the currency is not valid in other hotels, the minute a hotel is upgraded, it’s essentially useless. There is ni reason for idle play because any rewards are unusable. So there’s no point in playing anymore.

What a B.S. this game is a rip off 🤬. So I paid 13.99 $ to removed the add. It’s allot more then usual the other games charge between 3.99 to 6.99 but I was enjoying the game so I paid the 13.99 big mistake. Forced ads 👎. I’m a sucker for spending money on games. (Like super sucker) However games that force ads especially with sound end up getting played for so long before being deleted. WAY too many forced ads.. The forced ads in this game are relentless, they break immersion and engagement which just makes the game unenjoyable and frustrating. In addition, the cost of removing forced ads is $12.99 CAD, which is downright exploitative when you can buy a high end mobile game without ads for less than this price. I wouldn’t pay more than 6 bucks, 7 at the absolute maximum, and have done so in several games for 4.99-$6.99. Basically the game pesters you with forced ads until you either pay their exorbitant fee or stop playing. I stopped playing. 👋

Pornographic Ads in Game! 😡. I am utterly SHOCKED at what is being showed to me! I just downloaded this game based off of an ad from another game I was playing. I over looked the first ad when I saw it pop up - but after an hour of playing, I must’ve been subjected to at least a DOZEN of these “create your own story” ads - AKA - porn/romantic novel ads. I couldn’t take it anymore and had to uninstall. PARENTS BEWARE! The ads are extremely disturbing. In some cases the content is so defiling that it blurs it out and says “sensitive content - tap to reveal”. 😖 I can’t believe this is what my kids may come across when playing an innocent game. Actually I can - because we live in a wicked world ruled by SATAN. 1John 5:19

Fun game but TOO MANY ADS!. Fun game but seriously there are ads every 90ish seconds with NO AD REMOVAL OPTION! C’mon man that’s ridiculous, even if they are partially skippable. Either massively tone down the number of ads or offer the usual paid $3-$5 option to remove the ads (it’s not worth more than that at this point without extras given the current limited levels and simplistic graphics and game mechanics). I, and I am sure many others, would really like to be able to enjoy playing your game mindlessly in peace! You will still get plenty of ad revenue from the various boosters you offer in game. Once I see an improvement on the ad situation or a REASONABLE offer to purchase ad removal, I would be more than happy to rate 5 stars and recommend to friends and family. Hope to also see some new updates at some point as well, it’s an otherwise fun game, thank you for making it!

Good but inappropriate ads. My little one (8yr old) found this game via another app. We bought the game and within 60 seconds of play time we got HIGHLY inappropriate ads that don’t match this game. The ads were sexually suggestive with blurred scenes along with moaning! After the third one within 5 minutes I bought no ads for $5.99. This seemed to be the only way my little one and I could play the game without being subjected to graphic fan fiction teetering on pornography. Without the ads every 60 seconds, the game is fun. We still see normal ads to upgrade and for additional funds. The downside is building the SAME hotel three times to level up. It’s a fun game and you can get immersed quite easily. I hope the address those awful ads.

Frustrating but fun. The game is fun but there are ads over and over that make it extremely frustrating. I cant even do one thing without there being a pop up ad. Also, there’s a glitch. Basically, when you “make” a new hotel room, it gives you tokens which can increase your speed, decrease cleaning time, etc making the game easier and more enjoyable. When I earn tokens though, most of the time it says I am getting them but they don’t show up. Its a fun game but it is extremely frustrating having to deal with all of the ads and navigating a big map while walking super slow. You can speed up for three minutes if you watch an ad, but there will be pop ups while being sped up and the ad time counts for the minutes sped up. If you want to be extremely frustrated, then this game is for you.

Bad update. Screen freezes and unfreezes sporadically and randomly now. If this isn’t fixed this game will be deleted with a new 1 star review. Let’s talk about mountain hotel since it is fully maxed out and my main money maker for me to upgrade my other hotels currently. 6 rooms that still aren’t getting cleaned (3 by the pool and 3 by the restaurant). Loaders can’t keep up with demand for vending machines or towels and the pool guy stops working and won’t start until you reset all the lounge chairs yourself. Max bank limit for offline play is ridiculous and needs to increase with each prestige level and when fully maxed the bank should be no less than 300k for mountain hotel to give you a boost when you come back online instead of having to play for 5 to 10 mins before you can actually do anything with your next hotel. I can’t complain about the ads because I actually spent money to skip all adds but now I am stuck with this pink rainbow farting Segway, would be nice if I could choose my permanent ride instead of being stuck with this ridiculous thing. Aside from the glitches and short falls, this is a great time killer and fun game. Fix the game for better reviews and more stars.

Inappropriate adds! 😡😡😡. So I was in a family setting with siblings around me to see this game because I love it so much. But then an ad comes on. A very inappropriate one. I have to turn my phone off. Honestly this game should be, given the ads, a 17+ game. so expensive!!. I like this game a lot. It is very fun to play and has a lot of positive features. However, the one complaint I do have is that as you upgrade in the game, the prices become more and more expensive. By the third hotel, adding a new room will cost you $50k+. At that point all you are doing in the game is running around trying to collect money, only to be able to spend it it one thing. When you first get to a new hotel adding a room or speed up will only cost you about $1k, but then by the 4th room you add you are already looking at $7k and so on. I really hope this feature can be resolved so everyone can keep playing the game as it should be!

Great Game! Addictive, but flawed.. Okay, this game is absolutely stunning! Addictive, fun, easy, and quite entertaining! Now, there are some things about it that made me very frustrated. You may be just trying to do something In the game and you get forced to watch an ad. I have had this game for one day and it is very addictive, but yet frustrating. True to its Advertising. The game I the exact same as the adds. You go around upgrading your hotel, checking people in, and supplying more toilet paper in the bathroom(s). It’s really fun because it always keeps you on your toes. You have to a lot of tasks at first. Later on you can hire people(I highly recommend you hire them). When making payments for upgrades, you do it bit by bit. So, if you don’t have enough money, you can put a bit of money into the upgrade you need. They’re not a lot of adds as other reviewers are saying. There are actually way less adds than expected. I highly recommend this game.

Deleting app too many ads. I just downloaded the game and started playing but will now be deleting. I only played like 5 mins and the ads pop ups were very aggressive. Also, there’s a suitcase full of money that follows you around very annoyingly. It’s another tactic so you click it and get stuck watching another ad which forces you to the App Store from which you have to close out of there “x” and almost immediately another suitcase full of money appears. This doesn’t include the forced ads you have to deal with as you play. It’s too many ads , as I came to review I saw that you pay $10 for no-ads so I can see why they make the free version super ad obnoxious ,they want you to pay for the game.

This game is not a joke!. Ok,some adds are not what it seems they are well this one is it is a great game and quite fun and addicting. I love this game so much I hope you guys get this game and it’s free. It has a lot of ads but it is so fun. Most the coloring games are not you know fake but some can be and it says oh you could shade everything like that you don’t really get shades just like color you know like that, but this one it’s actually just like it is in the ad so have fun and download the game

Meh. It’s a fun game but the ads are absolutely out of control. If I’m watching them for rewards, I don’t wanna be forced to watch them every 2 minutes through regular gameplay. It just gets to be too much. If the no-ads pack was maybe $5 instead, then I’d buy it, but $10 is too much compared to other games. I’d rather watch 100 ads for rewards not because you wanna make the most money. Also, like others have said, it’d be nice to be able to just purchase a speed boost than in a pack. Also it’s weird that each hotel has specific money, I get why you did it, but it’s not much fun having to start from zero even when the baseline for growing the hotel is larger. Little tweaks would make this an amazing game but so far it’s cheesy and subpar.

Fun game, ads need work. I’m sure I will get the same generic response that the developer has replied to all reviews mentioning ads - while the number of ads is annoying, it’s the fact that I now can never seem to close the ads. I will choose to watch an ad for the extra money or rewards, the ad will play, but then it will just turn into a black screen and I have to force close the app, losing out on the extra reward. Also, the inappropriate ads are completely unnecessary - pick a different company to advertise. Edit: changing my rating from 3 stars down to 1 because I did, in fact, receive the same generic reply. This company doesn’t actually read reviews or take them into consideration. They are perfectly fine with the income they receive from the ads, that they don’t care about the quality of the game. IT’S NOT ABOUT THE NUMBER OF ADS.

Game is cool!!!!. I love this game so much and I already have two others by this company and it’s so addictive and fun I’m already on my second hotel and it’s so relaxing to see the little people go to each room and having the maids clean it also watching ads and other things to gain more money but the only problem I have is that whenever I watch a ad to have a suitcase of money or something after I’m done watching the ad all the music goes quiet and the sound shut whenever I go to the settings it says the music is on and even my ringer would be on so that’s really nerve racking and I keep having to close out the game and go back on but overall this game is dope I recommend the download!😁🫶🏽

An Add Every 60 Seconds. I timed it. Every 60 seconds an add pops up. They are the short kind you can skip through in like 12 seconds, but every minute is excessive even for these. It interrupts game play and makes me feel like I’ve signed up to be blasted with the same add over and over again. I understand that ads are how the developers make money, but there are ways to do it without ruining your game, and that is what has happened. The game is cute, fun, addictive, and overall amazing — when you get to play it in the 50-59 minute intervals between ads. I love the idea of watching adds for money, speed, or even additional color choices. I click on these ads all the time, except when I just watched 3 ads in the last minute, and I’d like to just play the game for once. We will voluntarily watch your ads if you give us good rewards and let us play. Additional color options, maybe helpers that aid an area for a limited time (like an additional receptionist for x minutes), there are a lot of untapped bribes we’d be happy the click on ads for. However, the forced ad every minute has ruined the game for me. I just started the mountain hotel and I can’t deal with the constant interruptions anymore, even though I totally love the game. An ad machine is not worth my phone’s hard drive space. Disappointed and uninstalling.

Almost perfect. I’ve had this game for about two days now and I’m already on my 3rd hotel I’m someone who really dislikes phone games but for some reason this one got my attention it’s a really great game I recommend to pass some time and I mean hours of time cause once you start playing you not gone wanna stop cause you always gone wanna unlock more. Though it is really awesome in that aspect I do wish we could choose between more then just blue green and purple rooms , it would be alot better if we could unlock a second floor instead of just areas, it would also be better if we could go back and change rooms we made to a different one or bring back a old design of a hotel if we don’t like the new one just thoughts but still a really good game overall.

Ad nightmare. While this game is addicting and easy to play…the ads are insanely annoying. I thought I could ignore them and keep playing, but a forced ad every 3-4 minutes, an ad at every level up, an ad for bonus’ and power ups, ect. The ads for power ups and bonus’ aren’t a big deal because other games do the same thing, but the constant slamming of ads every 3-4 minutes is pretty maddening. You literally can’t play more than a few minutes without a 30 second ad popping up and forcing you to wait until you can close out of it just so you can play another 3-4 minutes before the next ad kicks you into another viewing. This game really forces your hand to pay the $10 for ad-free play, but this game is NOT worth $10. Id pay $2-$3 for sure, but not $10. Gameplay is super easy and the customers just wait around until your ready to receive them and as you game on you get more bonuses to make things faster/easier and just start gaining money super easily. It’s a good time waster for sure, but bring your popcorn for the amount of ads you have to watch just to play a bit. With zero regrets I uninstalled this game with extreme prejudice. The ads are what killed it. TLDR; Game play is easy and addictive; Ads are constant every 3-4 minutes. I get the ads for profit, but this is predatory.

Love this game but…. I love this game and have played it everyday for a year. It’s great while I listen to audiobooks. It’s very relaxing and I like that there is no timed aspect, it doesn’t give me any anxiety. With recent additions the game now is lagging and sometimes freezes. Developers please fix this! It’s worse during the new holiday events but happens outside of it as well. I am also disappointed that I can no longer switch between hotels when I don’t have internet. If the game becomes dependent on internet I will no longer play. I do enjoy the addition of guest requests and daily quests. Please continue to add fun additions to the game but not at the cost of lags and freezing

my hotel. This game I got not that long ago it's good but every time I join it never loads like it takes so long to load by the time it loads I have five minutes to play it but overall it's good if you could reduce the ad's that would be good there's so many ad's and I don't like that there's so many and the hotel can get very big and I think you could like add like a map or thing to teleport to places so we can get there faster I get there's a car pass but there's people who don't wanna pay the money or don't have it so the teleport or map should be free if y'all add it, it should be good if you add it then we can get there and the character should not be as slow make them a little faster to make the game better and the ad's can be super inappropriate for some people and parents don't like that.

Problems. I love this game, I’ve been really addicted to it lately. But the reason I only gave it 3 stars is because it has a lot of problems. 1. Like others aside way to many ads I thing you should take away occasional ads and just have it where you only see ads if you want a speed or money boost. 2. There are a lot of glitches which include: being able to see hud after game is closed, customers laying down on reception desk, customers perpetually standing in front of their bed as other customers buy room, customer asking for amenity like a pillow when I don’t have pillows unlocked yet, valet not appearing after getting upgrade. 3. Like others said having to go in each room to collect money is far too tedious and later on having to watch an ad to collect your money is unfair. All in all it’s a good game it just needs polish.

Loved the game until you updated it. I used to play this game daily. Came back to it after a few weeks of not playing and I’m really disappointed. The latest update is garage. I can hardly see what’s happening on the screen because you have so much going on at the top. It’s too cluttered and overwhelming now. The game seems to lag way more than it did before as well. My bellhop can hardly move! I also feel like I’m getting WAY more ads and they are portraying borderline soft core porn. This game is recommended for 12+! I was playing it next to my 7 year old and had to close my phone because of what came up onto my screen! I get you need money for game development, but at least make the ads appropriate! I’m usual not one to complain about sexually explicit things, but when they are appearing on content that YOU are marketing towards CHILDREN, then I have an issue. It’s deplorable. Needless to say, I’m deleting this app.

Super cute game 🩵. Giving 4 stars because I wish the game was fully customizable…for example, I hate it when I get a wallpaper I really like and then it gets changed and I can’t go back. Same for rooms…also wish I could customize my character more as well. Definitely worth it to purchase “no ads” as it helps your cash grow SO quickly because you’re playing w/o interruptions. Another easy way to progress is with the little pop up ads that you can choose to watch for cash (they’re usually like 20sec long)…aside from purchasing “no ads” I haven’t had to spend any of my own money and it’s honestly refreshing. Hope to get more customization options, but for now the game is great!

Review. I love this game I been only playing for a few days and I am already in love but the one thing I don’t really like about it is all the adds and stuff the are really pushing it with the adds. That’s really the only down fall about the game but it is graphic and I love how you have to work hard to get to level 100 I am at level 6 and I have been playing for not that long and its really got me focus on the game and I love that it is really easy to make money and you can make more by upgrading stuff and it’s really fun game I recommend but if you don’t want so many adds and I would buy the no add but I get it if you don’t want to I would go play right now

Just okay. It kinda of a game where it just can keep going without you and it’s kinda boring and all you do is drag your finger around collecting money and ads lots of ads. But the pool part is kinda cool and different locations and different style but still it is not what the game is to put out to be. I wish that you didn’t just drag your finger around it’s kinda like those games where you spend all of your time on but yet do nothing . I do like about it though is what you see in the ads is what is actually happening in the game. Because sometimes ads of apps are completely different then the actual app that is very annoying when that happens. It is a really good game but just not for me.I think that you should install it try it out and then rate it.

Addicting game but…. So I love this game when I have down time. Keeps you engaged without being overly needy of what you have to do. Also things you “buy” for the hotels in the game and the “money” you get for tasks is fair. Even ads for free “money” is fair. A lot of times they offer nothing for a view. What I do NOT like about this game are the ads. OMG they are SO inappropriate. I don’t mind as an adult, but my kids had this game at one point and I made them delete it for the ad content. One was literally a porn game with a view discretion warning and blurred shot of a man behind a woman and they were obviously making it look like they were doing something…there are other ones where there is a maid in a uniform and it just goes on. Horrible especially seeing as not just adults play these games.

It fun but gets boring. This game was really fun when I started but the more I played it the more I got bored all u do is run around and spend money and watch ads. There is nothing exiting to do it’s the same thing over and over and over again. But why I gave this game 5 stars is that it kinda fun to play before bed because it doesn’t take much thought but the why u walk around is weird and kinda hard to do before sleeping cuz I kinda gotta move ur hole hand even though only ur finger is touching the screen. So overall kinda fun (oh and that pool u see in the picture u won’t get till ur SECOND HOLTEL! (why?!😩) so yeah hope this helped.

Help!. I am addicted to this game!!! I even will tolerate the ads. The reason I have gave this app a 3 star instead of 5 is for two reasons. When I got to the moon hotel, I started getting little glitches. The maids wouldn’t clean the room and I would have to go clean in myself wasting valuable “pick up cash time” and some of their customers would leave the room and their money would go with them. Then, I reached the festival hotel, traveled all the way through it, bought everything in the hotel, and IT WONT LET ME LEAVE THE HOTEL!!! It will not pop up the money box so I can move to the next hotel. Please fix these issues on my game cause I am totally addicted. Once u do, I will give u a five star rating. Until then, u only get a three. TIA!!!

I love this game, however…. I love this game! It is so fun to play and advance to your hotel. However, I think a lot of glitches are just running about the game. One of the customers “woke up” and just kept standing there. The cleaners will start cleaning a room but stop halfway. These are just minor issues and don’t really affect the game much, it’s just annoying. Another thing is that it takes forever to collect money from all of the rooms. It’s nearly impossible! I could have double the money if I didn’t have to do that every single time someone leaves the room. Anyway, I rated this game 4 stars because of only some minor glitches. It’s not a big thing but just a bit frustrating at times. Overall I really do love this game!

Recommend app. So I’ve been playing this app since yesterday and it’s really fun but there’s some stuff I think could be added 1. We go faster. I know there’s something that can make us go faster for 3 mins but how about paying game money to make us go faster because I would really enjoy that. 2. Pile of money. I don’t enjoy having to walk around the room to look for money because they just throw it where ever they want, I was thinking just having a pile of it out side so whenever there done sleeping that’s were they put to money just like the bathroom. It is a really fun app to play so I do recommend everyone reading this to download the app.

Um I love this game, but it would not load. Hello! I love this game so very much, but one thing ruins it. Whenever I want to play it anytime, in the car, on the plane, at home, etc. it never loads. No matter what, it goes and then halfway there, it stops and freezes. It bothers me so much because I love this game a lot, but I really hate that it doesn’t load. It is a really nice no Wi-Fi needed game. When I’m bored, I love playing it because it gets so addictive and enjoyable, but now I can’t enjoy it because of the darn loading thing. I don’t like how there are ads every 5 minutes, but I mean, ads are ads. I know they’re annoying, but just deal with it. Sometimes I am dying to play it but I really hate that it will never load and will pause halfway through when I enter the app. Please do something about that. Thank you!

Fake No Ads Purchase. So I bit the bullet and got the discounted no ads purchase through this game hoping that it would just boost the playing without any boring ads in the way. Turns out I saw no difference with the number of ads I’m getting. There are tons of games just like this that are a lot more fun even with ads. Really wouldn’t recommend this one for how scummy a move like that is. Deleting this game and hopefully getting a refund from Apple :/ Update to Developer: The reply literally did not change my mind whatsoever. Also you never mention the fact that your $10 ad removal does not even remove the ads…. I understand ads allow you to make a profit but the amount of ads itself is ludicrous and the fact that you profit off false ad removal is embarrassing. Honor your users instead of scamming them for easy Adsense money

What’s the perfumes for???. I gave in and paid for the no ads option because I just wanted to play without interruption. But it’s not truly no ads because you still need to watch ads if you want to use boost such as the movement boost. The customers leave tips in the rooms but you can’t grab some that’s on the bed or couch even with the flying movement boost. The pool has no cleaner in the second hotel so it’s pretty pointless to build that. The money you make in each hotel doesn’t carry over to the next hotel. So once you’re done building your money just sits there. Also game developers what exactly does the perfumes do??? I accumulate the flowers to get perfumes and chase down these flying cupids to give them perfumes but nothing happens. What am I even doing??? It’s a good time killer if you need it (if you pay 9.99)

Good but a few changes need to be made. Overall this game is amazing and reallly fun and I play it every day. But a few changes need to be made so listen up sometimes people will leave money as a tip on their hotel room but it’ll get stuck on th she’s so instead of me using that money it sits there and piles up because I can’t grab it. Ok next is another money problem , I wish that you could hire a money collector to collect your money for you. Once you get your hotel to a certain standard you have a lot of things to be doing and it sometimes gets overwhelming to collect a bunch of money so I wish that you could hire someone to collect your money and take it to a certain spot for you. Overall if your looking for a fun no WiFi game to play in your free time then this is it!

Needs improvements including less ads. Please provide a help section for users because it is a little confusing especially for those who are newer. It would be nice to add decorations in game instead of the hotel looking like a sterile hospital minus the medical staff. I would use in-game currency to make it look more appealing. Are events a thing at a certain level? I can’t tell but it would add some spice to the game. As the ads, sure a one time pay might be nice enjoy the game. Right now there’s too many ads and too many repetitive stuff to consider it. Thus ads stopping you every one or two minutes makes it annoying. I tried this game but when ads start within 15 seconds of getting on the game it annoying. Ads for speed boosts and other things are one thing but the random ones are not worth playing.

I am upset.. I downloaded this game last week. For a while, this game was addicting. I was spending hours trying to create the perfect hotel, updating every aspect of it, even getting my siblings addicted. I loved this game. It slowly to become part of my routine. Until, I reached level 8, and I was able to open up my beach hotel at a different location. Eventually, I went back to my original hotel to check on things. My hotel completely restarted to the smallest size possible. All of my cleaners were gone, my receptionist was nowhere to be seen, and my customers were dwindling down to nothing. My rooms were completely default. The perfect hotel I spent hours making was now ruined all because I made the mistake of going to my beach hotel. What happened to my hotel? Why did all of progress reset? Someone please explain. Thank you.

Almost there. I agree with others on the complaints of this app being rated a certain way but the ads I’m ‘expected’ to watch if I want to have the best hotel around are incredibly inappropriate. They are explicitly sexualized to the point where they quite literally focus on women’s ‘upper’ and ‘lower’ parts. I just think it’s gross even as an adult. I’m a woman and I have zero desire to see these vulgar ads that depict women as objects even as a full fledged adult. On the other hand, my other disagreement is the fact that I can’t use this cross device. Supposedly my account is saved via iCloud but when I tried to log in on my iPad it made me start from the beginning. This app has work to do. Fun I will admit. But it needs work.

Love this game but... This game is so fun. I find my self glued to my phone playing for hours. There are a few glitches I’m not sure of; one of the loaders does nothing the whole time and will go to the toilet with one roll of paper then just stand there. When I go to walk on top of them with toilet paper they will move but to a different bathroom and do the same never actually restocking bathrooms. Another thing I’m unsure of is, I upgrade my first hotel to “prestigious” and it rest the hotel besides the level and money ect just looked like the beginning level hotel room set up. I was really confused when all my hard work was gone and hope that it’s not supposed to do that.

TOO MANY ADS…etc!!!!!. The game is actually pretty fun! However the entire game revolves around ads! I mean in order to get anywhere in the game you have to have a lot of money! The only way to get a decent amount of money is by watching ad, after ad! I even paid the excessive no ads fee of $10 and this only blocks pop up ads! Then if you want a mode of transportation, you have to watch ad, after ad for that too & it only lasts for 3 minutes each time! There is a ridiculous fee of $20 if you want a permanent mode of transportation! Another thing that’s ridiculous is how each hotel makes you pay more and more money! Lastly, there should be an easier way to collect money from the rooms! It’s annoying to have to go into each and every room!

Good, but not great by any means. This game has the potential to be a great way to pass the time, but when I open the app after taking some time away from the game, I’d like my cash to automatically generate. I shouldn’t have to manually go to each hotel to collect income. There are other apps in the App Store that allow you to collect passive ‘income’ after X amount of time. This game should be the same way. There’s also a ridiculous amount of space between rooms and a guest request. There should be a few items scattered throughout the hotel. For example, if a guest wants a pillow, there should be pillow racks in several hallways, not a lone hallway all the way in the back. If this is the case, at least make a teleportation option.

Impulsively downloaded from an ad. Personally enjoy the game leveling up room little to no time at all for the most part. However, the game doesn’t auto run when you leave the game. Like some games where you earn an income (in game) it’ll auto run and you’ll come back to whatever income was made whilst away from the game. This doesn’t do that. I’ll clear the help desk of its income stack and come back to it remaining clear and once the game is running they go back to collecting. In terms of the cleaning service and the toilet paper boys they take too long and have missed areas completely. I’d also like to mention that any income made from the rooms should go directly into the account and same from the toilets it becomes too time consuming trying to collect everything while upgrading and expanding.

Too many and too long of ads than is needed to remain free. I keep seeing the developers respond with the same thing. Everyone is clear that you can’t develop the app and remain free with ads. We get it. But I play other games just like it with ads and they aren’t half as many or half as long as yours. We spend more time every 10-15 seconds being kicked into and ad than playing the game. And even when you don’t mind the ads, they are way too long. Much longer than any other game’s ads. It’s takes the enjoyment completely out of even trying to continue playing. You should re-evaluate what it takes to continue developing it for free, like other games do much more successfully.

Addicting.. however... I’m addicted to this game. I think it’s fun, and adorable. There are a few cons.. which may be the point of the game.. but after your first hotel you get moved to other hotels if you wish and they give you chores but without the help.. like without the “loader” help and it gets out of control ; I just didn’t like that portion… the idea of the restaurants is so adorable… but having to serve food CONSTANTLY while having to collect money everywhere while also loading the bathrooms and the coffee bars, and the soda vending machines and the pool racks and cleaning the sun beds ALL at the exact same time… it gets tiring because there’s literally no help whatsoever. So I would LOVE the option of adding so much help.

Good game but…. I played this game on my sisters iPad and it was really fun, then I downloaded it on my phone to try it out myself. Once it downloaded I opened the app and it was loading for like 2 seconds and then it stopped. Like when you enter the app it has a maid that is sweeping as a loading mark but the lady stopped not even mid way. I didn’t even get a chance to play it, in fact as I speak it still hasn’t loaded. I am very upset 😡 but I mean if it does load for you then it’s VERY fun because it’s also distracting. Also I see a lot of you guys saying there are ALOT of ads but I don’t think there are that many. But yet again I did play it on my sisters iPad because she told me to level up for her and it wasn’t for that long so idk if I can be talking since mine hasn’t even loaded. It feels like 4 ever. I’d give 5 but a few things need work. Firstly like everyone said: too many ads. I don’t mind watching adds for boosts and bonuses, but all the random ones are really annoying. Secondly: the movement speed is so slow unless you watch an ad to increase speed I would gladly pay a one time fee to remove ads and have a permanent vehicle, but not for $20 a month. Honestly a one time payment of $20 would have even been worth it but not monthly. Third: Some of the cleaners and other workers will fail to do their job, especially on the bigger levels. Sometimes maids will consistently not clean one item in some of the rooms on the last level, and I’ve seen my fire pit cleaner just stand there with all the fire pits dirty and not start working until I’ve cleaned up almost all of them. (I didn’t realize the game simulated lazy employees who only do work when the boss is around 😂) Last, I’ve completed all 4 hotels and upgraded everything in all of them so I’m ready for y’all to please GIVE US MORE LEVELS PS I would have given 3.5 stars, however I cannot do that and I already see a lot of people only taking one star off for the ads. I will gladly update my review when issues have been resolved!!

MANY ISSUES. Ok, so I found this game through an ad on one of my other games. I quickly became super duper addicted and couldn’t put the iPad down. The reason I gave it a 2 stars is because: 1) You need to watch an ad for everything and there’s also times where ads just pop up in the middle of playing. It’s pretty ridiculous and SUPER annoying. Less ads PLEASE!!! 2) The attendant moves super slow and if you want him to move fast, it only lasts 3 minutes and you have to watch an ad. Other than that, he will move super slow. Why can’t you level up his speed like how you do the cleaning people/people who fill the things up? 3) I do not like how you only have 1 person for filling up toilet paper, filling more towels, filling more sodas, running the restaurant. There should at least be 2 people for each. I notice after I help fill up the soda machines, not long after, it’s empty again (smh). 4) It’s frustrating to have to collect all the money yourself and go into every single room and place that money is collected. Can’t it automatically just collect itself. It only collects when you aren’t in the hotel. 5) WHY can’t I go past the 2nd hotel? I maxed out at level 10. Is that the end of it? Please fix these issues and I will GLADLY change it to a 5 star and love the game more.

This game is addicting!!!. Hi guys! I just recently found this game and it is so addicting! I can’t stop playing it! So basically, your a person who just opened up a hotel, and you figure that there’s always going to be a long line. You do everything by yourself until you finally have enough money to get a cleaner. Personally I think that the cleaner is a little on the slow side. And just a minute later I can pay for her to go faster.( not with real money) After that she goes so much faster. Then after a little while, you can hire your own receptionist! This guy made my life so much easier. Then all you have to do is put toilet paper in the stalls. You can also update the rooms. I give this game a 10/10. I do recommend! Love yall!!!❤️❤️❤️

Dancegirl1234 thank you guys for makes the game. Honestly this game is super fun. but when it-comes to gems they are seriously super hard to get. I do wish that the game would let you get gems so easily because honestly in my opinion gems are more valuable then the money you guys. Ohh and i love the twist when you finally finish the first hotel and you reach level 8 which is the max. So you go to the next part of the hotel but at some point they make you go back and make you reach level 15 on the very first hotel you started with. Awesome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I only got this game because it kept popping up on my screen. I kept playing the ad till the X would pop up. but then I got to bored so I just downloaded it. I’d say that this game is exactly like the ads, and that it’s the perfect game for long car rides, and is super fun. You can get workers for you like the receptionist, cleaners, even a bartender! If you need a game to just sit down and play for a while to get away this is the perfect game! Its unbelievable the things you cant do with this app. I love how it leaves everything up to the imagination. I cant believe all the fun things I couldn’t do with this awesome game. The developers are genius. What a cool concept. Brilliant. I support this app all the way. Great work. I dont even know what life was like before this app. Awesome job. 😜
