Love love love this app!. First of all, I want to send a huge THANK YOU to the app developers about the ads! This app is the ONLY app out there that actually does ads the way they should be!! Very short 2 second ads every so often, with an easy way to close out of them and they don’t take too much away from the game play. I know that doesn’t give much incentive for players to buy the game to get rid of the ads, but I’m definitely more willing to make in-app purchases just because I’m so glad the ads aren’t ridiculous like every. other. app. out. there. SO since I’m writing a review, might as well tell you about the game play too, huh? LOVE IT. So easy to use, TONS of designs to choose from, not too many that require payment and they’re only $.99 if they do, and this is just about as satisfying as putting a real puzzle together!! My favorite feature is the ability to really personalize the difficulty levels of the puzzles by choosing the amount of pieces and being able to rotate them! In other words, if you’re thinking about getting this app, do yourself a favor and just download it. You won’t regret it!

I Love This App, But.... I love this game. I love the pictures and the options. I especially love how you can change the difficulty of your puzzle. But, there are some things I don’t love. For example, whenever I try to see the full picture of the puzzle I’m doing, I always end up pushing the hint button (the lightbulb), and I am then trapped into watching a video. This is very annoying for the users of the app. Maybe it could be placed on a different part of the screen, away from the other buttons. Another thing is that I frequently want to do a puzzle that is not on the app. Such as a picture of a famous actor I see on tv, or a flower in my backyard. I suggest giving us an “Import” option, such as the app “Color By Number” does. To do this, the app would need to access our camera role, to see the pictures we’ve taken. This way, we can do puzzles of things that we think are interesting. I think these changes will make the app much more fun and interesting for the user of the app, such as myself. Thank you!

The best jigsaw puzzle app by far, but…. I don’t ever rate or review apps, but I’m hoping this one might actually reach somebody because I genuinely like this app. It’s a simple, straightforward, and free puzzle app with minimal ads. I appreciate how reasonable the ads are, so I was even willing to spend the $4.99 to remove them, which I rarely do. (I just delete apps if they go ad crazy rather than rewarding annoying behavior.) My only real gripe with this app is how tedious it is to scroll through the puzzle options. There’s tons of images to choose from and a decent variety of image types (even though it almost seems like the photos were all taken/edited by the same person/group), so I think the app would really benefit from better/faster image list navigation and maybe more specific categories or subcategories. That doesn’t seem like too much of a request, so hopefully it’s not and you guys can develop a solution 🤷🏾‍♂️ Other than that, I’d appreciate more options in terms of image style. Idk where you guys source your images from, but I assume they’re all from a single free/low-cost source. The problem with that is the photo editing of image options all kinda look the same. Very bright and poppy. Maybe that’s intentional for visual clarity on this digital medium? Idk. Darker images would just be a nice addition imo. Great app tho! Nowadays, it’s hard to find simple and satisfying game apps like this. Definitely appreciated. Cheers 🤙🏾

Changes. **update: now this app is all messed up. It doesn’t save progress, moves pieces after they’re locked, and the problems ho on and on. It used to be a cool app but not any more. They need to go back to the original coding. These updates are horrible. I started out loving this app; the puzzles are great and there’s a ton of selections. I liked that you could shrink or expand the puzzle and could use the outside area around the puzzle to assemble images or stack pieces I order to see them better since the bar along the bottom is pretty small. Now my puzzle doesn’t move, I can only make it larger or smaller but can’t move it at all and I can’t use the area around the puzzle for anything which makes it hard to assemble the puzzle. There should be options available for being able to shrink or expand it, move it around so I can work on a specific section, etc. at first I thought it was a glitch so I re-downloaded the app and all my saved puzzles disappeared so I had to start all over. Please either go back to the previous version or add it as an option. It was better.

??????. Normally I would give this game/app 4.5 - 5 stars, but since about the 2nd week of January the game won’t open. It starts with the white screen with the black letters that say Easy Brain, then the white screen withe square icon, then it opens to the puzzles. But since the second week of January, when I open the game, it starts withe Easy Brain, but sticks on the white screen with the icon. I REALLY don’t want to reinstall the app. I have A LOT of puzzles I do not want to lose, along with the points. I thought at first, you were updating the app, but almost a month later, I’m not sure what to think. Any help would be so appreciated and helpful. Once the app is working properly again, I’ll immediately change my rating back to 5 stars April 27 So it is now April 27 and I’m getting VERY frustrated with your appp. At the beginning of ever month or in the middle of the month your app stops working. It starts with the opening “”Easy Brain” Screen then it goes to the screen with the cat icon screen and it stops/ stalls right there. I normally LOVE your app, but the ‘stalling icon page” is WAY past a joke. It’s happening more often than not and I’m losing out on the ‘Events’. I REALLY wish this ‘bug’ could get fixed permanently.

One of the best around. I absolutely love the huge variety of puzzles available. I find working on puzzles very relaxing and calming. An issue I have is that sometimes the app slows down to a crawl. . . Almost like the iPad Pro freezes - has iOS 14.0.1 - shutting the iPad down and restarting usually “fixes” the issue. i recently purchased a new iPad and was able to move all my apps over the the new iPad using iCloud backup. The completed puzzles under my puzzles did not transfer over to the new iPad. November 2020 Jigsaw has become glitchy . . . Two issues that I have contacted the developer about - 1. Once I sort the puzzle pieces by shape and close out of the app, the pieces get mixed up again ; not completely but enough so they need to be sorted again . . . Does not happen if the puzzle is over 75% completed. 2. Related to issue 1. Once pieces are connected to the puzzle and some “spare” pieces are left, not connected to the started puzzle but are similar two pieces I have been connecting, if I close the app, the pieces I left unconnected and the pieces I connected during the previous time that I was putting the puzzle together, all get moved back to the sorting tray which has been mixed up. As much as I like this app, I am deleting it - the last update did not resolve the issue. I sent screen recordings to the developer to show them what was happening.

An ad every 5 pieces placed. I love this puzzle game, it has some of the best variety in designs, I like the categories, I like that you can place edges down first, I like that you can choose if pieces are rotated correctly or not to make it easier or more challenging, and I’m gonna keep playing it on my tablet, but the ads every few pieces are AWFUL. Especially if you chose to do more pieces and it takes forever to finish because ads slow you down. Even worse is that if you take a moment to place a piece down, you might end up getting an ad after every other piece. And you can’t avoid ads easily by turning off WiFi or putting your device on airplane mode, because you can’t start NEW puzzles without so,‘em type of connection. My advice? Start like 10 puzzles by placing corner pieces down, then finish them on airplane mode. I understand ads are a necessary evil for paying developers, but it completely turns you away from what is supposed to be a relaxing and satisfying game. Besides ads, the game is fine

Great relaxing and challenging fun. This jigsaw puzzle app is the BEST!! I used to do picture coloring apps to relax. However, I am now hooked on your puzzles. I love that you allow the player to increase or decrease the difficulty of each puzzle by choosing the number of puzzle pieces. There is a wide variety of pictures—some of which are free while others require the player to open by using points or paying a small fee. One criticism: I think it’s great that the player can score points by watching an add after completing the puzzle. But I have found that some adds do not let the player “X-out” once the ad has finished. Rather, he needs to get out of the app entirely. Then, when getting back in, there are no additional bonus points awarded. So I am watching the add and getting nothing in return. Maybe this is a glitch and can be correcting. It is the reason I rated your game 4 stars and not 5. Thank you for your reply. I, sadly do not know how to upload a screenshot in your Review section. I just had this problem with an ad from Brevity:News. It was really frustrating to sit through the entire ad and not get the addt’l coins/points.

Very enjoyable game, but too many ads. UPDATE: I must have bitten the bullet and purchased the ad-free version since I wrote the following. Glad I did because it sure is enjoyable! I especially love the settings that let you choose your level of difficulty. And of course the great pictures. Older: This is my second review. I made the first one after playing a very short time and gave it 5 stars. But I spoke too soon! Yes, it’s a very relaxing and fun way to do some beautiful puzzles, with many puzzles and styles and 5 different levels of difficulty to choose from. But the ads are almost nonstop! When you first start playing, they run ads at the bottom of your puzzle so as not to interrupt play—which is a great way to do it—only running full-screen ads between puzzles. So I rated it a 5. But after only a couple of rounds the full-time interruptions started. Full-screen ads pop up almost every time you match a puzzle piece!!! So I have dropped my rating to a 3, which is generous considering how many agonizing commercial spots you have to endure to work a beautiful puzzle. You definitely won’t want to make this your favorite game.

BEST. PUZZLE. APP. EVER.. If you haven’t already, GET THIS APP! It is amazing and a wonderful stress reliever. 1. So many puzzles. There are so many puzzles and categories to choose from, and they are all cool&child-friendly pictures. Endless puzzles if you scroll, and lots in the categories. 2. You can choose pieces amount. Once you click on a puzzle you like, your able to vary thee amount of pieces wanted to make the puzzle! Challenge yourself with 400, or keep it simple&quick with 36. 3. Categories There is a section where you can pick the category you are looking forward to doing. If I want city: Landmarks. If I want dogs: Pets or Animals. If I want flowers: Nature. So many fun and wonderful themes to pick from! 4. Saving Every puzzle you do will automatically save, and if you haven’t finished it, it will out a percentage and save as well! I have so many unfinished puzzles that I was able to finish today from LAST YEAR! You never run out of storage as well! There was only one negative effect that I had for this app, which was the adds. There were so many and they happened almost every time a clicked a puzzle. Luckily, I fixed that by buying No Adds for $5. It was worth it! Now I can do as many puzzles with no interruption. I definitely suggest this app! (and to buy no adds) Thank you creators for making it, I play it every day and it never gets old! Sincerely, Your #1 Fan! (I think)

Awesome!. *Update* I’m a little irritated with how when you drag puzzle pieces from the bottom of the screen up, it goes up extra or floats away and is no longer aligned with your finger/pencil…. I don’t know if this happened in a recent update, but it wasn’t like this before. Hopefully they will fix this. It’s very annoying. *original review* New puzzles are constantly being added and I love the tournaments! Makes things a little more exciting. I paid for no ads because I play this every day after work. I’d love the opportunity to submit my own photos in the future. *edit* to add that I recently found out that the tournament doesn’t actually include everyone who plays. Which is a huge bummer. Thought I was competing against a bunch of other people who do puzzles. Instead, it appears that the leaderboard is actually just full of bots. :( Looked at my boyfriends leaderboard and it had all completely different users and scores on it compared to mine. Bummer.

Almost perfect puzzle app. I’ve done more than a dozen puzzles, as well as the Valentine’s challenge, which was 27 puzzles. I got tired of the advertising, so paid to remove the ads, and have found that to be money well spent. There are a few things that would improve this app for me: I’d love to be able to search for specific puzzle themes, ie Dutch scenery. There are some categories, but there needs to be more! It would be nice to know more about some of the images, such as the scenery ones. A bit of information, such as where that beach is, or what mountain that is. It would be nice if one could move the pieces from the bottom, to the side of the screen. I like to use my iPad in landscape mode, so it would be easier to keep the puzzle a bit larger, if the pieces were not on the bottom. Lastly, it would be very nice if it would be possible to quick sort the pieces according to their shapes. I often do it, after getting the edge pieces placed, but it would be nice if that could be done automatically. I don’t purchase very many apps, but I’m happy to have paid for this one, and feel like I’m getting my money’s worth!

Auto volume ads make this app unusuable. Can I give it less than one star??? The puzzles are okay - the problem is with the endless ads! Outside of the fact that they throw four or five commercial breaks into each puzzle - more if you have to take a call and “continue” afterward - THE INSANELY LOUD VOLUME ON THE ADS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I use this app as a way to pass time while waiting for things - like a loved one in surgery. No matter how many times I turn the volume down, the app turns it back on jolting me and everybody around me. I’m currently looking for a better app and willing to pay not to see ads for the same 20 things I do not want or intend to try. Some of the ads are impossible to close and won’t go away unless you click through . They just jam your page so you can’t go back to the puzzles unless you click on the LEARN MORE button. Don’t bother with this app - unless you and everybody around you are deaf. Seriously. Bad dev company desperate for click bait charges to their advertisers.

Updates have hurt the app. I’m not sure what happened to my last review, but… I don’t have the ad problem that everyone else has as I bought the paid version a couple years back. I did this because I hate ads and enjoyed the app so I wanted to help support it. And I absolutely loved it up until a month or two ago. The latest updates hurt the app immensely. I have considered deleting it and will do so if they do not reverse some of the changes they made. First, you cannot work outside of the puzzle edges now. Then the ability to recall all of the pieces to the bottom has been removed. Why? This was the best feature. Especially if you’re working on a 400 piece puzzle. Then they add this annoying useless emoji that pops up to tell you your progress like you need a cheerleader and can’t see your own progress. This is one of those times I think the developers do not use their own app at all. I would love to go back to the older version but cannot on my iPhone. So I’m left with waiting to see if the developers will fix it or if I will delete the app in its entirety.

Worst puzzle app ever.. First the positive, beautiful puzzles to choose from and the pictures are very sharp and beautiful. The developer did top of the line work on the pictures. Now the problems. First no place to organize the pieces. You have to work the puzzle out underneath any lose pieces on the board. Only one tray and you don’t have the option to move all the pieces out at once or return them to the tray. You manually take one piece out and have to return them one by one to clean up the board. On the side of the puzzle is a white box containing settings background etc. very distracting and can get in the way of your progress because it blocks your view of the puzzle at times, example working on the border or near it. I think the box should be able to disappear from view. Finally towards the end almost couldn’t finish because I could not locate the last two pieces. I toggled the button for edge piece view on and off to locate my missing inner pieces and was able to finally finish. Lastly, no option to use your own pictures to use as puzzles. I am going to delete this app because it is to much of a struggle and not an enjoyable puzzle to work on.

Love this app so much!. I don’t usually play games on my phone because I get bored of them easily and then end up deleting them after a week or so. But this game is a keeper! There are no time limits, no points, no levels, just good old puzzle making! It’s great to play for when you’re bored, have nothing to do, and so on. There are so many options to choose from. You can even choose the amount of puzzles to put together. I believe the easiest is like 9 all the way up to 400 pieces. My only complaint about this game is that I hate when the “board” moves out of place. It’s good for when you want your puzzle pieces spread out, but it gets annoying when you accidentally pull the whole board down to the bottom haha. I don’t know if I’m the only one to complain about it, but it be awesome if you could make an option to keep the board still and in place. Kind of like the rotate option you guys have. Anyway, it’s an awesome app.

Buggy - cannot always complete puzzles. I wanted to love this app. And when it works correctly, it's pretty great. But I've had trouble completing all but one of my puzzles I've tried. When I get down to the last two or three pieces, they don't fit anywhere - they're the right color/pattern to fit, but they are the wrong shape. You can tell that's where they are supposed to go - and even when you hit the button for a hint, the hint tries to place them there and can't. Another time it allowed me to join two pieces that actually went in separate spots and weren't connected at all. In the end (they were the last two pieces), I had to figure out how to break them apart so that I could complete the puzzle. And then there are the ads. I understand that this is a free game/app, but it would be great if they could find a less obnoxious way to run ads, rather than interrupting you over and over again during the course of a single puzzle. Other apps, for example, give you the option to watch an ad in exchange for something (such as in game currency to keep "playing"). Or heck, just even playing the ads a little less frequently so that there is less interruption would be an improvement.

Tedious ads in the middle of solving the puzzle are excessive and uncalled for!. Could you be more annoying with the ads? No. I don’t think that is humanly possible. An ad between puzzles seems more than adequate as “payment” for a free game. Should one want to accrue more coins faster, then by all means make us sit through another ad. But every few minutes throughput the entire puzzle making experience is beyond obnoxious! The sad thing is you have a lot of attractive puzzles I know I would have enjoyed but I will be finding another puzzle app, as there are so many to choose from that won’t beat me up with gratuitous ads. Absolutely ridiculous and more than a bit greedy at our expense! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Buh-bye! Update: The developer responded by saying sorry and the will try to make ads less annoying. HA! I just read through other reviews and this same issue has been a problem for quite some time. Clearly you have no intention of eliminating the ads during the puzzle making process! Greed and lying are ugly. Clearly I’ll not hold my breath while you continue on as usual and instead I’ll enjoy your competition’s puzzles!

Appreciate this jigsaw app tremendously!! Its the best!. I have multiple health issues and I’m in constant pain. Whenever I’m able to hold my iphone and headache isn’t too severe, I work as many puzzles as I can to distract my mind from the pain. — THAT is greatly appreciated!! Thank you for your great job of providing such beautiful puzzles! And I’m glad that it’s possible to adjust the number of pieces you want the puzzle to be each time because it depends on how I feel as to how much of a challenge I am up to. It also helps keep my mind at least a little more active. I cannot concentrate a lot at one time so if I have picked a harder challenge format than I thought it would be , I can stop or slow down and complete at my timing. I’d sure be disappointed if I didn’t have this to help me get through some of my days that are filled with stress, this helps me relax and get my mind off of problems. There’s a large variety of pictures to pick from! And I love it that I’m not limited to just one a day !

Love the game but something needs to change. First of all I had to start that I love this game and I have a baby in the house that loves to eat anything he can find and I’ll leave my stuff everywhere. But with a digital one it’s so much better because I can have so many more puzzles and this game is really fun. I love it but I can’t give it five stars because I’m not even done with the puzzle and there’s a commercial in the middle of my puzzle and after my bottle I mean I get it but when I first downloaded the game I am like oh wow finally a game that won’t have any commercials on it but I guess I was wrong because there is a commercial in the middle of the puzzle you’re doing so for those who creates the game or those who fix the thing on the game I just hope you fix that because I hate when the puzzle stops and I have to wait for the puzzle to come back just because of a commercial. But other than that l love this game.

Terrific design, buggy implementation. I really want to love this app. It is by far the best puzzle app I’ve found. Terrific and changing puzzles available, an elegant interface, and I’m addicted to the audible and almost tactile “snick” when a piece connects to another. After using it for a while, I paid to eliminate ads, which streamlines it significantly. But I won’t pay for new cool puzzles unless the problems are fixed. Sadly, there are several bugs that interfere with enjoyment. No longer can I resume a puzzle started in another session. The partial puzzle is saved, but when I try to resume instead the app automatically completes the whole thing. So now I try to finish a puzzle in one sitting, which can’t always happen. Even more annoying is when puzzle pieces randomly jump around the screen, enlarge themselves to no longer fit, or freeze in place and refuse to be moved. In frustration, I keep trying other apps. But I don’t like the basic game play of other apps, this one is the best design and has the best puzzles to choose from. If only they would fix the bugs.

Incredibly excessive disruptive ads. When I first downloaded and started using this app, there would be an ad at the beginning of every puzzle but that was it. Which is fine, I understand that the app is free and I could deal with one or even 2 ads per puzzle. Now I get an ad every 9-12 pieces I place. Which over a simple 100 piece puzzle is 9-10 ads. It’s incredible frustrating to have my progress constantly stopped for the same three ads over and over and over. Seriously considering uninstalling the app over this. The game itself is easily 4.5 stars, I like the puzzles, I like the option to sort out just the edge pieces, and the piece placing feels nice. I do wish I could rotate pieces still in the tray though. Edit: the ads got even more frequent as I got further and further into the game. I was working on a 225 piece puzzle and getting an ad every 6-8 pieces I placed. I did end up purchasing the game because I do enjoy it, but I feel like the ad frequency was intentional to force me to do so. I still stand by my review, as the game is unenjoyable unless you you purchase it.

Absolutely THE Best Puzzle App!!!. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never had the patience for jigsaw puzzles or you’re a jigsaw puzzle aficionado this is the BEST puzzle app you’ll ever find! You decide the level of difficulty from 9 pieces to 400 pieces. This has been ideal for me since I was concerned I’d get discouraged, but thankfully I was able to start easy and increase the number of pieces at my pace. Plus, if you’re a “south-paw” not to worry as lefty’s haven’t been forgotten with this app. :) There’s a plethora of beautiful puzzles to choose from: adorable puzzles that children will love, nature puzzles, landmarks from around the world, wildlife galore in their natural habitats. As well as abstracts, flowers, birds, patriotic, oils & watercolor paintings, themed collections, pets, and anything & everything else you can possibly imagine. Oh, I almost forgot to mention - there’s the “Puzzle of the Day” for those of us who sometimes enjoy being surprised and/or challenged with puzzles we may normally not have chosen ourselves. Last, but certainly not least, did I mention how wonderful the customer service is? Well, let me tell you if you have a question, a suggestion, or a request (which is what I had since I love puzzles of cars) you’ll be sure to receive a reply faster than you can say, “Wow, this is seriously an awesome app!”

Was great. New version is pretty bad.. Forced update, no longer able to use area around puzzle. The new themes don’t include the previous neutral gray so it is much more difficult to compare colors of puzzle pieces. That’s really the worst part. And all the previously downloaded puzzles are gone. Then I found that if I struggle through the forced download, the repeated opening of the App Store, the App Store pages for other programs, eventually I can get back to the old version of the program. It’s a lot of trouble but worth it to avoid this new version. Plus the old puzzles are still there. So the old version is really good. The new version probably wasn’t written by people that actually do the jigsaw puzzles or they’d know it’s important to see the color differences in the pieces. I don’t know how often I’ll struggle through to the old version. But I can say I won’t be playing the new version at all. Vendor responded to my review and pointed out how to change to their other color themes. As my review said, I’d looked at the themes but those themes don’t include gray. So the vendor is responsive but didn’t quite read the review.

My review. This game is awesome. Hands down. I would totally recommend this for anyone looking for an amazing puzzle game with wide variety. I downloaded this game a couple of days ago, and it has worked fine for most of it. However, yesterday when I was playing, the game seemed to get very laggy. I don’t know if this is an issue with my phone as I know it is getting a little older(I got it three years ago) but I didn’t want anyone else to have this problem. It isn’t bad and would not change my review of the game, but it might be something to look into. I looked back a few reviews and didn’t see many posts about my issue, so it might just be something to do with my phone. Nevertheless, I still think very highly of this game. I also appreciate how quickly the developers have responded to reviews in the past as I know many developers rarely do. I love all the hard work put into this game and the developers should be very proud of this achievement.

I love it except.... I have been playing this for a long time and just love it. I’m the one that’s lying bed as my husband sleeps while I’m on the other side of the bed with my phone sounds off playing puzzles at 1, 2, 3 or 4am in the morning. But I have recently noticed that when I go to daily puzzle tab I can no longer see the months at a glance they are all in expanded view. You use to have to expand the month to view. I thought I may have done something wrong and tried to fix it to no avail. There should at least be an option to play in expanded view or not. Now I have to close all the months just to get to the month I wish to work. Also when I finish that puzzle and want to do another, I have to go through that process all over again. I do love working all the beautiful puzzles, but this change has caused me not to work the puzzles as much anymore. I was aiming to work all the months and years available. My aim now is now to open the app for days or weeks now. Please fix it back.

I’m nervous for my phone. I started really enjoying the relaxation of these puzzles until my phone started overheating. And not just like a “oh, it’s getting a little warm” but like “I can feel the heat through my case and I need to take it off so that I don’t break my phone.” It’s just a little disconcerting to be shaken from your therapeutic relaxation state to come to the shock of “suddenly my very VERY expensive device could just break if I don’t close the app for a while.” Another issue I have is that I can’t have ANY other apps running (music, iMessage, etc.) while I’m doing a puzzle or the movement of pieces will SERIOUSLY lag. I find putting together the puzzles so satisfying that I kind of just completely close the app for a few seconds and then reopen it and it’ll fix itself for a while so it’s mostly just annoying. On a positive note, I LOVE how many puzzles there are available! And how there are what feels like new ones every day! It’s just the factors overheating and lag that I find really off-putting and prevent me from using this app as much as I would like/pushing me to search out other puzzle apps that easy my nerves a bit more. Kind of a bummer

NO ADS!!. Ok so, I went into this game thinking it would be like a lot of other games. But after solving 2 100pc puzzles with NO ADS, I was very impressed. That’s not it, but there is A LOT, and when I say A LOT I mean it.. of different puzzles. The frog ones are my favorite. Check them out they are VERY cute! Anyways.. if your a beginner or this is your first puzzle, then you can change the number of pieces you can use in the puzzle- and to make it harder add MORE pieces and turn on rotation. I prefer NOT to turn on rotation because that would be VERY hard but- that’s just my opinion. I haven’t found anything wrong with the game yet, so I put it as 5 stars because of the reasons I put on the review. But I think that this is a very good game, and if you haven’t downloaded it yet- you should. But I just downloaded this game so I don’t know everything about it, but it’s amazing so far. Thank you for reading this, hope I don’t waste your time!

Some suggestions.... This is a great puzzle game that I love! It's was super confusing to me at first, because when I started the puzzle the pieces where all upside down and sideways, so I was really frustrated then about a month later I decided to try again and I found a "help" button so I clicked on and boom! There was all the information I needed! I played again it it was super fun and awesome! I have a couple suggestions the first one I'm just going to go out and say, MORE PUZZLES!!!!!!!! Second I was really bummed to when I first started because I was looking through the pets category (my favorite one) and I immediately thought "Ooh that one looks cute, fun and awesome!" Then I realized you had to pay for it! All of the super cute, cool ones you have to pay for! 😡 Last, I really think it would be great if there was a search bar in the discover section, that way you can search for what puzzle you want to do! That would really effect and change my review in a good way. I am also very impressed, that you guys respond to, like all the reviews I think that's super cool 😎

Pieces not freely rotating only at 90 degree incraments. I looked at pictures (screen shot?), they show pieces slightly rotated, I used to have a puzzle app that allowed for freely rotating pieces, app pictures are misleading! No way to freely rotate! Former developer response wasn't helpful all they did was give me instructions for rotating 90 degrees by clicking pieces, images on App Store show pieces at 45 degree making me think freely rotating like handling real pieces but this isn't true. Try again and please look at your advertisement images and read my problem Thanks. I will check again another time to see if they update the app. Why is it that tech people read half of a problem then give the wrong solution and think they have fixed anything? I'm ashamed to be a tech guy when this happens! I would remove the only star I gave for this! They have fake screen shots!!!!! That is what I'm judging there app on!!!!! And they seem to have no clue????? Because they try to fix my problem without READING!!!!!!!

Good app, but could be so much more fun to use. I’ve been playing jigsaw puzzles on iPad for at least 10 years. I abandoned my previous app, since they could not provide me with an ad free version, and it also drained the device battery and I could not listen to audiobook while playing. When looking for a replacement game, and finding this one, I bought the ad free version straight away. I like the daily puzzles and that they are still accessible if you miss a day or two. However 400 pieces is too small, I need more options. Also what drives me mad is that there is no scatter pieces option - if you can’t find the last missing piece, you have to enlarge and look around until you find it. Dumb. Also, you frequently minimize the game by mistake since the program isn’t locked and you inadvertently swipe it away when you try to grab a puzzle piece from the bottom tray. Weird solution. Could be done better. Will add on stars if game improves.

What happened?. 2nd update...the developer responded that the changes will be permanent. That’s disappointing. Time to find a new puzzle app that allows me to use the space around the puzzle. Update...After I wrote the below review, the app was updated to correct the issues I had. But now after having the app for 11 months I’m having issues again. The app stopped working on my iPad, I deleted the app and re installed it, and the issues are back. Again, is this a new permanent thing? It really makes it not enjoyable when I can’t use the space around the outside of the puzzle. Without the space to work and place pieces I can’t do puzzles with very many pieces. I’ve had this app for about 6 months and have been perfectly happy with it, then all of a sudden something changed with it. It no longer has the “move out” and “move in” buttons. I also can no longer place pieces around the outside of the puzzle. I like to use that space to sort and work on things without using the space inside. I really don’t want to find a different app, but I guess the search is on is this a permanent thing.

Quits working. I love this app when it works, puzzles are fun, easy to do or as hard as I want, but recently I have to delete it every couple days cuz it won’t get off of the commercial. Today it’s frozen on Google ad helps. Huh? Rated, commented, still can’t get my puzzle back. I’m done, We going to someone else. Update: I’ll be working my puzzle, and it flips to a game advertisement, but the “end”, or “forward” button never comes up. There is no way to back out of the advertisement. I don’t want to add the advertised game(I’m really careful what I put on my phone, and don’t play many games) but in desperation , because I want to finish my puzzle, I have added the game and then deleted from my phone, but then the next time they just happens again. The only fix I can find is delete my daily puzzle and readd. But it’s happening more often, so I gotta quit, even tho it’s my most favorite game. It’s totally relaxing and fun working, but incredibly frustrating when it doesn’t. No I can’t tell you if it’s a specific game that lacks me out of the puzzle. I have learned that it can be a tiny c to get out, but like I say, sometimes no exit can be found!

Good but…. Large number and variety of puzzles is a really nice feature. Way too many ads. Too frequent interruption of puzzle for ads…sometimes sequences where there is an ad after each piece is played. Very annoying. Max puzzle size is 400 pieces. Wish there was another option for larger piece count. Still…overall gives some good enjoyment. Update: if you love ads, this game has mastered the placement and frequency of repetitive ads to interrupt your gameplay. At times, if it is taking a little while to place a puzzle piece, you can get an ad after each piece placed. I prefer the Max piece count of 400 in my puzzles so you can imagine the potential number of ads. To be fair, I think I am pretty good at putting the puzzles together so haven’t seen 400 ads in one puzzle. But the interruption and annoying resizing of the puzzles after certain ads sure makes it hard to stick with this product for long. WAY too many ads. I took a break for awhile and came back to look for any improvement but there is none.

Events. I’ve enjoyed this app for over a year and the events are fun but it’s frustrating to see the same puzzles appear in the events. Yes, your solvers recognize them from the year before. With the huge inventory that you have, why the repeats? When I saw that 400 piece dragon I groaned. I didn’t enjoy it last year and don’t know if I’ll bother this year. The last few events have had repeats. Why? I find it hard to believe you can’t pull something different out for an event. Or if you can’t, try having events based on moods, like “happy” that allows for tranquil landscapes, a group of stuffed animals, or a plate of chocolate. Pull a puzzle out of one of the categories or throw in one that’s not related to the event. Anything that is at least different. But even with that minor complaint, I can’t recommend this app enough. Pay to remove the ads and sit back and thoroughly enjoy yourself

Wow. Its just the way the game works in this case is that it has to do something with a lot more power to make the player experience better than it does to be honest and not be too hard on yourself and not just be able play it off of it being more than you think you want it is what you are playing on your mind is the way you play the games and you have a good game to be playing on the other hand the way it works so it doesn’t really affect the gameplay but the gameplay itself does it is the way that it works so I guess it’s the game I guess you think it’s a lot of the way you want it is that it’s a little different lol I just think that the way you want it doesn’t make it doesn’t make it doesn’t matter if it’s not the same as it doesn’t make it just doesn’t matter what it doesn’t make sense I just want you know what I don’t know if it’s not a game I just don’t care I don’t care about it just don’t care what I just want it justdoesn’t matter to you don’t know how much money I don’t know I don’t know I don’t know how it doesn't’.

Love App, Don’t Love Recent Update. I love this app, there is a huge array of beautiful puzzles and lots of categories too! I don’t love the changes in the recent update. I don’t like that the borders button has changed and moved to the top, so you can no longer fluidly go back and forth between piece types. I wish the feature to collect stray pieces was still available, this is a feature I used constantly, as it also allowed you to go back to the start of scrolling pieces. I don’t like that you no longer can work outside of the puzzle box, because this feature was awesome for when you are working on different parts or areas of a puzzle, or were limited on space within the puzzle box. When you do actual puzzles on a table, you have a workspace to do work on different areas at the same time, now this is not possible. I liked the updates that were done recently, but I am not a fan of this most recent version and all the changes that were made. I’ve been using this app for years so I hope you will take my opinions into consideration.

Should be zero ads; I want my money back. I purchased this app Nov 2021 and there should not be ads. Somehow an ad is pushed thru for the last 3 weeks. Probably some untested update. Giving me who has paid, the same ads as everyone else. NOT ACCEPTABLE, HEAR ME? I don't appreciate it. I paid for it so NO ads thank you. I reported a complaint tonight to Apple to let them know you are cheating your customers who have paid for no ads. I was in the middle of playing and it is late night and you pushed an ad right in the middle of my play on a PAID APP. Get rid of them COMPLETELY for those who have purchased to remove ads. You know who we are, you are tracking our play with callbacks to your domain. And looking at the recent reviews I think I won't take the update that looks to be ruining people's experience. I WANT A REPLY NOW ON THIS. And why not my husband who has the same paid app? No ads for him. I did already report you to Apple tonight. I have no interest in contacting the developer and giving them my personal info. GET RID OF THE ADS I PAID ALREADY NOT TO HAVE! I WONT TOLERATE IT. I don't want to email you and open a personal communication per your response . Just fix it! I found your in-app portal to message you the complaint and issue. You can notify me there when you have fixed it. Oops... now that isn't working. I get an 'oops' message from the app now when I go check for any reply in the portal. Smh...

Purchased, still interruptions. Pop- ups are now interrupting the flow of the game. An emoji pop-up is now annoying players just like the ads in the free version. When talking with the company directly, I was told that many players enjoy those kind of interruptions. That has to be a joke! I used to really enjoy this game. But the newest upgrade is just awful. They added a stupid emoji that interrupts my meditative state by popping up to tell me my boarders are done or I have reached 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% of completion. As if I can’t see my puzzle is done. As if I can’t see the boarder is done. As if there is no function already that allows me to select only for boarder pieces. And one cannot opt out of having an emoji pop up. Is it a cheap way to give a more interactive appearance? I have to endure the intrusion. While easybrain just ignored true customer requests. Like a sorting field or the option to adjust my playing field. An area that allows me to set aside certain pieces would have been a more impactful and useful upgrade, instead of a stupid emoji pop-up. It appears that easybrain is trying to make this puzzle more competitive. But it appears customers choose this game to enjoy quiet time and relaxation. I don’t want or need to be hyped up by an emoji pop-up. So I am disappointed by this unnecessary and truly stupid idea. Now this puzzle game that used to be a pleasant exception is trying to just become yet another dopamine seeker.

Best puzzle app until ads took over. I’ve used this app for a long time and always loved it - definitely the best puzzle app on the App Store. Tons to choose from and lots of options for difficulty. Love the option for segmented play as well, which can be easier to manage when playing on a phone. I would work on puzzles every night before bed to wind down. The ads used to be well spaced out and completely tolerable. However, I don’t know what happened, but all of the sudden I’m getting ads after every 5 puzzle pieces I place. Literally. They are skippable after 5 seconds, but it’s incredibly annoying to be taken out of the game so frequently, and it’s no longer a nice relaxing puzzle experience. I would rather watch a long ad less often than being constantly bombarded with short ones. I would really love to keep using this app, but the frequency of the ads has become a dealbreaker for me. Really disappointed. Edit: I’ve just learned that there is an option to disable ads for a small fee. I think this is pretty reasonable given all the content in the app, so I appreciate that. However, it’s still unfortunate that the free version of the app is still practically unplayable now due to the frequency of ads.

puzzles. I have found my favorite thing. I love this as much as when a child. So addictive and fun. I have to keep plugging my iPad in for its so hard to stop. I have retina problem of both eyes so it’s a problem for a bit after. Not going to let it stop me. I recommend these puzzles for everyone, great therapy. I wish there were more additions to the Art puzzles, especially the ones that do not cost! You have three to one or more that you have to buy. Not good! Another later complaint. Why do you put locks on 7 out of 9 puzzles? Very unfair…one might think you want to be paid for every good puzzle & you do. I love the Event Puzzles & wish there were one every month or more. New: Many times & frequently..more than frequently, my screen goes black after I finish a puzzle & I am not allowed to claim my coins. What are these coins for? What are they used for? Never has this been explained. I enjoy this game especially the events though Art puzzles are my favorite. You have far too many paint brushes, flowers etc. that are plainly not art. Thank you. All the Event puzzles are repeated from last year. Please send new ones as the repeats are very boring. Thank you.

Most relaxing app...great stress buster for EVERYONE!. Are you an uber organized (read: “OCD-type”) person and love the relaxation of a jigsaw puzzle? This is the best app that I have found that allows you to play as many puzzles as you want and not have to clean up (and alphabetize your puzzle boxes) afterward! It is very satisfying, in that it helps the compulsion to see “everything in its’ place and a place for everything”. I would like to see the ability to use pictures from my own photo album? Or how about the ability to submit photos and if mine is chosen as the daily puzzle, you could give a photo credit or maybe a game $ credit? ($1.00/photo chosen to be used on another in app purchase?) Release waiver for the photo (etc.) would have to be included upon submission, maybe with some photo requirements as well? [photo resolution, size, category, requirement of no people, etc.) All in all, this app has been a lifesaver for those of us either in isolation or in family overload “corona-tine” time!

Repeated events. I used to look forward to the events… until recently, when I realized they were the same from last year. When I complete an event puzzle, instead of seeing more to the right, it says this event has ended. I now understand why. It is exactly the same as last years’. Y’all have enough puzzles to not have to recycle the events. Also, my mom plays as well and started using her earned coins to ‘purchase’ collections, which she enjoys. However, it then locks most of the puzzles outside of the dailies, to make her spend coins. I have never used my coins and have hardly any locked puzzles. Kinda crappy practice if you ask me. I actually came here to see if my issues were because I missed an update, hoping I had and would have a new summertime event and not last years which I have already completed. No such luck. Most people that love to do jigsaw puzzles, do not enjoy doing the same ones over again.

Puzzled by Disappointments. I love the volume and categories of puzzles. Fun to play. Great selections. What I hate is the platform on which game is played. First, There should be a stationary board and one that fills screen. This one floats, changes sizes, but does not fill an adequate work space; cannot set size easily. Second, puzzle pieces are located at bottom, making it more difficult to move pieces. Best location is right side panel. Third, puzzle pieces are hard to move about as if they get stuck, very small, often get lost outside of board panel and don’t always return to location banner. Fourth, ads hide the escape route. Some lead into another ad if you try to escape; some are timed and force you to watch without an exit and others have a minuscule “x” hidden in a corner but barely visible and difficult to touch. Finally, when puzzle is complete, one would like to see the finished product as a clear depiction of original scene but not presented in puzzle form. A little reward for the completion. Update: I had already tried the suggestions made by developer. I found little or no better help in using those strategies. I would like this great app to offer a board that is as functional as the one provided in the Jigsaw HD app. This app offers too much opportunity not to have the best board or the greatest experience.

Changed. I downed this app because both me and my son Love to do puzzles 🧩 it was a blast 💥 until All the adds started I mean a few is great but when ur in the middle of building a puzzle and there more then one in the whole game it’s ridiculous Then after I did the update it freezing I deleted it I’ve uninstalled it more . Then I should Have I done this but it’s gotten old and frustrating I just wish there was less adds then what there’s been and I under stand that’s what they use to help pay for the game But there shouldn’t be as many as there been I was hoping after the update there be less adds but it just seems like they keep getting more and more one night I must of had 5 adds in one build stupid and just ( a subjections maybe let people use there pictures as a puzzle 🧩 or even create a puzzle ) all in all even after deleting it and reinstalling it I’m still playing it just really hate all the adds and I’ve tried tuns of jigsaw puzzles

Jigsaw Puzzels. This is a great app for working jigsaw Puzzels. There are so many free ones to download and you are able to work them very quickly. The only change I would like to see is a much larger area for the Puzzels so that the pieces would not be so small. As a person with age, it is hard to see small pieces and what is printed on them. Hope the owners of this app will take this in for consideration. The Puzzels in this app are so beautiful that it makes you crave to match up the pieces. The most beautiful puzzles available, however, I guess it was after a recent update, i seemed to have lost some options on the tool bar which was moved from the side to the bottom which is very inconvenient. Also, my biggest complaint is after working the first puzzle and start another, the board starts freezing and you cannot get the the pieces to unlock no matter what you do. It would be wonderful if someone could address these issues and get this app to work like it should. If my pieces continue to lock, I will be forced to delete this app and that would be ashamed since you have the most beautiful scenes and paintings in the entire App Store.

Amazing app!. This is my favorite pass time. The puzzles are so beautiful and the variety is amazing. This app runs smoothly and has not had any of the problems that others have written about. I do puzzles everyday. Thank you developers for such a great app. I do have one request for something that would be so helpful to me. I like to browse categories or previous puzzles and add puzzles to my collection to do later. When I click on a puzzle and then go back to the previous page to continue browsing it always goes back to the top of the page at the beginning. Please make it go back to where I left off. I hate having to go back through the puzzles I have already searched every time I click on a puzzle. Please update the app so that it will just go right back to where I was. That will make this app completely perfect for me.

Great game but…. I have really enjoyed working these puzzles and have been doing it daily for almost a year. After reading through other reviews with people saying they keep getting a blank screen I thought I would write a review of what I have found. Because the app does not have the option of completely deleting puzzles that have already been worked, the completed puzzles fill up your memory. The more puzzles you work the more memory is used. I found this out after my iPad crashed (and scared the crap out of me because I don’t have the money to buy a new iPad and I use it for work) and I had to go to the apple store to get it restored. They told me the completed puzzles are eating up my memory and that is what is causing the blank or white screen, and eventually the crash. The app does offer the option of deleting the puzzles you have worked but they go back into the puzzle selection. After doing that a few times, I now spend more time digging to find a puzzle I haven’t worked than actually working puzzles. Shutting my iPad off every few days does help with that some. I hope the developers find a solution to this problem soon or I will have to quit using this app. I use my iPad for work and cannot take the chance of it permanently crashing.

The best!. Edit: I still love this app as much as I used to. The only con, and the reason I took away a star (from 5 to 4), is that this app drains my battery. It even does so on my iPhone 14. I’d played this in the past on older devices with similar battery draining issues, but didn’t expect it to happen on a new device. Original 5-star review (all of which is still true): This is absolutely the best jigsaw puzzle app around. I’m totally addicted. There are so many free puzzles! I love that there are mystery puzzles!! I like that the puzzle pieces are lined up on the tool bar. It’s easy to filter out the edge pieces. And you can easily scatter the pieces across the board or move pieces back onto the tool bar. If the board moves too much under your finger, you can easily lock it in place. The graphics and ease of use are the best I’ve seen. And the ads aren’t obtrusive! You can easily play for free and not be annoyed! Honestly, $5 for the quality and lack of a subscription is a steal. I don’t have an iPad, but this is one of the few apps that really makes me want one. And lastly, the customer service is great. They respond quickly, so don’t hesitate if you have questions!

Still a lot of ads. Previously, I had rated 1 star because I felt I couldn’t even get through a single puzzle due to the ads. I loved the puzzles that were on here and never minded the ads but to be bombarded with them like I had was too much. Now, I do notice a difference but it is still a bit much. I just did a 100 piece puzzle and it took me 10 minutes, roughly a little over to complete. In that time, I counted how many ads I had gotten and ended up with 12 ads in total. 5 of those ads pulled me off the app completely and into the App Store to try and get me to download whatever was being advertised. Also to mention every time I was pulled away from the puzzle, I had to close and restart the app to go back to the puzzle because it would freeze. Like I said this is still much better than the last time but this is still a rough experience. Despite that, I did notice a difference and I do like your puzzles so I’ll better it to 3 stars. Can you please tone down the ads a bit more though?

To many ads. I have been using for a long time and the daily puzzles are great which is all I usually do. However there isn’t enough variety of styles or themes and way to many flower and food/fruit puzzles. My biggest complaint is the crazy amount of ads that pop up while trying to do a puzzles, sometimes you only get three moves done and ads are in your face, yes I understand this happens in free apps but they pop up to consistently. More nature or transportation puzzles in the daily puzzles would be awesome.

1 jigsaw 32 ads. I love jigsaws and thought I would try this app even tho I don’t normally. While doing one jigsaw I had to watch 32 ads not including the one at the start or the end. It took more then 5x longer to watch the ads then solve the puzzle. Not only that but the ads, I watch a mother have her child taken off her, a mother and child freeze, a king get melted in acid, a king get burned, a king drown, a king die of dehydration while another man dies of cold, casino and two didi ads. What fun ads… not. So not using appts outside of work normally, or apps with ads, I don’t know if this is normal but if it is please value your time, don’t waste what little you have in ads! Once your time runs out you don’t get any more, that’s it. Just saying.

Reverse the updates. Have been using this app for a long time and love it, until a few weeks ago and the puzzles would freeze if puzzle not competed and I returned to finish them. Would have to delete the unfinished puzzle and start again. Decided to uninstall and reinstall new version. Looking good till I went to do a puzzle. No rotation on/off button where is should be or anywhere else. Puzzle useless without the rotation. Very disappointing 😔 Meantime looking for a new app to try....till you fix the problems.....👋👋👋

Jumping Jigsaw Pieces. I love this app, best jigsaw puzzle app I’ve used. Lots of variety and some beautiful images. But the latest update has a glitch. I’m finding the pieces jump out of place and the whole puzzle itself shifts when trying to fit each piece. Unfortunately you can’t put them back into place either. If you can please fix this issue as soon as possible that would be great.

First choice. Love, love, love this app. Like Rossi’s, I would like to have some info about the scenes and cities etc. but in general this is by far the best jigsaw program. So many puzzles to solve and caters to all tastes whether you like animals, travel, flowers or even food. My biggest problem is deciding which puzzle to do next.

Great puzzles pity about the ads!. The reason I downloaded the game is because it said NO ADS and No Wifi needed, soon found out this wasn’t the case! In response to your reply: I found the game through an ad, it said no ads! It didn’t say for a small fee you can remove ads! False advertising no matter how you say it, However I’m still enjoying the puzzles

Recommend to Anyone! Best Puzzles in the World. I love this game so much I can’t stop playing it but I get ads too often, apart from that though I would definitely recommend the game to anyone who’s interested! It’s a great game for relaxing. Overall, I think it’s one of the best calming games, I recommend it! (I just want to say, I think there is a lot ads but for a free game there’s a reasonable amount.) Anyway I love the game definitely buy the game:)

Missing pieces. I don't know whether it's a deliberate ploy to make it seem more like the real thing but several times now I've been unable to finish a puzzle because there's been a piece missing! No kidding! And no, I haven’t accidentally placed a piece on top of others and then just don’t see it. I’ve done that too and have always managed to find the piece that’s hiding. Theses just aren’t there! Annoying. Otherwise good variety. The ads are borderline annoying but at least it’s possible to dismiss them after a few seconds. They do seem to be getting more frequent though.

Love it but new update has changed things. Love the app! A recent update has meant that we can no longer reduce the size of the puzzle and also can no longer place pieces in the spare space outside the puzzle boarder (it automatically moves the pieces to be inside the puzzle space). Could you please change it back? Thank you! :D

Ok I guess. This game would be relaxing and distressing if I wasn’t getting annoyed by an add every minute or so! Most games reply but never actually fix the feedback and I’m hoping that this developer is different and will consider less adds. But over than the add problem this app is great and I will continue using it. Thanks for your time!

Puzzles. These puzzles have a great variety of difficulty and challenges. Every day there is something different to do to keep my mind active. The colours are beautiful and scenes quite spectacular. Thank you for every one of them. I am an older person and spend many hours enjoying solving them.

Great but please stop taking the good features away!. I love your app - streaks ahead of any other jigsaw app. I love it so much I paid for full version ... not something I do often! Lately there are some weird updates being made that have made it less user friendly. I think a few odd changes from the previous version were reverted back which is great. But the new release has taken away the ability to put loose pieces in the space around the frame. And also the row of pieces is just incredibly slow to scroll. Would love you to consider fixing these. Thanks!

Ellen. I love playing your puzzles. Have been playing for at least a year. However since I have completed many puzzles, I have noticed ads appearing before I have completed the puzzle. It is very annoying and it takes longer for me to complete the puzzles. Also now as well as ads they appear on my iPad in different direction so I also have to rotate the pad. Also now my choices of puzzles are limited as most of them are locked and you want me to pay. That’s not free puzzlesAre you trying to make it harder for me? Let me know otherwise you have lost me as a player. Thanks Ellen

Disappointing Update. Hi my wife had written to you in disappointment of how you’ve changed the format of her jigsaw puzzle game, on my iPad it has not change and I don’t want it changed ether, what can I do to keep mine the way its in the current format.

Last update freezes the game. Can you please reverse the most recent update from a few days ago. Since, then the app won’t open unless I am connected to the internet. I’ve never had this happen before. And, even with the internet turned on, the game freezes, so I can’t move to different areas of the app. It will not allow me to open up puzzles I’ve already started, telling me to connect to the internet, but then, when I do connect the whole app freezes, and I’m left looking at a circle going round and round, not taking me back to the game. I’m thinking of deleting the app, then reinstalling it. But, if I do, will all the current puzzles I have started be lost? I’ll be staying away from playing the game until I see if the next update brings back the game I’m used to. Not much point trying to play unless it becomes playable again.

Good but not Excellent. There are two main issues I think hold this puzzle program back. The first is the lack of variety in the puzzle piece shapes which is more of an issue if you are mostly playing the high piece count options. Where you can be left with sections of the puzzle where you have to just brute force some pieces as your left with 20-30 pieces with no real visual difference and only made up of the limited number of shapes. The second issue is the lack of an import function. Which is mostly needed as the puzzle categories do lack some options, for example there are no categories that feature people.

Best puzzle app yet. Absolutely love this app, I love how you’ve brought in the coins, now I can purchase the ones I want without spending real money. If there was an option for a timer that’d be awesome, as much as puzzles are peaceful, some of us also love a lil competition. Be nice if you’d be able to turn the timer off and on in options, just an option for the competitive or even people who wanna see how long it takes them.

Great website, except….. They have one horrible advertisement called “Loop Me”. Once it appears I can’t get rid of it. I just have to give up the puzzle I’m doing until the next day when, if I’m lucky, it will have disappeared and I can do some more of the puzzle until the horrible Loop Me advertisement comes again.

Ads ruining the experience. Hello. I understand ads are necessary. But one every two minutes or so is really annoying. I used to do 2-3 puzzles a day and really enjoyed this app. Now the frequency of interruptions has put me off and I’ve probably gone down to doing one puzzle over several days, and only if I am prepared to be interrupted several times. I hope you consider returning to having the ads just before and after the puzzles, rather than during as it truly ruins the experience. Thank you.

The best jigsaw ever. So I once got a jigsaw app and I knew I loved it but there were so many puzzles that had to do with premium and money so then I saw lots of ads of this and I was like I want it. When I got into it I was so amazed. Like I was in heaven omg. There were so many free puzzles and there wasn’t that much ads! I’ll be using it a lot. I love how you guys put lots of free puzzles and no premium! I absolutely love this app! The only thing I would improve is that I wouldn’t put the organisation thing at the bottom because I absolutely love puzzles that are difficult but I love trigger too! But I know some people like the organisation thing at the bottom. Also do you think you can make the puzzle picture when you do it bigger. It is a little small but you did like so so so well on this app thank you for making it!

Loved this but don’t like changes. I have been enjoying this app for a long time. Great pictures and colour. But after previous update to the most recent update, I lost 2 years of my completed library. Now with this update games keep dropping out at or near completion, losing my puzzle. I also hate the coins.

Love, but…. Why on earth did you think it was an upgrade to add in “25% complete” etc animations? They’re tacky and annoying. Also after doing a puzzle, you tap “next” thinking it’ll take you back home as it used to but it takes you to a new puzzle not of my choosing? Who came up with these and can I turn them off?

Good game. I love this game there are so many puzzles and I love them here are some suggestions •when I do the puzzle I put like 4 or 5 puzzles in place and then an add starts pls get rid of that •maybe add some tv show characters •if this isn’t in it maybe add some challenges when you compete with others •maybe add a camera so I can take pictures and make that a puzzle That is all that I can think of so please fix/add these stuff I still have the game and I enjoy it a lot <3

Personalise your experience. I have been playing this puzzle game for a couple of years and now I find I cannot access it because this ‘personalise your experience’ comes up and blocks it. It has also come up on other sites so I have deleted the apps. I’m a bit hesitant to lose all my puzzles but if this continues then I will have no choice but to delete and find another app.

The ads are ridiculous. I love this puzzle game, it’s the closest to a real puzzle I’ve found and it has so many different puzzles but the ads are just out of control on it, I’ve been playing this for about two years and the ads just keeps increasing. To the point wheee sometimes I get an ad after every puzzle piece a place . If it didn’t have so many ads it would be perfect.

Love the jigsaws - hate all the emoji nonsense. I really love sitting down at the end of a hard day and immerse myself in a jigsaw of a beautiful photograph. But I’m starting to really dislike the app now with all the so called improvements. I don’t need “sparkles “ to tell me I’ve joined two pieces together or some stupid emoji telling me I’ve completed all the edges - I know when I’ve done this. Some may like this kind of “feedback” but I find it completely detracts from the pleasure of doing the jigsaw. Can we please have an option to turn them off!

Too many interruptions. I tried a few jigsaw puzzle apps before settling on this one a few years ago. The variety of puzzles that didn’t require unlocking was great, it was really easy to use, and best of all there was only an ad when you picked your puzzle and when you completed it. At some point, the developers started adding ads in halfway through, which was annoying but fine. Now I get an ad every 3-5 pieces PLUS there’s an annoying pop up telling you your progress that you can’t dismiss and pauses your ability to play until it goes away. I’m also finding there are far fewer puzzles that aren’t locked anymore. Sadly, I will be searching for a new app now as despite how many responses to reviews like mine there are that say something along the logic of “we care about our players’ experience and strive to improve”, my experience just gets worse.

Way too many adds. Just when the right pieces start falling into their right positions & you start getting on a roll & start enjoying the game an add pops up, it feels like an add happens every 5 minutes. I played this game a while back but haven’t played for a while & there was never this many adds & you could pick & choose what puzzle you’d like to do, now you have to do the daily puzzle before unlocking the next. If I could get this app a zero star rating I would

Screaming Girl. Firstly I have to say that I love the app and I’m addicted. Great puzzles and lots of free ones. I paid to remove the ads which also unlocked a few features like being able to lock the picture so it doesn’t move around. Last night however after doing a puzzle earlier in the evening I went to bed and opened the app to do another puzzle before going to sleep. No problems opening the app. Then I chose a puzzle that I’d saved earlier and this girl start screaming “help, help, somebody help me”. Frightened the life out of me. I closed the puzzle and the screaming stopped. I opened it again and it started again. I did this several times. Each time I heard the screaming. I then closed the app down then opened the app again. This time the screaming started on opening just the app. Didn’t matter how many times I closed it, always the screaming. I have the sound always turned off. I checked to make sure and it was still off and it was definitely off. Being very suspicious I thought maybe I’d been hacked or the app so I done a security scan on my phone and apps. I have two different security apps and both come up with nothing. I deleted the app altogether. Today I have reinstalled but have lost all my puzzles that I’ve done of course but also the extra features of locking. Not sure about the ads yet as I haven’t actually done a puzzle. Mostly what I want to know is, is this some prank you have done or something eerie and strange that I should be concerned with?

In progress/syncing issue. I love this app however I want to know why when I open it on my ipad only the puzzles I have in progress show on ipad only not syncing to my iphone. All the puzzles in progress on my iphone are not showing on ipad ! Very annoying , why cant ALL the puzzles both in progress and completed show across all my devices?

Great puzzles. I’ve been playing this for some time now but recent changes have disappointed me. For really difficult puzzles at 400 pieces you need to be able to place pieces outside of the puzzle edges and slowly work to find the missing pieces. I also used the in/out buttons that are no longer present. Please can you put these features back. I have two unfinished puzzles that have defeated me without these features.

Endless Jigsaw puzzles. Easy to play, choose the level of difficulty on each puzzle. Completed puzzles can be viewed, & “in progress” puzzles are in a different section. Range of puzzles to choose from, daily puzzle and events with extra puzzles. All beautiful images. So many puzzles!

Best jigsaw. Love the app however with the most recent update I can no longer move main picture square to create a space to work with pieces prior to adding to the puzzle. Can this option be bought back please. Great pics to complete with lots of variety. Well done

Greedy. You wrecked it! Was a great app, but then you put in ads DURING PLAY. No one will do a puzzle that gets interrupted, it defeats the purpose of engagement. No one will pay for ad free when there are plenty of other options. You have ads pre and post play along with a constant banner ad, putting in extra during play is just greedy. I will file this app into my unused folder to keep this review available warning everyone looking for a new app. Don’t choose this one!!

An additional Info button is needed.. Any kid and their parents would love to learn something new so this is a suggestion to improve the App. Why do you keep us puzzled where an image is taken? What about adding an extra button on the puzzle page, labeled ‘Info’. When pressing this button it displays the information on the actual image of the puzzle. Please don’t tell me this is not an important feature. On occasion, the last piece of puzzle disappear from the bottom gallery of pieces. This piece does not hide over the actual puzzle. To fix the problem, I leave the puzzle and reinitiate it. The missing piece of puzzle will reappear in the gallery. Thank you very much for your consideration.

Recommend!. It is a really cool game and it acts like an actual puzzle! It is really fun and there are a ton of varietys (don’t know how to spell) of puzzles and I love how they have collections or types of puzzles to make it organised. Even though I enjoy the puzzles, I do have one very small thing to say, they could put two lines of puzzles pieces so you don’t have to scroll down so far!

Very unhappy with latest v1.6 release for the iPad. The latest UI "enhancements" on the iPad version are terrible and have destroyed our enjoyment of using this once wonderful Jigsaw Puzzle app. The layout is now a disaster with the pieces locked to the board, so now not being able to select pieces from the bar to put on the virtual "table" space to then chose where to place them is sorely missed and detracts from the proper jigsaw puzzle play process enjoyment, and some of the tool icons on the bottom bar that were useful now missing altogether so that it limits the control over the pieces and their placement. Please, please restore the previous UI and layout as these "enhancements" have made this app a big disappointment after many months of enjoyable puzzle play! Now i am an unhappy user of this once fantastic puzzle game sadly! 😢

Great way to play. I love the fact that you can separate the board pieces and put them down to begin with. I love the game playing the sound of the snapping into place of the pieces. There is also an excellent and wide array of puzzles to choose from. If I have one criticism, I would like to be able to move the little menu where you click to see the puzzle pic. To the other side of the screen to suit the way I work.

Jigsaw puzzles. Hi folks. Did the first puzzle quickly, only 40 pieces thought the next puzzle I would do more tiles, so I went the highest option, bad very bad thought, as I went through and moved all straight tiles on to the screen, then try putting in place. So started again with less pieces all good.

Awesome jigsaws. This app has a huge variety of beautiful puzzles, in many different categories. From abstract, to landscapes, food and animals, etc. Something for everyone at any level of skill, as you can change the number of pieces. No interruptions from ads either.

Why so many ads. To start with I absolutely loved this app. There are so many lovely pictures to do and was worthy of a 5 star rating. But now I get an ad come up every 3 minutes ( and YES, it is every 3 minutes…I timed them). Come on guys, it’s understandable and tolerable to have ads to keep the games free but please limit them to the end of a puzzle, even one halfway through would be acceptable. I can’t even get a good run without the intense interruptions. The constant bombardment of ads are so frustrating and annoying I’m seriously considering ditching this app.

Jigsaw game review. I live this game because when I get home from school I go on this and it makes me feel relaxed. I had a fight with someone not too long ago and it wasn’t pleasant and I got very upset and angry so I played this and I was chill after ❤️ Amazing 10/10 love it

Great but it’s missing a feature. I’ve been playing your game for a few weeks and I absolutely love it! I find it very relaxing and fun but there’s something missing, most puzzle games allow you to create a puzzle from your photos but this one doesn’t. I would really enjoy creating my own puzzles but I don’t want to switch to a different puzzle game, pay for no ads and lose all my progress. Could you please consider adding this feature in a future update, other than this I think this game is great and you did a good job making it. If it has this feature its 5 stars from me. Thanks

Puzzle has shrunk. I noticed today that the dock where the unplaced pieces are has suddenly moved about a quarter of the way up the screen of my iPad. As a result the actual size of the puzzle has been decreased accordingly. I’ve forced started my iPad but this hasn’t helped and I’ve also deleted the app and reloaded it. Are you able to help?

Great App, Needs Higher Levels. I’m pretty well addicted to this puzzle app. I found it worthwhile paying to remove the ads, and the daily picture update options are fun. I think it would be better if there were more options for puzzle size and picture categories with searching functions. The current puzzle size maxes out at 400 pieces, which is fun to start with but becomes too easy quickly when you’re at the peak of a puzzle obsession. Having larger sizes like 1000+ would make for even more playability. The picture categories at the moment are quite basic with a general focus on animals, architecture, food, flowers, landscapes and abstract. It would be great to have some more category types like people, pop culture, transport, fantasy, etc. It would also be cool to be able to import your own pictures, and to be able to search pictures based on particular tags (eg, I went hardcore into betta fish puzzles in particular) so you don’t have to scroll forever to find something you like.

Won’t stop bugging. In the middle of solving a puzzle the app will just freeze and sometimes just close. I enjoy it but it’s being constantly disrupted and I’ve done everything to fix it even turn my tablet off. Whatever’s wrong please fix it.

Jigsaw puzzle. Thi game you can make how many pieces there are. It was good to know that I am able to to find out, that you can turn the pieces around. I tried 9,000 times to finish the first puzzle. There is no kids puzzle. There no reason to go on the same page and it was not the only thing to do. There’s some you need to pay. When you place a piece down ,nor it will light up. If it is wrong it will not light up. It is my favourite❤️💝. I got surprise 🙀.

Calming. I have a chronic illness and can’t do a lot of brain power use, this App is my go to for calming and doing something without stress. I have had a couple of issues and have always been answered within a couple of days and listened to. As I use this app all the time, I bought the ad free version which has been well worth it! I have tried other jigsaw apps and keep coming back to this one. Definitely recommend it.

Hi I am having a problem. I love the puzzles and in joying doing them , but since I updated the app it won’t Load up all I have is just a blank screen on the page where the puzzle is supposed to be can you help me please

Too much ads!!. This game is nice, the pictures are smooth and looks good, but there is an ad popping up every 3 pieces I place… i’ts highly annoying, to stay polite! 😑

Timing. Too many ads. It detracts from the fun. I used to do online jigsaws but if this is what they’re doing just to make money, I’m out. You’re not the only game in town, kids!

Very frustrating. So disappointed! Ads start playing almost after each move. Very irretating. Plus wastes your battery faster than a video call. Useless.

Will be uninstalled. In less than 12 hours from first installing it, there’s an update. By level 4, there’s automatically loading ads during gameplay. This alone will make me uninstall after leaving this review. However, other negatives, no category options of any kind, can’t pick size of puzzles or type of pictures, nothing. Very uninspiring.

Takes too long to play. Add started popping up after putting 3 pieces together sometimes. So I end up looking at ads more often than I am trying to solve a puzzle

Love this app but…. I was really enjoying this app through the first two puzzles and believe me I understand and except the ads. But when I got to my third puzzle, every time I put a piece in, there was an ad. I can’t enjoy doing a puzzle if I have to stop after every piece. I’m removing it!

Too many ads. Ads run approx every 2 to 2.5 minutes and they are charging almost $7 for the ad free version. I would gladly pay less than $4, but $7 seems somewhat insulting. At this price I am choosing not to pay out of pure principal and disapproval of the cost.

It is cat-proof!. Normally it is difficult to keep the cats from jumping on the work surface, which sends some pieces unto the floor. These pieces transform into cat toys and who knows where they go! We don’t need the additions of obvious puzzle progress updates mid game (completed all frame pieces, puzzle 50% complete etc) but rather a game that doesn’t freeze with every move or freeze the screen to the extent that I couldn’t leave the game (had to turn my phone off). Why did they change a good game?. Now there’s these stupid badges that pop up when you reach 25, 50, or 75% of the puzzle with an emoji. This game is for children now?

Deleting app… Ads every 2 mins. I liked unwinding doing these puzzles but will now delete app. Seems to be a new update where the game is interrupted with an advertisement every 2-3 minutes. What a shame. And the tournament rewards were utterly useless. And it doesn’t appear you can play same puzzle on different devices.

Best to just avoid this app entirely.. This app used to be good, lots of puzzles to choose from, but lately the significant increase in ads has made this game unplayable. I can tolerate a few ads here and there, but when an ad is popping up literally every single time I put a puzzle piece down in a puzzle with a 100 pieces well gee… that’s a lot of damn ads and it’s not worth keeping this game downloaded. And no thank you, when thats your plan to con people with sheer annoyance, I will not be paying for the no ads option. Bye! Ps. I’ve read multiple developer responses to similar reviews, some more than a year old claiming that you’re “working on it” in some form or another. Yeah, sure you are. 😒

Disappointing. Ads every five pieces you move. I’ve never played a game with so many ad interruptions. It makes playing tedious and I refuse to be bullied into paying for ad free.

Ads. It is awful when you are on a roll getting the pieces together fast and all of a sudden your moving a piece and an ad butts in and you are looking and watching something you have no idea what it is then you go back to the puzzle put a few more pieces together and boom an ad. That really has to go.

FAR TOO MANY ADS!. I will preface my review by saying I love doing these puzzles, Beautiful pictures, with great variety of images. BUT… Why so many ads?!? It feels like every 10 pieces you place, brings you an ad… it’s annoying when you are listening to music or a podcast while doing a puzzle. I can appreciate wanting to make some money via the ads, but the developers should understand the frustrations these ads cause.

Good and bad. Good: Nice selection of puzzles, in variety, complexity, and quantity. You earn coins by solving the unlocked ones, which allows you to “buy” locked ones without spending actual money. You can choose how many pieces you want for each puzzle, and also whether the pieces will already be properly oriented. Figuring out correct orientation increases the difficulty immensely, as does increasing the number of pieces. You can change these settings at the start of each puzzle without having to go back to the Settings menu. Bad: I have had this app for less than 24 hours and it has frozen twice. Now being the second time. The first time, I waited a minute or less and it unfroze. Hope it will be working when I go back to it this time. Not many ads - BUT - they must be set to pop up at timed intervals. RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING A FREAKING PUZZLE!! Developers, are you serious??? That obnoxious timing is the reason for only three stars. On the up side, the ads can be exited out of in 5-10 seconds. If they were longer, it would have been two stars and delete the app. And honestly, if I find a jigsaw app that doesn’t have ads in the middle of every puzzle, I would delete this one anyway…which would be a shame, because if not for the ads - and this app doesn’t work in airplane mode - I would have rated this a 5 star app. Put the stinking ads between puzzles!!

Ad interruptions every 2-4 minutes!. I understand the need for ads. My original complaint a year or two ago was regarding the inability to mute said ads. At this point the complaint is regarding the ridiculous amount of ads. For the past (perhaps) year the ads are every 4 minutes (yes I time them). As of the last week they vary from 2-4 minutes. This morning, every 2 minutes. I really like the puzzles but this is absurd. The purpose of the game for me is relax or wind down time and getting aggravated over ads defeats the purpose. I’ve been playing this gam since you could pay to buy puzzles, which I did. Recently new update offers stars or points based on what I can’t say. Timing? If so, the ads prevent anyone from completing a puzzle in a decent timeframe. Please adjust this or offer ad-free option.

Good app all around.. I’m really enjoying the puzzle app. With a few exceptions, they all look really good, and there’s even options to do some puzzles without the box reference. If you really enjoy these kinds of puzzles, I do recommend this. I only have one real gripe with the game, and that is that piece rotation is very finicky. I’d be trying to rotate a piece of a puzzle with larger piece counts only for it to not work until the third or fourth attempt. I’d try to put a piece in its proper place only for it to not move and instead rotate 90°. On top of this, there isn’t any convenient way to rotate 90° anti-clockwise (only clockwise). I understand that it’s not easy to implement, and maybe this would be less of a problem if I were using a tablet instead of my phone, but I am glad that piece rotation is optional, and I often find it more enjoyable to play without rotation for this reason.

Good app, but could be so much more fun to use. I’ve been playing jigsaw puzzles on iPad for at least 10 years. I abandoned my previous app, since they could not provide me with an ad free version, and it also drained the device battery and I could not listen to audiobook while playing. When looking for a replacement game, and finding this one, I bought the ad free version straight away. I like the daily puzzles and that they are still accessible if you miss a day or two. However 400 pieces is too small, I need more options. Also what drives me mad is that there is no scatter pieces option - if you can’t find the last missing piece, you have to enlarge and look around until you find it. Dumb. Also, you frequently minimize the game by mistake since the program isn’t locked and you inadvertently swipe it away when you try to grab a puzzle piece from the bottom tray. Weird solution. Could be done better. Will add on stars if game improves.

Commercials and the ID request. I feel annoyed all the time with the stopping ever time I put only 2 pieces together and I ir stops for a commercial that o already saw 500 times already and bought the product and most didn’t work for me !! I used to play 1 to 3 puzzles at night before sleeping and now I can’t stand 1 a week because instead of being enjoyable it makes me mad now and I loose my patience waiting to touch signs that I almost can see all the time stopping me working on my puzzle! I almost deleted the app today! Actually a few minutes ago when I was finishing and 3 times I was stopped to watch the same commercials!! If it continues, I am sure I will not be here anymore! I will by a real puzzle of a1000 pieces and do it on my table every night after dinner!!! I hope other players are feeling the same way and complaining the same way!! It is annoying!!!I know you have enough money and don’t need to stress your costumers!

Great puzzles, but too many ads. I’ve played this puzzle game on and off for over a year and enjoyed it with no issues. However, after downloading it on a new phone after a several months break, it appears the devs have increased the frequency with which random ads pop up while you play. I don’t mind the banner ads, ads before the puzzle loads, and after it is completed. I even don’t mind the occasional random ad in the middle. But now it seems they pop up every 1-2 minutes while I play and it’s actually annoying. I don’t know what effect the devs were trying to achieve by increasing the ad frequency, but annoying your player base is not going to make them want to keep playing or pay for ad block or locked puzzles. It’s a shame this game has become so cash-grabby with the ads, as it is a great game otherwise.

Glitches and ads. I really like this app & it could keep me busy for hours but I’m starting to get really annoyed with the overwhelming amount of ads I have to sit through just to do a puzzle. Also on at least 6 puzzles I’ve done at the end I seem to have lost the last piece. How it happens I have absolutely no clue. I search for it, thinking it may just be on top of the puzzle & blending in but it’s no where to be found so then I have to watch yet another ad just so I can use the help button to find the last piece. It’s very aggravating & considering I’ve already had to watch 4-5 ads having to watch yet another just so I can finish the puzzle is beyond annoying. I’ve considered purchasing the app to get rid of the ads but it’s a little pricey if you compare the price to other puzzle games & if the glitch that makes my last piece disappear keeps happening I’d just end up deleting the app & losing my money.

Selection screen NEEDS dark mode!!!. Updated review: Unless I’m missing something, since adding coin rewards to the game, there’s no longer a way to preview what puzzles are in a purchasable collection. I’m not going to buy a set of puzzles without being able to see what’s in it. Still wish the puzzle selection screen had a dark mode option. Otherwise probably my favorite jigsaw puzzle app. Original review: Puzzles are great, and the cost to remove ads isn’t unreasonable. BUT — the screen where you select the puzzles seriously needs a dark mode. I play at night to relax, and the white background is blinding. I’ll happily pay for content if the developers add that option. Until then, there are a couple other fantastic puzzle apps that I like just as much.

Great Puzzle Game. I like the many options and I like that we gain coins to be able to unlock some puzzles. I paid for the no ad play however IF I wanted to triple my coins at the end of completion of the puzzle I want the option to do so. There many categories to chose from but I wish we could search for specific items in a puzzle if we want. I would also like a tab of saved puzzles that we would like to solve at a later date. Right now in order to save you have to start the puzzle so it goes into the “In Progress” tab, which is fine however if there are more than one you would like to “save” in a category and you hit the back button it takes you back to the beginning of said category or to all puzzles (it’s not consistent about where you go back to)

Great setup. Recommended. So so photos, though. I like the setup and format of this app better than any other puzzle ones I have briefly tried. I did pay to get rid of the ads. My complaint, and it’s a big one, is the pictures. So very, very many of them *look* like jigsaw puzzle photos…the cheap, Walmart, grandma kind. The other apps have better photography, better selection, just great or offbeat photos which have been made into jigsaw puzzles, as opposed to the feel here—which is photos CHOSEN because they were free or *look* like cheesy jigsaw puzzles available at the store. Lots of cats, dogs, FTD old style flower arrangements, random houses without strong focal points, many many many pizzas and food items…just have to see to know what I mean. Great execution of app, mostly poor art choices. Some are quite good, though. Also, you can’t see what pictures come in the sets available to purchase with money OR points. That’s a drawback. I’ve earned enough points a few sets, only to open some of them and realize I won’t spend time to work any of the ugly puzzles. This app is *so* good otherwise—my new favorite thing to do during that few minutes the pasta is boiling, or the dentist office has me on hold—I highly recommend. If they’d get better photo/art selection, I’d change my rating to 5 stars, no question.

Used to love, now it’s all ads... It used to be nice to sit down, relax, and build a pretty puzzle. I love the puzzle selections and the events are fun. Now, the numerous ad interruptions are anxiety inducing- no more relaxing with this app. Even though they say you can skip the ads after 5 seconds, most of them you actually can’t. And if you press anywhere on the screen it opens a browser or the App Store. And a third of the ads will freeze the device and now it has to be shut down and turned back on. Trying to relax and instead getting constantly bombarded by ads that don’t allow you to easily get back to doing the puzzle is beyond frustrating. Interestingly enough, they just forced me to watch an ad for a puzzle app that doesn’t have ads.. I think it’s time to delete this and switch to that one. Let me know when y’all go back to just having ads before and after puzzles. That was more appropriate.

Great app for a puzzler. I really enjoy this app, and have done over 800 puzzles between my phone and my iPad. I love the update with the coins and it’s nice to be able to see the “fruits of my labor” and use it to buy more puzzles. I have not experienced any problems that interfere with gameplay in close to a year. I love the daily and the mystery puzzles, they really add a level of challenge! Lots of categories to choose from, everyone is guaranteed to find a bunch of images they can enjoy. Very user friendly interface. My young kids enjoy doing I finally decided to leave a review because I saw that you read all of them! I do have several suggestions to improve the experience as an avid virtual and real puzzler who works in QA. A search function, for example I love frogs and would like to find all of the frog puzzles. A way to sync progress across devices and a way to connect with each other. More pieces, like 1000. An option (on/off) to remove puzzles already completed from the categories. A button to shuffle pictures so you don’t have to scroll down to find new images. To be able to use the space on the edges to store pieces, or being able to highlight a pile of pieces and sort them into a “tray” that you can come back to like you would a real puzzle. More options for style of pieces: random cut, true jigsaw, abstract. More fanfare when you finish a puzzle. Your collection of completed puzzles should have a number to quickly tell you how many you have completed. A timer option for puzzles and stats for average time to complete a puzzle of X pieces. To be able to rotate pieces while they are still in the tray. I love the app and these suggestions I have in no way hinder the wonderful experience I have while playing this app everyday.

Absolutely LOVE but…. I’ve had this game for 4 years on my phone and it’s so good I purchased add free but there is a major difference to puzzles I can access on my phone vs my iPad. I’ve had the game a long time but my eyes are getting bad so I bought my iPad for a bigger screen. I’m disappointed that I only have access to daily and main which gives puzzles with levels to unlock (on level 600). On my phone I have Main (which shows new random free/coin purchase puzzles), Daily, Categories, I have coins I can use to buy collections, and can see what puzzles I have in progress. Please update to have the interface the same. Thanks! (I have reached out to support and followed the directions. My phone an iPad are completely synced but I am missing a lot of features on my iPad I have access to on my phone)

Hate the ads. Saw a response from the developer saying ads can be closed within 5 sec. This is not true. Some take as long as 30 sec. And you get one after every 6 puzzle pieces are attached. This makes me detest this game. I love jigsaw puzzles but spend more time waiting for ads to finish then I get time to play. I would not recommend to anyone who gets annoyed by very frequent ads. N.B. The developer responded to this review. I follow their instructions and paid the $5 one time fee to disable ads. And yes, I understand the need for ads—I generally don’t mind the fact that either we pay for app or we pay for the ads. I understand that game apps are pay-to-play at one level or another. I just hated that I got an ad every six pieces so was spending more time waiting for ads to close then playing. It is better now after paying the $5.

OK but…. This is a pretty good game, except for the fact that there are ads when you are in the middle of doing a puzzle! That annoys me so much! If you are going to do ads that is fine, all games have ads, but do they have to be when I am in the middle of a puzzle?!?! Also to get some puzzles you have to pay for them! I am fine with paying the game coins I earn from playing to unlock puzzles, actually that’s what makes the game fun, but I wish that you could unlock all of the locked puzzles with game coins, because it is super annoying when I find a puzzle I like, but then it says I have to pay two dollars for it! I am not saying that that’s a lot of money, I am saying that I wish they could all just be payed for with my game coins that I play for. Please take that into consideration. But the game play is pretty good, and the puzzles are really l cool looking at the end when you finish them. So the game is three stars out of five.😕

Very irritated.. I have deleted and reinstalled this app 3 times because it had been freezing up and now I finish a puzzle and then the puzzle goes to the site that says it is in progress at 1 % to 99% finished. Then it freezes up and I can not go further until I delete it again. I have turned my iPad off several times to reset it but this is still happening. Go back in and all the finished puzzles are gone. Says I have no finished puzzles when I have finished hundreds (literally). Tired of this!!! I loved this app when I downloaded it 2-3 years ago but am disappointed and irritated right now. This needs to be fixed. April 27th OK. I would go to the app, finish the daily puzzle. The app would freeze up and I would have to exit out of the app (every time). I would go back into the app and do another puzzle and the same thing would happen. I would go to my puzzles and it would indicate they were “in progress” and that I had not finished the puzzles even though I had finished both. Then sometimes I would go to “my puzzles” and it would show them ALL and at 100%. Then the next time I would go into the app and it would show about 8 or 9 that was “in progress” even though I had finished them all. Then it would freeze up again. I did delete the app and then downloaded it again for 4th time and it is working again. Of course I have lost all my completed puzzles. So I have started to solve them all over again. It is aggravating but I have to realize this is not a matter of life or death. Thanks.

Love it but.... I love doing puzzles so naturally having an app for them is great. I can take as little as a 5 minute break in my day to spending an hour doing these puzzles. I live that’s their are many options and categories to choose from as well as picking you piece count. The only concern I have is that my phone starts to heat up while in the app after a little while and I’m not sure why. It gets so hot I have to take off my case and let it cool down for a little before I can pick it up again. It also gets a little laggy at times with the pieces moving slowly into their spot or not being picked up when I touch them. I find that closing out of the app for a minute and then opening it back up helps with that. Other than that I really do love the app but if it keeps making my phone overheat I may need to look elsewhere,which would be such a bummer because I’ve done so many puzzles already...

Size does matter. I originally downloaded the game when it allowed for a segmented option. However, I deleted it as the events kept reusing the same sets of puzzles & getting to do maybe one to three puzzles before getting a message that I had completed the event because the rest of the puzzles were duplicated. Several months ago I decided to try playing again & re-download the game & all the previous puzzles completed & my coin total was still there but I could no longer segment the puzzles & anything 100 or more was to tiny to see. I reached out & was told that they (the developers) had decided to discontinue that option for new players & for some crazy reason the system deemed me a “new” player & regardless of being a previous player I would not be able to get that option back. So I am deleting the game again & recommend any one who has eye sight issues to not download this game as it will end up being a very frustrating experience.

Amazing Game!! + suggestion. This game is really addicting, I love the unique puzzles that are displaced as well as the choice to pick how many pieces you can make the puzzle. Something that has been on my mind though is adding an option like in EasyBrain’s Pixel Art where you can upload an image and complete it. This would give us the opportunity to build a puzzle that might not be available. As for the puzzles that can only be unlocked with coins, if your concerned someone might just screenshot the puzzle and upload it, you can blur the image. It’s similar to mystery puzzles but a bit different because once you unlock it the image become available. I really hope this feature can be available in the upcoming updates. !!

Love this app, but some recent issues. I really love this app. I love doing puzzles. There’s a lot of fun and pretty puzzles. Just within the recent few days (had this app for some months now) something happened and now it’s not saving my progress. I was 30% done with one puzzle and the app glitched. And it kept crashing. So, I tried restarting my iPad to see if that works. I opened the app and it shows that I’m only 1% done. My whole progress was gone. Same thing just happened to me last night. I got the whole edge and some clusters done. The next day, all progress was gone and nothing done in the puzzle. There’s a lot of ads for the free version but it doesn’t bother me. I just want to do puzzles and not lose my progress and have to start over 😭

Good but…. Large number and variety of puzzles is a really nice feature. Way too many ads. Too frequent interruption of puzzle for ads…sometimes sequences where there is an ad after each piece is played. Very annoying. Max puzzle size is 400 pieces. Wish there was another option for larger piece count. Still…overall gives some good enjoyment. Update: if you love ads, this game has mastered the placement and frequency of repetitive ads to interrupt your gameplay. At times, if it is taking a little while to place a puzzle piece, you can get an ad after each piece placed. I prefer the Max piece count of 400 in my puzzles so you can imagine the potential number of ads. To be fair, I think I am pretty good at putting the puzzles together so haven’t seen 400 ads in one puzzle. But the interruption and annoying resizing of the puzzles after certain ads sure makes it hard to stick with this product for long. WAY too many ads. I took a break for awhile and came back to look for any improvement but there is none.

suggestion!. First, I really love this game so much. I play it all the time constantly, i love the images and it’s very entertaining! One suggestion, as someone who usually does a lot of puzzles in one sitting, is to add a way to bookmark puzzles and add them to your in progress folder without going in and starting them. sometimes i will be scrolling through and see a lot of puzzles i want to do but i will start one and then have to find the others later, and sometimes i lose them or it’s just annoying to have to scroll all the way back down to where i found them over and over again. sorry for poor wording, but basically i would like to have a way to bookmark a bunch of puzzles at once while you’re scrolling through the options! besides this one super minor thing, i really really love this app!!

I honestly think that this game is wonderful, but there are something’s I would like to change. I love all the events, the pictures on the puzzle, and how I can do daily puzzles and change how many pieces I want to build. The only thing is that most/everyone don’t like the adds, including me (I’ve had at least 4-5 adds trying to build 1 puzzle). If you, developer, do see this review I want to request that there is a cut back on adds, a wider range for the amount of puzzle pieces (the current range for puzzle piece are 36, 64, 100, 144, 225, 400 as of writing this), possibly something where we can compete to see who can build a puzzle faster with other people online(?), and maybe even a place where we can make a custom puzzle. I hope that you, developer, respond, and I hope this helps other people out there, reading this (you probably aren’t reading this). Anyways thank you!!

Just wish there could be more pieces!. This is a GREAT app. I love jigsaw puzzles and I LOVE being able to do them on my phone. There is a seemingly endless supply of fun puzzles to do. At first I was nervous that so many puzzles cost coins but they cost 1,000 coins and completing a puzzle will sometimes give you like 13,000 coins. I’ve accumulated over 360,000 coins at this point so “buying” puzzles won’t be a problem after you just solve a few. I really like the mechanics of the app. I like that it’s vertical so I can play very casually and comfortable. The pieces have clearly defined edges and are very responsive to touch but not overly so. Pieces will snap into place once you get them close, but it’s not so generous that you feel like a cheater. The bar at the bottom to hold the pieces is very convenient. The ads were definitely annoying, sometimes popping up in between every piece, so I did pay for the no ads version which I believe was something like one payment of $5 to get rid of ads forever. Worth every penny. My ONLY complaint is that the most number of pieces you can play is 400! But I’ve tried other puzzle apps with options for more pieces and their user experience is so inferior to this app that I just settle for the 400 pieces. If any of the developers are reading this, please add options for more pieces! I’d even pay another $5!

No choices and too may ads. You can’t choose which puzzles to play which is frustrating and doesn’t make sense considering all the other apps let you choose. Also the ads started slow and then once I solved a certain numbers of puzzles they became constant and overwhelming. I place a piece and watch an ad, again and again and again. I spend more time watching ads than I do playing puzzles. If I’m going to go ad free on an app I need time to play the app, and make sure I like it. With this app, because the overwhelming ads, it’s not fun and I can choose many other apps with less ads. As an example, I didn’t open this app for about a week, and I went to open it and give it one last try, and immediately upon opening it took me direct into an ad. Didn’t even get to the Home Screen. That’s so ridiculous, and I had to immediately close it out and delete this app. It just isn’t worth it. Ironically all the ads it kept showing me took me to other, better puzzle apps, so I guess there is that.

Money hungry or what??. The amount of ads is so ridiculous to the point where I’m on the verge of just deleting the app altogether. It would be different if I received one ad upon clicking on the puzzle, and one after I finished, but I get SEVERAL ads back to back even during one singular puzzle. It is insane. Not only am I getting ads before clicking on the puzzle, after clicking on the puzzle, during the 50% and the 75% completed signs that pop up during the puzzle building, but throughout the entire process as well. As if four ads for one puzzle (does not matter the size of the puzzle, could be the smallest size, the quickest puzzle, and still getting numerous ads) was not enough, I’m still getting multiple ads throughout the puzzle building. I can’t even enjoy the game without getting ads every 10-15 seconds. I can totally understand using ads to ‘make the game available for everyone’ but 5+ ads for ONE puzzle is insane. You do not need that much advertisement crammed into our faces. Used to love this game, but now it’s honestly unplayable.

I am heartbroken no longer. They have recently changed the ability to use the empty Space around the puzzle to sort pieces by color or design. It is now magnetized so the pieces can only go inside the puzzle. I don’t know why they would’ve changed it… What were they thinking?!? Please go back to the old version. Even more heartbroken I wanted to give it one more try but now the puzzles are being broken into quarters… That’s just not the way some people want to work on a puzzle… You would think they would get that seeing that it’s their app. I quit. It now appears they have gone back to having the old options which made the game so much better. Thank you for scrapping the new updates and going back to the way it was. I love this app and use it every day. I’m so happy it’s back to the game I love. Thank you for fixing it!

Hate the changes. I loved this app (totally a five star) until the recent changes. Why mess with something good? I hate that you can no longer resize the puzzle to work on it more easily and at the same time be able to arrange your puzzle pieces at the side to make it easier to see the section you are working on. Now it takes up almost the whole screen and won’t allow any puzzle pieces on the screen yet outside of the puzzle. It has become very cumbersome. I’m also disappointed that when I wrote them through the app about the changes and my lost puzzles and points I received no response at all. Some issues have now been corrected but since no one has communicated with me there is no way to know if these are issues that are still being worked on or if this is how it will stay. One hopes that when changes are made it will be to enhance the app, not make it worse. I have been doing many puzzles a day for several years but I’m ready to look for a new app since there seems to be no positive corrections coming.

Low-Key Fun Puzzle Game. I really do love this game. There are always new free puzzles every single day to work on. And there are many categories of puzzles to choose from. The stress level with this game is refreshingly low. I appreciate that there are options pertaining to difficulty level as well. There are a fair amount of ads, but there is usually the option to close these ads rather quickly. I feel that it’s worth putting up with the ads in order to play the game. The only thing about the game that I have an issue with is the fact that it drains down my phone’s battery at quite an astonishing rate. No other game I have can drain my battery so quickly (think 20% in a matter of 10-15 minutes!). So, I always have to charge my phone while playing the game. But, again, I still feel it’s worth it in order to play the game.

Just a tweak or two and app would be perfect!. Please change your app photo to something else besides a cat— barf!!! Why on earth would you put a cat as the sign on photo when so many people dislike them and are allergic! Love everything about the application but I do wish that there was a search function to look for specific objects, animals, places, etc. ALSO, when you complete a puzzle and are given two options for your next one, I wish it would let you choose BOTH if they are equally liked. As it is, you can only choose one and then scroll and scroll and...etc. through the whole library hoping to find the other and you rarely can because there are so many to sort through. Would definitely make more personable and engaging! Would love to see more transportation like ships and most of all TRAINS!!!!

Changed. I downed this app because both me and my son Love to do puzzles 🧩 it was a blast 💥 until All the adds started I mean a few is great but when ur in the middle of building a puzzle and there more then one in the whole game it’s ridiculous Then after I did the update it freezing I deleted it I’ve uninstalled it more . Then I should Have I done this but it’s gotten old and frustrating I just wish there was less adds then what there’s been and I under stand that’s what they use to help pay for the game But there shouldn’t be as many as there been I was hoping after the update there be less adds but it just seems like they keep getting more and more one night I must of had 5 adds in one build stupid and just ( a subjections maybe let people use there pictures as a puzzle 🧩 or even create a puzzle ) all in all even after deleting it and reinstalling it I’m still playing it just really hate all the adds and I’ve tried tuns of jigsaw puzzles

A few requests and a question. I’ve had this app for a long time, and paid for the upgrade shortly afterward. My wife and I often take breaks during the day to play, even my granddaughter plays it. It is one of the few apps we truly enjoy. And now for my requests. This first one I would like to see the most. I often focus on a particular area of the puzzle and scroll through the pieces looking for matches. I will most likely only get partially through the pieces when it is time to go do something else. When I come back to continue the puzzle, everything is nicely saved from where I left off except for the piece list. It is always repositioned at the beginning of the list and I have to scroll to try to find where I left off. This is particularly annoying when I do 400 piece puzzles. I would like to have an option for the app to save the position of the piece list like it saves everything else. I entered my email address for sharing between my iPad and iPhone. So far, I only see points, awards, and completed puzzles, including event completions. What I do not see are puzzles in progress, both regular and event. Without this, puzzles have to be completed where they are started. This is my question. Related to sharing, the only way I have found so far to share between my iPad and iPhone is to completely close the apps by swiping them away, which I never do on a regular basis. Is this what is expected? The lock icon is another setting that should be saved. I always lock the puzzle in place, but often forget to set it until my finger misses a piece and I end up swiping the puzzle away. A nice feature would be to upload personal photos to be made into puzzles. One of your competitors has that feature. I stick with your app because I like it better, but that was a fun feature to play with.

2nd review. I have downloaded every jigsaw puzzle app there is, and this one right here is absolutely the best, BY FAR. I cannot believe how much trouble it is to do a simple puzzle with all the other apps. This app is easy, fun, it’s free and it has never crashed. When my phone rings and I leave the puzzle, I don’t have to start all over like with the other apps. I go back and it’s exactly where I left off. The best part… hardly any ads. I feel like I’m jinxing myself by telling anyone about this awesome app, lol. But I want everyone else to enjoy what I am, so, if you like puzzles, this is the best app. Believe me, I downloaded every puzzle app because I love puzzles. Out of like 25 apps, this was the best, hands down. To the developers; thank you thank you thank you! Please don’t change anything, except to add new puzzles. You guys are so awesome! 🙂❤️🇺🇸

So many ads, impossible to enjoy. This game has the potential to be real fun, but the amount of ads is ridiculous. I literally see an ad every about 10 pieces I place. I tap on the little x after waiting for it to show up, and the ad opens up on the store regardless. This aggressiveness is unacceptable. I would love to support the developers, after all the game is not that expensive, but I feel forced to do so, and I don’t like it. After 5 minutes or so I am literally annoyed, completely ruins the experience. Another thing is the pieces, which have the same shape per piece style. Try placing pieces on a perfectly smooth blue sky; on a real puzzle, pieces are slightly different, so you can eyeball them and have a chance. Here you need to keep trying, with pieces that look exactly identical. On a real life puzzle, you would be making mistakes, just because there would be no way to tell if the piece matches exactly. Please fix that, and I will consider paying.

Love these puzzles. Two minor problems. I really enjoy these puzzles. I do them almost every day. Frequently while working on it, the puzzle starts to expand. I have to keep playing with it with my fingers expanding and contracting at least a dozen times. I can’t play any pieces while this is happening. The second thing I would like to see changed when going through categories. After you choose a puzzle, you need to start at the beginning. Starting over is ok when you first log in to category. When you want to choose several at a time, you should be able to continue where you left off. I acknowledge that these are minor problems but I think you should know what users think about your product.

Great puzzles, but storage and battery take a hit. I have ADHD and this app is so great for when I need a fidget. I use it a lot when I listen to podcasts or other audio input so I can have something to do with my hands that doesn't take too much focus, or if I'm overstimulated it helps to calm my brain down. I love the pictures, especially the ones with lots of bright colors and textures. For some reason, solving a 400 piece puzzle of a cupcake is incredibly satisfying and soothing to my brain, so this app is fantastic for me. Ads don't really bother me, but the battery drain is annoying so I'm glad to see you're working on that. It drains especially fast if I want to listen to music or a podcast on my phone while I play. I read through some of the reviews and the bug I haven't seen addressed much is the amount of storage bloat. The app was taking up 3GB of space, second only to my Photos app. I tried deleting a bunch of finished puzzles, thinking that was why it took up so much space, but when I checked the storage again it was taking up *more* space than before I deleted them. I ended up deleting the app and re-downloading it, but it doesn't seem like you can restore free puzzles like you can with purchases, which is disappointing. I like to save puzzles for later, so those are gone, and now I don't have a puzzle history for it to give me recommendations on anymore. It's not a huge deal, and I'm not opposed to redoing puzzles, but it's annoying. Anyway, again, I love the app and I'm definitely still going to use it. Hoping these bugs get fixed down the road, and thanks for a great app and your dedication to its improvement!

If you are looking for something to pass the time (and, if this whole virus mess is causing depression/anxiety), this is an excellent way to focus and do it. Puzzle sizes range from smaller (I think it starts at 64) to a max of 400. I've stuck with 144 and 250 and the latter can be challenging! Virtually no ads (very few) and MANY free puzzles to choose from. With that said, I wish there was a better way to keep track of puzzle pieces. Some seem to disappear entirely and I'm left with one missing by the time I finish. The pieces are lined up at the bottom and you drag up to the board, but you have to move the screen all around in case you mistakenly dragged a piece somewhere else. Gave four stars for this reason. Some other puzzle games have a holding tray, perhaps the developers could implement that. Otherwise, I'm enjoying this immensely and am happy I found it!

Could use some improvement. I like this jigsaw app. I used to love sitting at my computer years ago putting together jigsaw puzzles and have been looking for a decent jigsaw app for a long time. While I really like this app, it could use some tweaking. There is absolutely NO board space to construct your pieces. It always overlaps the already assembled pieces which makes it hard to see. Along the right side I have all this empty space, but it’s unusable! Every time I try to move pieces there so I can assemble them, they fly back to the main puzzle area. There needs to be a way to give the user some blank space to connect the pieces without it overlapping the main puzzle. The program I used to use on my computer had the ability where I could create different trays to store my pieces in so I could put them together in sections. I’d put blue pieces in one tray, green in another, and so on. Or if it was an animal puzzle, I’d break it down by eyes, nose and ears in one tray, body color in another tray, etc. It made it so convenient to assemble the pieces. Plus, I could make the tray larger to use it as a work surface once I was in the tray. We need a blank work surface to assemble our puzzle! There was also the ability to “arrange” the puzzle pieces so they would be in a grid and not overlap once I had them in my tray. While I like that you can do these puzzles in sections, it feels like cheating. But it’s the only way I can get a teeny bit of work space to build my puzzle. I like to assemble the edges first, then the interior. Only once I have my interior assembled do I like to snap it into place in the “frame” of edges that I’ve assembled. I can’t do that with this app. Then again, I haven’t found ANY puzzle app that I am completely happy with. None of them offer the work space I am looking for and that’s ridiculous. It seems like a no brainer to give the user a blank workspace to assemble a puzzle.

Awesome!. *Update* I’m a little irritated with how when you drag puzzle pieces from the bottom of the screen up, it goes up extra or floats away and is no longer aligned with your finger/pencil…. I don’t know if this happened in a recent update, but it wasn’t like this before. Hopefully they will fix this. It’s very annoying. *original review* New puzzles are constantly being added and I love the tournaments! Makes things a little more exciting. I paid for no ads because I play this every day after work. I’d love the opportunity to submit my own photos in the future. *edit* to add that I recently found out that the tournament doesn’t actually include everyone who plays. Which is a huge bummer. Thought I was competing against a bunch of other people who do puzzles. Instead, it appears that the leaderboard is actually just full of bots. :( Looked at my boyfriends leaderboard and it had all completely different users and scores on it compared to mine. Bummer.

BEST. PUZZLE. APP. EVER.. If you haven’t already, GET THIS APP! It is amazing and a wonderful stress reliever. 1. So many puzzles. There are so many puzzles and categories to choose from, and they are all cool&child-friendly pictures. Endless puzzles if you scroll, and lots in the categories. 2. You can choose pieces amount. Once you click on a puzzle you like, your able to vary thee amount of pieces wanted to make the puzzle! Challenge yourself with 400, or keep it simple&quick with 36. 3. Categories There is a section where you can pick the category you are looking forward to doing. If I want city: Landmarks. If I want dogs: Pets or Animals. If I want flowers: Nature. So many fun and wonderful themes to pick from! 4. Saving Every puzzle you do will automatically save, and if you haven’t finished it, it will out a percentage and save as well! I have so many unfinished puzzles that I was able to finish today from LAST YEAR! You never run out of storage as well! There was only one negative effect that I had for this app, which was the adds. There were so many and they happened almost every time a clicked a puzzle. Luckily, I fixed that by buying No Adds for $5. It was worth it! Now I can do as many puzzles with no interruption. Generous puzzle selections!!. After playing for a several days, I’m increasing my rating to 4 stars. This app offers an impressive selection of truly FREE puzzles unlike with the oddly more popular “original” jigsaw app. The only reason I’m not rating 5 stars yet, is because I’d like to see a few more improvements. (I turned on the new auto-lock feature in the latest update, but honestly don’t know what it does as it hasn’t affected my game play. GAME PLAY NEEDS - “Move out” feature needs to place the pieces outside the perimeter of the puzzle rather than on top of the actual puzzle work area. - Add ability to highlight and move a group of (multiple) pieces at one time (maybe via a circle of sorts where anything in the circle can be moved at the same time. - Add ability to highlight and lock on a one piece to keep from accidentally moving the puzzle itself. - Allow selected pieces to move fluidly across the board without having to zoom out or scoot inch by inch. In other words, the puzzle itself would need shift once reaching the edge with the selected piece/s. - Hints need to be obvious/highlighted so we know exactly what was done. - Add option to turn off the annoying flashing of remaining pieces which happens when we’re close to completion. FINISHING TOUCHES - Add option to remove outline of jigsaw pieces once puzzle is completed so we have an actual image to click on and enjoy. - Addition of goals (i.e. - completion of a certain number of puzzles under each category earns awards like frames we can apply to completed puzzles, points we can apply towards purchase of a puzzle or pack, special bonus images, etc.)

I like it, but it has issues.. Cons: I do play on 2 devices so maybe that is the issue. My tablet is easier to see than my phone, but my phone goes with me everywhere. I just updated to latest version so crossing fingers. I have notice puzzles I have completed being locked again and missing from my puzzles. This is very disappointing. Pros: It’s easy to love the system of unlocking by cash or coin. The puzzles are beautiful and satisfying to complete. I do find them relaxing. The options of sizes and rotations are great. I did recommend it to my 10 year old niece, who is rather advanced. She loves challenges and reads on a high school level. She downloaded and is using it because it’s difficult to do her physical puzzles at the moment due to space so it’s great for her (with blue light glasses of course). Ie: purchased Culture of Japan with iPad, but it’s unavailable on my iPhone.

144 pieces / 42 ads. The excessive ads on this app ruin the experience. 144 piece puzzle = 42 ads. Not exaggerating, I counted. Interrupted 42 times on a single puzzle. And this is with every single puzzle. Excessive and frustrating! Defeats the point of a relaxing game, more like stressful and time consuming, with more time spent waiting on ads than doing the actual puzzle. Bummer, because the designs are nice. I found another puzzle app that allows completing the puzzle with no interruptions, don’t have to do them in order, can choose the ones you like and the # of pieces on each one. It’s a better app, and they’re doing just fine with ad revenue without having to interrupt the puzzles. This one just has nicer designs. Almost every review complains about the ads, sadly nothing changes. Why don’t y’all listen to your customers and taper down a bit on the ads? Have them before and after, or maybe only at 50% while actively working the puzzle?

Ads, etc.. I wrote a review this morning about your tournament. It wasn’t very complimentary. I would just like to add that you have far, far too many ads. I understand that after an ad appears for a few seconds, you can then select the upper left-hand arrows to opt out using the subsequently appearing X. Still, extremely annoying. A suggestion: app reviews are not chronological. You absolutely should post RECENT reviews FIRST. I was trying to locate my review from this morning and tried searching the list until a 💡 went off, and I realized I was wasting my time. I upped my review from one star this morning to three stars because I DO enjoy solving the puzzles, and 99% of the time I do the 400 piece puzzles. If a person goes through such a lengthy process to do well during the recently added tournament event, and earns a silver medal for second place, and endured hundreds of repetitive ads, you should make sure that person gets the award— whatever that might be! You don’t tell players what the rewards are! Another suggestion – list the final scores when a tournament is completed. You should have some kind of function that allows you to go back to see final list. I also would like to know why you make the tournaments so long. Over eight days! Really? Make it over a weekend or over a 3-day period. I WOULD LIKE A DEVELOPER RESPONSE.

Nope.. Update: Made a review back in the beginning of September. I definitely don’t feel it is worthy of 5 stars anymore. The coin update was a great thing…until recently and now there are so many puzzles showing up as needing coins to access. Too many. On top of that you can now only do a few puzzle pieces before you are interrupted with an ad. It’s extremely annoying. I have seriously considered trying to adjust to another puzzle app now. I get that you have to do ads but you can stick to before and after each puzzle and still have them. Unobtrusive. This is ridiculous, frustrating, and a huge disappointment. —- I’ve been putting together jigsaw puzzles on this app for quite a while now. In between now and then, I’ve tried other jigsaw apps but by far this one is the best. It offers a wide selection of puzzles to solve and adds more regularly. I have yet to run out and sometimes I can complete puzzles fast. It has smooth puzzle movement for the most part. Usually when it lags, it’s the ads making it lag. I love the extras that it has, like the background themes, separating out the edges, and categories that allow for easy browsing. My favorite is being able to choose the piece count. What I think would make it even neater is to have a wider variety of categories listed and, most of all, it would be fun to have a selection to be able to make the piece count random with a random setting. I love the 250 and 400 count but sometimes it would be nice to be surprised with another count size. Overall though, this is my go-to app for jigsaw puzzles. Hands down.

Fun with a few “buts”. I like this app because it has a verity of puzzles and there are new ones everyday. The pictures that you choose from are interesting and colorful. Other apps get tiresome because you’re always choosing from the same options. I also like that you can separate the corner pieces which makes organizing your puzzle easier and with less steps. Also, if your last piece is missing you have the ability to pull it back effectively putting an end to trying to find that last piece. What I dont like about this puzzle.... the shape of the pieces are pretty much the same. As such so are the shapes of the edges that connect to each other. Also, the connecting parts don’t always look the same. For example: on one piece the edges are thick and points up. The piece it connects to points up but it’s thin. Therefore, it’s difficult to ascertain which piece goes into the other. The ads are overwhelming. You are forced to watch the entire ad. They pop up when you open the app, when you go to the puzzle you’ve chosen and when you finish the puzzle. Also, when you go back to reference the puzzle you, again, are forced to watch another ad. Sometimes, while you’re doing the puzzle an ad will pop up. Lastly, this app is a huge energy drainer. And, with the new update it’s constantly freezing All and all it’s a good app!

Recently spoiled by stupid pop up “cheers”. This was a solid 4-5 star game until a couple of patches ago when they introduced “cheers”, popups to congratulate you for “Completed Edges”, “25% complete”, “50% complete”, “75% complete”. I know when I completed the edges, it’s really obvious and I certainly don’t need to be congratulated. I don’t care about percentage completion, which is a stunningly stupid metric in the first place, I can simply look at the board and get an idea how much I’ve completed, and it ignores relative complexity - if half the board is a fairly uniform blue, what does 50% completion even mean? The game also now asks me if I want to continue the current puzzle EVERY time I switch away even if it’s only for a second… Changing puzzle is the least likely reason for switching away and switching back, but every single time I have to reiterate that I want to actually complete the puzzle I was working on 5 seconds ago. Finally the game still displays a message “Rotation Disabled” every single time i mistakenly tap a piece (I’m not stupid, I know I started the game with rotation disabled, and even if I didn’t, you only need to tell me once. This has been made even more annoying as the cheers seem to convert a drag into a tap with monotonous regularity. It’s got to a point where I don't want to play anymore, it’s simply too annoying.

AD Algorithms Take Away the Pleasure of the Puzzles. I really enjoy this puzzle game. You get to do the borders like a real puzzle and the puzzle diversity is amazing. However, every few months ads are loaded into the games and it disrupts the pleasure of building a puzzle. About 3 months ago the ads would move from the bottom of the border to the middle of the puzzle, so you couldn’t complete a puzzle. Thank you for fixing that issue. Now you can only lock one or two puzzle pieces on the board and an ad pops up. It’s annoying! This didn’t happen before and besides being annoying it takes the joy out of playing. I only play 5 minutes at a time now, compared to the hours I used to play. I hope this problem can be corrected soon.

Great! But.... This game is really addicting and I recommend it to you. One thing I don’t like about it is that you have to buy some of the puzzles, which some people just can’t afford to buy right now or just don’t have the money for it IN GENERAL. Another thing is that after almost every puzzle there is an ad. Which is really annoying because they are really long ads and I know there is a ‘remove ads’ thing but it’s $5.00! That is a lot of money to remove ads! Two things I DO like about this app is that you get to adjust the number of pieces you use to make the puzzle. Another thing is that some of the puzzles are aesthetics. Which are very pretty. So if you are the developers reading this then please tone down the ads! Or at least tone down the price of the ‘remove ads’ thing, because it is too much to pay for that.

One of the best around. I absolutely love the huge variety of puzzles available. I find working on puzzles very relaxing and calming. An issue I have is that sometimes the app slows down to a crawl. . . Almost like the iPad Pro freezes - has iOS 14.0.1 - shutting the iPad down and restarting usually “fixes” the issue. i recently purchased a new iPad and was able to move all my apps over the the new iPad using iCloud backup. The completed puzzles under my puzzles did not transfer over to the new iPad. November 2020 Jigsaw has become glitchy . . . Two issues that I have contacted the developer about - 1. Once I sort the puzzle pieces by shape and close out of the app, the pieces get mixed up again ; not completely but enough so they need to be sorted again . . . Does not happen if the puzzle is over 75% completed. 2. Related to issue 1. Once pieces are connected to the puzzle and some “spare” pieces are left, not connected to the started puzzle but are similar two pieces I have been connecting, if I close the app, the pieces I left unconnected and the pieces I connected during the previous time that I was putting the puzzle together, all get moved back to the sorting tray which has been mixed up. As much as I like this app, I am deleting it - the last update did not resolve the issue. I sent screen recordings to the developer to show them what was happening.
