My Perfect Hotel Game Reviews

No actual gameplay. The thing that bothers me about this game isn’t that it’s an ad-delivery system. This isn’t my first freemium game. In fact, I downloaded it after enjoying the millions of playable ads I’ve seen in other freemium games. My problem is that the ads are more fun than the game. The character in the ad moves at a reasonably fast pace, but the character in the game moves at half that speed, unless you opt into an ad every. three. minutes. The character in the ad has several different tasks to complete, making it seem like a time-management game. After the first few minutes of play, the character in the game just rides around collecting money (and sometimes toilet paper???) to pay for upgrades. The ad promises different hotels and design choices and variety. In several hours of playing, I saw the same two design options (a third if you watch another ad!!) and the same upgrades over and over. I’m not here to say that you shouldn’t collect ad revenue in order to develop your game. (But maybe drop the 17+ ads…) I am suggesting that you use some of that ad revenue to develop your game a little more, not just buy more ads. I’ll go back to enjoying your ad in other games, thanks!

Great game with potential had to delete. Love this game! Enjoyed every minute of it. Had to delete it because the ADs were getting out of control. I was willing to deal with it because of the love for the game but then it was getting to be every 5 minutes it would interfere in the middle of the game for an AD every 5 minutes that’s rediculous. I can see for the additional items and what not but to interrupt the playing of the game is a bit much. Then you want people to pay $9.99 for an AD free pack for the game. I already love the game and have given us all trauma from the amount of ADs you have put into this game the pack better be loaded with some amazing promises. Such as teleportation to the previous hotels. The character zooming around and much more more helpers to help run the hotels and make more profit in the packs at $10 a pop. This game had great potential losing your downloads due to the huge amount of AR content you have created in your game. Not saying eliminate it but chill out with it.

Ads, Ads, Ads. The actual game itself is fun. I enjoy unlocking different parts of the hotel, boosts, and avatars. Everything looks cute and appealing, but it does get a little chaotic once you start building up. Plus extra boosts in the game constantly pop up in your path, too. The amount of ads in this game, however, caused me to delete the game. You can purchase an ad free version for about $8 - $10, but it’s not worth it for me. I can fully understand watching an ad to get the better upgrade on your room or to add a wing to the hotel. But, I would get an ad randomly while I was walking down a hallway for no reason. I can usually tolerate ad breaks here and there if they make sense in a natural pause. But I couldn’t stand the ads just during normal game play. I also hated that I could not play this game in landscape mode. I will admit that I did not last long enough to try to see if I could change this in settings, but the default was only in portrait mode and I very much disliked playing this way.

Game play. I would just like to say that I love this game and have been playing it for way too long. However, the recent changes to it I personally hate. The fact that each hotel has its own money that can’t transfer over to other hotels, even though I’ve spent hours of time, in order to make it make the amount of money that I wanted it to make is ridiculous on top of that. They have made it extremely hard to make coins to upgrade your hotels cash rate or the fact he used to be when you were on the game your hotel made the minimum amount of money it doesn’t do that anymore. I just feel like it’s extremely ridiculous for a game that’s trying to over cost you for $20 battle passes for a hotel that maybe takes you two weeks to build like I rather buy the four Starbucks drinks. Also, I agree that there should be an update to the hotel manager. Were you could make so much money creating costumes or whatever else for him or even upgrading a vehicle but instead you do shortcomings instead of long purchases, so I’m just trying to enjoy my game so I would appreciate if this was looked into also creating some contrast in the hotels he gets very repetitive to the point that I am at since I’ve been playing it since you guys have launch the game

Legit Addictive. I have to say I love this game after playing for a few weeks. I love the bell hoppers walk like she cute. Lol my only complaints are when the customers are done with the room they throw the money while they are leaving which is not the problem, I jus find it funny. The problem is when the money goes flying I can't get it in the tight spots and it stays on the bed and now it looks like these other customers are using it as a blanket or pillow. When the money is on the bed I can not collect it through the walls like other places in the hotel. One time my VIP guest threw the money right outside the hotel and I can't even collect I can only look at it. And I wish the VIP could stay longer so I can collect a bit more for the amount of time it takes to watch these ads I would love to carry a portion of my money I collect from one hotel to the next so I can build a bit faster. I understand the ads keep the game free but does it have it have to be more than a minute long sometimes I'm sitting waiting for the ad to be done and there is no option to X out after 5 minutes I am waiting to play again and nothing I have to restart. Then after I restart the game all the money on the beds and chairs are gone...where did they go...did it automatically collect or did I lose my hard earned money? After all that I really enjoy this game especially while on the phone. Thank you developers for a great game!!

Fun mindless game, one issue with update. I really enjoy this game. It's a nice, mindless game to play. The ads are a bit out of control - an ad every 2 minutes or so is a bit too much for any game. The price for going ad free is fairly decent, though considering there's not much to do in this game other than upgrade your hotels, that may be worth it or not depending on how fun the game is for each person. And, it is kind of difficult to see if the game is worth the no-ad deal or not when you have long ads bombarding you every 2 minutes. The recent update provided more rewards to work towards in the game, rather than just moving back and forth and collecting money and stocking coffee machines for the sake of finishing upgrading the hotel. My only issue with the latest update is that I can't see how much money I've collected anymore. I'm not sure if that was intentional - it does look like there's a gap between a few icons on the left, so maybe that's a glitch? I hope that'll be readded soon, it's hard to tell if you have enough to upgrade things now until you go all the way across your hotel to see.

Drowned in ads. Don’t waste your time I deleted this game after playing twice it’s not worth it. You will be watching ads more then gameplay. To be quite honest at this point these game maker need to be paying me to stay on these games . I been a gamer my whole life and there is nothing new these people ad to games it’s the same repetitive task over and over with nothing new to keep you interested . They need to literally just make this app and call it AD HOTEL GET PAID TO WATCH ads guarantee you’ll find people to play then because this is ridiculous. And another user commented on the forced sexual ads with particularly women moaning and crying for scenes (more sexual sounding than in despair) listen they got apps you can advertise your porn on so stop with the nonsense on a kids game. I literally had to mute some of these games cause the ads are ridiculous. And also another users stated that this company has alot of nerve to keep using the ad excuse to pay their footbill but all these games made by the same maker you can tell by the interafce level creations the way the lower items are thrown at you cause you haven’t spent no money for higher awards is very obvious. I can literally guess what gifts I’ll be getting in any free offer and that has become a game itself is me trynna guessing what cheap reward I’ll get after watching 100 plus ads This one has been deleted and I’m done with these games wasting my precious time I don’t get paid for

Good game but…. This is a good game and it’s so addicting like I cant stop playing it but here are some things that bother me ☺️ 1. ADS: ads are annoying like if I’m about to get a new area and ad will pop up and I’m like bruh. And my parents wont let me buy game passes so yeah. 2. Collecting money 💵: I love getting money but I have how slow I walk and how I never just have the time to go in every single room and keep collecting money! ♥️ 3. VIP guests: I hate when a vip guest comes and I don’t get a notification for when he comes! 4. Service: When I get people to work for me there so slow it’s like there not even there and I have to buy like 5 things in the game (not game passes) to get the speed level up and it dosent change how fast there walking that annoys me. But anyway, this game is so fun and addicting if you are a parent and looking for a game for your child maybe consider this one and tell me if I’m wrong or if you disagree on anything! Great games but adds…. I got this game because I wanted a relaxing game… 1* I like the fact that the game is actually just like seen on ads, because games like Royal Match aren’t. 2* There isn’t anything when you have to wait for 3 hours or something like that. And it’s even really easy to get money. 3* When I want to get a speed boost there’s the options; PAY 3 GEMS or WATCH AN ADD. I choose to watch and add but it keeps loading indefinitely. I get tired of waitingI tired and get out of the options when an add shows up! So I can’t see an ad to get the boost but I can watch an ad for nothing! It is kind of annoying me because I really wanted to get that boos☹️. Oh and the ads are disgusting! They are SO inappropriate 🤢🫥 the game is supposed to be 12+ but a twelve years old shouldn’t see that. I have to get out of the game, close the tab and get back to the game because I just can’t keep watching those ads. Great game though! 😊

Game is as advertised. Ive been playing for perhaps an hour or so and the game is as advertised. But like all games there is an ad roughly every three minutes that is typically skippable after 10 seconds. Ive noticed there is also an ad after almost every upgrade. The game is true to its advertisement in the sense that what you see is what you get. In my opinion getting to nearly level five there isn't much substance to the game and gets boring- but as you're starting to get bored the ads begin to get irritating and frustrating. If you're willing to drop ten dollars for no ads go for it- but personally i think with the lack customization and a very repetitive game play, it is not worth it. Also this is one of those games where you are constantly having to walk around and collect money- some of it even glitching out leaving it to be something you cannot acquire. With the insane amount of ads- this is a sit and wait tycoon game. In all honesty youll have a better time just downloading roblox to play ad free tycoons endlessly.

Buggy?. When you level up, you get a few rewards and can double it with an ad. But you get nothing if the ad messes up. Had an ad play all the way through, screen went black, waited and waited and nothing happened. Come back to game and I leveled up but got zero rewards, no coin thingys, no money, absolutely nothing. I thought maybe it would just reward me as though I didn’t watch an ad but nope. Nothing. And this happens with the ads and it delays progress in the game. Frustrating because even if you pay for no ads, you still get the option to watch them for doubling rewards etc but it’s too buggy with ads no matter what. So what promises to help aid in your progress actually delays it because if I didn’t watch an ad I would’ve at least got SOMETHING but instead I get a big fat nothing. UPDATE: upgraded 3 rooms in a row and got ZERO stars and ZERO points toward that cloud thing. Gave me upgraded rooms but NO stars, SEVERAL TIMES NOW, this is garbage. Then again it happened a little while later, why so buggy! Leveled up without getting any rewards, upgraded many rooms without any rewards. Ridiculous. I’d rather it not give me an upgraded room and make me watch another ad later when it stops bugging out so I have a chance to get something at least, but to get the room without anything or level up without anything it’s supposed to give you is happening way too often for the game to even be enjoyable. What a joke.

Addictive. I play this game almost daily to pass time and I love the game. It’s easy to play and get addicted. I paid for the ad free version of the game and it’s a lot more enjoyable without the forced ads. However, some of the ads are necessary like doubling your rewards speed or carry boosts and upgradeable rewards. I am super upset though because since the last “bug fix” the ads to carry more items are completely gone! That was one of the best rewards with ads because it tripled what you could carry at one time. Then it decreased to double what you could carry and now it’s GONE! Walking from one end of the hotel to another to open up a new area and only having the ability to carry 3 items and you need 60 to open can get quite tedious and time consuming. Developers… Please look into fixing this as it is my only complaint as an ad free player. Otherwise the game play is great and you can play offline. It can keep you immersed for hours and is a great time passer. Thanks for a great game! Satisfied Gamer :)

Glitches & issues. Sometimes when a person goes into the hotel room they get stuck beside the bed and new people will come. If you refresh the app they will go away, please fix this glitch/issue. Here are some more issues for me about the game. 1: To many pop up on the ground I will be playing that game then accidentally touch one of those circle things and are saying watch this add to get the game bucks which that are every where. 2: So when the game customers leave money at the end of there visit which is annoying for two reasons. 1 The money will start going on the couch and I can’t get the money so I leave it there. 2 To much money piling up which then there’s no room so it goes on the couch. To fix twos problems I think the developers should make the money go straight into you game account or allow the maids to pick up but you have to go to the maid to get the money It’s still a great game though just issues and glitches Developers please fix these issue & glitches

This game is impossible to play on iPhone6. Hello, this game seems ok. Nothing in particular is crazy or out of ordinary about it. Unfortunately it is super slow and glitchy for iPhone6 users like myself. The main issue arises from the adds. First, like other users said there are too many of them, one in every two minutes seem crazy frequent to me and kills all the joy of playing your game. Secondly, the adds don’t load properly, most of the times when an add appears, it becomes just a black screen with nothing happening and no reaction to clicking the screen, no way to close the black screen either. I get it might be an IOS issue, but I didn’t have this problem on any other apps. This awful issue resulted into closing the game each time an add appears and starting it again. Eventually I got tired of it because dealing with glitchy adds every 1.5 minutes is not something I want in a gameplay, hence I deleted it after playing for about 40 mins. There were some other bugs in the game itself too, but I won’t go into full detail about them. Please, fix the issue with the glitchy adds.

Great game at but to expensive. This is game is amazing. Addictive, fun, and challenging but something too challenging. Too challenging that I have to spend 70k on just one room. One room!!! I love this game but spending at least 70k to 80k on just a room upgrade or something is just to much. I have to constantly watch ads or wait to actually have the money I need to spend on just a room or an upgrade. The crazy thing is that I just got this about a month ago, I’m already on the second hotel and I spending so much on just one thing that I just kinda stop playing. It got annoying and frustrating to the point that I never really have an interest to play. I still go on the app and play but it only for a few minutes, cus I don’t want to spend most of time waiting or watching ads to actually continue on into the game. Yes I know it supposed to get harder as you grow more into the game. But still 70k!!! For a room!! I don’t even want to know how expensive it gets when I’m on the third hotel. Just please developers maybe calm down the expense. Don’t get me wrong I love this game but just waiting just so I can actually play the game is just plain out boring and annoying. Thank you!!! Also if you are thinking about the game just prepare that this game take a lot of you battery usage.

Like the game. Too many ads.. A couple of complaints and suggestions, iPhone 13. 1. When guests need to be serviced they usually go to sleep after and then leave. I noticed that after that, they stand in the room as if they aren’t there. Maids clean the room and they’re still standing there at the front of the bed. And the same character pairs they glitch bad, they start walking sideways. 2. I like that the guest leave tips in the bedroom. However the stacks of money gets thrown in places the character can’t obtain the cash stack. I think it’ll be better to stack the cash like all the other areas. Outside of the bedroom. It may flow better. I think it’ll look better and be uniform. The money everywhere looks messy. In my opinion. 3. Too many ads. Kids playing the game won’t finish the game, they’ll want to play something else. If I find anything else to add I’ll edit my post. Thanks for the game. It’s nice. UPDATE: Thank you kindly for replying to my review. I just want to state that I’m not saying your team should cancel ads all together, I get it makes it free for users to play.. it’s just too many. If it were a bit less maybe it wouldn’t be so many people complaining about them. We all hate ads. But, we know why ads exist. Maybe instead of saying “the game won’t function without ads”. Just say “the ads support free play”. However, like I said, if you were a bit less of the same complaints , maybe lessen the ads.

Newest update ruined it. Why bother now. This game is indeed addictive and quickly became my favorite phone game. It took me a long time to build up my abilities that made the game more enjoyable, many of which I unlocked weeks or months ago after playing on a daily basis. The increased speed, cash collection radius, and cleaning speed were particularly important upgrades as they drastically improved basic gameplay. Without the increased cash collection radius for example, there were areas in each room where if the money dropped there it was impossible to pick up. Today when I opened the app I received a message that they did a complete overhaul of the level and ability system, resetting the level and refunding coins. I took the refunded coins and unlocked the levels once again to find that I no longer have any of these abilities and am experiencing issues that I haven't had since I first downloaded the game. Considering how far I've gotten in the game, losing these abilities makes it essentially unplayable. The previous 100-level system made much more sense, objectively. Despite it having been my favorite game app and a good game otherwise, at this point I will likely just delete it since the developers decided to rescind everyone's progress on a whim. What's the point now.

ADS. I like the game but I don’t want to have get ads every few minutes even when you don’t click on the money or the ride on an ad will pop,up,in the middle of the game while you are playing. I also agree with other people that when you make money it should travel to all hotels I feel that it doesn’t so more ads will pop up and you need them to start a new hotel because you have no money. The ride on should last for more time and the ads should slow down it be the same ads and the one for Royal Match is CRAZY if you click the X button for no it will say hey 5 more seconds you click the X hey 5 more seconds you click the X 5 more seconds you get it it goes on and on. When I first started the ads were shorter but the longer I have played the longer they get please change some stuff that your customers are complaining about. Thank you They answered and said the ADs keep it free the ADs are horrible and are either sexual or Royal Match so change what ADs you show. Everyone should stop playing this game until the developers listen to the complaints that are going out and not just giving generic answers like people are sheep.

Amazing! 🤩 ❤️. This game is great and I’m really a fan of the way the characters and the overall game is built. However, one thing that gets me a little annoyed but really just a thing to laugh at, is that when I try and grab one toilet paper roll, it gives me two or three and then I’m walking around my hotel carrying toilet paper! 😂 Really though, a solid game that, to me, deserves a five star rating! I enjoy this game a lot as it helps calm me down and do my work, which is a miracle for my teachers. If you’re looking for a game that soothes your thoughts that you don’t have to worry about scaring you in your dreams or distracting you from work, than this app is for you! If your at any age where your still in school and have an incredible amount of homework to get to, I suggest you download this game! If you got this far I’d like to thank you for reading it! Wonderfully Addictive. I have been playing this game for at least a year and i absolutely love playing it everyday. My only complaint really is that the daily tasks ask us to upgrade or build a certain amount of rooms a day that is too much. I am on the brand new hotel and I have learned late in game not to do the upgrade because then I just got to next level when I had plenty of other rooms I could have built on previous level to get my tasks for day. Upgrading 20 rooms a day pretty much means I would been building most of my hotel floor. I want this game to last as long as possible and I can’t if I have to upgrade or build so many of each. Also I have about 3,000 coin thing that you use to upgrade income and I have no use for them now since every one of hotels is at the highest level. So the use of the cloud game is of no use for me at all.

Too many unprompted ads. I wish I could rate this game higher, cause I love this app! Loads of fun, and very addicting! I’ve enjoyed it all….except for the UNPROMPTED ads. I understand why the app has ads and I don’t mind the majority of them. But the amount of ads that happen without requesting them to get things in the game, is OBNOXIOUS. And quickly turning me sour. I don’t mind watching a 30 second ad to get a heads up in the game or a step further. I can’t be the only one so the ads are still running. Please kick the unprompted ads down a notch. I don’t want to stop playing this game but I’m working hard to convince myself. Sincerely, A fan of the game:) Update: I’ve become far to annoyed by the volume of ads and frequency of the ads. Again, prompted ads I can deal with but stopping me in the middle of my game play for 1.5 minutes every 5 minutes is obnoxious and borderline unplayable. I have deleted the app and won’t be coming back unless I can play the game without having a million ads thrown in my face every 5 minutes.

Too many ads, audio and video freezes at times.. This game can be very addictive. The best part about this game is you don’t need to pay to continue to advance. All one has to do is watch ads to accumulate cash and coins. But there lies the problem. This game has too many ads, many with over 2 minutes long. Even if you have plenty of cash and coins and don’t need to click for additional cash rewards (with mandatory ad viewing), the game will automatically interrupt you for ads after less than two minutes. Frankly, I can deal with the ads since I still enjoy game. But I now have to delete this because of plenty of occasions when the game freezes or the sound vanishes. To resolve the problem, I had to delete and reinstall the app. But in doing so, I ended up starting from the beginning. The amount of money and coins remained the same, but whatever rooms and upgrades I already accumulated at that level and that hotel — vanished. The first two times this happened, I was lucky I only had few rooms. But the last time, I nearly completed all the rooms and upgrades for that particular hotel; however, the game wiped out all the gains. The app is no longer worth continuing ☹️.

Perfection!✨💖. Please read this, I’ve recently been getting some delays on my other apps because my storage is very low and I have ran out of it. And the reason why I love this game is because! It’s just like what it was on the ad for the game and you could play it and it was absolutely amazing BUT! It’s even better when you actually install the app 100X better so i am loving this game a lot and as you play the game, you will start to upgrade your hotel by seeing benefits to make your hotel better and the best part is ADS DON’T POP UP ALOT!!!! But when you start to really upgrade your hotel this is when the ads show up, for me at first I either got like 2/3 ads that pop up on its own but I’m certain it’s 2 so yeah. Then one more thing about this game you really have to do the job regardless of the cleaners, loaders, etc. because when you get the benefit to make them go faster you will notice that they will go 1 or no speed faster so it’s good that you can do every job in this game. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else!. It was entertaining at first, but then I got a deal for to remove the ads, gems and tokens package for 5.99 for half off the regular price . It never removed the ads at all, but I got the gems and tokens, which I didn’t care for that much, but I just wanted the ads to be removed more than anything. I contacted them about the money/ issue and was a complete wast of my time and never got my money back or the ads fixed. I later noticed several annoying bugs somewhere after updates down the road. For instance the (waiters or waitresses)now push you out of the way to get what they need ,when you are in the circle getting items for the guest to help the waiters out or to unlock new area in the hotel map to complete that task. Another bug is daily quests, I would complete several task list to progress to the next hotel, you get close to completing it and all what you did gets wiped. For instance speed up the loaders and speed up the restaurant staff. It never gave me the areas for my character to stand to pay to complete it to move on,I Found this out the hard way later on when, I would close the app out until I wanted to go back and finish that hotel level.

Money collection/problems... I love this game, really satisfying and fun to play. The prices are fair but honestly the only thing I’m not liking is that all the income doesn’t come directly to your collection. I feel like once your done with upgrading and unlocking everything, then you should have to personally go and collect the money, or just have all income go to you. Having to go all over the place is time consuming and once you run out of money at one hotel, you have to go to the others and personally collect all of it or as much as you can. Also, I feel like we should be able to choose our colors and not the game itself. So honestly going back and forth over and over again is kinda boring and time consuming. Another thing I noticed is when I buy to unlock a room or something else, an ad pops up (I leave the game and come back so I don’t have to watch the ad(s)) and when I go back, the price is reset. I had a 6-8k room to unlock and this happened. My money didn’t come back either. There’s a lot of money problems on this game tbh. But other than that, it’s fun and relaxing. I’m just so far into the game already I don’t want to delete it…also when is there going to be more hotels??

Game is 100 out of 100 bc it’s so fun and it has so good graphics. This is the best game I’ve ever owned/played I’ve literally spent in the first day 5 to 6 hours on it first I was like I can’t stop playing this game and I saw the ad and I was like oh it looks like a pretty good game and then once I got it it literally blew out my expectations The graphics were so good the animations were so good. Everything was so good. I would’ve rated it 1 billion stars I could never stop playing this game in the first time I tried it I was so amazed by literally everything! is the best game ever it even passed my expectations of Minecraft and roblox! This is the best game in the whole entire world but I do have some expectations that did not meet like the fact that the ads just pop up every single time It’s so annoying to deal with the long ads another thing is that the player feels like it’s super slow at least way to make your character faster without having to deal with ads or get those character vehicles that will last three minutes. But love the game!

Too many ads and glitches and ads with glitches. Fun to play but too many ads. They pop up for no reason and interrupt your actions. Also some ads have non functioning mute buttons, you can tap but sound still plays and you get sent to App Store to get the game. Other ads violate the silent button. I put the phone on silent for a reason, then the stupid ad blares out. So a definite no for that app. Other ads have 5 second delays, sometimes as many as 3 screens each for 5 seconds before you can move on. Considering that you’ve seen all these ads already it is extremely annoying. If you purchase something, get an ad, and shut the game, you lose the purchase AND the money you just spent, I guess this is their way of penalizing you for not watching their ads. At the beach hotel, there is one wing where the cleaner is assigned 4 rooms to clean and never makes it to the 4th room (to the left of the pool), so you need to keep dumping money into upgrading that room to progress in the game, but you don’t make any money back from it.

Coolest game ever. This game has zero ads is probably most important that’s only first of all second of all this game does not take any Wi-Fi. You heard that right and read that right no Wi-Fi so go on a train go on a boat go on anything but don’t drop your phone or else you really want please try my it is one of the best games ever you will fall in love with it. I say it’s better than royal match find out. I don’t think you record you won’t beat it because I have five I have like so many rooms more than five so come on and try and beat my record of 15 rooms. I don’t think you can but sometimes I think you can and I think you can now now try it out. I gotta get back to work bye oh and also have fun that’s the third rule, that’s all your rule. All the rules first one was zero adds second is no Wi-Fi and third is having the best friend ever in this game now go try now because I am about to go and get this and keep playing so I can get a higher record. My mini hotel. Okay so this game is really really fun and entertaining. You don’t need any Wi-Fi and they don’t make you watch ads. sometimes if you want to upgrade your beds or rooms to the highest level, then you need to watch an ad or if you want more money, you have to watch an ad, but they don’t necessarily make you watch it The only thing that really really bothers me. I AM CONFLICTED. This game is so amazing but whenever I do a prestige upgrade it glitches and text me back to when the hotel was like first done on level one it takes me back to like level one and I was on level four like 40 something on the beach hotel, and now I’m back at level one where I started it’s really annoying because like I don’t even wanna upgraded at this point because OK I know it’s gonna glitch unless I have money and I’m not spending money on a game so I’m conflicted on what I should do because this is really annoying but I love the game so much my screen time has gone up since I started playing. It’s a good time killer but I seriously am considering getting rid of it because it’s ridiculous because I also tried to update my first hotel that I had and then it went back to starting over so I just did the same thing to the beach hotel thinking of maybe it was just like one glitch and it will happen again what’s happened twice now?

I feel deceived like Adam and Eve.. So I was just playing Subway Surfers and an ad popped up for this game. The ad consisted of a test game to see how you would like to play the real thing. I immediately started playing the test game and I played for about 5 minutes even though the ad was only 30 seconds. The way the ad worked was that the hotel rooms would immediately be cleaned when you walked up to the little cleaning icon. Also the guests would instantly get checked in once you walked up to the desk. After a little bit, I decided to download the game. As soon as it was done downloading, I opened it and started playing, just to realize that when I walked up to the cleaning icon, I had to make the character stand in one place at each cleaning icon for a few seconds. In other words, it wasn’t immediate like it was in the ad. It is honestly disappointing because the game actually looked extremely fun. I’m not usually the person to complain, but the ads are supposed to display what it will actually be like to play the game. If I were you, I wouldn’t waste my time downloading this game.

⚠️WARNING⚠️. This game is legit addictive, I had a screen time of about one and a half hours, but since I have downloaded this game, my screen time is about three or four hours. I love all the avatars and skins can unlock in this game. You can upgrade hotels and rooms if you want to. You upgrade things by completing daily tasks and just taking care of the hotel. You can upgrade by getting coins from daily tasks or diamonds the coins allow you to unlock new qualities of your skin while the diamonds allow you purchase additional money to upgrade, etc. BUT, if the game asks you if you want to update the whole hotel do this at your own risk. When it asked me if I wanted to upgrade the whole hotel I was so excited because it can give you so many benefits but you have to be careful because it updates the whole hotel. It will delete your progress and the rooms you have already built. It will give you more money and overall is good if you want to start over, but I’m not a fan of having my work deleted for no reason. That’s all I have to complain about because everything else is wonderful and I would recommend this game for anyone and everyone. Seriously this is one of the best games that I’ve ever got. Ok - more mind numbing than anything. It’s a super simple game without much to do besides collect money and build. Once you build the whole hotel there’s nothing more to do. It wants you to go back and check the other properties but again there’s nothing to do but collect money that you can’t spend on anything. There’s a fair amount of glitches. Such a basic game that it seems like a kid created it. If so, props you did great as a kid. If an adult made it, maybe take some classes. Lots of glitches where they don’t leave money, the money is inaccessible in the room, characters are frozen in sequences, etc. Most importantly, the ads are so inappropriate!!!! My children would love creating the hotels and building the different themes. But the ads in the app are so inappropriate that they can’t even watch over my shoulder in case some explicit ad pops up. (Again even the ad has glitches where the ad doesn’t disappear and you have to shut down the entire game to exit out of an ad). Super disappointing. Could be awesome but just not there yet.

SURPRISINGLY FUN!. I played this a second time with the new updates and I actually still enjoy it. Made it demote difficult in the sense of you need to level up to get movement speed or carry weight but I actually don’t mind that. This game does have ads but you don’t need to watch ads to get extra money. You can but it’s actually not necessary at all. If you don’t like ads they put a big sale sign that’s like $10 but if you buy their cheap pass for like $5 it comes with no ads. But I played the game before without buying that and still enjoyed it. I love the different hotels and I love the different things they put in. Two give two examples, The first one has toilets, the second has toilets and soda machine, pool, diner. And you get to run those and stock them which I like to do. It’s relaxing when I’m stuck doing nothing. I quite enjoy this game

Few problems. This game is very addictive, i’ve been playing for hours but i do have some concerns. The first thing i noticed is the inappropriate ads. I went though the reviews and the developers response is always the exact same. I know you need to show ads and stuff but what we’re really talking about is how inappropriate they are. I like to watch an ad to get a better upgrade for my hotel rooms for more money and stars n’ stuff but whenever I watch the ad it freezes and I have to close the app then reopen it. When I reopen it it chooses the room for me which makes me so mad. What really concerned me is the fact that there is no diversity whatsoever. When you download this game you spawn as a white man and you can change it to a woman but i’m seeing no option to change the color of your skin. None of the NPC’s or unlock-able skins have anyone from a different culture, religion, or race, and that is very concerning to me. Lastly, I would love it if the tips can automatically be collected so I don’t have to run around the hotel for them. And MORE HOTELS!!! Please fix your game and actually and read and listen to our concerns instead of AI.

Love it 😊. This is a super cool game. I love it. I love how you get to like make more things have buildings have a bar have a restaurant, but then you have to go through the phase where when it says you have to. get another level with all these amazing things and new item and some new coins. Some of this some of that and I was super excited for the first time so I tried it and it really did work. I loved it so I tried it a second time and it did not work no more because I did not get my item. I did not get nothing. I only got a few extra money and my bar and that’s the only thing I have to complain about but really everything‘s the best. I love how you get to like. Have a child. Just super happy to make their own money one day. This is like good for a child like for me yeah I love this. It’s such a cool game and I love it and it’s nearly the best game you could ever upload on your phone. It’s better better than not having anything at all thing that has got me mad is the ads in the ad when I was playing a game one time it was super cool. I loved it but then like when I downloaded it it had so many ads random ad popping up left and right and I did not really like that but really everything‘s the best. I love it so yeah💕☺️

Needs to be updated. There is an issue with the cleaners not cleaning all their rooms and or starting to clean a room but then leaving without finishing it. Also having to go from room to room to collect income is time consuming and would be easier to just have it automatically collect when the customer leaves the room as we’re already running around collecting from other areas like restaurant, reception, bar, vending, etc areas. Also when in one Hotel, the accumulation for other hotels collections stops at 3K when they should be constantly accumulating whether we’re in that hotel at the moment or not. It’s also frustrating that when you leave the app your income isn’t constantly accumulating in the hotel your working on so it takes way more time to gain the amounts of income needed to unlock or upgrade areas. Please try to factor in these issues as not everyone can leave an app open and running 24/7 which makes it difficult to achieve goals at a snails pace. Also when a person purchases the NO ADs package then it should be a true NO ADs even when doing upgrades, if we’re paying to stop that feature then it should stop otherwise I’d like money back for paying for that specific feature. Also Game tends to freeze up or crash at random when doing tasks. Please consider adding more Hotels.

Character token update. They tweaked the character update model from 100 levels to 60, but they more than doubled the amount of needed tokens to upgrade 1 level. Also the values of improvements have lowered. For instance, I had a 6% movement increase before the update. After the update I was able to reunlock the same 6% speed boost yet my character is noticeably slower. Mind you, I was in the middle of playing prior to being forced off the app & this update installing in less than a minute. Needless to say I felt the immediate difference in speed. Lastly, the increments between key upgrades are now larger. I lost a key upgrade I had (10% boost in cleaning speed) & was on the verge of another key upgrade (150% boost in cleaning radius). I currently would have to earn 5 levels at a minimum of 65 tokens per level which is my current threshold (an extra 30 per level than previously) to achieve a level I already had. I would I have to climb 10 levels to reach where I was at previously. Assuming the net requirements don’t scale exponentially (which they do by 5 each upgrade) at 65 tokens a level that’s 650 tokens (tokens generally take hours to accumulate) to get back to where I was and this is ignoring the 10 levels I was able to reclimb from the refunded tokens (262). To put it in less nerdy terms, don’t get comfortable grinding levels they’ll just up & erase your time spent.

Would like to love this game. This game truly is addicting, i do like it but literally can’t ignore the fact this game is CONSTANTLY trying to get you to buy something, and the ads are quite literally ridiculous. It cost $10 to remove ads, which again is ridiculous. They force your hotel to get cockroaches, but you only get enough spray to kill two so if you don’t want roaches they expect you to fork over some of your hard earned money, unless your lucky enough the get offered some for an ad. good concept, too bad these developers are purely out for our money but slap “free” on the game. Personally i probably would’ve spent a few dollars on this game, if they weren’t trying to consistently shove spending money down my throat. oh and if everything the game wasn’t more than $2, cause everything’s upwards of $5-$10 which is absolutely ridiculous for a GAME. Don’t y’all make enough with the 10 ads every 3 mins?? Ridiculous and too bad. Sadly deleting because it’s truly ridiculous how many ads they bombard your with & all the money they want you to spend. Whenever the people of the app read this i just want y’all to realize not everyone can pay money to play a stupid game, especially kids, which is more than likely your target demographic.

…. The game is good and all but for SOME REASON I keep getting “weed inc.” ads or something and it’s 17+ and this game is a 12+ why would you have a type of ad like this on your game for 12+? It shouldn’t be acceptable because kids shouldn’t have to see stuff like weed even thought the ad doesn’t have realistic graphics, this shouldn’t be acceptable because some kids will take the ad as “advise (?)” to have this type of stuff. Now I know I set the review to 4/5, but the reason is, is that this game is good and you don’t just finish in a week or two, and it’s a good game but there are MANY ads and the offers and stuff I get but the no reason-Ed ads? Those are the really annoying ones because I get those like every thirty minutes. But my main problem is that one ad, you see I know someone who actually go “advise” from an ad and it was about that type of stuff -thank you for reading this complaint/comment :)

Literally got me through a hard time.. I know this is just a repetitive game and had no really progression but honestly this game is really fun. Not to sounds dramatic but it helped me through a really hard time which was months of depression and confusion. I just played this to take my mind off of the depression. And it really did get me through it. Once I was ready to move past what I was going through I just uninstalled it because it was great for while it lasted. 🙏🏻🫡this game is so fun and I didn’t even mind the ads. Gave me time to rest my eyes from running my hotel and refilling coffee or fire wood. I’m being serious when I say that sometimes little games like this don’t seem to have any purpose but when it’s helping you through a rough time it’s significant. I defs recommend if you just need a break from your daily struggle and wanna zone out and be a bellhop hotel manager XD

Keeping my attention + suggestions. Usually when I get ads about these kinds of games I get skeptical. But i downloaded since it kept popping up on this room designing game. Never thought I’d actually be so fixated on it though. It’s a growth simulator and it’s pretty straightforward. It’s a game I don’t mind spending money on. Needing to remove ads is a bit costly though. Other than that, I don’t have many complaints. I just think that collecting money in individual rooms ultimately is time consuming. If you could make a “collect all” option that would be amazing. And the option to go back to previous interior designs in rooms and the lobbies/hallways after upgrades, without changing the amount of money u get from the rooms and general upgrades. Oh, and changing the outfits for the bellhop when it comes to different resort themes. I think having those kinds of additions would be really nice for the game! Other than that, it’s a game I could see myself playing for a while.

Pretty dam good game!. First and foremost, this game is actually a lot of fun and casual. The graphics are fun and easy on the eyes, if you want to play the game 100% free it is possible, you can tell a lot of time went into this game. Even the music is decent and doesn’t get irritating. However, the forced ads, like the top review said, is just out of control. I get that there’s profit and money is ultimately what creates drive. And I will say that it was a smart move to throw in so many ads to back me (and I’m sure others) into buying the ad free. With that being said- it’s rude that when I spend the time to watch multiple ads (that the developers are getting paid for) once I suffer through it I get shoved into the forced ads. Also, there needs to be quality control some of the ads that come up are very inappropriate. Anyhow! Last but not least, I came to say the same thing as the top review. That dumb little compass does not help me get where I need to go. There HAS GOT TO BE a zoom out map or something!! To add to that it’d be really cool to take a step back and see all the time spent making a one bedroom hotel into a bustling beacon of beds. Overall, I look forward to playing the game there’s lots of room for advancement the update has a lot of very nice upgrades I enjoy it a lot! Give it a try but maybe play while doing something like cooking where you can put the phone down during an ad 🤷‍♀️

Addicting but frustrating. So I absolutely love this game and can’t stop playing it. There are a few complaints however. The forced ads man… They’re driving me crazy. I keep feeling compelled to watch ads for more coins as well as vehicle transports. Which brings me to my second complaint. 3 minutes is beyond such a short amount of time to have a vehicle. I keep having to watch stupid ads just to get another 3 short minutes again… Could you please make it at least 5 mins each time? That would be incredibly helpful and a lot less annoying. Now for my main complaint: The lagging. It lags soooo much when I collect my coins oh my goodness! I’m getting extremely frustrated at it. Even just a couple coins will make it lag a bit, not to mention the whole amount of coins next to the reception desk. Wow! It freezes for several seconds before I can start moving again. I’m so tired of this. Please make it so it doesn’t lag anymore or at least a lot less! That would be beyond helpful! I seriously hope you guys actually take our suggestions into consideration and actually do them bc there are so many other games that just don’t seem to care about listening to their players which in turn only gives them lower ratings and losing players which I hope you guys wouldn’t want. Sexually inappropriate ads. This game has entirely too many ads, in general. However, you cross the line when you subject my child to inappropriate game ads that are for mature audiences only. This game is listed as ages 12+, yet it’s showing sexually explicit game ads that are targeted for ages 17+. What sense does that make? And why can’t I turn off those type of ads for free? I get that the app is supported by the ads…but your players shouldn’t have to be forced to watch ads that are blatantly sexual. I have no choice but to delete this game. Do better!!! Regarding the developer’s response: seriously?! You gave the same canned response that you’ve given everyone that complains about too many ads. Clearly you didn’t read my review…while the AMOUNT of ads are annoying, my real issue is regarding the ad CONTENT! The ads contain sexually inappropriate imaging & games. Another user called it “soft core porn”, which is essentially what it is. The rapey ad with the dildo is the worst of them all. But as long as you guys get your ad profits, all is well, right?! Never mind the fact that children (or anyone) are being forced to watch these type of ads if they continue to play this game. Ridiculous! Your response tells me all that I need to know about your company. Sooo glad I deleted. You guys are truly trash!

🤪 idk what to put here 🤪. So I downloaded this game and it’s pretty fun! You just collect money and use that money to expand your hotel. But there are a few problems. When I was playing, I needed more money. So I went went to one of the little money circle things that you have to watch an ad to get. I watched an ad and… got nothing. Speaking of the ads, It’s literally the same ad over and over and for some reason it kept taking me to AppStore. See to that, developers. The ads are just a bit too much. Next, I think that there should be a worker who takes the iron or smoothie to the person. Or maybe there is and I just haven’t unlocked it yet. Also um, the walking movements are uh, very… interesting. Another thing I noticed is that the game is very repetitive. It’s the same cycle over and over: Collect, upgrade, collect, upgrade… and so on. Maybe add a little variety such as maybe VIP customers that require different needs. And maybe some costumers could stay multiple days which gets me thinking day/night cycle? I’m closing right now but something that happens often is when I go to collect tips from the people the tips end up on the chair in the corner of the room and I can’t get it. :(. Anyway that’s what I think of the game so yeah… ok byeeee 🤪

I am sad to say that it is kind of a little bit addicting, so it increases your screen time by a lot. A lot of these other reviews say that there are way too many ads and partially I agree with that, but it’s a really fun good game, and I can endure an ad every five-ish minutes for that kind of thing. There are quite a lot of in app purchases, some which are necessary to continue with the game, but there are ways to go around having to spend money on games. If you try out this game and you don’t like it, here are a couple suggestions: Burger Please! My toy store My mini mart Aquarium land I don’t see why you wouldn’t like this game though. It’s really entertaining, and I don’t really ever have a hard time ignoring all the ads. I think that all the people who have written reviews for this are just exaggerating when they say that it’s so annoying and you should never get this game because of it. So you should get it!

Widely Inappropriate Ads. The game is very addictive. However the ads are ridiculous. I allowed my 7 year old to play it ( it’s a almost 2d game with cute visuals) but the ads that pop up are absolutely inappropriate for anyone! Shows scenes of lewd behavior and adulatory. Why on earth would I even want to see this if I was playing a game not even remotely similar? The game is easy enough for a 4 year old to play but the ads aren’t appropriate for anyone under 21. Tried to put restrictions on my iPad to change the ad suggestions. Now I can’t even play the game! I won’t buy this game if they think ads like Chapters: Interactive Stories is alright to show for those unwilling to pay. Edit: was sent a reply from the game basically saying “ sorry but we have to show ads.” Fine, show ads but not sexually explicit ads labeled 17+ for a 12+ game. There is plenty of cute app out there that don’t have anything inappropriate you can show. I play another game that actually asks a survey after each ad about how I liked or disliked the ad. No reason to show shut garbage ads for a game geared towards middle school children and older!

Too many ads, not enough hotels. Partly taken from another review because this is 100% accurate… The game is flooded with ads. Like seriously, you have to watch an ad every time you tap a button, which is extremely annoying and inconvenient, and on top of that, it's the same three ads in rotation. Also, the game is a bit buggy. l've noticed that after a little while of playing it starts glitching. There's a different room where one of the characters just freezes in front of the bed and is there for the entirety of the game, even while other guests and maids are going THROUGH the figure. Also, there are only 9 hotels it seems. 9 hotels and you can redo each one like three times to gain extra prestige which I don’t understand the point of. You can’t earn money from the hotels that transfers to other hotels. Each hotel has its own currency that stays with that hotel only. It appears this game is just a shell for ads for revenue generation. It’s crazy addicting but once you get flooded hard with the ads, it’s hard to stay glued. Even harder to stick with it when you figure out the prestige and see the 9 hotels. The hotels are all really cute though, but doing each one three times is a lot.

Fun game. If you absolutely hate ads, this game isn't for you. But if you’re looking for a game that’ll help pass the time, this is it. Everything you can buy can also be earned through watching ads. A lot of the times I'm playing this game because i need to fidget with something and then BOOM! I’m on the grind to complete daily task or see how the final room looks like. On a not so productive day I find myself just collecting money in the rooms and just watching all the little NPCs do there thing lol. The hotels are beautifully designed making it a satisfying experience when you upgrade a hotel to its highest level. So the reason I gave this game 4 stars is because the game gets glitchier as you update/create more rooms and when you progress through the levels. I’m on an XR and figured I could play this game but the more I advance, the game bugs out. If there is a way the developers could fix this then i would give it a 5 stars. But for now 4. Plus i think when you get a “Big Tip” there should be some sort of notification that let's you know the big spender is waiting in the lobby.

Don’t bother paying for elite or money. I paid the $25 for the elite ad free part but it’s not ad free and it doesn’t carry over into the other hotels when you move on in the game. same as when you purchase money in the game with diamonds, the money doesn’t transfer into the next hotel so you just waste your money and diamonds. The elite was implied that it would be for the whole as when you open it up it allows you to see ahead where you can progress but then you go to he next hotel and you’ll have to pay the $25 again for ad free and rewards… Not worth it for a simple dumb game that doesn’t actually have any progress in it.

Entertaining game but ads seem like a scam. I’m a sucker for a mobile app game, and ads are a given part of that. And sometimes, you click the ads to download another mobile game. I’ve now had it happen TWICE where after entering my apple password (which is strange in and of itself, since it’s previously always used Face ID) nothing has downloaded. Because of me having checked this, I’ve immediately changed my password. Nothing appears to have been stolen or hacked having obtained this password, so unsure if it’s just a glitch, but I’m not about to risk my internet safety over a potential glitch. Especially one that’s now happened exactly the same way both times with nothing successful inbetween.

Amazing game, but unplayable without paying.. I wrote an earlier review detailing how there was too many ads and the game was unplayable with a forced ad every 3 minutes. Eventually I caved and bought the (15AUD) no ads pack. There is a really nice game hidden underneath. I do wish however, that the $30/month IAP wasn’t constantly pushed (as well as voluntary ads) after you’ve already paid for the no ads pack. I do understand the motives of creating a “free” game but essentially forcing the IAP. However, I would rather a game that costs $15 and not deal with a bunch of in game advertising then a “free” game that constantly forces micro transactions/ads.

Room for improvement. I really enjoyed getting into this game. Some recommendations for improvement: I stopped playing after the third hotel because there’s little else to explore. I was excited at the idea of building these different hotels but other than the location, everything inside is the same. It would be super fun if the decor, restaurant meals and other things were themed. (Exception is the barbie one which is fun, but suffers as follows:) There’s little incentive to keep expanding your hotels when there aren’t enough cleaners and loaders to maintain the areas. You don’t get a choice in what you spend your money on, and you’re forced to either watch ads or buy gems to get to the next level, even while the existing areas aren’t looked after. Outdated gender roles: all the cleaners are female, while the loaders and waiters are male. It’s 2026, come on! If the creative touches are added, I’ll be back in a heartbeat!

Purchasing NO ADS means. “Let me clarify how the No Ads package works: the No Ads package removes all forced ads and banner ads that normally appear during gameplay. However, it does not disable rewarded ads – these are the optional ads you can choose to watch in exchange for extra resources or bonuses. This setup is intentional, so players still have the option to get additional rewards if they want to. In other words, you won’t see any ads unless you actively choose to watch one to earn extra in-game benefits.” The ads are everywhere.

Don’t make any purchases in this game. Your money will be lost and the support is slow and not helpful. You have to jump through hoops like a circus animal and give your whole phones CV just to prove yourself over a few dollars. Support doesn’t even read what your help request is and is very dismissive. My issue: bought the ad free bundle, game had to be ‘offloaded’ (not even uninstalled) due to needing room for a phone software update. Reinstalled the game. Everything has restarted back to square 1 and ads are back. Restore purchase button does absolutely nothing. Support does nothing as well. Deleting game due to this bad experience.

Amazing but a couple of flaws. This is my absolute favourite game, and I love upgrading rooms and customising things to make it unique. I also love finding out what special features the hotel has to offer. The daily quests also make it better as sometimes if I'm a bit bored of the game I try to complete the quests, and then I get rewarded tokens and also gems if I complete all of them. However, these are the flaws I have noticed! 1. Some people say that the ads aren't bad, but in my opinion there are way too many. I have to watch an ad, like, every 2 minutes, and sometimes they take, like, a whole minute. 2. When I try to unlock a new area, I need a total of about 100 items, which takes FOREVER. 3. The volume sometimes randomly turns off, which for some reason really bugs me. 4. (This isn't actually about gameplay). I've read all the comments, and it's clear that the developers don't actually read the comments, it's just an AI/computer/etc., which means that some of the suggestions don't even get read, so it's unlikely for them to happen. Other than those couple of flaws, this game is awesome! If I could I'd give the game 4.5 stars and that's rounded to 5 stars because maths, bla bla bla. #math😁

mostly happy. i am quite happy making my little hotel thrive and build to better off the mobile economy. hoewever… I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RELIEVE MY STRESS AND HAVE MY FIDGET GAME BECUADE IT DOES NOT LET ME GO PAST THE LOADING SCREEN. i would like go believe i am a patient person. i have now come to realise i am not. if i wanted to look at a loading screen i would have gone for a night out in ibiza and bought a pregnancy test. other then that. thankyou.

Almost perfect 👌. I loved this game the minute I downloaded it!!! I love the sound effects but there’s a couple of problems… 1 sometimes when the characters are walking or getting out of bed they start to glitch. 2 it takes soooooo long to get to a higher level.3 gems 💎 are super hard to get, unless you’re willing to spend real 💵Or you could be tortured watching a gazillion adds. 4 it takes a while (500 million years) to get workers. Other than that, this game is PERFECT! I totally suggest this game and I hope these problems will be fixed soon! Btw, download now!!!!!! 😍

Great potential but the ads stop gameplay. I love the game but the ads are SO frequent. I understand ads facilitate game development but there’s too many. The real problem is, once the ads play, half of the time you can’t just exit out of them and continue play… the ad will ‘freeze’ and the only way to get back to gameplay is to reboot the app I play plenty of games with ads which is fine but not when it stops gameplay!

PLEASE READ THIS!!!. For starters this is an AMAZING game and is so underrated. You can play it wherever and whenever you want because YOU DON’T NEED WIFI. This is true and I love the graphics. If you love tycoon based games then you NEED to get this game because this is a perfect explanation of THE PERFECT TYCOON. Honestly, there is nothing wrong with this game and I don’t know why people are making bad comments about it, but one thing that I would want you to add into the game is about the cleaners in the hotel. I was wondering if you could make the cleaners collect the tips/money that the people leave in their room because then it would be so helpful unlike to always dash in and out of the rooms. Apart from this suggestion, this game is flawless and 100% my favourite game on my device! Highly recommend.

Surprisingly a really enjoyable game!. I was pleasantly surprised how enjoyable this game is to play. I don’t mind the ads at all, the developers deserve it for their hard work and making this game FREE to play. There’s one thing I dislike is having to collect the cash from the rooms/restaurants ect.. it would be so much better to have it go straight to your cash instead of having to go room to room to pick it up. I also noticed when you exit the game you don’t get the cash you didn’t pick up which is kinda unfortunate. Overall I think it’s a great game, I can spend hours playing it!!

Shame on you for this SCAM!. This is my first time writing a review. I felt compelled to do so because I need to vent. I paid $30 for the Premium because it removed forced ads. But I soon realised that a massive part of playing this game involves watching 30-60 second ads to access in-game rewards. Absolutely rubbish. It makes the game unplayable. Issue when purchasing packs. I’ve been playing this game for a while now and I really enjoyed it. Today was the day where I decided to pay $9.99 (not a lot but still) for the “pro” which advertised as no ads and i would receive a decent amount of tokens, diamonds and money. I received none of that! Which is such a disappointment because I expect to get what I paid for. This is why I hesitate to purchase things. This should be fixed ASAP

Best game ever. That is the best game ever. And one thing that I love so much is that there isn’t too much adds. Is there a virus n this game or???. The game itself is fun and addictive, which is good and it’s become my favourite game. But only yesterday, when I opened the app, it was taking like forever to load. And then, after waiting for about 1 hour, I got a message saying that my device had some sort a virus or something. Tbh I don’t even know if it was this game or something else, but then I had to delete the game and restart my device. The actual game is really fun tho

You can turn off your Wi-Fi but I think to improve it they could stop putting the VIP stuff in your face. other than that this is an incredible game, definitely recommend because it’s off-line, great game and I don’t really get bored of it. Couples of suggestions. Nice to see some changes as I level up. Just wondering if you could make the cleaner and loader work a little faster? Even when I upgraded them, they still work very slow, I could clean and restock quicker than them alone! So what’s the point of hiring the staff ? Second, as we upgraded all the rooms to the highest level, should add the feature where we could still change the colour of the room when we want, because sometimes I have a second thought wanting to change the design, but now it’s just fixed once I upgraded to the highest. And should add the option we can change appearance of the hotel manager, and the gender.

The ads are the worst part of the game, I get it, you need to make money, we all do but I (and pretty much everyone else) are so sick of pop up ads, like dude no one cares about Raft Survival or Royal Match, if they did, they would’ve searched for the game and bought said game, cut back on the ads please!!!!!! Amazing game. I love this game! Not to many adds and super fun! Some feedback is that when you get a new hotel, that you could the money from both hotels in any one you like instead of the hotel you earn the money in! But beside that the game is perfect so fun! You can play it without internet and whenever you want! Okay this game every day and is so addictive! One thing is if you delete the app you can not get your progress back and have to start again! But all in all is an amazing game and would highly recommend! Thank you for all the fun times!!! One thing they really annoys me is when people say to remove adds. If a game removed adds they would not have any money to make new games or to update current apps. If you get a game and it is free, then there is going to be a likely chance that it will have adds. really fun game. I started playing and it was almost the exact same as the ad. I love the way if you watch an ad to get a unicycle the toilet paper would go on the manger’s head I thought this was really funny and that you can buy speed for your cleaners (with in game money not real money so you know) it is so fun! One thing is that the leveling up takes FOREVER but other than that no complaints here :D

Short term fun.. The animations of this game is cute and complete looking unlike some other games. The sound effects and time taken for the in game tasks are satisfying - though honestly there's not enough challenge to the game so I would not be invested for a long time. The biggest challenge you'd have is to wait for the money to pile up or to do tedious tasks. The ads actually help you which is quite smart.

Addictive. I’ve been playing two weeks straight, fulfils the side quest habits in Real Life. A few bugs have cropped up and I spoke to support who were helpful but fixes haven’t been implement yet. Last two days loaders haven’t been delivery wood to campfire room and guest requests stopped popping up making some daily quests incomplete. Was informed an update to fix will be implemented on April 24th. Love the game though.

Amazing app. I just downloaded My hotel today and I see the ads and I thought this is to go to be true but I downloaded the app and is is exactly as the ad saids but one thing came up and said $750 is going in to your PayPal account now and I just ignored it so I don’t know if it was true or not be it seemed to good to be true🫣 but the game over all is amazing and I am addicted already love the game it’s amazing 💖

Too many ads and game is repetitive. As the title says - there are wayyyyy too many ads. I even bought the no ‘forced ads’ but this still means to upgrade rooms or to use the speed walk or pet cat you have to watch a VERY LONG ad every single time (unless you pay real money to buy them of course but I ain’t spending $30 on a mobile game). As you progress in the game the rooms just get more expensive so despite the hotel making thousands more $ you’re still waiting the same time as when you were only paying $100 per room. And add rooms with the hotel extension you have to start carrying more and more logs/coffee/soda etc. to the drop box so they’re trying to force you to use your gems or to watch 10+ extremely long ads. Standard mobile game where you have to buy loads of gems to get anywhere at a decent time rate. Game is also just repetitive. All room upgrades in every section look exactly the same. The whole game is just walking around collecting money. It’s gotten really boring. You only get to upgrade things when the game lets you so it doesn’t feel like you get to style your hotel or really be ‘in charge’. Every level is exactly the same. And some of the characters glitch and get stuck in one spot moving around in circles. Don’t recommend this game, it was fun at the start but is now a huge time waster.

Ok I must admit…… 😬😁. I must admit that, like I always am, was impatient and couldn’t wait for the game to even load! But I’ve been playing for the last hour and I am really into it. It’s fun and challenging and actually really easy! It’s fun and great fo r when I am bored It is really good for giving you something to do. And as you expand your hotel you get more jobs, more money and more challenges. It keeps my busy mind BUSY! It’s actually pretty good. Although I am constantly being asked to pay for “no ADS” and “more money” which if you can’t tell I don’t believe.🙂‍↕️🙄I like that you can choose whether you want to watch an AD to get a prize or spend your game money that you earn.

Honest review. I was going to give this game a 5/5 when I started playing because it was exactly what a mobile game should be. The OPTION to watch a ad to get more money, the occasional pop up (for the game to earn money) and the ad I revived for this game was THE TRUTH. Yet as you progress in this game the more riddled with ads you get. The game is…fine. It’s exactly what it says it is and yes it can get super tedious at times but the more you earn the less tedious it gets. 4/5

The ads are stressing me out. I don’t mind ads, but when it goes on for so long it just stresses you out. Takes 30-45 for the ad itself to play, and then you have to wait another 15 seconds on top of that to try and get out of the ad. Gives you a cross up the top, you click it and then it gives you another 5 second timer. And then it gives you another cross and which is also super tiny and hard to miss. If you miss it, it goes to the download page for the ad and by the time you manage to get out of it you feel like throwing your phone in the bin. Even with the no ads pack, the voluntary ads are just TOO long. It takes the fun out of playing. Really close to deleting it - otherwise the game is addictive & great!

Pretty good 👍. I have been playing for 2 years now and the only problem is the amount of adds that there is it’s kind of annoying but other then that it’s so much fun to play and if adds don’t annoy you you should know that it’s completely free and you should play it!

Too many ads. Interesting enough game but almost unplayable with the non stop ads, unless prepared to spend money. Purchased one boost only to find out only lasts that one level and next level gone. Ads especially bad at end of levels where you have to watch 15 or more ads just to advance, made even worse by slow load times and then ads that just loop over and over forcing you to restart app. Best played when you have something else to do to let the ads play.

My Ode to the Little People. I love this game. When my partner left me this game gave me a purpose. It gave me a reason to live. My purpose was to give hospitality to these lovely little people. No like I literally played it for 6 hours straight one day and I wouldn’t have it any other way. So thank you, little people. I will be forever indebted to you.

My perfect hotel. It is only my second day and I haven’t had any ads. So if I read one more review about this game having to many ads, I will scream and give this game 1 star! So that is why I will leave this as a 4 star. My point is my friend has been way to addicted to this game and I walked over to her house, she had 1-3 hours of playing this game and I had to leave because when her iPad died, my friend told me I shouldn’t have left because her mum made her family’s famous dinner, Spicy spring rolls. I was so mad she didn’t get off her iPad earlier. But funny thing is, she reached level 67. Hahahaha.

I just feel like there could be some more customisation involved, and perhaps making doing the chores a bit more fun. It just feels like A LOT LOT LOT of effort to get a new hotel. Too many ads plus update has ruined a good thing.. I paid to remove forced ads as I liked this game & I understand that I have to watch others to get certain things but why are they so long? It’s ridiculous. I spend more time watching ads than I do playing. Also, the candy thing in the new update has destroyed the game. Especially when starting a new hotel. I need to keep jumping back to my other hotels where I have lots of money to serve the special guests & get their $245 thousand dollar toothbrushes just to get the candy to purchase or upgrade a cleaner. Currency update ruined game. The point ti being able to travel back to other hotels is to gather resources (like money) and have idle play while you wait for resources to regenerate. Now that the currency is not valid in other hotels, the minute a hotel is upgraded, it’s essentially useless. There is ni reason for idle play because any rewards are unusable. So there’s no point in playing anymore.

New update is awful.. Hey, I read your reply. I’m not talking about the ads. I’m taking about the new update. Each hotel’s currency becomes different so the game speed goes damn slow. Don’t waste your money.

However, the creators are not satisfied with just these 15 dollars; they won't leave you in peace. While you can get rid of the sudden ads, you quickly find out that the game becomes unplayable. Despite all your efforts, you can't smoothly upgrade your hotel because you're constantly forced to choose bonus points, which give you enough in-game currency for further upgrades. When you close the game, unfortunately, it doesn't gather much money during your absence. There's only one way – either you leave the game open on your phone for several hours with the screen dimmed to earn money, or you keep buying diamonds to purchase more and more in-game currency to make the game playable. Please don't be mad at me, but this is a massive scam and a money pit. Nowadays, you can buy and play many games after paying a fee. But here, you have to keep pouring money into the game. This game is like a CASINO. Sadly, after downloading other games and enduring a substantial amount of ads, they are built on the same principle. In addition, the cost of removing forced ads is $12.99 CAD, which is downright exploitative when you can buy a high end mobile game without ads for less than this price. I wouldn’t pay more than 6 bucks, 7 at the absolute maximum, and have done so in several games for 4.99-$6.99. Forced ads 👎. I’m a sucker for spending money on games. (Like super sucker) However games that force ads especially with sound end up getting played for so long before being deleted. I’ll happily will watch an ad to get boosters/dollars etc but players shouldn’t be forced to pay to remove AS MANY forced ads as this game pushes. Filthy game of sex. Horrible ads and you cannot bypass them. After playing one game the ads are just all sex games - and they loop and loop. Cannot close them. Deleted app. App should be removed completely.

Pornographic Ads in Game! 😡. I am utterly SHOCKED at what is being showed to me! I just downloaded this game based off of an ad from another game I was playing. I over looked the first ad when I saw it pop up - but after an hour of playing, I must’ve been subjected to at least a DOZEN of these “create your own story” ads - AKA - porn/romantic novel ads. I couldn’t take it anymore and had to uninstall. PARENTS BEWARE! The ads are extremely disturbing. In some cases the content is so defiling that it blurs it out and says “sensitive content - tap to reveal”. 😖 I can’t believe this is what my kids may come across when playing an innocent game. Actually I can - because we live in a wicked world ruled by SATAN. 1John 5:19

Bought version but app is broken. Love the game but it’s currently buggy and won’t let me click past a pop up. So I am unable to play. I tried reaching out for help but they do not look at their email. In order to get help you have to download more apps. Dissapointed.

too much ads. I understand ads to get something faster (money, new room etc.), but watching ads every few minutes just cuz you playing and you can’t skip it, you can't choose not to watch it, you don't get anything for it, it pops up instantly. especially a huge problem when you are not at home and use the mobile Internet. this ad will eat up all your traffic. the game is interesting, but these ads are annoying. hope you will fix it

Currency changes 😡. Its cool and all but i had to much money saved up for it to come back in “diamonds” thats not going to build my hotel it was very unfair. I saved up all that money so i can keep upgrading the rooms and to make more money and not keep trying to wait to collect more. I made up to at least 2.5MILLION. Now i cant make money from all hotels 🙁 thats my only problem the game is great tho. I play literally everyday but this currency thing is gonna be hard to get use to. Its going to make it even longer to upgrade the hotels. We already gotta start alllllll the way over when we do a “prestige upgrade”. Cause what is the money from the other hotels going to help us with if the hotel is already upgraded to the max?? We aren't able to use the money elsewhere, so I dont see the point of separating it. Ill see where this goes now…🤔

Pretty good game overal, a few thoughts. This game is pretty addicting! I’m still on the first hotel but I log in everyday to play for a while. The most annoying part about this is the adds but I don’t find myself getting them often unless I’m watching them to get more coins. An annoying aspect I find is how the customers leave money in the rooms and the bathrooms, yes it’s a free cash grab but I mean it’s so annoying constantly picking up money all of the time. I also wish this game could go into night mode to give time to collect the money and clean all the rooms and open for a new day because constantly having to clean the rooms in just a repeating cycle of everything stresses me out. I’m quite pleased with the game though and it’s good for taking your mind off of things and just playing a fun little game! Definitely reccomend if that’s what your looking for. :)

Strong game but forced ads kill it.. I tried the game via an advertisement from one of my main games for rewards. I was pleasantly surprised that their ad was exactly like the actual game! Points for that! Once I started playing, I was excited thinking I found my next game to sink my teeth in to. I am all about watching optional ads for rewards, I didn’t miss one. However, at about the 5 min mark, BAM! A forced ad starts. There is no warning, no way around it. That killed my motivation. I will not play a game with forced ads. I understand that ad revenue pays the bills but forcing them on us every few minutes is just a massive insult to the player base. I have given 3 stars for the quality of the game and that they are one of the few companies that did not resort to false advertising of their own game. If you do not mind getting an ad every few minutes, then give this game a try

Really fun game, but….. This game is really fun, don’t get me wrong, but it feels like you have to spend money to make money in this game, especially when you prestige your hotels. It takes a long time to make money and the upgrades are very expensive, basically zeroing you out. Good thing there are a bunch of opportunities to get free money by watching ads. If I had to make any sort of suggestion, it would be to make the upgrades just a little bit cheaper, and here is another idea for you: can you please add a character in the game to go from room to room collecting tips? There is already a lot of walking around in that game, it would make this a whole lot more fun and easy to make money, knowing that you have someone collecting tips for each room like the cleaners going around cleaning each room. Other than that, I don’t have much to complain about. Fun game!

Do not get it. I worked so freaking hard and it deleted everything. It started to be all over. This is the worst app I’ve ever downloaded and I’ve downloaded a lot of bad apps. This is one of the worst. This is the worst inappropriate ads. It’s terrible terrible terrible. Terrible terrible do not download it. Do not let your kids download. It do not download it. Don’t let anybody download it. I don’t care what age you are do not download it. It is the worst, It will probably never freaking fix itself. I love it.. This game is amazing! The reviews I’ve seen of people complaining about ads are definitely not utilizing the ads properly. Basically I use the ads as a pause button. The transports are only available for a certain period of time so if I am busy doing other things and need to take a moment out of the game, but don’t want to sit idly letting time run out for my transport, I’ll simply find a bonus cash or transport and play an ad to get it. I let the ad play while I do whatever it is I need to do. I absolutely love this game. It’s addictive. Oh and for ppl who have accidentally reset their hotels back to the beginning, this is actually where you’ve upgraded your hotel to get more income which starts the hotel back to the beginning, but generates more cash. Anyway, thanks to the developers for creating such an amazing game and app. I love it! 😍🙏💕

Fun game and real game like shown but to many ads. I love this game it’s so fun but I wish there was less ads. I love this game so much because you can get extra money, upgrade your rooms, and unlock new levels, and get maids and receptionists. Make them go faster if you need!!! But to get the extra money you have to watch an add, adds may randomly show up even if you didn’t do something to watch an ad, but the ads aren’t in appropriate. Another thing you get to do is reload the toilet paper in the bathrooms,yea there’s bathrooms. So this ad is pretty accurate of the real game except it doesn’t add unlocking levels, and it has you start off cleaning the rooms super fast, you actually have to keep upgrading a lot to actually get soooo fast, but I don’t think you can get that fast. Another thing I think the ad dosent include is the maids, the maids you also have to upgrade them by there speed.

Great Game! Been playing non stop!!. First off, this game is very time consuming…but in a good way! You can honestly play for hours without having to stop. It definitely is very grindy, always need to keep moving around to grab cash but it’s quite fun. Plus all the ads you can watch (Optional) to earn fast cash is great. This game does have forced ads but it’s not constant like many other games. I will say though that once you hit the 3rd city it definitely takes a lot longer to collect cash and upgrade your rooms. There’s definitely a major bug where the VIP customer drops a bunch of cash on a bench and on the bed so you lose so much cash. It makes it kind of not worth to watch an ad for the VIP just to lose out on a big portion of cash. Also a message to the developers, please give us more re-stockers or more opportunities to upgrade their speed. I’m on level 9 on the 3rd city and I feel like 80% of the coffee machines are empty because either the stockers move too slow or 2 stockers aren’t enough for 8 coffee stations. Especially how big the hotel gets. I feel like cities 1 and 2 it was more manageable with the stockers. But I’m just losing on tons of capital because coffee machines remain empty. Please look into this and further levels. Love this game and wish to continue playing it with enjoyment! Thank you!

Beware the Ads & Upgrades. I have really enjoyed playing this game. It lets you play at your pace. I’m on my 5th hotel and still enjoy it. I like that you don’t have penalty count down timers or “enemies.” It’s just a nice relaxing game, that I get lost in for hours. As many have mentioned, the amount of ads is daunting. Just about anything you want to do to make the game fun requires an ad. They get really tedious. I decided that because I enjoy the game and play so much, and because the ads were really getting to me, that I would purchase one of the ad block upgrades. I rarely make in-game purchases. There were two choices. One was about $9 for ad blocking, some diamonds, and tokens. The other was about $20 for those same things, just more, plus a permanent ride vehicle. Tonight, on a whim I bought the $20 one, expecting to see very few ads, if any. To my disappointment, only the ad bar at the bottom of the screen and ads for rides disappeared. If there are others, I haven’t noticed. It seems like just as many ads as before. I would think that paying $20 should give me the game ad free. Before my purchase I would have given it more stars. Now I even wondering if 3 stars is too many, and if I want to continue playing it. NOTE TO DEVELOPERS: Did you even read my complaint? Your response had nothing to do with it. I saw the same cut & paste reply to another post.

I love this game, but... I play this game whether I’m at school or just having downtime by myself in my room. I love how the little characters move to the way their animation gives you a challenge like aspect, but the only thing I don’t like is the fact that the money lays around constantly and the only way it could be cleaned up is if you intentionally walk in that direction. I feel like if you provide a function in the app where the maids and the loaders could pick up the money that falls on the ground and automatically transfer it into the hotel’s funds so that the hotel doesn’t repeatedly look messy with money laying around it would make the game so much more enjoyable. Again love this game, but please hear me out on this. I can’t be the only one.

Pay up or watch more ads than gameplay.. I was interested in the game and thought I’d give it a try after playing a demo of this game as an ad on another game. Seemed kind of fun so I downloaded it. I expected some ads here and there, especially if I was wanting a small upgrade for “free” rather than paying a micro transaction. Unfortunately I almost instantly found that this game is literally more ads than gameplay. Want to get 100 dollars faster? Watch an ad, ok I can live with that. Want a room that gives you more XP per guest? Alright I guess, this is getting kind of old. Want to walk faster for THREE WHOLE MINUTES? That’s an ad, watch it or go without. Want a single customer customer that tips better one time and then leaves? Ad, ad, ad. Oh, and even if you try and tough it out and just grind the money the slow way? They still force you to watch an ad for every minute or two of gameplay in the game. I’d say I played for about 30 minutes and was force fed about 20-35 ads that last at least 30 seconds each. Completely unplayable unless you want to cough up the cash, and as I can’t really enjoy the game for even a little while without getting another annoying ad for the 80th time in a row, I can’t even tell if it’s fun enough to blow the ten bucks on to go ad free. It’s sad, the game seems like it has potential to be a good time waster, but unfortunately it’s too busy wasting your time slamming you with ads every 10 seconds you can’t even have fun with it. One star.

Um I love this game, but it would not load. Hello! I love this game so very much, but one thing ruins it. Whenever I want to play it anytime, in the car, on the plane, at home, etc. it never loads. No matter what, it goes and then halfway there, it stops and freezes. It bothers me so much because I love this game a lot, but I really hate that it doesn’t load. It is a really nice no Wi-Fi needed game. When I’m bored, I love playing it because it gets so addictive and enjoyable, but now I can’t enjoy it because of the darn loading thing. I don’t like how there are ads every 5 minutes, but I mean, ads are ads. I know they’re annoying, but just deal with it. Sometimes I am dying to play it but I really hate that it will never load and will pause halfway through when I enter the app. Please do something about that. Thank you!

One of the Most Addictive Games Out There. Trust me when I say this: this game is addicting. You just want to come back over and over again just to see how your hotel is doing. But after a while, this game gets a bit too repetitive and boring. The fact that you are forced to watch dozens of ads every time you do something lowers this game’s reviews even more. I also believe that the prestige system is also quite boring; you’re basically building the same hotel from scratch with some added “perks”. Seriously? I would prefer building a new hotel with new things to see and do then waste my time and energy to prestige my hotel. Again, this game is fun, and if you need something to play, this would be it. But the ads and the fact that you do things over and over again leaves plenty of room for improvement. P.S: I like the avatars and that each avatar has a unique animation.

nice concept, nicely executed, but still so many problems…. i downloaded this game recently, because it looked like a fun, interesting game to play when bored. and it is. the game is well made, it keeps you entertained (even if for short periods of time) and is just generally a nice game. but the ads. THE ADS. not only is it ridiculously expensive to pay to remove them (10 USD!), but they are also wildly inappropriate for a game made for kids. no 12 year old should be forced to watch these gross advertisements for below-average games. i get that you need ads to keep the game free and blah blah blah, but could you at least monitor the content in the ads that you show?? i mean, come on. i don’t want to watch some pregnant lady walk in on a guy with another woman. i’m ok with ads, but why can’t they be cute ads for CHILDRENS games? you honestly should consider bumping up the age rating for your game if you are going to continue with this ridiculous behavior.

good game- could be better. I have been playing this game for a while and for the positive i can say the game play is fun! I’m so far on the second hotel and i like how it’s different than the first one- there’s different areas as well as rooms. I can see that the developers are adding more to the game as well as trying to make the gameplay better. The new manager upgrades that increase income/ speed are very helpful. However, there are some things that could be improved. I dislike how if you want the two pother columns on the level up award board you have to buy that pass for each individual hotel. With each purchase being 5.99+, that isn’t a bang worth your buck. The ads are out of control. I understand that you need to make a revenue outside do in-purchase, but the buffs that you can get if you watch ads definitely covers that.

Great, addictive game but the ads are out of hand.. This game is fantastic, I downloaded it and don’t want to close the app. It is so much fun but the ads are far too often. You have the choice of watching the ads at first to get extra money, speed up time… but after playing for about a half hour & leveling up, you have no choice but to watch 30+ second ads. No one enjoys ads. Love that the game is free, so I don’t mind watching some for that reason but it’s every two minutes an ad pops up & you have to close at least three windows before you can get back to the game. The game itself is wonderful but the developers need to seriously consider how much time is being consumed watching ads vs. actual game play. It can’t be a 50/50 amount of time. Ads half the time, gaming half the time. That’s ridiculous, and not everyone is going to pay $10 for no ads. It’s getting out of hand….

Hate new update. I love this game and have been playing for months! It is my zen game when I want to just relax but the new updates are so frustrating. Adding the candy currency is so annoying because there's already 3 different currencies in the game to manage. You have to wait for special customers to come in so you can do these special requests so it slows down how fast you can progress in the game. They come on a timer so it's not even like they're coming in consistently like regular customers but the most annoying thing of all is how ridiculous the price is for you to do the final gift of the special requests (I'm talking like over $100k for a hat. I mean seriously, a hat?!) so that is money I could be spending on upgrading rooms but no now I'm spending almost triple the money so I can update the cleaners??? Make it make sense. It makes me not want to play anymore and stick with good pizza great pizza and candy crush. Please get rid of this or you'll lose a lot of your long term fan base.

Good game, but is it worth it?. Hello there, I downloaded this game because I saw a ad and I thought since I like these types of games I would play it. I downloaded it, it went through on how to play, and it went to a character I would control on the screen. I liked the layout as well as the gameplay of the other games I’ve played in the last couple months. I played a game and got money. I saw ads for powerups like money, and when it’s worth it it’s worth it. If you don’t like spending money like me, then you’ll be thrilled on how much money and speed ups you can get with these ads. You can hire workers to fill up toilet paper for your restrooms and workers to clean up the rooms. To be honest this game is good, if I would had gotten it a rating I would rate it a 8.5/10.

Way too many ads. I liked the concept of the game, although it is too repetitive. You might want to come up with different ideas for each level. I was on the third hotel and each one was the exact same thing, except for different layout, and each hotel had one or two types of areas you have to refill things in (one hotel had bathrooms that you had to refill toilet paper, one had coffee machines that you had to refill coffee beans, and one had pop machines had to refill), just changing the items doesn’t make it any more fun. I just got the restaurant open in the third hotel and just can not deal with the amount of ads any longer. I understand a free game has ads, and I will willingly watch an ad to get one of timed upgrades or other things, but I have decided the I’ve had enough of 30 second ads after just a few minutes of play, it’s ridiculous.

I LOVE this game.. This game is my favorite game of all of my 30 games. It is so addictive. Now this game is my most used app. 😳 Considering that I’m on my phone a LOT this is a huge surprise. This game is so great because you could just play it all day. Yes, there a few adds but that gives me time to take my eyes off my phone for a bit. 😂😂😂I have opened 4 hotels one this game and it is amazing. When I first got I didn’t know there were multiple. Once you get a hang of it it’s amazing. Sometimes the loaders or and maids might be a little slow but that can be good because you can complete your daily tasks and earn gems. Amazing Game!. Just like the title said, this is an amazing game. It is just as advertised and extremely addictive. The only thing I am not a huge fan of is when you finish your hotel, you move onto a new one but the one you just finished has a “prestige upgrade” which is basically redoing the entire hotel but getting more stars. Overall i absolutely love the game and would definitely recommend it if you want something to just sit and do while listening to music or whatnot. While yes there are adds, they are completely bearable. I chose to watch them because they are 30 seconds or less and you get really good outcomes because you can get thousands of dollars by just watching one add. I enjoy it very much and would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to keep playing!!!

Awesome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I only got this game because it kept popping up on my screen. I kept playing the ad till the X would pop up. but then I got to bored so I just downloaded it. I’d say that this game is exactly like the ads, and that it’s the perfect game for long car rides, and is super fun. You can get workers for you like the receptionist, cleaners, even a bartender! If you need a game to just sit down and play for a while to get away this is the perfect game! Its unbelievable the things you cant do with this app. I love how it leaves everything up to the imagination. I cant believe all the fun things I couldn’t do with this awesome game. The developers are genius. What a cool concept. Brilliant. I support this app all the way. Great work. I dont even know what life was like before this app. Awesome job. 😜

SURPRISINGLY FUN!. I played this a second time with the new updates and I actually still enjoy it. Made it demote difficult in the sense of you need to level up to get movement speed or carry weight but I actually don’t mind that. This game does have ads but you don’t need to watch ads to get extra money. You can but it’s actually not necessary at all. If you don’t like ads they put a big sale sign that’s like $10 but if you buy their cheap pass for like $5 it comes with no ads. But I played the game before without buying that and still enjoyed it. I love the different hotels and I love the different things they put in. Two give two examples, The first one has toilets, the second has toilets and soda machine, pool, diner. And you get to run those and stock them which I like to do. It’s relaxing when I’m stuck doing nothing. I quite enjoy this game

Buggy as heck. This is a fun way to waste some time but it doesn’t always work correctly. The worst is the extra rooms like the fire pit, pool, and zen garden. Most of the time it doesn’t allow you to refill the towels, blankets, or wood so those rooms are useless. You have to close the app and reopen it again which means you lose all the extra cash laying around the hotel because these reset to zero. If you pick up these items you can’t even toss them in the trash if it won’t let you fill them without closing the app. The other problem is that there are random rooms where the cleaners do not clean the windows so that part is left undone and no new customers can come to those rooms which means you lose out on money in those. One last one is when guests ask for extras that you don’t have access to yet so it just stays on your screen and the guest doesn’t leave the room until you finally open that part of the hotel which can take a very, very long time.

Fun, but growth is limited. The paid version is the way to go. It eliminates the ads unless you choose to watch an ad for a boost. It is a great time killer. Down Falls: Update made each hotel their on currency, witch slows the progress. But okay.. you can upgrade each hotel with its (now own currency) 3 times. So the struggle will be.. you can’t use that currency at the other hotel….. but that is my next complaint. If you choose to upgrade a hotel a 2nd or 3rd time…. It’s the same hotel with the same designs. Not any different then starting over… That all said. Maybe they changed the currency to slow you down on the hotel your building. Because, they only have a handful of hotels to build… All that said, that’s why I gave it 3 stars. The game is worth the purchase. Definitely, don’t rush it because you will run out of hotels…. What I really like is, they don’t have features upset hotel customers for not getting to them on time. You can play at your own pace and there is no failure. My issue was and is…. Not enough hotels (yet) and I was having enough fun to see the next hotel. Which I maxed out on…. Take this with a grain of salt. It’s a great game, maybe it’s still new. But if you want to upgrade the hotel your working on from level, 1,2 or 3…. The decorations should change or have more options. It’s latterly the same hotel with no changes.

Love it! Please fewer items to open carry.. I love this game and play most every day! An update they made a while ago was that you have to carry certain items to open up a new section of the hotel. For example, you have to carry 15 food items and 15 towels, or whatever, to get a new section of the hotel to open up. This is fine until you have gone through several hotels, and then it can be 95 of each item that you have to carry. In my opinion, that is way too many because at maximum, you can carry six items at once. It just becomes boring, walking back-and-forth so many times. Sometimes I use a transport to speed up the process, but it still is just too many. Please either decrease the number of items you have to carry, or find a more entertaining way to open up new hotel sections.

Good but. Overall, this game is pretty good. I just have a few complaints for the developer. My first complaint is the ads. There’s a lot of ads and I barely get to play the game because there’s so much. Maybe talk with the people that want to put ads on your game and maybe lower the ads a bit. My second complaint is the lagging. After you pick up coins or your picking up coins, it gets all laggy and maybe even freezes. I’ve heard many of people complain about this and this is why I’m complaining about it. But I’ve also experienced it. Not just because others have. My third complaint isn’t about the game. It’s about review reading. Usually, whenever I write a review on a game, the developer never responds or gives me advice. If you could please respond to this and maybe give me some advice about the game that would help me a lot and make me understand and maybe I could even change the rating. My fourth complaint isn’t really that important. I’m a very lazy person and I really don’t like how you have to clean and put toilet paper in the toilets. Like I said this isn’t really that important and you don’t need to change this. But it’s just some advice so maybe you don’t have to do so much work since you already have so much more work to do. These ads…. Yet another game that bombards you with ads, so it got deleted. I’m glad it has an ad free option ($10), as some games don’t, but it’s annoying to get about 5 minutes of play time, then ads start to pop up in the middle of gameplay. It interrupts gameplay too much. Plus, it’s greedy when there’s a banner ad at the bottom of the screen, you have to watch ads to get any power ups or anything like that, AND random ads pop up, too. After I got the first random ad, I got one about every minute after that. After the third time, I went ahead and deleted the game. I can’t imagine continuing to play like this. I don’t like games that force you to buy the as free option because ads get so annoying that you can’t play without purchasing it. And I’m someone who doesn’t mind spending money in games I like, but if you’re trying to make me buy something, then it’s a no. I will say the game is similar to the ad, so there’s that. I just wish the ads hadn’t been so intrusive.

Idk. This game is so fun I love it so much but Ik to keep it free there has to be adds which is fine but I don’t like that there is a add you have to watch to get specific things I kind of wish that everything you could just get like for example the beds there’s the green and the blue and then there’s the red one which you have to get with an ad so the game is mostly fun and I love it very much I just don’t like how especially for like the cases of $100. They can’t just be like little gifts you get like every 10 minutes find them and they come with a lot of money but you have to watch an ad for them anyways it’d be super cool if you could add like an update to where it’s just like the little box you can get secret thing with it but anyways I love this game very much and I hope my sister can get it too thank you

Hotel extensions. Making the hotel bigger takes way too much time and walking back and forth. That’s not fun and often causes me to leave the game when I would have otherwise continued playing but got frustrated with the items for making the hotel bigger. There was a while it was letting us choose to spend 3 diamonds (or 2, 1, 0) to upgrade it once you were no longer holding any but that went away. Super frustrating that the ads don’t even save time with it either, it takes longer to run the add than walk the stuff yourself. I’m one of the people who have spent money on the game and would continue to do so if that were back, but I just might delete it. Right now all my hotels need a lot of items and I’m just not having fun nor interested in spending tons of diamonds just to be able to do something

Very fun but way too many ads. This game is really fun and has great features/different types of hotels to manage and build up. A major downside, however, is that it has way too many advertisements in it. Choosing to watch an advertisement for a temporary boost/other rewards is one thing, but I can’t go more than a few minutes of playing without getting interrupted by a different ad popping up. It makes it very hard for me to continue playing. It seems like the ads are purposefully disruptive to encourage players to pay $$ to get rid of them and that disappoints me because the game could be so much better without it. I would hope there’s better ways to profit from the game than by overloading players with constant ads. Hopefully this changes in the future or else I will not be able to continue playing for long

Tedious gameplay. The beginning was very fun actually. I liked how I could interact with my character and walk around doing tasks. Eventually, you kind of realize this is basically a mindless tycoon game with a whole lot of repetition - walk around collect money, buy rooms, and repeat. Not to mention the atrocious amount of ads. I get ads make the game exist and free for everyone, but couldn’t the developers just keep ads for temporary power ups or in-game purchases? Because I get ads just for leveling up and it’s annoying when I have to stop playing to watch some inappropriate or dumb ad. The layout is cute, but the game is as good as your initial impressions, and slowly, you begin to become frustrated over and over. The whole “designing” advertisement is deceptive since the designs are pre-made. You can’t make your own hotel “unique,” so it’s just bland. Overall, it’s basically a tycoon game that offers little playability and covers nonsensical repetition. And the ads. The ads too.

Loved the game until you updated it. I used to play this game daily. Came back to it after a few weeks of not playing and I’m really disappointed. The latest update is garage. I can hardly see what’s happening on the screen because you have so much going on at the top. It’s too cluttered and overwhelming now. The game seems to lag way more than it did before as well. My bellhop can hardly move! I also feel like I’m getting WAY more ads and they are portraying borderline soft core porn. This game is recommended for 12+! I was playing it next to my 7 year old and had to close my phone because of what came up onto my screen! I get you need money for game development, but at least make the ads appropriate! I’m usual not one to complain about sexually explicit things, but when they are appearing on content that YOU are marketing towards CHILDREN, then I have an issue. It’s deplorable. Needless to say, I’m deleting this app.

Not a long term game for me. This game was fun enough the first couple of hotels, and I found myself playing it a lot.(much to my own surprise) but by the third hotel, it quickly reaches a point where you basically have to watch the ads to get extra cash or your aren’t getting anywhere. I would “play”, and it would just be me walking around to find the money safe. I don’t mind a game where you have to grind a little, but just standing there waiting for cash to come in gets old fast(and takes a lot longer by the third hotel), and then being bombarded by ads in the process just isn’t that fun once it takes so long to get somewhere. I’m on the fourth hotel now and probably just going to delete it. It makes my phone super hot, and the hotel workers regularly glitch out and I have to close the app to get them working again. Very glad I didn’t spend any money on this game!

Ads are inappropriate. So you claim you need full length forced ads to continue developing the game… 90% of your ads are for games your company develops, so you’re paying yourself for ads? make it make sense. Second of all the rest of the ads are full of sexual content in which there are obvious power imbalances such as the boss seducing the employee while she’s wearing lingerie??? This game is 12+, no 12 year old should be exposed to this while playing a simple hotel game. Do not download any games by this developer unless you want sex thrown in your/ your children’s face. Also $10 to remove these ads, are you kidding??? Everything about this company is disgusting, it’s unfortunate because they have some fun games, hate that I had to delete them all. In other reviews I see the developers replying: “we’re sorry you feel that way but we need ads to keep it free” completely disregarding all comments made about the inappropriate sexual ads that their players are FORCED to watch. Disgusting disgusting disgusting. Sad excuse of a company that claims to make games for kids. You’ve been reported.

Ridiculous Ads, takes the fun out of the game. It’s fun but WAY TOO MANY ADS. The amount of ads is absurd. I don’t even do the extra money or whatever bc that’s just even more ads. I spend more time watching ads than playing. I’ll just be playing and then BOOM ad. Not even 2 minutes later, ANOTHER AD. it’s just ad after ad after ad. It’s ridiculous. Like seriously. There does not need to be that many ads. If there weren’t so many for no reason I might use the bags of money or the transportation things but I can’t bc at that point it’s completely worthless bc I’m just sitting there watching ads. And no one in their right mind is gonna pay $10 to remove ads. Maybe if it was $2 I’d pay for it and so would more people. But this amount of ads makes me not want to play the game anymore. There really would be more people playing and liking this game if the amount of forced ads were less….

(1) You offer ad-free if you buy the game, but there are still ads, so consumers are being duped, implying that you are FALSELY advertising AD-FREE. (2) You have control over the advertisements that are shown. This game is intended for people aged 12 and up, and you are showing advertisements that promote sexual content. You created a game(s) for everyone’s enjoyment. However, your reaction to those reviews shows that you do not care. Yes. We understand that advertisements fund development, but you have control over which ads appear in your game(s). If you are going to advertise ad-free for 9.99, then your game should also be ad-free. Love This Game!. I love this game, but there are quite a few ads. For example, when you would be on a preview to buy extra cash, it would automatically just send you to an ad even though you didn’t click the ad button. You don’t get the cash either. This game is also very addictive, I once played it for 3 hours straight. On the bright side, this game is somewhat challenging but not too challenging. Once prices get higher, so does the amount of money you get payed. I love the skins and, how you get rewards for playing and collecting money. There are many things to enjoy about this game! I’ve only been playing this game for two days and I’m already on level four on the second area. I think anyone, especially someone who’s being troubled with boredom should download this game.

Fun & addicting, but so many ads that also make it lag. You can skip the ads unless you choose to watch one for a boost, which is nice. That, is the only reason the ads are bearable for me. Really surprised devs have not lessened the ads since so many people are complaining about them. What’s worse is they’re so frequent, that the game gets super laggy, glitchy, and often freezes. I have to restart the app to fix it. I’ve lost money a couple times because of this, luckily you can make it back fairly quickly. 4 stars because it’s one of my favorite games (I’m also a giver, so take that as you will). Do really wish picking up money could be automated. At least have the maids and waiter pick up all the money left in the rooms and restaurant. Also really like that you can collect money from your previous hotels

EVERYONE WHO CAN PLAY THERE DEVICES FOR 2 HOURS LISTEN, I have screen time for 2 hours and people who say this is addicting like roblox is wrong, this game is more addictive because you can run everywhere but it can break your ears if you have headphones with full volume please do not play this game for too long it is to addictive and it can mess up our brains. A fact is that your brain gets messed up every day when you do social media so please don’t try to play social media go outside and play with your friends so your brain can get some fresh air stay outside for 1 hour and 30 minutes it’s average to make your brain feel more safe and happy also work for 10 minutes because working makes you smart but stressed instead just eat and watch tv

LOVE IT!!. I love this game so much that when I got a new iPad for Christmas, I kind of forgot about it and then I remembered it in April and then I sent a request to my dad and he approved it and I started playing it again because I love it so much. I have one problem with this game. It’s just that like there’s so many interrupting ads and I really want them to do something about it because there could be a miracle happening and then a boring old music ad comes on and you’re like oh my God these ads why can’t they just leave us alone? OK maybe I have two problems. The other problem is like if you have to give up your old device to get a new device, and you had my perfect hotel on it, and download it on your new device, why can’t it just like your data after you put your login thingy if it’s the same one that you use the last time?

Fun but way too many Ads. I’ve been playing with this game for several weeks now and my only complaints are there are way too many ads and waiting on new levels can take awhile. I know I can pay to eliminate the ads but even for the free version, the ads are excessive. I don’t mind the ads you have to watch when you are actually gaining something out of it, like speed or money, but it’s the ads that randomly pop up while you are just running around collecting cash and stuff that are uncalled for. Those ads are not necessary and are quite annoying. That happen often and make me feel like I spend more time watching ads than playing. The game is quite addicting otherwise. I’ve been enjoying how different each hotel is although it’s all the same concept and same routine over and over. Hoping to see more levels soon. I am enjoying the game otherwise.

Amazing. I love how you can build your own hotel and then get more hotels. One thing to make it better is that when you do a prestigious upgrade, you don’t start the hotel over again from scratch. Maybe it could be something like you unlock a new hotel to do it in, but you can still visit your original one. Or, you could get a new floor, and have the elevator be able to take you there. I am so addicted to this app, I only downloaded it a few weeks ago, and I am already on the fourth hotel. I really like how you can buy a restaurant, or a pool, or a parking garage, or a bunch of other things that I forget right now. It would be really nice if it was easier to get gems. It is literally so hard to get gems if you don’t want to pay to get them. Overall, I love this game, and would definitely recommend it.

I Love this game. This game is wonderful I Love it but there’s nothing else for me to do now it wants me to upgrade rooms but there’s nothing for me to upgrade I’m finished everything but I can’t get another hotel because y’all not putting one out for me to get now I’m not sure if the game is over I and I finished it please help me, now I read some of the other reviews and you developers is only saying thank you for your feedback but you not fixing any of the problems the game want me to give pillows and teddy bears to the guest but on the to do list it’s there but none of the guest requested anything so how do I supposed to finish and another thing the to do list wants me to add more rooms but the board is at max so now I can’t finish…. Help need an upgrade bad on this game!!

Why is this happening?. So basically, I had this game when I was younger, and I loved it so much! I didn’t have enough storage so I had to sadly delete it… So it’s been a couple years.. and I saw an add for this previous game! I was thinking, “omg! I used to have this game. It was my WORLD!” So I went on the App Store, to download it back!! But when I went on, it said 17+.. this game is definitely not 17+ because I used to have it. So I know from experience! It was a fun wholesome game to play in the car or just for fun! You just merge your hotel and get money as it increases! I just wanted to know why it said 17+ because I sadly can’t download it now. And I just wanna play the game. It’s very fun, and has great ratings! Good job!! Just look into this one error because it does not make sense.. have a great day!! Sincerely Your game lover!

Ads and the cost to remove them ruins all potential.. The amount of interrupted ads is obnoxious and $10 to remove ads is ludicrous! The game itself is a good little idle game to pass time. There is several glitches- money gets stuck on top of beds and tables in the lobby making it impossible to collect. The game randomly freezes and crashes. I have made upgrades only to come back to the game and I have to redo upgrades, and the money is still gone. I happily spend money on games but will not spend one cent until the cost to remove ads is lowered. Judging by another review, even when you spend the ridiculous $10 to remove ads, ads still appear. Bottom line, the ads and cost to remove them really ruin the potential of this game. For the amount of money they’re getting, the graphics should be far more better and the same glitches shouldn’t be happening over and over. Lastly, income from previous hotels should absolutely carry over to new hotels as well as when you prestige.

It’s not awful. But at the same time it gets pretty boring really quick. The controls and forced camera moves aren’t great, the heavy focus on watching ads is annoying especially since it’ll force you to watch ads randomly without any reward and there really isn’t a whole lot to do in the game to make you want to keep playing. After a very short time it’s just the sale repetitive running around collecting cash off the ground, grabbing toilet paper from a way too far away supply room that the housekeepers don’t bother doing and then upgrading rooms. Add a virtual controller stick, get rid of the camera movements, have cash get collected by the housekeepers, have housekeepers fill bathrooms, get rid of forced ads, lower the price of no ads to like $3 because this game isn’t worth $10 in the slightest, add more rooms types that you can add to the hotel, add the ability to add other things like a pool, conference room, restaurant, etc so that it’s not the same boring repetition.

…. The game is good and all but for SOME REASON I keep getting “weed inc.” ads or something and it’s 17+ and this game is a 12+ why would you have a type of ad like this on your game for 12+? It shouldn’t be acceptable because kids shouldn’t have to see stuff like weed even thought the ad doesn’t have realistic graphics, this shouldn’t be acceptable because some kids will take the ad as “advise (?)” to have this type of stuff. Now I know I set the review to 4/5, but the reason is, is that this game is good and you don’t just finish in a week or two, and it’s a good game but there are MANY ads and the offers and stuff I get but the no reason-Ed ads? Those are the really annoying ones because I get those like every thirty minutes. But my main problem is that one ad, you see I know someone who actually go “advise” from an ad and it was about that type of stuff -thank you for reading this complaint/comment :)

Needs Work. I think this game has potential and I like to play it but it seems like every time there is an update something else changes and it’s not always for the better. First thing - please fix the issue with the daily quests and stop changing the rewards. The most annoying thing is having to complete all the quests now for some gems only to have the “use transport” quest not even work. And I have tried it every single time I see the quest just to see if it works. It doesn’t. And it makes no sense to even play the game that day if I see that in the list of quests. Also, earning gems has gotten harder and that hurts the review. It doesn’t have to be as easy as before but this last change is ridiculous. I paid for the ads to stop but beforehand it was like every minute u we’re getting one. I would also like to see additional levels added to the already there hotels. As I have maxed out all but 2 hotels I think this would be a good step too. Otherwise this is a good concept for a game

Really fun BUT…... This game started off really fun and I love that there’s no failing. I can go at my own pace. HOWEVER. There are soooooo many ads and glitches, and it takes way too long to earn money for upgrades/expansions. There are several rooms the maids just won’t clean and the life guard literally stands there doing nothing. I have to do his job for him if I want to make money from the pool. And about the money, for the first hotel it was fine. But after that the upgrades and expansions start to cost way too much and it takes forever to earn it. I think the ads glitch too because right after getting out of one, I get another immediately. The rooms went from a reasonable 5,000 to 80,000+ to add and the price goes up with each time you upgrade or add a room. This wouldn’t be a problem if it didn’t take so long to earn money or the upgrades didn’t cost quite as much. And the third hotel’s layout is just awful.
